Very nice, modern, clean McDonald's

If you are traveling with the kids, this is the perfect outdoor play area, with tables right next to it so that you can always keep an eye on the children and still eat in peace.

I ordered a cappuccino, a coffee and a medium portion of fries. This was subsequently communicated to me via email as a detailed order overview. I got a small portion of fries (I didn't say anything because I wasn't sure anymore!) After I received the order overview by email, I then replied by email. Unfortunately, this email did not arrive there. Well, that's just the way it is, hence the review here! I had to wait over 10 minutes for the three parts (which were pre-ordered via the app!). You definitely won't see me here again!

I have already given the franchise entrepreneur feedback in advance. He didn't think it was important enough to answer. So and now briefly: - Fries cold and not salted - Chicken nuggets in the deep fryer for too long were inedible - Staff McDrive: terribly unfriendly. They shouted at me that I shouldn't park in the waiting area but on the street next to it so that the staff wouldn't be charged for their time. Quote end

This is by far the cleanest McDonald's I've ever seen. The employees are all very nice and friendly. Plus, we've never had one of our orders go wrong. There is a fast charging station for electric cars in the parking lot, which is why I come here more often and sometimes just drink tea. Really good this branch.

This is the best McDonald's in my opinion! Great service, it takes less than 2 minutes to get your food. It is also very clean and inviting. When the weather is good, outside is a great outdoor area.

Ok, there are lots of McDonald's but this one is really great. Cozy, clean and friendly staff.

You get what you expect, a lot of cardboard, a lot of paper and food with the smell of McDonald's. The annoying ordering machines still piss me off. The toilets were very clean.

Unfortunately, as soon as it gets full, the store is completely overloaded. Burgers are rotten, ingredients are simply left out. Parts of the order were forgotten and, to thank you, everyone got a stomach ache from eating afterwards.

We just went to McDonald's and ordered two cheeseburgers, a Mc Flury and a double cheeseburger. And the burgers were without onions and without pickles. It tasted like the sole of a shoe. Absolutely crazy!

By FAR the BEST McDonald's branch of all. It has become our regular branch since it opened. We're going and won't go to any other place again. The food has always been top A+ The service is always great A+ The staff is always absolutely friendly 1+ To the whole team keep it up, you are GREAT *thumbsup*.

Completely overwhelmed at peak times. It doesn't take anywhere near as long as the competition, but if orders are incorrect and ingredients are deliberately left out of products when they are sold out - without pointing it out or asking for an alternative - then unfortunately that's not the truth either .

Love the macdonalds the most. The burgers are great and everything is served hot.

From my experience, the ordering options, the speed of preparation and the care are really great in this branch. The ambience could be surprisingly nice for a McDonald's if the cleanliness wasn't so mixed. One of my children had to use a toilet and as we entered the anteroom was apparently being cleaned. However, I was shocked when I entered a station wagon. Dirt everywhere, used toilet paper and a toilet that was about to overflow. Of course, this is not caused by the employees (at least I hope) and a guest will have caused this, but it is the responsibility of the branch employees to fix and clean up this as quickly as possible. In the future, I and my family will try to avoid eating on site when we order something from this branch.

Hello dear readers, Today I went to this McDonald's in Mac Drive and placed my order, which is always a total mess with the coupons. However, the clerk who took the order was abnormally correct. Every time I drive past this McDonald's I will become extremely hungry. We got complete food within 5 minutes. Two dishes plus a drink. Unfortunately, the wrong sauce was initially delivered with the twenty chicken nuggets. However, this was easily remedied with a second round of Mac Drive. Proper people work. can only recommend the store. 💪🏽

Germany's worst McDonald's toilets very dirty long waiting times! Half forgotten when ordering! A shame for the whole chain

The staff always forgot at least half of the food when ordering. The employees wanted to bring it to the table but they forgot that too. You had to keep going forward and explaining what they had forgotten. As a customer, you felt stupid that you kept standing at the checkout because something was missing. The quality of the food is much better known from the other branches. The burgers were squashed and the fries had probably been lying around for a while. Now to the ambience, it's quite big in itself but the floor felt like it was stuck everywhere. You were afraid that the floor would take your shoes off. Never experienced such a bad McDonald's. Once and never again..

The location is great here. But what's going on with the employees is questionable. With two happy meals and an MC menu, a lot of things were forgotten like ketchup and mayo, then a drink and a touch of cream with the fries. Employees asked about it and wanted to bring it to the table but even then they forgot it. The currly fries were also older and stale. I definitely won't dine here again as I'm used to better branches

Ate at this McDonald's today. Parking lot was big enough. The signage was ok. The ambience was better than many other McDonald branches. Very clean! The tables, floor and equipment were also cleaned during our stay and the waste containers were emptied. Great praise. Unfortunately the waste bins are very close to the tables. Odor nuisance! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was OK, but the salad only consisted of green lettuce

I think this McDonalds is very good! Everything is modern, neat and clean. Starting with the parking lot and ending with the toilet. 🚽✨ The food was prepared very quickly and was delicious. 😋 You have to sort your garbage yourself and dispose of it in the appropriate containers. The toilets were clean and even had flowers as decor. 💐 But a little thing makes a big impression.

A very clean restaurant and outdoor area. Very fast and very friendly service staff. We had basically placed a large order (4 people). The food 🍔 we ordered came to our table 👩‍🍳 in a very 🍟 short time. The burgers were neatly put together and packaged. Particularly important were fresh and hot fries, we were not disappointed. It is also worth mentioning that not one thing was forgotten. Me and my family had a nice evening at McDonald's Restaurant today. Would eat here again.

Die Hamburger waren alle zerquetscht und kalt und schmeckten, als wären sie vor drei Tagen zubereitet. Die Pommes lagen auch bestimmt schon zwei Tage herum. Da waren zwei ältere Mitarbeiter mit grauen Haaren ,die mit dem Rücken zu mir standen und mein Essen eingepackt haben, wirkten nach meiner Meinung, als wollten sie etwas verbergen. Zu dem standen noch zwei weitere Mitarbeiter neben Ihnen, die sich auch seltsam benommen haben. Insgesamt 4 Mitarbeiter die meine Bestellung einpackten? Schon vor Ort habe ich mir gedacht, das da etwas nicht stimmt. Zuhause hat sich das bestätigt. Der Bezirksleiter muss dringend da eingreifen. Den Kunden wird altes und verdorbenes Essen untergejubelt, das ist Betrug⁸.

Das ist mir noch nie passiert. ALLES war gut. Alle Tische sauber, die Bestellterminals waren sauber, Tischservice war schnell und freundlich! Das Essen war heiß und nichts verbrannt. Keine Soße wurde vergessen. Die Toiletten waren sauber, man konnte sich sogar draufsetzen ohne Angst vor Krankheiten zu haben. Ich bin begeistert. Das sollte in jedem McDonalds so sein.

Wir waren mit der Familie hier essen. Der Tischservice war super freundlich und schnell. Top Die Tische wurden bei unserem Besuch immer wieder mit Reinigungsmittel abgewischt. Selbst die Toilette waren sauber und rochen angenehm. Da können sich andere McDonalds Filialen eine Scheibe abschneiden.

Service immer schnell und zuverlässig, Filiale ist ein Neubau, also alles ok.

Ich habe sicherlich schon sehr viele McDonalds Filialen vor allem in Deutschland aber auch in einigen anderen Ländern auf diesem Planeten besucht und ich habe selten eine so aufgeräumte und organisierte Filiale gesehen. Selbst die Toilette hätte man ohne die übliche 3cm Schicht Toilettenpapier nutzen können. Wir waren zwar nur auf der Durchreise und werden wahrscheinlich nie wieder kommen, die Leute in Bochum und Umgebung müssen aber von dem Wunder dieser Filiale erfahren und können sich auf einen sauberen, schnellen und organisierten McDonalds freuen ohne Angst vor der Toilette oder einem Festkleben am Boden haben zu müssen.

Das Essen wurde schnell zum Tisch gebracht. BigMac und Pommes waren wie so oft nur lauwarm.

Super gepflegt und sauber, der Service und die Freundlichkeit sind perfekt. Ich kenne kein besseres Mc Donald Restaurant.

Guter Laden mit netten Mitarbeitern....

Die Filiale ist modern und innovativ was die Bestellung angeht. Die Bedienung am Tisch funktioniert einwandfrei. Alles ist sauber und schick. Das Essen würde bisher immer frisch zubereitet. Alles in bester McDonalds Manier.

Kann mich nicht beschweren. Essen warm und frisch war öfters jetzt da Nuggets warm und nicht ölig. Pommes auch frisch und warm der Doppel chesse auch! also Daumen hoch an den Chef und an das Team alle freundlich, da kann sich das mc donlads in lear mal eine Scheibe abschneiden. Bleibt weiter bei der Qualität also bis jetzt das beste mc Donald's für mich.

Sehr moderner Laden wie ich ihn noch niergends anders gesehen habe, hat mir vom Design und Aufmachung sehr sehr gut gefallen. Scheint noch nicht sehr alt zu sein, aber aufjedenfall frischer als der Rest der üblichen Läden...

Gutes Ambiente mit schnellen Service

Bestellung wurde nicht auf dem Monitor angezeigt, nur durch Zufall erfuhr ich, dass meine Bestellung bereits seit 10 Minuten auf Abholung wartet. Auf meine Anmerkungen, dass meine Bestellung nicht auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt wurde, meinte die Dame, er hätte dort gestanden und wäre bereits gelöscht worden. Komisch, da ich durchgehend auf den Bildschirm geachtet habe. 6er Nuggets undn1 Cheeseburger haben auch gefehlt. Sehr miese Gesamtleistung der dort arbeitenden Dame, komme nicht nochmal.

Geht alles super schnell, Bestellungen stimmen und top Service. Man kann sein Essen bequem von unterwegs aus in der app bestellen und es wird dann direkt zubereitet, wenn man in der nähe des Ladens ist. Ein McDondalds wie er sein sollte. Bin aber meistens nach der Spätschicht am Schalter und nehme es mit.

Ein normaler McDonald's eben. In was für einer Qualität man hier Essen bekommt sollte jedem bekannt sein. Der Service schwankt immer von Unfreundlich/Lustlos bis Netz/ Motiviert.

Alles plakte en was vies. Tafel werd afgenomen, daarna plakte het nog. Vloer werd gereinigd; daarna bleef ik met slippers hangen. Wc’s waren echt goor en toilet papier was op. Dit aangeven, hij zou het doorgeven. Half uur later weer naar toilet; nog steeds op. Weer bij dezelfde jongen aangegeven; hij zou het doorgeven. Nee je moet nu even wc papier halen, er staat een rij. Dat kon niet want schoonmakers waren er niet… bestelling was niet compleet. Bij dit aangeven werden we glazig aangekeken, na 3x uitleg kwam er actie. Op 1 personeelslid die echt vriendelijk was kwam er niks uit, zelfs geen hallo. Al heel wat mcs bezocht maar dit is ver onder de maat. Het is dat we de kleine een happymeal beloofd hadden, anders waren we weer weggegaan. Erg jammer.

I would advice to skip this one… fastfood here means at least 45 minutes wait en big chance your is incorrect or not complete. Personal is already used to the complains and are non reactive anymore. Stay away!

40 minutes waiting time to get your 2 meal dine-in order, and even then we had to go to the counter and ask for it. Luckily the responsible indicated to prepare the order right away after we asked yet no reason was given what went wrong...We saw a number of families who had to wait a looooong time. Get your act together guys..

Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. If you are looking for a McD close to the highway, this is the place to be. My allergy friendly menu was prepared well and without delays
