McDonald's in Prenzlau

Today we were disappointed with some of the burgers and the cleanliness. The chicken burger had hardly any lettuce on it and was very dry, prepared without love. Staff slow, long waiting times. Cleanliness is very much appreciated today. Tables are not cleared, toilets are dirty.

In my opinion there are not enough socket places available, for example sockets shown in the photo could be placed there. Kind regards, Jochen

Modest service, it took over an hour for the drive even though there were only 3 cars in front of me... Fast food is something different!!!

Unfriendly, slow is not possible at all. Totally overwhelmed.

No, the worst McD I've ever visited. Tray trolleys were overflowing and we waited 36 minutes between ordering and eating at the table... Fast = fast and not hungry (fasting)

I took a sip of the dark chocolate and wondered why the cup was so light. Joar got half a cup for 4 euros.

On the way to Rügen, despite the A20, still worth a break. Courts are well known, be it. When offered, it tastes just as good. Staff very attentive and friendly. Everything clean and tidy. You can safely stop here.

Very nice service and food arrived quickly. We were even offered a bag to take the food we didn't make with us. Deserved 5 out of 5 stars.

Slow and most unprofessional service. The employees appear disorganized, unmotivated, and at the same time tense and insecure. I was the only customer who ordered takeout and had to leave the store without food or a refund because I had to catch the bus.

Quite acceptable as a food source, but still too few salmonella. My favorite: escargot with onions and garlic as well as a small pinch of liquid nitrogen. The motor oil is an excellent flavor carrier and brings out an earthy, farty taste bud expander. Speaking of Falter, I have an itch on my hip and can't get to it. Tips??

I don't just don't know, but there has to be some reason why people still go to a McDonald's. The food is a real disappointment. Nothing is as promised on the billboards. Burger lukewarm, fries not crispy and lukewarm. Drinks always full of ice cubes to save money, constantly changing staff who don't understand or want to understand you. I have no idea how such a concept can still survive today. Everyone can prepare this meal much better at home and save a lot of money in the process. Every year things get worse at McDonalds.

Been there for the second time and again you arrive home and half the food is missing.

Every time they forget something or always give the wrong thing, they've never had an order get it right

17 times here again and the shop is always dirty so that it can't even be wiped down

Recently (six months) citizens have been constantly cold during the drive. So cold that even the cheese doesn't melt.

It is a very well run store. Very clean with very nice service. Always up to date with the offer. The outdoor terrace is also ideal in summer. Children can play nicely here.

Even though there wasn't much going on, it took quite a long time for the food to arrive. Indoor area is also quite cold for consumption on site. Unfortunately, that makes it a bit uncomfortable.

Toilets totally dirty, no toilet paper available.

You have to check your order every time to make sure everything is there.

Yes, fast food is not my style. Rarely, when my child wants that. The employees are very friendly and quick even when everything is full. The ambience is definitely dictated by the large companies. I don't think they have any influence on that. Please always have something ready for a spontaneous birthday table. The employees have a lot to accomplish. 5 stars for that

Mc Donalds with Feelgood Manager! Top atmosphere and service!

The staff is easily overwhelmed when it gets busy. Yesterday we waited 45 minutes for the food

Many nice long-term employees and the friendliness of newer colleagues has improved significantly in the last few months. There's probably not much to say about the cuisine here :) Overall, a very pleasant branch by McDonald's standards.

Dear service staff who also treat each other very warmly. I thought it was nice to see too! I haven't tasted fries and burgers as good as they did in this branch in ages and they were hot and fresh. The toilets were clean.

They have made the branch very nice and the employees are always nice. Only the prices have been raised properly but where is that not the case...

We don't like the atmosphere at all.

Nothing special, as is the case at McDonald's, no service, no taste, like in all branches, it's fine if you're in transit and hungry.

Food was good like at McDonalds but hot, which is not always the case. The service was great and I had my food in less than 5 minutes with table service!! Thumbs up for that!!

It's just a fast food joint. The speed has been lost.

The McRib was cold and kept slipping out of the “bun” because it was swimming in a lot of sauce. However, it was very tasty and if there was too much on the “roll” on the side, I could have eaten the potato lattices too. These were also cold and sticky. Is there no longer a McSunday vanilla ice cream sundae with chocolate sauce?

Actually everything is fine but the employees wanted to help me with a problem with the McDonald's app and apparently couldn't do it and just left.

After 40 minutes of McDrive, an unfriendly employee at the window and cold food, I have to say, extremely disappointed... please train your employees in dealing with customers.

The food was very good for McDonald's standards and the toilets were clean. Everything made a very good impression. Service only gets 3 points because 3 things were forgotten and unfortunately they weren't brought back. It's a shame. This definitely needs to improve.

Delicious. It's better not to order Mc rib...that's always a big mess, the burger is always made with too much sauce and then carelessly placed in the cardboard. Tables inside and outside are almost always dirty

Cold, soggy fries and, despite many employees present, dirty tables (it was actually impossible for us to find a single clean table - inside and outside) and leftover food on the benches. The playground is also disgustingly dirty. Never again.

Unfortunately, the branches are getting worse and worse, probably due to staffing reasons. Hardly anyone speaks German, women are ignored...not to mention the hidden price increases. The burgers have now become finger food. I'm curious to see how long McDonald's will be able to stay on the market.

Everything was great. The parking lot was large, everything was neat from the outside. All order points worked, the food was prepared super quickly, fries were perfectly salted, tables in our seating area were all clean, the employees were friendly. The toilets were also clean.

No milkshakes, no normal ice cream (just yoghurt or chocolate), no iced coffee and that in the middle of summer... really bad!

I waited at the MCDrive for over 15 minutes :-( I was at the speakerphone.

I'm just a fan of coffee, apple turnovers and ice cream! Warm water in the toilet to wash your hands would be nice.

Fries were only warm. Dog is allowed in. Leash and muzzle requirement... Theoretically. We didn't have a muzzle, that worked too. The music is a bit loud for us, but we don't eat at McDonald's that often. Conclusion: If there is nothing else, then a quick meal works

Like every McDonald's, it's busy and crowded. But the service is good as in all branches, dear employees and the ambience is standard due to the "chain". Nobody goes to McDonalds for the romance of the store. Nevertheless, it is always full. Everyone loves fast food, it's the pavement for the soul. Personally, I just advise against the Filet-o-Fish, but that's a matter of taste. A milkshake always works. And there is salad there too. So, heal your souls every now and then.

It takes far too long for a fast food restaurant

If McDonald's is common, you can do it every now and then. The children liked it too.

Usual McDonald's quality and offering. What stands out positively is the friendliness of the employees and the restaurant is very clean. The toilets are also very clean. Nice outdoor area with playground. Plenty of free parking on site.

Super nice employees and always a smile on their faces. I like to go here for a bite to eat.

Great branch Service only 4 stars because something is often forgotten (wrong burgers, very stingy with straws)

It's enough for a snack in between. I was full, even though the rolls seemed smaller than usual.

Very crowded, mostly young people. Everyone who drives from the motorway to Prenzlau, or Further

I went in for a little snack. Afterwards I wanted to get an MC Flury at the terminal, but unfortunately that didn't work after repeating it several times.

Very nice but now too expensive

Pretty good but have been there a lot lately. Unfortunately, something was missing almost every time... Edit: You should avoid McDonalds for the first few days of the month, as there was citizen money and the whole Georg-Dreke ring invested it here.

Ordered away from home for €40 and a burger was missing when I unpacked it. That is not how it works. Next time, check on site to make sure everything is there.

Idiotic employees with things breaking

Hot pockets get cold as if they were from the fridge. Iced tea with half a cup of ice cream in it. Fries were the only thing edible. Hamburger was also cold.

Bottom drawer. Order at McDrive, a 6 and 2 cheeseburger was missing from the order. Went to the restaurant and told them, they just said “everything was there”. This is really the last one and I've never experienced it like this🤮

So much for a FAST FOOD restaurant. The waiting times are beyond good and bad. The service also leaves a lot to be desired.

The food was crispy, fresh lettuce leaves. The ambience is okay.

Perfect for a little hunger in between meals.

An employee who washed on the floor, without gloves, without washing his hands, took the task of serving the customer. 1 put his hand on the lid of the juice from which he drinks it. 2 dropped the Apfeltasche down and then put it directly in the bag. We live in a sanitized world and we want to respect the attributions taking into account that this is how it should be.

Unfortunately the staff was a bit annoyed and unfriendly, otherwise everything was as usual :-)

Great food, nice service and atmosphere

Wie man es mittlerweile bei McDonald’s gewohnt ist mussten wir eine ganze Weile warten. Fand’s auch nicht gut, dass ich alleine 5-6 Minuten an der Kasse stehen gelassen wurde bis ich überhaupt bezahlen konnte. Essen war ganz lecker, aber die Hälfte war leider kalt, aber ist man ja auch irgendwie gewohnt, also war okay. Leider war es drinnen super kalt, sodass es selbst mit Jacke unangenehm war.

Arbeiten paar kumpels da sind alle richtig dolle! Essen ist gut aber die ganzen papstrohhalme sind nicht so dolle.

Sauber. Ordentlich und zügige Abfertigung.

Immer noch ein guter Stopp auf dem Weg zur Ostsee auch wenn die A20, es nun zu einem Umweg macht. Das Personal ist nett und Ortsansässig. Alles war sauber und ordentlich.

Wirkt auf mich sehr modern. Es Gib drinnen und draußen viel Platz. Es schmeckt wie bei bei McDonald's.

Entschuldigung, dass ich nicht alles am Automaten erledigt habe. Es war mein Fehler und soll so schnell nicht wieder vorkommen. Versprochen! Allein die mir entgegengebracht "Freundlichkeit" am Tresen macht es mir dahingehend sehr leicht. Aber ich habe auch Positives: diesmal war auch alles Bestellte in der Tüte. Danke.

Sehr nettes Personal, ausser der Müll hat sich gestapelt, was an zu wenig Personal liegt.

Das Essen war okay aber die Mitarbeiter untereinander scheinen einige Probleme zu haben. Schade das man das als Gast so mitbekommen hat.

Wir sind immer wieder gern hier auf unserem Weg zur Ostsee. Leider gibt es ja sonst in dieser Richtung nichts zu Essen an der Autobahn. 😅

Seit langer Zeit mal wieder bei der "Goldenen Möwe" gegessen....Portionen werden immer kleiner und Qualität...naja...

Also als ich und mein bester Freund hier essen wollten ( wir haben dort auch gegessen) wurden wir angeschrien da seit dort nicht essen sollen (keine Ahnung warum die das gesagt hat?) Also haben wir uns entschlossen trotzdem da zu essen und das Essen zu uns, zum Platz bringen zu lassen. Naja bis dahin alles okay aber als sie uns das Essen auf unser Platz geschmissen hat ( auch keine Ahnung warum kann eventuell daran liegen das wir vorher versucht haben ein Kind aus dem Laden zu enführern?)

Sehr schönes McDonald's Restaurant mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, sehr gutem Burgern und einem schönen Ambiente.

Hatte online bestellt, musste 25 Minuten nach dem Kauf warten.
