We were very pleasantly surprised. Attentive staff and a very nice room made our stay here perfect. The wellness area is very well maintained and open until 9 p.m. 👍

We went to eat “Golden Gose from Grandma Ofenrohr”. The food was very good. Well, the goose was a bit cold at the table. However, we were not impressed by the service, dirty glasses and we poured ourselves red wine. On the whole, self-service was somehow the order of the day.

All in all, they were lovely days. Breakfast and dinner were just very good. The room is large, clean and well furnished. Sauna and massage included in the price. You can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Very familiar, very friendly, very generous. I was there for the first time for a company conference. The staff always had a smile and an open ear. Thank you for that. The cuisine and service were also very good and professional.

An unbelievable view of service quality. If you know the prices that 1 night in the Park Hotel costs. How can it be that after 3 booked nights there is no room service, no toilet paper, no coffee and no fresh paint. And at the end of the stay Another bill comes to the house where you have to pay 250.00 cleaning fees. The bill is there. And that at a European 4 star level You can really say that Germany is a service desert, and this hotel is proof. Rip-off to the power of 3

Ideal for a time out - you can relax in no time. The hotel has employees in all areas who have an exceptionally good service attitude. And you can feel that everywhere. It's the little things, e.g. For example, in the hallway there is a lovingly arranged cupboard with towels and toilet paper for self-service. How practical. The entire process is already very much digitalized and with a small pad you can clarify all questions in communication with the reception; e.g. b. order more coffee for the machine, cups, etc. The wellness area is equipped with a wide variety of relaxation areas; Water beds, bird's nest (hanging swing loungers), normal loungers and outdoor loungers on a wonderfully large terrace in the middle of nature. The food was a dream, there is something for everyone - they even ask about allergies or intolerances at check-in. You feel welcome and warmly received from the first minute. We will definitely come back.

We spent two nights (girlfriend special on a weekend in November) at the Hotel Schillerhain. Positive: Ambience, commitment, omelette station at breakfast, view, food Negative: everything was very cramped (saunas, corridors in the sauna and restaurant), not enough rest options in the wellness area and a lot of traffic (loungers in the corridor, among other things), the sauna wasn't switched on on Saturday morning (this only happened after I remembered twice), overall everything was very good restless (different waitresses at meals, sometimes very hectic, it was loud and restless in the wellness area), criticism was responded to in a friendly manner, but not addressed in any way, waterbed bubbled on the second night and was far too soft in our opinion, the third bed was a sofa bed Overall, these points meant that although we could exchange ideas wonderfully with each other, I arrived home more exhausted and nervous than before.

The Parkhotel is beautifully located and the service was first class. Modern and comfortably furnished room and a hotel with a feel-good atmosphere. The panoramic windows in the room are a real eye-catcher and the food in the Schillerstuben was consistently delicious and highly recommended. The spa area offers everything your heart desires. The only thing that is a bit unfavorable is the size when it is booked out on weekends, as it can be very full. However, that doesn't detract from the ambience or service. The massages were also a dream. In addition, there is the environmental concept that is implemented in the hotel for sustainability and a great detail in the room: A small tablet that can be used to order various food and drinks to the room and also browse what the hotel and the surrounding area have to offer. All in all, a recommendation for a relaxing weekend or even a week to relax.

We've been to the hotel several times and, as always, we've been absolutely thrilled. We are particularly impressed by the rooms with a view of the park. The wellness area is beautiful and massages are always offered. The staff is always very friendly, no matter in which area (reception, restaurant, bar or housekeeping).

Rooms in the slightly older category with carpeted floors and the bathroom is rather small. Great food and good service. Also good applications in the savings area. Space available when fully occupied can be expanded. We liked it 👍

Spacious room, very cozy wellness, fantastic dinner and breakfast with bubbles. The staff is very friendly. There is a cozy bar with tasty cocktails. We were allowed to park our motorcycles at the entrance.

We stayed at this hotel one night from Saturday to Monday to spend a wellness day there. The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The food in the restaurant was very good. We particularly liked the view from the sauna (and the room) of the autumn treetops. Overall it was really a very relaxing weekend.

Was a great short weekend. The service (especially the young people here) was very, very nice and friendly. The food was delicious. Personally, however, some of it is too special for me. Great room. You felt completely comfortable. The hotel is worth recommending.

Very nice hotel with a great spa area and very friendly staff. Noticeably good atmosphere among each other and also extremely friendly towards the guests. Unfortunately, there was a wedding party there on both nights and they celebrated disproportionately loudly and undisciplined in the forecourt of the hotel until late at night. We would be happy to book again at any time, after we had previously clarified that there was no company registered. According to the staff, this is probably the case because they want to avoid such companies.

The prices are so exaggerated. There are holes in the ceiling on the second floor and apparently there was new ceiling lighting but there was no money for the painter.

It was the best hotel stay we've ever had (and we've had a few). Exceptionally good food, beautiful rooms and SPA area. But what we liked even better were the hotel staff. Everyone was extremely friendly. You were treated great in the SPA area. In the restaurant we were congratulated on our wedding anniversary, there was even a greeting on the table, and the kitchen crew put together a special dessert for us. THANK YOU again for everything. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

We were there for dinner. Terrace and surroundings very nice. I'll say that for just under €200 for 2 people, we ate much better. Goat cheese was super dry, the date cream saved the whole thing. Instead of medium, the steak was really well done, but to be fair, it was remade again without any complaints and was perfect. Steak 300 grams from the steak menu over €40 + side dishes of salad and fries is simply overpriced! The dessert was really nothing. The pear was simply cut flat, nothing was caramelized or briefly blanched, the pear was hard and simple, the crumble tasted old and the ball of ice cream couldn't save it either. Overpriced and too simple for €13. Too bad

Very nice hotel. Really great restaurant. We had a 4 course menu. That was really very tasty.

The Parkhotel Schillerhain is very quiet. The view from the large window of the Dream Manufactory room directly into the countryside is great.

The atmosphere in the hotel was, as always, very good. The meal was excellent. The service is very friendly and very accommodating.

Basically I am very satisfied. However, it is a shame that there is no air conditioning in the room given the temperatures on Thursday. Insect screens wouldn't be bad either. I had to leave the window open and had several mosquitoes in the room. I also asked at check-in whether I could have breakfast at 6:20 a.m., which was answered in the negative. The lady at breakfast then said that this was possible after arrangement at check-in. She still made my day.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, good location and nice staff. Unfortunately, I only give 4 stars because there is no air conditioning in the rooms in the new building ("for sustainability reasons"). When the outside temperature is 30°, the air in the room is stagnant. A pool or swimming pool in the spa area wouldn't be bad either.

We booked a girlfriends weekend. We liked the offer! The spa area was very busy! We enjoyed it and would recommend the offer.

Never again. After we got a voucher for 2 and couldn't go due to corona, we called and asked if it was still valid. It was affirmed. So I made an appointment, asked 3 times if the confirmation was OK, and went there. Had a great day that was ruined by the ending. When we arrived at the reception we had to pay 43 euros. When asked why, the answer was that prices had risen. Nobody pointed it out to us or said anything. Dismissed with the receptionist's answer, yes, I forgot. Of course we didn't agree. We had a great day with a couple of bathtubs and a lot more that was included in the voucher. If they had told us this when we arrived, we would have skipped it. A tremendous impudence, first everything that was offered on the voucher was offered and received and then the hammer comes. So my conclusion Never go there again and be careful with what you say on the phone. I am now receiving a reminder and being threatened with legal consequences. I appreciate your apologies, but I am not willing to pay the amount. A mistake on their part that we were not informed about this. Because then we would have e.g. Didn't take the bathtub. That wouldn't have been a problem. I also said have a great day, no more and no less. You can be sure that I will definitely not be entering your house again. I wish you all the best and hope that you have learned something from it too. Namely, to properly inform guests about all eventualities. It's hard to believe and I'm stunned. A debt collection letter actually flutters in. The hotel is even worse than expected. They must really need it. I will sue.

I visited this hotel for a seminar. Service is excellent. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. You feel very comfortable :-) I was a little disappointed with the room in the adjacent building. The facility there urgently needs to be adapted. Unfortunately, these rooms do not match the rest of the house and cannot be compared to the rooms of other seminar visitors! A pity

The hotel has a very nice location on a hill with a view of the treetops. All the employees were very friendly and always very accommodating. Our room in the annex was really great. Large, nicely decorated and clean. The wellness area with three saunas and an adjacent roof terrace was the icing on the cake when it came to relaxation! All in all, we had four relaxing and nature-rich days and were definitely not the last time there!

We have been to Schillerhain several times and always feel very comfortable. The kitchen is particularly praiseworthy but also the friendliness of the employees. The rooms and the wellness area are also great. We will be back

Einfach zu chillen, kein Zeitdruck,sehr super Mitarbeiter die sich sehr viel Mühe geben allen gerecht zu tun, ob morgens, mittags oder abends es wahr einfach überwältigend, (nur zu mir, die Bar könnte viel früher aufmachen 🤣🤣 Ansonsten alles perfekt. Ps: we Durst hat kann ab 9 in die SPA in det 3 Etage gehen, da kriegt man immer was bis 20 Uhr

Wir haben schnellentschlossen dieses Wochenende in Parkhotel Schillerhain gebucht. Candle Light Dinner. Die Zimmer sind schön,Spa Bereich auch. Frühstück,das Ambiente,die Bar,Cocktails und vor allem das Personal sind top. Rheinland Pfalz ist schön und Kircheimbolanden liegt 50 km von dahoam entfernt. Also mittendrin in schönem Land. Wir würden (werden), hierher wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Spa-Bereich. Die Speisen und Getränke sind vom Frühstück bis zum Cocktail am Abend ein Traum. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und geht auf Wünsche der Gäste sofort ein. Wir waren das zweite mal für drei Nächte zum Entspannen im Schillerhain und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schließe mich gern meinen Vorrednern dieser Punkte-Kategorie an. Kürzlich gebucht: 2 Nächte im SchlafGUT mit Frühstück und Wellness zum sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir waren mit 3 Paaren plus 1 Hund über Silvester im angebotenen 4 Tage Spezial eingebucht. Angebotene Kategorien oben bewertet. Unzumutbar ist die Anzahl der Hunde im Hotel. Unzumutbar ist das die Hunde in alle Speisebereiche mitgebracht werden können. Unhygienischer geht es leider nicht. Das Hotel hätte die Möglichkeit Hundehalter nebst Hund in einem separaten Raum zu bewirten. Selbst an Silvester liegen die Hunde im Festsaal herum. Ein entscheidender Grund für uns alle 6 NICHT mehr wieder zu kommen. ( Trotz eigenem Hund )Dieser Zustand wird auch auf der Homepage nicht kommuniziert. Desweiteren ist die Hotelbar erst ab 20:30 geöffnet. Essenszeiten sind: 18-20 und 20:15 - Ende. Wer also nach dem Abendessen noch gemütlich etwas trinken will, muss wieder auf sein Zimmer gehen bis 20:30 und die Gäste die gerne einen Aperitif nehmen würden können leider auch nicht. Es gibt dazu keine Alternative, ausser auf dem Zimmer zu bleiben ☹️ Wellnessbereich klein aber fein. Massagen gut, ausser das keine Möglichkeit für das Personal besteht die Musik während der Massage zu regulieren. Zum entspannen gab es am Neujahrstag Pianofreejazz , so laut das selbst die Rezeptionsdame im Spa genervt war und dann unten an der Rezeption um Erlösung bat. Das sollte doch im Spa zu regeln sein ! Zimmer waren großzügig und auch ein gutes Bett. Frühstück war prima. Essen war sehr unterschiedlich. Von sehr gut bis na ja…. Personal waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herausragend war Barkeeper Jason, immer bemüht die Lücken zu schließen egal wo es brannte . Danke dafür!

Wir hatten das Silvester Arrangement gebucht. Das Silvester Menue war sehr gut, aber nicht herausragend. Das Zimmer kannten wir schon, super die walk in Dusche. Das Personal ist durchgängig super, die Lage für die Gäste mit Hund auch. Auch Teile des Angebotes, wie Nachmittags immer Kaffee und Kuchen auch. Rund herum sehr zufrieden stellend.

Wir hatten ein Rosenwochenende (schon das zweite) über Weihnachten gebucht. Es war, wie schon einmal, ganz hervorragend. Service, Essen und Trinken, wie immer, kann man nur hervorheben. Man bekommt fast jeden Wunsch umgehend erfüllt. Wir werden bestimmt auch zum 4. Mal wiederkommen.

Wir waren für ein paar Tage Erholungsurlaub in Kirchheimbolanden und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Parkhotel Schillerhain. Das Hotel bietet ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, zahlreiche gut ausgeschilderte Wanderwege vor der Haustür und einen tollen Spa-Bereich. Die Zimmer (wir waren in der Traummanufaktur) sind groß und schön eingerichtet und bieten einen schönen Blick in die Natur. Die Halbpension haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Außerdem durfte unsere Hündin Zara gegen einen Aufpreis mit. Gerne wieder 😊

Tolle Lage, wandern ab Hotel möglich. Zimmer mit bodentiefen Fenstern , toller Blick . Ebenso Panoramafenster in der Sauna - wow - Wellnessbereich mit Terrasse und super Ruhezonen. Kosmetikbehandlung fand ich Spitze. Aber das beste ist der Service: freundlich und menschlich Kompetent und aufmerksam Wir kommen immer wieder!

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Hotel Schillerhain. Alles war bestens! Sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Wellnessbereich mit Aussicht, alles tip top sauber! Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was man sich wünscht und leckeres 4-Gänge-Menü mit tollem Service (Toni) am Abend. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie zum Essen im Restaurant des Parkhotel Schillerhain. Es war ein bemerkenswert freundlicher Service, trotz der Tatsache dass das Restaurant voll besetzt war. Wir hatten die Bauerngans bestellt mit Beilagen wie Rotkraut, Rosenkohl und Knödel. Es war sehr köstlich. Wirklich ein großes Kompliment an den tollen Service und die Küche.
