Absolutely unfriendly for toddlers. Narrow aisles, only one highchair. The entrance is neither stroller-accessible nor wheelchair-accessible. A disgrace.

We ordered a creamy milkshake, but the straw was made of cardboard and immediately buckled. We couldn't drink it and unfortunately didn't get to fully enjoy the taste of the shake. Very impractical, and we were disappointed.

The service is fast and friendly, and the staff speaks English and is attentive. In my case, I ordered some fries, and they tasted awful, old, and lacked salt, but I suppose that's because I ordered around 10 PM and they were about to close.

I ordered food here today, and it was unacceptable. The entire meal was cold, and the Coke was still sparkling. When I complained, they told me they were too busy and didn't have time, and they ignored me. Absolutely outrageous, and my last time here!

It starts with the food. We didn't get our entire order, nor did we get to enjoy the meal. There was a complete lack of adequate service from the staff!

Charging 50 cents to use the restroom at the town festival and then still finding the typically run-down and completely filthy toilet, with a loose seat, wafer-thin toilet paper, and of course, no soap. Honestly, what are you capable of? I don't even need to start on the food, it's been abysmally bad for years and not worth the money... was forced here by friends... another mistake.

Yes, when you order you will be asked whether you want to take the food away or eat in.

Your appetite vanishes after paying €1 to use the restroom. It's such a disgrace, it's so filthy. You wonder how hygiene can be maintained. Otherwise, the food is as you'd expect.

I'm not sure but I ordered a burger and in the Bic Mac carton there were little balls. I was surprised and I rubbed it. It was greasy and brownish and looked like mouse droppings. Very strange.

Clean and good atmosphere. A service employee (clearing away, cleaning tables, etc.) wanted to help at the terminal, but he hung up. Funnily enough, he seemed to be the only one who could speak German fluently. At the checkout, colleagues were rude, speaking in a language other than German. The food was borderline good, similar to the BK at the main station. The meat had only been warmed up; it wasn't freshly cooked but warmed up a bit in the microwave. The salad was OK, but the Big Mac had to be put together correctly; the bun and meat were a bit carelessly slapped on. Chicken nuggets were very dry, probably a second fry. The fries were soggy, and luckily the drinks didn't have too much ice. Changes couldn't be requested. Ordering can only be done at the terminal, not at the checkout. I just want to go back there.

Simply McDonald's. You go there expecting to get the same old thing. What stands out here is the speed with which the food is served, the ambiance, and the friendly staff.

The food is good, hot, and fresh. Nothing going on at 11 p.m. on a Wednesday evening, making it all the more incomprehensible that a €30 order for pickup at the drive-up counter doesn't include a napkin or wet wipe. That's completely unacceptable.

Burger joints abroad are better than those in Turkey in every way. They cook them better. The fries are crispy and hot. The soda varieties are more acidic. Of course, this is the case in some places in Türkiye, but there are a significant number that don't offer this quality. I wanted to take a photo of what was on the burger, but I can't add one. It was good.

To go to the bathroom, you have to pay extra, you need a coin, anyway, it's a bit complicated. There was no soap in the bathroom. That alone deserves a 1. Furthermore, there were no napkins available upstairs. I had to go downstairs to get one. A 1 too.

We placed an order but didn't receive a receipt, even though the money had been debited. We went to the cashier and showed them that the money had been debited, but without a receipt, we couldn't pick up the order. The cashier said there was no order in the system and that was our problem. She suggested we pay again. We had to call the store manager, who thankfully helped us—thank you for that. Be prepared for some cashiers to be rude.

We ate there as a family for over 30 euros and then we all had to use the restroom. The store manager refused to let us use the restroom for free, even though we were guests. That's completely unacceptable. She was also unfriendly.

Incomplete delivery – no responsibility, no availability I ordered from McDonald's in Wilsdruff via Lieferando – total value approximately €50. Only a fraction of the order was delivered: for example, only one order contained 6 nuggets, while several paid items were completely missing. For a global franchise, this is simply embarrassing. Attempts to resolve the incident failed completely: Lieferando was no longer helpful, but fobbed me off by citing an alleged "expired time window" – even though, according to Section 437 of the German Civil Code (BGB), claims for obvious defects remain valid. McDonald's Wilsdruff was completely unavailable by phone. Lieferando itself doesn't answer the phone either. No help. No response. No service. Instead: paid service, no product – and then the customer is left to deal with it alone. I am fully documenting the case and forwarding it to the Consumer Protection Agency and the EU Dispute Resolution Body. It's not just about the money, but about the basic attitude toward customers. Conclusion: Never again McDonald's Wilsdruff. If you take money, you have to deliver – and be available. Anything else is simply unprofessional.

The iced matcha latte is only €4.50 and tastes exactly like Starbucks. I'd rather come here than spend €8 at Starbucks. Nice seating, too.

We waited 30 minutes for our food, and half of it wasn't served. The staff are terrible, can't help, and don't speak German.

Be careful which milk they put in your drink if you are allergic to it. We ordered a latte with oat drink and got it with cow's milk. The servis claimed it was oat, but we watched the whole time it was being prepared. After tasting it, it was cow's milk. In the end we got it with oat drink but the atmosphere was veru weird and the worker was very defensive. We get that you can make a mistake, it’s okay, but at least don’t lie.

Typical McDonald's food, nothing special. The place gets extremely crowded on weekends, though. I wouldn't necessarily recommend eating inside, as the atmosphere isn't very pleasant. Service (especially table service) is sometimes nonexistent, but the kiosks still advertise table service. You can sometimes wait a while if you think your food is being brought out, even though you end up having to go and get it yourself.

Placed an order. Received the wrong drink and burger, along with fries that weren't ordered. This shouldn't happen with an order of two burgers and a drink.

I visited in the morning, shorty after opening. The place was almost empty and the food was prepared fairly quickly. Coffee was great. I haven't visited the washroom, but I believe it's paid washroom, as it is the case with all public washrooms in Germany.

Way too full then you order and only get half

I don't actually buy from McDonald's but as a vegan I tried it once. First of all, the branch is not really clean, there is still rubbish or even leftover food on the tables everywhere, so that as a customer you are forced not to put the tray there for hygiene reasons and, if necessary, to hold it or put it on your legs while sitting. Due to a technical problem, one too many products were ordered, which unfortunately could not be canceled at short notice and had to be paid accordingly. The salad itself is okay, but I find it unacceptable that a branch like this doesn't have balsamic dressing in stock, which is the only option for vegans, and the salad doesn't taste dry. But nuggets and fries were okay. However, it is questionable whether these beyond meat nuggets are really as much meat as is claimed, as it is unclear in which fat they are fried. This has been a reason for discussion about plant products at Mc Donalds since the beginning and one should actually expect a clarification by now... Otherwise, as is often the case at McDonald's, it's pretty crowded but that's just how it is

Typical McDonald's - you get what you expect. The food is OK, the staff was friendly and the store is clean, including the toilets. Everything went quickly. However, what often doesn't work is pre-ordering via the app - either there are technical problems or the order is not recognized correctly on site. This is the very last shed!!! I would say, close the shop, or start to modernize it a bit, organize it and clean it! That doesn't work at all! We had just finished our lovely city tour on Easter Saturday and wanted to quickly get off the bus and into this shop to grab a bite to eat and drink. First of all, the store is far too small for so much traffic in the city center. As a result, only two toilets are not enough, and there is a queue. And then they are so rude there and demand money to use the toilet, even though we had eaten and drank there. You can hardly step or turn in the toilet, and I'm very slim! In addition, the sensor on the faucet doesn't work and the hand dryer doesn't really work either! Impudence! The tables in the dining room also look dirty! The table should be wiped every now and then!

We were in this McDonald's yesterday on April 12th, 2025 and were happy that the Minecraft Kids menu was offered there. We were disappointed for the first time because you could only order the menu once via the app, great if you're there for a children's birthday party with four children... Well then just ordinary Happy Meals, where things were missing. The shop is simply too small for this huge rush and is also very dirty. The tables are also in a mess, no employee goes over them with a rag. It's also cheeky that they charge money to use the toilet even though you eat there. Ordered our food with table service. After waiting over 15 minutes, the food came. Everything was cold, the fries were soggy, the wrap was so stuck to the paper that it was impossible to eat it in one piece. Very disappointing

I ordered a McSmart meal with an apple turnover, but someone else took it. When I asked for my order anyway, I was falsely accused of double-checking. I finally got it, but without a drink. When I got home, I realized it only included the fries.

I have rarely experienced such a mediocre, bad McDonald's. I actually have a high tolerance range, but I was there three times in a row and not once was I served anything useful. Double cheeseburgers, for example, are rock hard. Also strange audience.

McDonald's has convinced again! The food was fresh and served quickly. The employees were friendly and the branch was clean. A small negative point was that it was a little busier than expected, but that probably speaks to the popularity of the place. Overall a solid 4/5 stars!

The quality of the food is nothing special, what surprised and annoyed me the most was the rude way in which I was treated. The waiter made it clear to me in every way how unwelcome I was, even though I had done nothing wrong.

Here you have to pay €0.5 as a guest after having already paid €12 for an overpriced menu that (as we know) won't even fill you up. The toilets stink and are so dirty and disgusting. The tables are also completely dirty and not wiped. We were just disgusted.
