The food was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Due to a minor discrepancy, we were served the food "correctly" upon request. So no need to get up. The restrooms could be cleaned more often. The service was satisfactory.

Whether you're ordering takeout or using the McDrive, you ALWAYS have to meticulously check your order to make sure it's complete - incredibly annoying! The restaurant is full of student employees, so mistakes often happen. If you point them out over the phone, you're rudely hung up on me. As a franchisee, Mr. Dennis Lampe urgently needs to train his employees! The entire student body in the municipality of Vechelde spends a lot of money here, including my son. The way people are treated here is outrageous! This branch is no match for voucher promotions! Paid 10 euros for nothing - thanks for nothing! If I could give it zero stars, I would!
