Went here with my wife for my anniversary. The owner greeted us personally and we immediately felt welcome. The steak we ordered was a real culinary delight and was unbeatable in terms of price-performance ratio. The coffee we were offered was also excellent. During our stay the atmosphere was very nice and very Christmassy. We'll be back for a big family meal Thank you Ms. Inci and also thanks to the nice service.

The hotel is an hour away from Frankfurt, making it ideal for a short weekend trip. Positive: • Beautiful room & high-quality furniture: The room furnishings are of a very high standard, which makes your stay pleasant. • Staff tried hard and friendly: The team was friendly overall, the bar manager in particular enriched our stay. His excellent skills, recommendations and professionalism are particularly noteworthy. • Wellness area with a beautiful roof terrace: The roof terrace is spacious and invites you to relax. The bistro team in the wellness area was also friendly and accommodating. Negative: • Breakfast below average for the hotel category: Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet our expectations. The omelette was extremely oily, and by 10am the grain rolls or dark baguette were already gone. Only dry water was provided upon request. The leftover dry Wasserweck was later used several times - both in the lunchtime salad as a “baguette” and as a starter at dinner. • Wellness area not sufficiently sized: When the hotel is at full capacity, two saunas are simply not enough to ensure a relaxing stay for all guests. • Hotel location: The hotel is located in a very quiet, almost deserted village, where there is no activity worth mentioning, even on a Saturday. The stay should therefore only take place in the hotel, which limits its attractiveness. • The shampoo/shower gel in the shower in the room was about 5 percent full, so it was used up after the second shower. Conclusion: The Parkhotel Schillerhain is ideal for a relaxing weekend due to the high-quality room furnishings and the hard-working staff. Nevertheless, there is clear scope for improvement in the breakfast and wellness area. However, anyone looking for an attractive environment or activities outside the hotel will be disappointed here.

We always enjoyed going to Café Bahnhof/Friedemann'Z. Unfortunately the bistro is closing permanently at the end of the year. Thank you for the good food, the delicious cocktails and other drinks and the beautiful ambience. All the best for the future!

Only 2 of the former 5 stars. Taste and meat are ok...but Given the prices (doner salad €10), the ingredients are still fewer and extremely thinner. 2 strips of tomatoes (formerly 4 thick pieces) 1 pepperoni cut into thirds (formerly 3 whole) Green salad (expensive at the moment) is only 10% compared to the cheaper red & white cabbage.
