The food is ok but service is terrible. Opening hours are until 3am, but they stop taking orders at 10pm. One time they didn't even let anyone in at 8 p.m. because they only do drive through. There were customers locked inside... Disrespectful and unfriendly. I can't recommend it at all.

After spending a decade in the car at the counter (there's a car in front of me, I've literally been standing here for almost 40 minutes), I wouldn't recommend this establishment.

Food didn't arrive at all (it said 1 hour delivery time for 4 things) and no one answered the phone. DO NOT ORDER

I can only give one star. The last time I ordered, an entire menu was forgotten, including two X-tra Long Chilli Cheese. The new offer to get a free small fry with every order didn't make me happy either - I waited more than half an hour and still didn't get it. When I tried to ask, I was ignored by the staff. Very disappointing! Not recommended.

You weren't served anymore 2 hours before the official closing time and everything was closed. You could see the employees sitting at the counter with their cell phones, but drive-in was completely ignored. After knocking on the window several times, we were laughed at by an employee who smoked a joint in the kitchen and gave us the middle finger. Never seen anything like this before, the police were called and were disgusted by the sight inside.

PEOPLE! THE STORE WAS JUST CLOSED BY THE POLICE!!! We JUST wanted to go eat a burger! Been there at 12:00 a.m. but is usually open until 3:00 a.m. on a Saturday! The guy behind the closed window (totally too stoned) showed us the middle finger, saying: Haha, you don't get anything anymore!!! Then he smoked a joint with pleasure. The police happened to be driving by, we stopped them, explained the situation to them and boom... EMPLOYEES UNEMPLOYED, SHOP CLOSED!!! The policeman just said, I would never eat here, what I saw was enough!!! Lost appetite!!! Not even worth 0 stars!!!

Absolutely outrageous load! Never again. Service more than unfriendly and incompetent. The burgers are on display for 40 minutes! They are cold when issued. If you point this out, you will get more than a bit of a snide comment! Last shop! 0 stars!!!

Very unfriendly staff with an even more unfriendly manager (Ms. AD) according to her name tag. There are a lot of employees in one place but no one is doing anything.

I agree with everyone, worst burger kid ever. The guy just didn't want to sell me food and said he was the boss 🤣 because I called my girlfriend out of the car so she could give me a code and he said why are they screaming, they won't get anything to eat anymore which is so stupid and stupid because then My girlfriend simply ordered it and in the end he got nothing from it anyway except a bad review. Slowest Burger King of all time here you really have to cut it out of fast food. I've never experienced anything like this before at Burger King when I'm traveling long distances. The shift had taken away the peace and quiet and the shop was getting busier and busier. We only got our food after ages. Absolutely defeats the purpose of a quick snack. And the outdoor areas should definitely be worked on and are not inviting.

Waited 25 minutes for two cheeseburgers and a portion of fries... Never going there again.

Biggest snot, the store stands in the drive-thru forever and at 12:10 a.m. they simply say “there's no more food” and it's really just cheeky... just replace the people there completely, flatten the whole thing and rebuild it or, best of all, a KFC Branch…. Ordered take-away from a restaurant 2 chilli cheese and two Chrispy chicken. It took a whole 14 minutes, even though only 2 people were waiting for an order... the ladies at the counter were clearly overwhelmed

They just left at 11 p.m. First of all we didn't get an order at home, second that happened. Definitely won't come here again. Very unfortunate.

I was there in the evening and got our food at 9:30 p.m. Shortly before 10 p.m. we were taken out, even though we weren't even finished and the whole thing without a tray. My husband then had to continue eating his food while standing because the chairs were outside were already fixed

I ordered through Lieferando before closing time and was confirmed by the branch that the food would be delivered within 35 minutes and it didn't arrive! The order was placed at 11:54 p.m. and according to the internet the store is open until 1:00 a.m. and also delivers!

Here again after a long time. Ordered a voucher that included 2 dips. Didn't get any. When asked and pointed out the voucher, the employee said that there are no dips with coupons and they cost extra. 1€ per piece(!). The employee can't help it, he does what the boss says. We were there today, in short 1 star is still too much. The whole floor was stuck and I also ordered at the terminal and got plant based burgers. When I asked if I could get it exchanged straight away, the gentleman simply said: it arrived that way. My partner had also ordered something completely different and received something that he hadn't ordered. There were only 3 types of drinks to choose from in the machine, everything else was empty. So service was bad, employees were unfriendly. Wrong food order received. And the atmosphere with the sticky floor rounded off the disaster. All in all, we will never go there again.

My husband got food poisoning from the meat after his last meal there! I had a vegan burger and no problems, but it still didn't taste good...

In this branch you are used to either having to wait a long time or the order not being fulfilled 100%, but today everything was a mess. Starting with taking the order, where I had to repeat the quantities several times. The drive-in was completely empty because it was Boxing Day, which is why I assumed everything would go smoothly... I thought wrong. Despite the fact that there was no one else in the drive-in, I had to wait a while because it was apparently more important to keep manipulating the motion detector that measures the number of cars and the time per vehicle than to deliver to the real customer. When I got home (1km away) I was able to see that my Champ & Cheese Double wasn't so double at all, even though I paid for it. The Stakehouse Jr. looked as if it had been used as a football and after the 1km drive in a heated car, the fries were unfortunately as cold as if they had come from the fridge. I've always preferred BK Mc's, but since the Freestyle machines in this branch are out of service and the quality and service have completely failed, I won't be getting any food there for the time being.

The staff who work there on weekends are very listless and unfriendly. The lady who worked there yesterday on Saturday morning was so annoyed and unfriendly. So I understand that you don't feel like working on weekends, but dealing with customers sensibly is the be-all and end-all in a job like this. We are there every Saturday and every Saturday the employees there are in such a bad mood. Sad !!!

Terrible!!! I went to Burger King for the first time in a long time. I got a shock!! There were weird prints on my burger. Never eat there!!!! Actually it didn't deserve a star!!!!!
