Speiselokal MED Grill & Pizza in Dülmen

It took a very long time to get our order; we waited over 20 minutes. Service was minimal; the cashier was constantly talking to the cook, and payment was also delayed because they were talking to the supplier. Even though the place isn't very busy, there were only five customers. There were no forks or spoons for takeout, and it was also very dirty. Horrible! They burned almost all the food. The food was poorly prepared; I got food poisoning! Horrible!

We've been a long-time customer for many years (despite moving to Dülmen in 2011) and can say with conviction and expertise that MED-Buldern is the consistently best place for ordering food in the area, both in terms of quality and quality. For me personally, it's also the best place beyond this radius. The food is always fabulous, and if something does happen to be slightly burnt (not worth mentioning, and it's only happened two or three times over the years), the pizza you ordered is remade immediately, and you get the slightly burnt pizza delivered free of charge without any need to complain. The food always arrives as agreed and, on average, rather punctually, usually with an extra free drink(s) despite the restaurant being too far away, according to their delivery policy. But not only is the general service concept excellent; the employees behind it have not made a single mistake over the years. The drivers who deliver to us are all top-notch! Super friendly, always polite, and charming. We're so lucky to have such a restaurant in the area. Thank you again for all these years of outstanding service and food, Herrmann family :-)

It's a snack bar, but you can also sit and relax quite comfortably. It does smell like a snack bar, but the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff was very friendly and even accommodated special requests. The food was delicious.

The kebab tastes good, and the portions are large. You get a lot for your money here☺️.

We mostly use the delivery service here. Over the past few years, the quality of the food has always been impeccable. Of course, the prices have increased considerably here as well, but that's the case everywhere. At most, this affects the frequency of orders. Both the on-site and delivery service are excellent.

The pizzas turned out really bad. They tasted of nothing, the dough was extremely thick, and the bottom was burnt, with holes everywhere. Never again!

Update: It's now 8 p.m. and we've picked up the food. The pizza is cold, and oh yeah, we forgot the doner salad. Thanks! Ordered at 5:45 p.m., 7:30 p.m., still no food... no notification that it would take longer. Both times we called, we were just told it was currently in the oven... Not good service, sorry guys.

The tastiest kebab of my life so far

We ordered food for a birthday. Doner meat, salads, sauces and family pizzas. The food came on time, was hot and super tasty. All guests were very enthusiastic. The driver was also super friendly! We have been ordering from Med for a long time and will continue to do so in the future.

We are really very very disappointed We ordered our food online for delivery and have been waiting for our food for two hours now! We've called twice and were always put off, it was the last time we ordered there!!

As residents of the village without much choice, we often eat from MED or use the delivery service with the appropriate app and payment via PayPal. Everything is nice up to here. Of course, the delivery time increases on weekends, but the order regularly suffers. Salads are forgotten, sauces are mixed up or forgotten. If something like this happens, we will of course apologize and immediately provide a replacement and praise improvement. But from experience that doesn't happen. If the order fits then it's OK.

We've been ordering food every Friday for years...but now it's over! It got worse every time.....Won't order there anymore...fries that have seen the deep fryer 4 times....no thanks!

Super nice employees, even when asked about a vegan alternative for one person, there were no strange answers, just quick reflection and suggestions. The food was more than just great, warm and tasty. We would love to eat here again if we are in the area again.

Med Buldern was recommended to me by a colleague and the location had been on the agenda for some time now. Finally found the time today to cycle from Coesfeld. I ordered a normal kebab bag. Taste was good. I wasn't that hungry now, so the size was right. Had I been hungrier, I would have found the amount of meat a bit low. The staff was very friendly and P/L is good too. I'll cycle there again when I get the chance.

The kebab crew I trust ❤️ Quality and customer satisfaction are always at the top! Kindness comes free with every order. If an error occurs with an order, all employees are interested in finding a solution.

Unfortunately, the fries were hot, but old and therefore hard and dry. The grilled skewer meat was freshly peeled, but long, like spaghetti. Simply not edible because you always have a meter-long piece in your mouth. The rotisserie has a strange consistency. There was no receipt. The cash register was open. Unfortunately, the facility manager did not know please/thank you. 8€ for such a service is not appropriate. There is no tip if the taxes are not registered. I was surprised how that worked out anyway. Four men on staff for my nonsense and no one else at lunchtime. I suspect it wasn't because of the holiday season. 👍🏻

Ordered 2 normal kebabs with everything on site and only got salad + sauce in both of them. Doner without meat is exactly my sense of humor. Pity one less regular customer.

Food only came after 90 minutes and the pizza was lukewarm to cold. Herb butter was missing from the pizza rolls.

Regular customer for many years. Just ordered and super disappointed. Ordered 2 kebabs. One is fully occupied and the other has 5 pieces of meat and three lettuce leaves. Seriously?? Nobody answers the phone anymore. Just got one loaf of bread for €7. I'm super angry right now. Never again. Lost a regular customer.

I have to say to be honest, the shop doesn't work at all, the employees are overtired, stressed and only half-listening to the order, I then noticed when I got my kebab served to the table...wrong of course...I did The employee who brought us our food told me twice in a row that my order was wrong, but he didn't even notice and skillfully ignored it. When I went to the checkout and wanted to pay, I told our waitress that I was only paying for my colleagues' two meals and not the kebab bag because it was wrong and I had told him several times beforehand that he would bring me a new one. (Because I definitely won't pay for a service that isn't provided.) especially if it's wrong. Then the little boss intervened and asked where I was from....I told him not from here.....he replied(" in a really disrespectful way to a paying customer "). Yes, then I should go back to my city and eat the kebab there, and not in Dülmen. My opinion to be honest, no, not the small kebab bag for 9 euros .......mega overwork when complaints are extremely unfriendly and immediately become sordid....Orders are only accepted half-heartedly and this is also reflected in the delivery. Never never never never ever eat there again...I mean of course the one in Dülmen and not in Buldern

Unfortunately the pizzas have gone really bad for a few months (new oven/baker?). Every time from the bottom it's way too dark (1x black/inedible) but the dough further up is still raw/slippery. The soil through this type of preparation is natural. also very hard as a board (different dough composition?) What happened... it's a shame, the P. used to be quite good. Now I no longer dare (last order was at the beginning of January) after several attempts. The 2-3 euros (depending on the app) delivery costs are also impossible, even if I (really only) 3! I live on the street and order for 5-8 people in the evening!!! This also means we can order better from Dülmen from now on. It's a shame, I would have liked to continue supporting locally, but these "new conditions" (delivery costs are NEVER free/despite various people) and the really bad pizzas are now forcing you to do so.

My favorite restaurant in Buldern. The food is always perfectly prepared and tailored to the customer. Plus, the people who work there always know exactly what their regular customers eat. That shows me that we are important to them. Otherwise everything was very clean and of high quality

Unfortunately, the restaurant's software system made a mistake when ordering and the food sat ready for half an hour. I was accused of lying, of making the mistake. No solution from the operator, just further insults... It's a shame for the operator, we certainly won't go there again.

Everything is great except the kebabs are very bad because the meat is cut so small like it is minced with their great machine because there is very little meat in the kebab in Dülmen

Heute vor 3 Wochen, kamen wir spontan im "Wedding Dress" nach unserer Trauung im Schloss, hier auf eine Pommes vorbei 😂 Danke Männer!! Die Pommes war köstlich, die Ventilatoren sehr hilfreich und mein Brautstrauß konnte sich perfekt erfrischen! Immer wieder, villt am 09.09.24? 🤪💍

Mehrmals die Woche da. Pommes sind 90% wirklich lecker und gut gewürzt. Döner auch schön frisch also wirklich top Service und nettes Personal. Preise liegen im Durchschnitt.

Leckere Pizza, gut belegt, heiß geliefert und dazu ein Fahrer, der gut gelaunt das Ganze getoppt hat! Sehr gut wars!!!!

Super lecker! Wir haben schon oft unterschiedliche Speisen bestellt und die Lieferung hat nicht so lange gedauert (max. 20 Minuten). Natürlich darf man sich als Kunde nicht wundern, wenn die Lieferung auch mal 40-50 Minuten dauert, wenn viele gleichzeitig bestellen. Daher kann ich Speiselokal Med nur empfehlen, weiter so! 😊

Auch wenn viel los ist verliert niemand den Überblick. Es geht immer schön der Reihe nach. Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung. Die Gerichte sind ordentlich groß und sehr schmackhaft.

Die Pizzen, die Calzone, und die Pommes sind wirklich sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und geliefert wird oft schneller als wie einen gesagt. Lediglich die Pommes muss man ein wenig nach Salzen, aber wer hat kein Salz zuhause!? Leider sind uns die Preise inzwischen zu gesalzen, so das wir hier nicht mehr bestellen mögen. (Deshalb einen Stern Abzug)
