Cola tasted stale, others said it tasted like cherry or something similar. Unfortunately, the person on shift said he couldn't accept that. There was neither a new cola nor an “excuse me”.

Nice McDonalds with an indoor and outdoor kids playground. Food was good. The mens bathroom smelled like someone cleaned the walls with the same rag they used to clean the toilets. We ordered table service, and the guy grabbed our receipts and napkins when he gave us our food. I'm assuming he thought it was trash(?). He didn't speak much German and smelled horrible. Later we ordered 3 Sundaes and he brought 2. The receipt said 3. We tried to tell him but he didn't understand. He just said "eins, zwei".

they say they are closed at 23:40, but sign and google say 03:00, are you kidding me after driving 30 minutes out of the way to eat here?????

Whether McDonald's is tasty or not is debatable, but the service in Kibo is terrible at the Mc Cafe stand and no one goes to you to finish your order. If you ask, the answer is "you see that I'm working" nice that we're on a first name basis... And what's wrong with the drinks, what kind of mixing ratio is it? It tastes horrible! And I don't even want to talk about the toilets otherwise I'll get herpes just from the memory...

You can't expect quality and delicious food there. Too expensive for what you get

You stand in line at the Mc Cafe for 10 minutes, only to be told that you have to go to the checkout to order your food. A simpler display with a note would have done the trick! Cappuccino was average and ok.

I ordered 20 nuggets with curry sauce. There were 2 barbecues and a mayonnaise in there. The delicious nuggets taste really underground.

We wanted to go to the 'Restaurant zur Goldenen Möve' again - and that's rare enough. Mägges. And then we got the tip: "Go to Kibo, the McDonalds there is better than the others in the area." Alright - tried it out! So far Dresden was my absolute number 1 and exceptionally good - one in Hamburg was also very good... then nothing for a long time. Kibo is also better than many others! Nice, friendly staff and quality better than other restaurants. Kibo is actually recommended.

Big Mc Bacon TS I am an occasional visitor to McD&Co but I can clearly remember the 🍔s were different, these days paddies are smaller and dry, there is hardly any bacon etc. In the future I will prefer to eat a kebab as you will get better service for a lot less... Employees were nice and quick.

Unfriendly staff, furnishings are always broken, you ALWAYS have to check your order for completeness and accuracy because mistakes are ALWAYS made! Worst McDonald's ever! It's better to drive to Alzey, Grünstadt or Worms, but it's best to avoid the juice shop as far as possible.

I'm so pissed!! They can't get a single order right! Just wanted ONE SINGLE portion of curly fries with CURRY SAUCE! Was said twice!! What do I get?? Sour cream. And that for €3.39! I could just puke. Above all, it is like this every time. Even the receipt said curry sauce! I've never received a proper order. So annoying.

It was okay! We ate on site... Some of the order was forgotten! When we were told that some things were missing, we got everything straight away... What puzzled me was that I had a real stomach ache after eating, I've eaten many times and in different McDonald's restaurants and this was never the case... 😕🤷 🏻‍♀️ Toilets were also desirable! 🙈

The quality of the food at McDonald's was good but not particularly well presented. Unfortunately, my visit was overshadowed by an unpleasant situation when employees had personal conflicts in the presence of customers. In particular, a lady with many piercings was noticed who was having an argument with a smaller employee wearing a headset in front of the customers. This seemed unprofessional and disrupted the atmosphere in the restaurant.

Ordering via the McDoof app has been terrible for years and there is still no improvement in sight. McFressen is a matter of taste, but is more suitable for children, as they torture them until they are allowed to go there.

The employees had fun at work. Listened to music and made jokes in private. But the burgers were so great. The meat was grilled juicy and not dry as is usually the case. Not everything was thrown on the tray but rather placed decoratively. Positively surprised!

Very unfriendly McDrive staff. I ordered and paid via the app, no one answered at the counter so I drove up. A woman waves her arms in the air and complains to me in an unfriendly manner about what that means. After I asked what was going on, she complained that the customers were just doing whatever they wanted. Update: I was there again today, redeemed the coupon from the app via the order counter, the touchscreen was broken. Can no longer be redeemed at the cash register or at other counters. Ich habe schon sehr lange kein so unfreundliches Personal erlebt, wie dort. Am McDrive, sagt ich der männlichen Stimme " einen Moment ! Daraufhin kam nur " eine mittlere Pommes wollen Sie kaufen ? "Ich wieder, aber etwas lauter und bestimmender, nein, ich sagte einen Moment. Er fragte sofort, warum ich ihn ansxhreien würde?(Junge, wenn ich schreie, brauchen wir keinen Funk mehr ! ). Daraufhin beendete er die Kommunikation. Irgendwann meldete sich eine Frauenstimme. Ich bestellte 2 Menü. 1x Bicmäc mit Cola,Ketchup und 1x Royal TS, ebenfalls Ketchup und Cola. Bezahlt mit EC Karte. Nachdem ich dann mit meinem Sohn auf dem Mc Donald Parkplatz war, öffnete ich die Tüte. Ganz unten Servierten, darüber 2x Ketchup, ein Royal TS und ein Mc Rib, 2x mittlere Pommes. Zum Essen: Pommes hatten nur noch ca. 50 Grad, also lauwarm, nicht knusprig. Burger Royal TS lieblos zusammen gebaut, Salat lappig. Und dann der Abschuss, der Mc Rib. Ekelhaft schon länger in der Box, durchgeweicht, Box, Bürger, alles voller BBQ Sauce. Alle 3 Mitarbeiter haben eine Laune, als hätte man die Zwangsarbeit dort wieder eingeführt. Zu euch komm ich nicht mehr, miese Laune und schlechtes Essen sind nicht das, was ich für meine Euros Suche.💩

We only wanted to order 2 cappuccinos, but unfortunately that's no longer possible. Time spent ordering at the terminal including the payment process took over 4 minutes even though there was no one in front of us. So, two cappuccinos please, that's too much to ask. Customer was once king🤔👎

Very bad here. Went to the drive in, 20 chicken nuggets and a medium fries. Waited 10 minutes and everything was freezing🤮just disgusting. All the fun is so expensive and then you can at least expect it to be warm. Then the unfriendly lady who throws your food through the window. Not recommended at all, even if you're dying of hunger.

I'm down to 2 stars. Was dispatched on the last visit with the message on the intercom saying "Drive through". When I didn't stop at the second window, but in the alternate space behind it, the "manager" or at least someone who felt that way came and started chatting to me about who told me that, putting me there like that... would be Yes, it was logical too. I ordered and paid online a minute before and it took a while anyway. Normally I would have objected to such cheeky employees, but I had second thoughts because I hadn't had my food yet... ;o)

Tische kleben, Toiletten Katastrophal ! Service unter aller Sau, Stehe nun seit 17 Minuten im Drive In und warte bis ich mein Essen bekomme… Warum schreitet Mc Donalds da nicht mal ein? Man sieht doch an Hand der Bewertungen, dass der Franchise-Nehmer eine totale Null ist und gar nichts auf die Kette bekommt … Hier muss was passieren !

Unhöfliche Verkäufer und sehr unstrukturiert. Essen kann auch mal eine Stunde dauern, wenn die Verkäufer dein Essen wegdrücken ohne das du was bekommst. Nachfragen geht überhaupt nicht

Schade dass man ohne ein Stern zu geben keine Rezension schreiben kann weil dieser McDonald's hat sich kein einzigen Stern verdient! Da ist diese Schichtleiterin, ich kenne leider ihren Namen nicht aber sie hat helles Haar und helle Haut, diese Personen ist sowas von NICHT kundenfreundlich!!! Kein Respekt, kein Verständnis, keine Einsicht auf eigene Fehler! Vorfall am 01.01.2024 um ca. 17 Uhr. Bestellt wurden Cheeseburger ohne Senf und ohne Gurken für meine kleinen Kinder. Bekommen haben wir SICHTBAR entfernte Gurken und den Senf versucht zu kaschieren. Eine FRECHHEIT!!! Auf die Idee kommt man anscheinend nicht das jemand allergisch auf Senf reagiert! Ich erwarte kein hohes Kundenservice wegen den Umständen in dieser Branche aber ein gewisses Maß an freundlichkeit sollte an den Kunden der für dieses ungesunde fraß Geld bezahlt schon entgegen gebracht werden. Ps.: sehr dreckig das Restaurant. Nicht hygienisch und somit kein Appetit zu essen.

Order was wrong ....coupon wasn't accepted....took way to long

Gut zu finden, aber mit begrenzter Anzahl an Parkplätzen. Die Bestellung ging schnell und einfach am Terminal. Das Essen war sehr schnell fertig, obwohl das Restaurant voll war. Geschmacklich gut, preislich ok. Nur die Toiletten hätten sauberer sein können.

Abgesehen davon, dass der Bigmac und die Pommes nicht mehr heiß sind, wenn sie an den Tisch gebracht werden, finde ich den Service gut. Aber mit den Temperaturen, was das Essen angeht, hat McDonalds schon länger ein Problem. Ich nehme an, das liegt daran, dass alles in Kartons aufbewahrt wird und nicht mehr in den Warmhalteboxen aus Kunststoff.

Wir müssten 45 Minuten auf 5 Menüs warten weil es immer wieder Fehler gab. Zudem war es als wir da waren überfüllt ( auch der Parkplatz und drive in ) und die Mitarbeiter waren überfordert. Die Burger 🍔 waren aber wirklich gut und die Pommes waren gut gesalzen! 👍

Das bestellte Menü dauerte nur wenige Minuten und wurde durch eine sehr freundliche junge Frau an den Tisch gebracht. Die Optik des Menüs entsprach eher wie im Fim …Falling Down … einer mittelmäßigen Kopie des beworbenen Fischmäc. Pommes wurden ziemlich kalt serviert. Der Laden ist innen und außen Top gepflegt und die Toiletten sehr sauber. Prinzipiell ein gutes Beispiel für Mc Donalds. Wer schon einmal in Frankfurt im gleichnamigen Restaurant war, weiß was wirklich schlecht ist .

Essen naja wie erwartet geh ich nur wenn es schnell gehen soll und es keine Alternativen gibt.

Leider ist die Filiale immer sehr chaotisch. Das Personal ist nicht wirklich freundlich macht aber ihren Job. Es ist immer ein Dauergepipse im Hintergrund zu hören was man zwar von anderen Filialen kennt aber hier ist es bei jedem Besuch auffällig lange am Stück(immer während unserem Besuch, für die Dauer des Besuches). Das macht das Essen etwas hektisch und man hatte oft das Gefühl helfen zu müssen.Happy Meal wird trotz auf Wunsch drauf zu verzichten in der Box verbracht, aber aus Umweltschutzgründen gibt's kein Strohhalm, aber einen Pappdeckel (der viel mehr Papier benötigt) , außer man möchte einen Shake, den gibt's mit Strohhalm. Spielzeug ist oft leer dann gibt's Gutscheine. Aber wenn das nächste Mal wieder alles vergriffen ist... Die Terminals funktionieren oft nur zur Hälfte und die Kasse ist nicht besetzt (mit der Bitte das Terminal zu benutzen) was zur Mittagszeit echt Schlangen verursacht. Leider liegt diese Filiale auf unserem Weg von Schule zum Arzt den wir alle 14 Tage besuchen müssen und es ist immer noch ein Highlight für die Kids dort hin zu gehen. Aber für Erwachsene oft eine nervenaufreibende Sache.

Naja klassischer McDonalds mit McCafé halt. Alles in Ordnung soweit, aber FastFood bleibt halt Fastfood. Wobei der Cappuccino echt gut war.

Wenn net so viel los is läuft's ganz gut... Wie gesagt wenn net viel los ist... Ansonsten recht überfordert.

Wir waren sehr überrascht das in einem McDonalds so herzliche Mitarbeiterinnen gibt !Essen war richtig frisch und heiß so wie man es von anderen McDonalds in Grünstadt nicht gewöhnt ist! Alles in allem ein richtig guter McDonalds in kirchheimbolanden habe auch eine sehr positive Bewertung direkt gemacht bei McDonalds direkt !!!!!!

Soweit okay, ständig wechselndes Personal, teilweise geringe Sprachkenntnisse aber am Essen selbst gabs bislang nichts auszusetzen.

Wir haben in unserer Region 67269 Grünstad noch nie so frische essen bekommen ! 2 MC Ripp 2 Cheeseburger 2 Hamburger plain große pommes 9 checkenmecnuggets es war alles frisch extrem heiß und richtig lecker . Auch die Dame am mc Drive sehr sehr freundlich ein schönes Lächeln Top wir kommen gerne wieder !

Lautes Kinder Geschrei auf den Toiletten, so das ein Mitarbeiter danach schauen musste. Er löste die Situation top 💪 schade allerdings das die Eltern da sitzen und sich nicht darum kümmern.......

So einen schlechten Kaffee habe ich schon lange nicht mehr getrunken. Fahren extra ins Mc Cafe, da man für gewöhnlich frischen Kaffee , Cappuccino mit aufgeschäumter Milch bekommt und was bekamen wir: einen Cappuccino aus dem Vollautomat den kein Mensch braucht. Entweder hatte der Junge Mann keine Lust alles frisch zu machen oder er war inkompetent. Das war das erste und letzte Mal das wir hier waren. Wir sind von Mc Cafe anderes gewohnt.

Ich hatte gestern einen extrem harten Tag hinter mir und weil wir Hunger hatten sind wir halt zu Megges. Ich bin direkt an die Kasse, weil ich fix und fertig war und keine Lust hatte diese Bestellautomaten zu benutzen. Vor mir an der Kasse standen zwei Typen die auch direkt an der Kasse bestellt haben und als die Weg waren, was ewig gedauert hat, meint einer von Megges zu mir das man unter besetzt sei und an diesen Automaten bestellen soll. Jeder Blinde hätte gesehen wie mies es Mir ging und das ist der Frau an der Kasse wohl aufgefallen und hat mich bedient. Dieser Frau gebe ich ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ich wusste schon was ich wollte und es ging super schnell. Ich hoffe ich habe mich nicht so oft vertippt aber ich habe gerade keine Lust das zu checken. Ich kann verstehen das man die Leute an diesen Automaten schickt aber es ging so bestimmt schneller als wenn die Dame mir hätte helfen müssen diesen Automaten zu bedienen. Ja, mag sein es einfach ist aber es gibt Situationen da hat man nur Matsch im Kopf und ist nicht aufnahmefähig 🤷🏻‍♀️

Touchscreen für Bestellung und wlan ging nicht. Dadurch konnte ich nicht die Coupons laden. Auf meine Beschwerde wurde nicht reagiert. Naja... es gibt ja auch noch den 🍔 King gleich um die Ecke.

Seit langem mal wieder. Also Drive-In für ein Happy Meal und zwei Cheeseburger. Am Fenster wurden wir von einem Herren erst höflich abkassiert, der dann kurz mit einem Kollegen quatschte* und abschließend bekam ich zwei große Softdrinks in die Hand gedrückt. Verwirrt meinte ich, dass habe ich nicht bestellt. Die Augen wurden verdreht, die Getränke zurückgenommen und das Fenster zugeklatscht. Nach ein paar Minuten wurde mir meine Bestellung von einem anderen Kollegen übergeben. Es war alles vollständig, aber… ja, war weder appetitlich zubereitet noch warm (außer die Pommes!). Damit ist unser Bedarf gedeckt. Für das Geld kann man anderswo „besser“ essen. *der erste Herr sollte mit einem Kollegen besser nicht über Kundschaft (die sich im Laden aufhält) lästern, wenn er selbst jemanden am Fenster bedient.

Macht einen sehr dreckigen Eindruck. Mitarbeiter drauf angesprochen, dass fast jeder Tisch dreckig ist. Aber keine Reaktion.

Geschmack wie immer.... Nur leider wird, wenn man beim McDrive abholt, ständig etwas vergessen. Ohne Kontrolle geht's leider gar nicht😞
