DO NOT HAVE DELIVERY! BETTER GO THERE YOURSELF! 3 HOURS OF WAITING TIME!! Yesterday we were able to order via Lieferando at 4:30 p.m. (I knew that delivery was only valid from 5:00 p.m.) and the delivery tracking showed that the food should be delivered at 5:45 p.m., which would have been okay in terms of timing. But when the food still wasn't with us at 7:15 p.m. and when we were tracking it suddenly said "delivered enjoy your food" we felt pretty ripped off and turned to the Lieferando chat, the food arrived 10 minutes later, around 7:30 p.m. We waited almost 3 hours for food from McDonalds which is 10 minutes away from us. If I hadn't paid in advance with Paypal, I would have ordered somewhere else and sent McDonald's delivery service away. You can imagine how the food tasted, we also had quite a stomach ache an hour later. At the same time I saw a review on lieferando that also stated a 2 hour delay. It's just embarrassing when I consider that I've ordered food somewhere so many times, even on the weekend, and it took less than 30 minutes.

Worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. There is no shelf for the burgers; the employees simply pick them up from a large shelf. This means you wait ages because the employees can't find the burgers. Furthermore, the machine does not print receipts. It's okay to wait, there's nothing you can say about that. But 45 minutes for a McDonald’s is too much of a good thing.

Juice shop! Forgot 4 sweet and sour sauces, forgot 1 sour cream dip, instead of 8 Nacho Cheese Snackers I only got 5, instead of Coca Cola Mixed Up I only got the normal ones. And all in a single order.

A lot has happened here. Very clean, tables are cleaned immediately. Super friendly, fast staff. Nice modern facilities, clean toilets. My McBacon was so delicious, lots of sauce, crispy bacon and crunchy lettuce. Class.

Unfortunately, rarely without problems. Today, for example. We ordered 2 Big Tasty, one with extra beef, a Hamburger Royal TS, a McRib, 6 nuggets and a drink. We got 2 normal Big Tasties, the McRib, the nuggets and the drink. Admittedly, we missed the TS when we counted it ourselves, but the Big Tasty with an extra patty even had the extra piece of paper on it, but still only one. Since we were already at home when we discovered this, there was of course nothing left to complain about. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time either, because at the McDonalds in Mayen we have received an incorrect order more often than a correct one. Something was always wrong or completely missing. Be it small things like the wrong sauce or, like today, a complete burger. At breakfast we often had enough dry and hard "rolls" (those McMuffin things). Strangely enough, we didn't have these problems at our direct competitor Burger King, nor at the other branch in Mendig. In my opinion, if you have the opportunity, you should Avoid McDonalds in Mayen and go to Mendig.

The embedded doormat from the entrance was placed in the disabled parking space, and several people tripped over the edge in the entrance area. No, Mäckes Mayen, that was nothing.

Bestellung zum mitnehmen, es haben Burger gefehlt und sämtliche Pommes aller Menüs komplett. Cola nur gefärbtes Wasser, da war wohl der Sirup alle. Leider zu weit um nochmal zurück zu fahren. Wie kann man das so dermaßen verkacken ??? Ne Menge Geld ausgegeben für nichts. Das war definitiv das letzte mal !!!

Waren gerade im Restaurant und haben über 80€ ausgegeben für die ganze Familie. Bei jedem Menü wurden die Pommes vergessen, ein Burger hat gefehlt. Die Bedienung war komplett überfordert mit der Bestellung. Richtige Geldverschwendung

Das Personal am Drive ist sehr unfreundlich!! Man bestellte per App und als man der werten Frau am Schalter den Code nannte gab diese nur patzige Antworten, Bestellung unvollständig

Sind durch den mcdrive. Statt curly Fries gab es Pommes und die Nuggets wurden komplett vergessen. Nach 10 minütiger Fahrt heim war natürlich alles kalt. Weiß auch nicht, wieso wir da noch hin fahren.

Das einzige was ich schade finde das es nur ein Spiel Tisch gibt und viel kinder wollen logisch an den Tisch

Drecksladen! Die Mitarbeiter sind zu blöd um bis drei zu zählen! Die haben nur die einfache Aufgabe, die Bestellung in eine Papiertüte zu packen. Das ist aber anscheinend zu viel verlangt. Wenn du hier im Bewerbungsgespräch bis 4 zählen kannst, bist du deutlich überqualifiziert! Dummköpfe!!!

Essen war wie man es kennt, ganz in Ordnung für zwischen durch. Jedoch habe ich im Drive in bei 4 Autos vor mir fast 30min gewartet. Bei dem 2 Schalter wo man das essen bekommt bestimmt 4-5 min bis alles da war und es waren nur 2Apfeltaschen und ein Eis. Weiß ich jetzt nicht.

Jedes Mal fehlt die Hälfte. Beim Liefern wartet man 3-4 Stunden… Es wird von Jahr zu Jahr immer schlimmer in dem Laden…….

Getränke gibt es ohne Strohhalm mit der Begründung es soll auf Umwelt geachtet werden. Essen wie man es bei MC eigentlich kennt, hier nicht wirklich gewürzt, geschmacklich naja durchwachsen und drum herum lässt von Sauberkeit so einiges offen. Da sein andere Filialen sauberer.

Ein kleiner McDonalds. Was soll man dazu mehr sagen. Für den kleinen hinger zwischendurch ok, wobei man zu dem preis auch gut und gerne in ein Restaurantgehen kann... Leider mehr oder weniger nur noch Bestellungen über Terminals möglich. Service, naja... Service Stationen werden nicht aufgefüllt, und wenn man nachfragt bekommt man sage und schreibe zwei Servietten, obwohl man mit fünf Personen da ist...

Het eten was goed klaargemaakt (is zeker niet in elke McDonald's zo!) en de service snel. De dame in kwestie deed het precies wel tegen haar zin.

Wie jeder andere McDonalds auch :) Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig.

Ich war heute da hab mit und nem Freund MC sundae geholt und n Cheeseburger und wir haben ne gratis Cola bekommen

Mitarbeiter sind teilweise zueinander sogar unfreundlich und genervt. Einige wissen nicht genau was sie da eigentlich machen und es dauert bis man sein Essen bekommt, wobei man sagen muss das wir zur Mittagszeit dasind. Dennoch wirken einige Mitarbeiter leider planlos. Bei der Bestellung fehlte dann ein Burger…

W porządku. Wybór mniejszy niż w Polsce. Niedostępne w ofercie shake i "tu for you". Kawa podawana jest w plastikowym, wielorazowym kubku za który doliczane jest 2 euro.

Alsooooo. Wo fange ich an... Das Problem hat irgendwie jeder mcs. Ich bestelle mit ein börger mit ZUSÄTZLICH x2 Fleisch. (steht sogar auf dem kassenbon) bekomme n börger mit 2 Fleisch obwohl ich für 3 zahle. Lieblos zubereitet Käse rechts Tomaten links Fleisch nicht zentriert Und der börger schwimmt im Salat Aber lecker wars😁

Alles online bestellt schnell am Tisch gebracht auf extra wünsche wurde von Personal sofort reagiert und erfüllt Top weiter so wir wahren sehr zufrieden

Essen entspricht den mcDonalds Standart. Ambiente ist seit mehreren Jahren unverändert, Personal ist freundlich aber leider teilweise schlecht zu verstehen. Fahre gerne hin. Aber man muss Vorbestellungen kontrollieren. Es fehlt schonmal was.

Im Internet steht bis 10:00 /10:30 gibt es frühstück. Sind 4 min nach 10:00 gekommen und dann wurde gesagt, dass alles schon sauber gemacht ist und das deswegen nicht möglich ist. Ich kann verstehen wenn man etwas früher abbaut um schneller fertig zu sein aber nicht so früh dass nichtsmehr geht. Die Kollegin am Schalter bediente uns sogar schon, nahm die Bestellung auf und wollte schon das Geld kassieren als auf einmal die Ausrede kam es gibt doch kein Frühstück. Einfach nur Frechheit und völlig Sinnfrei dort hin gefahren. Ein NOGO und einfach nur frech !

Die Bestellung wurde uns an den Tisch gebracht (ohne Handschuhe,mit Mund/-Naseschutz) ein Aktionsglas war falsch. Der Mitarbeiter tauschte es um. Ich ging nochmals mit dem Glas zur Theke und fragte ob es getauscht werden kann. Zur Antwort kam ein NEIN,wegen Corona. Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke ohne Handschuhe, bis auf eine Person, teilweise Mund/- Naseschutz unter dem Kinn .... Corona Regeln scheinbar nur für Gäste!?

Was een tegenvaller. De broodjes waren slordig opgemaakt, bediening kortaf, properheid van het restaurant laat te wensen over. Daarnaast wordt niet het volledige McDonald's menu geserveerd: Enkel de dure of middelmatig geprijsde producten staan op de kaart. De goedkope producten staan er niet op ! Voor mij was dit bezoek eenmalig. Ten opzicht van andere McDonald's vestigingen steekt deze er negatief tussenuit en is bovendien te duur. De locatie is bij allemaal winkels, dus voor de aanloop hoeft men het niet te doen. Voldoende potentiële klanten. Nabijgelegen is een vestiging van Burger King/ Ik raad twijfelaars aan deze Mac te mijden en naar de Burger King te gaan. We hadden een Chicken box: De gefrituurde kippen vleugels waren te ver doorbakken. Waren er over. Er was maar keus voor 1 soort wrap: de dure Chicken Ceasar. Qua smaak minder dan de goedkopere Chicken Chili die ik ken van andere McDonald's vestigingen. Daarnaast niet lekker klaar gemaakt: De kip was niet krokant, de sla smaakte vreemd. Er werden geen servetten bij geserveerd, ondanks een totaalprijs van ruim 18 euro aan producten. Konden zelf servetten pakken, maar toch. Heb dit nog niet eerder bij McDonald's meegemaakt.

Man wartet ewig. Ein scheinbar neuer, total überforderter Mitarbeiter an der Kasse. Alle anderen, einschliesslich der Schichtleitung laufen im Hintergrund wie aufgescheuchte Hühner scheinbar planlos durch die Gegend. Nichts geht weiter an der Kasse. Aber keiner kommt zur Hilfe, keiner macht eine neue Kasse auf. Fazit: Muss man nicht haben. Essen gehen sollte ein schönes Erlebnis sein. Dann lieber ein paar Euro drauf legen und woanders hin.

Ich war mit meinem Sohn zum Frühstück dort. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber trotzdem etwas chaotisch. Der bestellte mcmuffin Sausage konnte nicht hergestellt werden aufgrund von fehlendem Sausage. Dies wurde dann laut von ganz hinten nach vorne gerufen. Für mich persönlich nicht weiter schlimm, jedoch finde ich sollten auch alle Zutaten vorhanden sein die auf der Karte stehen. Essen war wie gewohnt. Eben McDonald. Nicht gesund, aber wer hier isst weiß das ja. Wer was gesundes will bestellt sich am besten einen Salat. Essen war frisch zubereitet und heiß. Dementsprechend haben wir dann ein wenig warten müssen, aber das nehme ich für frisches Essen gerne in Kauf. Der Cappuccino war lecker und der Milchschaum auch super. Weniger schön fand ich die Gespräche zwischen den Mitarbeiter, die in hörbarer Lautstärke die Missstände des Restaurants diskutiert haben. Z.b dass der Milchbehälter am Abend vorher nicht gewechselt wurde und dieser noch schnell gereinigt werden muss. Sowas kann natürlich passieren, sollte aber nicht für Kunden hörbar besprochen werden.

Der MC Donalds ist okay, gut ist die Holzfassade und der Chaletstil, generell finde ich den Laden aber zu teuer und Kartenzahlung per Kreditkarte ist nicht möglich, schade.

Zum Pickeln kriegen Nach 1 Std wieder hunger Wasser-Cola Fleich smeckt nicht Publikum nicht gerade Nett und höfflich

Das Restaurant war sauber und neu. Das Essen ok. Aber das Personal war so müde und lahm , dass ich bei der Bedienung helfen wollte. Mindestens 4 Leute schauten dem einzigen Kollegen beim bedienen zu . Der musste dazu noch Sachen aus dem Lager holen. Unmöglich!!! Da gehe ich so schnell nicht wieder hin.

Im Restaurant teilweise lange Wartezeiten. Oben an der desorientierung oder an der Lustlosigkeit des Personals liegt kann ich leider nicht sagen. Bei Speisen zum mitnehmen haben schon öfter Teile gefehlt die aber logischerweise schon bezahlt waren. Also besser nach Erhalt kontrollieren.

Wenn eine Schlange vor einer offenen Kasse steht, viele Mitarbeiter herumlaufen, miteinander herumalbern, aber keiner bedient, außer einem deutlich überforderten Jugendlichen, dann läuft da was nicht richtig. Kann ich nicht empfehlen.
