Burger King in Mayen in Mayen

We had a quick meal here on the way back from a short vacation. There were enough employees on site and they were even friendly. Our food was prepared quickly. Above all, the citizens were still really hot and the fries were nice and crispy. If we come by again we would like to go there again...

Unfortunately, this Burger King still doesn't have tortilias, despite showing it on the homepage. Impudence!! But that's what the Mayener Burger King is known for. The staff is once again super friendly, I wonder when they last visited the shower. Some employees have hallucinations and imagine that pictures are being taken of them and almost jump over the counter in anger. Then you have to call the store manager, who excuses the behavior by saying that the employee, unfortunately, is always like that. Maybe the good gentleman should give his employees some training on how to deal with customers.

It is very difficult to write a clear review here. We've eaten here several times and how can you put it?! It was always different. Sometimes it looks rather unkempt, i.e. tables not wiped down, food here and there on the floor, tray returns overflowing. Another day it looks very licked, even when there is a lot going on. Sometimes the burgers are assembled like in a picture book, sometimes this is not the case. Overall, you can say that it always depends on who is on duty.

Unfortunately there are no self-service ordering counters on site. It could be modernized, you're already used to it. Nevertheless, the food was ready very quickly, warm and tasty. Unfortunately, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, even though there wasn't much going on.

Burgers are always fresh, sometimes the employees seem annoyed but otherwise you can't complain.

The food was normal. However, the service was terribly bad! At the drive in the young woman was VERY unpleasant! No wonder the Burger King has no customers, unlike the Mecces down the street. Burger King saw me as a customer for the first and last time!

Honestly, nobody expects miracles when visiting a fast food restaurant. And whilst this wasn't a miracle in the culinary sense, we honestly had the best Burger King food of any location we've visited so far. The fries were really crispy and the burgers really well made. Noice.

Not the best Burger King visited. Not cheap either. Service was generally fast but nothing out of the ordinary. At least the food was warm and correct despite some redundant fries floating around in the bottom of the bag.

Getting everything you ordered Challenge (impossible) It's a pain to order from Burger King every time. You go and order for six for a family, which you do once in a while and something is always missing. You have to check the order on site, there is no guarantee that what you pay for will be there. How can it be that with a system that is so highly automated you cannot successfully place orders? It's funny that I've never had too many burgers, but when I order larger ones, some are always missing.

A very nice restaurant with friendly staff. The food is freshly made and looks good enough to eat.

Drinks were sold although only the syrup required for them was available without the mineral water. The device was defective and yet people continued to tap and sell it. Very long wait for the food

On August 26th, 24 I got something to eat. First of all, the waiters at the checkout were very unfriendly and secondly, I had a burger yesterday and after this burger I got Samuel poisoning. I don't recommend anyone eating there!!!! !!!!!

I've been so disappointed the last two times that I'll never enter this store again.... What can I say the last time I asked about the points, the nice lady said just that, there's no such thing here, to make matters worse 2 plantbase long Ordered chicken and when I got home one of the two was so dried out that I could only throw it away and even though I ordered both without salad so it was made fresh. How does something like that work... Today I was in the drive and was scolded 3 times, first because I said a single macandcheese, then you also have to say snack and then because I mispronounced churros. Apparently there were no containers for sauce, so I left it alone because it would have been soaked by the time I got home. Here too the question about the points, yes I need the code to answer the question if she could explain to me how the eyes rolled and yes then you have to look and then I left it.... That's never enough for me again, thanks and goodbye, I have something so unfriendly never experienced it before and the fries were always only lukewarm

We ate at Burger King in Mayen on August 7th, 2024. My husband had a King's Crunchy Pepper Chicken in the King menu for 12.99 euros. After the first 4 bites, my husband noticed that the meat was super tough and stringy. Halfway through the burger he couldn't bite the meat anymore because it had such a solid consistency. We then went to the checkout and explained to the cashier 903 that the meat of the burger was impossible to bite into and showed her half the burger and the meat, which you couldn't tear with your hand. The cashier immediately blocked it and said that anyone could come and eat half of their burger and ask for a new burger. We explained to her that we didn't want a new burger, but that we thought a small discount or a small gift (e.g. a small ice cream or something similar) would be appropriate due to the high price of the menu (€12.99). The cashier didn't respond to our complaint at all and just shrugged her shoulders arrogantly and left us standing. This is not what customer service looks like! It's definitely the last time we've been to the Burger King in Mayen and we're no longer surprised that there's always hell going on at the McDonalds in Mayen and there's never anything going on at the Burger King in Mayen.

This store serves extremely disgusting food. The portions are extremely small (especially the fries). I will never go to a Burger King again.

Disgusting!!!! Thanks to this store, I will never set foot in a Burger King again. I got stomach problems, maybe the health department should come by. The employees are just as motivated as pigs in the slaughterhouse.

Eating ice cream outside at 9:30 p.m. was a problem. Very quickly it was said that my colleague forgot to let me know. Terrace will be closed. Incomprehensible. It's really not that much work, just put the tray cart in and lock it

Burgers lukewarm, tasteless and there is old ketchup on the tray. That was definitely my last time at this Burger King.

Staff make a mistake when ordering and are then rude to customers

Castles were freshened up. They were hot. You rarely have it.

BK as you know it. When the outside temperature is lower, it is always cold in the store.

In advance. I generally prefer Burger King to the other big chain with the "M". The burger was freshly prepared. However, there was little going on. The staff tried to be friendly. Tip: a simple smile immediately changes perception. In Mayen it is not possible to “tap” your own drink.

I ordered a plant based coupon and got half plant based half chicken. When we were told that we were vegetarian, we unfortunately only said that they would otherwise be thrown away and that's how they arrived in the kitchen, but we still didn't get any plant based nuggets. It was also extremely warm in the store. Then go to McDonalds.

Staff very overwhelmed and already with 2 customers

It tastes anything but like good burgers. You already know that they're getting smaller and smaller and there's almost nothing on them that's worth the money. Now the fries don't taste like potatoes and are pretty dry. What they would make me sizzle interest. Expensive fries for no taste, well it goes with the rest. Luckily not all Burger King restaurants taste that bad.

You quickly notice that the employees don't feel like working. The food was cold and tasted kind of musty. I then disposed of the junk in the already overflowing trash can. No more.....

Got old soggy nuggets, then served them with a few more fries in the jr. Took the box into the kitchen, got fresh nuggets back and, according to the employee, there weren't many fries left in there and they were thrown away, so my child was unlucky and couldn't eat the fries she paid for 👍

Long wait even though we were the only ones waiting to place our order. The lady who operated the drive-in seemed to do everything here. After a while, a woman who was already a bit annoyed came and took our order. The display was empty, i.e. with an extra request the burger would have to be hot and fresh. Which he wasn't. Recup cups can only be taken back if you wash them at home??? I've never heard that before...no wonder if such a positive thing to love our environment can't prevail. I'm speechless and can't imagine that that's right. Especially when Burger King advertises that you can return the cups to ANY branch. At the very least, I should have been informed BEFORE "borrowing" these cups that I would have to drive home to wash them.

It's a shame, a very clean branch. BUT we would have to wait quite a long time and then we would be taken for a ride. The Double Chili Cheeseburger was a pure cheeseburger without chilies. And the best thing, bordering on fraud: our plant based burgers were made with meat!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Error excluded This is really the last one!!!!!

We wanted 2 hot blondies with ice cream, a latte macchiato and a cocoa. The young employee (trainee or just one of the non-skilled workers) interrupted my order by saying that card payment was not possible. And I had to repeat everything again. And even though I ordered twice, there were hot brownies! It took forever until the right ones were made. And the chocolate wasn't hot either. They weren't fully baked either. Even though there was nothing going on it took forever. BURGERKING should work on its service with the utmost urgency. If I'm going to spend a lot of money, I want something in return. Complaint to the email from the receipt, I'm looking forward to the reaction.

When I was there a few days ago I was lucky and was able to have a conversation because there wasn't much activity. It was about the Wopper that I ate last time. Burger King has changed something about that. Hold on tight! The sauce is now VEGAN!! Can someone explain to me why they put a vegan sauce on a meat patty that (me and my companion) doesn't like at all?? What spiritual misdirection is this!! But there is a workaround :-) Order the Wopper without mayonnaise but with the sauce from the Doppelwopper!!! Unfortunately it costs extra (which I don't understand because there is no sauce) but it tastes BOMBASTIC!!! In this sense Bon hunger 😎

Kaffeemaschine war eine Stunde vor Schluss bereits aus. Milch-Shake gabs auch keinen, weil die Maschine defekt war. Nach Aussage der Mitarbeiterin ist die Maschine die meiste Zeit defekt. Apfelsaft-Schorle war auch ausverkauft. Für einen Laden mitten in Mayen schon sehr traurig!

Wir sind schon Stammkunden quasi beim BK in Mayen aber heute hat die Mitarbeiterin am Drive in Mal den vogel abgeschossen... So was unfreundliches und paziges nur weil Mann eine Beilagen Soße tauschen möchte hab ich noch nie erlebt dann nach mehrfacher Nachfrage wegen Beleg siehe da zu Hause kein Beleg und knapp laut aktueller Preisliste auf der App noch 13.50€ zu viel bezahlt... Absolute Abzocke.ca 20 min später dort angerufen und Mann wusste sofort ach die Bestellung mit den" 15 Cheeseburger"bescheid und wird abgewunken.frechheit dann werden wir in Zukunft nur noch zum MC's fahren. Und das obwohl man jedes Mal über 60-70 Euro da lässt mit 4 Kids....schade

Viel zu kalt.. nur kalte Luft. Fastfood im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Schnell Essen da sonst Essen kalt. Mussten die Jacken anlassen sonst wäre es noch kälter gewesen. Man bekam das Gefühl nur keine Gäste zu lange halten.und nein wir saßen nicht im freien

Leider passiert es immer häufiger, dass man die bestellte Ware am Drive-Schalter nicht vollständig ausgehändigt bekommt und auf Reklamationen nicht reagiert wird. Selbst eine Beschwerde per Mail wird nicht bearbeitet, geschweige beantwortet. So verliert man leider seine Kunden, aber scheint Burger King auch nicht nötig zu haben, wenn nicht reagiert wird.

Bestellte Sachen werden regelmäßig vergessen. Auf eine Beschwerde per Mail wurde nicht reagiert. Telefonisch wurde man vertröstet das man ja kein passendes Personal finde. Gut… aber nicht das Problem des Kunden?

Leckeres Essen, perfekter Service 💪

Im Gegensatz zu anderen Burger Kings relativ sauber, ansonsten alles wie immer. Essen nicht mehr ganz warm, Pommes gut, Nuggets schlechter als bei der Konkurrenz.

Wie nett sie noch immer fragen, ob Ketchup oder Mayo, ist es aber doch ganz egal wenn man einfach keines von beiden einpackt. Jedes Mal, als hätte es Methode.

Schnellbewertungen sind sonst nicht mein Ding. Aber es reicht nun nach mimimum 3 schlechten Erfahrungen an dem Ort Mich seht Ihr nicht mehr wieder. 1 x mittlere Pommes 1 x Chilli Cheese Pommes beides mehr kalt als warm. Holzpickser wird vergessen. Musste ich mir am Schalter neu holen. Der hygienisch bewusste Mitarbeiter, gibt mir das Gäbelchen mit seinen Fingern auf der Seite, mit denen ich die Pommes stochern soll. Ich habe etliche Male zuvor rotzunhöflich bis unverschämf freche Mitarbeiter dort angetroffen. Das war allerdings nicht heute. Habe nun FERTIG

Mal kann man es essen - mal trieft es we sau. Ich sag nur: "Willkommen in Fraßcity" - gebt euer Geld lieber für Lebensmittel aus, aus denen ihr selbst was leckeres machen könnt, denn der BK hier ist ne Geldverschwendung.

Leider sehr gestresste Mitarbeiter und stark abgenutzte Möbel. Tablett hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gehabt

Ich muss zugeben, das ist einer der saubersten BKs gewesen. Tische, Boden, Toiletten. Da gibts nix zu meckern. Auch das Personal ist nett gewesen. Leider wurde der Gutschein nicht angenommen und man konnte mir auch nicht weiter helfen. Es gibt keine Getränke zum selber Zapfen. Sehr schade. Man kann anschließen noch sagen das die Preise auch gut angezogen wurden. Ansonsten, bleibt zuversichtlich.

Dieser Burger King in Mayen ist nicht zu empfehlen . Alles Kalt die Hälfte fehlte und der Erdbeere Shake schmeckte nicht nach Erdbeeren und war ganz weiß . Nach dem ich mich beschwert hatte haben Sie mir einen neuen gemacht wieder weiß und schmeckte nicht . Alles in allem 50€ zum Fenster raus .

Es kommt regelmäßig vor, dass im Drive In nicht alles was bestellt und bezahlt wurde auch verpackt wird. Pommes liegen meist mit der Tütenöffnung nach unten in der Tüte. Auf Emails wird nicht reagiert. Ich werde so schnell nicht mehr dort hin fahren.

Die Überschrift sagt wohl alles. So ein unglaublich schlechten Service. Da hat man als Kunde das Gefühl man stört gerade beim gepflegten Nichtstun. Hatte mich schon gewundert warum da so wenig los ist. Jetzt weiss ich es.

Sonntag 21.06.2020 13:00 Die Dame am Autoschalter hat die Bestellung falsch aufgenommen, und eine Korrektur verweigert. Im übrigen unfreundlich und erstaunlich langsam. Besser beim nächsten mal ein paar Meter weiter stadteinwärts fahren.

Für ein Schnellrestaurant teilweise unterirdische Performance. In 7 von 10 Fällen benötige ich 10-15 Minuten, bei Bestellung von Standardgerichten aus den Gutscheinen (LongChicken, 2xWhopperJr, mittlere Pommes). Auch schon mal 18 Min gebraucht, bei im Schnitt 2-3 Leuten vor mir. Oft nur 1 Kasse besetzt (Theke) und den Autoschalter. Da ich bei BK lieber esse als bei McD nehme ich das zähneknirschend in Kauf.

Hier macht es Spaß, zu essen. Die Bürger sind ausreichend groß und nimmt man ein Gutschein-Menue, ist der Preis unschlagbar. Etwas ungewöhnlich, die klassische Musik, aber durchaus gut.

3 Menüs zum mitnehmen bestellt. Wartezeit ca.15 Minuten obwohl wenig los war. Küche und Theke jeweils mit mindestens 4 Personen besetzt. Trotzdem diese Wartezeit. 70 Prozent des Essens nach Ausgabe kalt. Und das für den Preis? Von Organisation und Struktur keine Spur.

Von vorn herein ist zu sagen dass ich über das eigentliche essen nichts schreiben werde, denn das ist Standard Burger King. Allerdings hat mich die Serviceleistung dazu bewogen einen Kommentar zu verfassen. Erstmal sehr lustlos und unmotiviert, ein Smartphone gehört bei großem Andrang nicht in die Hand und schon gar nicht anstelle vom bedienen von Kunden. Als wir das Essen endlich erhalten hatten waren ungefähr 60% der Bestellung falsch. Positiv ist zu sehen, dass wir die falschen Produkte behalten durften und neue bekamen. Somit hatten wir ein sehr üppiges Mahl ..... Dennoch war es schon sehr nervig. Essen: Standard Service: mangelhaft Sauberkeit: sehr gut Ambiente: gut Preis/Leistung: gut Fazit: Essen Standard, Service mangelhaft.... das muss Burger King besser machen!

Not much difference from USA, better buns and more flavorful beef paties, wings are OK, no ice on drinks, good fries, ask for ketchup and mayo,
