Delicious, tasty, always filling

Floor is sticky and ordering takes a very long time.

Sorry not sorry but the hot wings were a little bit Moldy and the french fries were different than they r usually, they were thicker than usually and tasted different.

Except for the tables that were already packed at 12... we ate outside & well, that was okay... otherwise good ordering system & delicious food ☺️

The food is just awful, I ordered a box, I asked for it to be minted, the employee threw it off the table

It was busy in the evening, but it moved pretty quickly. The space is just too small for several people. There's hardly any room to move around when picking up or ordering. It was very dirty; the counters hadn't been wiped down, the floor was sticky, and the restrooms were absolutely filthy. Looking into the kitchen, hygiene isn't a top priority. This place should be a matter for the health department... simply disgusting. I would never go there again.

The place is small and unfortunately not very clean. The drinks machine was jammed. The staff partially changed the menu without even informing us at check-in that this was necessary.

Kfc chicken were okaish! The food arrived hot but french fries were without salt ‚ when we requested for salt, we did get a look but indeed received the salt Also the spicy chicken wings weren’t spicy but had mild flavour of pepper. The bathroom were free so there was a huge line! And it did took good 10min for turns to arrive

It's just fast food, so I don't have particularly high expectations. Still, the food was just okay, not good. There are several places to sit, but almost all of them were dirty.

After half an hour we received the second order before the first one.

It was quite busy. It still went quickly. Unfortunately, everything was sticky. It seemed unclean. The clearing cart was full. The Coke was just sugar water, no fizz. The burgers and chicken box weren't particularly good. Lots of batter with no flavor.

It's a total robbery, €23 for this. The food is very poor quality. Not recommended.

There was no pepsi, instead there was some weird machine water. And the ice tea was very murky.

The staff is great, super friendly. The food is just fast food, but it tasted pretty good.

I can't rate the service and ambiance because I ordered from Wolt. The price/performance ratio is outrageous. Stay away. The food is cold, unappetizing, soggy, and mushy... not worth it.

The people who work in this KFC have no interest in their job. They just want to chill out in that place. I ordered take out from the store. The packaging was worst. Everything was just left open in one small bag. They were very busy in their own leisure time .

This place is not ready to serve people there. Tables and floor dirty and so sticky. What even worse food without salt or any other seasoning, just boiled chicken with chilli. God forbid what I will back in this gross place

Very bad kfc. I ordered a new burger, the meat is very salty, the bun is cold and not tasty. The burger doesn't look appetizing and it's not worth the money at all Chicken wings are terrible, just fried in oil and without spices. The restaurant is dirty and not pleasant.

We ordered food for five people at our hostel, paid €100 for it, and things like three dips, a full meal, and a drink were forgotten. It's outrageous!

A huge line and then only one cash register open. That's a disgrace. Edit: A lot has changed, the terminals work, and the food comes quickly. Unfortunately, cleanliness is lacking, especially when it's busy.

Very long waiting times, unfriendly staff!!!

1. Employees only speak broken German and couldn't change my order. 2. The price/performance ratio is completely shit. You pay €15 for soggy fries and cold wings. 3. The wait is way too long. Not recommended!!!!!!

The food is okay, but what's really unacceptable is that they swap hot wings for crispies. I ordered 11 hot wings and got 9 crispies for a different price... well, I think that's really lame of the team!

Fine KFC, great pommes frites. But it is a bit chaotic regarding toilets. It would be better to have the code on the receipt and perhaps change it daily.

Door open, staff there, were no longer served 2 minutes after closing time despite requests. Seemed like a quick end of work to us. Very disappointing🤔

The management team does not have an iron reserve and calculation. Unfortunately, it often happens that ordered products such as Mountain Dew are not available. PS: Yes, I did it, hopefully the Mountain Dew thing will be sorted out, otherwise was it for KFC? Addendum: 2025 and the only KFC in Dresden decides not to include Mountain Dew in its range of orders instead of making customers happy :P Hey, you can go bankrupt again for all I care, who wants KFC without MD?

Yesterday I was positively surprised twice at KFC &. How good the citizens taste. Before that with the competitor. Unfortunately, a customer will not receive any support at the pointless terminals without asking. If he doesn't cope. And no attention is paid to it either. Instead, they wait until the guest comes to the checkout to order. Which will definitely remain my favorite in the future. Because this dehumanization has fatal consequences for all areas.

I paid like 4€ for this. One sad chicken strip slapped between a bun with some sauce. 👀 McDonald’s is too close to spend 4€ on a single chicken strip when I can get two hamburgers for that price. Twice as filling. KFC better count your days!

Complicated expensive not tasty

Half of my order wasn't put in the bag and what was in the bag was wrong. How incompetent can you be?! The entire interior also makes an unclean impression. Tables not wiped down and there are french fry residues on the floor. Who is responsible here?!

The last two takeaways in a row were not zinger burgers at all, and I know exactly what a zinger tastes like. Really bad. By the way, not only these two times, but also every time before when I received takeout, napkins were not provided. I understand that kfc may be very popular in Dresden, but I think you should improve your service quality and performance appraisal standards. Or please at least give me the correct burger from the order….

The food and service is excellent, the space is small but the tables fill up quickly.

Just one word. Eat. 60 percent fatty breading. Location totally dirty. Staff completely without motivation.

Every third time I get severe diarrhea from the food, every tenth time the ordering robot doesn't work and refuses to issue the payment receipt. But I've gotten my food every time so far. For the same money you won't get full at McDonalds - the waiting time is never longer than 10 minutes - you often get what you ordered. Mix-ups or missing products happen...sometimes. 5/5 - Great.

The tables and stools were completely dirty and there was sticking everywhere. The burger was cold and after the complaint was carried through the kitchen once and delivered exactly the same!!! We are healed. Thanks !!!

The branch is small, tables are in short supply - that would be bearable, but the furnishings are really spartan and completely careless, unfriendly, cold light as if you were eating in a storage room. It was also relatively cold and, above all, dirty, with puddles and crumbs on all the tables, including some on the benches in the back. The fact that our three burgers all came in the wrong paper or with the wrong label and had to be exchanged after the first bite (Why don't I have BBQ sauce? Where's my bacon? Oh wait, that should be mine there, etc.) was not a highlight for the employees. But at least the meat was very juicy and tasty; the other burger chains can't even begin to keep up with their chicken products.

I ordered takeout online today... and it's just outrageous that SO MUCH is missing! Since there were three of us eating, the missing items affected exactly one person whose items were ALL missing: - 6 hot wings (extra) - Mashed potatoes with sauce -Cole Slaw -BBQ dip It's so disappointing for the price! If it's one thing, I won't open the barrel... but we're over 12 euros missing in food. This is simply outrageous!

I love KFC it is the best chicken fast food meal out of all the fast food stores. Unfortunately, the shop and the atmosphere are very small and usually overcrowded. Still, great food and always a pleasure.

Small selection. Nothing special. For example, in the Czech Republic there is a much larger range (various wraps, bowels, rice dishes, churos,...) Why not in DD?

I ordered there and when I opened my food at home I realized that there were black hairs on some of the chicken pieces! 🤢 Something like that makes you instantly hungry. I can therefore no longer recommend this branch. 👎

After I felt very poorly in 2021 after the reopening. (nausea, vomiting) Unfortunately, I've been avoiding this store ever since... Nothing against KFC itself, I've always had a good experience in Chemnitz. But let's see, I'll give the new branches that are coming to Dresden a chance. :) just this branch on the Altmarkt no longer...

All tables and toilets were in a poor state of cleaning (to put it kindly). The food was disappointing. -Burger poorly topped -Chicken pieces cold - Fries cold and soft Visiting time was around 3 p.m. and there wasn't much going on in the "restaurant".

Small KFC restaurant. A big plus is that there is a free toilet 🫠

We visited this branch by chance. Unfortunately, I didn't really enjoy the visit. I had to wait a very long time for my order. Overall, the branch was very busy, so it was very loud and restless. It could also have been a little cleaner in the dining room.

In Dresden gibt es keine veganen Alternativen im Menu. Veganer sollten dieses Resturant meiden, und für Fleischesser ist es eine ungesunde Wahl.

My Hotwings were stale, the young man (German) with curls and Cappy at the checkout, served with one hand and answered the message with the other on his iPhone. Cleanliness in the store leaves something to be desired. If you want to order an extra chicken leg, you will immediately be rejected and will not be sold because they are only on the children's menu. Can I get the second part of the thigh? With two bony parts of the hot wings on request there is no response either. I think it's the worst KFC I've been to. I'm already looking forward to the new KFC in Kaufpark Nickern

Absolutely dirty shop. Glass doors, windows… everything smeared and dirty. There was a dirty rag by the trays. Very appetizing. Food was okay, although nothing special. The young lady at the checkout was very friendly. A look from the waiting area into the kitchen confirmed the overall impression of the store. A boss (?) who was eating while food was being prepared next to her crowned the conclusion. My wife didn't want to eat anything at home because she was disgusted after what we saw there.

There were no burgers except veggies and only zero drinks. Very disappointing.

Service was very good, food was delivered quickly. Shortcomings: Long waiting times at the toilets as many Striezlmarkt visitors now use the KFC toilets, so as a paying guest you have to take care of that. Maybe you should find another regulation

This KFC is absolutely not recommended. The breading on the burgers and bites was simply completely over salted. The sauces don't really taste good and there isn't enough sauce on the bites. In contrast, the fries were without a crumb of salt and limp. The mashed potatoes were also tasteless.

The food was delicious, unfortunately we don't come to KFC often. Unfortunately something was forgotten when we ordered, but it was delivered straight away after we complained! Ambiance only one star because the store was totally overcrowded, is far too small and is totally undersized with the shops in a city with almost 600,000 inhabitants. You just don't want to eat on the street when it's 0 degrees... Toilets should also be paid for, sorry, that's not possible.

The food was very tasty but a bit expensive. Ordering went smoothly and was completed super quickly.

I came here two days in a row and had a set menu for 5.99 euros and a set meal for 9.99 euros. I recommend the 5.99 euro set meal... because the 9.99 euro set meal does not include drinks. 🤣

Small, fine KFC. We were here to finally try the “Double Down”. So the “burger” is delicious and something different, I will eat it again 😃 The employees were all a bit emotionless and rather indifferent, not unfriendly but a nice look was missing. The restaurant was very clean and the toilets were good too

The worst Store manager ever . Since kfc opened and I feel like they gave the big responsibility and the big name as KFC and the only place in dresden to a very UNQUALIFIED, STEALS, RUDE ,LIAR ,RACIST and UNPROFESSIONAL all to as a Store manager. This KFC dresden is one of the worst places because of her . She ruined the image of KFC to the new people who didn't know and never tried KFC . She should be fired because she is unqualified to be a store manager. And by unqualified I mean to the KFC restaurant and to the customers and to her EMPLOYEES as well . The only thing that is good in KFC is the very nice employees there. I hope this review reaches Amrest and they should take a big step and change something about it ASAP .

Few seats, otherwise everything was great. How different is the offer compared to I wouldn't have thought there was a difference between KFC in Vienna.

The ambience just feels cheap. But the food is tasty. Fast food obviously not healthy but nobody goes there to have a healthy meal anyway.

Very tasty burgers and buckets. Unfortunately, the service seems like they've only been there for a day and is very disorganized. The ambience is ok, but now you don't want to stay there to eat, but rather you tend to take the food with you.

Although the order was not delivered only because of Lieferando, the boss solved the problem. We were also completely satisfied with the food 👍

I hope you know that juicy fried chicken doesn't mean soaking it in huge amount oil!By that it will never be crispy! I have been in Dresden for a year and their hot wings always disappoint me. But I have no choice, I have to buy them home and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour to make them crispy again. Please pay my electricity bill, thank you. If you don't know what good fried chicken is, please go to KFC in other countries, such as Spain, to learn how to make crispy and juicy fried chicken . Best regards, XD

The chicken wasn't cooked through, the burger was the worst thing I ate in a long time and the "Apfel shorle" was actually only sparkling water.

I will rate it highly for the very nice service. She didn't know English very well. I wanted to use coupons that I didn't have access to. They helped me open it on their phone. In the end, I didn't choose anything, but I really appreciate the effort.

Food was excellent, fresh and tasty. Only the drinks are almost always empty. That's a bit annoying, but you still paid. The ambience is functional and canteen-like.

I took a box of chicken wings home for dinner. Even though a bag was offered in the purchase options, the staff refused to give me one. They said I didn't pay for it. This is really absurd. Another possible reason could be that the staff changed from a young employee to a rather unfriendly older lady.

The preparation took longer than two hours, so at some point we gave up hope. 👎🏾
