I agree with everyone, worst burger kid ever. Slowest Burger King of all time here you really have to cut it out of fast food. I've never experienced anything like this before at Burger King when I'm traveling long distances. The shift had taken away the peace and quiet and the shop was getting busier and busier. We only got our food after ages. Absolutely defeats the purpose of a quick snack. And the outdoor areas should definitely be worked on and are not inviting.

They just left at 11 p.m. First of all we didn't get an order at home, second that happened. Definitely won't come here again. Very unfortunate.

Here again after a long time. Ordered a voucher that included 2 dips. Didn't get any. We were there today, in short 1 star is still too much. The whole floor was stuck and I also ordered at the terminal and got plant based burgers. When I asked if I could get it exchanged straight away, the gentleman simply said: it arrived that way. My partner had also ordered something completely different and received something that he hadn't ordered. There were only 3 types of drinks to choose from in the machine, everything else was empty. So service was bad, employees were unfriendly. Wrong food order received. And the atmosphere with the sticky floor rounded off the disaster. All in all, we will never go there again.

In this branch you are used to either having to wait a long time or the order not being fulfilled 100%, but today everything was a mess. Starting with taking the order, where I had to repeat the quantities several times. The drive-in was completely empty because it was Boxing Day, which is why I assumed everything would go smoothly... I thought wrong. Despite the fact that there was no one else in the drive-in, I had to wait a while because it was apparently more important to keep manipulating the motion detector that measures the number of cars and the time per vehicle than to deliver to the real customer. When I got home (1km away) I was able to see that my Champ & Cheese Double wasn't so double at all, even though I paid for it. The Stakehouse Jr. looked as if it had been used as a football and after the 1km drive in a heated car, the fries were unfortunately as cold as if they had come from the fridge. I've always preferred BK Mc's, but since the Freestyle machines in this branch are out of service and the quality and service have completely failed, I won't be getting any food there for the time being.

The staff who work there on weekends are very listless and unfriendly. The lady who worked there yesterday on Saturday morning was so annoyed and unfriendly. So I understand that you don't feel like working on weekends, but dealing with customers sensibly is the be-all and end-all in a job like this. We are there every Saturday and every Saturday the employees there are in such a bad mood. Sad !!!

Terrible!!! I went to Burger King for the first time in a long time. I got a shock!! There were weird prints on my burger. Never eat there!!!! Actually it didn't deserve a star!!!!!

1:45 h Lieferzeit ( 60 Minuten waren angegeben)... .kaltes Essen und es fehlten einige Saucen Bestimmt nie wieder.

19 Uhr essen bestellt mit Angabe dass es 34 Minuten dauern soll. Essen wird nicht angenommen!. Auf mehrmaligen Anrufen "wenn" jemand dran gegangen ist hieß es immer unterwegs.

Um 22:30 über Lieferando bestellt, da regulär bis 0Uhr geöffnet HÄTTE das ja eigentlich kein Problem sein sollen... Bestellung entsprechend durchgegeben, Geld über PayPal überwiesen und Lieferzeitpunkt bis 23:50 angekündigt.. man wartet bis 00:15.Währenddessen bei Lieferando steht, dass das Essen sofort eintrifft... Als wir insgesamt 3 mal angerufen haben ging doch beim 3. Mal jemand ran um zu sagen dass die Bestellung storniert wurde...ohne Rückmeldung! Ich werde nie wieder in diesem Lokal bestellen...man sollte sich wirklich Gedanken machen die Mitarbeiter auszusortieren die für sowas verantwortlich sind! 1 Stern ist wirklich zu wenig

Die hier in einer Rezession gemachte Bemerkung der Manipulation von Wartezeit kann ich nur bestätigen. Habe nun mittlerweile dreimal in rund 14Tagen dort zum mitnehmen bestellt. Leider ist bei jedem Mal etwas schief gelaufen….. Burger waren lau/kalt (lag bestimmt daran das ich Zusätze wie Bacon und Röstzwiebeln bestellt habe) Dann fehlten bezahlte Produkte und zum guten Schluss waren auch noch falsche Artikel gepackt. Schade, so werde ich natürlich nicht nochmal dort anhalten. Das traurige ist das man dann die Ware auch noch so in die Tüte gequetscht hat, das sich der Whopper komplett verschoben hat, da er erst garnicht richtig verschlossen/ eingepackt war. Nun gut, eine Rezession an dieser Stelle wird leider auch fürkeine Besserung sorgen. Schade drum

Sauce auf dem Burger war nicht richtig verteilt. Getränkebecher klebte außen etwas. Im Getränkespender fehlten Eiswürfel. Getränkespender war auch leicht klebrig.

Wird mal wieder Zeit für eine Renovierung!! Etwas düster der Laden genauso wie das Personal ein lächeln und es wird heller!!!

Waren um 23.15 da und wurden nicht reingelassen, obwohl der laden regulär bis 00 uhr geöffnet ist. Haben dann über den drive bestellt und kalte burger erhalten. Richtiger Abschaum dieser Laden.

Um 23:25 Uhr wurden wir aus dem Haus rausgeworfen. Essen vor Ort war nicht mehr möglich, obwohl der Laden noch bis 24Uhr auf hatte… kundenfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus!

Wir wurden um 23:25 Uhr rausgeworfen, 35 Min vor Ladenschluss. Begründung: Lobby ist geschlossen.
