The staff speaks less and worse German, not a nice place.

Please check the food at the drive in for completeness. As far as hygiene is concerned, I can only agree with the previous reviews.

It's disgusting to eat, everything is dirty, the only thing that holds the place together are the children who work there

Everything was dirty and there were stains and leftover food everywhere. The food didn't taste good either and I didn't finish it. I now have food poisoning and am throwing up. Something like that shouldn't be sold.

The floor is sticky and the food is too expensive

Bah, The floor sticks like hell, what a mess. If my car started here I would be 2 seconds faster from 0-100. My shoes got stuck. I can't do any of this anymore.

Things have been going downhill here for a few months now. The standard is typically not very high for mc's, but to beat that is quite an achievement. Something is missing from every order. The highlight yesterday was the MC rib who wasn't there. A sauce can happen, but the burger? You then have to get it later and it will still be cold, as if it had already been left there before. And the oh-so-new M-Burger doesn't taste particularly good either. Just go back to BK. You don't have such problems there. That's it.

You are sent away immediately so that the time is right. Unfriendly would be an exaggeration, you even have to let them insult you. The staff is completely unfriendly and irritable when you want to talk to them

The toilets aren't even worth a star After visiting the toilet, I can imagine what the restaurant/kitchen looks like! Therefore, as a precaution, I didn't take the order and drove on. Disgusting, that's so bad, it's best to have the responsible office take a closer look!

The experience was simply disappointing. Long queue at the drive in (already several times) and I didn't feel welcome by the staff. I won't come back. The food was ok, it was hot. However, the fries had a strange taste.

As an exception, we had breakfast at MC Donalds in Nienburg. The food was okay, the lady who brought it was friendly. But the ambience leaves much to be desired. The dining room was terribly dirty. Crumbs in all the bench grooves, on various tables, many tables greasy, especially at 8 a.m. in the morning, large cobwebs already with fluff of dust on the feet of the benches, thick layers of dust in the toilets on paper and disinfectant dispensers and trash cans, on bag and jacket hooks . This is certainly not a day's worth of dirt because the cleaning lady may have been unavailable at short notice. That was extremely unsavory. Reason enough not to go there again, as doubts arise about the hygiene in the rest of the house. The lady who put the food together at the counter always had her hair in front of her face. We haven't encountered this at home in the surrounding McDonald's branches.

I was impressed by the view, the panorama from up there was amazing, good food at the hill station at fair prices. If you haven't been there yet, you should do so, the only drawback is that the gondolas are outdated and unclean.

Super quick food preparation. Additionally, the order was complete, which is a rarity at most McDonalds. Everything was clean as far as I could see. There are also enough parking spaces available.

I was there with friends on Friday, July 12, 2024, and we also had this 138 sign. And on Sunday July 14, 2024, 2 days later, I was also there in the mäces and by chance I got this sign and I was extremely disgusted that you can't bake it to clean certain things, it was the same dirt as on Friday and They didn't manage to clean it for two days. The tables weren't wiped down and there was leftover food all over the floor. The toilets were also very dirty and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. So here in Switzerland, where there is a mäces of the same size with only half as many employees, they manage to keep everything clean and there are notes in the toilets saying when it was last cleaned, here at mäces Nienburg there was no note to be seen. So the health department should definitely take a look here. The only plus point is that the food comes quickly and is warm, but I still only give it 1 star. Action is needed here as quickly as possible. Ps. I work in a canteen with 6 people and cleanliness is the top priority.

I've eaten a lot of Big Tastys in my life and they've always been warm and light. But the Big Tasty I got today has nothing to do with a Big Tasty. 👎

Drive in, 4 cheeseburgers and one fries, waiting time almost 10 minutes. No go.

The little blonde man was very friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh like tomatoes from your own garden.

Unfortunately, the staff prefers to cuddle instead of dealing with the beeping devices, and it took quite a long time until the order was ready. A pity!

McDoof stop, cardboard lunch to go. It tastes good, but it's unhealthy and later you'll be hungry again way too early, and it's also overpriced. It's definitely fine for in between if there's no alternative nearby. Children love it, but they still have no idea.

When ordering in the drive, a large (!) burger was forgotten...unfortunately it wasn't noticed until we got home. When I called, there was only an answering machine and there was no requested call back. That was the last time I bought anything!!!

It's no longer surprising that cleanliness and friendliness aren't very important in the Nienburg branch, but today was the highlight. The “restaurant” was moderately busy, absolutely zero stress level, both drive and indoor & it looked like shit. Dirty tables & chairs, no napkins, no cloths in the toilets (scat stains in the changing room & on the doors have already dried). I had ordered via the app, all I had to do was show my number and pay, no friendly “hello” (even if the standard is “warm welcome to…) just “please”. Food was ready (I thought, luckily I check every time (visiting three times a year) the children's toys were missing, the fries were (as always actually) at the bottom of the bags (even though it's standard to bag them last) & already cold & two burgers were missing. When I asked politely, I was just looked at questioningly and said “yes & what should I do now, I haven't packed it?” I'm a PROFESSIONAL (19 years of professional experience & NOT blind to the company), I work in management & I'm simply stunned at how ignorant both employees and managers can be, whose workplace where they work with food is so absolutely dirty & completely bored. Don’t even get me started on “Playland”. This branch urgently needs to be cleaned up, properly trained and sensibly checked in ALL areas.

Unfortunately, a total of 3 burgers that had already been paid for in advance were not handed over to us or were not packed. When asked in advance whether everything was really there, this was emphatically answered in the affirmative. It has to be said that the forgotten burger was the most expensive part of the order. Very annoying for us as customers

Everything is fine and the charging station is in front of the door

Shortly before closing time, we ordered a menu with 2 double chili cheese burgers via the drive in. Got 2 double cheeseburgers, with the second burger I noticed that the meat smelled of ammonia and was obviously very spoiled. Immediately stopped eating and then had a stomach ache. The only thing I like to eat there is the ice cream. I won't come back.

Food was quick and good. My McRip even had 3 pieces without asking. Cleaning bags included. Although it's a McDonald's standard, it's not available everywhere. Actually, it's a shame. But the franchisers save where they believe it would be right. The toilet was clean. Given the ambience, I would have liked more sockets with or without USB sockets at the tables. The WiFi also worked perfectly. I recommend this branch and would be happy to come back. I was there on a Sunday afternoon.

Modern and very quick to prepare. Positive: someone was always "twirling" around and checking whether everything was clean and tidy (lunchtime!) I like eating here :-)

I threw €10.79 into the wind! I got a Hamburger Royal TS menu on April 17th, 2024 and took the B6 towards Hanover. What I found in the package was a complete disaster. A stale burger and side dishes exactly the same. I had mayo twice plus a chili sauce, nothing was delivered with it, I paid for it. Nothing is improving in the store there.

I've had food poisoning for 3 days, I'll never eat at your place again, I won't even drink a cola at your place anymore, that's not normal!!!!

Went to the mac donald again today with the family after a long time... everything was ok... Except that a lot of young people simply spent their time there without ordering anything and paying people who wanted to eat there hardly got any space...that's not possible.

Experience has shown that the ambience is (now) not so nice anymore. I visited MCDONALD'S at different times of the day!

Everything was great; we've been to McDonald's many times, but sometimes some of the tables were dirty and dirty after the visitors had just left. I hope this doesn’t happen again and it was caused by the staff being busy.

I placed an order online with 4 coupons, wanted to pick it up at this restaurant, when I got there I had to pay a higher price than stated in the app. I was told that a coupon could not be accepted, even though all coupons were valid. Then a pack of fries was forgotten, which has often happened, and was only half full. Almost every time I ordered online from this restaurant I forgot something. Very disappointing for Nienburg, I didn't have these problems in other cities.

Was the only thing Open so i had to eat, despite my huge hunger I found the food really bad. It tastes inedible, just a mess of sauce and green leafs on a sad piece of what I am sure has nothing to do with actual meat. The place is crowded and dirty. Staff are nice but fittingly bummed out.

No long waiting times. Great savings menu with an ok price-performance ratio. All other products are not exactly cheap.

It's a shame that employees are folded up in front of the customers... An employee made a mistake with a drink when ordering, now mistakes can be discussed and corrected. But the young lady this evening, I think she was a representative of the branch, insulted the employee behind the counter in front of the customers, he explained and apologized several times...mistakes can happen to anyone. An absolute “no go” such situations should be clarified outside of the customer. Gladly in front of the customers, but please be professional, factual and, above all, friendly. You're annoyed that you ordered something there.

Mc Drive geht immer 😀 hatten eine lange Autofahrt vor uns und haben hier eine Pause eingelegt um einen Kaffee zu trinken Bestellung schnell erhalten. Die Mitarbeitern war sehr nett und freundlich hat den Kindern sogar ein kleinen schoko Weihnachtsmann gegeben. Toiletten waren auch hier sauber und gepflegt Alles super, Essen ist leider Mc nichts für mich aber wenn alles geschlossen hat und man kaffee braucht ist Mc die Rettung

Super laden. Alle nett und hilfbeteit. Hatte nur mit einer dame gesprochen weil die eauto ladesäule durch mc d autos belegt waren. Wollte den chef nicht stressen weil er gerade ein kassen problem hatte und bin zu edeka. Da ging die seule nicht und der rest falsche stecker. Ich kam zurück und der platz war frei! Der wagen hätte keine 5km mehr gefahren. Wiedermal hat diese laden mich gerettet! (Nachts vor 2 jahren gerade so hergeschaft mit nem sharing wagen.. zu kalt und keine säulen zu finden) DANKE!

Schneller Service und die gewohnte McD-Qualität. Und das McD-Deutschland jemals Gute Pommes hinkriegt, die Hoffnung habe ich aufgegeben. Warum kriegen die niederländischen McD-Filialen das eigentlich so gut hin.

Essen besser als in anderen Filialen (Anrichtungsweise). Der Service ist das Beste an der Filiale Nienburg. Das Ambiente ist gut.

Kettenessen halt, schmeckt grundsätzlich überall gleich. Service und Ambiente gut.

Es war einfach ein wundervoller Aufenthalt bei euch. Vielen Dank für alles. Mein besonderer Dank gilt dem netten Betriebsleiter (?), der mir half in größter Not.

Leider ist der Laden mittlerweile absolut abgerockt. Netter kann man es nicht ausdrücken. Die Mitarbeiter sind in der Regel nett und bemüht. Der Betreiber müsste dringend Geld in die Hand nehmen. Der Spielplatz draußen ist eine Zumutung. Es kommt so viel Geld rein aus Mangel an Alternativen. Drinnen ist es auch keineswegs besser. Am besten man putzt selbst einmal durch, bevor man sich hinsetzt. Ich würde meinen Gästen nicht dieses *Ambiente* zumuten. Die Möbel sind kaputt. Schade, dass man so empfangen wird 🤨

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Immer wenn ich meine Bestellung aufgeben, entferne ich einige Zutaten aus dem Hamburger und sie haben meine Bestellung immer ohne Probleme ausgeführt. Ich denke, das ist ein wichtiger Punkt, den ich hervorheben möchte.

McDonalds halt. Der Burger und die Pommes waren gut. Service prompt. Und das Ambiente ist eben Systemgastronomie.

Beim letzten Besuch waren die Tische nicht abgewischt und die Hälfte der Bestellung fehlte. Allerdings würde die Bestellung schnell zum Tisch gebracht, obwohl es sehr voll war.

Die HappyMeal-spielzeuge sind entweder nie vorhanden oder man bekommt ein ganz anderes, als bestellt. Und irgendeine Soße fehlt IMMER. Wenn man schon Tablets aufstellt- warum sind die dann immer kaputt? Tablets sowie Bildschirmtisch sind generell dreckig, was bei fettigem Fingerfood schwer vermeidbar ist. Vielleicht sollte man Reinigungstücher daneben stellen, denn es ist sicherlich schwer machbar nach JEDEM Gast dort sauber zu machen. Will man seine Bestellung abholen muss man endlos lange warten. Lässt man das Essen an den Tisch liefern, geht es meist ganz fix (nur, dass halt IMMER etwas fehlt oder gar falsch ist). Könnte besser laufen! Edit Sept. '23 Die Tablets sind schon ne weile weg - stört mich nicht. Der Bildschirmtisch ist nur noch aus - stört mich jetzt auch nicht. Es gibt absolut keine Tischservisce-Nummern (oder sie sind jedes Mal leer?), somit müssen alle ihr Essen vorne abholen. Das hat zur Folge, dass sich da vorne alles ballt (Bestelltablets, bezahlen, warten auf bestellte Nummer). Der obere Bildschirm, auf dem die Bestell-Nummern stehen, ist auch kaputt . Die fertigen Bestellungen werden aber eher gesagt als gerufen... oder in dem ganzen (Sonntag Nachmittags/Abends-) Chaos geht's unter. Am Essen selber gibt's nix zu meckern und die Mitarbeiter haben ganz schön zu tun.

Das Essen kam " häppchenweise" und einiges wurde ganz vergessen, erst auf Nachfragen nach geliefert..komisch das sowas immer nur bei McD passiert...neues digitales Bestellsystem fand ich gut auch der Tischbringdienst

Ich persönlich liebe McDonald's und es passt zu meiner Familie, weil Kinder einen Ort zum Spielen finden und das Bestellen sehr einfach ist. Die Arbeiter sind freundlich. Alles ist wunderschön und leckeres Essen. ❤💞😋

Bin von anderen Filialen etwas mehr gewohnt

Die WCs waren nicht gereinigt. Der Service arbeitet nur mit halben Nasen Mundschutz. In der Zubereitung wird der Nasen und Mundschutz komplett weg geklappt. In diesen Zeiten absolut nicht haltbar. Klassischer Fall fürs Gesundheitsamt.

Wir waren mit unserer Kleinsten Tochter da beim ersten Mal waren zwei Burger kalt die haben wir reklamiert und danach war einer warm und der andere heiß. Kids Menü wurde statt des Buches was ausgewählt wurde, weil es ja nicht mehr vorhanden war, gar nichts reingetan. Hat echt nachgelassen.

Wir haben eigentlich oft in diversen McDonnalds gefrühstückt, meisstens in Nienburg. Irgendwann wurde so gespart (es gab kein Brötchengericht mehr ), daß wir nicht mehr hin gingen. Dann sahen wie eine Werbung und versuchten es noch einmal. Diesmal gab es McToast, McCroissant und ähnliches. Rührei mit Speck gab es auch, aber wenig (warscheinlich 1 Ei). Als Ausnahme OK, aber es gibt Besseres bei jeden Bäcker zum gleichen Preis

Licht u d Schatten liegen dicht zusammen... Sehr freundlicher Service, egal ob am Drive Inn oder im Restaurant. Die Burger sehr unterschiedlich, die Pommes sind seid Wochen eine pappige Mischung, z.T. aus kalt und warm. Auf die Bitte gg heiß zu tauschen, lappidarer Kommentar: "...der eine so, der andere so, müssen ja auch weg..." 😠. Für mich vorerst ein NoGo

Service könnte besser sein, Bestellung ging recht schnell dennoch war das essen nicht gleich vollständig und nach nochmaligem nachfragen wurde dann auch der Rest am Tisch gebracht.Geschmeckt hat es trotzdem
