Unsauber lustlos lange Wartezeit

War mal viel besser. Inzwischen lange Wartezeiten schlechtere Qualität und so gut wie 0 Service.

Der Laden ist die größte Katastrophe. Man könnte zu Fuß nach Verden von Nienburg und hätte sein essen trotzdem früher. Essen ist schlechte Fast Food Qualität aber leider haben die Mitarbeiter es nicht so mit Fast. Ich kann den BK Standort definitiv nicht empfehlen. die Mitarbeiter müssen sich auch nicht anstrengen und so unmotiviert arbeiten zu können, allein die antworten der Mitarbeiter sind schon der Wahnsinn an Respektlosigkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Ich würde mir anstelle von BK noch mal Gedanken machen um die Führungsposition wirklich richtig besetzt ist.

45 Minuten warten für ein Burger Menü bei einem "Fastfood"-Restaurant geht echt nicht...

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht 😞. Essen war kalt. Hat mega lange gedauert. Toiletten waren sauber. Parkplätze begrenzt vorhanden.

Seit Monaten gibt es keine Seife auf dem Damen-WC!!! Auch generell wirkt das Restaurant nicht gepflegt. Der Boden ist teilweise so stark dreckig, das es überall nur noch klebt an den Füßen. Die Arbeiter arbeiten im Schnecken-Tempo und geschmacklich sind die Burger nicht mehr gut.

Der Service war schlecht und das Essen sehr teuer.

Essen: für BK sehr gut gewesen - Pommes zur Abwechslung gut gesalzen, hatte jedoch nichts mit Salat. Wie der ausgesehen hätte, weiß ich nicht. Service: Tempo war schnell für BK, das war’s aber auch. Kein „Hallo“, „Tschüss“ oder sonst was. Keine Berufsbekleidung bei zwei von drei Mitarbeitern. Hoffe die wurde nur auf der Arbeit getragen. Der eine MA durchgehend am Handy. Ambiente: schlecht. Sitze sind geklebt, Dreck unter den Fenstern, beide Tablettboxen voll, also wirklich voll. Zwischen den Tischen (wenn zwei zusammengestellt sind) Dreck und der nicht erst seit gestern. Die Polster der Stühle alle schon dunkle Stellen vom Dreck und Sitzen der anderen. Ich fahre wöchentlich durch Nienburg. Dieser BK wird dabei nicht mehr angefahren.

Ich hatte zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Für 37 Euro, Als ich dann zu Hause ankam fehlte Ein Burger für 7euro dafür war ein Portion Pommes zu viel in der Tüte. Klar das kann mal passieren aber das war jetzt das Dritte mal . Für mich also das letzte mal!!!

Einfach Perfekt um nach der Berufsschule sich was zu Essen zu gönnen.

Das Essen war gut der Service super Sauberkeit auch gut ein Stern abzug beim Essen weil der eistee nach seife schmeckt und ein Abzug weil aber der Männer Toilette die tür Kaputt ist und man auf die behinderten Toilette muss

Menue bestellt. Vom Burger bis zur Pommessauce war es unterirdisch! Wackeliges Planted Teil mit muffigem Geschmack, alles fiel direkt in seine Bestandteile auseinander. Ekelige Pommessauce. Service Personal war im übrigen demotiviert bis in die Haarspitzen. Wartezimmeratmosphäre unter extrem hellem Licht, ungemütlich. Lange Wartezeiten! Wir sind enttäuscht! Früher war Burger King! Top! Heute, jedenfalls in Nienburg, nicht mehr!

Das Essen hier ist hervorragend. Alles ist sauber und lecker.

Sobald mehr als 5 Gäste vor Ort sind scheint das Personal überfordert zu sein und die Wartezeiten sind dementsprechend sehr lang. Schon sehr oft erlebt das nur ein Mitarbeiter vorne ist und wenn mehr als 5 Gäste anwesend sind spürt man deutlich wie Hektisch und überfordert das Personal auf die Gäste wirkt was dementsprechend als unangenehm empfunden wird. Trotz allem bleibt das Personal äußerst Freundlich. Am Personal zu Sparen ist definitiv der Falsche Ansatz wenn es um Kosten Einsparungen geht. Im Sommer wirkt es als würde man im überhitztem Gewächshaus stehen das Speisen im Sommer ist aufgrund der Hitze sehr unangenehm.

Die Cola schmeckt nicht richtig, auch nach der Reklamation nicht viel besser - 3/2026 wieder da gewesen, die Cola schmeckt immernoch nicht ;( Was machen die damit?

Obwohl nicht viel los war leider lange auf mein Menü gewartet und die Cola hatte meines Erachtens Zuwenig Kohlensäure

Also kurz und schmerzlos -Personal bereits überfordert sobald 3 Burger bestellt werden -Sehr lange Wartezeit auch wenn man sich alleine im restaurant befindet man verbringt hier für eine bestellung von 2-3 Burgern ca 30-40 minuten -Burger werden oft falsch zusammengewürfelt und extrawünsche am terminal werden nicht berücksichtigt oder falsch ausgeführt und wenn man nicht aufpasst fehlt auch mal was Fazit Man könnte auch von Nienburg aus zu einer Filiale fahren die 25Minuten entfernt is und erhält besseren Service das richtige essen und is trotzdem schneller mit seinem Essen Zuhause wenn man diesen laden meidet

Habe bei Burger King bestellt hätte 21:07 da sein müssen kam aber erst 45-48 an . In der lieferrando app stand dann aber geliefert 21:07 das stimmt nicht . Dann saß der Mitarbeiter noch am Handy obwohl er gesehen hat das ich vor dem Auto stand war dann fast 5 min am Handy das essen war dann kalt . Habe auch angerufen wurde dann aber nur gesagt können wir nichts machen . Sehr schade !! Habe da gerne bestellt aber jetzt nicht mehr .

Essen wie inzwischen bei jedem Burger King kalt und pappig. Vom flammen Grill nichts zu spüren. Der Schinken noch halb roh und ohne Geschmack.

Sehr schlechter Burger King. War jetzt innerhalb von 2 Wochen 2 mal hier. Der Laden wirkt schmuddelig, sehr unsauber. Die Sitzflächen sind teilweise kaputt. Tische werden nicht gereinigt. Nach einer Bestellung am Terminal dauert es ewig bis das Essen ausgegeben wird.

Neue Bewertung: Wir sitzen seit über 30 Minuten hier und warten auf das Essen. Ich und 2 kleine Kinder. Kein Ende in Sicht. Was eine Freude. Nach einer deutlichen Beschwerde wurden wenigstens keine Kunden mehr vorgezogen, die später kamen und bestellten. Die (scheinbare) Teamleitung oder Vorarbeiterin, drehte sich bei der Beschwerde kurz um, maulte irgendwas unverständliches und drehte sich wieder um. Am Ende gab es kein Gutschein, Preis achlass oder irgendwas, das einem irgendwie signalisierte, dass es eine Ausnahme war und es irgendwem wahrhaftig leid tat. Sechs setzen. Wir kommen NIE WIEDER. Von 2 Sternen direkt auf 1 Stern. Ideal wäre gar kein Stern. Alte Bewertung: Nicht zur Mittagszeit in den DriveIn fahren wenn man es eilig hat. Mehr will ich dazu nicht sagen. Das war das erste Mal, dass ich mit: "Was für eine Lüge!" auf die Bitte "Einen Moment bitte!" reagiert habe. Tatsächlich stehe ich noch immer mit 4 Autos vor mir und 4+ Autos hinter mir eingeklemmt im im Drive In Gefängnis. 20 Minuten... Immerhin war die Bedienung freundlich. Ich hoffe man spuckt mir für die Ehrlichkeit nicht in den Burger... Die Einfahrt nach wie vor ein Witz. Obwohl man bereits da war, muss man nicht selten 2-3 Mal um den Block fahren um zu checken, dass man über die Tankstelle zu BK kommt.

Das Personal ist Maßlos überfordert und dazu sind es im Lokal nur 3 Gard bei minus 6 Grad draußen. Die Speisen sind Kalt und einfach zusammen geschmiert kann man niemanden empfehlen. Es ist niemanden zuzumuten dort was zu essen.

Schlechtester Burgerking! Personal ist super unfreundlich. Wartezeiten gehen gar nicht! Man hat eher das Gefühl, dass man das Personal mit Arbeit ärgert, aber das interessiert hier niemanden.

Ein normaler Burger King halt und soweit ok.

In 6 Monaten mehrfach da gewesen und kein einziges Mal ging es schnell, immer mindestens 20-30 Minuten Wartezeit. Wie kann man immer nur eine Person zur Mittagszeit vorne hinstellen? Die Person macht dann das Restaurant und den Drive in. Da ist nicht mal das persönliche Schuld sondern die GF. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen, da sind andere Standorte besser organisiert. Jetzt bin ich ein Jahr später notgedrungen wieder hier, was soll ich sagen.... Alles beim Alten. Laden voll und alle warten auf ihr Essen. Zu Stoßzeiten immer noch unterbesetzt.

Leider ist dieses Restaurant nur Durchschnitt. Das Essen ist genormt und daran ist an sich auch nichts auszusetzen, wenn der Service nicht so ewig langsam wäre. Ich konnte meine Burger mehrere Minuten lang im Warmhalter sehen, während die Servicekraft vorne stur nach der Reihe ging. Mein Essen war also schon fertig und dennoch wurden andere vorgezogen. Daneben durfte diese Person auch noch in der Küche helfen. Organisatorisch eine Katastrophe.

I had to wait 40 minutes for two burgers and fries. It was a Saturday around 6 pm and there was only one employee in the kitchen.

Getting something from Burger King after months seemed like a good idea today. I ordered four burgers and a kids' meal at the drive-thru and headed home; the family was hungry. Then came the disaster: only two of the four burgers were in the bag, and all hell broke loose. How can they forget to pack half the order? Or is it intentional to increase profits? Who knows? I'll never see that place again.

Staff shortages sometimes mean things are a bit slow, but it's doable.

Absolutely disappointing The order was placed through Lieferando, with a stated delivery time of 40–65 minutes. After two hours, I tried calling the restaurant but was repeatedly disconnected. After two and a half hours, the driver finally arrived – I didn't accept the order because Lieferando had already canceled it. Very disappointing service. Unfortunately, it has to be given at least one star.

Over 20 min for 3 cheeseburgers

The food is good and always well-prepared. Unfortunately, staffing issues are consistent – one person handles too many tasks, and the wait for orders is far too long. This has happened on several visits, not just once. I hope the manager takes notice and improves team support.

The food was okay, even if €8 for a Whooper is outrageous. The building and grounds have been in a dilapidated state for years. The weeds on the pavement could almost be removed with a lawnmower. The intercom is always broken. Why isn't the franchisor doing anything about this despite the numerous negative reviews?

One of the worst breakfast bars around. It sometimes takes a very long time to get your order. The drive-thru is particularly a disaster in terms of waiting times! Additionally, the restaurant is in very poor condition. Broken things go unfixed for months, like the door lock in the men's restroom. At least they've found a temporary solution for the toilet paper dispenser after more than 3 MONTHS! Also, the soap is frequently out. And there are always special promotional items that aren't available, like the tortillas. I can't recommend it.

Orders could be placed via a kiosk. The number was called out once when it was ready. I couldn't say "bon appétit" or anything else.

I tried to eat there again today (July 10, 2025) – my experience: Rats are running around outside, with the restaurant doors open, not even 5 meters from the kitchen area. Dirty lobby, old flies, and food scraps on the floor. I asked an employee about the frightening and disgusting situation. The manager (Ms. Zimmer) came in without greeting and simply said the rat situation was known. She had previously been standing outside in the middle of the drive-in with two employees, smoking. No solution, no listening, just a shrug. I immediately contacted the Nienburg Health Department to report the situation. You shouldn't eat in this restaurant.

Maybe some of you know the feeling...? You've worked all day. All you really want to do is go home to bed. But there's still a two-hour drive to go on a Sunday evening, and you haven't really eaten anything. All right, a quick detour to the Golden Crown and then home... Sunday evening, not much going on, but the preparation of the order is taking a while!? After a good 10 minutes have passed, another disappointment. The fries had been swimming in oil for a long time, the burger was long past its prime, and friends, if I order a regular Coke without ice, I don't expect a warm Coke Zero tea!?! Normally a reason to send the entire tray back! But at 10 p.m., with the drive home and the next day's work ahead of me, I couldn't stand the nerve of arguing and waiting any longer. Since I had that option, I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2. But if I visit this café again, I expect a clear improvement in service!!!

I ordered a double plant-based long chicken meal and must admit I was both surprised and deeply touched when I saw the pinecone-like, dry-cured patties between their soft wheat coating. It was a completely new experience to have such chewing fun. Such roasted aromas can only be dreamed of with the competitor with the M. A true adrenaline rush, a battle of "me against the tooth-buster." If the price difference between this experience and Pedigree dog food hadn't been so high, I would have brought one for my four-legged friend as well. A recommendation for anyone who enjoys taking on big obstacles and challenges.

I'm really angry. I ordered at 9:30 p.m., and now it's 11:30 p.m. – and still no food. I've waited two hours, hungry, annoyed – and nothing has come. No call, no info, nothing at all. Worst Burger King. Ordered from a vending machine, it sits there for 15 minutes, and the employee doesn't give it to me, just stands there. After 15 minutes, he gets the two burgers and calls the number.

The burgers are so covered in sauce that you can't eat them in the car without making a big mess. In addition, you should keep the doors closed when eating in the parking lot! 5 minutes in the parking lot and a rat ran directly to our car 7 times! Pest control might be in order.

Unfortunately, my visit was anything but satisfactory. The burger sauce was spread all over the packaging - neither appetizing nor neatly packaged. Waited 30 minutes at the drive inn which was a disgrace

Even one star is too many! After about 20 minutes of waiting in the drive-thru, my order arrived lukewarm and I was assured that the food was hot even though it wasn't even remotely hot. Staff is unfriendly and seems as if they are dissatisfied with their jobs.

The two employees were very overwhelmed. It all took a long time, even though there wasn't much going on.

One star is actually too many... The waiting times in the drive-in are unbelievable. The shop inside is empty, what are the employees doing??? Eat yourself first or improve your language skills? It's unbelievable how long you have to wait here!

Sunday evening around 6 p.m. After almost 20 minutes of waiting, the order was not yet prepared. So I asked for my money back and left the store. Never experienced it before. Incredible. Negative points: -Staff not motivated - Not heated enough, it was cold - Cabin door on the toilet was missing Positive: I got my money back.

Today we were at the BK DriveIn around 8:45 p.m. Cars were already waiting in front of us. Not a problem in itself but having to wait over half an hour at the counter where the order is placed? Then suddenly a voice came and said: one moment please. Then it didn't work for another 10 minutes. We didn't wait any longer and did NOT place our order. Another big problem is that you can't get out of this DriveIN if there are 3 cars waiting for your food in front of you!!! Like a prison!!! Then we stood there for another 15 minutes. I don't recommend anyone to go to this drive-in. It's more of a DriveInPRISON!!! It's not possible to have such a thin staff on a Saturday! Here you should then consider closing the DriveIn for a short period of time. A FAST food chain...FAAAAST food chain?! More of a SLOW foot chain!!!!!!! I would give ZERO stars! And no - I'm not exaggerating here - the word: exaggerating can no longer be used here! I can't judge the food, service? If only one had been there! Ambiance? - very dark at this time of year when you look out of the car.
