I had my special requests because I can't tolerate gluten and everyone was super nice and accommodating and totally understanding! Everything came quickly and was great!

When I eat something I have to pay 50 cents for the toilet or spend 50 cents beforehand to get a voucher and then go and get food, what a store, never again

Everyone knows McDonald's one should don't have high expectations.

Although Pokemon cards were available as toys at the Happy Meals terminal, there were only Sonic toys. It's hard for me to put into words how sad and dejected my 21-year-old friends and I were. Our day was ruined

This one in Mühlhausen has nothing to do with a fast food restaurant!! Long wait at the Mc Drive counter, eat lukewarm! Sad and unfortunate

To go to the toilet you have to pay 50 cents, you should be able to redeem the voucher you get when you order and get it refunded...but only if you order from the service staff and not at the terminal...I should Buy an ice cream for 2 euros to get 1.50 euros back. This type of reimbursement could almost come from the state

The burger is dry as a cake after a week and there are no straws and less ice for the drinks because you can't drink it and instead of eating it in 10 minutes I eat it in 25 to make the drink warmer

Review: My family and I visited this McDonald's today and it was the most disgusting experience we have ever had. To begin with, the restaurant was terribly dirty - uncleaned tables, sticky floors and a general feeling of neglect. We placed an order but received stale food. The nuggets and fries were dark in color and had a bitter taste, as if they had been cooked in old oil that had not been changed for a long time. It was absolutely impossible to eat. I immediately contacted the employees through the pick-up window to explain the situation. But instead of apologizing or trying to help, they rudely told me that we had already eaten some of the food for them, and refused to do anything. This staff behavior is simply unacceptable! In addition, other visitors confirmed that on that day an ambulance had already been called to one of the clients, who became ill after visiting this establishment. We are extremely disappointed, outraged and believe this place needs to be inspected for sanitation and quality of service. We will never return here again and would not recommend anyone subject themselves to such a terrible experience.

My husband and I entered the store right after it opened and ordered a burger and coffee. The burger was cold and the coffee was so thin that you could see the walls of the cup. A total of 14 euros is expensive. However, I am grateful that they have been open since the morning of December 26th. At McDonald's, I realized that there are differences in quality between countries and regions.

Employees argue very aggressively in front of a long queue. Never had such a bad meal in a McDonalds. Burgers were just jammed together. Cannot be compared with other branches at all. Cleanliness is also very important here. Tables were very sticky with some mayo residue. Avoid this McDonalds!

Here you should think about how you can get mass processing under control! It is very narrow and confusing as a queue, many people push their way forward because it is not clear where the queue for ordering is due to the crowds. To do this, all branches around it will be closed so that everything will be concentrated on one branch!!!!! The staff is totally overwhelmed. Change is given out incorrectly and when asked, there is a wait of about 5 minutes until this is fixed. Fries were then cold and please get new ones. This was exchanged with a dirty look and grumbling. So never here again. They didn't ask what kind of drink it should be with the menu (just put Cola) and the same thing happened with the fries (ketchup instead of mayo). Also very dirty. Would be something for hygiene.

The worst McDonalds experience. Food so oily I almost threw up, inedible. Waiting time 30mins+ not even at lunch time. Table missing, others are messy. My friend got his order wrong and I got a single napkin with a big menu… Awful☹️☹️☹️

A toilet is a human need, not a service to charge for. At least in every normal country. The only-coin system and the high security door is visibly annoying and makes really bad customer experience frankly.

Despite the long wait, the food was cold and sticky. You can eat better in other McDonalds because it is clean and warm. Toilets are gross. Staff cleans (counting) 9 tables with a cloth.

We ordered at the kiosk and waited. And they waited. And then we waited some more... after 30 minutes, our number disappeared from the board to be sure. I went to ask the staff why our order disappeared and that we were waiting for half an hour. The lady was horrified at that, went through the ordering system and put the already finished items on a tray. All cold of course. Even though the lady apologized, I would have expected more for an order for 35 eč, at least a free sauce. I can't understand how none of them noticed that there were 4 burgers waiting for them to take out for such a long time.... besides, our number was not the only one that disappeared from the board

The food is neither particularly good nor particularly bad. McDonalds standard. Biggest drawback: No barrier-free access! Actually a no-go these days. Unfortunately there is no service for people with limited mobility or parents with strollers. When ordering from the app, the wrong book was in the Happy Meal, instead of plant nuggets there were chicken nuggets and roasted almonds with the coffee instead of the sweetener I ordered. It was the last visit here again...

People look when you take the food to go to see if everything is in there or the right one. I pay €3 for extras and get everything normally and with the fries you pay €1 extra for 100ml dip and that's missing. I could have saved €4 with fast food

I went to McDonald's to take a break from the rain^^ After entering the order name plate number at the kiosk, It will be brought to you when you sit at the table. The 2nd floor is narrow.. There were very few Asians, so it was a bit burdensome to keep looking at them.

Unfortunately everything was dingy. Tables were not wiped down. There was stuff stuck to it that had been there for a while. There was food on the floor. There was a huge puddle under a table. This was not immediately eliminated after being notified. You don't even want to talk about the toilets.

Probably the best service I've ever had in a restaurant in Germany so far, including gourmet restaurant: John & Barbara, when we asked them for a "white chicken" toy as part of the happy meal, gave their best to satisfy us, amd even if that was not possible, the smiles they had and the joy they carried the whole time made my day in a way I have rarely experienced before, and actually close to never at a restaurant; let alone a McDonald's! So grateful for their service + the service of the other colleagues we haven't been able to meet! Best McDonald's staff in Europe!

Nice location, average McDonald's food, service terrible, our 2nd order took 45 minutes, after this time we went to the checkout because the food didn't come, they said they would do it again, then had to cancel this order because otherwise we would were late for the bus. Avoid on days with more than 5 guests. Employees can handle pressure worse than the Oceangate crew.

We ordered at the kiosk, we caught a small rush of people. Unfortunately, I didn't check the order right away when it was taken out, and later we found out that they probably forgot to give us one burger, and we wouldn't have agreed anyway. The question is whether it was a mistake or an intention.

Overall a good impression. It's nice that the place is open until late. The food was good for an MC. The ability to order at kiosks made purchasing easier. It could be a little cleaner, but there was no drama. It's the same in toilets. Coupons work well and help you save.

This McDonald's “restaurant” is not recommended. I find it very unclean there. However, it gets even worse if you have something delivered to you. A branch in a prime location that was pleasant a few years ago, but has now suffered greatly from the enormous demand. Terrible! Loud, dirty (dining room AND toilet!) and the tray is snatched out of your hand even though you still want to eat. Even if the prices are consistent, you should check the portions and the pictures. But the worst are the dirt and noise

It's a good branch because it's easy to reach. However, not recommended for wheelchair users and people with strollers, as there is no longer a ramp since the renovation.
