I wish you could give zero stars for service... I came by today for breakfast, but when I went to place my order, I was completely ignored, just like other customers. The young lady looked new to me, but I think if you work in sales, you should be able to deal with customers. She didn't say "hello"/"good day"/"when I took my order... When it came to paying, she just looked at me and waited for me to hand over the money. (In plain English) I was very disappointed with this visit, because being ignored by a salesperson is very inconvenient and unpleasant. Likewise, if you hurt yourself, you won't get any help. Be careful with the restroom, there's a risk of injury; with the toilet, the door handle is a safety feature.

The wait was incredibly long – despite a long line, no one was at the register for 15 minutes. The coffee was terrible – sour. Out of three large cappuccinos ordered, each one was different: - the first coffee was quite okay, warm, the cup full, although it was simply coffee with milk, and there was no typical cappuccino froth. - the second coffee was completely cold, the cup half-full, but it was actually a cappuccino – with froth. - the third coffee was warm, but only half a cup, and it was just regular black coffee, without even a drop of milk. The food wasn't terrible, but it also left a lot to be desired. The mini pancakes were cold, the wrappers were only half-filled.

It's declined considerably... Burgers are regularly forgotten at the McDonald's Drive-In; you could almost assume it's done intentionally. The staff at the McDonald's Drive-In can barely understand you even if you speak loudly and clearly, and the salt on the fries seems to have been forgotten quite often. It's a shame, it used to be one of the best stores.

Dear McDonald's Team, We ate at your place at 8 a.m. one Sunday morning before our vacation. We were greeted at the drive-thru by a rather grumpy lady. She offered no feedback, and when we asked if she had heard us, she just exasperatedly exhaled. She didn't ask us what we wanted from the menu, but reacted mockingly and condescendingly when we didn't know exactly what was included. Apparently, she assumed we knew everything by heart – it was completely incomprehensible to her that we couldn't just rattle off our order. There were no problems paying. However, there were no cardboard holders for the drinks; they were handed to us individually through the window. They also forgot to bring a McToast. My wrap was only a quarter full – an absolute disgrace. Far too much batter, and then a small pile of egg and cheese at the very bottom. The cocoa was watery, and there was a thick cocoa mush stuck to the bottom. Overall, I had good memories of McDonald's, but this visit was truly disappointing. It started with the order and ended with the food. I hope it will be better next time. Sincerely,

Unfortunately, this is the third time I've had to wait 40 minutes or more because orders via the app weren't processed, and I had to tell the staff again. To top it all off, they put the wrong burger in my bag, which I unfortunately didn't notice until I got home. This is simply a disgrace, given the prices these days. The Parkdepot signs aren't visible at night. I received a request, which, despite my objection, is still being demanded. Where's the promise of comfort gone? Where's the promise of simplicity gone? For me, comfort means taking your time. I left the equivalent of €70 there with friends. And now I have to pay €40 to Parkdepot. That's cheeky and unfair. Because every sign is illegible at night. The best part is, the franchisee hasn't responded to my email, which I sent separately, since July 2nd. I'm absolutely furious and will advise everyone not to eat there. You've now lost four customers. 👍🏻 Just imagine, you have over 100 parking spaces at Elbepark and use Park & Collect. That's neither justified nor sensible... ----- Edit: July 17 Park Depot canceled the ticket after receiving an email from the franchisee. I'm sticking with the 1-star rating, though, because I've been through so much trouble and my nerves are frayed. According to the parent company, Park Depot is completely unnecessary at that location due to the sheer number of parking spaces (over 100). Anyone who gets a ticket at night, and only the license plate number is visible, should file a dispute, because 1. it's unclear where someone is parked, 2. what the circumstances are, 3. which car is actually parked, 4. whether the license plate number has been edited in, 5. the evidential value is absolutely minimal. So, excuse me, but if even the pictures are unrecognizable at night, how are you supposed to read the signs? 🤷🏻‍♂️ None of them are illuminated. The entrance sign is located in a right-before-left zone (a T-junction of sorts). How are you supposed to read it in the dark, or even notice it? The signs that are 2 meters above the ground can also be bent, at least at night. (Conclusion: rip-off, the franchisee should consider whether parking depots really solve the problem or whether they just mean more trouble for customers.) Because you get a lot of one-star reviews from us, and we're quite a few.

Lost a regular customer. Long wait time Parking fee applies once time limit is exceeded....... If you're a commuter driving past and taking a break, you have to be careful of the time. I used this store to rest, eat, and use the restroom. At a less busy time. The vending machine ordering is slow....... Whether signposted or not - a €40 fine is disproportionate. For this reason, I won't be using this store again. Good luck with your financial policy. Better to rip you off in the short term, but it will take its toll in the long run. My three- to four-digit amount in euros a year is a thing of the past. Too bad....luckily, the competition isn't far away. Of course, you're valued as a customer there!! Best regards

Since the renovation, it's been an absolute disaster. The benches are completely wobbly, and everything is child-sized. Tables and benches are far too low and narrow, even though there's plenty of room. While waiting for your order, you stand in the middle of the room, with no standing aids. The takeaway burgers in cardboard boxes are wrapped upright and fall apart. There's no longer a play area for children. Everything is designed to make you leave the "restaurant" quickly. From the outside, it has the charm of a military barracks. From now on, it'll probably just be McDonald's on Hansastrasse. Edit: Today, we accidentally visited this branch again. After a 26-minute wait, we finally got our cold fries and burgers. At least the drinks were warm and the burgers were well shaken in the packaging... Unfortunately, the blonde shift manager wasn't there this time, who always yells at you if you dare to ask something or just wait for your order. But you can take comfort in the fact that you are not only being insulted as a customer, but that the other employees are treated just as condescendingly.

The McDonald's is very conveniently located near the highway entrance and Elbepark. Parking is limited to 90 minutes, but that's understandable given the busy traffic. One plus point is that there's free access to the restroom. Play options for children are very limited. But at least there are highchairs. There's outdoor seating, but sitting there near the rushing traffic isn't for everyone. There's a lack of greenery here. There's a triple drive-thru, which ensures a quick turnaround. It's also nice that you can simply order a coffee without using the display.

To be honest, I'm pretty annoyed. You can easily add extra sauce to a regular Big Mac – why on earth isn't that possible with a Chicken Big Mac?! It makes no sense; it's the same setup, just with chicken patties. And what annoys me even more: I even order the burger without cheese, which saves McDonald's money – but I still don't get a little extra dollop of sauce?! No concessions, no option in the app, just bad luck. I would have paid for the extra sauce anyway... For a company of this size, this is just disappointingly unfriendly to customers. I would have expected more flexibility and service. Dear McDonald's team: Please adjust your app and your settings – this is just frustrating.

Damn, this place is kind of a nightmare if you have kids. Was expecting an indoor playpen since it’s shown in the pics, but no, looks like that’s not the case. And I had to wait over 30 mins with kids…I was just about to request a refund when my food was brought. The order was completely messed up. I just ate what they gave and left. I was just at Mc Drive with my family and we had to repeat our order several times because she was apparently too stupid to understand us, even though my husband spoke loudly and clearly and even leaned out the window. We got our order and during the drive I realized that 1. the toy was missing, 2. the fries in the Happy Meal and 3. the dip for the fries. Don't even get me started on the burgers. They completely fell apart and there was hardly any sauce on them. I wouldn't even give the fries to my cat to eat. We are going to the future in Gompitz.

We have bad experiences with this McDonalds. This morning my 8 year old son ordered a wrap. In the picture the cheese in the wrap was melted, but in the wrap the cheese was cold and my son was disappointed. I asked the worker to warm the wrap. They said that was impossible. But my son was hungry and started eating, suddenly he found an eggshell in the wrap! When we tell the worker about it, she just says "it's happening, we're very sorry". No offer, no refund to reassure the child. My son was very angry and sad. I cannot recommend this business.

Unfortunately, I don't know where people's eyes are when judging, but they probably don't give a damn because the food has no taste at all, the fillet fish roll is moldy, the meat in the wrap looks like it's half-raw, and of course, after eating there three times, the second time I had an incomplete order. On Tuesday, April 8th, 2025, the “Google Germany” team visited. A caramel cookie was ordered via the order screen and with debit card payment. The screens are fully functional and the order was processed in less than 4 minutes. The most negative aspect of the review has to be mentioned regarding the appearance of the staff: When handing over the order, there was no communication and the appearance of the employees towards the customers appeared derogatory or skillfully ignored. The food, in this case the cookie, was served on a tray in a smaller paper bag with a napkin, which is handy for the type of food where touching it with your hands would leave a mess. In terms of taste, the cookie was on par with the average, but was expensive for the price-performance ratio. The ambience has a clean appearance and the restaurant is air-conditioned or, depending on the weather, heated. In addition, it is possible for people with restricted mobility, such as wheelchair users or people with crutches, to enter this restaurant as there are no steps or height differences to the entrance. Summary: the price-performance ratio was expensive for this restaurant chain and employees who came into contact had a negative attitude towards you as a customer. The ambience comes with a clean, functional appearance and accessibility and the restaurant is air-conditioned. Unfortunately it's no longer going well on Mc Drive, long waiting times, you're often ignored at 2 ordering terminals and you wait and wait. Unfortunately this is the third time. In addition, the waiting times for pickup are significantly longer than when there was only one counter and order terminal back then. On the third visit I waited at least 15 minutes each time (always for 2 ChilliChees citizens) Unfortunately not satisfactory for a drive-in. Something urgently needs to happen and improve the process and MA coaching here.

Outrageous rip-off despite visiting the restaurant! I am really disappointed with this McDonald's branch. As a paying customer, I expect to be able to enjoy my visit in a relaxed manner - instead I was subsequently punished with a parking ticket! Apparently you are only allowed to park in the parking lot for 90 minutes, after which there is a hefty fine. That's an absolute disgrace, especially when you're sitting in the restaurant all the time, eating and generating sales. I wasn't there without permission nor did I block the parking lot - and yet I'm still supposed to pay 35 euros?! This definitely alienates customers. I'll think twice about visiting McDonald's in the future. If you want to eat here, you should do your research beforehand, otherwise you will end up paying more for the parking ticket than for the food!

I can only warn everyone not to be here as a "paying guest". 1.) The display on the order terminal did not work. Not one, not two displays. Help had to be brought here. This man was politely asked to help. He didn't seem to understand any German, but he tried anyway. (It should be noted... time delay!) 2.) The order was very delayed and I can't follow it. 3.) So in the end, I somehow had my order. I only ate half of it, the rest went away. You know why?😉🙈 4.) I was waiting there for another guest who joined me later. I would like to hand over supplies to him for his new social project, and exchange ideas with him, Unfortunately he was late for understandable reasons. After unfortunately arriving late, he also ordered food and then coffee. 5.) BOTH of us, mind you, paying guests, of this McDonald's in Dresden - Elbepark, were punished in the end, as "guests" of this "restaurant", this "guest establishment" and were punished by Parkdepot GmbH with a "demand for a contractual penalty" in an absolutely, incomprehensibly, enormous amount, McDonald's has surveillance videos! The customer can prove the rest.😉😂

Some of the food was very slimy and didn't taste good. For the breakfast menu I ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese, a cookie and a cheesecake. The cheese didn't melt properly, instead it was sticky. The egg tasted too much like butter. Also, the cookie looked burnt and was hard. The cheesecake was delicious. Unfortunately, the service was very rude, a lady shouted at us because we supposedly ordered 2 dishes from the same number. A disaster!

We ate here today and were very impressed with the service. There are 10 order terminals alone, which are distributed throughout the branch, which nicely equalizes the situation. Then a squeeze was missing, which of course isn't that nice in principle. But a service MA came by and asked if everything was OK. We mentioned the squeeze and the MA immediately ran off. Very friendly and attentive MA. The branch looks clean. An MA also kept throwing a rag across the tables. I can only recommend this branch.

Unfortunately, it now happens regularly in this branch that you order something from McDrive, pick it up on site and then find out at home that something is missing. Last time it was the nuggets, today at 7:30 p.m. the curly fries. This is of course extremely annoying, since that's not why you're going back. It has happened several times that burgers that were specifically ordered in the app without onions still had onions on them. I expect that this will be significantly improved and recommend that everyone check the products they receive on site before leaving. The branch itself is very chic, but also very well attended.

I only ordered a shake and an ice cream at MC Drive...unfortunately the caramel sauce was forgotten and when I complained about it, I was rudely approached at the window. They can't count the same result in this MC Donalds either - it runs like a common thread through the MC Donalds restaurants. I ordered 6 nuggets twice and only got 5 again. What's the point of making everything new if no one can count. It's sad, I can't open and check all the food on the serving counter every time. But what really annoys me is the fact that something is missing from my order for the third time in a very short time! Sometimes a burger, sometimes the Cola or just the fries. The days of good customer service are long gone. The burgers are packed together uncleanly. The sauces are distributed deep inside the small extra packaging of the cheeseburger (ketchup). Such burgers should not be handed out to customers, the key point being cleanliness. The new renovation means there is a lack of space for families, as children have almost no opportunities to play. A small sliding board, which in turn is directly blocked by seats. Furthermore, there is hardly any direct customer service or cash payment. I feel out of place and find there is no comfort in enjoying food.

Disaster. First we stood directly in front of the order taking point for 10 minutes, while one car after the other drove through at the opposite point (there are 2 where you take the order)... in the whole 10 minutes there was no message from an employee, not even “please wait a moment”. “. After 10 minutes, a tone finally came and I gave the code for the mobile order. You should drive to the next window where you can collect money. There was no friendliness whatsoever. We were then accused three times of not placing an order and just driving past the order point. I explained 3 times that we had given out the code until they finally gave in and stopped making the assumption. Order could not be found. After a lot of back and forth, the order was entered at the prices as I had put it together. At the next counter we got a half-full cup of Mc-Sundae after having to wait a total of 20 minutes. Unbelievable, I would never use McDrive here again. I've never experienced anything so bad.

I waited 25 minutes for a simple order of 2 burgers, a drink and a coffee and then something was forgotten. I noticed it too late and couldn't go back. Conclusion. Terrible service and won't be there again

I was at the Burger King in Dresden's main train station on September 7, 2025, at around 8:20 p.m. Unfortunately, the visit was very disappointing. The ordering terminals were out of service—as is often the case—so there was a long line at the checkout. Additionally, several products were unavailable: there were no nuggets, no small burger buns, and the ice cream machine was also broken. This meant that my coupon order couldn't be redeemed. Instead, I was advised to only order more expensive products without a discount. When I refused, I was finally asked to leave the store—a definite no-no when it comes to dealing with customers. To make matters worse, employees are apparently regularly drawn into conversations by employees of the neighboring restaurant (Speckmann's), which delays orders and serving, and forces guests to wait unnecessarily. I was actually happy that there's a Burger King at the main train station again, but neither the team nor the management seem up to the task. As a guest, I feel mistreated, disappointed, and angry.

Meganice, how long do you wait for food here? Honestly, 30 minutes for two burgers and two fries, are you serious? Maybe you should change things around or reorganize. UPDATE: Times have improved. The ambiance has been lost. It no longer feels like a cool diner. More like a regular train station snack bar.

Exquisite fast food with a wide range of menu choices and the staff is even so friendly as to accidentally add 3-5 extra sauces here and there. Despite the high number of visitors, the ambience and the room design are well thought out and time according to 10/10

Absolutely unfriendly for toddlers. Narrow aisles, only one highchair. The entrance is neither stroller-accessible nor wheelchair-accessible. A disgrace.
