The slowest fast food around. You should bring a quarter of an hour here to enjoy a lukewarm burger.

Unfortunately still slow and disorganized. After a car almost backed into us in the drive thru and we honked, the staff became very unfriendly and almost rude and complained that we shouldn't have honked. When asked how we should have reacted, we were banned from the house. I can only recommend everyone to stay far away from the store.

Worst McDonald's far and wide. We stood at the drive in for 40 minutes! There were 4 cars in front of us. Such incompetent staff, while the guests wait they relax, smoke a cigarette, put away the cardboard and chill on their cell phones. And as if that wasn't enough, half of it is missing too. Such a lazy and stupid bunch!!!!!

An hour waiting time in the drive with 5 cars in front of me is completely crazy. And for 15 minutes there was simply no employee at the window to take orders.

Unfriendly staff who are completely overwhelmed and react rudely to questions. Even the shift manager has never had any training on customer friendliness. Eating takes far too long and half of it is forgotten

Actually zero stars, for me one of the worst McDonald's. If you like cold, incomplete food and long waiting times, this is the place for you. A prime example of how not to do it.

Even when nothing is going on in the store, employees work in slow motion. If the order isn't even correct and instead of vegetarian nuggets you get nuggets with meat and they are so hard as if they had been fried five times, you've really had enough. If there was a Burger King nearby, the store could close! Overall, unfortunately, it was a gastronomic experience that only employees of the responsible health authority would find “inviting”.

This store is an absolute disgrace. Every second time something is forgotten when ordering or the food is already cold. The drive is particularly bad. McDonald’s should really react to this. Then I'd rather not have a McDonald's in Vechelde. You now spend so much money on food there and then you either don't get it at all or you get it so smeared or cold.

By far the worst McDonald's in the area. Even if the store is empty, orders often take over 20 minutes (and that's without special requests). The staff often seem completely overwhelmed and unable to maintain order in the restaurant, so the tray carts are often overflowing when the store is a bit full. After the long wait, the burgers are often soggy and only lukewarm. The worst waiting time was 30 minutes for a single ice cream! In other branches, such orders are brought forward if employees have to wait for parts from others. The monitors are usually off, so it is not possible to see which order is currently being processed. Even though we live locally, we prefer to go to Peine or Braunschweig when the need for McD hits us. This store only survives because the local youth don't come to another store easily.

Overall ok. The latte macchiato was very tasty. The breakfast is also very good here.

There's no need to say anything, Mecces is just Mecces, it's bad as long as there are buses, then you sometimes think you're in Douglas because all the "young people" are "chilling" there, that's bad, but otherwise, fast food is awesome

You never have what you ordered.

Staff is too slow and doesn't do their job properly. When ordering, citizens who ordered are forgotten and prepared inedible. Please don't misunderstand, but due to a lack of knowledge of German, it is very difficult to place an order. Mistakes happen and I understand them. But if you screw up a cheeseburger three times and I have to explain it to you in a friendly way... and then you do it wrong again... I'm sorry but it's not my job to explain to the staff how a cheeseburger works... I just wanted a shitty cheeseburger, with no pickles and no ketchup. I got bread and meat... great... This happened 3 times. Then you lose your patience.

This branch was our favorite for a long time. We were happy to take a longer detour. However, it's slowly starting to wear off. After 5 minutes of drive in there was no response. So I went to the store and ordered it there. During the extreme wait, 5 cars were served through the drive in. Maybe we should get rid of the drive-thru

The slowest McDonald's in the nation, while they are "working" the mayonnaise runs out while they are working... Food also arrived cold except for 1 portion of fries. Really sad, even though the store was almost empty, and the drive-thru was also empty. (Of course I don't know about delivery orders) But that was really bad! No recommendation

Food was cold after asking for warm food, the food arrived cold twice. When we tried to get our money back for our menu and the burgers, the red-haired lady offered us a whole 2 euros as a gesture of goodwill, but for 4 parts and spending just under 15 euros, 2 euros isn't necessarily a lot if only the fries were eaten

Maximum overload if more than 3 orders are open, waiting time is very long. The error rate for something missing from the order is well over 50%.

We were in the store for the second time today. Last time the restaurant was very dingy, tables were dirty, trash and leftover food were under the tables. And today it looked the same. The staff had no stress, the restaurant was at most 25% full.

We rarely go to McDonalds. However, hardly any visit was as unappetizing as the one in Vechelde. Almost all the tables were dirty, all the floors were dirty - leftover food, tobacco and garbage. And this, ten minutes after the branch opened. Absolutely unacceptable. After a complaint we were told that the cleaner would still come. Even if it is fast food, a restaurant must be in a food-friendly condition after it closes or before opening. We can only guess what the kitchen looks like.

One of the worst McDonald's experiences I have ever experienced. You wait a full 35 minutes for your order - and it wasn't overly crowded - quite the opposite! The employees also chatted for minutes without even thinking that customers might be waiting for their food. If you complain, the service staff will also grumble at you. I'm almost horrified! For us, that was it for good with this McDonald's! Absolutely not recommended this store. For a long time I was able to ignore the incompetence and obvious overtaxing of the employees, but today the hygiene was the last straw here. Dirty floors and tables everywhere you look and, as a little extra, a delicious hair on the burger...weird, I hadn't ordered that at all

EXTREMELY LONG WAITING TIME!!!! We've often stood for longer periods of time, but today everything topped it off. When we drove into MC Drive, there were two vehicles at the front of the counter and one was ordering. All right, so that should go pretty quickly. When we drove up to order, they said “just a moment, please”. No problem, I thought that maybe the person in front of me would have to be cashed in for a moment... The expected 2 minutes passed for cashing in, then another 5 minutes, the children got whiny, another 5 minutes and I was already of the opinion that the intercom was broken must have gone. But suddenly it turned on and it said “Wait a second!” Uh no, definitely not. So I turned around and drove. As I drove out, I saw that the three vehicles in front of me were still at the pick-up point!

Employees are overwhelmed with the whole world. It can not be said otherwise. Been there three times so far. But only because it was on the way and I thought "oh, it'll work next time". No, it doesn't work! I had to wait 20-25 minutes each time. Employees don't seem organized. Sometimes there were six of us standing in one place and chatting, even though several people were waiting for their orders. While I was waiting, others came back twice with their food and complained about it. Anyone can have a bad day, but it's happened that way before. My order was also incomplete twice. Of course I received what was missing. However, I found the cleanliness there even more unpleasant. Of course, customers should also take a look at their own noses and not eat their food like disgusting people and throw the garbage on the floor, but rather dispose of it. However, when this happens, someone usually comes along at some point and sweeps everything away. I didn't see anyone there pushing trays, sweeping, or anything else. I won't start with the toilets here. Despite everything, I will continue to go to McDonald's. Just not at this location anymore.

Alles sehr dreckig. Kein einziger Tisch war sauber, obwohl die Filiale so gut wie leer war. Edit: Es wird immer schlimmer, alles dreckig. Das ist mittlerweile eklig. Obwohl genügend Personal da ist.

Sehr Dreckiges Restaurant. So etwas habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Es waren auf dem ganzen Boden Essensreste zu sehen und das Personal geht einfach dran vorbei. Tische dreckig und die Waage wo man sein Tablett drauf stellt waren total überfüllt so das es kein Platz für neues gab. Personal steht lieber in der Ecke und unterhält sich. Pommes und Burger kalt. Schade. Erste und letzte mal dort gewesen.

MC Drive: Erst warten das man bestellen darf, dann warten auf Seitenstreifen (wo man mitten im Weg steht) bis die kleine Bestellung endlich fertig ist. Dann zuhause die liebevoll verpackten Speisen auswickeln... Guten Appetit

Das Essen ist okay, ist eben McDonalds. Was mich mittlerweile aber sehr stört, egal welcher McDonalds, der Begriff Fastfood trifft überhaupt nicht mehr zu. Ewig lange Wartezeiten von über 30 Minuten(auch in Peine). Das nervt wirklich sehr.

Essen ist so wie bei jedem anderen McDonald's ganz in Ordnung. Allerdings ist der Boden dort immer verschmutzt. Alles klebt und es stinkt oft nach Rauch, da hinter dem McCafé oft geraucht wird. Trotzdem ganz in Ordnung.

Gruß an den freundlichen Mitarbeiter der gegen 23:15 Uhr am 27.09.23 das Essen überreicht hat. Freundlichkeit zahlt sich aus.

Dies ist das beste McDonald's-Restaurant! Es war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren zuvorkommend. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker! Es ging vor allem super schnell! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Warum machen Leute den Job, wenn sie keinen Bock haben? Heute, an einem Sonntag über 30 Minuten auf das "Fast Food" gewartet! Dann bringt auch noch ein total unmotivierter in Slow Motion das Essen!

Ich genieße eigentlich immer den guten Kaffee und Kuchen. Für meine Enkel ein schöner Ort um zu spielen, klettern oder andere Kinder treffen. Was mir nicht gefällt ist die Aufmerksamkeit seitens der Toiletten.

An sich ein normaler moderner McDonalds - was hier auffallend war: an dem Samstag Abend als ich hier war, war ein sehr junges dynamisches Team vor Ort. Die verantwortliche Managerin hatte alles gut im Griff und auch wenn es mit dem Essen etwas gedauert hat, bis alles fertig war, herrschte gute angenehme Stimmung. Keine Lustlosigkeit oder Hektik. Eine angenehme Erfahrung!

War in vechelde, kein eiskaffee. Samstag auch schon nicht. Dann nach Braunschweig gefahren, leinen Eiskaffee. Leute, es ist Sommer. Milchshake schoko auch nicht da.

Der McDonalds in Vechelde gefällt mir gut. Ich war an einem Sonntag hier und es war nicht zu voll. Der Aussenbereich bietet genug Platz. Man kann gemütlich an den Tischen sitzen. Auch gefallen mir die Screens zum Bestellen. Das Essen ist McDonalds-like, also für Freunde des FastFoods in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, ich komme wieder.

Hier war es kaum besucht am heutigen Montag. Dennoch hat es einfach zu lang gedauert. Lieb es auch, wenn dann statt einem Eis eine Vanille-Suppe gebracht wird... Eis wird IMMER als erstes gemacht, obwohl der Rest offenbar noch braucht. Es fehlte auch etwas an der Bestellung. Am Nachbartisch ebenfalls. Laut Kommentare scheint das hier aber ein bereits bekanntes Problem zu sein. Einen extra Stern gibt es, weil das Personal freundlich ist.

Leider war es sowohl innen als auch draußen sehr dreckig. Draussen waren die Tische klebrig und sehr Eckelhaft bääh
