When you are traveling in the city of Frankfurt, the selection of fast food shops is not as huge as some people imagine. And if you want to go quickly, then it's a little more limited. So I visited the nearest Burger King store. In the end, just the wait took longer than I imagined because only one checkout was open and in front of me there was a group of bigwig kids who demanded a special request for every single order. Of course, this takes a long time and also puts a strain on my nerves. Otherwise you get a cheeseburger that isn't filling and doesn't taste good.

I've never experienced something so outrageous in my life. Ordered Junior Meal twice. The nuggets and fries were ice cold and hard. I don't want to know how long they've been standing. We were wondering why it happened so quickly. We didn't receive the two menus in a child-friendly box as usual, but instead packed them in a normal bag, which the children were initially sad about. After they could no longer eat the contents, the disappointment was even greater. There were drinks for the children in paper cups. Cola, Fanta or iced tea. No high c and no fruit tiger. NEVER AGAIN

I bought the kid fries and a hamburger today. This is the worst product I have ever purchased. The potatoes were undercooked and had probably been sitting for a while because they were dry, and the hamburger was thin and looked like it was made of starch instead of meat. I bought it to take away, so I didn't see it straight away, only 5 minutes later. The quality is disgusting. Never again.

I give Burger King a chance every time, but you'll only be disappointed there. Why can't you manage to pack the orders properly? ALWAYS something is forgotten or given out incorrectly. Next time the order will be taken apart.

This was the worst McDonald's experience of my life. The entire staff hardly speaks any German. Preparing food for 3 customers who were in the store took 20 minutes. But the bad thing is that every patty was burnt black and none of the burgers really tasted as normal as usual. The fries had a very strange aftertaste. I thought I was just imagining it. When I had to run to the toilet with stomach cramps 2 hours after eating, I realized that my feeling wasn't deceiving me. Never again this McDonald's. Stay away

Bland fries, something was missing from the children's menu. It was not in stock and was handed over to us without any information. Communication was hardly possible because the staff didn't speak German well. Once and never again.

Man O Meter! Never again! I had two burgers forgotten that were not refunded despite the receipt! That was 18€. There was also a large urine-like puddle on the floor which spread an acrid scent throughout the house. There was also leftover food lying around everywhere that the employees weren't interested in. At least some of the employees were nice 😕

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I'm still speechless from my last visit to Burger King - it was a complete disaster! I ordered a medium fries and what did I get? A pathetically tiny portion that wouldn't have been enough for a snack even for a hamster! Honestly, that wasn't a 'mean', it was a touch of nothing, a culinary joke! It felt like they were deliberately provoking me - perhaps to test how far you can go before a customer explodes?! Spoiler: Mission successful. But that's not all! Not only were the fries tiny, but they also came out cold and soggy, as if they had spent the last two hours in a siding. I should actually have been paid compensation for this ‘French fry shock’.

I am absolutely shocked by what I experienced at McDonald’s today. At 12:30 a.m. the cash registers were not working and it was unbelievable how little interest the staff had in solving the problem. It seemed like they were just too lazy to care. There was no effort to maintain service or offer a solution - instead they just left you standing. Something like this is absolutely unacceptable for a company of this size. I really don't understand how you can treat customers like that. This ignorance and laziness completely angered and disappointed me. McDonald’s should be ashamed of themselves!

The employees are very nice, there are no complaints about the service, but! I understand that you are a limited small trading point and it is not very profitable to send some ingredients there, for example, they do not make all burgers. I have no complaints, let it be a real McDonald's promo, but the only sauces are mayonnaise and ketchup. And also colas from a bottle, not from a machine. I get it, but the lack of sweet curry and mustard really bothered me. Sauces are the basis, they can cover many disadvantages.

First time in the KFC, there are hairs in the food. And not only one hair but multiple hairs. Especially in the french fries. We found three threads of hair in a single medium size french fries. And all the tables and floors are dirty. I do not recommend it to anyone. Huge hygiene problems

I ordered a doner, it didn't start at that moment, 5 minutes passed and an employee came from outside, he had a cigarette in his hand, he put out the cigarette and took the bread without washing his hands and started making the doner kebab. When I asked him why he touched the bread without washing his hands, he claimed that he didn't touch anything, and I said there was a cigarette in your hand. And I said that the smell of cigarette smoke has permeated your hands, then he washed his hands, but the boss arrogantly said that he didn't have to wash them... Never again, let alone doner water, I would never buy it……

Joar, what do you want to say/write about a standardized meal? It's the same everywhere... what a surprise! I don't find it very inviting. A demarcation with glass panes would be good. At least the area where you sit. The tables are very small, with three people each with a tablet it becomes tight. The service was nice and brought missing food to the table, but not 5* friendly. I find it difficult to describe. The facial expressions were so listless.
