As far as McDonald's go, this has to be one of the best....clean toilets (with piped in bird song - yep, you read that right), no waiting, freshly cooked food, pleasant and helpful staff.

From that point on, it became a game. Place an order at the self-service checkouts. Preferably something larger with a value of 20-30€. Then go straight to the toilet and try to finish it faster than your order. It's 3-0 for McDonalds!

The food was BK, as you'd expect. The atmosphere was like a train station. Although the restrooms have a door code, an unbelievable stench hits you upon entering. One of the restrooms was unusable because it was completely clogged with trash. There were also several flies flying around. The dryer didn't work, but at least there was single-ply toilet paper.

The staff was very unfriendly. They yelled at me. I did not buy anything then and just left. I ate here a few times. So far it was okay but after yesterday, I don't think I'll eat there more often.

The visit was a bit disappointing. The store is relatively dirty, the heating is also running at full speed. The doors were left wide open for over 30 minutes. Heating costs seem to be free here. You could only stand directly under the heater on the ceiling so that you didn't freeze to death

I ordered through Lieferando but the food wasn't delivered. Attention do not pay via PayPal!!!

If you could give zero stars I would do it. The only competent person is today's shift leader (at least she gave us the money back), everyone else laughs at complaints (ingredients that were paid for forgotten, wrong sauces/burgers, etc.) disaster every time.

The mashed potato portion is literally one scoop (it was a full cup in the recent past)… and this scoop not even done right. Bad quality for KFC, weird environment to seat. Service ok.

The employees are very nice, there are no complaints about the service, but! I understand that you are a limited small trading point and it is not very profitable to send some ingredients there, for example, they do not make all burgers. I have no complaints, let it be a real McDonald's promo, but the only sauces are mayonnaise and ketchup. And also colas from a bottle, not from a machine. I get it, but the lack of sweet curry and mustard really bothered me. Sauces are the basis, they can cover many disadvantages.

After there were problems with the order because we didn't understand what we wanted, it took an extremely long time until it was ready. Half of the food was cold and the gentleman behind the counter seemed slightly stressed. The blonde lady then relaxed and hung up the balloons and stood on a chair for the guests and the lady then also said that you are not allowed to add or deselect any special requests on a burger, only with an additional charge. If you want to eat in a relaxed manner, then you won't go Also the fries are not seasoned with the excuse we use very little. The employee with the beard and the earring on his left ear first went for a smoke while relaxed in front of the store wearing an apron. I was there with my daughter and you could smell the smoke. I am very disappointed. In addition, the employees were often on their cell phones - that's not hygienic.

The guys are super nice and the shop is more than clean. I like to go there when I'm quickly hungry, it's just not quality for every day ;).

The sauces were missing from my order. Just bad. I won't be coming back.
