McDonald's in Vechelde

You can get fast food somewhere else, but here it's slow food. No matter what time of day you go to MC Donalds in Vechelde, there are always waiting times of at least 10 minutes, sometimes 30-40 minutes, even if there is no one in the drive line and there are only 5 cars in the parking lot. Every time there are different excuses as to why it takes so long. The only plus point is that the employees are reasonably friendly and apologize for it.

First of all, we waited a long time for our food. The burger was also prepared incorrectly, which calls into question the competence of the employees. Also, the fries were unsalted and cold. Again the staff was friendly. Overall, only enjoyable when drunk. (Advice we need you back)

Something was missing again today. I always order takeout. It's annoying when you first notice at home that a burger or a drink is missing. Then you don't go there again and are therefore forced to check the bags in the store in advance. It's starting to annoy me. The cleanliness in the restaurant could also be better.

Our order was simply forgotten. When we asked after 20 minutes, they didn't really care. Not even an apology. The food was there within 2 minutes. The shop is also generally dirty.

Unfortunately, the previous recessions are true. By far the slowest McDonald's in Germany. Waiting times of up to 30 minutes (even though the restaurant is not full) are not uncommon. And yes, I was still there every now and then. But no change in sight for years. To the operator: There is definitely a lot of room for improvement. Still believe in yourself, at some point things have to get better.

Dirty floors and dirty tables in the restaurant, too few staff, dirty and disgusting toilets, constant annoying beeping from the food processors... McDonald's is getting worse and worse across Germany....

Breakfast was great even if a small mistake was made, it was made at the same time. Customer friendly managers?

Received the wrong food for the second time within a few days (ordered without cheese, got it with it, or ordered a double cheeseburger, got a normal cheeseburger). The nuggets were soggy and lukewarm, the nettle potatoes were cold. If you're going to accept exorbitant waiting times, then at least the quality should be good. Especially since you ask again and are assured that the preparation is made without cheese. To be fair, I have to say that after calling and complaining, they promised that you could pick up the burger (or the menu) free of charge.

The worst McDonald's around! Preferably zero stars! Burgers are cold, fries are too salty and you wait half an hour for 2 cappuccinos! And this is now the 4th time in a row! NEVER AGAIN.

Unfortunately still slow and disorganized. After a car almost backed into us in the drive thru and we honked, the staff became very unfriendly and almost rude and complained that we shouldn't have honked. When asked how we should have reacted, we were banned from the house. I can only recommend everyone to stay far away from the store.

Worst McDonald's far and wide. We stood at the drive in for 40 minutes! There were 4 cars in front of us. If the order isn't even correct and instead of vegetarian nuggets you get nuggets with meat and they are so hard as if they had been fried five times, you've really had enough. If there was a Burger King nearby, the store could close! Overall, unfortunately, it was a gastronomic experience that only employees of the responsible health authority would find “inviting”.

In other branches, such orders are brought forward if employees have to wait for parts from others. The monitors are usually off, so it is not possible to see which order is currently being processed. Even though we live locally, we prefer to go to Peine or Braunschweig when the need for McD hits us. This store only survives because the local youth don't come to another store easily.

Overall ok. The latte macchiato was very tasty. The breakfast is also very good here.

There's no need to say anything, Mecces is just Mecces, it's bad as long as there are buses, then you sometimes think you're in Douglas because all the "young people" are "chilling" there, that's bad, but otherwise, fast food is awesome

You never have what you ordered.

Staff is too slow and doesn't do their job properly. When ordering, citizens who ordered are forgotten and prepared inedible. Please don't misunderstand, but due to a lack of knowledge of German, it is very difficult to place an order. Mistakes happen and I understand them. But if you screw up a cheeseburger three times and I have to explain it to you in a friendly way... and then you do it wrong again... I'm sorry but it's not my job to explain to the staff how a cheeseburger works... I just wanted a shitty cheeseburger, with no pickles and no ketchup. I got bread and meat... great... This happened 3 times. Then you lose your patience.

The slowest McDonald's in the nation, while they are "working" the mayonnaise runs out while they are working... Food also arrived cold except for 1 portion of fries. Really sad, even though the store was almost empty, and the drive-thru was also empty. (Of course I don't know about delivery orders) But that was really bad! No recommendation

Food was cold after asking for warm food, the food arrived cold twice. When we tried to get our money back for our menu and the burgers, the red-haired lady offered us a whole 2 euros as a gesture of goodwill, but for 4 parts and spending just under 15 euros, 2 euros isn't necessarily a lot if only the fries were eaten

We rarely go to McDonalds. However, hardly any visit was as unappetizing as the one in Vechelde. Almost all the tables were dirty, all the floors were dirty - leftover food, tobacco and garbage. And this, ten minutes after the branch opened. Absolutely unacceptable. After a complaint we were told that the cleaner would still come. Even if it is fast food, a restaurant must be in a food-friendly condition after it closes or before opening. We can only guess what the kitchen looks like.

Were here for the first time today. Probably the last one too... Ordered table delivery. After 35 minutes we asked for the first time where the food was. One of the worst McDonald's experiences I have ever experienced. You wait a full 35 minutes for your order - and it wasn't overly crowded - quite the opposite! The employees also chatted for minutes without even thinking that customers might be waiting for their food. If you complain, the service staff will also grumble at you. I'm almost horrified! EXTREMELY LONG WAITING TIME!!!! We've often stood for longer periods of time, but today everything topped it off. When we drove into MC Drive, there were two vehicles at the front of the counter and one was ordering. All right, so that should go pretty quickly. When we drove up to order, they said “just a moment, please”. No problem, I thought that maybe the person in front of me would have to be cashed in for a moment... The expected 2 minutes passed for cashing in, then another 5 minutes, the children got whiny, another 5 minutes and I was already of the opinion that the intercom was broken must have gone. But suddenly it turned on and it said “Wait a second!” Uh no, definitely not. So I turned around and drove. As I drove out, I saw that the three vehicles in front of me were still at the pick-up point!

Absolutely not recommended this store. For a long time I was able to ignore the incompetence and obvious overtaxing of the employees, but today the hygiene was the last straw here. No, it doesn't work! I had to wait 20-25 minutes each time. Employees don't seem organized. Sometimes there were six of us standing in one place and chatting, even though several people were waiting for their orders. While I was waiting, others came back twice with their food and complained about it. Anyone can have a bad day, but it's happened that way before. My order was also incomplete twice. Of course I received what was missing. However, I found the cleanliness there even more unpleasant. Of course, customers should also take a look at their own noses and not eat their food like disgusting people and throw the garbage on the floor, but rather dispose of it. However, when this happens, someone usually comes along at some point and sweeps everything away. I didn't see anyone there pushing trays, sweeping, or anything else. I won't start with the toilets here. Despite everything, I will continue to go to McDonald's. Just not at this location anymore.

Alles sehr dreckig. Kein einziger Tisch war sauber, obwohl die Filiale so gut wie leer war. Edit: Es wird immer schlimmer, alles dreckig. Das ist mittlerweile eklig. Obwohl genügend Personal da ist.

Sehr Dreckiges Restaurant. So etwas habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Es waren auf dem ganzen Boden Essensreste zu sehen und das Personal geht einfach dran vorbei. Tische dreckig und die Waage wo man sein Tablett drauf stellt waren total überfüllt so das es kein Platz für neues gab. Personal steht lieber in der Ecke und unterhält sich. Pommes und Burger kalt. Schade. Erste und letzte mal dort gewesen.

MC Drive: Erst warten das man bestellen darf, dann warten auf Seitenstreifen (wo man mitten im Weg steht) bis die kleine Bestellung endlich fertig ist. Dann zuhause die liebevoll verpackten Speisen auswickeln... Guten Appetit

Das Essen ist okay, ist eben McDonalds. Was mich mittlerweile aber sehr stört, egal welcher McDonalds, der Begriff Fastfood trifft überhaupt nicht mehr zu. Ewig lange Wartezeiten von über 30 Minuten(auch in Peine). Das nervt wirklich sehr.
