The diet has changed a lot. Until recently, I often ate here. I didn't like the food anymore today. The drink selection is terrible.

Very tight spaces but fast staff. The food is debatable.

My first KFC so I can't compare. However, the price is quite high (24 euros for a bit of meat, five dressings and two bags of fries + two Pepsi Cola). We finished quickly, the meat was good, the fries were just as strangely disgusting as at Mekáč, but the Cola! Apparently sweetened with some artificial mixture (aspartame, acesulfame, etc.). It sits on the tongue, the taste is quite disgusting. I'd rather have water next time.

The KFC on the Altmarkt was very easy to reach by train due to the central location, the last time I was in Poland was 6 or 7 years ago and so I have no reference value, the food was fast food, technically okay and was served without any problems, the staff were friendly and the store had a certain level of hygiene. All in all, I would definitely go there again

Less than 10 seconds passed until one of the employees blew their nose with their finger or scratched their own skin, 3/4 were missing from the bucket :(

The restaurant is totally dirty. You have to wipe down tables before eating. There are leftovers from the whole day under the table. Never again.

As soon as the waitress's buddies show up, the guests are forgotten so that you can feed your friends for free. The drink cups are passed over the counter in rows without payment. And paying customers then have to look it up and have to wait even longer.

Staff who don't speak English and don't know what a vegan dish is. The only good thing I can say is that they have a working alarm because the staff didn't know what it was for. The waiting time depended on the skin color. Toilets disgusting and claustrophobic. The cooks or something that was supposed to imitate them didn't know why they needed gloves and made this food with their bare hands. The restaurant or whatever you call it was dirty and smelly. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

One of the worst KFCs we've ever been to. The atmosphere was small but at least there was a cooling system and the menu with dips had 6x BBC sauces that you couldn't even change. The service looked stressed and seemed very laborious. The chicken fingers were extremely dry or seasoned too salty, the small fries were just soggy and the drinks machines were completely dirty. I think we need to work on the manager, he looked the grimmest. Well, the burgers are always dry. And the cups were only small! Kfc Dresden, I'm not thrilled and paid €40 for it...

The food was decent, the cooking was successful and the service was fast. The staff is friendly too. On the other hand, the ground was so sticky that I almost lost my shoes in front of the order terminal. A wipe down would have been appropriate.

Food is okay so far - certainly not unusual for a franchise. But the service is terrible - unfriendliness is very important. The ambience is also more than poor - you feel uncomfortable because it is anything but clean. A pity!

It's unbelievable that something so terrible still works today! The "food" is tasteless and bland! Way too expensive for what you get. The “ambience” is uncomfortable. The outdoor chairs were uncomfortable. The service bad. Guys... That's not possible. KFC won't be around much longer. I seriously wonder who else is willing to spend their money there for what you get. Disgusting.

Bad disinterested service, nothing going on and yet something was forgotten from two menus that were ordered. Tasteless food and best of all there was a hair in it. It doesn't work at all!

Despite problems with ordering online via the app, we received competent, friendly and calm help, so that in the end we were able to solve our problem and leave the store with our order. It tasted good 👍

You should definitely check the goods provided on site. It's annoying to arrive home and find two large portions of fries missing. A call to the store was unsuccessful as no one answered the phone.

The woman that was giving out the orders was very mean in every possible way you can imagine. This lady should get fired. It also took around 20 minutes to get a food and the pickouts werent that good. Overall 1 Star this was the worst ever kfc i came to.

The service was very annoying. I lost my order number but i had a recipe but the waiter said if i dont have a number i cannot get my order that i paid for.

The service was very rude when we wanted to take food, the lady refused it because we didn't have a ticket, while we ordered it from the same lady.

A relatively non-KFC restaurant... The selection was okay, but what bothered me personally was that the employees barely spoke German or didn't speak it well. But there's nothing else wrong with this place.

2 stars because it tastes reasonably good! But if after a week or so a cash register that isn't always equipped is open because the terminals don't work, great!! And the shop is smaller than last time!! No wonder why the Americans are so strong when you wait 20 minutes or more for your order. They have 2 liters of Pepsi Indus and I didn't see anything for your hands!! They last even less than the first time!! As I said, you're forced to order more and it's best to go there without being hungry with a waiting time of 1 hour+ because you'd better go to Hans im Glück for the same money! Once is enough but I'll go a second time and you'll get 20 for the waiting time % and if you have a strong bladder drinks are free. And anyone who needs to artificially generate hype, long queues so that it looks like the quality is good and then sends out lukewarm food has no future!! I am a kfc lover and been to different kfc restaurants. But everytime i order a bucket here (KFC DRESDEN) fried chickens are soooo SALTY.

So when we walked in I was almost knocked out. The whole KFC very below average. The staff didn't know a word of English and were rude and provoked people. The selection is not great and I'd rather not talk about the food because I was too busy. Before I finished my order, I managed smoke a whole box of cigars. Really disgusting and moldy KFC. Not recommended.

So, this KFC absolutely ruined my whole day. When I entered, I was disgusted by the smell all over the branch. When I was having lunch, the lady behind the cash register was very aggressive and I couldn't calmly choose from the menu. The lady told me that I had to move and that I was delaying her just like that made me very angry. In the end we had lunch. I had 1 bucket of clasic and no cup. In the end the meat was burnt so I threw it away and they didn't give me a cup without a wall. That turned me off and that's all I threw it out. Better go to the competition mekáč. From my own experience, I do not recommend this KFC!!! I hope this will all change.

On April 19, 2024, I picked up takeaway food for 2 people from the branch. We each ordered a bucket. The service is very bad because we were not asked which side dish and dip we wanted. So we got frozen fries that were only slightly heated. These tasted terrible and there were 5 bags of them. The chicken was very mediocre. Overall we were very disappointed. The approximately €50 was a lousy investment. There is a high need for training in this business.

After almost 30 years at KFC again - I just wanted to show my 8-year-old daughter how the crispy chicken tastes here - compared to the ones my dad makes at home. Verdict: “Dads taste better!” I was happy then. But I was also disappointed by the not very crispy consistency and, above all, by the price-performance ratio of the product. When I was younger it was just cool to eat at KFC. But the coleslaw still tastes just as delicious as it used to - there's nothing on the market that beats it. In terms of the atmosphere, I didn't find it comfortable here - but maybe I'm too old for shops like that. It's great that you can pour your own drinks here - you can also dilute the sweet cola with water. Ultimately, I think it's nice that you're here in Dresden. I'll definitely visit you again soon to test the other products.

A small KFC... If you like fries with no salt at all and conditions that involve stammering incomprehensible German, then you've come to the right place. The fries were so good that even the pigeons in front of the shop didn't want to eat them.

The ambience was relatively nice, the food was served quickly but the price was just way too high for nine small mini bites at €9, a bit excessive.

You forget 2 burgers from our take away order, a drink also. The fries and the wings are taste like *beep, they half cooked... Congratulations. We *beep enjoyed it. We dropped out 40 euros for nothing......

Great. Lots of hygiene and tasty food.

There is no cleaning here at all. Every table is dirty and sticky, even the chairs. The main thing is that 4 out of 5 people don't stand around at the counter 👍 there aren't even wet wipes with the food, it's not like you eat greasy food. Savings on sensible personnel and materials are obvious.

The experience is really good. Fast and quality service. The food is really good and freshly served. Overall it is highly recomended for a fun meal.

The management team doesn't have an iron reserve and calculation. Unfortunately, it often happens that ordered products like Mountain Dew are not there. I've done it, hopefully the Mountain Dew thing will be sorted out, otherwise was it for KFC?

Seems a bit uncomfortable and cold because the door is always open. Preparation time is very long despite pre-ordering. Food good as usual.

The service was good and the food was significantly better than in other KFC branches. The waiting time was just under 10 minutes, which was okay given that there was a lot going on on SuperBowl evening. The fries look a bit unfinished in color (very light) but are well salted and taste quite good. However, the prices are the lowest, as they are now in all large fast food restaurants. All in all, I found the visit and the food at KFC to be solid, but it didn't blow me away either. Personally, the prices are too high for regular visits. But for special occasions you can stop by once or twice a year 😉

When I ordered large fries, I thought they mistook my order as small fries. But they confirmed they are indeed large fries. Was disappointing. Large fries should have more quantity.

Ordered a menu with large fries and BBQ sauce. We were given ketchup packets and small fries, and when we reported this to the staff we were presented with two small, identical bags that were supposed to show the difference between large and small fries. Since this wasn't my first visit, I knew these weren't large fries, also because the table next to us had large fries. We were simply taken for a ride, sadly.

Food was cold, not much better after complaining and re-preparing; Employees justifying “it’s because we didn’t prepare it fresh” under these circumstances cannot be praised as “fresh”.

Went here with the family yesterday and were able to get a seat despite the small shop. We ordered at the terminal and then waited forever for our food. After 15-20 minutes, I spoke to the staff when I was “annoyed” and then things suddenly went very quickly. Reason: Staff were busy chatting and making phone calls, and small orders were processed faster so that people could get out of the store again. To the suffering of those who eat on site. In any case, my burger was only lukewarm and so were the fries. However, my wife's was nice and hot and juicy. The kids enjoyed it, so everything was ok. Tip: everyone orders for themselves and eats somewhere else 😉

KFC: delicious and filling. The quality (and cleanliness) is also given. But there's little space in the restaurant, it's cramped and when I was there it was very crowded. The kitchen and service can hardly keep up. And then there are the people who have already ordered online or the delivery services who pick up and carry your meal through wind and weather so that you don't have to wait in line.

Cripsy chicken „Colonel Original“ Panade komplett salzig und pfefferig. Die Pommes waren nicht mal ansatzweise frittiert nur in öl gebadet und dann ab in die Pappe, Konsistenz wie eine gekochte Nudel. Haben über Lieferando bestellt und nach kosten der Mahlzeit direkt im Store von KFC angerufen. Mitarbeiter hat versucht uns abzuwimmeln. Gab an unsere Bestellung nicht zu finden, wie sich herausstelle weil er den Namen falsch verstanden hat. Nach einigen Diskussionen hat er uns dann den Namen buchstabieren lassen. Und die Bestellung dann doch gefunden. Genervt bot er einen neuen Burger und Pommes an. Aber auch nur einen obwohl wir zwei bestellt hatten. Dann wollte er uns doch einen Gutschein ausstellen. Da verwies er aber an Lieferando und wollte schnellstmöglich auflegen. Frech wurde er auch noch dazu. Preis Leistung absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Nie wieder!

Das Essen ist völlig in Ordnung. Gewohnte KFC Qualität, schnell zubereitet. Aber die Räumlichkeiten sind unzureichend. Viel zu wenig Platz, viel zu eng. Mit dem Auto quasi nicht zu erreichen da keinerlei Parkmöglichkeiten. Dresden braucht einen KFC an der Autobahn oder mit Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Essen vor Ort macht hier wenig Spaß, aber bis man to Go am Auto ist, wird es schon kalt ohne Parken vor Ort. Schade!

Die Pommes waren von gestern - so haben sie jedenfalls geschmeckt - das Hähnchen war gerade noch ausreichend durch. Maiskolben ohne Butter schmeckt einfach nicht und der Gesamtzustand des Ladens ist der „Landeshauptstadt“ Dresden absolut unwürdig!

Die Leute sind sehr fix, was die Ausgabe der Produkte angeht, die davor am elektronischen Terminal bestellt wurden. Was am Tag des Besuchs unprofessionell war, das eine Mitarbeiterin trotz hohem Aufkommen an der 2. Ausgabe private Gespräche während der gesamten Besuchszeit führte (30min). Die Lokalität bietet wenig Platz und ist zwar hell, aber lädt wirklich nicht zum unbedingt längeren Aufenthalt ein

Ganz fieses Ambiente, aber so richtig. Essen ist ok. Aber nur nicht vor abends vor Ort genießen, da ganz seltsames Mobiliar, richtig unangenehme Ausleuchtung.

Kfc ist lecker und preis/ Leistung stimmt ✅

So Leute okay es ist Weihnachten und Striezelmarkt💫 aber das geht doch nicht alles dreckig und überteuert ( 3€ für ca.100g kalte Fett triefende Pommes) auf dem Striezelmarkt ist's auch teuer aber mit Sicherheit viel mehr Pommes und viel viel leckerer. Einmal und nie wieder 🤨 Frohes Fest

Живу в Чехії дуже люблю kfc , але тут просто жесть взяли на 25 евро на 2 людей ... Бог мій я, даже не доїв просто оставив на столі , кола в стакані 3 евро +- за що ???? Коли в Чехії 1 евро +- сирні круглі штучки просто фу . Солені не зрозумілі шматки м'яса теж таке собі... Просять еще чеки, я схожий на крадія? Більше не прийду

Auweia, die Rezessionen der anderen hätte ich vorher lesen sollen. Die Tische klebrig und schmutzig, der Boden ebenfalls. Die Hähnchenteile kalt, Pommes pappig und kalt. Zwei Getränkeautomaten - beide ohne Pepsi. BRAVO.... so sollte man einen Laden führen. Nachdem ich mich über das Essen beschwert habe, wurde nachgebessert. Sonnige Grüße aus Berlin....

Vermutlich wegen des Strizelmarktes gnadenlos überfüllt. Lange Wartezeit. Auf einem meiner Burger war die, überraschend dünne, Käsescheibe nicht geschmolzen und der Burger kaum lauwarm. Leider hab ich das zu spät gemerkt.... Danke für zwei Tage Dauersitzung in der Folge..

the worst KFC I've ever been to. I ordered a menu and waited for it for over 25 minutes. there was minimum souce in the wrap, so it was dry. When I went to pour my drink, I only got colored sparkling water instead of Pepsi. Overall, the place was also very dirty. I'd rather go somewhere else next time.

Tische schmutzig, Boden schmutzig, Getränke leer Wenn dann mal jemand zum saubermachen raus kommt werden die Tische nicht richtig gereinigt, die Stühle/Hocker werden unter den Tisch gestoßen. Man sollte echt mal überlegen vernünftiges Personal einzustellen vorallem einen Vorarbeiter der die Leute besser koordiniert.

Ich wollte heute bar zahlen. im Restaurant war wenig Betrieb. Es waren 4 Mitarbeiter anwesend. Keiner ist zur Kasse gekommen und hat kassiert. Nach 5 Minuten wollte ich den Schichtführer für eine Beschwerde sprechen. Auch das war nicht möglich.

I can describe the visit to this KFC branch as good. The place is spacious with many tables but most of them empty. The prices are standard and the bathrooms are small. The food was not the best, as it was cold. There could be improvements.
