Food typical McDonald's. Hot chocolate lukewarm. Second charging station blocked by McDonald's delivery vehicle. Despite the outside temperature being around 5°C, the air conditioning is on cooling.

Not recommended. Since the new touchscreens were installed, the hygiene has gone. Alerted staff to clean the screens. Didn't happen. If the customer in front of me doesn't take hygiene seriously, I don't want to eat anything with fingers that had to use this screen. The screen on which there are bacteria from the previous user. Waited forever in the drive-in and then was served grumpily

Finally got a good McD again. Clean, not hectic, you understand my language, the food is prepared as offered, nothing is forgotten and you work "almost" for your food. It's a shame that it was just a coincidence that I ended up here, they're now branded by McD! But I would go back here at any time. The only drawback to the ambience - the slide tower is not suitable for children under school age, as a complicated climbing facility is installed instead of stairs.

McDonald's is no longer recommended. The taste of the dishes has become worse, and the ingredients have probably been saved here too. The shop is now really run down. Staff sometimes don't understand (or don't want to) German. Orders are mostly wrong. In the evenings there is a celebration in the parking lot with loud music, but no one in the restaurant seems to be interested. Prices as a franchise are now really unreasonable. €2.69 for a cheeseburger, seriously?

I received an incorrect order today for the fifth time in a row. It's so annoying to buy something at this McDonald's. Either something is missing, or they are simply the wrong burgers that you didn't order. Instead of the double chicken burger, you just get normal ones or none at all. Sometimes it happens that there is a cheeseburger inside instead. Last week I had a Filet o Fish instead of a McRib. What's so difficult about reading the paper correctly and packing the right food? We were traveling in Neunkirchen, when we were hungry we stopped at the drive-thru at the McDonald's Restaurant in Neunkirchen on the way back. The team at the counter was very friendly and helpful, and special requests for a chicken burger without iceberg lettuce were accommodated. The food was very tasty and freshly prepared. The prices for the food, with a discount via the MC app, are ok. We are therefore happy to recommend the Mc!

Made child happy today. Just McDonald's. But always very clean there.

08/10/24: In general everything works well from ordering at the terminal until you get the food. But I made the mistake of ordering the breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs a few days ago. When I wanted to eat the wrap, which cost around €5, at home, I noticed that the contents were very tasty, but the outside of the wrap tasted more like rubber. In one word "inedible". So I only ate the contents and threw away the rest. Too bad. That doesn't encourage me to have breakfast there again.

Quality and service have lost their level. Cola instead of Fanta, fries too salty. USB...haha. Winter = air conditioning, summer hehe heating, dirty toilets. Sorry...just close it.👍

I was at the restaurant to get food with a group of 10 people. The very nice lady ran with me to the group's car and helped me carry the food. Very nice!

I'm not in the mood for the Filjale anymore. The ordering terminals are slowly becoming defective in places and something about the order is constantly being forgotten or mixed up. Most of the staff cannot speak reasonable German. Last time the system messed up my order and I had to line up again at the checkout after a 15-minute battle with the terminal. just a juice shop for the time being.

Had dinner in NK today with 3 kids. A single catastrophe. 36 euros for burgers like this...everything was simply adulterated so that half of the topping fell out of the burger. Newly made at Boxberg in Neunkirchen. Parking spaces are a bit tight so look closely when you exit. Inside it is perfectly done, toilets are great.

A lady from the staff cleans the dirt on our table every time we eat. She is also unfriendly and watches us as if we were stealing something. She also accused us of eating them and when we said that two portions of fries were missing. The lady is rude.

The order terminals sometimes hang or are very slow. Often smeared with other fingers. As others have already written, the ice cream there is unfortunately sad! The cups are never really full, and they often make my ice cream first and I can drink it until my order is ready 🤷🏼‍♂️ You can't say much about service, you hardly have anything to do with them anymore. Ich kann nicht sagen, dass ich einen sehr guten Burger gegessen habe.

Heute zum Café vorbeikommen, mir ist aufgefallen dass der Boden sehr „schmierig“ war. Bin einmal komplett durch spaziert, war überall gleich, sogar auf Toilette. Hab meine Begleitung gefragt, hätte ja an den Schuhe liegen können aber dem war nicht so. Habe den Tisch-Service- Mitarbeiter angesprochen. Entschuldigung war, "leider zu wenig Personal".

Der Besuch war im Rahmen eines Kindergeburtstages. Von daher gab es dann auch eine Person die die Bestellungen aufgenommen hat. Das wurde dann auch promt serviert, das lob ich mir ! Das Essen in dem Schnellrestaurant ist erwartungsgemäß gut gewesen. Ausserdem gab es noch Geburtstagskuchen. Lediglich die Bestellautomaten find ich persönlich befremdlich, da Sonderwünsche wie z.B. ohne Gurke o.ä. keine Berücksichtigung finden. Zum Glück wird man hier auch noch von einem Menschen bedient. Alles in allem seit längerer Zeit mal wieder schön gewesen.

Guter Service und freundliches Personal.

Normaler MC Donalds mit einem großen McCafé. Leider geht bei meinen Besuchen oft ein Bestellautomat nicht, weil entweder der Monitor kaputt ist oder die Kassenrolle leer ist.

Mithin eines der besten McDonald's im Umkreis. Funktioniert selbst, wenn es brechend voll ist. Auch meistens sauber, was man von anderen Restaurants nicht immer sagen kann.

An Morgenden ist hier relativ wenig los, war nur dort um einen Kakao zu bestellen, der war allerdings nur halb voll. Dafür kann glaube ich weniger diese Filiale etwas, sondern eher McDonalds selbst, da es wahrscheinlich Vorschrift ist, die Becher nicht voller zu machen. Ansonsten sauberer Laden und nettes Personal

Terminals zum bestellen reagieren langsam. Sauberkeit und essen war ok.

Geht einfach schnell jedoch bei der letzten Verbesserung von Rezepturen ist die Qualität meiner Meinung mach gesunken. Ich habe die alte Chili Soße geliebt und die neue finde ich richtig eklig. Bei dem Cheeseburger hat früher alles gepasst und jetzt schmeckt er ziemlich trocken und ist auch kleiner geworden aber kostet dafür jetzt mehr.

Ärgere mich jedes mal das ich es wieder getan hab.

Lange Wartezeit nach Bestellung, dafür war Essen frisch zubereitet und noch richtig warm. Leider fehlen oft die Servietten in der Tüte und Pommes liegen immer unten, ganzes Essen drückt Pommes zusammen. Schade!

Man kann es einfach nicht mehr essen. Die Bürger lächerlich und Hamburger Royal TS Geschmack gleich null.

Fries almost never are fresh, you have to ask for straws, once we even seen employee spilling drink on a child, but hey, at least they’re kind. 😂 I don’t like shakes from this only one McDonald’s. You can get in under 10€ nice menu with coupons from McDonald’s app. 😊

Nachtrag 07.08.2023 War soeben nochmals vor Ort. Dachte mir gibst dem ganzen noch ne Chance. Wurde auch sehr positiv überrascht. Nette Leute super Service und keine lange Wartezeiten. Daher von mir 5/5. Ach und er neue Big Mac schmeckt wirklich einfach nur Spitze 🤩 Weiter so ! ————————————————————————— 19.02.2023 18:45 Uhr derart schlechten Service habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Im Drive In wird die Bestellung nicht richtig verstanden… okay kommt mal vor…. aber den derart schlecht gelaunten und absolut unmotivierten Mitarbeiter am anderen Ende der Leitung, welcher einen noch blöd anmacht…. Sorry aber das geht garnicht. Schade drum bin immer gerne hier gewesen.

Ich war schon in vielen McDonald's....aber so habe ich noch nie meine Burger gemacht bekommen. Wie auf dem Plakat... erschreckend gut angerichtet!!! Keine lange Wartezeiten....die Bestellterminals sind etwas träge. Geht besser.... Ansonsten die WCs waren sauber und auch so, hat der Besuch einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Weiter so ...!!! Nettes Personal wo viele der deutschen Sprache mächtig waren 😉 Die allgemeine Preisentwicklung ist suboptimal!!!

Ich muss sagen, ich bin begeistert!!!! Habe heute einen macplant gegessen, 100% Vegan und traumhaft lecker. Einfach mal ausprobieren, auch für nicht Veganer 😁😉. Personal super freundlich, ein echtes Lächeln gibt's immer dazu.

Der Laden ist sehr Dreckig und der Service nach aller Sau, trotz Hinweis auf die schmutzige Tische und Sitze keine Reaktion vom Personal.

Essen war Ok obwohl was bei der Bestellung vergessen wurde. Müll wurde gestapelt und nicht geleert. Mitarbeiter schnauzt anderen Mitarbeiter vor Kundschaft an. Fazit: ich gehe lieber nach Homburg

Die Qualität geht immer mehr verloren und die Preise werden teurer. Hatte ein 2 MC Chicken (long Chicken) bestellt. Gefühlt waren die Burger die Hälfte von früher sehr Matchiges Brot kein Crunsch schwache Qualität. Werde erstmal länger nicht zum MC gehen.

Mitarbeiter sind nicht in der Lage die Bestellung vom Display einzupacken. Mehrmals fehlt ein Burger und bin mir nicht mehr sicher ob das absicht ist. Schlechtester Mc Donalds.

Zum Glück bin ich nachhause gefahren. Ich wäre wahrscheinlich vorbestraft. 2 Mcrib ohne Soße, total trocken. Der lange chicken burger ohne Salat, pappig und geschmacklos. Pommes roh, ohne Salz. Ich bin nur hin wegen den Gläsern. Für knapp 30 Euro sehr teure Gläser Nie wieder

Am 14.02.2021 kaufte unter anderem zwei Filet-o-Fish-Burger. Bereits nach dem ersten Biss war ich reichlich verwundert. Ich vermisste die Soße. Also klappte ich den Burger auf und stellte fest, dass diese in so geringen Mengen vorhanden war, dass sie geschmacklich nicht zum Tragen kam. Wie man aus den beigefügten Bildern ersehen können, stimmt die Menge der Soße in keinster Weise mit dem Produktbild überein, das McDonalds auf seiner Internetseite präsentiert. Das auf einem Produktbild dargestellte Produkt muss dem entsprechen, was auch tatsächlich verkauft wird. Produktbilder sind Teil der Produktbeschreibung. Die Aufmachung von Lebensmitteln darf nicht irreführen. Der Fish-Burger entsprach in keinster Weise meinen Erwartungen, nicht nur was die geringe Menge der Soße anbetrifft, sondern auch hinsichtlich der Frische.

Wir waren in Neunkirchen spazieren, als wir hunger hatte suchten wir auf dem Rückweg den Drive in im McDonald's Restaurant Neunkirchen auf. Das Team am Schalter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auf Sonderwünsche beim Chickenburger ohne Eisbergsalat wurde eingegangen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Die Preise für das Essen, Chickenburger und Vanille ShakeRabatt über die MC App ist ok. Von uns deshalb eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Hier bemüht sich die Crew noch alla Mc Donald`s ihre Kunden zu bedienen, allerdings ist auch in Baumholder die USArmy zu Hause . Ein aufgeräumtes sauberes Restaurant, schneller und vor allem frischer heisse Burger, war einfach ohne zu meckern.

Wer hat noch nicht einen Hamburger mit Pommfrits gegessen . Kinder lieben es dort zu Essen und zu trinken .

Hier bekommt man die gewohnte Qualität und den gewohnten Geschmack. Hier wird man von nettem und freundlichem Personal bedient. Dieses McDonald's Fast-Food-Restaurant bietet genügend Sitzplätze, es kann zu kleineren Wartezeiten kommen. In diesem McDonald's kann man über einen Terminal (Bildschirm) seine Bestellung aufgeben.

In Germany normally all places are closed during the weekend. you can find this open all week I think, chicken burgers are great!
