I was really pleasantly surprised by this McDonald's branch! Everything was super modern – bright, clean, and with new ordering terminals that work really quickly and easily. The food tasted excellent: fresh, hot, and exactly what you'd expect from a fast-food restaurant. What particularly struck me was that my order came extremely quickly, yet everything was still perfectly prepared. Exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's – but unfortunately, not something you get everywhere. This branch definitely stands out from many others. Friendly staff, a good atmosphere, and a feeling of quality that you don't always experience with fast food. I'll be happy to come back!

The bad-tempered boss drags everyone into the abyss of his dissatisfaction. First he complains to himself in the kitchen, storms through the shop and slams trays around. He yells at the employee in the middle of the restaurant and in front of the customers. His two-year-old daughter works more independently. Absolutely outrageous and humiliating. He then runs through the store and slams the chairs onto the tables. His bad mood, aggression and unprofessionalism can be felt throughout the store. Incredible!

Unfortunately, the team management didn't know what respect meant. In front of the customers there was loud swearing, insults and disrespectful communication with employees. Aggressive and loud behavior is almost unbearable. Everyone on site felt uncomfortable. Pretty unprofessional.

We came when the Minecraft promotion had already ended, and from the very beginning of the promotion I wanted exactly the bee figurine. We looked for it everywhere but couldn’t find it anywhere. I asked the staff if they had any figures left, and they looked very diligently. Unfortunately there was no bee, but it was so cute that they tried so hard!☺️ And by the way, it was at this McDonald’s that I got a llama figurine for the same promotion.

Used to be my No.1 MC restaurant - fries 🍟 were still raw - immediate exchange. Fries were hot but dripping with fat when seen at neighboring tables / exactly the same - BUT eaten because I was hungry.... Nobody needs a glass campaign when the store is full and therefore only poor quality food is served?!

It was another one of those days when you ask yourself where the friendly dealings with people are. The following situation arose: My son needed another packet of ketchup and went to the counter. He was quickly served with the words that ketchup costs money and he couldn't get any (our table was within sight and we are there almost every Friday). I then ordered a package (60 cents), of course delivered to the table. After 5 minutes without service, I went to the counter to get the ketchup. I am aware that there is nothing left to give away, but with a little empathy you can solve this process differently. Maybe it was the MA's inexperience, but there are seminars for that. I ask for internal clarification of the process. Thanks PS: An inexperienced MA will ruin your rating.

One of the better McDonald's branches. Lots of large parking spaces, clean tables & chairs inside, everything in very good condition, modern & cozy outdoor area and a small play tower for the children. Great for a break while driving on the highway.

Worst McDonald's I've ever visited. The tables are all dirty, staff walk past the tables several times and don't think it's necessary to clean them. The seating areas also have grease stains everywhere. Hygiene and cleanliness are not very important here.

I've been here several times lately. I've noticed how clean the store is and how nice the employees are, above all, how they work in a disciplined manner and today I arrived shortly before closing time. They only had 15 minutes left when I wanted to order at the drive in station. At first it didn't work because the headset had stopped working. As soon as I wanted to drive home and thought it was a shame, they were already too late, the branch manager ran out of the store after my car just to tell me that the headset had stopped working and he couldn't speak but I can still order inside I thought it was so cool that he made such an effort that every customer was taken care of right up to the end, i.e. satisfied in the store, he apologized countless times. I came here especially from Castrop because I am so very satisfied with the service from the employees. I hope that it will continue to be that way. I prefer to drive a few meters further You can clearly see that it has a grip

Ordered 3x Happy Meal and 2x Mc smart menu. 3x gifts were forgotten and the medium fries were only half full. Everything tasted great. Why such errors happen with such a small order remains a mystery to me... We never had any problems in Castrop.

I was absolutely thrilled that my food arrived as soon as we sat down. We had just ordered at the counter. And it was busy. I've never experienced anything like that at a McDonald's before. The staff were super friendly, from the lady at the counter to the lady who brought the food. We came here after seeing the musical and fortified ourselves for the journey home; otherwise, we would definitely come here more often.

I love this location! The location is beautiful, the staff are consistently friendly and accommodating. The store is always clean and well-maintained, which makes your stay particularly pleasant. We stopped by the store this morning on the way home and picked up something to eat. The nuggets were anything but fresh and tasted old. But the best part was when two employees sat down 2 tables away from us and naturally lit a cigarette in the middle of the restaurant. When we asked if that really had to be the case since we were still eating, the employees reacted completely pissed off and said: That couldn't be true and rolled their eyes. The good woman then threw the cigarette on the tray and went pissed off into the kitchen. The other colleague continued to take a leisurely drag on his cigarette until another colleague told him to put out his cigarette. Doing something like that when customers are still eating in the store is simply not possible! Unbelievable.

Were there at half past nine in the morning, simply ordering 10 x MC muffins was actually quite easy. Everything ran like in any other restaurant. Number on the monitor being processed after a short time it was ready for collection but there was chaos in the kitchen. It was easy to see inside and the cook had done wrong things; things often fell on the floor and quickly disappeared with a quick kick under the kitchen. The man in service was absolutely not nice, rather annoyed and stressed even though there wasn't that much going on. There were cheeky answers and when asked specifically, they said what it says doesn't matter anyway. A loud conversation with the chef revealed that things weren't going so well there. As it should actually. He kept taking things away that were actually for my order and handing them over to the drive counter. When it was pointed out why they didn't say anything, he just said why. Well, that's what there is or is a level here The bottom of the output was sticking badly, the rest actually looked pretty good. At the end of the whole thing, my things were somehow thrown in the bag, actually for the bin, so I know it differently. Not every McDonalds is McDonalds.

I was there with my husband, who is almost blind and cannot walk well. I drove him almost to the entrance. I asked for a menu at McDonald. The staff patiently explained the order wall to me. The food was freshly put together. My husband liked it a lot. I would have liked to have had real cutlery instead of wooden cutlery. But everything else was okay.

It was said at the drive in that you wanted to order 2 Filet o Fish using the McDonald's app. According to the statement that no code was needed, 2 Filet o fish were collected individually instead of a coupon of 2 for 1 price. People don't even serve you anymore, they just tell you to use the "terminals". When you drive through the drive, everything is so narrow with the curbs that you have to be extremely careful not to break your rims. Pure stress. a very unpleasant customer-hostile place. Just typical McDonald's. Everything uniform and clean. There are plenty of parking spaces and the connection to the motorway is good. But I'm probably too old for fast food. I wanted to try the new M that is currently being advertised. There are definitely enough people who like him. I think the size is good but it's too spicy and I'd rather stick with potatoes and red cabbage 😉.

Well, I don't like the machine orders, the staff that was there was unfriendly and not particularly helpful.

I have a hard time giving it 5 out of 5 stars. But the McDonald's was really good. Big, bright and clean. The dishes we ordered were hot. And the dot on the 'i' were the flowers on the sink.

We were on the way back from a concert and stopped here. Very busy here at half past twelve in the morning. Despite everything, the order was ready quickly and tasted good. We were offered to carry the things to the table. Everything was very clean.

I went there because I "actually" just wanted a coffee. Then I saw that there was an offer of 6 mini pancakes and a small coffee. I wanted to order this. The man from the service said that I had the offer of 12 mini Should have taken pancakes, that would be cheaper. Since it was early in the morning and I didn't want to argue, I said OK. I then paid €7.04 for 12 mini pancakes and a large coffee. In the car I started thinking and couldn't find this "offer" anywhere on the McDonald's website. Even for the menu it was too expensive and there was no orange juice... Next time I'll be more careful or stick with the offer I actually wanted.

Nice new McDonald's. The drive in in particular is finally wide, so that even larger cars can drive in without any problems without destroying the rim on the curb. It's also good that there are two drive-in speaking devices there. This keeps the backlog to a minimum. Order came quickly, fries were nice and hot. Everything was complete. Friendly service. I'm satisfied.
