McDonald's in Bochum

Leider waren die Pommes überhaupt nicht gut gesalzen sehr geschmacklos alles in allem. Das Ambiente war gut schöne neue Filiale.

Heute mit meiner Tochter hier gewesen. Freundlichen Personal, Essen kam schnell, also alles gut.

Also der Außenbereich für Kinder sehr gefährlich. Offen und nicht genug geschützt. Direkt an der Rutsche die Absperrungen ...da könn die Kinder zwischen abhauen ...sehr gefährlich ...

Bin schon zum 4. Mal ohne Essen wieder weggefahren. Leider hat der Service seit (gefühlt) Anfang 2026 enorm abgenommen. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft sind nur noch sehr selten anzutreffen.

Sehr schöner McDonald’s! Das einzige was wirklich nicht schön war. Das Essen war so gut wie kalt, konnte es aber nicht reklamieren, weil wir Zeitdruck hatten und wir zu dem Zeitpunkt schon über 20 Minuten auf die Bestellung gewartet haben.

Im Vergleich zu dem McDonalds in Hattingen oder in Hamme ist dieser McDonalds mit Abstand der beste. Am saubersten, schnellsten und geräumigsten. Wenn McDonalds, dann hier.

Immer schnell, frisch und super lecker

Mein Essen war lecker und alles da, aber ich muss ein Ding sagen. Woher kriegt ihr dieser Kellner? Der ist echt krass...

Vor Ort bestellt zum Mitnehmen, ziemlich viel los und alle Mitarbeitenden gestresst. Unser Essen wurde mehr oder weniger in die Papiertüte geworfen, statt Sprite gab's Sprudelwasser, statt einer großen Portion Gitterpommes nur eine kleine, und zweimal Happymeal ohne Überraschung. Der Boden beim Eingangsbereich war voller blauem Eis.

Unfreundliches Personal, haben bestellt und ewig gewartet, dann fragte ich ob es noch lange dauert, es war nur ein Milchshake und eine Apfetasche. Da sagte ein anderer Kollege mit Headset, das dauert auf jeden Fall noch lange… Ist ja nicht so, als hätten wir nicht schon 40 Minuten gewartet! Für ein Schnellrestaurant …. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Während der Wartezeit habe ich die zwei Herren beobachtet, die das Essen rausgegeben haben. Der eine hat das Essen in die Tüten geworfen, als würde er es an Vieh verfüttern und hat auch die Nummern nicht laut genug aufgerufen, damit die Kunden ihn auch hören. Stattdessen hat er sich über Kunden aufgeregt, die nicht gleich kamen. Der andere nette Mitarbeiter, hat immer laut gerufen und hat auch alles an die Plätze gebracht. Alles in allem bin ich enttäuscht, ich kenne Mc Donalds noch als Schnellrestaurant und nicht so. Traurig!

Trotz Stress haben die Mitarbeiter gute Laune, auch von der Sauberkeit bin ich beeindruckt.

Schlechtester Mc Donalds in dem ich je war Hamburger kalt und das Eis nur halb voll mit einem kleinen Tropfen schokosauce Wenn man das Personal drauf anspricht bekommt man. Nur zu hören dann geh wo anders hin Am liebest 0sterne

Sehr schöne Filiale nur ist es eine Frechheit für ein mcflurry 4 euro zu nehmen und so wenig soße und eis reinzumachen das ich sie erstmal suchen muss

Altbewährtes Essen von McDonald’s, verlangt nicht zu viel und zu den aktuellen Rabattaktionen auch echt faire Preise. Das Lokal selber ist erwähnenswert sauber, der Service war freundlich aber es kam lejder der falsche Squishmellow im Happy Meal. Im Ganzen ein McDonald’s was sich von der Kette abhebt.

Ich bin begeistert von diesem Standort! Die Lage ist wunderschön, die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Laden ist stets sauber und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Das Essen wird immer warm serviert – ein großer Pluspunkt im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen. Absolut top! Hier werden wir definitiv öfter essen gehen...🤌🏻🤌🏻

Der Mann der das Essen serviert, so einer mit blonden kurzen Haaren und leichtem Haarausfall vorne ist ja richtig unfreundlich. Der hat das Tablet hingestellt mein Kollege hat ihm ganz normal eine Frage gestellt zu dem Essen und er hat richtig frech geantwortet als ob er mit uns Stress anfangen wollte. So geht man nicht mit den Kunden um vor allem nicht in der Gastronomie !!!

Das ist wirklich mal ein guter McDonalds. Man kann gut draußen sitzen, alles ist modern und das Personal ist top.

Sauberes, modernes Interieur und schneller Service

Ich persönlich fand den Besuch bei McDonald’s sehr unangenehm. Meiner Meinung nach hat der Vorarbeiter mit Glatze und hellblauem langen Hemd die Mitarbeiter respektlos behandelt und sie vor den Kunden laut angesprochen beziehungsweise angeschrien. Ich finde, so etwas sollte am Arbeitsplatz nicht passieren, weil es auf Kunden und Mitarbeiter gleichermaßen unangenehm wirkt. Die Mitarbeiter taten mir wirklich leid. Hoffentlich wird dort mehr auf einen respektvollen Umgang geachtet.

Wir haben noch nie so eine schöne, saubere Filiale gesehen! Die Mitarbeiter sind so unglaublich freundlich. Alles ist sauber und das Essen richtig heiß. Hier wird gezeigt, was selbst an Kundenorientiertheit bei einer Fast Food Kette Möglich ist. Der Wahnsinn! Wirklich ein Mc Donalds Erlebnis der anderen Art. Schade, alleine für die so freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter würden wir gerne wieder kommen, leider waren wir nur auf der Durchreise. Weiter so und Alles Gute!

Diese Filiale ist absolut empfehlenswert. Das Essen kam, obwohl es recht voll war, wirklich schnell und sehr heiß an den Tisch. Sauberkeit war top, Tische wurden immer direkt sauber gemacht. Hat einen sehr modernen uns gepflegten Eindruck gemacht, so sollten alle McDonalds sein. Auch bei wiederholtem Besuch immer einen top Eindruck von dem McDonalds gehabt. Daher volle 5 Sterne.

Service war also eine Katastrophe. Eine ältere Dame war völligst überfordert, die Sachen zu den Tischen zu bringen und abzuräumen Essen war dadurch dann auch schon nur noch lauwarm. War also schon ein wenig. Schade. Aber naja, vielleicht nächstes mal besser

Leider völlig unfähig Bestellungen vollständig fertig zu machen. Es vergeht kein Besuch, ohne dass irgendwas fehlt. Und die Freundlichkeit, wenn man darauf hinweist, lässt auch zu wünschen übrig.

Das ist der schönste Mc Donalds, weil der Sevice und die Qulität ist gut. Der Laden ist nicht überschallt man kann sich gut unterhalten und zur Not auch nach draußen gehen. Kleiner Parkplatz aber wirklich sehr toll da. Auch sehr sauber

Dreckige WCs. Waschbecken geteilt mit beiden Geschlechtern. Spülung funktioniert sehr spät und schlecht.

Haben unseren burger mit käse bekommen obwohl er ohne bestellt war dann statt netzkartoffeln haben wir pommes bekommen die schon matche waren nur noch lauwarm und zum neuen mc Café getränk nicht mal ein Strohhalm die kleinen bubbels muss man wohl mit den fingern raus fischen mega geiler Eindruck

Ein klassischer McDonald's, aber relativ groß und mit großem Außenbereich. Es war relativ voll, trotzdem waren genug Bestell-Monitore da und das Essen kam schnell. Die Pommes waren echt frisch. Besonders: Es gab das Pommesgewürz mit Chili und Zitrone wieder: Schmeckt gut und macht Spaß beim "Pommes-schütteln" in der Tüte.

Dieser Laden läuft extrem gut, essen ist immer schnell da egal wie groß die Bestellung auch ist. Es gibt auch einen Außenbereich mit Rutsche/Kletterburg

Auch dieser MC Donald ist nicht in der Lage ein Erdbeershake herzustellen 🥲 Es war kein Erdbeergeschmack festzustellen und nach dem öffnen war auch nicht annähernd etwas zu sehen was drauf hätte schließen können das es sich um ein Erdbeergetränk handelt. Positiv aber,es war kalt und die Konsistenz war toll. Mit Geschmack wäre es gut gewesen. Somit reiht sich auch diese Filiale in die Galerie der nicht Erdbeershakes ein 😂

Eigentlich wie jeder MC , aber sauberer

Ein McDonald's wir man ihn erwartet. Die Bestellung kam schnell und relativ frisch an den Tisch. Etwas irritiert hat ein Mitarbeiter, der sich laut fluchend über Kunden äußerte, die mehrfach vom Parkplatz aus bestellten. Dieser Service wird nunmal angeboten, das erscheint es äußerst verwunderlich, wenn sich ein Mitarbeiter darüber beschwert, dass er mehrfach zum Parkplatz laufen muss um die Bestellung zu liefern. Für uns ist McDonald's eine Notlösung wenn andere Optionen schon geschlossen sind. Für häufigere Besuche stimmen weder Preis noch Geschmack.

Nach der Renovierung sieht diese Filiale wirklich klasse aus – das moderne Design sorgt für eine richtig angenehme Atmosphäre. Trotz ordentlichem Betrieb war das Essen blitzschnell fertig und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und gut gelaunt. ​Definitiv eine der besseren McDonald's-Erfahrungen. Gerne wieder!

We love going there as a family. Ordering at the table via an app is super convenient, and the service is absolutely fantastic. It's child-friendly and clean. The food is also hot and delicious.

I'm really impressed with this McDonald's. The cleanliness was immediately noticeable; everything looked neat, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Even small details like the flowers on the tables and the neatly arranged chairs show that they value order. I was particularly surprised by my Egg McMuffin... It actually looked exactly like the pictures and tasted really good too – you don't experience that every day. Plus, I was greeted with a friendly "Good morning," which was much more personal than the usual "You're welcome." Overall, a very pleasant visit.

This is truly an exceptional McDonald's. Everything is very well-maintained! The friendliness of the staff is remarkable; it couldn't be better! Thank you very much, and keep up the good work.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior at the McDrive. Because of an app problem, we were reprimanded in an extremely disrespectful tone ("took 30 seconds too long," "just do it right, do what I say"). The employee even raised his voice. No courtesy, no service, no respect for customers. I have never experienced anything like this at McDonald's before. I understand that punctuality is important here – but that doesn't justify disrespectful behavior. It was a gray-haired man who addressed us in an unfriendly and condescending manner. Very disappointing.

The restaurant places great emphasis on cleanliness. During our visits, the food was always served hot and freshly prepared. The staff is friendly and attentive. Children of all ages are warmly welcomed. The noise level in the restaurant is also pleasant. Furthermore, ample parking is available. The only point of criticism concerns the designated disabled parking space, which is intended exclusively for disabled individuals. Unfortunately, it is frequently occupied by delivery services due to its convenient location. Alternatively, some guests occasionally treat this space as "their" personal parking spot. It would be desirable if the staff or management paid closer attention to this and addressed this inappropriate behavior.

As others have apparently already experienced, things are often forgotten and the store doesn't care. You are given the option to complain about the order, but the promised contact never happens. This is the third time this has happened to me, and I always say, "Third time's the charm." Next time, I'm going to make a scene in the store.

The best McDonald's I've been to in Germany. It's very clean and tidy, the staff is friendly, and there's even a restroom, unlike the McDonald's in downtown Dortmund. The order arrived quickly, and everything was delicious.

On December 8, 2025, I ordered various burgers for pickup. Everything was on time. However, once I got home, as has happened several times before, I discovered that some burgers, fries, or other items were missing. Despite my immediate official complaint to McDonald's Germany, I have received no response from the Bochum-Harpen branch after more than three weeks, let alone an apology or a refund for the overpayment. Therefore, I can only recommend that everyone visit this McDonald's branch for dine-in only, and not for takeout orders. Otherwise, one of your customers might starve! 🤣

I was at the drive-thru and no one answered. I drove into the parking lot, went inside, and asked why no one was answering. Apparently, they were too busy (there were two people waiting), so they simply turned off the speakerphone. Seriously? That's outrageous! You can answer and ask to wait a moment, that's how it works, but just turning off the speakerphone and leaving customers standing or sitting there like idiots is completely unacceptable!

The food was cold, and the fries were cold too. I ordered it without pickles, but it came with them 😕. I wouldn't go back to this branch in Bochum. I'm very disappointed 😭.

This McDonald's restaurant showcases authentic fast food. Absolutely clean, a very pleasant atmosphere, and the friendliest employees around. It's simply a pleasure to visit.

Yes, I can recommend it. I didn't stay there, but took it home. It was quite busy that day. The nuggets with curry sauce and the fries were delicious 😋 I don't eat there often. But every now and then I get a craving for the thin, crispy fries 🍟.

Super delicious. I had one of the special burgers. Philly cheese or something. Really juicy and delicious. The price was unfortunately quite high, but for the size and quality, it was worth it. A good amount of cheese sauce and braised onions.

The staff was very hectic and couldn't handle the influx of customers. From our seats, we could see through the café to the kitchen and noticed the tension among the employees.

This is the best McDonald's I've been to in Germany. Everything was clean, my order was ready in seven minutes, and it was a very large meal. The atmosphere inside is also very pleasant; you can see that McDonald's is new and nice.

I'd gladly give it zero stars. I can't understand how someone could be so incompetent as to pack two incorrect burgers out of four and then forget one altogether. Pack three regular fries out of three, one of which was a potato fries, and then pack the promotional nuggets instead of regular nuggets. They didn't check once, and almost the entire order was wrong. Thanks for nothing. The burgers had also completely fallen apart in the box, and the fries were at the very bottom of the bag, with others on top, and were completely flat. I've always been satisfied, but today it was a complete disaster.

It's disgusting that you don't get what you order. If the drive wasn't 25 minutes, I'd force the entire order into the store.
