“Arrived” from Minden yesterday evening at around 8:30 p.m. I was able to experience very approachable, friendly staff who were attentive to me as a guest 👍 customer. Everything else...see above. Thanks

Sunday evening around 6 p.m. After almost 20 minutes of waiting, the order was not yet prepared. So I asked for my money back and left the store. Never experienced it before. Incredible. Negative points: -Staff not motivated - Not heated enough, it was cold - Cabin door on the toilet was missing Positive: I got my money back.

Today we were at the BK DriveIn around 8:45 p.m. Cars were already waiting in front of us. Not a problem in itself but having to wait over half an hour at the counter where the order is placed? Then suddenly a voice came and said: one moment please. Then it didn't work for another 10 minutes. We didn't wait any longer and did NOT place our order. Another big problem is that you can't get out of this DriveIN if there are 3 cars waiting for your food in front of you!!! Like a prison!!! Then we stood there for another 15 minutes. I don't recommend anyone to go to this drive-in. It's more of a DriveInPRISON!!! It's not possible to have such a thin staff on a Saturday! Here you should then consider closing the DriveIn for a short period of time. A FAST food chain...FAAAAST food chain?! More of a SLOW foot chain!!!!!!! I would give ZERO stars! And no - I'm not exaggerating here - the word: exaggerating can no longer be used here! I can't judge the food, service? If only one had been there! Ambiance? - very dark at this time of year when you look out of the car.

Always endless waiting times for “fast food”

Unfortunately, the employees seem more than just overwhelmed. No matter when you go there, unfortunately you've only had negative experiences recently. Too bad.

Total chaos. Filliale is very unclean! You don't feel comfortable at all. The only good thing was that the shake machine worked. Furthermore, there seem to be all the long buns, so you should take care of it or give the guest a hint before you get surprised. I ordered 2 xtra long buns and got them with a round burger bun. The ordering terminal isn't the best either. I wanted to get 2 Xtra Long without jalapenos. I only got 1 without jalapenos and why simply because I could only deselect that for one. So that's a lot better at McDonald's. My partner was happy because he did was allowed to eat it. The fries were cold and lacked salt.

One thing in advance: My criticism does not concern the food. The food tastes good and the employees are friendly. However, the waiting time at the Drive Inn is extremely long. Today I waited a total of 65 minutes at the Drive Inn. Admittedly, McDonald's is currently closed. The waiting time at Burger King in Nienburg has never been short. I waited 30 minutes from ordering to counter and the food wasn't ready yet. I think that the processes here need to be significantly improved.

Absurd waiting time in the drivethrough. 10+ min. per customer. With three people in front of you, you wait longer than half an hour. Don't go if you have to be somewhere on time. It's best not to go there at all.

Don't go to the drive-in at lunchtime if you're in a hurry. I don't want to say anything more about it. That was the first time I was faced with, "What a lie!" to the “One moment please!” responded. In fact, I'm still stuck in drive-in prison with 4 cars in front of me and 4+ cars behind me. 20 minutes... At least the service was friendly. I hope people don't spit my burger forever for being honest...

The staff is extremely overwhelmed. However, even if there are only 1-2 customers there. Waiting times in the store from ordering to eating are at least 30 minutes! Actually even longer on the drive! And we weren't there during main course time! The worst BK I've ever met! The cold food with the unfulfilled order requests (no cucumbers) completes the overall picture. The tables are all dirty and dirty.

Food: Fries limp and lukewarm, Double Cheeseburger: lukewarm meat, cold bun, ChiliCheeseBurger: ditto Conclusion: too expensive for the quality... Short and painless: Update 02/17 It can always be worse, I didn't think so... Yes, it works... Today DriveInn, service very short and cold, no good evening, no goodbye.... Fries very cool again, ChiliCheese XtraLong... QUESTION: has the grill broken down... Cold and Cuddly - I was too far away to exchange... STUNNING This was all much, much BETTER and was once worth 5 stars, now it's no longer good fast food but "bowww" - last food. Never never again!!!

This BK is by far the worst. Burger lukewarm, fries too crispy, so hard. Sauces and mayo were forgotten. The staff was nice and apologized, but if there aren't enough staff, the customers have to suffer. Some customers are also big pigs. At the next table, the paper and the fries were simply thrown on the floor, Coke was spilled on the table and everything was left there. Something like that is impossible. And what we wanted to order was no longer available. I won't be going back there any time soon, if at all. There was nowhere outside either Shadow so you couldn't sit there at all.

Something cheeky like that, you order food at 8:25 p.m. and pay nicely and at 9:20 p.m. you get a call. They now only deliver in nbg, not to marklohe zzzz could have thought of that beforehand so that you can order somewhere else. If this is your mistake and you only notice it almost an hour later, no, now you only drive to nbg not marklohe then it would have been too nice to drive anyway, especially because you didn't get any delivery services anywhere. The waiting times are simply too long. You wait at least 30 minutes in the drive-thru and things don't look any better in the store. The food is often cold or lukewarm. And this isn't something that's happened once or twice... It's been like this for years. I used to love going to BK, but now it was my last time and I definitely recommend that you avoid this store too. We have better alternatives in the city. Well, pretty much every alternative is better than our BK. It's sad that management can't manage to hire more employees and write good rosters.

Very good citizen King. Everything was clean and tidy, including the sanitary facilities, changing table available (very important for us as a family and unfortunately not standard in fast food restaurants), the staff friendly and committed, the food fresh and well prepared. Top 👍

A bit outdated and chronically understaffed

The worst restaurant I've ever visited in my life and there's nothing to say about the service, just bad, even 1 star, way too much for the juice shop.

What do the employees actually do for work? When I wanted to put my child in the high chair, I noticed that it was completely sticky. I asked the gentleman at the checkout if he had wet wipes or anything to clean with. He continued my sister’s order with the statement “here we go first.” Luckily we had disinfectant in the car and kitchen roll, you can see the rest in the picture. We wouldn't want to go to a place like that again with our children.

The Selection Burgers are simply delicious! Thanks. The meal is perfect with a salad with the burger. We come regularly

Food is good, but you always have to wait a long time for food. And something else. No air conditioning when it's 28°C outside and even warmer inside.

Burger King has good and bad branches - and in my opinion this one is one of the better! The employees have always been friendly to me, and the food (I get it at the drive-thru) is fresh and hot. You can definitely do it every now and then 👍

Der letzte Saftladen, 3. Versuch dort was zu essen zu bekommen, einmal Grill kaputt, einmal im Drive in ignoriert und auch drinnen interessiert es niemanden, Pommes überall auf dem Boden, nicht hingehen!!

I pay €9 for 9 nuggets and have to wait another 20 minutes. I would have been better off running to Aldi for 15 nuggets for €4 that take 10 minutes.

Rarely have I had such a bad meal in such an unpleasant atmosphere. That was the last visit to Burger King

I always eat plant-based products here. Freshly prepared, they're great too (and there's a large selection, especially compared to McD). The problems: Apparently old nuggets are fried several times here! Time and again, old, far too dark, tough, dry nuggets get mixed up with the fresh ones. Since it is a well-structured system catering and this happens far too often (every other visit, several times a month), I don't believe in coincidences but rather intentionality. Maybe the superiors even wanted it that way to save money? Anyway, these old, stone nuggets are pretty disgusting and inedible. Possibly even dangerous to health - who knows how long they've been there.

Been there several times in 6 months and never once was it quick, always at least a 20-30 minute wait. How can you only put one person at the front at lunchtime? The person then runs the restaurant and the drive-in. It's not even personal fault, it's the manager's fault. I can't recommend it any further, other locations are better organized

I haven't eaten so badly in a long time! I ordered a King Bacon in the menu with Onion Rings. The meat was dry and gave the impression that it had been in the warming container for far too long. The bacon was anything but crispy. It was probably just carried past the grill and/or was left in the container for a very long time. By the way, it was around 7:30 p.m., so long periods of lying in the warming containers shouldn't be an excuse. That cannot be the claim of such a chain. If I could, I would give the food less than one star! The best thing about the place is that I can now appreciate another quick-service restaurant again.

Food OK but relatively long waiting times at lunchtime

I had to wait 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers, I wanted to eat there myself, but then had to take them with me because I had to go on to work and I don't expect a 20 minute wait at an almost Ford restaurant if I want 2 cheeseburgers. Didn't even taste fresh.

Had ordered via order and something was missing, called and then said it was there. Yes, inside. I still don't see my chili cheese nuggets. Lousy shop just doesn't go there. Paid 40 euros for lousy service. There was no compensation either

Food is good, I have nothing to complain about except that I couldn't eat everything because something was missing. There was a lot of discussion on the phone and I wasn't even believed. It wasn't the first time that something was missing either. Paid a lot and then not even everything was delivered and didn't get the full service. At McDonalds I got compensation plus what I forgot. Much better service at Kochlöffel too. As I said, food was good, service was terrible. Not only will I no longer be a customer there.

The food was just fast food, fills you up and tastes good. Nothing to complain about from the side. Unfortunately, fries along with ketchup and mayonnaise were initially forgotten. After a tip from us, this was corrected quickly and in a friendly manner. The staff was generally very friendly. Not a given at 11 p.m., in my opinion.

Sometimes the only thing open nearby. It’s really bad. Orders are almost never correct (sauce,..etc), staff are sometimes nice, sometimes not. The food itself is as bad as you expect.

I can't judge the ambience, it was in the drive... Next time I'll think about driving to the nearest Burger King, but I'll probably still drive faster. I stood in the drive for 45 minutes after ordering!!! There were 4 cars in front of me. In the meantime I've already looked to see if they have a potato field somewhere so that they can harvest them before they become fries. So the waiting time was a complete disaster!! Unfortunately it wasn't the first time.

The food was very tough and inedible. I informed BK about this and only received a standard reply. The store will never see me again!

Nach gestrigen Problemen heute wieder klasse ich kann nur sagen wenn Kalle da ist klappt es immer super !

Wir waren in der Woche gegen Mittag da, es war nicht voll und das Essen kam schnell und heiß. Leider war gerade nicht alles vorrätig bei der vegetarischen Auswahl, aber das kann natürlich immer vorkommen. Uns hat's geschmeckt und wir sind immer erfreut über die große vegetarische Auswahl!

Also nach dem ich gestern was gegessen habe 1 big king und ein Cheeseburger ging es mir überhaupt nicht gut ebenso auch mein freund also das war das letzte mal das ich dort etwas esse freunde von uns ging es letztens auch echt mies nach dem essen. 1 Stern ist selbst zuviel

Display Bestellsystem ist wie bei den anderen Filialen auch im Detail etwas Zeitaufwendig. Barzahlung am Tresen. Erst danach wird die Bestellung Frei gegeben. Wartezeiten noch gerade so im Rahmen der Akzeptanz. Dieses an einem Sonntag Nachmittag wurde dann doch noch als Gut befunden. Innen und Außenbereich machten einen sehr Gepflegten und Sauberen Eindruck. Parkplätze stehen bei Starker Frequentierung nur Begrenzt zur Verfügung.

Durchschnittliches Erlebnis bei einem BK. Personal erledigt Job, aber das ein oder andere Lächeln wäre schon schön. Ambiente ist ok aber nichts besonderes.

Kalt keine Heizung, burger ebenfall kalt ,weil ja keine Heizung, die Begründung. Wurde dann in die Mikrowelle gepackt, danach ungenießbar. Und das für den Preis.1 Angestellter der Alles machen musste, unmöglich der Laden.

Langsame Bedienung. Ich war alleine im Laden und wollte früh morgens einfach nur einen Kaffee. Ich musste ca. 10min warten, bis ich bedient worden bin.

Ich war grade eben am drive bestellen ,essen heiß alles cool ....aber noch heißer war der Typ mit den locken und Braun flauschigen pulli boah Leute er hat benehmen Anstand und Manieren was in der heutigen Zeit vergessen oder verlernt wurde ...liebe grüße an diesen ultra baba Typen ich küss deine Kniescheibe 😁 ich wünsche dir das beste vom besten im Leben yallah selam u aleküm von den Kurden 😘😘

War heute Abend bei BK. Die Bedienung war schnell, freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen war richtig gut und heiß. Immer wieder gerne.

Essen war fast kalt. Liegt wohl daran, daß es drinnen kalt war oder auch nicht geheizt wurde... Energie-Sparmaßnahme? Mitarbeiter waren schnell mit der Ausgabe des Essens.

Völlige Überforderung im Service. Das ist fast schon Slow Food. Da ist McDonalds blitzschnell gegen.

Ansich ganz schick aber wir waren mit paar leuten da und wir haben entweder das falsche trinken das falsche essen oder nicht die richtigen becher bekommen dazu kam noch das ich kalte pommes gekommen habe und Achtung vor der tür nach draußen die schmeißt gerne getränke runter, nächstes mal 1 km weiter gehen zu McDonalds

Das Essen war super, die Kings Selection is richtig lecker.

Wartezeit oft sehr lang, obwohl die Angestellten sehr schnell arbeiten. Qualität des Essens schwankt stark. Manchmal frisch bzw. warm aber auch öfters kalt. Gerade bei Fast Food unappetitlich. Es muss definitiv mehr Personal eingeplant werden, das würde den Problemen entgegenwirken.

ansich okay, aber da war son komischer typ der da hinten in der küche komische handlungen vor der Mayonnaise vollzogen hat, fand ich sehr suspekt.

Schon lange nicht mehr bei einem burger king so freundlich empfangen (lustiges cooles team) obwohl heute 05.07.23 um 23 Uhr viel los war musste ich nicht lange auf mein Essen warten ausserdem hat es tatsächlich besser geschmeckt als in manch anderen BK Filialen Macht weiter so!

Naja, was soll man über ein Fastfood Restaurant schreiben? Vielleicht dieses: Der überaus normale Whopper hat in seiner Einzigartigkeit durchaus durchschnittlich gut geschmeckt. Der X-tra Long Chilly Chicken Burger im Menü hat mich schon während des Essens und auch darüber hinaus dazu gebracht, Fitness Übungen in Form von schnellen Rennen zu besonderen Orten zu vollbringen. Die deliziös in Stäbchen geschnittenen Kartoffeln haben den durchschnittlichen Eindruck nur bestärkt. Das Ambiente war hervorragend. Hauptsächlich weil wir unser Menü bei ruhiger Atmosphäre und zu zweit im Bereich des eigenen Autos zu uns genommen haben. Der Service war gleichzusetzen mit dem Menü. Es schien schon die Nachtschicht zu sein, die mit einem klassischen "kein Bock" Gesicht die ewig gleichen Fragen und Antworten lieferten. Alles in allem war der Besuch bei diesem Restaurant alles andere als eine kulinarische erquickung. Trotzdem geht man alle paar Monate wieder gern dahin.

Sehr gutes Essen, sehr sauber, nette Leute und es gab die Geräte zum Bestellen, wenn man halt wollte. Die Getränke wurden erst nach Zubereitung des Essens gemacht, sodass sie noch wunderbar kühl waren. Bisher beste Filiale 👍 Leider gute 1,5h entfernt, sonst wäre ich da Stammgast 😅

Das Essen ist gut, nur das Personal scheint oft überfordert zu sein

Waren am 09.05.23 um 19uhr dort. Kamen rein und der Fernseher brüllte lautstark irgendein HipHop Kram von VEVO. Essen wurde zwar frisch zubereitet aber der Bacon war noch komplett Rosa und der Rest vom Burger war mehr als trocken und trotzdem kalt.

Wir wurden gestern von einem kräftigem Herrn bedient (dieses soll nicht abwertend sein, sondern ist fand ihn absolut stimmig, könnte ihn anders nicht beschreiben), dieser hat die Bestellungen sehr kompetent aufgenommen, nett freundlich, locker. Man konnte gar nicht so schnell gucken, wie die Bestellungen bereits schon da waren und die Produkte waren frisch. In vom Personal ausgestrahlende Fröhlichkeit war angenehm, Die Toiletten waren sauber. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es allerdings, auf dem Behindertenparkplatz, direkt vor dem Haupteingang parkte der Lieferdienst, dass fand ich nicht gut-.

Besuch . Bestellt am terminal Mutter mit Kind bezahlt ec. Warten Nr wird angezeigt abgeholt doch nichts bekommen. Nach noch 3 Kunden fragte ich alle durcheinander wußten nix vielleicht hat sie es an die Jugendlichen vor mir gegeben. Dann hab ich meine Quittung gegeben und da wird mir grob gesagt sie haben nicht bezahlt. Ec doch . Dann wurde die pommes zum Menü vergessen mir wurde gesagt hee sie hatten chili chese pommes die hatte ich auch bezahlt extra.

Unfähigkeit auf ganzer Linie. Ich war gegen 18h dort, habe zwei Burger und etwas Fingerfood bestellt. Über 20 Minuten Wartezeit, Kunden die deutlich vor mir da waren, wirden vorher bedient. Ansprechpartner gab es nicht, jeder sagte nur er könnte nix machen… Endlich kamen meine Sachen, kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Dann zu Hause das noch blsere Erwachen: bestellt waren fünf Artikel, bekommen habe ich vier. Ans Telefon geht natürlich niemand. Nie wieder!

Sehr lange Wartezeit! Nach 15 min wurde immer noch keine neue Bestellung aufgenommen. Es waren vielleicht 10 Personen vor dem Tresen. Die vorhandenen Kräfte haben wirklich alles versucht, aber hier muss dringend etwas Personal eingestellt werden.

Slechter voedsel kan toch niet verschrikkelijk hoe durven ze je dit te verkopen. Het is net een soort varkensvoer.
