On the one hand it was very crowded (I can't blame MCD), but what I don't think is right is that the Coca Cola glasses are advertised everywhere and then they are sold out. Then you can remove the advertising and save yourself disappointed customers.

Fast food restaurant...staff friendly, everything was clean, burgers tasted good, everything was delivered as ordered

The food is no longer what it used to be, the condition is not kosher for me, the toys were once in the happy meal and the shitty glasses were empty. At least the toilets are free and you can drink your beer in peace

I was just at Mc Drive with my family and we had to repeat our order several times because she was apparently too stupid to understand us, even though my husband spoke loudly and clearly and even leaned out the window. We got our order and during the drive I realized that 1. the toy was missing, 2. the fries in the Happy Meal and 3. the dip for the fries. Don't even get me started on the burgers. They completely fell apart and there was hardly any sauce on them. I wouldn't even give the fries to my cat to eat. We are going to the future in Gompitz.

We have bad experiences with this McDonalds. This morning my 8 year old son ordered a wrap. In the picture the cheese in the wrap was melted, but in the wrap the cheese was cold and my son was disappointed. I asked the worker to warm the wrap. They said that was impossible. But my son was hungry and started eating, suddenly he found an eggshell in the wrap! When we tell the worker about it, she just says "it's happening, we're very sorry". No offer, no refund to reassure the child. My son was very angry and sad. I cannot recommend this business.

We ordered a McSunday and an Iced Shake Choc. The ice cream was completely normal and tasted great. The shake, on the other hand, was very sour and suggested that the milk was bad.

Unfortunately, I don't know where people's eyes are when judging, but they probably don't give a damn because the food has no taste at all, the fillet fish roll is moldy, the meat in the wrap looks like it's half-raw, and of course, after eating there three times, the second time I had an incomplete order. It's probably a better solution to go to Zgorzelec if we, Poles, want to eat something spiced and tasty.

Bought food at the Mc Drive and burgers 🍔 are constantly forgotten... you get home and something is always missing from your order, so you go back and then the staff gets annoyed.

Seemed clean and tidy. The employees also regularly made improvements if something was unclean. The food was delivered very quickly and was fresh. The current new wraps from advertising taste great. We had mango curry.

Attention, no space for longer meetings! Went there with friends, ate and played games. But the parking space outside is only for 1.5 hours, if you spend your evening there, you should be allowed to park longer, we won't go there again.

The most negative aspect of the review has to be mentioned regarding the appearance of the staff: When handing over the order, there was no communication and the appearance of the employees towards the customers appeared derogatory or skillfully ignored. The food, in this case the cookie, was served on a tray in a smaller paper bag with a napkin, which is handy for the type of food where touching it with your hands would leave a mess. In terms of taste, the cookie was on par with the average, but was expensive for the price-performance ratio. The ambience has a clean appearance and the restaurant is air-conditioned or, depending on the weather, heated. In addition, it is possible for people with restricted mobility, such as wheelchair users or people with crutches, to enter this restaurant as there are no steps or height differences to the entrance. Summary: the price-performance ratio was expensive for this restaurant chain and employees who came into contact had a negative attitude towards you as a customer. The ambience comes with a clean, functional appearance and accessibility and the restaurant is air-conditioned. The employees spend super long nights, even when there's nothing going on

Guys, your prices are no longer cheap, then it's finally time to concentrate on packing. It's not the first time you forgot to pack burgers at the drive-in. That's annoying.

Unfortunately it's no longer going well on Mc Drive, long waiting times, you're often ignored at 2 ordering terminals and you wait and wait. Unfortunately this is the third time. In addition, the waiting times for pickup are significantly longer than when there was only one counter and order terminal back then. On the third visit I waited at least 15 minutes each time (always for 2 ChilliChees citizens) Unfortunately not satisfactory for a drive-in. Something urgently needs to happen and improve the process and MA coaching here.

Outrageous rip-off despite visiting the restaurant! I am really disappointed with this McDonald's branch. As a paying customer, I expect to be able to enjoy my visit in a relaxed manner - instead I was subsequently punished with a parking ticket! Apparently you are only allowed to park in the parking lot for 90 minutes, after which there is a hefty fine. That's an absolute disgrace, especially when you're sitting in the restaurant all the time, eating and generating sales. I wasn't there without permission nor did I block the parking lot - and yet I'm still supposed to pay 35 euros?! This definitely alienates customers. I'll think twice about visiting McDonald's in the future. If you want to eat here, you should do your research beforehand, otherwise you will end up paying more for the parking ticket than for the food!

Always quite crowded here. No wonder given the proximity to the motorway and the Elbe Park. Food is good and usually fresh due to the high throughput. Sometimes burgers that are put together quite carelessly.

Some of the food was very slimy and didn't taste good. For the breakfast menu I ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese, a cookie and a cheesecake. The cheese didn't melt properly, instead it was sticky. The egg tasted too much like butter. Also, the cookie looked burnt and was hard. The cheesecake was delicious. Unfortunately, the service was very rude, a lady shouted at us because we supposedly ordered 2 dishes from the same number. A disaster!

We were there on a Saturday lunchtime. It was well filled, but we immediately found a clean table, something we don't know from other branches. We got food quite quickly. After a few minutes an employee came to us and asked if everything was okay. That was it!

We ate here today and were very impressed with the service. There are 10 order terminals alone, which are distributed throughout the branch, which nicely equalizes the situation. Then a squeeze was missing, which of course isn't that nice in principle. But a service MA came by and asked if everything was OK. We mentioned the squeeze and the MA immediately ran off. Very friendly and attentive MA. The branch looks clean. An MA also kept throwing a rag across the tables. I can only recommend this branch.

The cheek offered action with Pokémon and there was simply nothing in it. This problem is not an isolated case.

Unfortunately, it now happens regularly in this branch that you order something from McDrive, pick it up on site and then find out at home that something is missing. I was very disappointed with this branch! I only ordered a shake and an ice cream at MC Drive...unfortunately the caramel sauce was forgotten and when I complained about it, I was rudely approached at the window. I had communicated the mishap in a polite and friendly manner and I actually expected that I would be accommodated in the same way. It's a shame, I don't come here anymore.

The Filoaöe looks new and modern. We had to wait a long time and then got cold burgers and fries WITHOUT ketchup. Unfortunately we only checked the goods in the car. The lack of ketchup was a disaster for the children. The cold burgers for us. The toilets were clean. There is no free WiFi in the branch.

They can't count the same result in this MC Donalds either - it runs like a common thread through the MC Donalds restaurants. I ordered 6 nuggets twice and only got 5 again. What's the point of making everything new if no one can count. It's sad, I can't open and check all the food on the serving counter every time. It's really sad, teach your employees how to count correctly! In addition, there is advertising for the great glasses but nothing there, if there are no glasses you shouldn't advertise them!!

You order two burgers and don't get one

A blonde lady...very rude...the others were all kind....she snorted in my face over and over again with an unhappy face...I asked for help in English and very annoyed she replied "with me only German!" I understand she might have been tired but it's not my fault....in conclusion I waited 18 minutes

All shit. Everything was cold. Completely forgot about a bottled drink. Burger not topped as desired and at an additional cost. I don't feel like having to search through the entire bag to see if everything is in there. In the future I will only use Hansa Straße. Unfortunately. There was hardly anything going on and you get so much crap for your money.

I think it's a disgrace!!!!! You get something to eat at the branch, meet friends in the parking lot, chat with them and get a fine of €40 because you exceeded the time limit. So I will avoid the branch in the future because, on the whole, it's not worth paying €40 in parking fees for me.

I was there and ordered something small to eat. I used to always pay with a card at the ordering machine, but today I paid with cash. I went to the checkout and asked approximately how long the meal would take. The waitress was rude as hell and was completely annoying and said sternly "You might have to pay before you get anything". I assumed you pay when the food is handed to you. I don't know, I would have liked to slap the cashier. You really don't have to be that rude 😐

The days of good customer service are long gone. The burgers are packed together uncleanly. The sauces are distributed deep inside the small extra packaging of the cheeseburger (ketchup). Such burgers should not be handed out to customers, the key point being cleanliness. The new renovation means there is a lack of space for families, as children have almost no opportunities to play. A small sliding board, which in turn is directly blocked by seats. Furthermore, there is hardly any direct customer service or cash payment. I feel out of place and find there is no comfort in enjoying food.

So anything but a fast food restaurant. A kitchen that is too small and 2-3 service staff are simply not enough for lunchtime on the weekend at this location. I waited 25 minutes for a simple order of 2 burgers, a drink and a coffee and then something was forgotten. I noticed it too late and couldn't go back. Conclusion. Terrible service and won't be there again

Disaster. First we stood directly in front of the order taking point for 10 minutes, while one car after the other drove through at the opposite point (there are 2 where you take the order)... in the whole 10 minutes there was no message from an employee, not even “please wait a moment”. “. After 10 minutes, a tone finally came and I gave the code for the mobile order. You should drive to the next window where you can collect money. There was no friendliness whatsoever. We were then accused three times of not placing an order and just driving past the order point. I explained 3 times that we had given out the code until they finally gave in and stopped making the assumption. Order could not be found. After a lot of back and forth, the order was entered at the prices as I had put it together. At the next counter we got a half-full cup of Mc-Sundae after having to wait a total of 20 minutes. Unbelievable, I would never use McDrive here again. I've never experienced anything so bad.

We waited 80 minutes for our order. Admittedly, it was busy, but the orders were not prepared in order. New orders were given priority, old orders apparently disappeared. Disaster! We wanted to eat something “quick” at 8:30 p.m.! We waited over 20 minutes for our food! There wasn't even close to much going on. Other than that, it looked like crap! The trays were also piled up on the tables with the rubbish. The tables were disgusting and weren't cleaned and I don't even want to talk about the toilets! Everything was redone but the toilets were saved!? It stank, the soap was broken and everything! It wasn't pretty at all!!! Oh and there is nothing left for children to play with to bridge the waiting time!

I had the "M" and a McCrispy with bacon. Both were only lukewarm and tasted a disaster. The M didn't taste like anything. Even the sauce was unsalted. The crispy tasted like it had been made lukewarm in the microwave. Then I hoped that the hot chocolate pocket would at least taste good. Yes, they taste good if you like to eat them cold. We were here for coffee and cake, the coffee was the worst in a long time, totally thin! The cake and cookies were not fresh. The tray carts were not taught, the toilets were very unclean, no toilet paper. We won't come back here again.

Four of us were there last night and got food to go. It was Friday and therefore very busy. But what I don't think is possible is when two employees stand at the counter and just look at people when the Rand restaurant is full, the drive in is also full and there are more than 20 waiting guests who have food to go, but they still don't help in any way , so it goes faster. That's not teamwork, is it??? We ended up having to wait more than 15 minutes and then it wasn't even really warm. We will get our food somewhere else next time.

I was at McDonald's Elbepark today and I have to say that I was very disappointed. I had to wait 32 minutes for my order and during that time the staff were unable to provide me with any information or help. Mc Café staff was absolutely unfriendly and instead of my reusable cup I took a paper cup. Of course, when I asked if that was correct, I was answered with a shrug of the shoulders. I've never experienced anything like that! The meal I was looking forward to became irrelevant as poor communication and the long wait ruined my visit. I will definitely avoid this restaurant in the future and prefer to eat somewhere else. What a shame about the location! In the end everything was cold because it was just standing behind the counter the whole time and the staff wasn't able to operate the displays or answer simple questions about where it was. ---

We ordered from MCDrive via the app, so far it worked, but unfortunately the largest citizen was missing, which was 1/3 of the price of the order.
