The fries were soggy, even though I ate them on the spot. The Whopper tasted bland and lacked salt, as did the fries. Unfortunately, the bad reviews are true. I'd rather go somewhere else. What a shame.

Once again there is no warning that only cash payment is possible in the drive-in. Because the EC device doesn't work again. Waited 20 minutes to get to the intercom, only to be told it wasn't working. You're stuck again for 20 minutes because you can't drive out and apparently this waiting time is normal for a "fast" food restaurant. Unfortunately I can't rate the food for today.

Order was wrong, complaint was brought back and the sauce was simply scraped off the burger….

One of the most beautiful Burger King restaurants in Saarland. Just feel good and eat deliciously.

We ordered at the service point and wanted to pay in cash at the checkout. After 10 minutes of waiting we still weren't served. Only customers in the drive-thru were served. We noticed that our sneakers were almost stuck to the floor in front of the checkout. We then decided not to eat there and left. Furthermore, while we were waiting, we saw that a man in the kitchen was cleaning the work surface with a dry napkin.

After checking, we discovered that instead of the Gouda patty we ordered there was a small portion of cold fries in it. When we complained with a receipt we just shrugged our shoulders and gave the excuse that there was no Gouda. Patty's more, the matter dismissed. We didn't get this information when we ordered. 1.99 euros for a small portion of fries as a replacement??? Without even asking first, pretty cheeky..... Very disappointing.

I don't expect much from fast food restaurants but... There were four of us there. The meal took so long that two of us were already finished when the other meal came. Plus it was cold and half of it was forgotten. There really wasn't much going on. The employees were also very unfriendly and very difficult to understand. Just disgusting. Just spent 10 minutes in Mc Drive for a children's menu. After a long wait, the menu finally came out and the taste was simply terrible... Only two tables were occupied in the restaurant, although the guests had already had their food. Our order was the only one in preparation. After us, around 15 orders came at the drive-in, which were brought forward, and three customers in the restaurant who were obviously known to the staff and were served before us. When order 503 was delivered, we also received our food. The burgers were hot, the fries were cold, the ice cream was warm and almost liquid. Given the mood (neutral, irrelevant to bad-tempered) of the staff and the waiting time, I don't feel like complaining and waiting again. During our entire stay in the restaurant, we constantly heard an employee talking extremely loudly and chatting privately with colleagues, which didn't help the speed of work in any way. The result of the visit for us is that next time I would rather spend my money somewhere else and now I know why there is nothing going on in the restaurant. With the team you won't win a trophy or any customers.

The BurgerKing branch on Westspange may be part of a chain, but it has the charm of the everyday, the always reliable. If I could I would give 6 stars.

We waited 25 minutes for three burgers these days. Even though the store was relatively empty. Staff completely overwhelmed and bored at work. This was also evident in the fact that the “materials issue” was full of food and no one felt responsible. Only after I complained did we get our order. Of course from an unfriendly and annoyed employee. Then something else wasn't right. This probably happened to other customers who waited forever. The only employee who did a decent job in the store was the lady who took care of the cleanliness at the tables and in the restaurant. In the future we'll go to another Burger King or go to McDonald's. We won't do that to ourselves anymore.

Even though there's nothing wrong with the quality and the location, I get annoyed every time we're here. It all takes forever and you can really wear the soles of your employees' shoes while they're working. Even if there's nothing going on, you have to wait a really long time for your food. You can't call it fast food.

Ordered 3 junior bags for my 3 kids. When I got home I was shocked to discover that there was no hamburger in all three of them and I was therefore hugely disappointed. Never again!

I ordered chlli cheese nuggets, they tasted and looked like they had been warmed up and the burgers were cold. I wanted to pay at the counter and I was ignored at first and the condition simply disappeared, my order only had to be paid because I had ordered at the terminal. I didn't feel welcome there.

I have never received such bad nuggets anywhere. These couldn't be surpassed in terms of disgust. The parts have definitely been in the drawer for 3 days to keep warm. (soft, lukewarm, greasy and wobbly). Conclusion inedible! Furthermore, the hygiene concept (if one exists) should be urgently worked on. If you sit down at a table that is so sticky and dirty, you shouldn't be surprised if the health department soon shows up.

War heute zum ersten mal dort und war sehr positiv überrascht. Wir haben am Selbstbedienungsschalter zum Mitnehmen bestellt und unsere Bestellung war sehr schnell fertig da nicht allzu viel los war. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und ordentlich und die Filiale sieht sauber aus. Essen war zu Hause immer noch warm und alles hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Werde da auf jeden Fall nochmal hingehen.

Guten Abend . Service schlecht bei 10 Leuten hinter der Theke weis der eine nicht was der andere macht . Hatte Essen zum Verzehr im Restaurant bestellt wurde mir aber zum mitnehmen gemacht . Das halbe Essen fehlte und war zudem kalt gewesen .Auf den Herrentoiletten nicht mal ein Seifenspender vorhanden .

Die Tische müssten öfter mal sauber gemacht werden. Pommes Lau warm. Schnelle Abfertigung.

Habe Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt, trotz großem Andrang in der Filiale, ging es zügig voran. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, haben sich sogar für die länger Wartezeit entschuldigt.

Die Filiale ist angenehm gestaltet und sauber. Unsere Bestellung wurde schnell zubereitet. Es gibt auch einen Drive In. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Über Essensqualität brauche ich wohl nicht viel zu schreiben. BK ist BK, entweder man mag es oder hasst es. Aber auch hier wieder das gleiche Bild wie so oft am Drive-In: diejenigen, die dort arbeiten, arbeiten dort weil man sie für sonst nichts gebrauchen kann. Und eigentlich für das hier auch nicht. Anders ist nicht zu erklären, warum die nicht fähig sind, eine Bestellung im Wert von 28€ fehlerfrei auszuführen und einzupacken. Immerhin reihen die sich damit nahtlos in die gleiche Reihe wie McD und KFC mit ein, dort arbeitet die gleiche Sorte Nullnummern.

Waren bisher immer zufrieden. Sehr sauber, viel Personal, nie falsche Bestellungen bekommen. Bestellen aber meist auch drinnen am Terminal zum mitnehmen.

Wir waren schon öfter hier,auch im Drive In,es hat alles immer super geklappt. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und vorallem arbeiten dort echt viele,was ich echt gut finde. Zum Restaurant Inneren kann ich nur ein großes Lob geben,es ist wirklich sehr sauber,auch die Toiletten.

Der Mitarbeiter mit den fettigen haaren sollte mal lieber eine mütze oder eine Haube anziehen und er sollte aufhören meiner Freundin dauerhaft auf die Brust zu starren das ist sehr respektlos.

War nicht wie immer pommes war nicht frisch

Ich war jetzt bereits zum 4. Mal dort und habe bislang IMMER UND AUSNAHMSLOS sehr ordentliches Essen und Getränke bekommen. Das Einzige, was nicht funktioniert, ist der Service. Ich habe Verständnis für neue Mitarbeitende und Fehler; die passieren immer und überall einmal, aber hier war es wirklich jetzt schon zum 2. Mal eine geballte Katastrophe vor dem Herrn! Letztendlich hatten wir aber (21 Minuten nach Bestellung) das, was wir bestellt hatten, noch jede Menge Pommes (als Entschädigung oder auch wieder versehentlich von einer anderen Bestellung auf unser Tablett geräumt) extra und die Burger waren auch gut wie immer, aber die Essensqualität ist ja hier auch wirklich kein Kritikpunkt! Hier müßte das Personal einfach "nur" pfiffiger sein...

Leider wurde etwas vergessen. Aber wir hatten es zu spät bemerkt (ist erst zu Hause aufgefallen).

Burgerking war unterdurchschnittlich schlechter burger als wäre er alt und ICE Shake war mehr als eine Geschmackssorte im Becher. Da fragt man sich wie da die Hygiene wohl ist.

Essen war kalt und zu heiß gleichzeitig geschmack ging aber klar wobei es für den preis eher inakzeptabel ist. Meh!

Noch nie so nen sauberen Burger King gesehen 😳
