In my opinion the friendliest and best staff in the world.

A Burger King, located right next to the A3. When we visited, the restaurant was relatively empty and our order was prepared quickly (less than 5 minutes). The ambience is the same as usual at BurgerKing, and anyone who uses the outdoor dining area, like us, can enjoy the traffic without interruption

You wait so long for your food, only to then get a ticket because you parked too long in front of Burger King. Real laugh track

The fries were cold, the hamburger wasn't cooked (the cheese wasn't melted). Everything had to be redone, what a waste of food😡👎 The staff seemed pretty normal about it, or rather, they didn't care.

Very disappointing – never again KFC on Schiffenberger Weg in Giessen! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at KFC. Online the menu looked normal – crispy chicken, chicken wings, etc. – but on site there were no regular chicken pieces or drumsticks, just the usual crispy pieces. Totally misleading! We ordered curly fries - they were absolutely inedible: soft, floppy, and you could immediately see (and taste) that they were ancient. The oil they were fried in was obviously way too old too - just disgusting. The staff was extremely unfriendly and annoyed. No smile, no greeting, no help. And the cleanliness: a disaster. Every table was dirty, trays and trash everywhere - no one cared. It looked like no one had cleaned there all day. I absolutely cannot recommend this location. There is neither service nor quality nor cleanliness.

Ice cream machine is constantly defective! Sauces are more often forgotten at McDrive than they end up in the bag. Employees are usually friendly at McDrive, as long as there isn't a long line. All in all, I can't recommend anyone to go here if they're expecting a milkshake or ice cream.

How incompetent are you? There are 7-8 employees there, but every time something is missing from the order that you paid for but wasn't packed.

Food is usually good. Drive into disaster but well then you just don't go there. Long opening hours are great!

Hello Burger King, do you have anyone who looks at the local restaurants? Hello Fresenius, how can it be that this place is so unhygienic that you have the feeling that you are getting a parasite here? It can't be the case that people put the burgers together without gloves and that one moment you're collecting money and the next moment you're salting and fetching the fries? The level has dropped significantly and it's not getting better. Terrible experience!

Nach dem Essen wurde einen übel und man brachte alles wieder raus. Muss man nicht nochmal haben. Das Personal steht offensichtlich im Raum und isst. Das Essen war das Geld nicht wert. Gezahlt hatte ich 20.15€ Am 02.03.2025 gegen 10.45 Uhr ungefähr

It's a lottery to get the right thing at the DriveIn counter. I love BurgerKing, but the branch on Münsterstr. I won't visit anymore.
