I was very surprised. The food was fresh and hot.

Location is central. Not that much crowded.

Ordered online twice - once the side dish was missing and the wrong burger was delivered, the second time a hot wing was missing and the food was cold. Otherwise it was delicious :)

All tables and toilets were in a poor state of cleaning (to put it kindly). The food was disappointing. -Burger poorly topped -Chicken pieces cold - Fries cold and soft Visiting time was around 3 p.m. and there wasn't much going on in the "restaurant".

My Hotwings were stale, the young man (German) with curls and Cappy at the checkout, served with one hand and answered the message with the other on his iPhone. Cleanliness in the store leaves something to be desired. If you want to order an extra chicken leg, you will immediately be rejected and will not be sold because they are only on the children's menu. Can I get the second part of the thigh? With two bony parts of the hot wings on request there is no response either. I think it's the worst KFC I've been to. Absolutely dirty shop. Glass doors, windows… everything smeared and dirty. There was a dirty rag by the trays. Very appetizing. Food was okay, although nothing special. The young lady at the checkout was very friendly. A look from the waiting area into the kitchen confirmed the overall impression of the store. A boss (?) who was eating while food was being prepared next to her crowned the conclusion. My wife didn't want to eat anything at home because she was disgusted after what we saw there.

There were no burgers except veggies and only zero drinks. Very disappointing.

Service was very good, food was delivered quickly. Shortcomings: Long waiting times at the toilets as many Striezlmarkt visitors now use the KFC toilets, so as a paying guest you have to take care of that. Maybe you should find another regulation

This KFC is absolutely not recommended. The breading on the burgers and bites was simply completely over salted. The sauces don't really taste good and there isn't enough sauce on the bites. In contrast, the fries were without a crumb of salt and limp. The mashed potatoes were also tasteless.

Unfriendly staff, poor service, food was cold.

The food was delicious, unfortunately we don't come to KFC often. Unfortunately something was forgotten when we ordered, but it was delivered straight away after we complained! Ambiance only one star because the store was totally overcrowded, is far too small and is totally undersized with the shops in a city with almost 600,000 inhabitants. You just don't want to eat on the street when it's 0 degrees... Toilets should also be paid for, sorry, that's not possible.

I came here two days in a row and had a set menu for 5.99 euros and a set meal for 9.99 euros. I recommend the 5.99 euro set meal... because the 9.99 euro set meal does not include drinks. 🤣

Small, fine KFC. We were here to finally try the “Double Down”. So the “burger” is delicious and something different, I will eat it again 😃 The employees were all a bit emotionless and rather indifferent, not unfriendly but a nice look was missing. The worst Store manager ever . Since kfc opened and I feel like they gave the big responsibility and the big name as KFC and the only place in dresden to a very UNQUALIFIED, STEALS, RUDE ,LIAR ,RACIST and UNPROFESSIONAL all to as a Store manager. This KFC dresden is one of the worst places because of her . She ruined the image of KFC to the new people who didn't know and never tried KFC . She should be fired because she is unqualified to be a store manager. And by unqualified I mean to the KFC restaurant and to the customers and to her EMPLOYEES as well . The only thing that is good in KFC is the very nice employees there. I hope this review reaches Amrest and they should take a big step and change something about it ASAP .

I hope you know that juicy fried chicken doesn't mean soaking it in huge amount oil!By that it will never be crispy! I have been in Dresden for a year and their hot wings always disappoint me. But I have no choice, I have to buy them home and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour to make them crispy again. Please pay my electricity bill, thank you. The chicken wasn't cooked through, the burger was the worst thing I ate in a long time and the "Apfel shorle" was actually only sparkling water.

I will rate it highly for the very nice service. She didn't know English very well. I wanted to use coupons that I didn't have access to. They helped me open it on their phone. In the end, I didn't choose anything, but I really appreciate the effort.

Food was excellent, fresh and tasty. Only the drinks are almost always empty. That's a bit annoying, but you still paid. The ambience is functional and canteen-like.

I took a box of chicken wings home for dinner. Even though a bag was offered in the purchase options, the staff refused to give me one. They said I didn't pay for it. This is really absurd. Another possible reason could be that the staff changed from a young employee to a rather unfriendly older lady.

The diet has changed a lot. Until recently, I often ate here. I didn't like the food anymore today. The drink selection is terrible.

My first KFC so I can't compare. However, the price is quite high (24 euros for a bit of meat, five dressings and two bags of fries + two Pepsi Cola). We finished quickly, the meat was good, the fries were just as strangely disgusting as at Mekáč, but the Cola! Apparently sweetened with some artificial mixture (aspartame, acesulfame, etc.). It sits on the tongue, the taste is quite disgusting. I'd rather have water next time.

The KFC on the Altmarkt was very easy to reach by train due to the central location, the last time I was in Poland was 6 or 7 years ago and so I have no reference value, the food was fast food, technically okay and was served without any problems, the staff were friendly and the store had a certain level of hygiene. All in all, I would definitely go there again

The restaurant is totally dirty. You have to wipe down tables before eating. There are leftovers from the whole day under the table. Never again.

As soon as the waitress's buddies show up, the guests are forgotten so that you can feed your friends for free. The drink cups are passed over the counter in rows without payment. And paying customers then have to look it up and have to wait even longer.

Staff who don't speak English and don't know what a vegan dish is. The only good thing I can say is that they have a working alarm because the staff didn't know what it was for. The waiting time depended on the skin color. Toilets disgusting and claustrophobic. The cooks or something that was supposed to imitate them didn't know why they needed gloves and made this food with their bare hands. The restaurant or whatever you call it was dirty and smelly. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The food was decent, the cooking was successful and the service was fast. The staff is friendly too. On the other hand, the ground was so sticky that I almost lost my shoes in front of the order terminal. A wipe down would have been appropriate.

One of the worst KFCs we've ever been to. The atmosphere was small but at least there was a cooling system and the menu with dips had 6x BBC sauces that you couldn't even change. The service looked stressed and seemed very laborious. The chicken fingers were extremely dry or seasoned too salty, the small fries were just soggy and the drinks machines were completely dirty. I think we need to work on the manager, he looked the grimmest. Well, the burgers are always dry. And the cups were only small! Kfc Dresden, I'm not thrilled and paid €40 for it...

Bad disinterested service, nothing going on and yet something was forgotten from two menus that were ordered. Tasteless food and best of all there was a hair in it. It doesn't work at all!

It's unbelievable that something so terrible still works today! The "food" is tasteless and bland! Way too expensive for what you get. The “ambience” is uncomfortable. The outdoor chairs were uncomfortable. The service bad. Guys... That's not possible. KFC won't be around much longer. Despite problems with ordering online via the app, we received competent, friendly and calm help, so that in the end we were able to solve our problem and leave the store with our order. It tasted good 👍

The woman that was giving out the orders was very mean in every possible way you can imagine. This lady should get fired. It also took around 20 minutes to get a food and the pickouts werent that good. Overall 1 Star this was the worst ever kfc i came to.

The service was very rude when we wanted to take food, the lady refused it because we didn't have a ticket, while we ordered it from the same lady.

A relatively non-KFC restaurant... The selection was okay, but what bothered me personally was that the employees barely spoke German or didn't speak it well. But there's nothing else wrong with this place.

2 stars because it tastes reasonably good! But if after a week or so a cash register that isn't always equipped is open because the terminals don't work, great!! And the shop is smaller than last time!! No wonder why the Americans are so strong when you wait 20 minutes or more for your order. As I said, you're forced to order more and it's best to go there without being hungry with a waiting time of 1 hour+ because you'd better go to Hans im Glück for the same money! So, this KFC absolutely ruined my whole day. When I entered, I was disgusted by the smell all over the branch. When I was having lunch, the lady behind the cash register was very aggressive and I couldn't calmly choose from the menu. The lady told me that I had to move and that I was delaying her just like that made me very angry. In the end we had lunch. I had 1 bucket of clasic and no cup. In the end the meat was burnt so I threw it away and they didn't give me a cup without a wall. That turned me off and that's all I threw it out. Better go to the competition mekáč. From my own experience, I do not recommend this KFC!!! I hope this will all change.

Food was bad (had diarrhea for two days afterwards) and took forever.

I am a kfc lover and been to different kfc restaurants. But everytime i order a bucket here (KFC DRESDEN) fried chickens are soooo SALTY.

So when we walked in I was almost knocked out. The whole KFC very below average. The staff didn't know a word of English and were rude and provoked people. The selection is not great and I'd rather not talk about the food because I was too busy. Before I finished my order, I managed smoke a whole box of cigars. Really disgusting and moldy KFC. Not recommended.

On April 19, 2024, I picked up takeaway food for 2 people from the branch. We each ordered a bucket. The service is very bad because we were not asked which side dish and dip we wanted. So we got frozen fries that were only slightly heated. These tasted terrible and there were 5 bags of them. The chicken was very mediocre. Overall we were very disappointed. The approximately €50 was a lousy investment. There is a high need for training in this business.

After almost 30 years at KFC again - I just wanted to show my 8-year-old daughter how the crispy chicken tastes here - compared to the ones my dad makes at home. Verdict: “Dads taste better!” I was happy then. But I was also disappointed by the not very crispy consistency and, above all, by the price-performance ratio of the product. When I was younger it was just cool to eat at KFC. But the coleslaw still tastes just as delicious as it used to - there's nothing on the market that beats it. In terms of the atmosphere, I didn't find it comfortable here - but maybe I'm too old for shops like that. It's great that you can pour your own drinks here - you can also dilute the sweet cola with water. Ultimately, I think it's nice that you're here in Dresden. I'll definitely visit you again soon to test the other products.

A small KFC... If you like fries with no salt at all and conditions that involve stammering incomprehensible German, then you've come to the right place. The fries were so good that even the pigeons in front of the shop didn't want to eat them.

The ambience was relatively nice, the food was served quickly but the price was just way too high for nine small mini bites at €9, a bit excessive.
