Absolute disaster – never again! On March 9th, 2025 at 6:03 p.m. we visited the Burger King at Prater - and it was a complete disappointment! Despite the lack of customers, the staff was incredibly unfriendly and listless. No hello, no thank you, no goodbye – nothing. Communication at zero level. The worst part: Our order of 33 euros was incomplete! A complete menu worth over 10 euros was missing - and not for the first time! How can it be that such serious errors happen when there is hardly any activity and enough staff? We also had to wait far too long, even though there were no obvious reasons for this. The way the employees worked was chaotic, disorganized and lacked any customer service. Conclusion: If you don't want to throw your money out the window, you should avoid this Burger King! Unfriendly staff, long waiting times and catastrophic processing. Absolutely not recommended! Edit: it was there now, I got the rest of the crap. Unfortunately just the wrong burgers but I'm giving up now... You can't be that stupid

It's not even worth a review here. Nothing was going on, but we still had to go back twice for a simple long chicken because they couldn't manage to provide a 'warm' burger. The Indian woman or whatever was super unfriendly and so was the guy. Overall it's just rubbish, I mean you shouldn't expect much from a fast food chain, but you can at least expect a simple warm long chicken with 0 customers.

Unfortunately the burger was only lukewarm. The bacon in the burger was also only lukewarm and no longer crispy. If the cheese melt buger had been hot, it would have been really great.

Slowest Burger King of all time here you really have to cut it out of fast food. I've never experienced anything like this before at Burger King when I'm traveling long distances. The shift had taken away the peace and quiet and the shop was getting busier and busier. We only got our food after ages. Absolutely defeats the purpose of a quick snack. And the outdoor areas should definitely be worked on and are not inviting.
