On our special pre-Christmas day, we wanted to treat ourselves to a meal from your brand. Unfortunately, none of your employees seemed motivated to take our order. What a shame... That would have been a loss of €40 for your company. You incompetent people!

The food was ok, except for the fries. Toilets were a mess, and the gate to access the toilet strictly required 50cents or less, otherwise it just gave back the coin.

You have to pay to use the restrooms, they don't have soap and they're dirty.

The facility is small compared to the needs and number of people using it. This makes it impossible to maintain cleanliness and find a place to sit comfortably. Toilets are available at an additional cost.

The food was prepared sloppily, with all the ingredients thrown into a box in disarray, and everything was cold. The coffee, which was supposed to be sugar-free, was disgustingly sweet. I definitely don't recommend eating here.

I found long hairs in my burger!! All my colleagues work with their hair down.

It's pathetic when you go to a restaurant to eat and then still have to pay for the toilet, which looks like shit.

The food is tasty but relatively expensive. My fries were very undersalted and soggy, so I would recommend ordering a Hamburger Royal TS meal with curly fries and a chocolate milkshake.

Average Mekáč. Quite crowded around lunchtime, but it went quickly. I was annoyed by the size of the bun, shrinkflation has also hit Germany. This just seems like a rip-off. But they are definitely doing it for our good. They don't have straws for drinking. The seating outside is slightly disgusting and untidy, but at least it's there.

The toilets are really poorly designed; the corridor is quite narrow, you have to wait in line forever and pay money. I've never experienced having to pay to use the toilet in a restaurant before. Sometimes you even pay twice because others come out at the same time you've paid.

The wrap was very poorly prepared. It fell apart. What a shame.

Another dirty McDonald's. Even the restroom costs money for customers. I was there once with my young child: I paid the entrance fee for the restroom, but at that exact moment, the machine broke down. We couldn't go in, and my son couldn't hold it any longer and peed right in front of the revolving door. It was an extremely unpleasant and embarrassing situation.

Noisy, not very clean, and the service was quite unpleasant. The man who cleaned the tables at night was very rude to the customers and created a tense atmosphere for everyone.

A typical McDonald's; the staff is very friendly and I like the layout. However, items are sometimes missing from orders, and the cleanliness of the tables isn't always great during busy times.

The food itself is very tasty, but I got a headache because the guests talk very, very loudly and act as if they all need hearing aids. The staff take too long to prepare the food because they talk for too long, one of the power outlets was broken so I couldn't charge my phone, and the menu kept flickering. I wouldn't recommend it.

If I eat on-site, I also expect to be able to use the toilet for FREE and not have to pay 50 cents every time; I find that outrageous.

Quick order, no long wait for assembly, but the burgers were cold; two burgers had no lettuce at all, and one of the fries we complained about was even colder than the first... Drinks and fries were great... An experience for us; we'll be going back to the Italian restaurant from now on... 11/2025

I ordered, ate, but I can't use the toilet for free or even wash my hands. This is terrible service. Also, there is no translation into any other language than German, English and French. All this is available at KFC's competitors, as well as at the establishments of this company in Ukraine and other countries. I am shocked.

Our family order totaled over €50. Despite this, using the toilet, even for children, is chargeable. There is a voucher for 50 cents, but it's only valid at this restaurant within one month (practically impossible for a tourist). Never again!

Very disappointing. I ordered plant nuggets and received chicken nuggets, which is unacceptable for a vegetarian. We've completely lost our appetite for McDonald's, especially this particular one. This simply shouldn't happen.

My father and I ordered two Big Macs. Everything was clean and tidy, but it was very crowded. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

I don't recommend this McDonald's. It's completely overcrowded, the tables are dirty, and you have to pay to use the restrooms/washrooms. The staff tries hard, but it's a complete mess.

We were at this restaurant yesterday. I've been to many McDonald's—not just in Germany, but all over the world—but I've never experienced anything like this. The restaurant is loud, with a huge crowd—which is understandable given its central location. But what happened next was simply awful. Before eating, we wanted to wash our hands—as is proper. And then came the shock: there's a charge for using the restroom! I've truly never seen anything like this before. We're a family of five—which means just to wash our hands, we'd have to pay €2.50 (€0.50 per person). If we also wanted to go to the restroom (which, of course, was the case), that would be a total of €5 just for basic hygiene! You can't pay by card, by the way. The staff said you can get the money back on your next purchase. But we were just passing through—and even if we lived here, we don't go to McDonald's often enough to ever "get it back." So we basically gave the money away. That's really annoying. Then the restroom visit itself – a disaster. I've never seen such a dirty restroom area. With that amount of visitors, there were only two stalls available, one of which was broken – so only one remained. The stalls are tiny – I literally had to twist myself to close the door (and I'm by no means overweight). Used toilet paper was everywhere, the floor was dirty, the sink was unhygienic, and there were no soap or paper towels. After this experience, I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant. Basic hygiene standards should be a given in an international company.

The last time we ate here. The kids have to pay €0.50 for the restroom after eating. What kind of service is that? Especially since things are different at this branch, it probably depends on the staff. And then McDonald's is also removing the McPlant from their range. We're going to the "competition," because they manage to provide their customers with a free restroom. Better go to the Burger King at Neustadt train station; they know what service means!

I was here for breakfast. It was very quick, clean, and I enjoyed it. My tea was in a real cup! Lovely! The service was really friendly, even when I couldn't figure out the awkward turnstile to get to the restroom. Small addendum: If the staff ever seem unfriendly or annoyed, try doing the cleaning yourself! As more and more customers come into the store, you eventually can't keep up with the cleaning. That's just how it is when you only have two hands!

Food as usual. However, the restaurant was very dirty, both the floor and the tables. Staff ranged from very nice to extremely rude. It was very loud around the restaurant.

Waited 15 minutes for one burger and two drinks. Restrooms require a fee, or you wait in line for 15 minutes to have it deducted from the purchase price.

As impressive as Dresden's old town is, you feel unwelcome in this branch. The unappetizing tables, which we, as a family of eight, had to clean ourselves, were further lined with unfriendly staff after the arrival of our incomplete meal. As a conclusion to a wonderful day in this city, this was rather sobering. It's a real shame, but there's always hope for improvement.

I order food. I eat, and then I want to go to the bathroom. The bathroom is supposed to cost me 50 cents, and in return I get a voucher worth 50 cents that's valid only at this and one other branch for four weeks. But I've already ordered my food, and I'm not from here. Absolutely outrageous. A QR code on the bill says you can go to the bathroom, and that's it. What's the problem? Food is McDonald's, and it's OK if you like it. But I still have to pee.

The staff is overwhelmed by the technology and then becomes grumpy.

Those were the most disgusting burgers I've ever eaten. 😳 Do the staff at this place prepare the burgers in advance to avoid lines? Thanks for not being cold, but I prefer FRESHLY PREPARED! I won't be going back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

I can't really blame the staff for being unfriendly, given the clientele, but if the staffing structure is so restructured that guests make fun of it, something's wrong. A strawberry shake shouldn't be at room temperature, not a runny, chocolate-flavored soup.

You can't expect a gourmet experience, but it's okay. It's just McDonald's. Toilets in the same condition as in the Czech Republic, you just pay for it.😢

Lots of people, little space to sit

Absolutely not. I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's. Glued up inside, piles of garbage outside. A sad sight. Before that, we were in Kołobrzeg, Poland; the difference was like night and day (and it was really crowded there, too). The food was disgusting. I'm still feeling sick... Toilet costs extra. Never again!

We waited about 20-25 minutes for our order at the fast-food restaurant. It's insane. Half the space is taken up by Liferando employees. They're just doing their job, no question, but in my opinion, they get the orders much more often than other customers. The food was messily prepared, the vegetables in the salad were cut very large, and a milkshake in a coffee cup finally killed me... It's very uncomfortable...

Food is what it is. You either like it or you don't. From the extensive menu, I ordered, among other things, a cheeseburger without cheese (they don't offer hamburgers in that combination!). As with 80% of the other restaurants, it didn't work right away, and there was cheese on our burger, which we ordered without. The staff at the counter were aware of the problem and immediately prepared a new burger for us. I placed my order around 9 p.m. at the self-service terminal.

Absolutely unfriendly for toddlers. Narrow aisles, only one highchair. The entrance is neither stroller-accessible nor wheelchair-accessible. A disgrace.

We ordered a creamy milkshake, but the straw was made of cardboard and immediately buckled. We couldn't drink it and unfortunately didn't get to fully enjoy the taste of the shake. Very impractical, and we were disappointed.

The service is fast and friendly, and the staff speaks English and is attentive. In my case, I ordered some fries, and they tasted awful, old, and lacked salt, but I suppose that's because I ordered around 10 PM and they were about to close.

I ordered food here today, and it was unacceptable. The entire meal was cold, and the Coke was still sparkling. When I complained, they told me they were too busy and didn't have time, and they ignored me. Absolutely outrageous, and my last time here!

It starts with the food. We didn't get our entire order, nor did we get to enjoy the meal. There was a complete lack of adequate service from the staff!

Charging 50 cents to use the restroom at the town festival and then still finding the typically run-down and completely filthy toilet, with a loose seat, wafer-thin toilet paper, and of course, no soap. Honestly, what are you capable of? I don't even need to start on the food, it's been abysmally bad for years and not worth the money... was forced here by friends... another mistake.

Your appetite vanishes after paying €1 to use the restroom. It's such a disgrace, it's so filthy. You wonder how hygiene can be maintained. Otherwise, the food is as you'd expect.

I'm not sure but I ordered a burger and in the Bic Mac carton there were little balls. I was surprised and I rubbed it. It was greasy and brownish and looked like mouse droppings. Very strange.

Clean and good atmosphere. A service employee (clearing away, cleaning tables, etc.) wanted to help at the terminal, but he hung up. Funnily enough, he seemed to be the only one who could speak German fluently. At the checkout, colleagues were rude, speaking in a language other than German. The food was borderline good, similar to the BK at the main station. The meat had only been warmed up; it wasn't freshly cooked but warmed up a bit in the microwave. The salad was OK, but the Big Mac had to be put together correctly; the bun and meat were a bit carelessly slapped on. Chicken nuggets were very dry, probably a second fry. The fries were soggy, and luckily the drinks didn't have too much ice. Changes couldn't be requested. Ordering can only be done at the terminal, not at the checkout. I just want to go back there.

The food is good, hot, and fresh. Nothing going on at 11 p.m. on a Wednesday evening, making it all the more incomprehensible that a €30 order for pickup at the drive-up counter doesn't include a napkin or wet wipe. That's completely unacceptable.

Simply McDonald's. You go there expecting to get the same old thing. What stands out here is the speed with which the food is served, the ambiance, and the friendly staff.

Burger joints abroad are better than those in Turkey in every way. They cook them better. The fries are crispy and hot. The soda varieties are more acidic. Of course, this is the case in some places in Türkiye, but there are a significant number that don't offer this quality. I wanted to take a photo of what was on the burger, but I can't add one. It was good.

To go to the bathroom, you have to pay extra, you need a coin, anyway, it's a bit complicated. There was no soap in the bathroom. That alone deserves a 1. Furthermore, there were no napkins available upstairs. I had to go downstairs to get one. A 1 too.

We placed an order but didn't receive a receipt, even though the money had been debited. We went to the cashier and showed them that the money had been debited, but without a receipt, we couldn't pick up the order. The cashier said there was no order in the system and that was our problem. She suggested we pay again. We had to call the store manager, who thankfully helped us—thank you for that. Be prepared for some cashiers to be rude.

We ate there as a family for over 30 euros and then we all had to use the restroom. The store manager refused to let us use the restroom for free, even though we were guests. That's completely unacceptable. She was also unfriendly.

Incomplete delivery – no responsibility, no availability I ordered from McDonald's in Wilsdruff via Lieferando – total value approximately €50. Only a fraction of the order was delivered: for example, only one order contained 6 nuggets, while several paid items were completely missing. For a global franchise, this is simply embarrassing. Attempts to resolve the incident failed completely: Lieferando was no longer helpful, but fobbed me off by citing an alleged "expired time window" – even though, according to Section 437 of the German Civil Code (BGB), claims for obvious defects remain valid. McDonald's Wilsdruff was completely unavailable by phone. Lieferando itself doesn't answer the phone either. No help. No response. No service. Instead: paid service, no product – and then the customer is left to deal with it alone. I am fully documenting the case and forwarding it to the Consumer Protection Agency and the EU Dispute Resolution Body. It's not just about the money, but about the basic attitude toward customers. Conclusion: Never again McDonald's Wilsdruff. If you take money, you have to deliver – and be available. Anything else is simply unprofessional.

The iced matcha latte is only €4.50 and tastes exactly like Starbucks. I'd rather come here than spend €8 at Starbucks. Nice seating, too.

My friend and I wanted to get some refreshments at McBesatzer before the party. My friend waited 15 minutes for an apple pie and then slammed down his Krawallbrass. The staff were friendly, though.

Typical McDonald's, but almost always warm to hot food. Recently, however, they've added fancy table decorations, which makes the atmosphere a lot more pleasant.
