McDonald's in Dresden

Es ist etwas schmuddelig, wie alle McDonald's-Filialen, aber es reicht.

Leider war ich von diesem McDonalds enttäuscht. Ich hatte über Terminal ein Happy Meal Pommes und Nuggets und einmal eine 6'er Nuggets extra bestellt. Zu jeder Speise hatte ich Ketchup angegeben...Es hätten also 3 Tütchen Ketchup in der Tüte sein müssen. Leider war nicht eine drin. Dafür aber ganze 12 Servierten... Somit musste mein Sohn alles sehr trocken genießen. Klar, es war sehr viel Betrieb und alles auch ganz schön wuselig, aber es war auch reichlich Personal anwesend. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich beim "Essen zum mitnehmen" lieber kontrollieren, ob auch alles drin ist. Wir konnten während unserer Wartezeit aber schon beobachten, dass wir an diesem Tag nicht die einzigen waren, wo was schief lief.

Es gab keinen einzigen Fifa Cup während der Aktion. Das ist einfach enttäuschend🫩

Als ich fast verdurstete, kostete ein Glas Zero Coke 7.500 Won 😎😎😎

Ich kann dieses McDonald's definitiv nicht empfehlen. Wir bestellten einen vegetarischen Wrap und bekamen einen mit Fleisch. Nachdem wir den Fehler gemeldet hatten, wurde er zwar ersetzt, aber auch der zweite enthielt Fleisch. Das Essen war außerdem von schlechter Qualität.

Nur so finde gompitzer Höhe besser. Essen schmeckt echt lecker da gibt’s Nix zu meckern, aber die angestellten richtig Respektlos vielleicht nicht jeder aber den den wir hatten war so respektlos, wollten was bestellen und die Karte ging nicht und aufeinmal waren meine Punkte bei der App weg, sie meinten wir sollen in 15 min wieder kommen wenn die bis da hin ned wieder da sind, dann bekomm wir endweder das Essen oder die Punkte zurück sind dann hingegangen weil die Punkte nicht wieder kamen und dann wurde gesagt nein könn Nix dagegen machen und das wir pech hätten, tut mir leid aber erst das und dann was anderes sagen einfach nur respektlos würde lieber Gompitzer Höhe gehen die haben Verständnis und sind netter.

Ich habe zusätzlich 2 Euro bezahlt, um mein Glas nachfüllen zu lassen, aber als ich es nachfüllen wollte, wurde mir dies einfach verweigert. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Service.

Ich habe dort bestellt um 21 Uhr an einem Mittwoch Abend. Mein Essen. kam um 23:47 an und war kalt. Des Weiteren habe ich ein Menü bestellt wo man zwangsläufig ein Getränk bestellen muss. Leider hat Mc Donalds beim liefern von wie früher einfach praktische Flaschen auf Pappbecher mit Pappdeckel in einer Pappverpackung umgestellt. Dies läuft JEDES mal beim Lieferanten im Rucksack aus. Dies ist keineswegs die Schuld des Lieferanten sondern die unfassbar dumme Verpackung. Ich haben für ein ganzes Getränk gezahlt also möchte ich auch ein ganzes.

Essen schmeckt nicht weder knusprig noch gut gewürzt. Die Toilette eckelhaft und auch draußen und drinnen im Service Bereich einfach nur räudig. Da ist selbst der im hbf besser.🤢🤮 @gesundheitsamt

Guten Tag. Ich war vor etwa zwei Stunden bei Ihnen und habe ein McSmart-Menü zum Mitnehmen zusammen mit einem Big Tasty bestellt. Leider hat der Big Tasty in der Tüte gefehlt. Deshalb war ich zu Hause noch hungrig. Schade, denn ich habe 15 Euro bezahlt und nur das McSmart-Menü erhalten.

ich bin gekommen es war brechend voll als ich mein essen bestellen wollte gab es vieles nicht und der service hat mich auch verarscht da meine nummer bestimmt schon 10min. da stand und ich mein essen trotzdem nicht bekommen habe außerdem habe ich bei meinem happy meal das falsche spielzeug bekommen und es war auch nicht richtig gefaltet die pommes waren auch pappig und haben ebenfalls kein salz zu gesicht bekommen empfehle den laden unter keinen umständen weiter

Auch als Kunde müssen Sie für die Toilettenbenutzung bezahlen.

Ich würde diesem Laden null Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte… Dieser Laden ist einfach nur grauenhaft! Warum räumt der Service mein Essen einfach weg, während ich noch esse? Sie haben mir mein Tablett einfach weggenommen, ohne zu fragen, obwohl ich noch Pommes und Soße hatte. Dann bin ich mit meinem Getränk auf dem Tisch auf die Toilette gegangen, und dieselbe Person hat es einfach auch weggeräumt…

Trotz frischer Zubereitung war der Burger kalt, was mir persönlich ein Rätsel ist. Leider zu wenig Bereich zum Warten und bestellen, und dann noch leider mit sehr unangenehmem Publikum. Toll ist der Außenbereich auf dem Altmarkt

Ein Witz, dass sich sowas Schnellrestaurant nennt. Personal total überfordert und es dauert über 35 Minuten und erst nach nachfragen wird die Bestellung bearbeitet. Kann man nicht empfehlen, wenn man schnell was essen möchte.

Also die Pommes waren ungenießbar, die Cola hatte überhaupt keinen Sprudel und das Fleisch von meinem chickenburger war halb ROH (hat man gesehen und geschmeckt). Hab alles wegschmeißen müssen. Ich kann nur abwarten!!!!

Kleineres Sandwich als üblich und Toilettenbesuch gegen Gebühr.

Mitarbeiter haben keinen Bock. Erst fehlt der WM Cup und ich muss deswegen 30 Minuten extra fahren deswegen und dann fällt mir zu Hause auf, dass die Soße ebenso fehlt. Wie kann man 2 Belegpositionen übersehen? An anderen Tagen wartet man 15 Minuten auf eine einfaches Eis. Wir kommen hier definitiv nie wieder hin.

Ganz ordentliches Lokal. Lange geöffnet und das Essen ist gut.

Eigentlich ganz nett, aber bis jetzt hatte ich jedes Mal, dass ich da war und eine größere Bestellung aufgegeben habe (5+ Produkte), ausnahmslos immer etwas gefehlt oder war falsch z.B. einmal Nuggets, einmal ein Chickenburger, einmal waren 2 Chickenburger dann 2 McRib. Also wenn es einem nicht so wichtig ist, was genau man bekommt, ist's ganz ok. Die Filiale ist zu Stoßzeiten auch maßlos unterbesetzt, woher vermutlich die Probleme stammen.

Unfreundliches Personal. Man ist noch am Essen und es werden die Tabletts abgeräumt.

Ich finde es für eine bodenlose Frechheit das man für die Toilettenbenutzung extra 0,50€ bezahlen muß, welche sich in einem derartig dreckigen Zustand befand. Würde es einsehen wenn man sich nichts zu Essen bestellt und mal schnell auf Örtchen muss. Wäre vielleicht ratsam Chips oder extra Bons für Gäste einzuführen welche sich etwas zu Essen bestellen, denn wenn man sich woanders etwas zu Essen oder Trinken bestellt habe ich es noch nie erlebt das man extra für die Benutzung der Toilette bezahlt. Es gibt wesentlich bessere McDonalds als am Altmarkt

50ct für die Toilette, kein Problem, es gibt ein Wertbon, Toilette schmutzig, Toilettensitz locker. Unfreundliches Personal! Es wurde vor der Nase das Zeug abgeräumt ohne zu Fragen! Die Kinder neben an wurden sehr unfreundlich ermahnt. Tische fast alle schmutzig. Es wurde in der verbleibenden Zeit kein einziger Tisch gesäubert. MC Flurry wurde nicht umgerührt. Lokal war am Samstag Nachmittag wenig besucht. Außenbereich ist ca 50m weg, einmal an der Hauptstraße lang und dann um die Ecke.

Wir haben diesmal nur McSunday Eis bestellt. Was sollte das????!!!! Die Portion nur die Hälfte und ganz wässrig. Eine Zumutung!

2:30 Uhr morgens... Laut, voll, überfüllt... Kalte Pommes, warmer Burger und relativ kurze Wartezeit...

In meinem Sandwich war ein grünes Insekt. Ich zeigte es einer sehr netten Kassiererin, die mir ein neues Sandwich anbot. Ich bat stattdessen um eine Rückerstattung, aber der Manager lehnte ab, nachdem er sich vergewissert hatte, dass wir Englisch sprachen. Außerdem gab es keine Seife im Badezimmer, was darauf hindeutet, dass sich die Angestellten nicht die Hände waschen.

Wir haben gerade über Lieferando bestellt. Das Essen war Kalt und die Nuggets waren total voll Fett und waren so widerlich das wir sie wegschmeißen mussten. NIE WIEDER ICH KANN JEDEN NUR EMPFEHLEN DORT NICHT ZU ESSEN ODER ZU BESTELLEN.

Unglaublich! Hier bekommt man immer das richtige Wechselgeld, anders als in anderen McDonald's-Filialen. Ein Tipp: Toasten Sie das Cheeseburgerbrötchen etwas länger als üblich. So schmeckt es besser.

Wir bestellten bei einem Mann, der ein verbranntes Brötchen bekam. Wir wollten es umtauschen und wandten uns an den Mitarbeiter, der uns ignorierte. Wir gingen zur Kasse und bekamen dort einen neuen Burger. Das Essen war nicht schlecht, aber die Stimmung war verdorben.

Wenn man keine Lieferungen annimmt, sollte man sie bei Lieferando deaktivieren! Wir haben über eine Stunde gewartet und sie wurde storniert, danke für nichts!

Nuggets für 9 Euro fehlen und statt drei Apfeltaschen waren dunkle Taschen drin .. und das am Kindertag.. wie komme ich jetzt an mein Geld? Natürlich geht keiner an Telefon bei McDonald's Online über woldt bestellt.. nie wieder

Wir lieben McDonald's und besuchen die Filialen regelmäßig in verschiedenen Städten und Ländern. Wir nutzen oft die App, die tolle Angebote bietet und es uns ermöglicht, bequem direkt an den Tisch zu bestellen. Dieses Café liegt mitten in der Stadt und ist daher oft gut besucht, besonders von jungen Leuten. Die Toilettenbenutzung ist kostenpflichtig, aber Sie können Ihre Bestellung mit dem Kassenbon bezahlen. Im Sommer stehen Tische draußen in der Nähe der Springbrunnen.

Eines Abends trank ich mit meinen Kommilitonen ordentlich. Das war in Breslau, Polen. Am nächsten Morgen wachte ich in Dresden auf. Es war ungewöhnlich. Wir frühstückten in einem McDonald's. Das war meine erste Begegnung mit dieser wundervollen Stadt.

Meine Freundin und ich können nicht laufen und sind auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen. Die Angestellten behandeln uns deswegen respektlos und haben uns unser Essen verweigert, mit der Begründung, sie würden es jemand anderem geben.

Sie haben mir und einem Freund 12 € gestohlen und behauptet, uns unser Essen gegeben zu haben, obwohl sie es nicht getan haben. Sie sind allesamt widerliche Typen und sagen, dass ihnen unser Wohlergehen egal sei.

Schlechtes personal, sehr unhöflich wir haben essen bestellt und schon bezahlt aber sie haben uns das essen nicht gegeben auch nach nachfrage und die arbeiter haben es es verleugnet

Ich habe wohl die kleinste Portion Pommes abbekommen. Der Kellner wollte meinen Teller abräumen, bevor ich fertig gegessen hatte. Dasselbe galt für die Damen am Nebentisch. Ansonsten war das Essen gut, wie man es von Mekáč kennt. Ich war nicht auf der Toilette. Die Feuchttücher fand ich praktisch, die vermisse ich in Tschechien.

They mixed up the orders. I ordered a Big Testi to take home and opened it, but it was a completely different burger.

On our special pre-Christmas day, we wanted to treat ourselves to a meal from your brand. Unfortunately, none of your employees seemed motivated to take our order. What a shame... That would have been a loss of €40 for your company. You incompetent people!

The food was ok, except for the fries. Toilets were a mess, and the gate to access the toilet strictly required 50cents or less, otherwise it just gave back the coin.

The food was prepared sloppily, with all the ingredients thrown into a box in disarray, and everything was cold. The coffee, which was supposed to be sugar-free, was disgustingly sweet. I definitely don't recommend eating here.

I found long hairs in my burger!! All my colleagues work with their hair down.

It's pathetic when you go to a restaurant to eat and then still have to pay for the toilet, which looks like shit.

The facility is small compared to the needs and number of people using it. This makes it impossible to maintain cleanliness and find a place to sit comfortably. Toilets are available at an additional cost.

The food is tasty but relatively expensive. My fries were very undersalted and soggy, so I would recommend ordering a Hamburger Royal TS meal with curly fries and a chocolate milkshake.

The food was okay, but the service was extremely unfriendly.

Average Mekáč. Quite crowded around lunchtime, but it went quickly. I was annoyed by the size of the bun, shrinkflation has also hit Germany. This just seems like a rip-off. But they are definitely doing it for our good. They don't have straws for drinking. The seating outside is slightly disgusting and untidy, but at least it's there.

The toilets are really poorly designed; the corridor is quite narrow, you have to wait in line forever and pay money. I've never experienced having to pay to use the toilet in a restaurant before. Sometimes you even pay twice because others come out at the same time you've paid.

The wrap was very poorly prepared. It fell apart. What a shame.

Another dirty McDonald's. Even the restroom costs money for customers. I was there once with my young child: I paid the entrance fee for the restroom, but at that exact moment, the machine broke down. We couldn't go in, and my son couldn't hold it any longer and peed right in front of the revolving door. It was an extremely unpleasant and embarrassing situation.

Noisy, not very clean, and the service was quite unpleasant. The man who cleaned the tables at night was very rude to the customers and created a tense atmosphere for everyone.

A typical McDonald's; the staff is very friendly and I like the layout. However, items are sometimes missing from orders, and the cleanliness of the tables isn't always great during busy times.

The food itself is very tasty, but I got a headache because the guests talk very, very loudly and act as if they all need hearing aids. The staff take too long to prepare the food because they talk for too long, one of the power outlets was broken so I couldn't charge my phone, and the menu kept flickering. I wouldn't recommend it.

If I eat on-site, I also expect to be able to use the toilet for FREE and not have to pay 50 cents every time; I find that outrageous.

Quick order, no long wait for assembly, but the burgers were cold; two burgers had no lettuce at all, and one of the fries we complained about was even colder than the first... Drinks and fries were great... An experience for us; we'll be going back to the Italian restaurant from now on... 11/2025

I ordered, ate, but I can't use the toilet for free or even wash my hands. This is terrible service. Also, there is no translation into any other language than German, English and French. All this is available at KFC's competitors, as well as at the establishments of this company in Ukraine and other countries. I am shocked.

Our family order totaled over €50. Despite this, using the toilet, even for children, is chargeable. There is a voucher for 50 cents, but it's only valid at this restaurant within one month (practically impossible for a tourist). Never again!

Very disappointing. I ordered plant nuggets and received chicken nuggets, which is unacceptable for a vegetarian. We've completely lost our appetite for McDonald's, especially this particular one. This simply shouldn't happen.

Having to pay 50 cents to use the restroom is absolutely outrageous. The McPlant Burger isn't even available. The wrap was tiny and the sauce was stuck to the bottom of the dough. Dear McDonald's team, you haven't won us over as future customers!

My father and I ordered two Big Macs. Everything was clean and tidy, but it was very crowded. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

I don't recommend this McDonald's. It's completely overcrowded, the tables are dirty, and you have to pay to use the restrooms/washrooms. The staff tries hard, but it's a complete mess.

We were only here briefly to get some ice cream. The portion was generous, unlike other McDonald's where they only served half-full cups. Very clean and modern store. Special praise for the friendly service!

We were at this restaurant yesterday. I've been to many McDonald's—not just in Germany, but all over the world—but I've never experienced anything like this. The restaurant is loud, with a huge crowd—which is understandable given its central location. But what happened next was simply awful. Before eating, we wanted to wash our hands—as is proper. And then came the shock: there's a charge for using the restroom! I've truly never seen anything like this before. We're a family of five—which means just to wash our hands, we'd have to pay €2.50 (€0.50 per person). If we also wanted to go to the restroom (which, of course, was the case), that would be a total of €5 just for basic hygiene! You can't pay by card, by the way. The staff said you can get the money back on your next purchase. But we were just passing through—and even if we lived here, we don't go to McDonald's often enough to ever "get it back." So we basically gave the money away. That's really annoying. Then the restroom visit itself – a disaster. I've never seen such a dirty restroom area. With that amount of visitors, there were only two stalls available, one of which was broken – so only one remained. The stalls are tiny – I literally had to twist myself to close the door (and I'm by no means overweight). Used toilet paper was everywhere, the floor was dirty, the sink was unhygienic, and there were no soap or paper towels. After this experience, I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant. Basic hygiene standards should be a given in an international company.

The last time we ate here. The kids have to pay €0.50 for the restroom after eating. What kind of service is that? Especially since things are different at this branch, it probably depends on the staff. And then McDonald's is also removing the McPlant from their range. We're going to the "competition," because they manage to provide their customers with a free restroom. Better go to the Burger King at Neustadt train station; they know what service means!

I was here for breakfast. It was very quick, clean, and I enjoyed it. My tea was in a real cup! Lovely! The service was really friendly, even when I couldn't figure out the awkward turnstile to get to the restroom. Small addendum: If the staff ever seem unfriendly or annoyed, try doing the cleaning yourself! As more and more customers come into the store, you eventually can't keep up with the cleaning. That's just how it is when you only have two hands!

Waited 15 minutes for one burger and two drinks. Restrooms require a fee, or you wait in line for 15 minutes to have it deducted from the purchase price.

As impressive as Dresden's old town is, you feel unwelcome in this branch. The unappetizing tables, which we, as a family of eight, had to clean ourselves, were further lined with unfriendly staff after the arrival of our incomplete meal. As a conclusion to a wonderful day in this city, this was rather sobering. It's a real shame, but there's always hope for improvement.

I order food. I eat, and then I want to go to the bathroom. The bathroom is supposed to cost me 50 cents, and in return I get a voucher worth 50 cents that's valid only at this and one other branch for four weeks. But I've already ordered my food, and I'm not from here. Absolutely outrageous. A QR code on the bill says you can go to the bathroom, and that's it. What's the problem? Food is McDonald's, and it's OK if you like it. But I still have to pee.

The staff is overwhelmed by the technology and then becomes grumpy.

Those were the most disgusting burgers I've ever eaten. 😳 Do the staff at this place prepare the burgers in advance to avoid lines? Thanks for not being cold, but I prefer FRESHLY PREPARED! I won't be going back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

A quite crowded branch because it is centrally located, unfortunately no longer open at night like it used to be. Quality like any other branch but more of a flair like in the Bahngofshalle
