Best Burger King in the area. Every visit it's always been clean, the burgers are fresh and the staff are friendly.

The employee with the hijab just makes sympathy games out of it, I wait at this window for 10 minutes while she laughs and makes noise. At some point you get an annoyed look and only half an order of unsalted fries.

Horrible once again. Waited 28 minutes for 3 menus and a portion of churros. When I asked whether the food should still be warm and pointed out that unfortunately it no longer had anything to do with FAST, all I received was a short sorry and no eye contact at all. Very poorly managed branch.

Just disgusting. Just spent 10 minutes in Mc Drive for a children's menu. After a long wait, the menu finally came out and the taste was simply terrible... Never eaten such an inedible citizen, there was no salad in it and the meat was like it had been sitting there for days and the smell was indescribably simple. Should report to the health department immediately!! Never again. The store is getting worse and worse.

That can't be the case if you order a meal and don't get half of it. This is all on the display that comes in for the order. How can it be that so much is forgotten? It's unbelievable that people are even allowed to work there. Plus it's never very busy and then with a medium order we forget so much. Not recommended because it's no use if the store looks nice but the staff is too incompetent to do their job properly...

You can have a pleasant meal there. And the competition between McDonald's and Burgerking is stupid. Bürgerking simply makes better burgers than McDonald's. It stays that way. How do you say? Why eat with a clown when you can eat with a king?

Even though there was nothing going on, all the shelves were completely overcrowded. The employees just stood around. Service and food were good.

Only two tables were occupied in the restaurant, although the guests had already had their food. Our order was the only one in preparation. We had to wait 18 minutes for our order (2 menus, 2x ice cream). Order 473. After us, around 15 orders came at the drive-in, which were brought forward, and three customers in the restaurant who were obviously known to the staff and were served before us. When order 503 was delivered, we also received our food. The burgers were hot, the fries were cold, the ice cream was warm and almost liquid. Given the mood (neutral, irrelevant to bad-tempered) of the staff and the waiting time, I don't feel like complaining and waiting again. During our entire stay in the restaurant, we constantly heard an employee talking extremely loudly and chatting privately with colleagues, which didn't help the speed of work in any way. The result of the visit for us is that next time I would rather spend my money somewhere else and now I know why there is nothing going on in the restaurant. With the team you won't win a trophy or any customers.

However, this BurgerKing branch in Neunkirchen is a small ray of hope for the district town that I actually saw as lost. In the middle of the shimmering hustle and bustle of the city, right on the Westspange, the BurgerKing Neunkirchen branch stands out like an oasis of familiarity. The service is also particularly noteworthy: friendly, with a touch of warmth, as if we have known each other for a long time. Here fast food becomes a small experience, a short escape from the routine problems of Neunkirchen. The BurgerKing branch on Westspange may be part of a chain, but it has the charm of the everyday, the always reliable. A place where hunger is satisfied, but the thirst for a short break is rekindled. I've been hit many times in Neunkirchen, but the way this branch represents itself really blew me away. If I could I would give 6 stars.

This is my third time there and every time burgers are forgotten. The employees get annoyed when you point out that something is missing. I pay money for the burgers that aren't in the bag. Unbelievable.

Ordering in advance via the app is not possible. Despite the low number of customers, the waiting time is long. The food was cold. The burger patty was unappetizing. The visit to the restaurant was very disappointing.

We waited 25 minutes for three burgers these days. Even though the store was relatively empty. Staff completely overwhelmed and bored at work. This was also evident in the fact that the “materials issue” was full of food and no one felt responsible. Only after I complained did we get our order. Of course from an unfriendly and annoyed employee. Then something else wasn't right. This probably happened to other customers who waited forever. The only employee who did a decent job in the store was the lady who took care of the cleanliness at the tables and in the restaurant. In the future we'll go to another Burger King or go to McDonald's. We won't do that to ourselves anymore.

Even though there's nothing wrong with the quality and the location, I get annoyed every time we're here. It all takes forever and you can really wear the soles of your employees' shoes while they're working. Even if there's nothing going on, you have to wait a really long time for your food. You can't call it fast food.

Veryrrrrr disappointed... I got my order again a few days ago and AGAIN 2 burgers were missing and FYI this is the 6th time I've paid and a few things are missing, which is over €20.

Very clean location. The staff are friendly. The food is also quite good in comparison to other Burger king locations.

Ordered 3 junior bags for my 3 kids. When I got home I was shocked to discover that there was no hamburger in all three of them and I was therefore hugely disappointed. Never again!

Bought something to take away again. Half of it was missing at home. Maybe you should hire people who can count to 3.

I ordered chlli cheese nuggets, they tasted and looked like they had been warmed up and the burgers were cold. I wanted to pay at the counter and I was ignored at first and the condition simply disappeared, my order only had to be paid because I had ordered at the terminal. I didn't feel welcome there.

Great shop, child threw down tray, were very nice and freshly prepared and gave us the entire meal for free

This juice shop is simply unbelievable... Not once able to pack everything!!!! But the main thing is ketchup. I would think about hiring trained staff who are able to pack 3 items.

I have never received such bad nuggets anywhere. These couldn't be surpassed in terms of disgust. The parts have definitely been in the drawer for 3 days to keep warm. (soft, lukewarm, greasy and wobbly). Conclusion inedible! Furthermore, the hygiene concept (if one exists) should be urgently worked on. If you sit down at a table that is so sticky and dirty, you shouldn't be surprised if the health department soon shows up.

Went here after attending the Hannover 96 Away Game in Elversberg. They moved fast, did not miss anything order-wise.. Couldn't be happier.

We were satisfied! A modern building with all the technical highlights! Food as always. Unfortunately, I personally didn't find the employees that friendly. War heute zum ersten mal dort und war sehr positiv überrascht. Wir haben am Selbstbedienungsschalter zum Mitnehmen bestellt und unsere Bestellung war sehr schnell fertig da nicht allzu viel los war. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und ordentlich und die Filiale sieht sauber aus. Essen war zu Hause immer noch warm und alles hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Werde da auf jeden Fall nochmal hingehen.

Guten Abend . Service schlecht bei 10 Leuten hinter der Theke weis der eine nicht was der andere macht . Hatte Essen zum Verzehr im Restaurant bestellt wurde mir aber zum mitnehmen gemacht . Das halbe Essen fehlte und war zudem kalt gewesen .Auf den Herrentoiletten nicht mal ein Seifenspender vorhanden .

Die Tische müssten öfter mal sauber gemacht werden. Pommes Lau warm. Schnelle Abfertigung.

Habe Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt, trotz großem Andrang in der Filiale, ging es zügig voran. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, haben sich sogar für die länger Wartezeit entschuldigt.

Die Filiale ist angenehm gestaltet und sauber. Unsere Bestellung wurde schnell zubereitet. Es gibt auch einen Drive In. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Über Essensqualität brauche ich wohl nicht viel zu schreiben. BK ist BK, entweder man mag es oder hasst es. Aber auch hier wieder das gleiche Bild wie so oft am Drive-In: diejenigen, die dort arbeiten, arbeiten dort weil man sie für sonst nichts gebrauchen kann. Und eigentlich für das hier auch nicht. Anders ist nicht zu erklären, warum die nicht fähig sind, eine Bestellung im Wert von 28€ fehlerfrei auszuführen und einzupacken. Immerhin reihen die sich damit nahtlos in die gleiche Reihe wie McD und KFC mit ein, dort arbeitet die gleiche Sorte Nullnummern.

Wir waren schon öfter hier,auch im Drive In,es hat alles immer super geklappt. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und vorallem arbeiten dort echt viele,was ich echt gut finde. Zum Restaurant Inneren kann ich nur ein großes Lob geben,es ist wirklich sehr sauber,auch die Toiletten.

Waren bisher immer zufrieden. Sehr sauber, viel Personal, nie falsche Bestellungen bekommen. Bestellen aber meist auch drinnen am Terminal zum mitnehmen.

Jedzenie w porządku ale obsługa trochę jakby zmęczona pracą. Pani za kasą niezbyt przyjacielska. Troszkę więcej kontaktu z klientem a i klimat w restauracji się poprawi.

Der Mitarbeiter mit den fettigen haaren sollte mal lieber eine mütze oder eine Haube anziehen und er sollte aufhören meiner Freundin dauerhaft auf die Brust zu starren das ist sehr respektlos.

War nicht wie immer pommes war nicht frisch

Ich war jetzt bereits zum 4. Mal dort und habe bislang IMMER UND AUSNAHMSLOS sehr ordentliches Essen und Getränke bekommen. Das Einzige, was nicht funktioniert, ist der Service. Ich habe Verständnis für neue Mitarbeitende und Fehler; die passieren immer und überall einmal, aber hier war es wirklich jetzt schon zum 2. Mal eine geballte Katastrophe vor dem Herrn! Letztendlich hatten wir aber (21 Minuten nach Bestellung) das, was wir bestellt hatten, noch jede Menge Pommes (als Entschädigung oder auch wieder versehentlich von einer anderen Bestellung auf unser Tablett geräumt) extra und die Burger waren auch gut wie immer, aber die Essensqualität ist ja hier auch wirklich kein Kritikpunkt! Hier müßte das Personal einfach "nur" pfiffiger sein...

Leider wurde etwas vergessen. Aber wir hatten es zu spät bemerkt (ist erst zu Hause aufgefallen).

Burgerking war unterdurchschnittlich schlechter burger als wäre er alt und ICE Shake war mehr als eine Geschmackssorte im Becher. Da fragt man sich wie da die Hygiene wohl ist.

Essen war kalt und zu heiß gleichzeitig geschmack ging aber klar wobei es für den preis eher inakzeptabel ist. Meh!

Mein Favorit wenn es um Burger geht !!!!

Hi, vorne weg, ich Esse immer vor Ort. War bis jetzt drei mal in diesem King und habe nichts zu beanstanden. Esse eigentlich immer das selbe, Big King XXL ohne Gurke dafür mit Jalapenos als Menü. Alles gut warm, selbst die Pommes waren immer in Ordnung.

Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und motiviert, das Essen gut angerichtet, das Lokal selbst ist ansprechend. Geh ich gerne wieder hin.

Essen war gut, ging alles sehr schnell, hatten nichts zu meckern. Was uns aber besonders positiv aufgefallen ist war der unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter am Schalter. Er heißt Benjamin(Glatze und Brille), selten von einem so höflichen Mitarbeiter bedient worden… großes Lob

Prima Brothausqualität - einzig die Weihnachtsware eher fad. Leider meist lustloses und unfreundliches Personal.
