Absolutely beautiful outdoor area. Everything is super clean. The staff is also super friendly. We love coming here for breakfast. Just sitting outside and relaxing.

Eat? Well, McDonald's. Service is good, the employees (although they change frequently) are always friendly and committed. After the renovation (spring 2025) the ambience is no longer 5 stars for me, but still excellent. It is clean even when there are high numbers of visitors and the team seems to react very professionally to stressful situations. Definitely one of the best McDonald's branches I know of.

Food ordered via app coupon. Price was over 2 euros higher than in the app. Chili Cheeseburger should be free. They just didn't pack it. The toy was also forgotten during the happy meal. The food was ice cold. That wasn't the first time. In addition, the toilets are very dirty and smell of urine. There is dust on the toilet and sink. The employees are extremely overwhelmed. good McDonald's, breakfast, quality and fast service at the table

Stranded in Mc on Easter Sunday. The service was first class. A few kind words, also to the dog 🐶 I was quickly helped on the way out and the cake was also packed up to take away. Really great service. Music was subtle and relaxing indoors and outdoors. There was a real lounge feeling in the outdoor area. the music and the modern ambience. I didn't expect that at McDonald's. Thank you for the relaxation 🤗

STAY AWAY! The worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. We were on the highway and were already hungry. The big M is especially popular with the kid, so we went there... It was afternoon and not crowded. We should have kept going!!!! I paid almost 30 euros and got a free stomach intestine!!! The Happy Meal was cold and simply thrown together. The Small Meal with a Royal TS (and stomach intestine) was hell. The burger was cold, the patty was way overseasoned, and the cheese was hard! With all due respect, I've never gotten a Royal TS with hard cheese at McDonald's! I don't want to know how long it had been sitting there. The hamburger was also way overseasoned. The Royal TS cheese was exactly the same as the Royal TS. Cold, overseasoned, and hard cheese. The fries were cold, by default. But what kind of disgusting chips are these? A slice of potato made like a chip with a fat flavor. Rancid fat. The food was absolutely inedible, and now I'm suffering from it. Stomach and intestinal cramps and nausea. Thank you! I'm glad this McDonald's is so far away from us. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

As far as McDonald's go, this has to be one of the best....clean toilets (with piped in bird song - yep, you read that right), no waiting, freshly cooked food, pleasant and helpful staff.

Very clean, definitely doesn't do justice to the few stars. I was even helped to carry the trays because I had a small child in my arms, the changing room was very clean, something like that is unfortunately unparalleled. In addition to a family parking space, there are also places for picking up online orders right in front of the entrance.

Parking and loading: 2x 300 kW charging stations from EWEgo are easily accessible in front of the motorway. Unfortunately, in order to reverse there, you have to drive in the opposite direction. Eat: McD, orders only at the self-service terminal, but with service if desired. Surroundings: Business park with relatively little traffic and lots of green areas, well suited for dog people. Conclusion: Good stopping point for electric drivers, even with a four-legged companion.

We went to McDonald’s at 10:30 p.m. to get something to eat. We drove to Mac Drive and placed our order. We had to wait a quarter of an hour for our food, even though there was nothing going on, when we got home we saw the misery. Where was the Macdonald from before? The buns were silt. The meat was super hard and the topping was a complete disaster and not edible. This also has nothing to do with freshness. Absolutely not recommended. That's why we don't even get one star. A total failure for €40.00. Unfortunately you are forced to give one star.

Ordered something last night. Waited 15 minutes. When we got home the disaster revealed itself. Fries cold, meat from the double cheeseburger dry and hard as a rock on the edges. Absolutely inedible. Never order anything there again. Unfortunately I have to give one star, but it is normally a -1.

Unfortunately, you can't fix a technical problem on the drive within 5 days, so customers either have to go in to order or have to drive back without ordering. It's a shame and somehow unnecessary.

Worst McDonald's ever. Waiting 40 minutes for the order (café, shake and 1 burger) is not possible. Some people have complained, especially tradesmen who spend their breaks there. Never again this McDonald's, I can only advise everyone to keep driving. The burger was still missing from the order. Never again.

I can highly recommend it, everything is on the table super quickly. I didn't even sit down properly after ordering, the food was already there. Friendly service and the cleanliness was fine.

Actually one of the nicer branches. If there had been various topics today... 1. The nuggets were missing from our Happy Meal for our son. Instead there was a cheeseburger inside. Unfortunately he doesn't eat burgers. So he just had to make do with the fries. 2. The Big Mac was sorted incorrectly. 2 patty's directly on top of each other and the lid of the bun directly on the "cutting disk". Without any sauce or anything in between. See image. 3. The burgers were so carelessly thrown into the paper that they could have saved themselves. Actually, the burgers could have been packed in the take-away bag like this. Then we would have at least had a kit to put everything together correctly from what we ordered. I could have formed the nuggets from the chicken burger patties. Then the little one would have had enough. 4. Now it's a bit thicker. A customer was served a second time at the table with 2 chicken burgers instead of cheeseburgers. She took this chicken burger to the counter, where she described the situation to the table waiter. He accepted the burgers that had already been brought to the table and put them back in the “fresh display” where the orders are put together. I was able to see with my own eyes how these 2 burgers, which had already been in hand at the customer's table, were put into a bag for an MC Drive order and given out again. You have to be aware that the original owners of these 2 burgers may have already opened the paper before returning them! An absolute no-go. With the new, smaller buns and the significantly increased prices, this situation is even more unacceptable. This cannot be justified by the lack of and obviously completely overwhelmed staff. Update 12/29/2024 Visited again yesterday because I didn't want to cook. Burgers looked strange. Kinda warmed up and smelled funny too. Today, the day after, it comes out again for me and my partner upstairs and downstairs. The staff seems incredibly listless and untrained. Apparently this is also how food is handled.

You drive on the motorway at night and feel a little thirsty, the Armageddon advertisement lights up moderately at night, the daylight burns brightly, a path of light cuts into the sky, you look forward to being saved from your thirst. Quickly get off the train to find Pustekuchen closed. Super wasn't the only confused soul pulling off the highway. My tip is to turn off this huge advertising pillar when you close.

Modern McDonald's branch with on-site service if you want. There is a family/children's corner. Practical: there is a sink in the middle of the restaurant to wash your greasy fingers after eating.

One star is actually too many. Were there today and we had to wait over 50 minutes for our food. The order wasn't ready until I asked for the second time. And then they said the order had probably been lost and that it had happened before. I've never experienced anything like that. The employees seem completely overwhelmed and everyone relies on someone else to do it and then no one does it. The store saw us today for the first and last time.

Dear community, when it comes to service, I'm already used to the lowest standard after many visits to the "Fetenscheune" evening restaurant, but the McDonald's Interblissement in Rhede simply leaves me speechless. The food corresponded to the usual Mecces stamp and was hot and delicious, but the team created an oppressive atmosphere, which really didn't create the contemplative pre-Christmas mood that one would want in such stormy times. Unfortunately, due to this, I can only give this negative review. Maybe we can work on the team dynamics and then I'll be willing to give a better rating. I would therefore like to wish you all the best for the future

11/25/24 Personnel Strength 3 9.30am-9.50am 2 wraps and a coffee. 20 minutes for three things. The coffee was ready first and stood in time and got cold. It wasn't going on, in the drive in 2 cars A maximum of 3 people in the room at the time of ordering. I had my coffee remade. The man obviously seemed very insecure and seemed overwhelmed by the tasks. The women in the background were very motivated to work more slowly. In my opinion, the employees present are incorrectly deployed in the catering sector.

A picture says more than a thousand words, first of all the mushy staff, then the crowning glory with the mostly raw burger pattie. That's really not possible and I won't leave it like that. It's starting to pose a health risk. We once froze the burger and we should actually have it checked. We were actually regular guests, but this has now been resolved.

High up on the list of the worst McDonald's. Just food slapped together. Absolutely unappetizing. Long waiting times even though nothing is going on.

Absolutely not recommended. The food was lukewarm, the taste was zero, the tables were dirty, the toilets didn't work at all, it stank everywhere, and the flies felt very comfortable there. A Dixi outside would definitely have been cleaner. First and last time.

I had to order via the monitor. Since I am not a robot and do not want to be served like one, we left the restaurant straight away. The large "Obese" employee behind the counter stated that he would be fired if he helped people personally. I personally think he just didn't feel like helping us with the order at the counter. We therefore drove on to the next exit with a McDonald's where we could simply order as usual without being annoyed by an impersonal column/monitor.

Catastrophe now. This is the second time I've been forgotten. When I then pointed out my order. She couldn't be found despite paying. Then I had to prove on my cell phone what I was getting. Not good service! We wanted to order food with Airo. There was one person in front of us in line and we both had to wait 15 minutes after ordering, especially since our order was small. Encountered one of the most poorly run stores in a long time. What does fast food actually stand for? That you have to wait a long time? That it is consumed quickly? That you digest it quickly? We had ordered something for breakfast that was very dry. Plus 6 drinks - tea and coffee. On the journey we discovered that the rock candy as well as sugar and milk were completely missing.

I never thought I would write such a great response for a McDonald's. We stopped there twice while passing through and were totally surprised and impressed by the atmosphere both inside and outside. Especially outside, you quickly forget that you are sitting in a fast food restaurant. Everything is clean and very harmoniously furnished. Even the sanitary facilities are clean and you are greeted by the chirping of birds. The staff also scores with absolute friendliness. Fast food can work that way too.

This is where the burgers for the McDonalds photos are taken. A nice branch. And we have already seen many. It's embarrassing here if you drop a chip: it's that clean here. Child-friendly, polite and great atmosphere. We would be happy to come back as soon as possible.

Bonjour je voulai publier ma mauvaise expérience en tant qu'ouvrier au McDonald's de foetz ,le gérant m'a fait un CDI desuite j'ai commencé fin juillet 2024 première paye du mois complet en 30h par semaine environ 1300€ le gérant me dit c'est un problème de la carte d'impôt alors que c'est McDonald's qui doit me payer non les impôts l'une des anomalies ,pas tous mais quand même un certain nombre a critiqué sans cesse les autres , quelques chef a accordé plus de liberté aux uns et se moquer des autres ,une organisation qui ressemble à une organisation mafieuse car quelques employés me surveiller même en dehors des heures de mon travail ,des personnes qui se permettent de se servir dans les congélateur pour chez soi ,le gérant qui me dit d'attendre la carte des impôts pour avoir une paye normale puis il m'arrête mon contrat comme si j'avais été utilisé d'une manière a être payer le moins possible . Des jugements selon la tête de la personne si ce sont les chouchous tout passé bien crème mais quand une tête leur revient pas ils acceptent même des faux rapports des mensonges contre cette personne (moi)il est difficile de publier des vérités sur McDonald's foetz.

One of the worst branches I know personally. Often incorrect goods. Burgers are rarely properly topped and therefore fall apart. Also smeared with sauce from top to bottom. The highlight a few weeks ago was the Mc Flurry Oreo with curdled/spoiled milk!

Very atmospheric McDonalds. In front of the entrance you are greeted with music from loudspeakers. There are ordering columns directly behind the entrance gate. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a Happx meal and a menu via table service. The extra requests were taken into account. The outdoor area has sofas, it feels very cozy. I noticed a bike at the entrance, but I didn't use it.

Food ok, but I ordered 2 strawberry milkshakes with my girlfriend. We got 2 vanilla shakes instead. Horrible! There is no diaper pail in the changing room/disabled toilet. All diapers are thrown into the mesh basket. The smell is terrible, because many flies really like it in the corner. The children's corner is right next to the toilets. Here too everything was full of flies. The tables are covered in dirt and are cleaned a maximum of once a day. Forgotten burger patties are not uncommon - carelessly slapped together. Iced caramel latte was not enjoyable.
