One Coke too few and one fries. How can you work so carelessly? Two meals, one drink, and one fries. That's work refusal, and the burgers are so soggy from too much sauce. Simply unbelievably bad, and for the price, too. I confess to the mistake of even giving McDonald's another chance. And honestly? What's the point of the annoying signaling noises from the machines? No wonder the employees make mistakes under such "psychological terror."

Some of the food was good, but some of the burgers didn't taste fresh, and some were even cold. The play equipment was completely dirty inside, and my kids said it should be checked.

But something has changed a lot at MC D in Dülmen. Now you can get warm fries and a full meal from the bag again.

I do not recommend ordering from the app. Today I ordered and I was scammed. She told me that there was no order number and I gave her the order number. She saw the email sent from McDonald’s and saw what I ordered. In addition, she was racist with me.

Impossible, without someone behind us we had to wait 17 minutes for our order.

Worst McDonalsds I've ever been. Dirty table. Cold(two days old and not eatable) fries. Recipient avoid the speak English and refused to give a pipe for cola. No ice inside the cola. The worst experience I've ever had in McDonalds. Definitely not recommended. I would grade zero star if I could.

A modern McDonald's with very friendly staff. The Bic Tasty Bacon was one of the good ones. So, I recommend it.

Probably the worst and most disastrous McDonald's there is. As has been written here many times before, orders are incorrect. Even the simplest orders cannot be fulfilled, and many products are often sold out, regardless of the time of day. "We didn't get that much delivered." What is considered the minimum standard at many fast-food restaurants is even lower here.

I waited an hour for my food, and it wasn't busy. The way the workers here work makes me want to go on vacation.

For the umpteenth time, something was wrong. I ordered one Big Tasty Bacon BBQ to take out, which was also stated on the package. When I got home, it was just a regular Big Tasty. It wouldn't bother me if it happened once in a while, but almost always something is missing or they have the wrong ingredients 🤬 (Coesfeld, Haltern, and Nottuln almost always manage to get everything right, too.) It's better to go to the surrounding towns; I've had better experiences there!

It was a hot day, there was no air conditioning in the FF restaurant, communication problems with the service team, and then our order was forgotten, despite payment. This wasn't the first time orders were issued incorrectly or not at all. This urgently needs to be improved!

Check your order! In about 50% of cases, they've forgotten something. Unfortunately, even discussions with management 10 years ago haven't changed anything. What's particularly interesting is that there are still branded vehicles parked in the yard. Ever since it was supposed to be possible (about three years ago), there's never been an option to order anything for delivery.

For over 10 years, I've been too stupid to pack my orders correctly and completely at the McDrive! Even the "check your order" note doesn't help. Today I had a very expensive order, and I forgot 50%! That's putting it mildly! Never again.

Rats!! We saw not just one, but at least four. They were outside, but that's saying something.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. -It's dirty. (Pictures in other reviews match exactly. There were chips everywhere in the kitchen and you could see that the surfaces hadn't been wiped down in a long time.) -The food was cold right after it was packed. (I wonder how this even works) -The packets of fries were about half full. -The drinks were missing about 150-200ml (0.5 drink) -The burger (i.e. the main ingredient was missing in 2 out of 3 McMenums????) Maybe the employees all had a bad day. However, the reviews show quite clearly that these “bad days” are more common.

A normal McDonalds as we know it elsewhere. We come often, unfortunately there are usually problems putting together the orders. Parts are always missing, which is particularly annoying with drive-in orders. But there are no problems with questions. The employees are very friendly.

I had dinner there yesterday on February 22, 2025. I have never seen such bad MCs!!!!! I was in the restaurant at 5:20 p.m. and ordered on the monitor, wanted to order with table service... Zack no number there... Okay, it can happen. It goes on...... The staff was totally overwhelmed with everything and it wasn't even really full! All the customers served before me were missing products. After they forgot my number and I asked😡😡😡😡 It took a whopping 25 minutes before I could receive my food. As long as I waited, my food was already ready... I had an important appointment otherwise I would have brought the cold food back....... My son didn't get the half cold fries..... Well, just not recommended.

This is the second time I've written this here and I really don't know who owns this McDonald's. But maybe he should read the review. Unfortunately I have to agree with most of the opinions here. We only come here occasionally, but every time the fries are almost raw on the inside and almost inedible. At almost €4 for fries, you could leave them in the deep fryer a little longer, even if that means increased energy costs. A little food for thought: A visit from the health department is much more expensive for the company.

Whenever we get something and we usually pay 60 to 80 euros, if not more because we are always in a large group, something is missing or wrong. Then I usually have to go back and say something is missing or that is wrong. I get that, but the fuel and by the time I get to eat it's cold, etc. and no one pays me for that. There is always a lot of confusion at Mc in Dülmen.

1. The online, self order cashie didnt give me the receipt. I asked at the cashier place, the manager was there, and she was denying to offer help for 5 minutes. When she came to me, she didnt speak English, so she left me. A guy came up to me, and he told me, what number should I wait. 2. The display facing the customer was full of dust. It was like they didnt clean it for at least 2-3 weeks. When I showed it to the manager, she was upset. Not talking about how is she communicating with the employees. Shouting. All the time.

I compare this store to other McDonalds stores: The food in the drive-in was only lukewarm, the fries were barely salted and the "M" was slapped together so carelessly that it was only a sad shadow of how it was advertised on posters. The service was fine: good German language skills, professional handling. The parking lot and the drive-in are run down and uninviting because they are shabby and dirty. The exit tunnel and the parking lot, which is sealed off on all sides, make you feel like you're in a prison.

Really not a well run branch. There are always long waiting times when something is going on (10-15 minutes). The bags are packed randomly and not according to standard. It doesn't do much good if the fries come straight into the bag, the burgers then take another 10 minutes and the fries are then cold. After something was forgotten and I contacted McDonald's I was told that it would be forwarded and the franchisee would get in touch, that never happened. Apparently it doesn't seem to matter here. I don't really know that, in other branches you admit your mistakes and approach the customer, here you are simply ignored. Definitely better to stay away.

I've never been to such a dirty McDonald's. Yesterday on Sunday September 8th it was well attended but not overcrowded and yet the food orders and distribution didn't work. There was chaos. And when I saw this unhygienic kitchen, I decided to go eat something opposite and avoid any possible food poisoning here.

Unfortunately you have to place the order electronically. The overcrowded collection stations were overflowing at all locations, including outside areas. It should be a nice break with the grandchild. That would be it too, unfortunately unpleasant. The toilet rooms resembled a garbage dump. Conclusion: Order MC Drive and then go to the playground. It's a shame, the McDonald's flair wasn't noticeable in the grandparents-grandchildren's combo!

The last burger you ever made really well was the McFarmer... and that was 25 years ago. .sure ..system gastronomy is difficult...but does it have to be soooo boring and taste the same??? Last night I had to wait at the drive-in counter for 25 minutes until I got my food! Is this still fast food? There was nothing going on, neither in the store nor at the drive-in counter (5 cars in front of me). The others also had to wait so long. That was the last time I got something to eat there!

Went there after a visit to the swimming pool. Even though it was empty, we had to wait a long time. Fries were soggy, cheese on the cheeseburger wasn't even melted, tables were super dirty. The overheard order in the McDrive parking lot was also interesting. Instead of the standard greeting "Welcome to McDonald's etc", a "What would you like?" came over the loudspeaker... which also reflects the service.

Ordered from McDonalds with delivery to the table. My wife and I had to order separately because we wanted to use the same coupon in the app. While we were waiting for our food at the table, we could see that the employees were completely overwhelmed. The dirtiest and run-down McDonald's in the whole of Münsterland for years. Table service hasn't been available for years. Tables, benches and the floor are always dirty, sticky and littered with rubbish. You wait at least 20 minutes for your order. The employees don't care about cleanliness at all and are completely overwhelmed with everything. Even the return containers for the trays are overfilled and are not emptied. As a Dülmen resident, I now go to Haltern or Coesfeld to McDonald's, at least it's clean there and you get your food delivered to your table quickly and warm. Absolutely not recommended!

We haven't been to McDonald's in Dülmen for a long time. But today's visit was a disaster. The employees were a bit overwhelmed (to put it nicely) the food was at least warm after we waited 20 minutes for our order for two people. But what was the very last thing was when I ordered an Iced Coffee Shake Choc but received it without coffee. When I complained about it, I was told that's just how it's done. It was just Mc Sunday ice cream with cream and ice cubes and a little chocolate sauce on top. I think the employees still have a lot to learn.

Unfortunately, McD is becoming increasingly run down here in Dülmen. I haven't eaten there for a long time because the toilets are a disgrace. Hygiene is different. But yesterday I had a Bigmac. Nice, tidy, modern McDonald's branch. Unfortunately, using the ordering machines is not for older citizens. Therefore only 4 stars for the service.

Very bad service! The staff is hopelessly overwhelmed! In the half hour that I waited to be able to order my menu, there were at least 6 complaints that something was missing, was packed incorrectly or that a menu wasn't even available despite the number being called! Fries would be placed in the holder 15 minutes in advance and served cold. 5 people were only busy making complaints or issuing the menu! Nobody had time to place new orders! My conclusion: This layer needs to be completely replaced!

In between it was a really good McDonald's. Nice staff and the food was warm to hot (!). Nothing was forgotten when ordering and the waiting time was okay. Unfortunately, things have recently slowed down again. Some of the tables are dirty and the burgers and fries are (almost) cold. The staff also seems slightly overwhelmed. A pity.
