McDonald's in Rhede (Ems)

Very atmospheric McDonalds. In front of the entrance you are greeted with music from loudspeakers. There are ordering columns directly behind the entrance gate. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a Happx meal and a menu via table service. The extra requests were taken into account. The outdoor area has sofas, it feels very cozy. I noticed a bike at the entrance, but I didn't use it.

It's just not what it was anymore, I had food poisoning

I only had a coffee. The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice.

Food ok, but I ordered 2 strawberry milkshakes with my girlfriend. We got 2 vanilla shakes instead. When we asked and asked for an exchange, the employee told us that it was so annoying to exchange the syrup. Only when pressed were we given a new shake, which was vanilla again. This happens every or every other time.

Absolutely bad!!! It takes over an hour to get your food!!!

Horrible! There is no diaper pail in the changing room/disabled toilet. All diapers are thrown into the mesh basket. The smell is terrible, because many flies really like it in the corner. The children's corner is right next to the toilets. Here too everything was full of flies. The tables are covered in dirt and are cleaned a maximum of once a day. Forgotten burger patties are not uncommon - carelessly slapped together. Iced caramel latte was not enjoyable.

Staff overwhelmed Waiting time of 30 minutes

Waited 25 minutes in the Mcdrive, order was not complete, waited 30 minutes in the restaurant and order was also not complete. They don't have it together here.

There were probably 25 people standing in line and only got our food to go after 35 minutes. disaster

I went to the drive-thru, ordered a chicken burger but was surprised that the bread was burnt as shown in the picture, I am very disappointed

Food as you would expect from McDonald's. No straws or napkins with your food... you have to take care of that yourself. Lots of flies inside...and the walls were dirty...that could use some attention

It's a shame that the hygiene regulations were not adhered to during preparation and were only corrected when contacted by the shift manager. Therefore only 2 stars. A no-go for me.

Never again. I hate to pick my choice from a monitor. Too complicated for erlderly. I am used to have no service at McDo and pick up my food and return my tablet. Now i have to order at a monitor and soon we have to bbq the stuff in the kitchen. The service is reduced to zero; the prices are going up. No more

Unmotivated staff, we were in the outdoor area: the table was dirty and it was only cleaned after request, there were leftover food on the floor that I had to push away with my foot, the fries were not crispy and not salted enough... that Wrap itself was totally cold, so the filling was cold too.... all in all: disappointing

Toilets are really disgusting! It's a real shame that McDonald's looks so new and modern. Lots of flies and no one cares about clean toilet lids.

Ordered earlier for a good €50 for the family. They forgot a Big Mac and fries... Why the expensive burger? I have a tip for you so that you don't forget anything!

We were passing through and there in the evening around 10:30 p.m. This was the worst McDonald's experience in as long as I can remember and I've seen a lot! Dirty (we cleaned our table ourselves), toilets an imposition, a huge fly problem. We were already inconvenienced enormously while waiting for the food, so much so that when the food was there we even ran a few tables further away in the hope that there would be fewer critters there. Unfortunately, things only got worse. We ate in a hurry and stress, constantly wagging, and were happy when we were back in the car. Nobody can tell me that this is not known! Please do your guests a favor and take care of the problems! 2 ☆ because the food came quickly and hot and ordering via cell phone worked without any problems.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's, but this visit was really good. The staff was really great and friendly. Everything was clean and the food was still warm and tasty.

Brand new shop in the industrial area on the highway. It's probably not as well-known or visited as other stalls in this chain. I think the sink in the restaurant at the entrance is great

We were passing through and I have to say that I have never seen a McDonald's like this. And I mean that in a positive way. It was clean and there is enough parking space. Good connection. Unfortunately, point deduction for staff. Breakfast went. Was okay. But I rarely have breakfast there.

Rhede Mc Drive Disastrous. Customer friendliness = 0!!! Food carelessly slapped together. And the worst? I had moldy salad. So in this branch no care is taken to exchange the food correctly according to the time otherwise it wouldn't have been the case! DISGUSTING!!!

This has never happened to me at McDonalds. You wait for your order and wait and wait for everyone after you to go through. A small order is available to pick up. Hahaha, someone took my big order and his is there. So wait again. I hope the chili burgers burn!!!!!

The restaurant is extremely clean, the employees are very friendly and helpful, and the food (McRib and cheese royal) is also typically delicious. What wasn't so great: Extremely much sauce on the McRib. My wife couldn't wash her hands after eating. Rib was “under sauce”.

We ate breakfast. Everything was super clean, modern, worked perfectly. The new breakfast offerings are really good.

Was here today. We ordered iced coffee. It really was more ice cubes than coffee. Got it in a cup. It's just McDonald's. Some love him, others don't.

The lamest McDonald's I've ever been to. Doesn't deserve the name fast food restaurant. We've just been waiting for 30 minutes. Others have been waiting for a long time too. Absolutely disgraceful

The worker there threw the meat into the hamburger right in front of my eyes (not with little force), by hand, I worked at McDonald's in Hungary, but there was nothing like this, they always forget something in the order and pack it wrong, I don't recommend it.

It's all ok! Unfortunately, Mecces is no longer what it used to be!

We tried the parking service via the app for breakfast. As soon as we ordered, a nice lady came up to us and let us know that the pancakes were in the works and needed a moment (freshly prepared!) I've never felt so "welcome" at a McDonald's as I did here. Something like that must be praised. Keep it up!

Brought food to go Update February 17, 2024 Sauces and crispy fries are missing from an order to go. So please check your food when you pick it up. In Rhede, ordering via the app does not work reliably. Then no tse on the receipt. Recession on McDonald's side isn't possible either. Otherwise we enjoyed being there. No wonder it doesn't show up in Google Edith 04/21/24 it's getting better. Why the MC flurry can only be ordered at the terminal and in the app it's only available with choco sauce, I have no idea

Ordered a double pack of menu, got small fries instead of large ones. Ketchup was missing, no napkins, tables benches very dirty, ordered Chrispy Bacon TS and Chrispy Coleslaw but got 2x Chrispy Bacon TS. There was nothing going on there at the time of our visit. Maybe 20 guests.

Super clean and really modern furnishings. The outdoor area is also very modern and parents also have a good view of the play area.

The Royal TS didn't taste as good as in Papenburg.

Very modern McDonald's. Ordered at the terminal. Food came quickly from a friendly employee. Very nice, cozy outdoor area, I've never seen it like that before. The tables are cleaned immediately. The clearing station is used to separate rubbish yourself. Looks neater with this station. Was enthusiastic

Food arrived after 15 minutes, but some of it was cold, missing and there was also a burger that wasn't prepared as ordered.

The usual Mäckes. The service was very nice. I'm definitely open to new technology. But the new (for us) touchscreens for entering orders take some practice to keep track of. I found it remarkable how many fields the employee had to touch at the touch cash register in order to enter the payment of the 25 cent deposit.

Stand here and wait... And wait... And wait... Pre-ordered, app is crazy, employee sounds rather sleepy and mumbles into the system. Nobody else around here. And nothing happens. Probably has to be brought from another branch first. It's not the first time either.

McDonald's, you know what you're getting

A nice restaurant. I had a menu consisting of 2 burgers, fries and a drink and an extra chicken burger. There was a burger missing from the menu and with the chicken burger I saw that when the burger was put together, the meat was still taken for my burger and the rest was then thrown away. After I had taken the order, where one would assume that it should be complete, I drove off again and then noticed on the highway that the meat from the chicken burger had been lying around a little longer than normal. I will no longer buy poultry products from this restaurant because it was really unpalatable. I would be happy if something like this could be compensated.

Eat at McDonald's, clean and children can play here.

Cappuchino was super tasty, no cash register, I ordered it to the table via the app.

It was very crowded but very clean. The order was processed very quickly! Nice staff, we were just passing through, but highly recommended! The burgers here also had a lot of sauce and weren't bone dry like so often at MCD. Toilets super clean.

Un des pires si ce n.est LE pire MacDo du Luxembourg..les recettes ne sont pas respecté. Les quantités d'ingrédients dans les burger sont minimalistes ainsi que les sauces dans le burger..(peut etre en option au Lux.). Le debit de gaz dans les mitigeurs a boissons sont mal réglé les boisson ne sont pas petillantes. Les frittes : pas cuites pas chaudes.. En bref a éviter a tt prix. Si vous pouvez vous permettre de faire qqs km de plus. mieux vaut aller au MacDo Bacharage qui est lui a contrario un des meilleurs du Luxembourg.

As is so often the case, the employees can't manage to add milk and sugar to the coffee if you have already ordered it. Were in the MC Drive and in the front parking lot using the app. Apparently they all have an allergy to proper work. We won't be coming back. And we won't recommend it. Olle rheen is around the corner and a thousand times better.

You don't go to Mac for the atmosphere. Food is good, service is friendly. The waiting times are long but they do what they can.

So the table service was great. Food as always good. The manager and the redhead at the checkout are really disgusting in their behavior. Employees with dark skin are treated submissively and discriminatoryly. Rarely seen something like this in McDonald's. Service 3 stars because the employee who brings the food does a really good job. Only the one at the checkout was really disgusting with her behavior. First and last time.

Meat that is not cooked through is an absolute no-go

There was hardly anything going on, but I still had to wait 15 minutes for my order, the food was cold, the fries were unsalted and the rolls from the Fielt O Fish and the McChicken Classic were untoasted. The branch looks nice but the service was a real disaster 😑

Very long waiting time at the beginning! Now after a few months everything is fine!

We went here for breakfast at 9am on a Saturday. No table had been cleaned from the day before, very unhygienic, the seats were also dirty. Since we are coming from the Corona era and should actually know what hygiene means, we have to say that the topic has been missed here.
