Completely understaffed staff situation. Shop completely filthy, drinks spilled, everything sticky, rubbish all over the restaurant. Kitchen can be seen from the counter in order. Food okay, staff attentive and friendly. Next time report to the health department, the situation in the guest area is absolutely unacceptable. But it's absolutely okay to take away if you're willing to wait a long time. Update: no improvement after months.

Burger King in Dresden Central Station offers fast service, even when it's full. Mr. Abdelnaser in particular impresses with his friendly and professional manner. When I compare this restaurant with other branches of this group, abysses open up. At peak times (this applies to the edge of the day) only one cash register is open while technically there are 4 others. Food is not served on the left edge of the counter but in the middle so it is a struggle to get your tray and get it through the crowds without an accident. No coupons can be scanned and Payback is no longer available. The new owner has completely miscalculated the story. Waiting times over 10 minutes are not excluded. Coming back? A clear no for me.

I returned here today, August 3, 2024, after a break of several years. The service was friendly and quick, the food was as expected. However, I was very disappointed by the entire atmosphere. The seats on the first floor were blocked (probably too few staff to ensure order and cleanliness), the tray return was full (was not cleared during my stay), the seating was worn and inoperable. Even the Mitropa had more charm. A pity!

Impossible people behind the counter/cash register. Very unfriendly ladies and arrogant and annoyed by the job!! The visit was on July 19th. and I was treated very badly with my son! The two ladies should think about who pays their wages...these are the customers who order and buy from you!! If, even though the ladies and gentlemen in front of me took twice as long to order, I am then forced by the lady to order faster. Because you are a fast food restaurant, I no longer understand the world. I am neither an outlet for your dissatisfaction , I'm a customer...and if my son thinks again about whether he really wants the Birger then that's the way it is and you have to accept that!!! 7/20/24 again the same woman behind the counter and one in the kitchen..It's unbelievable what's going on here. Line up to the benches. No control of who ordered what... I left again because my train was coming in 10 minutes and I would have missed it if I had waited (30 minutes)

Food: the burger we requested was no longer available. We were offered an alternative that was far too spicy for children (nugget burger with spicy curry sauce). The quality of the burgers is ok. But not uniform. Sometimes too much, sometimes too little sauce. Service: without an order terminal, everything took quite a long time. Ambiance: defective seating, but still a long closing time. One would have thought that it was used for renovation. There were also some leftovers on the tables.

2 hard-working ladies served us, one took the orders and the other put them together. It went relatively quickly. The covers of the chairs and benches have seen better days, otherwise everything is fine. I don't think there's anything to say about the food, just BK. But you should avoid the toilet, that's not possible, see pictures.

....today I went to Burger King in the HBF Dresden. I can't understand this "bitching"! And if people didn't behave like "animals" it wouldn't look like this!!!! (like in the photos posted here) Everyone only thinks about themselves! The young man today had a super friendly appearance and demeanor, the food was great and freshly prepared. It's not a bad thing that you have to wait a few minutes! I think everyone is capable of putting "their trash" on the cart...and Zack will be smarter and the next person won't have to get upset! So people think about it! You have to wait everywhere these days because “Nobody” wants to do these poorly paid jobs, and we don’t even want to talk about the working hours. Last night, my friend and I ordered two menus 15 minutes before closing time. We were starving but we were not told all food was to go. When we received the food we were told they were closing in ten minutes. We said we would have a quick bite and go. We're almost done and with five minutes before closing time, this blonde young woman starts scolding us for using a table. She was rude and totally out of line. I understand they want to go home, but she was absolutely rude and treated us disrespectfully. I didn't have time to ask her who did she think she was to treat paying customers like this. We left the table clean out of respect, but what a way to treat people who but overpriced fast food.

Today a trip to the inner city Made by train. Between a snack at Burger King, I've never experienced anything like that before, nothing fit together, about a 25 minute wait to order, then it was the wrong order. Statement: add EXTRA fries!!! Where do you start? This is the worst BK I've gotten to know so far. Overwhelmed employees, unfriendly and then the people below are more likely to be served and they don't care at all. Apparently he said 'next customer', but absolutely not a word of that was heard. The atmosphere is unbearable. Cracked chairs that are completely unsteady on their feet. People were lining up and the concept of how to serve people is ill-thought out. The food itself is simply "slapped together". No love involved that makes the burgers presentable. I don't know how BK can let this go, but training needs to be done as soon as possible. Absolutely no recommendation so far.

Es ist nicht mehr wie es war, bei meiner Bestellung fehlten komplett Gurken und Tomaten, die Sauce auf dem Burger ist völlig überwürzt und schmeckt nur nach Essig, so das der Burger ungenießbar ist. Achtet doch mal mehr auf Qualität statt Quantität. Dann kommen die Leute auch mehr zu euch. Nachtrag: der Neue Betreiber scheint noch weniger seinen Laden im Griff zu haben , noch den Standards folgen. Es sieht alles dreckig und ungepflegt aus. Pommes die maximal 1 cm lang sind sollten nicht ausgegeben werden. Burger entsprechen nicht denen ansatzweise aus der Werbung, usw.

As a Burger King lover (a regular at BK), I ate here. Despite the queue and waiting time, the order was great. (2 chili cheese burgers, 2 spice chicken, 1 crispy chicken + fries) BUT when we were eating, we noticed that we got 3 spice crispy chicken, so I asked the employee about it and she then discussed it always went to colleagues. In any case, back and forth then she wanted to explain to me that crispy chicken and spice chicken were the same thing and both were spicy (see the picture to see the difference). I got slightly angry at that because I knew the difference very well. At the end, Dan gave us crispy chicken so that my daughter could finally eat. Found it outrageous and then had no idea about the burgers. I advise everyone to look carefully at what you are given. The BK is not recommended because it was much better!!

Extremely long wait, disorganized and slow staff, totally understaffed on a Friday evening and apparently poorly trained. At least friendly. Why are there no ordering terminals like in all other fast food restaurants? The drinks came without ice (don't they ask beforehand whether with or without ice?) and were not cold. Burger with barely grilled meat that tasted bland and looked really unappetizing. Apparently thrown together very quickly. Garbage and uncomfortable everywhere, a lot of people leave because of the long waiting time. We were there before the cinema because we thought it would be quick. But we could have gone to the restaurant better. Took a full 45 minutes, including 25 minutes of waiting time.

Guys, this just doesn't work. The store was slow at times, but now that it's reopened it's always that way. The general confusion and inaccuracy when ordering ruins the whole experience. We will no longer include the branch in our trips. The team must undergo training for coordination and collaboration, If it takes so long - why no order terminals like in other branches? Even though the store is empty, it takes forever for the order to be ready. Even the leader was no faster than a snail's pace. Unfortunately the burger was cold. The plant-based menu is extremely limited for reasons I don't understand. Most burgers are only available with meat and not as a plant-based version. Shortly after opening I was told they didn't offer them because they had just opened, but months later I was told they didn't have them because they weren't a full branch. As if they didn't have a second floor and could have diverted a few more square meters for the cold room. Does Burgerking want to sell the stuff now or not? We waited so long for the branch to reopen, but were immediately disappointed after our first visit because we had to wait almost half an hour for our food. Employees don't wear Burger King work clothes or gloves in the kitchen and their hands are rarely washed, which is very annoying. And what do I see? Displays broken. Something breaks every day at Burger King. And again we wait 15 minutes before we can even order. Not only were the displays broken, but the drinks machine was also empty. We were offered tap water. Let's see what awaits us next month.

Es scheint unmöglich dort einen Burger zu bekommen, außer man hat mindestens 40 min Zeit zum anstehen. Ich habe insgesamt 3h schon umsonst angestanden 4 Versuche einen Burger zu bekommen. Keine Chance P.S. Personal ist freundlich und gibt wohl sein bestes aber die Menge an Menschen von einem Hauptbahnhof ist einfach nicht zu bewältigen mit dem wenigen Personal. Dabei verlassen fast immer 40 Prozent der Leute die Warteschlange um ihren Anschluss für die Weiterfahrt zu bekommen.

Since the store opened again, we've been waiting forever for orders because there's not enough staff. Fries and the fried snacks are ok, but the burgers are always cold or at most lukewarm, the burger is never hot or the cheese has melted, it's just annoying if you don't have a microwave, you can have the cold burger with the unmelted processed cheese eat. Unfortunately the speed is bad. Overwhelmed staff and waiting times beyond good and bad. This was the second attempt since the reopening. It took an excessively long time the first time, but at least I got something. On the second attempt it took so long to wait in line that I left without ordering. My impression as a casual customer is that the shift is understaffed and it is better to let people go than to hire enough staff.

Essensreste und Müll von Gästen liegt überall verteilt im Obergeschoss auf Tischen und den Tablettwagen, bestimmt kann aus personellen Gründen der angefallene Müll nicht ordnungsgemäß entsorgt werden. Schade hätte man diese Filiale lieber geschlossen gelassen.

vor der Neueröffnung war alle in Ordnung. Aber seit dem das alte Team weg ist wartet man viel zu lange darauf zubestllen teilweise 30 min, obwohl nicht viel los ist. Die sind einfach überfordert. Was Ok wäre wenn die sich wenigsten anstrengen würden das wird scih Zeit gelassen und erstmal entspannt eine Cola getrunken. Es wird nicht einmal versucht schneller zusein damit die Wartezeit kürzer ist. Ich persönlich würde gerne mal wider zu Bürger King, aber die Gefahr das ich mein Zug verpasse ist zu hoch. Kurz gesagt bringt viel Zeit mit wenn Ihr dort essen möchtet.

Wollte gerade Essen bestellen. Nach 20 Minuten warten war ich immer noch nicht dran und vor mir standen nur 6 Leute. Das Personal war unglaublich unorganiert, langsam und unmotiviert. Plötzlich waren die Brötchen alle. Aber statt das mal nach außen hin zu kommunizieren, waren plötzlich alle Mitarbeiter hinter in der Küche und man hörte nur noch Gekicher und Getuschel. Die Schlange in der Filiale wurde immer länger, aber das hat nicht interessiert. Ich hoffe der Filialleiter liest das und schult seine Mitarbeiter mal in Sachen Kundenfreundlichkeit und Service. Sowas schlimmes hab ich selten erlebt. Bestellt habe ich nichts mehr. Ich musste meinen nächsten Zug bekommen. Sont würde och wohl heute noch warten!

Podczas przesiadki na kolejny pociąg zdecydowaliśmy się tutaj coś zjeść. Zamówiliśmy najprostszego burgera. Czas oczekiwania skandalicznie długi, około 20 minut. Nie otrzymałem też paragonu. Sam burger bardzo dobry I ciepły. Stoliki wymagałyby przetarcia, na naszym było pełno okruchów. Nikt nie pofatygował się, by je pozbierać. Podsumowując, obsługa pod psem, samo jedzenie nie jest w stanie niestety się obronić.

Das Essen war wie gewohnt. Die Servicekräfte schienen überfordert zu sein, aber dennoch höflich. Zum Ambiente gibt's zu sagen, dass es relativ normal war, aber was überhaupt sehr unattraktiv ist, ist die Sauberkeit. Schon am Bestellbereich lagen viele Essensreste und das gleichen im ganzen Lokal. Auf den Böden, Tischen, Stühlen usw.

Die Bereitstellung von lediglich drei Mitarbeitern für eine Filiale während eines Fußballspiels im sogenannten Schnellrestaurant war enttäuschend. Trotz meiner Wartezeit von 18:46 Uhr bis 18:56 Uhr war der Fortschritt minimal, was zu verständlichem Unmut in der Schlange führte. Es ist frustrierend zu beobachten, dass offenbar unqualifizierte Mitarbeiter beschäftigt werden, was sich in einer fehlenden Möglichkeit zur Bestellung nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit widerspiegelte. Die Annahme, dass der Service im Takt funktionieren würde, erscheint unrealistisch. Die Kalkulation der Führungskraft bei Burger King wirkt bedauerlich lächerlich. Es wäre angebracht, die Geschäftsleitung zu überdenken, da die Unzulänglichkeiten des Betriebs auf mangelnde Digitalisierung und einen festgefahrenen Arbeitsablauf zurückzuführen scheinen. Es wäre ratsam, die Probleme auf höherer Ebene anzugehen, da die Mitarbeiter letztendlich unter den Versäumnissen der Führung leiden. In Anbetracht dieser Umstände erscheint es angemessen, darüber nachzudenken, ob eine vorübergehende Schließung in Erwägung gezogen werden sollte.
