McDonald's in Nienburg (Weser)

Before the renovation, the atmosphere was more pleasant and inviting. Now everything is so dark and depressing. Unfortunately, there is no longer the great children's corner and the slide, which was always a highlight for the child. McDonald's, which was once funny and full of children's laughter, is now a boring, monotonous place

The food tastes as usual, so everything is good. What's terrible, however, is the atmosphere; everything is dark and depressing. The children are now spread out everywhere because there is no longer a play area, neither outside nor inside. In addition, many seats have no backrest. Overall a 10/10 before the renovation and now only 3/10.

We ate there for the first time today after the opening. Firstly, I ordered a cola. This tasted like it had been sitting there for 2 hours. The burgers didn't taste good either, you had a stomach ache straight after. We used to enjoy going to Nienburg, but that was the first and last time.

Went there earlier and found a hair in the food! Of course the appetite disappeared immediately! And then shortly after the new opening? Very disappointed, hygiene should always be a priority!

After the current renovation in October 2024, the store has not become any nicer. The comfortable benches are also gone. Is now designed for more guests. Now with two-lane Mc drive and charging stations for electric cars. There is a deduction for the parking lot, which is far too small. I always felt the restaurant was busy, especially on weekends. Otherwise, five percent McDonald's usual dishes that I don't have to tell you anything about here.

Wow, it's finally been renovated. It hasn't gotten any better or nicer. Instead of a playroom or playground, more seats. Now there is no playground at all 👎 Inside there are only a few discs to spin. Very sad, this child-friendliness. This is actually the target group of customers. Well, the food isn't healthy. It's better to go somewhere else with children 🙄

Children's birthday party in the "new" McDonalds. Absolute disaster. The cake was simply placed on the table when the little guests had just arrived and didn't even have their jackets off yet. No more ambience for the little ones, no more external area. Employees were completely overwhelmed, nobody knew whether they had already paid or not. Let alone whether we ordered or not, we already had a number on the table. Even outside, no more slides, nothing more for the most important thing, the children!

Ordered without ice cubes but received with them. A burger was missing, unfortunately only noticed when we got home.

In google they said it opens at 3 p.m. we waited until 8 p.m. and it still wasn't open 😡

Nice new atmosphere, unfortunately today on November 7th at 8:27 p.m. after waiting 25 minutes I received a Mcflurry with extremely little content until I asked. Order was probably clicked away and forgotten for better internal times... I hope that this improves...

Really bad today. According to the internet it has been open since 3 p.m. Got there at 5 p.m. and was told we open at 6 p.m. So kill 1 hour of time. Back at 6 p.m. Many guests were or are there. No boss or employee came outside to tell us that it might not open until 7 or 8 p.m. That's not possible!!! A little more correct information would have been appropriate. Not again for now!!!!

Instead of giving an interview at the rake one day before the planned reopening that will be reopened the next day, you should perhaps help out on the construction site to ensure the opening or at least inform the customers that the reopening will be delayed. Very bad PR.

Highly praised branch manager Arab, who saved my son's evening after his two burgers were missing. The employee immediately addressed my problem and dealt with the inconvenience immediately.

Was on October 2nd at 10.30pm and had to wait 20 minutes for my food in the drive in, not great :/ but the food was delicious

We are regularly on site. The food is always made fresh and the staff is friendly. Only once, when it was really busy, were we a little dissatisfied because something was simply replaced without asking if it was ok.

Fast service and served straight away! Significantly better than other branches.

I usually go to this establishment often and nothing seems to raise any questions, I didn’t consider the fact that they didn’t clear the tables after visitors to be so important, but the fact that they brought me a dish for breakfast was already stuck to the wrapping paper from the inside and I couldn’t tear it off the paper I also didn’t think it was the worst thing, but I also ordered a sandwich that was bigger in the photo and the bacon looks edible, but it feels like I just stepped on it.

Everything was dirty and there were stains and leftover food everywhere. The food didn't taste good either and I didn't finish it. I now have food poisoning and am throwing up. Something like that shouldn't be sold.

Things have been going downhill here for a few months now. The standard is typically not very high for mc's, but to beat that is quite an achievement. Something is missing from every order. The highlight yesterday was the MC rib who wasn't there. A sauce can happen, but the burger? You then have to get it later and it will still be cold, as if it had already been left there before. And the oh-so-new M-Burger doesn't taste particularly good either. Just go back to BK. You don't have such problems there. That's it.

The experience was simply disappointing. Long queue at the drive in (already several times) and I didn't feel welcome by the staff. I won't come back. The food was ok, it was hot. However, the fries had a strange taste.

As an exception, we had breakfast at MC Donalds in Nienburg. The food was okay, the lady who brought it was friendly. But the ambience leaves much to be desired. The dining room was terribly dirty. Crumbs in all the bench grooves, on various tables, many tables greasy, especially at 8 a.m. in the morning, large cobwebs already with fluff of dust on the feet of the benches, thick layers of dust in the toilets on paper and disinfectant dispensers and trash cans, on bag and jacket hooks . This is certainly not a day's worth of dirt because the cleaning lady may have been unavailable at short notice. That was extremely unsavory. Reason enough not to go there again, as doubts arise about the hygiene in the rest of the house. The lady who put the food together at the counter always had her hair in front of her face. We haven't encountered this at home in the surrounding McDonald's branches.

I was impressed by the view, the panorama from up there was amazing, good food at the hill station at fair prices. If you haven't been there yet, you should do so, the only drawback is that the gondolas are outdated and unclean.

I was there with friends on Friday, July 12, 2024, and we also had this 138 sign. And on Sunday July 14, 2024, 2 days later, I was also there in the mäces and by chance I got this sign and I was extremely disgusted that you can't bake it to clean certain things, it was the same dirt as on Friday and They didn't manage to clean it for two days. The tables weren't wiped down and there was leftover food all over the floor. The toilets were also very dirty and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. So here in Switzerland, where there is a mäces of the same size with only half as many employees, they manage to keep everything clean and there are notes in the toilets saying when it was last cleaned, here at mäces Nienburg there was no note to be seen. So the health department should definitely take a look here. The only plus point is that the food comes quickly and is warm, but I still only give it 1 star. Action is needed here as quickly as possible. Ps. I work in a canteen with 6 people and cleanliness is the top priority.

The little blonde man was very friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh like tomatoes from your own garden.

When ordering in the drive, a large (!) burger was forgotten...unfortunately it wasn't noticed until we got home. When I called, there was only an answering machine and there was no requested call back. That was the last time I bought anything!!!

Unfortunately, a total of 3 burgers that had already been paid for in advance were not handed over to us or were not packed. It's no longer surprising that cleanliness and friendliness aren't very important in the Nienburg branch, but today was the highlight. The “restaurant” was moderately busy, absolutely zero stress level, both drive and indoor & it looked like shit. Dirty tables & chairs, no napkins, no cloths in the toilets (scat stains in the changing room & on the doors have already dried). I had ordered via the app, all I had to do was show my number and pay, no friendly “hello” (even if the standard is “warm welcome to…) just “please”. Food was ready (I thought, luckily I check every time (visiting three times a year) the children's toys were missing, the fries were (as always actually) at the bottom of the bags (even though it's standard to bag them last) & already cold & two burgers were missing. When I asked politely, I was just looked at questioningly and said “yes & what should I do now, I haven't packed it?” I'm a PROFESSIONAL (19 years of professional experience & NOT blind to the company), I work in management & I'm simply stunned at how ignorant both employees and managers can be, whose workplace where they work with food is so absolutely dirty & completely bored. Don’t even get me started on “Playland”. This branch urgently needs to be cleaned up, properly trained and sensibly checked in ALL areas.

Shortly before closing time, we ordered a menu with 2 double chili cheese burgers via the drive in. Got 2 double cheeseburgers, with the second burger I noticed that the meat smelled of ammonia and was obviously very spoiled. Immediately stopped eating and then had a stomach ache. The only thing I like to eat there is the ice cream. I won't come back.

Modern and very quick to prepare. Positive: someone was always "twirling" around and checking whether everything was clean and tidy (lunchtime!) I like eating here :-)

Food was quick and good. My McRip even had 3 pieces without asking. Cleaning bags included. Although it's a McDonald's standard, it's not available everywhere. Actually, it's a shame. But the franchisers save where they believe it would be right. The toilet was clean. Given the ambience, I would have liked more sockets with or without USB sockets at the tables. The WiFi also worked perfectly. I recommend this branch and would be happy to come back. I was there on a Sunday afternoon.

I threw €10.79 into the wind! I got a Hamburger Royal TS menu on April 17th, 2024 and took the B6 towards Hanover. What I found in the package was a complete disaster. A stale burger and side dishes exactly the same. I had mayo twice plus a chili sauce, nothing was delivered with it, I paid for it. Nothing is improving in the store there.

I've had food poisoning for 3 days, I'll never eat at your place again, I won't even drink a cola at your place anymore, that's not normal!!!!

Went to the mac donald again today with the family after a long time... everything was ok... Except that a lot of young people simply spent their time there without ordering anything and paying people who wanted to eat there hardly got any space...that's not possible.

Everything was great; we've been to McDonald's many times, but sometimes some of the tables were dirty and dirty after the visitors had just left. I hope this doesn’t happen again and it was caused by the staff being busy.

I placed an order online with 4 coupons, wanted to pick it up at this restaurant, when I got there I had to pay a higher price than stated in the app. I was told that a coupon could not be accepted, even though all coupons were valid. Then a pack of fries was forgotten, which has often happened, and was only half full. Almost every time I ordered online from this restaurant I forgot something. Very disappointing for Nienburg, I didn't have these problems in other cities.

Was the only thing Open so i had to eat, despite my huge hunger I found the food really bad. It tastes inedible, just a mess of sauce and green leafs on a sad piece of what I am sure has nothing to do with actual meat. The place is crowded and dirty. Staff are nice but fittingly bummed out.

Mc Drive geht immer 😀 hatten eine lange Autofahrt vor uns und haben hier eine Pause eingelegt um einen Kaffee zu trinken Bestellung schnell erhalten. Die Mitarbeitern war sehr nett und freundlich hat den Kindern sogar ein kleinen schoko Weihnachtsmann gegeben. Toiletten waren auch hier sauber und gepflegt Alles super, Essen ist leider Mc nichts für mich aber wenn alles geschlossen hat und man kaffee braucht ist Mc die Rettung

Super laden. Alle nett und hilfbeteit. Hatte nur mit einer dame gesprochen weil die eauto ladesäule durch mc d autos belegt waren. Wollte den chef nicht stressen weil er gerade ein kassen problem hatte und bin zu edeka. Da ging die seule nicht und der rest falsche stecker. Ich kam zurück und der platz war frei! Der wagen hätte keine 5km mehr gefahren. Wiedermal hat diese laden mich gerettet! (Nachts vor 2 jahren gerade so hergeschaft mit nem sharing wagen.. zu kalt und keine säulen zu finden) DANKE!

Schneller Service und die gewohnte McD-Qualität. Und das McD-Deutschland jemals Gute Pommes hinkriegt, die Hoffnung habe ich aufgegeben. Warum kriegen die niederländischen McD-Filialen das eigentlich so gut hin.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Immer wenn ich meine Bestellung aufgeben, entferne ich einige Zutaten aus dem Hamburger und sie haben meine Bestellung immer ohne Probleme ausgeführt. Ich denke, das ist ein wichtiger Punkt, den ich hervorheben möchte.

McDonalds halt. Der Burger und die Pommes waren gut. Service prompt. Und das Ambiente ist eben Systemgastronomie.

Beim letzten Besuch waren die Tische nicht abgewischt und die Hälfte der Bestellung fehlte. Allerdings würde die Bestellung schnell zum Tisch gebracht, obwohl es sehr voll war.
