Food was good but it was chaotic inside

Terrible staff, ordering in the local language is so nerve-wracking that you're actually hungry afterwards. The food isn't bad. Everything is usually completely dirty and you rarely leave the restaurant without sticky shoe soles. There are no machines, so you have to order in front, it's always a new mystery as to whether you actually get what you ordered

Attention, restaurant currently closed! It's unbelievable how such a large company can't display the current closure on Google! Total failure of the restaurant management!

The food is very tasty, but some of the employees are just unsympathetic. Sauces were missing & eat.

Die neu hinzugefügten bestellterminals sind der größte dreck dadurch haben sich die Wartezeiten deutlich verlängert!! Das alte Bestell Prinzip ging deutlich schneller und besser!!!

I eat there regularly and everything goes quite quickly and efficiently, I have never had any serious problems with ordering, and one of the employees, an older lady, is the best and manages everything best :)

Service is too slow and hardly anyone understands German

Clean, warm burger and hot fries. Not available in every McDonald's

We usually eat to-go and parts of the order are often forgotten! Salads, drinks, sauces and even complete burgers. To unpack the whole bag, you can eat right there. If we notice and let us know, it will take a long time for our order to be complete and by then the rest of the food will be cold.

Although quite empty (this early, 9:30) the shift manager was overwhelmed and unfriendly (?). Yes, you can ignore a customer at the coffee counter, not return a greeting and let them stand there for 5 minutes before you get a pressed "you can't order there either, you have to go to the other checkout" when asked. But you only do it once... Friendliness is a prerequisite for service. At least the colleague was friendly. Cleanliness of the toilet was poor (disgustingly sticky floor), the rest was ok (outside).

As a regular customer, I can absolutely recommend this Burger King. Service and service are always very friendly. I'd love to come back.
