Food was okay and why was the staff friendly? What ruined it all was the cleanliness in the lobby. Tray carts were hopelessly overcrowded, tables were seated and floors were dirty. Customers weren't able to remove the trays because the carts were full, so they left everything on the tables. A napkin holder only makes sense if it's filled.

The food itself was like everywhere else at McDonald's, but one thing really bothered us. When we went to the toilet, an employee was there at the same time, and he left the toilet without washing his hands! If there are customers in the toilet at the same time, you should probably pay more attention to this!

Having breakfast here is a really nice experience with this outstanding service.

I was there today on the way to Wiesbaden. Latte Macchiatto was good, the cash register at MC Café was broken, I should order from the other cash register, there was no one there. I then wanted to complain to the branch manager, see picture, who was similar, unfriendly and disrespectful. Then I was threatened by the police that I should keep driving because I wouldn't get any more food for my son after waiting 23 minutes in the drive-thru. My son was already scared and we were both completely overwhelmed by the situation. You should avoid this restaurant!!!

Not recommended! Not all terminals work, but there is a long waiting time. Toilets are terribly unhygienic and the exhaust air didn't work, which you could smell all the way to the tables. Burger McCrispy gives you a stomach ache and was stuffed into the box with far too much lettuce. Fries were ok, drink consisted more of ice cubes than usual. McDonald's should check whether this franchisee is good for the brand.

I don't think I've ever seen such a dirty McDonald's. Really ALL free tables were dirty and sticky. The floor under the tables as well. I know very well that sometimes you don't have time. There's probably no personnel planning here. One person gives out orders, checks out, table service. He is very nice. And he can't help it. Coffee machine broken, lady wouldn't or said she couldn't (wasn't allowed to) refill my Tchibo To Go multi-use cup. No milk was allowed to be whipped to make a Latte macchiato... Real Service looks and feels different!

Nice McDonalds with an indoor and outdoor kids playground. Food was good. The mens bathroom smelled like someone cleaned the walls with the same rag they used to clean the toilets. We ordered table service, and the guy grabbed our receipts and napkins when he gave us our food. I'm assuming he thought it was trash(?). He didn't speak much German and smelled horrible. Later we ordered 3 Sundaes and he brought 2. The receipt said 3. We tried to tell him but he didn't understand. He just said "eins, zwei".

Whether McDonald's is tasty or not is debatable, but the service in Kibo is terrible at the Mc Cafe stand and no one goes to you to finish your order. If you ask, the answer is "you see that I'm working" nice that we're on a first name basis... And what's wrong with the drinks, what kind of mixing ratio is it? It tastes horrible! And I don't even want to talk about the toilets otherwise I'll get herpes just from the memory...

Alright - tried it out! So far Dresden was my absolute number 1 and exceptionally good - one in Hamburg was also very good... then nothing for a long time. Kibo is also better than many others! Nice, friendly staff and quality better than other restaurants. Kibo is actually recommended.

The quality of the food at McDonald's was good but not particularly well presented. Unfortunately, my visit was overshadowed by an unpleasant situation when employees had personal conflicts in the presence of customers. In particular, a lady with many piercings was noticed who was having an argument with a smaller employee wearing a headset in front of the customers. This seemed unprofessional and disrupted the atmosphere in the restaurant.

Ordering via the McDoof app has been terrible for years and there is still no improvement in sight. McFressen is a matter of taste, but is more suitable for children, as they torture them until they are allowed to go there.

"Ich wieder, aber etwas lauter und bestimmender, nein, ich sagte einen Moment. Er fragte sofort, warum ich ihn ansxhreien würde?(Junge, wenn ich schreie, brauchen wir keinen Funk mehr ! ). Daraufhin beendete er die Kommunikation. Irgendwann meldete sich eine Frauenstimme. Ich bestellte 2 Menü. 1x Bicmäc mit Cola,Ketchup und 1x Royal TS, ebenfalls Ketchup und Cola. Bezahlt mit EC Karte. Nachdem ich dann mit meinem Sohn auf dem Mc Donald Parkplatz war, öffnete ich die Tüte. Ganz unten Servierten, darüber 2x Ketchup, ein Royal TS und ein Mc Rib, 2x mittlere Pommes. Zum Essen: Pommes hatten nur noch ca. 50 Grad, also lauwarm, nicht knusprig. Burger Royal TS lieblos zusammen gebaut, Salat lappig. Und dann der Abschuss, der Mc Rib. Ekelhaft schon länger in der Box, durchgeweicht, Box, Bürger, alles voller BBQ Sauce. Alle 3 Mitarbeiter haben eine Laune, als hätte man die Zwangsarbeit dort wieder eingeführt. Zu euch komm ich nicht mehr, miese Laune und schlechtes Essen sind nicht das, was ich für meine Euros Suche.💩

We only wanted to order 2 cappuccinos, but unfortunately that's no longer possible. Time spent ordering at the terminal including the payment process took over 4 minutes even though there was no one in front of us. So, two cappuccinos please, that's too much to ask. Customer was once king🤔👎

I'm down to 2 stars. Was dispatched on the last visit with the message on the intercom saying "Drive through". When I didn't stop at the second window, but in the alternate space behind it, the "manager" or at least someone who felt that way came and started chatting to me about who told me that, putting me there like that... would be Yes, it was logical too. I ordered and paid online a minute before and it took a while anyway. Normally I would have objected to such cheeky employees, but I had second thoughts because I hadn't had my food yet... ;o)

Very bad here. Went to the drive in, 20 chicken nuggets and a medium fries. Waited 10 minutes and everything was freezing🤮just disgusting. All the fun is so expensive and then you can at least expect it to be warm. Then the unfriendly lady who throws your food through the window. Not recommended at all, even if you're dying of hunger.

Tische kleben, Toiletten Katastrophal ! Service unter aller Sau, Stehe nun seit 17 Minuten im Drive In und warte bis ich mein Essen bekomme… Warum schreitet Mc Donalds da nicht mal ein? Man sieht doch an Hand der Bewertungen, dass der Franchise-Nehmer eine totale Null ist und gar nichts auf die Kette bekommt … Hier muss was passieren !
