Unfortunately, the terminal is very complicated. There are long waiting times and redeeming coupons is complicated. The staff seems overwhelmed even with just a few orders. There are only two employees at the checkout, while the majority of the team is in the kitchen. The cashier seemed stressed, even though there were only a few customers present - the tone was correspondingly unfriendly. Overall, the service leaves a lot to be desired.

I would like to urgently emphasize that this is a BurgerKing in a MAIN STATION. Why? Because that means that many people should be served in a short time so that they can reach their trains etc. However, this is not the case at this Burger King. Ambience: it looks very nice and is mostly clean Service: underground! My takeaway order on a Saturday at 7pm took me 15 minutes. Waiting time lasted. This is taking far too long! The employees work very comfortably and very slowly. Apparently they are not aware of their location (at the main train station). I also got a vanilla milkshake instead of a chocolate milk shake. Addressed this faulty item at checkout. What does the employee do? He looks at me cheekily, opens the lid, puts three squirts of chocolate sauce into the vanilla milkshake and says I have to stir it well! Alder! What's wrong!? You wouldn't encounter such lousy service at McDonald's! Food: More bad than good than good! The chocolate milk shake was a vanilla milkshake and the milkshake was less of a milkshake than, in terms of consistency, cold cream with a lot of sugar! The chicken burger was also partly cold. Conclusion: Nice atmosphere with bad service! No recommendation!

Service staff with red hair, absolutely stressed and not professional towards customers. If someone doesn't come straight away but a few seconds later, she gets angry and shouts. Then leaves the food and throws it away. Absolutely inappropriate for the store.

Since the branch was only recently opened, it is in a very modern and clean condition. However, it seems to be far too small for the number of customers. At the time of our visit, around 9:40 p.m., the store was packed and the number of employees seemed to be too low given the high volume of orders. Since the store was packed just a few minutes before the official closing time and more people wanted to order, I think longer opening hours would definitely be appropriate at a central location like this. Pay your employees attractive surcharges from 10 p.m. and extend opening hours. There is only one shop at the main station that is open longer - it would definitely be worth it, as I saw yesterday there is enough demand even after 10 p.m.

The cheeseburgers didn't taste good. The rolls were hard and not fresh. For €2.69 We're not coming anymore.

The red-haired employee with glasses has a very bad behavior towards customers. Because it was quite crowded and loud we couldn't hear her clearly when she called out and she came back to our table, pointed at the bill and behaved very badly. We will never come back. I don't understand how they can hire people with such an attitude. If you're not happy at work, don't go to work!

Unfriendly, inattentive staff. The cheeseburger, freshly prepared, sits under the heating lamp for two minutes and is then cold inside. How does that work please? The complaint was handled with the words "he's really cold" to a colleague, but without apologizing to me. Half the staff is standing around chatting while my burger was probably trying to warm up under the heating lamp. Of course I asked the staff about their unfriendliness. This was acknowledged with a nod.

We ordered 3 burgers, 3 potatoes, 3 colas, but they only gave us two of everything! Horror !

Everything is new and chic but after the second visit and the same defects, no third visit will follow. It starts with the self-service terminals: first there is a waiting time and a loading button until you can even start a menu selection and after placing the order it takes about 2 minutes until I can finally pay via EC. Then wait again until I get the note. Now this step alone takes 7-8 minutes. Good thing there's no train waiting for me. By that time, the person next to me had already given up in annoyance and left again. A few seconds later you received your payment request... The preparation then takes a comparatively long time. I waited 5 minutes. The dip I ordered was different than what I ordered. Food is as usual. Unfortunately, the air conditioning above me is blowing really cold. I very rarely write critical reviews but I'm really disappointed with the new opening here.

Unfortunately nothing for the second time. Arrive, terminals don't work with the personal coupon codes / My Burgerking registration.... So get in line. Endlessly long line, 3 employees at the back in the "kitchen" who looked like they were about to fall asleep and 2 employees at the front who couldn't control anything in the chaos. I left after almost exactly 18 minutes of waiting without placing an order. Two citizens really wasn't worth it to me and I would have preferred to go to one of the other two Dresden Burgerkings. In terms of service, things were going much better even before the new opening at the main station.

If you have problems with constipation then come here and they will solve your problems. Consumption should be at your own risk. I only ordered a bacon burger and fries, it was mostly raw, but there are public toilets next door for €1.50. The staff doesn't understand a word of German. Most of them come from India and two other employees are German. Before me, a German family ordered several Happy Meals and it was incomplete.

Slow processing of orders, tables are dirty. Caramel ice cream has more caramel sauce in it than ice cream.

I came, stood at the checkout and wanted to place an order, but no one took it. I literally waited 15 minutes and left. This is a train station. People won't wait until you generously decide to serve a customer. Disaster. The first and last time. Maybe it's better this way... the food isn't healthy anyway :)

I ordered via the app, redeemed 2 coupons and didn't get any fries with either coupon, which were actually true 🤦🏻‍♂️ I didn't even get the points from these horrible terminals Bread is also old and dry with all the burgers, this burger child won't see us again so I'd rather take the route and drive to Mickten🤦🏻‍♂️

Hurray ---- Burger King is back at the main train station in Dresden. However, the first takeaway experiment went wrong. Chicken nuggets became chili chesse nuggets, three different dips became french fries sauce three times. The staff is not at all well-coordinated, so there is an urgent need for improvement. During my wait, which was okay by the way, the problem with the cash register was discussed loudly. I hope that these teething problems will be resolved by the next visit.

Great restaurant with great people :D the little boss (pink hair, glasses) was simply the best, super nice, service-oriented and with everything in mind for both the customers and the employees :) the woman deserves a raise! :D Everything was perfect, everything was ready very quickly and I had a large order. I'll be happy to come back! :)

Long waiting times and when you finally get your turn, you are left standing there without a word and ignored. Colleagues hold private conversations or come to the checkout to charge their cell phones. I was about to leave when an employee wanted to take my order. Well, as expected, the product I ordered was not available. Lifetime wasted pointlessly. I left without anything and will never come back. Every other fast food restaurant is better.

Completely understaffed staff situation. Shop completely filthy, drinks spilled, everything sticky, rubbish all over the restaurant. Kitchen can be seen from the counter in order. Food okay, staff attentive and friendly. Next time report to the health department, the situation in the guest area is absolutely unacceptable. But it's absolutely okay to take away if you're willing to wait a long time. Update: no improvement after months.

Burger King in Dresden Central Station offers fast service, even when it's full. Mr. Abdelnaser in particular impresses with his friendly and professional manner. When I compare this restaurant with other branches of this group, abysses open up. At peak times (this applies to the edge of the day) only one cash register is open while technically there are 4 others. Food is not served on the left edge of the counter but in the middle so it is a struggle to get your tray and get it through the crowds without an accident. No coupons can be scanned and Payback is no longer available. The new owner has completely miscalculated the story. Waiting times over 10 minutes are not excluded. Coming back? A clear no for me.

Food: the burger we requested was no longer available. We were offered an alternative that was far too spicy for children (nugget burger with spicy curry sauce). The quality of the burgers is ok. But not uniform. Sometimes too much, sometimes too little sauce. Service: without an order terminal, everything took quite a long time. Ambiance: defective seating, but still a long closing time. One would have thought that it was used for renovation. There were also some leftovers on the tables.

2 hard-working ladies served us, one took the orders and the other put them together. It went relatively quickly. The covers of the chairs and benches have seen better days, otherwise everything is fine. I don't think there's anything to say about the food, just BK. But you should avoid the toilet, that's not possible, see pictures.

Unfriendly I have been eating at this branch for seven years but unfortunately the new team at work knows nothing about this business and is very slow and unprofessional.

It's been a long time since I've been there and the facility seems very run down. The toilets are an imposition. Food is packed regardless of whether you want to eat on site. Food was good but it would be bad if you messed it up. CITIZEN KING YES but no longer in Dresden main station.

Yesterday I wasn't served at all and the (only) customer who was served didn't feel any kind of friendliness, so I had to come back today (a day later) and the problem with the service was observed again. Last night, my friend and I ordered two menus 15 minutes before closing time. We were starving but we were not told all food was to go. When we received the food we were told they were closing in ten minutes. We said we would have a quick bite and go. We're almost done and with five minutes before closing time, this blonde young woman starts scolding us for using a table. She was rude and totally out of line. I understand they want to go home, but she was absolutely rude and treated us disrespectfully. I didn't have time to ask her who did she think she was to treat paying customers like this. We left the table clean out of respect, but what a way to treat people who but overpriced fast food.

Recently had dinner there and ended up in the hospital the next day with an intestinal infection caused by salmonella. That was the last time I went to eat there.

Meat and cheese practically cold, fries with very little cheese, drinks at room temperature, slow staff who often stop even at the checkout to chat with their colleagues and ignore the line of customers... Absolutely not recommended, one of the worst I've ever tried.

Es ist nicht mehr wie es war, bei meiner Bestellung fehlten komplett Gurken und Tomaten, die Sauce auf dem Burger ist völlig überwürzt und schmeckt nur nach Essig, so das der Burger ungenießbar ist. Achtet doch mal mehr auf Qualität statt Quantität. Dann kommen die Leute auch mehr zu euch. Nachtrag: der Neue Betreiber scheint noch weniger seinen Laden im Griff zu haben , noch den Standards folgen. Es sieht alles dreckig und ungepflegt aus. Pommes die maximal 1 cm lang sind sollten nicht ausgegeben werden. Burger entsprechen nicht denen ansatzweise aus der Werbung, usw.

The organization in the BK is a disaster... The few employees seemed quite overwhelmed with the amount of orders, you have to be patient while waiting. In the future, please set up these digital order boards where you can pay straight away.

As a Burger King lover (a regular at BK), I ate here. Despite the queue and waiting time, the order was great. (2 chili cheese burgers, 2 spice chicken, 1 crispy chicken + fries) BUT when we were eating, we noticed that we got 3 spice crispy chicken, so I asked the employee about it and she then discussed it always went to colleagues. In any case, back and forth then she wanted to explain to me that crispy chicken and spice chicken were the same thing and both were spicy (see the picture to see the difference). I got slightly angry at that because I knew the difference very well. At the end, Dan gave us crispy chicken so that my daughter could finally eat. Found it outrageous and then had no idea about the burgers. I advise everyone to look carefully at what you are given. The BK is not recommended because it was much better!!

The slowest Burger King in the world. I guess it's not even the fault of the staff. With three people, the store has been understaffed for months relative to volume. I've been there twice since November, always waiting at least 15 minutes, even when there were only three people in front of me. I think the burgers are delicious but I won't do that again for now. Luckily Subway is right across the street.

Well, as a tourist, If you have to while away time during connections / transfers, this is the place! Just get a Burger and Coffee, and do people watching / hustle bustle of a train station.

Extremely long wait, disorganized and slow staff, totally understaffed on a Friday evening and apparently poorly trained. At least friendly. Why are there no ordering terminals like in all other fast food restaurants? The drinks came without ice (don't they ask beforehand whether with or without ice?) and were not cold. Burger with barely grilled meat that tasted bland and looked really unappetizing. Apparently thrown together very quickly. Garbage and uncomfortable everywhere, a lot of people leave because of the long waiting time. We were there before the cinema because we thought it would be quick. But we could have gone to the restaurant better. Took a full 45 minutes, including 25 minutes of waiting time.

I was there 15 minutes before my train left and only ordered a chicken nugget burger. Unfortunately I had to go on without food and left 12 euros for free. Never again

Guys, this just doesn't work. The store was slow at times, but now that it's reopened it's always that way. The general confusion and inaccuracy when ordering ruins the whole experience. We will no longer include the branch in our trips. The team must undergo training for coordination and collaboration, If it takes so long - why no order terminals like in other branches? Why not seat service like McDonalds? You are not using the potential of the location at all.
