Burger King in Dresden

Meganice, how long do you wait for food here? Honestly, 30 minutes for two burgers and two fries, are you serious? Maybe you should change things around or reorganize. UPDATE: Times have improved. The ambiance has been lost. It no longer feels like a cool diner. More like a regular train station snack bar.

The order arrived quickly, the food was good, the staff was friendly, and the tables were very clean. You couldn't expect more from a bakery; it's a good place.

We had to go to the counter three times because something was missing each time. Otherwise, it was a normal Burger King.

I ordered a meal, and they forgot the fries and gave me sauce that expired on January 17, 2025. I had ordered it on August 24, 2025. Luckily, I didn't eat it and looked at it, so I've never had anything like that before...

We ordered the Naruto promotion, two to take home, and our selected figures weren't packaged. This is completely disappointing. When you pay for a promotion, you expect to get what you paid for. Such negligence is unacceptable.

I've never experienced such slow employees. They calmly look through the counter first. I almost missed my connection.

Ordered 15 hamburgers and one was meat😤🤬

My takeout order was really small, and they forgot a pack of onion rings worth about €5. This isn't the first time this has happened.

The Coke at home was deflated... so unfortunately, only 3 stars. But then I poured in a little rum... after that, it was fine.

Preparation sometimes takes forever.

There's no power outlets for laptops. There are third company ads you have to watch. The self order machines have tons of dark patterns wasting your time and making you buy more stuff and i can't even leave them feedback by scanning the qr code because the recipient printer is broken. They even had me wait extra because they initially messed up my order (to be fair: they caught that by themselves)

Pure disappointment! After many years, I was so hungry and time was running out that I decided to go for burgers—well, you can't really call them kings anymore. I ordered three cheeseburgers and only got two, as I discovered on the train ride. Even for that price, I could have gotten a decent kebab. And the quality has deteriorated dramatically: a tiny meat patty that was dry and more reminiscent of gristle than good-quality meat. Even despite inflation, profit maximization seems to be the priority. A real shame!

Three burgers, all cold, even though I thought they were freshly made because there was nothing there, just a disgrace. I threw them away and got myself a kebab which was warm.

In contrast to McDonald's, the branch was at least clean, i.e. both the tables and the tray tray, but I think one trolley is too few because it was full of tablets in a short time. As a vegan, I tried the vegan food there, nuggets and fries were okay, but this mixed salad is misleading marketing to earn extra money and almost borders on consumer deception... The only thing about the so-called "mixed" is the addition of meat, even in the vegan version, namely beef or optionally Chi Ken, I felt sick about it after a few moments because it is too reminiscent of meat, both visually and in taste, but that's it Of course it's a matter of taste, I prefer to stick with a normal salad Otherwise it was quite fine

Not recommended. Operating terminals crash when ordering. Tried several times. Employees (a small Indian guy and a guy with a mullet) are of the opinion that we are imagining it and then shrug our shoulders when it really doesn't work. The food that can be ordered at the terminals is not available at the correct checkout. A true "ordering experience" at Neustädter Bahnhof... Today's visit was as pleasant as stoning thanks to your employees. Take an example from the Burgerking in the main station and close.

Never again! Wrong order, crown system completely useless - none of the promised 300 crowns received. Onion rings soft and disgusting, the food overall disappointing. The terminals? A disaster – slow, buggy, frustrating.

Unfortunately dissatisfied. We ordered 3 burgers with menu. The ice cubes were missing from one drink, about half of the lattice potatoes were fries, the burger where it was stated separately and even on the packaging it said no mustard and pickles, both were still there. And one Bruger was supposed to be crispy chicken, but was a nugget burger, and one was vegetarian/vegan even though we actually clicked on the normal one.

We are very satisfied and would love to come back

The food was BK, as you'd expect. The atmosphere was like a train station. Although the restrooms have a door code, an unbelievable stench hits you upon entering. One of the restrooms was unusable because it was completely clogged with trash. There were also several flies flying around. The dryer didn't work, but at least there was single-ply toilet paper.

Tables are always dirty and the employees are very incompetent.

The service here is good and fast, the staff is friendly.

Underground, wait 10 minutes for fries and the burger is cold

Underground service last night. 5 or 6 people behind the counter, chatting a lot with each other, hardly anything going on, but 10 minutes for fries and instead of hot chocolate they were given a café, which I only noticed on the platform.

Even 1 star is too much here. Bought a burger for €14.99, got it without sauce, and when you asked, you were rudely turned away by the employees. You can come here for nothing, well who else.

Great experience on Saturday afternoon

Terrible branch. Service simply underground. The food, I had a chilli/cheese, couldn't be more disgusting. I couldn't choke it down and had to get a snack from the DB Store. So for me that was the last visit to the food discounter. Things don't look much better in other branches either.

So the prices are outrageous. And waiting 16 minutes for a burger has nothing to do with fast food anymore. One works, 5 look stupid from the laundry..

I was very poisoned, I can’t come to my senses for the second day

Terrible branch! I was there yesterday and ordered two burgers at the checkout, so no rocket science! There was a lot going on and the employees had a lot to do. Okay... BUT: The gentleman who served me at the checkout was completely unfocused. First, too much was debited, then, after being informed by his boss, he was supposed to pay me the over-debited money back in cash and even then the cashier wanted to give me a euro less. You have to be careful like a gun dog! He hadn't even entered my order into the system. So I waited longer until I spoke to his colleague at the issue. None of the employees asked what could be done for me, but they kept looking at me as I stood at the counter. They only took action after I asked for my order. So customer service is really different. Really horrible store! Macces is better!

Burger King saving the country as always

Feel free to plan 2-4 hours. The burgers take about the same amount of time to prepare.

It feels like every second order is missing something, today it's the chili cheese nuggets for a mere EUR 6.89. It can't be that difficult to fit 8 items into one bag, right? You'll probably make more money charging for things you don't deliver.

For 2 burgers it took 10 minutes to miss the train. Such idiot-proof customers who had a lot more finished it quicker than me

Go on vacation once like the people who work here, it's really obvious that you don't feel like doing the job anyway... I always found it terrible, one of the most poorly organized restaurants in this chain, with 2 orders in front of me I still haven't had a burger after 25 minutes I then left. Unfortunately, the black-haired, heavily gelled gentleman at the checkout was not willing to serve me or any of the other customers or to cash out. The lady in front of me stood for 20 minutes just to return 3 cups. The restaurant looked like I'm not a tidy person but when I saw the tables I just took away without saying a word and you can't be that hungry...

I liked this Burger King But my last visit paid me back. “Variable pricing” has now been introduced. While I was ordering at the display, the price was simply increased by €5 because of the high rush (which was caused by the completely disorganized kitchen). I was informed of this before purchasing, but this is an approach that only results in 50 cents soon becoming 5 euros... I know it's not much, but it's a principle that's too common and opens the door to abuse and fraud In addition, the kitchen is extremely and organized and orders take forever, even when half the staff seem to be bored and argue with each other. It used to be great... not anymore.

Voice conversation was impossible. German is not everyone's strength. What's more, my menu was incomplete. Mario was missing. One citizen was missing. Luckily, we noticed that even the drinks were missing at the beginning. Simply bad the store cannot be recommended. Oh, and the service poured a cola around and the griller came with an apron and cleaned and went back to the grill with the same apron

Random food! This BK has a 50/50 chance of issuing the correct order. Something was wrong twice in my last 4 visits!

Order not complete, although there was hardly any stress. But we didn't have to wait long. I had the Long Chicken as a menu, and the meat on both burgers tasted like it had been warmed up from the day before. Just dry and over fry. After !10min! Everything was already soggy during the car ride and you could actually eat away the fries straight away. Paid €30.47 for this. This is more than just an outrage.

We waited 20 minutes and then all the dips were missing. There is a bottle of alcohol and a torn condom on the toilet. Overall an awesome experience.

Every time people forget to give something here. In this store you ALWAYS have to check whether everything is packed. I'd rather go to McDonald's 600m up the street.

Grauuuusaaam! I couldn't even order something from the machine 11 (ELF!!!!) minutes after the end, even though I was promised a small fries for my survey. That's why I hate capitalism Onien rings tasted like fried onions🤦🏼‍♂️

I give Burger King a chance every time, but you'll only be disappointed there. Why can't you manage to pack the orders properly? ALWAYS something is forgotten or given out incorrectly. Next time the order will be taken apart.

The order takes forever on the screen, as does the payment. And 16 minutes!!!! waited for food. It says “don’t feel like waiting”. Haha, I missed the bus. Is this supposed to be fast food? Pure disappointment.

We ordered two vegetarian cheeseburgers and received two hamburgers… very carelessly done. Only the “meat” and mustard was on it. Unfortunately, we didn't check right away (we never eat fast food so we didn't expect it), so we noticed it too late. It was quick and cheap, but that doesn't make the wrong order any better.

It's a fast food shop and not a 5 star shop. Must go faster!!! Couldn't take my food & drink with me (simple Buger & Coke) as it took too long and I had to catch my train. 10€ thrown out the window. Thanks for nothing. Lousy store!

Burger King Dresden 😁 After all the negative reviews (which made me laugh a lot), I went straight to what seemed to be the worst BK branch. But I can't confirm the reviews. The staff is super friendly and actually have a smile on their faces. All order terminals are working and the tables have been wiped. The order included a total of 5 different burgers (with special requests). The order was ready within less than 4 minutes and everything was in the bag as ordered.

To this day I can't say anything bad. It's always fresh and tasty and it's mostly clean. When it's full and customers leave the tables dirty, it's understandable that the employees can't always wipe after everyone.

The guy forgot to pack my nuggets and sauces. :*(

One of the most terrible fast food experiences ever... The monitor when ordering crashed before my pickup slip was printed, the employee at the counter made errors in EVERY order. Here he packed an order for on-site takeaway food, then he gave someone nuggets instead of a burger and swapped this when the customer was already at the table and I didn't get fries at first and then a small fries when asked, although it should have been a big one... IN ADDITION, the fries were unsalted! However, the burger was very good, as always at Burger King. However, I will never go to this branch again!

Longer opening hours would definitely be worthwhile at this location, especially when there are big concerts in the city and there is a very high demand for fast food due to the high number of hungry people after the event. Pays employees night supplements and extends opening hours. Regardless, the food and service is fine.

It was my bad that i was almost late for my train, but the staff there prepared my two takeaway meals in just less than 1 min. Appreciate them very much and thanks for saving my life!

Incompetent employees forget an entire box of chicken wings

the food is what you'd expect from a Burger King. The place was relatively clean and warm as it was a cold winter day. The bathroom was clean but there was an odd man inside who appeared to be homeless which made it really uncomfortable to use the toilet.

We chose food here via touch order and received the food in a bag, but at least we got the right food. Employees expandable. Food was okay, but the cleanliness of the tables and seating was bad. Hardly a clean table or seat and that at around 10 a.m. I'd check during peak times, but when there's hardly anything going on... .

Essen war okay. Aber der Service und die Zubereitungsdauer ist überhaupt nicht in Ordnung. Ich habe an der Kasse 15min gewartet bis ich zahlen konnte obwohl keiner vor mir war. Und dann habe ich noch ewig gewartet bis mir mitgeteilt wurde meine Bestellung ist verschwunden ich soll bitte sagen was ich bestellt habe. Für ein Fast Food Restaurant ein NoGo!

Essen war OK, aber was überhaupt nicht geht ist das man etwas bestellt und bezahlt, dann ziemlich lange warten muss und dann bekommt man nicht mal alles was man bestellt und bezahlt hat.

Das Personal hört nicht zu und man bekommt falsche Sachen, ich kann es nicht empfehlen die Bestellungsautomaten sind alle kaputt und es gibt Komplikationen beim bestellen! Kommen sie nicht her!

Kann Mann auch -5sterne geben ? Nur zu empfehlen wenn man nicht zum Zug muss.45 min auf mein essen gewartet und trotz hinweiss das ich zum Zug muss haben sie es in diesen 45 min nicht geschafft die 2 Bürger zuzubereiten. Ist im übrigen auch nicht das erste Mal das es mir da passiert. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!

Am 12.11.2023, früher abend besucht. CheesyRösti Menü, Country Potatos, 0.5 l Erdbeershake 14.29 € war lecker. Tische abwischen nicht vergessen.

Die Sterne sind bezogen auf ein BurgerKing "Restaurant " ,nicht zu vergleichen mit normaler Küche in einen richtigen Restaurant. 😁

Food is standard as it is a fast food chain, but then again they didn’t have card payment a available and when asked none of the employees knew why 🤣 which is absolutely hilarious. I understand in Germany you have to cash but come on we are not living in the 20th century anymore. Overall sad 😞

Sehr gute Plant based Burger. Recht große Portionen. Wartezeit war sehr gering.

Preisleitungsverhältnis auf keinen Fall gerechtfertigt. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen und ich werd auch nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Ich als neuer Mitarbeiter von burger king widerspreche ich vielen Dingen die hier geschrieben werden.Es ist weder dreckig, noch vermüllt noch sonst was....wenn 2 Leute bei einem vollen Restaurant in der Küche stehen und ihr essen frisch zubereiten kann dies auch mal etwas länger dauern.und da ich ein neuer Mitarbeiter bin der an der Kasse steht....werden sie immer freundlich und so schnell es geht behandelt

Ich als Verfechter von Burger King war am Sonntag bei Burger King, leider war weder das Essen noch der Service besonders gut. Die Burger waren zu trocken, die Soßen musste man suchen. Und ungeachtet dessen wartete ich 20 Minuten auf meine Bestellung. Fast Food sieht anders aus.
