Die Rhederei in Rhede (Ems)

Hier haben wir wieder einmal sehr gut gegessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nah an der Autobahn, also der perfekte Spot auf Reise. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Das Team ist super freundlich, das Essen total lecker. Alles ist super sauber. Wir können nur empfehlen!

Noch nie zuvor so eine moderne saubere Raststätte gesehen

Wir waren zum Tapas essen hier und waren absolut begeistert. Das Essen war der Wahnsinn – alles hat hervorragend geschmeckt. ​Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service: Das Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich sehr gut umsorgt. Auch das Ambiente hat uns sehr gefallen, das Lokal sieht sehr schick und einladend aus. ​Insgesamt war alles absolut zufriedenstellend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren jetzt schon zu ein paar Gelegenheiten hier. Ob zum Fruhstücksbuffet oder zum Abendessen, der Weg hat sich immer gelohnt. Das Tapas Angebot ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Viele leckere Komponenten, so dass man entspannt zusammen essen und probieren kann. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung!

Eine super Location, die ich durch Zufall bei einer Dienstreise entdeckt habe. Mega nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Super geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Und eine Speisekarte die mit Phantasie erstellt wurde. Daher habe ich das Restaurant an dem Tag auch gleich 2x aufgesucht. Frühstück und Mittag. Es passte beides. Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch im Emsland.

Wir haben Reserviert, und eine Kanne Kaffee stand schon am Tisch beim eintreffen. Preis Leistung stimmte auch super.

Ich genieße eine leckere Tasse Kaffee. Guter Kaffee, freundliches Personal. Wir haben dort nicht gegessen, aber das Buffet sah köstlich aus. Saubere Toiletten.

Gestern das erste Mal mit Kollegen dort gewesen und wir hatten einen richtig schönen Tapas-Abend. Von außen wirkt es eher unscheinbar, aber innen steckt echt was Tolles drin. Super leckeres Essen, schöne Atmosphäre und richtig netter Service. Das ganze Konzept hat mir richtig gefallen ☺️

Super, super super toll, würde man gar nicht erwarten, wenn man an dem Industriegebiet vorbeifährt, aber die Location ist einfach ein Traum. Super geschmackvoll, ganz tolles Ambiente, wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet, ganz tolle und flexible Mitarbeiter, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Ich bin total begeistert.

Wir waren am 19.4 2026 mit einer Reisegruppe von 70 Personen zum Frühstücksbüffet. Eine einzigartige , total vielfältige frische Auswahl sogar mit richtigen Bäckerbrötchen Super nettes , engagiertes und motiviertes Team das total auf die Gäste einging. Wir waren begeistert vom Buffet , dem herzlichen Personal und der tollen Atmosphäre. Ganz lieben Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Gerne wieder

Nach einem kulinarisch gelungenem mexican Friends Abend 2025, was ja nun wirklich etwas spezielles ist, waren wir gespannt auf Dolce Vita - und leider enttäuscht. Da konnte auch das super Ambiente und das nette, aufmerksame Personal nicht wirklich was ändern Es stimmte absolut Alles, bis auf die angebotene Speisenauswahl. Die war nur zum Teil typisch italienisch und schon sehr speziell. Als Vorspeise gegrilltes Gemüse (leider kalt), Oliven mit Feta, Tomate/Mozzarella, Ciabatta. Gewünscht hätten wir uns Mini Brucheta (nur mit Aufpreis), ital.schinken, Salami Auswahl, klar Oliven, Tomate... Hauptspeisen: auch alle nicht wirklich warm. Minimozarellabällchen frittiert, OK, wenn sie auch kalt waren Hackröllchen mit Speckmantel in Tomatensoße ( Schmeckten nur nach Hack) , Tagliatelle mit grünem Pesto (durch den intensiven Pesto Geschmack etwas aufdringlich und auch nicht heiß, Gnocchi (gebacken?). Das Highlight war eindeutig die Pizza Variation. Toll wäre es gewesen, wenn die Hackrollen in Cannelloni gesteckt hätten, es kleine Lasagneschalen oder Rissotto bzw. Ital. Salat gegeben hätte und alles richtig frisch warm gewesen wäre. Dessert: panna Cotta mit Fruchtspiegel und 2 Früchten. Zwar italienisch, aber eine kleine Tiramisu Schale hätte mehr gefreut. Ihr habt euch viel Mühe gegeben, aber das Ziel wurde zumindest bei uns knapp verfehlt. Wir werden trotzdem noch ein 3. Mal kommen. Tapas Abend, mal sehen ob er begeistern kann. Alles in Allem gute Idee mit den Themen Abende, aber noch Luft nach oben.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und wir wurden gleich zu unserem Tisch begleitet. Uns wurde schnell Kaffee gebracht und konnten dann mit dem Frühstücken am sehr reichhaltigen Buffet beginnen. Die Atmosphäre war sehr gut und die Lautstärke in der Rhederei trotz der vielen Besucher auch nicht laut. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Um es mit einfachen Worten zu sagen das frühstücken war rundum super lecker und schön. Vielen Dank nochmals an das Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.👍👍👍

Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit riesiger Auswahl zu einem moderaten Preis; optimal für Familien mit Kindern, da auch Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten (Bällebad, etc.) angeboten werden. Unkomplizierte Onlinereservierung, ruhige Sitzplätze im Separee-Bereich und ein netter zuvorkommender Service sind auch noch erwähnenswert.

Ich war schon öfters bei der Rhederei und das Essen und der Servicewar immer super. Auch der E-Mail-Kontakt war immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Super leckeres Frühstücksbufett. Hier werden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Der Kaffee schmeckt gigantisch gut. Service top! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir legen hier immer einen Zwischenstopp ein, wenn wir nach/von Ostfriesland kommen. Tolles Ambiente, das Angebot an Speisen ist super, der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und die Toiletten sehr sauber. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch. 5 ⭐️

Gemütliches, warmes und sehr modernes Ambiente, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, dazu auch ein extra Kinderbuffet und eine tolle Spiel- und Kletterecke für die Kleinen.

Wir waren zum Frühstücken dort. Ein Buffet wurde angeboten. Es gar eine gute Auswahl an guten Brötchen und auch Brot. Die Auswahl war sehr gut.

Wir waren mit 14 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern zum Frühstückbuffet da. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker. Alles wurde recht zügig wieder aufgefüllt. Ein paar Punkte könnte man noch verbessern. - Die Forelle auf der Fischplatte hatte sehr viele Gräten. - Neben Multivitamin und Orangensaft, könnte man noch Apfelsaft anbieten. - Der gebratene/gebackene Bacon war klein gehackt. Ganze Bacon-Streifen wären schön gewesen.

Ich war schon sehr oft mit Freunden und Familie in der Rhederei sowohl zum leckeren Frühstück, als auch zu den besonderen Themen-Abenden. ☺️ Service, Ambiente, Getränke und Essen waren immer spitze! Dafür nehme ich gerne die etwas weitere Anfahrt in Kauf. Toll, dass es die Rhederei gibt. 🤍

Direkt neben einem Parkplatz. Wir haben dort getankt und Kaffee geholt. Es gibt auch eine große Auswahl an Obst und Gemüse.

Köstlicher Burger! Mit Sorgfalt zubereitet 👌🏽

Freitag, 18 Uhr. Drei Gäste, ein Hauch von Panik - sind wir zu früh, ist es zu leer, hab ich versehentlich das ganze Restaurant gemietet? Aber nein: Der Vorteil eines leeren Lokals? Man bekommt das freundliche Personal quasi als persönlichen Service. Mega! Das Essen: ein Extra-Lob wert. Das Dessert: so gut, dass ich kurz überlegt habe, ob ich applaudieren sollte. Und siehe da - 19:15 Uhr und die Rhederei ist rappelvoll. Alle Tische besetzt, Stimmung top, Personal weiterhin freundlich wie am Anfang. Respekt! Das Restaurant ist super gepflegt, die Toiletten blitzsauber (ja, ich achte auf sowas) und für Kinder gibt’s ein Bällebad, das so groß ist, dass man als Erwachsener kurz in Versuchung kommt, selbst reinzuhüpfen. Liebes Team der Rhederei: Bitte einfach weitermachen wie bisher. Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Abend und jetzt auch ein bisschen Muskelkater vom vielen Schmunzeln.

Super Rührei, toller Milchkaffee, super nette Mitarbeitende, wunderschönes Ambiente im industriell Design. Also ja, rund herum perfekt.

Auf jeder Fahrt in den Norden und zurück halten wir da und trinken einen Cappuccino 😁

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe zum Abendessen aus; es war gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Der Service war in Ordnung, könnte aber etwas persönlicher sein. Uns wurde ein Platz am Couchtisch zugewiesen, und wir haben danach nichts mehr vom Personal gehört. Es ist ein All-you-can-eat-Restaurant, aber im Grunde ein Frühstückslokal.

Einfach nur wunderschön eingerichtet und gemütlich! Wir werden wieder kommen.

Interestingly presented herring. Served on a skewer and served with extra sauce. Delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Our dog was also welcome.

We happened upon it by chance on our way home. What a fantastic restaurant! The staff were super friendly. We've never had such delicious tapas. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the north.

A fantastic truck stop. The food is excellent. The service is simply excellent. Highly recommended.

We had to leave at short notice and ended up here by chance. But what a stroke of luck! The food was exceptionally good. The meat was top-quality, and the tarte flambée was a real explosion of flavor. There's a great changing area (in the accessible restroom), and next to the restrooms, there's a separate women's restroom with additional space for the children. So you don't feel cramped. There's a wonderful play area with lots of individual play options. I've never seen anything like it before.

We stopped here for lunch on our way north. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was very good for a truck stop restaurant. The food, from the burgers to the Kumpir to the kids' menu, was delicious. The Kumpir is more like a baked potato, but it was tasty. The restrooms and children's play area were also perfectly fine. You couldn't have a better place to take a break.

We quickly grabbed a coffee there in the morning, and I took a shower. It costs 5 euros, and it's like camping, but at least it works.

The food (dinner and breakfast) was delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive. It's child-friendly, and there's even a large play area. Despite the set tapas menu that evening, we were able to order something for our child without any problems, and special requests due to food intolerances were accommodated without any problems. It's quite expensive. I can recommend it.

Go here for a break from the highway (and not to M). Great indoor playground, everything clean. Excellent!

There's absolutely nothing to complain about, except that it's always busy 😂 but that's where the success is evident: all the food is delicious and high-quality, and the buffet is a dream. Everyone should try it.

We had coffee and cake. Both were delicious. The staff was very friendly and quick. Very nicely decorated.

While passing through, we made a brief but extremely pleasant stop at a charming restaurant. The friendly service and delicious coffee immediately created a cozy atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the lovingly prepared breakfast buffet, which left nothing to be desired. The prices were more than reasonable, and we were also impressed by the cleanliness of the restrooms. There were indoor play areas for our younger guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stop here again on our way back—a real insider tip!

I stopped by here while passing through. I actually just wanted to grab a bite to eat and use the restroom. The Sunday buffet looked so appetizing and inviting that I spontaneously decided to sit outside in the sun. The ambiance inside looked very appealing. There's also an indoor playground for children and a small children's buffet. You won't find that anywhere else in Germany. The food was delicious and varied. But, as is often the case, the staff made the difference. Please continue to be so customer-focused and friendly! Thank you!

Superb themed restaurant, excellent food, and truly, a quality of service, breathtaking for a restaurant in Germany. I myself am a French companion in butchery, with 43 years of customer service. I say bravo to the artists 👍

Recommended! Top service, very friendly! The restaurant is very suitable for children and the dog was also welcome. Cozy interior. The food was very tasty, we were there on Friday (hamburger day). Inside you have an indoor playground and even a family toilet has been thought of. Class and sparkling clean!

We ended up there by chance, and now we go there every now and then when we're on the A31 and there's no traffic. The dogs are treated very kindly, too.

We were invited here for the breakfast buffet. And we were very excited. Everything is just right here. Cozy, not too loud despite the number of guests. The buffet was beautifully presented and there was nothing that was missing. And last but not least, the waitresses were super friendly and quick on their feet. All in all an attractive location. Gladly again.

Went there for a Mexican evening. The food was very tasty, plentiful and varied. The price is definitely reasonable. Plus fast service and an appealing atmosphere. We'll be back.

Perfectly located at the Autohof on the A31 at the Rhede exit. It's great to sit in the stylish, wooden dining room, the children play in the play area and the food is impressive. From currywurst and veggie burgers to the cleverly composed pulled turkey casserole, everything is great. We tested with 8 people and everyone was happy to continue their journey. We come more often now.

We are usually very satisfied, but this time we had to wait a long time for the food and not only that the currywurst with fries had vegan beans in it that had no place in it at all.

Great evening with very tasty drinks and food.

I just stopped here to give my son a little break from the car ride. We were basically just in the play area and had a coffee ourselves. The service staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet at least looks very tasty, but I didn't try it. The play area is very nice, especially for smaller children and in general the atmosphere is very cozy and pleasant.

What should I say? I came here by chance during a business trip, but I was totally and positively surprised. As soon as I entered I was politely asked if I could be helped. The table selection was just as quick as the menu handover. I placed the order and was surprised again: the name of the dish “Urig” said it all, a wonderful salad, fresh and crunchy with a great dressing, two small schnitzels hidden under great fried eggs, accompanied by “hand-carved” French fries. Very good quality, absolutely nothing to complain about. Finally, an espresso which was simply fun. I can only thank you for your service and definitely recommend you because the quality, performance, ambience and price are really right.

Very nice restaurant, great atmosphere...

It advertises itself as a truck stop on the highway, but on Sunday it only has coffee and cake and cute waitresses. After 5 minutes of waiting and sitting alone, we went to the counter where a worker was cleaning ladles and spoons and asked for a card. The information: "There's no hot food anymore anyway" was presented in a bad mood and after being told to leave the restaurant we were charged 1 euro for using the toilet. My reference to the misleading advertising with which we were lured in never reached the employees. It was like being in a strip club in St.Pauli. Heaven is promised outside and rip-offs inside. Just don't go there!
