Well what can I say. It's a regular McDonalds. But it was cleaner than the others. The prices seem normal to me. Obviously it's not extremely high quality food, but for those with little time it's perfect.

Everything was cold, the fries 🍟 with chili were cold and the sauce was slapped on it and had a vinegar taste. The onion rings were cold and soft. Tables were dirty and you couldn't eat in peace because 2 people came and wanted some money from outside. All in all a disaster, I won't go there anymore. I even think 1 star is too much. Wanted to go to the toilet but saw that you had to pay, not exactly customer friendly either.

There's a bit of chaos here. A lot of things are forgotten when ordering. The staff was not friendly, very stressed and cold. Tables dirty and there is a lot lying around on the floor. We ate for almost €40 and still had to pay for the toilet per person, even though we only wanted to wash our hands before and after eating. Paid €3 for toilets and there is no toilet paper or paper towels!

Over 20 minutes waiting time. In addition, the curly fries (sold out) and the carbon dioxide in the drinks (also sold out?) were missing. But the staff was friendly and the teriyaki sauce is delicious. Two stars for that.

I've never had to wait so long for my food! The employees were on a roll, my dear friend. Absolute impudence... Let's not go there anymore!

Over 30 minutes for a 6 piece of chicken nuggets

Staff don't know how to smile and seem totally bored. Hardly any table was clean, let alone the floor. The used trays were piled up around the overflowing return box. Really bad.

Things have improved over time, both with the menu becoming more vegan-friendly and with staff getting your orders right and doing so more quickly. However, the new ordering terminals are an absolute disaster - they do not offer the possibility of interacting with the bonus point system (crowns) nor its rewards, nor the ability to collect payback points, but staff taking orders has been reduced anyway in the expectation that people will use the terminals. I still go here, but it's a hassle every time, so be prepared for that. At least the staff themselves are lovely.

Just greasy food, not crispy, just gross. 18€ for such food. Never again

Wow, it's finally been renovated. It hasn't gotten any better or nicer. Instead of a playroom or playground, more seats. Now there is no playground at all 👎 Inside there are only a few discs to spin. Very sad, this child-friendliness. This is actually the target group of customers. Well, the food isn't healthy. It's better to go somewhere else with children 🙄

Sehr dreckig, MC RIP nur reingebissen und weggeworfen. Merkwürdig geschmeckt. Viele McDonald's gesehen... Aber dort ist es ein Zustand.

I don't know how this store can still run. Standing in front of the shop at 11:30 p.m. I was told that it was closed indoors. Then I had to go to the drive in, all well and good, only I stood there again for 30 minutes and my food was completely cold. Worst McDonald's in the Recklinghausen district! Incompetent and unfriendly employees. Do yourself a favor and close the store

Disaster! Employees converse with each other in a foreign language, while their friends receive priority service and get their food quicker. You wait half an hour for a Coke and then only get it a minute after a reminder. There was a hair in a burger, the ice cream was runny and tasted strange - never again! Instead of preparing our order, the employees prefer to prepare their own food and eat it...
