The store is super disgusting, just very dirty :(

We're not rating the food here, but rather the restroom policy, because everyone knows what you're eating here. If you want to use the restroom (which were clean, by the way), you have to pay €1 per person at a turnstile. We were here with our children on holiday from Wiesbaden, so we ended up with four vouchers that you can redeem when ordering. It's a good thing we weren't the first to order. However, when ordering, we weren't allowed to redeem all four vouchers (as parents for the children) for one order of four meals; we were only allowed to redeem one voucher per order/payment. At first, I thought it was a joke! No! The lady at the cashier just shrugged her shoulders. So we paid four times SEPARATELY. What nonsense and effort. This could definitely be solved differently... As it was, it was annoying and wasted a lot of time!

I've ordered many times. Unfortunately, delivery times used to be much better. You often have to plan on waiting 60-120 minutes. The wait is unbearable for children. It's also arrived cold several times. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it anymore. It's better to eat in.

We (my partner) ordered through Lieferando on April 4, 2025 (#GWTMQ8). The ice cream was missing, wasn't delivered, and it's still on the bill. No one was available by phone, even though they were open. We paid €7.50 for nothing. We're considering using the competition in the future.

Mc donalds bilk arcaden.Coffee is prepared by laypeople. When you try to scan the app it feels like you are trying to do something bad, reluctantly scanning the code. All employees, except a few, are rude and disrespectful. I drink coffee there every day, but today is the last day.And I will never shop for my son in this branch again.I'm really sorry about McDonald's.

McDonalds...what more can you say? You can do it...but given the prices you can almost go to a good burger restaurant.

From all the places I've gone, this one is nice and good, the people can speak English as well and the hamburger was really tasty totally recommended 🙏 Don't be afraid to share that if it tastes delicious and there won't be any surprises, besides, first of all, you don't know, it's much better than other chains ✌️

No. My complaint was answered with this, actually not but for once I'll do it. I just wanted to complain about my cocoa drink, which wasn't okay. ... of course I left disappointed. What happened to the McDonald's I used to know and, above all, that people could understand me.

Absolutely unacceptable – a mouse in a restaurant! I recently ate at McDonald's and was horrified to discover that there was a live mouse in the dining area. This should never happen in a food establishment. It reflects very poorly on the cleanliness and hygiene of this location. I've completely lost my appetite and will definitely not be visiting this McDonald's again. Who knows what's going on behind the scenes when there are mice running around in the dining area? 0 stars – urgently needs to be addressed!

Supposedly open until 3am but by 12:30am everything was already barricaded and locked. Not even the drive-in was open.

Promotional products are rarely available in the store. In 9 out of 10 orders, something is either missing or the wrong thing is packed. The Cola machines have been standing in the corner for years and have been out of operation since Corona. The staff often seems as if they are annoyed because they have to work... When you get your food after a long wait and drive home, disappointment awaits you. You received a bag of things that you didn't order. So it's best to unpack and check everything on site. Even if the route is further, I would rather drive to Nordstadt or Lünen for BK soon. Maybe you'll get a slice of your neighbors' golden seagull.

A pure disaster. My 2 double chilli cheese burgers were completely dry - the meat had to have been ready for a long time. Exactly the same with the Hamburger Royal TS. The fries were so salty that you couldn't even eat them.

Biggest scam shop. Forgot a chicken burger and a McChicken. It's only €9.59 Bottomless impudence. The one in Weiden i.d.OPf is much better. At least they get their job done. Dishonorable. EDIT: When I raised the matter the next day and showed the receipt, the forgotten food was given to me without hesitation. This is an honorable action and will also be included in this review.

So, my dears. We stood in line for 20 minutes for two large fries with mayo, and we only got two small fries without mayo. Besides, there was only one car in front of us, which had probably been there even longer.
