The shop is beautifully designed and the staff are friendly and competent. I especially appreciate that there's someone in the restaurant who's attentive to the guests' well-being; Toni does a fantastic job. The restrooms are clean, and all in all, a very successful visit!

Today, my companion (54/58 years old) and I had a very positive experience. We hadn't been there for a long time; we live near Nienburg. From the very beginning, my companion and I felt right at home, like we were with family. We sat down at a table. An employee named Toni approached us. After a warm greeting, he asked if he could help and if everything was to our satisfaction. He offered his assistance. I mentioned that we didn't know how to order, as we weren't familiar with all the new, modern equipment. He asked what we would like to order, then took our order and handed it over. I went with him to the cash register to pay. Our order would then be displayed on the terminal using the order number. He explained everything to me in detail. When the order was ready, he brought it to our table, wished us bon appétit, and said we could ask him anytime if we needed anything else. We noticed that the employee had also gone to other tables, making sure they were cleaned and the trays cleared (three-quarters of the restaurant was occupied). Overall, he ensured our satisfaction and cleanliness, but he wasn't too proud to clean up himself rather than call someone, which would have been easier. After we were finished and ready to leave, we thanked Toni for his service today. He thanked us kindly and added, "We would be delighted if you would visit us again soon." Then we said our goodbyes. You rarely find an employee like him. The company must be lucky to have him. The boss doesn't know what a gem he has. We will be visiting more often in the future, if only because of Toni. Thank you for today.

Never in my entire life have I received such carelessly prepared burgers. They were crammed into the bag, completely squashed and ruined, and not even properly packaged. The shift supervisor clearly hasn't heard of social distancing. No, this deserves zero stars!

The food was cold, the fries were unsalted and there wasn't enough of them, and some of the drinks tasted like water. The staff preferred to cuddle and chat amongst themselves rather than do their jobs. It took them 20 minutes to make a small order of fries, and when they arrived, they were cold. Ice cold. Sometimes the food sat there for 10 minutes before it was brought to the table. It was dirty; people peed in the corner of the restrooms, and instead of cleaning it up, they just put a rag over it. Disgusting. The tissue that was under the table two weeks ago was still there today. I'd rather go to Burger King.

I ordered a McFlurry and received a McSunday with only one chocolate sauce, even though I had ordered two. I then went to the front and the cashier was very annoyed and not very polite. What I got was simply the same ice cream as before, just in a McFlurry cup.

Yesterday there was loud singing coming from the kitchen, accompanied by obscene music. We also received the wrong burger, which is obviously bad news when you order takeout and only notice it when you get home. To top it off, the Monopoly sticker was missing from both my burger and my friend's fries. That's just outrageous!

Unfortunately, the food quality was not as expected: The Big Rösti was completely shifted in its box and only lukewarm, with the onions lying next to it. The fries were limp and not fried long enough.

A very disrespectful place; they don't clean the tables, customers have to do it themselves, but the food is okay. So, it's not recommended.

Since the renovation, it's ugly, service is slow, and the food is uninspired. Delivery is almost never possible.

Ordered food, picked it up for the umpteenth time, and something was missing again. Where's my Big Tasty Bacon? Unfortunately, I only noticed it after I'd driven 20 kilometers back home. I'm starting to think this missing product thing is a systemic issue. It's a shame because the food is expensive enough, and then this happens every other time – it's incredibly annoying! The worst McDonald's between Bremen and Hanover!

We ordered two Big Rösti Raclette burgers, but both burgers were without bacon and one burger had only 1 slice of cucumber!! We ordered to go, so we only noticed it when we sat down to eat at home, if I lived nearby, I would have come there right away. Terrible service, they constantly forget something, either the sauce, or a toy on the children's menu, or the burger itself. I have never seen such terrible service in MC establishments.

The staff is unfriendly and overwhelmed. The system is being manipulated. The main thing is to look good in the system. The order list is deleted to make it appear as if they are faster than they actually are. The ice cream portions are inconsistent; even with two ice creams in the same order, there are unacceptable differences in the amounts.

The staff seemed very disorganized but still friendly. My hot chocolate arrived quickly and was nice and hot, but I waited about 10-15 minutes for my two apple turnovers. As a result, the hot chocolate was only lukewarm by then.

Everything is kept clean and you don't have to wait long when you order something. More than satisfied with everything.

Best burgers, best staff! Kadar is one of the best kitchen staff. When HE makes your burgers, nothing can go wrong or taste bad!

The food is soggy but the service is okay. The fries are always underseasoned. The best thing about McDonald's is that it's Burger King. Burger King is my favorite, I just love it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The number of orders has declined significantly. Two drive-through counters, which then merge back into a single lane and lead to a collection station, are causing even more congestion than before. The team also seems to be overwhelmed at the moment. We received the wrong order once, and then an incomplete order.

We won't be coming back! It can't be right that I have to check my food at the store because when I open my chicken salad at home, I find that the cucumbers are simply cut in half and slammed in, and then the chicken is completely left out and forgotten?! With a chicken salad!? We were there at the end of last month, too, using the coupons for a double Big Mac and a double McChicken Classic. A McChicken Classic was completely missing, as was one fries. It really wasn't busy both days, last night and yesterday, and we're really annoyed because nothing at this McDonald's has ever turned out the way we ordered it! Disastrous and absolutely disappointing!

3 stars for the service. Even when it's full and busy, the courtesy doesn't have to be neglected.

Friendly staff, but confusing procedures: our number was displayed as "ready for pickup," but it wasn't. Restrooms were fine. EWE charging station worked, but the parking lot was quite cramped. The exit was confusing.

Since the owner and seemingly the entire staff changed, there's always something wrong with the order, it's sloppily thrown together, or something is almost always missing. That's it for us with McDonald's.

Unfortunately, not so good. It takes forever, and the shift managers, including the young ladies in the store, are completely unmotivated. Too bad. Then one less customer. McDonald's Nienburg seems to have had enough.

After ordering through the drive-thru, I realized at home that something was missing from my order. This is the third time this has happened. I paid for something, but I didn't get it. The money is simply gone for nothing! Unbelievable!

Half a year ago, three people each ordered a Big Tasty Bacon meal. Two of the three burgers only had lettuce on them, and one of the fries was missing. Today I picked something up again. And lo and behold, half the order was missing again. I call 30 times and no one answers. The service they provide is simply abysmal.

Mr. Corvin, so far the best employee MacDonald ever had.. if 100 stars were to be awarded he would be the only one who deserves them. Top service, the boy needs a raise, really a true talent.

Very fast, very friendly and very clean

Compared to other McDonald's branches I've visited so far, this one is very good. The renovation makes the interior look more luxurious, but it does lose the feeling of home. The children no longer have their "own" space and can no longer run around freely. The food is okay for what it is. On the positive side, the food seems fresh and warm. The coffee is very good, and the cake isn't stale either. Unfortunately, some things were missing, such as the toys in the Happy Meal, which caused frustration and anger at home. Update: Things seem to be getting better. The restrooms have improved, but I still wish I hadn't visited them.

Unfortunately, the annoying door makes it impossible to eat in peace and quiet. This urgently needs to be fixed.

The disabled restroom is a joke. I managed to get in with my wheelchair, but that was it. No way to turn around or anything. The room is then full. Ever thought about how a disabled person gets to the restroom? Cheers to accessibility

I ordered three meals and only got two. It wasn't the first time, but I paid for three meals. The lady who served me was very unfriendly. That was the last time I visited the McDonald's branch in Nienburg. Even one star is too many.

Die Burger sahen aus wie Pampe sie sahen sehr abstoßend aus worauf man schon kein Appetit hatte. Als wir Abbasen schmeckten sie sehr alt und wie Gummi in einem Burger waren im Fleisch kleine weiße harte Stücke drinne. Ich fande die Burger nicht appetitlich und würde nicht nochmal holen.

A bit crowded, so not particularly clean. Service was so-so, and there were no toys left for the Happy Meal. As one could have predicted, this would be disappointing for the children.

Flurry isn't even half full anymore, and then they say it has to be that way and they must have gotten into trouble because it was too full. It's advertised as being full to the brim. That's absolute consumer deception. I immediately reported it to customer service.

They forgot to put the toy in the Happy Meal for the child. French fries always taste like cardboard.

Unfortunately, it was very dirty. And the lemonade and cola just tasted like colored water. They didn't refill it when I asked. The burgers were only warm, but OK.

Unfortunately, it was very dirty when we were there, and the toilets were subterranean. The service, let's put it politely, could have been improved.

It's truly disappointing when you order a Caramel Café Frappé (at a McDrive) and then realize at home that it's a strawberry milkshake with caramel sauce. Simply disgusting and a waste of money. You could only throw it away. Especially when you were really looking forward to it and it was the only thing you wanted, and now you're in a bad mood.

Qualität der Burger etc. ist nicht mehr was es früher war. Enttäuschend. Cheeseburger und Hamburger sind echt winzig geworden.

Ordered 20 nuggets and received 18 nuggets. Ordered a wrap with nuggets but got one with mozzarella and it was only half full. Burgers were just thrown together so that everything ran out the sides. Unfortunately it's not the first time Sometimes the orders are incomplete and you always have to check your order

WiFi is not enough to get to the parking lot, please fix it

The whole room concept seems very chaotic and uncomfortable. The burgers used to pass as 99cent promotional burgers, but not as full-priced maxi burgers. There was trash and empty serving trays almost everywhere.

Today there was a disgusting place, the tables were dirty, food was on the floor, employees went first with cleaning rags on the car because there was nothing going on for over an hour because there were tablets, there were at least 2 people who could have done something in the kitchen, there were several people standing around, it's become so disgusting, it's funny because the Wallraf doesn't say anything, it's a shame that I can't take any pictures and they'll never see me again because Mister even talks to one of them about cleaning a table for me slapped on it

Ice cream machine is constantly defective! Sauces are more often forgotten at McDrive than they end up in the bag. Employees are usually friendly at McDrive, as long as there isn't a long line. All in all, I can't recommend anyone to go here if they're expecting a milkshake or ice cream.

There were no table delivery displays available. But I didn't think it was so wild. The food was delivered quickly. What was positive was that the nag screens are no longer so annoying when ordering and the cheaper menus/products are no longer so hidden.

Super unclean! Saturday night. All employees in the kitchen area with cell phones and chatting. Hardly any customers there. All the tables were unclean and at least half of the tables still had rubbish on them. Terrible! It's also not normal that the guests don't put their stuff away.

McDonald's is a solid choice when you're in a hurry. The burgers and fries are mostly okay, and the selection of snacks and drinks is good. The quick operation and the ability to order via the terminals are particularly practical. However, the quality can vary depending on the branch - sometimes the food is fresh and hot, sometimes it is lukewarm. The cleanliness and service are not always consistent either. Okay for a quick snack, but nothing special.

Somehow every year you wait longer and longer for your food in all McDonald's branches... With McToast, half the cheese sticks to the paper bag. So you never get it out and you have to tear the bag and eat it out of the bag. Otherwise the coffee was good

We used the MC Drive today and would be very disappointed. We used the 2nd row, we had the feeling that our order would be placed, but then at the next window no one knew about our order. Then we gave it to the employee again. We also mentioned a coupon. However, this was not taken into account and we paid the more expensive price. So to make up for it we got a second 6 nuggets. So the second series of orders doesn't work so well. We hope for improvement.

Absolutely dirty no matter where you looked, not a table was clean. Floors and benches dirty, dirty and smeared. Service was nice and food was like always McDonald's but the rest leaves a lot to be desired. We personally don't like the redesign of the restaurant, but that's a matter of taste, it looks much less comfortable!

Tables are very dirty again. Unfortunately, this has been happening more often lately. You have to look carefully where you sit. Too bad.

Today we decided to have the burgers brought to the sofa and what can I say? That was our second stupidest idea this year. You can ignore the waiting time, but NOT ignoring the cold food, with hard fries and missing (but ordered) sauces.

OMG!!! Sorry, but some things are just not pretty 😅 This Sunday we were out and about and visited this branch twice due to time constraints. The first time at breakfast time (around 8:00 a.m.) the second time on the way back around 1:30 p.m. at the normal time. In the morning I really needed a coffee and we stopped because we also needed to use the toilet. NO soap! Ok, I thought, it can happen. The nice lady behind the counter pointed out. (I think it's clear to everyone here what men and women do when they use toilets. And whether some people find it unnecessary to wash their hands after certain things and then eat is another matter. I'm a big advocate of washing hands after using the toilet. Apart from flu, gastrointestinal bacteria and sexually transmitted diseases, you can probably pick up everything in toilets. Well, washing your hands in a restaurant should be possible. No problem, I thought, I let you know.) Now the best part, on the second visit about 4-5 HOURS later there was still no soap in the women's toilet. What's interesting is that a lady (we were still waiting) also pointed this out and... what a miracle, nothing happened... Nobody went and provided soap... That's really not nice and absolutely unhygienic. I'm not talking about extra disinfection or anything like that, no, just no soap. It's sad these days. I have to say the second time it was very crowded. That's not an excuse. I mean the first time we were almost alone and the time should have been there. The food was good, but I was also a bit disgusted by the fact itself. Please provide stupid soap, at least for those who want and find it useful to wash their hands after certain activities. Yesterday, as a McDonald's customer, I was unable to place an order in person, person to person, for the first time in over 40 years. I received a “gentle” hint from the employee in Nienburg that he could no longer do that and that I could only order at the terminal. I immediately felt sorry for the poor McDrive customers who would have to get out and go to the store and then have their order handed to them in the car, unless there are already terminals there - "have fun waiting". This makes the “McDrive” facility somehow obsolete. But joking aside, it is of course McDonald's Nienburg's right not to let customers order "face to face" anymore, just as it is my right not to order anymore. All the best.

Today we ordered home delivery and paid for it. But they didn’t bring Milk Shake. It costs 6.69 costs

Somehow didn't win after the rebuild; Entrance door makes noise every time it opens automatically...who thinks of that? The second door also opens automatically - unfortunately for everyone who comes by...so it's pretty cold and constantly drafty...unfortunately it's not a nice atmosphere when eating...maybe it will get better after the next renovation...
