McDonald's in Nienburg (Weser)

After ordering through the drive-thru, I realized at home that something was missing from my order. This is the third time this has happened. I paid for something, but I didn't get it. The money is simply gone for nothing! Unbelievable!

First time using the drive-thru and had to park and walk back because the fries were forgotten.

The number of orders has decreased significantly. Two drive-thru lanes, which then reduce to a single lane and lead to a collection station, are causing even more congestion than before. The team also seems to be overwhelmed at the moment. We received the wrong order once, and then an incomplete order.

Half a year ago, three people each ordered a Big Tasty Bacon meal. Two of the three burgers only had lettuce on them, and one of the fries was missing. Today I picked something up again. And lo and behold, half the order was missing again. I call 30 times and no one answers. The service they provide is simply abysmal.

Mr. Corvin, so far the best employee MacDonald ever had.. if 100 stars were to be awarded he would be the only one who deserves them. Top service, the boy needs a raise, really a true talent.

Yup, everything's great. It's a bit off the hustle and bustle of XXLutz.

Compared to other McDonald's branches I've visited so far, this one is very good. The renovation makes the interior look more luxurious, but it does lose the feeling of home. The children no longer have their "own" space and can no longer run around freely. The food is okay for what it is. On the positive side, the food seems fresh and warm. The coffee is very good, and the cake isn't stale either. Unfortunately, some things were missing, such as the toys in the Happy Meal, which caused frustration and anger at home. Update: Things seem to be getting better. The restrooms have improved, but I still wish I hadn't visited them.

Very fast, very friendly and very clean

Unfortunately, the annoying door makes it impossible to eat in peace and quiet. This urgently needs to be fixed.

The disabled restroom is a joke. I managed to get in with my wheelchair, but that was it. No way to turn around or anything. The room is then full. Ever thought about how a disabled person gets to the restroom? Cheers to accessibility

I ordered three meals and only got two. It wasn't the first time, but I paid for three meals. The lady who served me was very unfriendly. That was the last time I visited the McDonald's branch in Nienburg. Even one star is too many.

Die Burger sahen aus wie Pampe sie sahen sehr abstoßend aus worauf man schon kein Appetit hatte. Als wir Abbasen schmeckten sie sehr alt und wie Gummi in einem Burger waren im Fleisch kleine weiße harte Stücke drinne. Ich fande die Burger nicht appetitlich und würde nicht nochmal holen.

A bit crowded, so not particularly clean. Service was so-so, and there were no toys left for the Happy Meal. As one could have predicted, this would be disappointing for the children.

Flurry isn't even half full anymore, and then they say it has to be that way and they must have gotten into trouble because it was too full. It's advertised as being full to the brim. That's absolute consumer deception. I immediately reported it to customer service.

They forgot to put the toy in the Happy Meal for the child. French fries always taste like cardboard.

I wanted to drive in with my scooter as normal but noooo I wasn't allowed to because they don't take any jokes at McDonald's nowadays you're not allowed to do anything anymore really

Unfortunately, it was very dirty. And the lemonade and cola just tasted like colored water. They didn't refill it when I asked. The burgers were only warm, but OK.

Unfortunately, it was very dirty when we were there, and the toilets were subterranean. The service, let's put it politely, could have been improved.

It's truly disappointing when you order a Caramel Café Frappé (at a McDrive) and then realize at home that it's a strawberry milkshake with caramel sauce. Simply disgusting and a waste of money. You could only throw it away. Especially when you were really looking forward to it and it was the only thing you wanted, and now you're in a bad mood.

My order was packed quickly. The ambiance doesn't appeal to me after the renovations, but that's a matter of taste. Clean restaurant

Ordered 20 nuggets and received 18 nuggets. Ordered a wrap with nuggets but got one with mozzarella and it was only half full. Burgers were just thrown together so that everything ran out the sides. Qualität der Burger etc. ist nicht mehr was es früher war. Enttäuschend. Cheeseburger und Hamburger sind echt winzig geworden.

WiFi is not enough to get to the parking lot, please fix it

The whole room concept seems very chaotic and uncomfortable. The burgers used to pass as 99cent promotional burgers, but not as full-priced maxi burgers. There was trash and empty serving trays almost everywhere.

Staff very unfriendly, Ice cream wasn't even half full. Never again!

Basically, something is always missing when you order. Often very dirty in the guest room. Orders often take a long time.

€4.19 for an Iced Coffee Choc that consists of over 50% ice cubes?

Today there was a disgusting place, the tables were dirty, food was on the floor, employees went first with cleaning rags on the car because there was nothing going on for over an hour because there were tablets, there were at least 2 people who could have done something in the kitchen, there were several people standing around, it's become so disgusting, it's funny because the Wallraf doesn't say anything, it's a shame that I can't take any pictures and they'll never see me again because Mister even talks to one of them about cleaning a table for me slapped on it

Food is delicious, ordered and compared the last 3 times, unfortunately several things were missing and you have to go to the checkout and say it's missing to get it.

Ice cream machine is constantly defective! Sauces are more often forgotten at McDrive than they end up in the bag. Employees are usually friendly at McDrive, as long as there isn't a long line. All in all, I can't recommend anyone to go here if they're expecting a milkshake or ice cream.

I have to say this McDonald's has really improved over the years and is now my favorite McDonald's, the burgers are prepared very professionally and they don't skimp on the sousse, the staff is super friendly, I feel at home 😉

Don't get the Minecraft menu, it had no figure and only "normal" things inside, nothing with the Minecraft design as it should be, but of course you paid full price like a juice shop

There were no table delivery displays available. But I didn't think it was so wild. The food was delivered quickly. What was positive was that the nag screens are no longer so annoying when ordering and the cheaper menus/products are no longer so hidden.

Super unclean! Saturday night. All employees in the kitchen area with cell phones and chatting. Hardly any customers there. All the tables were unclean and at least half of the tables still had rubbish on them. Terrible! It's also not normal that the guests don't put their stuff away.

Somehow every year you wait longer and longer for your food in all McDonald's branches... With McToast, half the cheese sticks to the paper bag. So you never get it out and you have to tear the bag and eat it out of the bag. Otherwise the coffee was good

McDonald's is a solid choice when you're in a hurry. The burgers and fries are mostly okay, and the selection of snacks and drinks is good. The quick operation and the ability to order via the terminals are particularly practical. However, the quality can vary depending on the branch - sometimes the food is fresh and hot, sometimes it is lukewarm. The cleanliness and service are not always consistent either. Okay for a quick snack, but nothing special.

We used the MC Drive today and would be very disappointed. We used the 2nd row, we had the feeling that our order would be placed, but then at the next window no one knew about our order. Then we gave it to the employee again. We also mentioned a coupon. However, this was not taken into account and we paid the more expensive price. So to make up for it we got a second 6 nuggets. So the second series of orders doesn't work so well. We hope for improvement.

Absolutely dirty no matter where you looked, not a table was clean. Floors and benches dirty, dirty and smeared. Service was nice and food was like always McDonald's but the rest leaves a lot to be desired. We personally don't like the redesign of the restaurant, but that's a matter of taste, it looks much less comfortable!

Today we decided to have the burgers brought to the sofa and what can I say? That was our second stupidest idea this year. You can ignore the waiting time, but NOT ignoring the cold food, with hard fries and missing (but ordered) sauces.

OMG!!! Sorry, but some things are just not pretty 😅 This Sunday we were out and about and visited this branch twice due to time constraints. The first time at breakfast time (around 8:00 a.m.) the second time on the way back around 1:30 p.m. at the normal time. In the morning I really needed a coffee and we stopped because we also needed to use the toilet. NO soap! Ok, I thought, it can happen. The nice lady behind the counter pointed out. (I think it's clear to everyone here what men and women do when they use toilets. And whether some people find it unnecessary to wash their hands after certain things and then eat is another matter. I'm a big advocate of washing hands after using the toilet. Apart from flu, gastrointestinal bacteria and sexually transmitted diseases, you can probably pick up everything in toilets. Well, washing your hands in a restaurant should be possible. No problem, I thought, I let you know.) Now the best part, on the second visit about 4-5 HOURS later there was still no soap in the women's toilet. What's interesting is that a lady (we were still waiting) also pointed this out and... what a miracle, nothing happened... Nobody went and provided soap... That's really not nice and absolutely unhygienic. I'm not talking about extra disinfection or anything like that, no, just no soap. It's sad these days. I have to say the second time it was very crowded. That's not an excuse. I mean the first time we were almost alone and the time should have been there. The food was good, but I was also a bit disgusted by the fact itself. Please provide stupid soap, at least for those who want and find it useful to wash their hands after certain activities. Yesterday, as a McDonald's customer, I was unable to place an order in person, person to person, for the first time in over 40 years. I received a “gentle” hint from the employee in Nienburg that he could no longer do that and that I could only order at the terminal. I immediately felt sorry for the poor McDrive customers who would have to get out and go to the store and then have their order handed to them in the car, unless there are already terminals there - "have fun waiting". This makes the “McDrive” facility somehow obsolete. But joking aside, it is of course McDonald's Nienburg's right not to let customers order "face to face" anymore, just as it is my right not to order anymore. All the best.

Today we ordered home delivery and paid for it. But they didn’t bring Milk Shake. It costs 6.69 costs

Somehow didn't win after the rebuild; Entrance door makes noise every time it opens automatically...who thinks of that? The second door also opens automatically - unfortunately for everyone who comes by...so it's pretty cold and constantly drafty...unfortunately it's not a nice atmosphere when eating...maybe it will get better after the next renovation...

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately, the fries I got weren't particularly good. They were too dark and had a stale taste! The renovation was really worth it! The entire ambience now appears modern, fresh and inviting. The new furniture and the well thought-out design create a pleasant atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. The more open design is particularly positive, making the room appear much friendlier. A successful mix of style and comfort.

Fast food with a 35 minute wait.

Very, very friendly employee. The food tasted good. The new ambience reminds me of a snack bar in Frankfurt HBF. There could be more for vegetarians. The guests could really be friendlier.

Eating basically the same as always, sometimes good, sometimes not. But why did the renovation cost so much because everything has gotten worse. The room layout, the ambience, everything is cold, uncomfortable, nothing is right for children anymore, no more cozy corners, tables that are too small, uncomfortable chairs, no more proper cash registers, etc... You have the feeling that you don't want any more guests. One can only hope that it will be better next time

Most of the time it was okay, lately it's gotten worse/more disappointing, but today the bird was shot. Waited forever, then 5 instead of 8 nacho cheese bites, milkshake without the additional sauce paid for and the actually large cappuccino with oat milk and a shot chai (again to be paid extra) was then warm milk with a shot chai?! There wasn't even coffee in it? And it wasn't the normal chai latte, which would have been okay somehow... It was also a shame that the cheesecake was simply knocked over and the sauce dripped out of the cake container and it got super greasy... just a complete disappointment today At least the 2 burgers we ordered were right, congratulations!

Now for the third time what you forgot to pack, you can also earn money. Apple turnovers were ice cold and let's not talk about the burgers. All in all, I think those days are over

I would like to have the old franchisee back because at that time it was still nice in Nienburg at McDonald's. But now - ambience is zero, food and dirt on the floor and dirt on the tables, not to mention the toilets, bad!! Ugh! What a shame!!!

Very bad goods. On 12/18/24 McDrive got “food”. Fries were just soggy, fishburgers were almost impossible to eat, and as a long-time BigMäc fan... disgusting!!! The goods were probably from at least the day before! The health department should also take samples!

Before the renovation in Nienburg, the atmosphere was more pleasant and inviting. Now everything is so dark and depressing. Unfortunately, there is no longer the great children's corner and the slide, which was always a highlight for the child. Just recently remodeled? Sink broken, door makes terrible noises, you're still stuck to tables and the floor. The toilets were underground dirty. Napkins are only available upon request, there weren't any on the tray or in the kids menu and I couldn't find a self-service stand. I really don't care whether the ambience has improved or not.

Unfortunately, after the renovation, this McDonald's has changed a lot - and not necessarily for the better. The new look appears modern, but the atmosphere is now rather cool and uncomfortable. You used to be able to sit down and relax in the warm, inviting environment, but now it feels more like a sterile fast food factory. The new furniture and minimalist design just don't fit a place where you would want to stay longer. The food is as always, but the coziness and pleasant ambience have definitely been lost.

After the current renovation in October 2024, the store has not become any nicer. The comfortable benches are also gone. Is now designed for more guests. Now with two-lane Mc drive and charging stations for electric cars. There is a deduction for the parking lot, which is far too small. I always felt the restaurant was busy, especially on weekends. Otherwise, five percent McDonald's usual dishes that I don't have to tell you anything about here.

We ate there for the first time today after the opening. Firstly, I ordered a cola. This tasted like it had been sitting there for 2 hours. The burgers didn't taste good either, you had a stomach ache straight after. We used to enjoy going to Nienburg, but that was the first and last time.

Children's birthday party in the "new" McDonalds. Absolute disaster. The cake was simply placed on the table when the little guests had just arrived and didn't even have their jackets off yet. Instead of giving an interview at the rake one day before the planned reopening that will be reopened the next day, you should perhaps help out on the construction site to ensure the opening or at least inform the customers that the reopening will be delayed. Very bad PR.

Really bad today. According to the internet it has been open since 3 p.m. Got there at 5 p.m. and was told we open at 6 p.m. So kill 1 hour of time. Back at 6 p.m. Many guests were or are there. No boss or employee came outside to tell us that it might not open until 7 or 8 p.m. That's not possible!!! A little more correct information would have been appropriate. Not again for now!!!!
