Rarely no queue at the ordering counter. The first time it was a maximum average experience. After a while I was given a second chance and, fortunately, it was an above-average doner roll (wrap). Since then I've been able to get something to take away more often. Please pay more attention to cleanliness (you almost end up stuck to the floor in many places), then it will be 5 stars.

What an absolutely bad store! Service? None! We wanted to try something new today because we saw an ad on TikTok and thought maybe this would be an interesting alternative to McDonald's or Burger King. So we go in there – and what do we see? Hardly any guests, maybe 13 people when it comes up. We obediently stand behind two gentlemen who are being served. Then a couple comes after us and also lines up behind us. But when the gentlemen were served, we were simply passed over - not even noticed! Instead, you ask the couple that was behind us what they want! I have never experienced anything so unfriendly and rude! We simply decided to leave immediately. Then it's better to go to a place where you won't just be ignored!

If there wasn't always an idiot who was unfriendly there would be more stars, but people always looked at you stupidly or something else, but that's what you'd expect...

I have been very pleased with the opening at Mayen. They still made an effort. Now you always get cold food or ingredients are missing. It doesn't taste like it did at the beginning either. You have to place the order several times with different employees because one takes it but the other prepares it. Instead of clarifying this among themselves, customers are asked to come forward again. Staff always annoyed, unfriendly, unsympathetic even though there wasn't much going on (by no means all of the employees, but the few that stand out). All in all, the food is good, the ingredients are fresh, the rest is probably down to the kebab man. In the early days after the reopening, we found the kebab to be the best in the area. Now it depends on which day and which employee you catch - no consistent quality! It's a shame, but there are still plenty of alternative kebab shops.

Sometimes I buy kebab there, with two sauces, with beef, my children and I really like it. Polite staff. There are places to sit, but we often shop and eat at home. They also have delicious falafel and delicious various drinks. Thank you for the delicious food and politeness.

There are worse kebabs, but there are also better ones. In terms of price, I find them a bit too expensive. There are better coleslaws. If I go again then only meat with sauce and onions.

The Haus des Döner is highly recommended if, for example, you have just come back from a train ride or are generally up there in the area. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly. Cleanliness: 0. Employees use the same gloves that they use to handle other objects and cut the bread. Employees: Very unfriendly and completely demotivated. We recently arrived around 10pm. The employee was standing outside the store, smoking and watching videos on his cell phone. He swore in his own language and didn't even greet us. He just seemed annoyed. The ventilation system is so dirty that hardly any air is extracted. After just a short stay you can smell fat and burnt meat. Prices have been increased. You get more salad than meat. We no longer visit the branch. We'd rather go to Koblenz where there are even better alternatives.

I'll start in a structured way so that you can all understand what our experiences were like. 1. **Hygiene**: There is definitely room for improvement here. The floor and counter were very dirty. One wonders whether there is still a health department in Germany. The employee wore black gloves, which is generally a good thing. However, he pushed into the trash with his gloves, pulled off the bag, brought it to the back and then continued straight away with preparing the kebabs. This is absolutely unacceptable. 2. **Staff**: The staff was very rude. Trying to be wildly funny only led to stupid questions. What do we learn from this? Education is the be-all and end-all. 3. **Customer Experience**: During the last visit, a customer in front of me asked how the sauces tasted. The employee offered a sample, which initially seemed positive. However, he used the same small plastic spoon for several sauces. After the first customer tasted the sauce and returned the spoon, that spoon was dipped into the next sauce! Behind me, two shocked people were already leaving the store. Of course, I then pretended I had forgotten my wallet and left too. 4. **Quality of the food**: The kebab no longer tastes like it did when it reopened. The portions are smaller, the preparation has deteriorated and even the friendliness is no longer there. It's sad how the store has developed. 5. **French fries**: The fries were dry and tasted like they had been sitting around for 3-4 hours. Hopefully the health department, maybe even the tax office, will take action.

It's an impertinence to poop at someone so stupidly from the side. Salad dressing means something different. Finally we order a kebab and not a salad. That's the last time I was there. I got my kebab and left. Anticipation for the meal was ruined. The kebabs weren't as good as last year and the year before last either. They've recently started putting strange berries on the greens and the aroma of the berries doesn't taste good and is really annoying. My husband also thought his kebab had a slightly sour taste. The evening before, shortly before work, we ordered a kebab with veal and sheep's cheese to take away. The berries were already gone and my kebab was absolutely delicious.
