Rudeness at the highest level - a disappointing visit to Doman restaurant I visited the Doman restaurant in Kirchheimbolanden today and unfortunately have to say that, despite the good food, the evening was an extremely unpleasant experience. While the cuisine was definitely convincing, the evening was completely ruined by the behavior of the waitress. After my additional drink didn't arrive after 15 minutes, I first wanted to politely ask another waitress where it was. But to my surprise, I was deliberately ignored - she simply walked past me without even looking at me. When I finally asked another waitress, I was reprimanded loudly and completely inappropriately in front of the other guests. The waitress rudely explained that there was too much to do and that other guests hadn't received anything yet - that's definitely not my responsibility! This behavior was not only embarrassing, but also completely unprofessional. Other guests, who also had to wait far too long, finally left the restaurant - apparently frustrated. The reaction of the waitress? A casual wave, as if she didn't care in the slightest. Conclusion: If you appreciate good food, but also value respectful and polite service, I think you should avoid Domo. It's a shame about the kitchen - but with such service, frustration is inevitable.

Chinese restaurant that lives up to its name. The mix between sushi and other Chinese dishes was particularly successful. It would be nice if there was a “mixed plate” with different meats and sauces.

Delicious! ❤️ TOP quality! Price 👍🏼 The bowls are very tasty with the coconut curry and fresh vegetables! We come here for dinner at least once almost every week! Love the food, the quality…. Especially the H51 😃🫶🏻 The duck is a bit fatty, so Muscovy duck would be a better choice and should be included on the menu. Little idea: sesame balls as dessert would also be nice :) But the baked bananas with vanilla ice cream are also highly recommended! Sometimes you have to wait a bit if there are a lot of people on site BUT: otherwise there aren't long waiting times! But one more service staff would be an advantage, especially if a rush is foreseeable (Spring Awakening, Kibo Residence Festival).

The restaurant, which I visited for the second time today, is a real treasure for lovers of Japanese cuisine, especially for sushi enthusiasts. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are greeted by a welcoming atmosphere that provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable culinary experience. Everything new and very well maintained. The boss is a very nice person and tries very hard to ensure that his guests are completely satisfied. Unfortunately he is alone in the service, but we were still very satisfied with the waiting time. The menu offers a great selection of traditional and modern sushi variations. Particularly noteworthy are the freshly prepared nigiri and sashimi, which are hard to beat in terms of quality and freshness. Every bite is a delight - especially the scallops. The ingredients are of the highest quality, which is reflected in every dish. The fish is buttery tender, the rice is perfectly seasoned and the side dishes are lovingly arranged. A particular highlight was the selection of special sushi rolls, which surprise with creative combinations and harmonious flavors. In summary, I highly recommend this Japanese restaurant. It is the ideal place for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic sushi of the highest quality. A visit is definitely worth it – both for connoisseurs and for those who want to rediscover Japanese cuisine.

Sushi is freshly prepared and very tasty. The noodles were also very tasty. Everything was very nicely prepared. All ingredients were very fresh. The three of us were there and we would love to come back. The boss is alone in the service, but the wait is definitely worth it. Visiting from North Rhine-Westphalia, we visited this restaurant that we didn't know, very friendly, polite service, we got a seat in the outdoor area right away, great atmosphere (it was a city festival), the food was of very high quality and very tasty, no long waiting time, just great!!

That was the last visit to this store. Service, which one? Not even a smile on his face. It was very neutral. The table was not clean and there was no cutlery at our table. Other tables had cutlery on the table. After the appetizer was brought, I asked for cutlery. The entire meal (starter soup, main course noodles with chicken and vegetables and suchi) was not tasty! Everything with flavor enhancement. Every buffet (all you can eat) restaurant is 100x better! Even with drinks, mistakes are made! Only when the bill came did the waiter smile. He also didn't care that we didn't like the food. Never again!!!!

The food is quite good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Waiting times are not observed for online orders. Waiting time when ordering on site, about 1 hour. To make matters worse, the online site offers a 10% discount for those who collect it themselves, but you only get this 10% if you pay in cash. There is no discount for those who collect their items themselves and pay with their card. However, there is nothing about this on the website. Here people are probably happy about cash in the till, is this all stated?

This restaurant is in the main pedestrian area of the sleepy town of kirchheimbolanden. it is relatively easy to find and there is plenty of free parking in the park house that is close by. The atmosphere is quite cozy. The food is delicious. However, I am a bit critical of the Pho: it was missing some greens and some bean sprouts. I like my flavors intense, so I was a bit disappointed that they did not offer hoisin sauce, which is usually a standard for Vietnamese dishes. I do like the fact that they offer different types of house Iced teas and different cocktails. The service was quite a disappointment. When we arrived, it was barely full, and I had to get up to ask if someone could take our order. As the Restaurant got full, the service got even more slower. I wanted to take the rest of my food home but decided to just leave it and walk out because it took forever for them to wrap it up. If you order below €40 then it’s best to have cash since they only take cards for bills that are over that amount.

Went here spontaneously for lunch and there wasn't much going on. It was quick and everything was very tasty.

Nice atmosphere, very modern. Even without a reservation we got a place for two, but it was very crowded in the evening. Unfortunately the food wasn't very flavorful. I had asked my dish to be made vegan, since I had discomfort after eating it, I assume it wasn't vegan.

Curious about the relatively new restaurant, we wanted to give it a chance and were not disappointed. I was able to order my dish, the 21, with chicken instead of beef. At first I thought it was a "warm" dish, but apart from the warm meat it was more of a very tasty, not warm salad. The second dish, the 23, was warm and equally delicious. I'm curious to see if it's still delicious next time. The young man who served us was attentive and very friendly. The food came very quickly, but we were alone in the restaurant. The prices are largely okay. Annotation: I would like some of the dishes to be vegetarian without necessarily having to choose tofu. However, I think that wishes will be taken into account.

We went there for lunch for the first time today and were soooooooo excited! Very personable and friendly service, loving atmosphere and, above all, incredibly good authentic Asian cuisine. We had the sushi platter for two and the presentation alone was an experience! From now on, sushi will only be available here :-) Although we would also like to try the other dishes... Unfortunately I have to adjust my review negatively. We just drove an extra 30 minutes to Kibo to pick up sushi and now the door is closed on Wednesday. It says open on Google (confirmed by the owner just a week ago), as does the homepage and the order was also accepted online. Sorry, but that really doesn't work. Then please do not accept orders and write down the opening times correctly. 60 minutes of free car travel, super disappointing.

Delicious sushi in a very, very nice restaurant with a great ambience. There is a great selection on the menu, both starters and sushi. The restaurant is located in the pedestrian zone, but parking is possible within walking distance. The view of the square is beautiful. Since I came shortly after opening and it was empty, I would have liked to have been seated in a comfortable, nice place and not at the only single table in the last corner, just because I was alone. But that will certainly settle down :) Otherwise, the service was very nice, very attentive and quick. Card payment is possible. Overall very satisfied, great food that was very attractively presented. I felt very well. Price performance is very good!!

We have eaten here many times and are thrilled every time. The quality is consistently very good, everyone enjoyed the dishes we tried and we are always greeted politely and served. There is great and diverse sushi, which is always presented very attractively. The guest room is well designed and the toilets are clean. This location is absolutely recommended.

A 10/10 for every sushi lover! Food: Since we are sushi lovers, after moving we were looking for a comparable sushi restaurant to the one we always visited! The selection is great, prices are great and the end product tastes simply breathtaking for the customer! Service: There aren't many employees, but they all do a great job! They are accommodating, kind, friendly, helpful and extremely attentive! (but not intrusive) You will be warmly welcomed and farewelled and given excellent advice even in stressful situations! Location: It is a small but beautifully located restaurant and absolutely cannot be compared with a snack bar! The restaurant is very attractive both from the outside and inside. The store is beautifully decorated to match the season and season! Everything is beautifully designed and invites you to eat/drink straight away! In conclusion, my partner and I can say that it is a really great restaurant with delicious food and drinks, in a beautiful location in Kirchheimbolanden. We were more than thrilled in every respect! We will definitely order and eat there more often!

Sushi und Sommerroll waren eine schmackhafte Angelegenheit und eine tolle Abwechslung für Kibo. Leider gib es keine Mittagskarte und da ist es mir für mittags zu teuer. Um abends aber schön Sushi zu genießen ist es empfehlenswert. PS ;Getränkepreise für meinen Geschmack etwas hoch angesetzt für Kibo, außerdem könnten die Toiletten sauberer sein.

Wir waren eine kleine Runde mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Wir wurden rundum verwöhnt. Das Essen war geschmacklich spitzenmäßig. Die kleine Wartezeit war nicht bedeutsam, ein wenig warten steigert die Vorfreude und erhöht den Genuss. Kurzum, alles gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider kein schöner Abend im Doman… Vorab: geschmacklich ist das Essen (was man bestellen kann) an sich gut. Leider waren die Ha Cao kalt und die Suppen auch nur lauwarm. Der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig… natürlich war es sehr voll und es ist heutzutage schwierig, geeignete Servicemitarbeiter zu bekommen, vollstes Verständnis dafür! ABER leider konnten wir nicht weiter bestellen, da der Service einfach nicht mehr an den Tisch kam und sind somit leider hungrig nach Hause gegangen. Was uns extrem unangenehm aufgefallen ist; hier wird nur ein bon in der Kasse erstellt, wenn man mit Karte zahlt. O-Ton: wir möchten lieber Bares. Fragt sich nur, ob da alles beim Finanzamt angegeben wird?! Fazit: lieber to-Go oder gar nicht!

Ich kann es nur empfehlen, sehr leckers Essen und nettes Personal, macht weiter so👍

Am Anfang war ich skeptisch,aber auch nicht Rohfischesser finden hier etwas. Superlecker die Sushi, die Bowls sehr appetitlich und groß. Parken ist problemlos, Team ist nett und das Essen ist sehr schnell serviert 👍

Sensationell leckeres asiatisches Essen! Mein Tipp: Das Curry mit Wildkräutern und Sesamreis. Auch das Ambiente ist angenehm und die Preise extrem fair. Empfehlenswert!

Die Lage ist toll, das Ambiente passt. Essen war ganz okay bis auf die Frühlingsrollen, die waren leider nicht lecker. Der Service ist leider noch verbesserungswürdig. Meine Frau hat ihr Essen bekommen und ich musste leider noch 20 Minuten warten, bis ich mein Hauptgang bekommen habe.
