here I found a place to return to... and so it was. Greek cuisine, which may be tame for the Germans... but good, come on honest price. p.s. 4 stars considering we are in Germany eh...

Let's look at the look of the snack first, as this is the weakest point. Visually it's not particularly special, it's "just" a snack bar inside an Edeka or something like a small mall, but it could do with a new coat of paint. But that's just a side point. Much more important is the taste and the service. Friendly and courteous employees. If you eat on site, the food will be brought to your table. Elevated chairs are available for the very little ones. As always, the ladies were very nice and also thought of small cutlery for our child. The gyros and the pita bread were, like the previous ones, very tasty. Unfortunately, every Greek snack bar in our area that was even remotely good is closed and the ones that give you what feels like food poisoning are hanging around like weeds. That's why when I feel like gyros, I drive all the way to Kleve. Do I have a small gyro problem? Perhaps. Can I live with that? Definitely. Am I going there again someday? For sure! If you fancy a delicious snack in Kleve, go to the Mykonos Grill in the EOC.

Wir kannten das Restaurant und waren auch zufrieden. Aber dieses Mal war alles anders. Wir bestellten wie immer Paulaner Weißbier, Saganaki und Grillteller Nr.1. Der Kellner brachte uns das Bier in "GO"-Gläsern (bekannte Ulmer Marke). Wir hinterfragen sofort den Inhalt, worauf er uns bestätigte, dass es Paulaner Weißbier ist, aber in anderen Gläsern. Wir wussten sofort, dass er uns ohne rot zu werden, ins Gesicht log. Geht schon mal gar nicht. Dann kam die geschrumpfte Vorspeise,die vom Geschmack ok war. Aber dann kam der Grillteller: Leber wie Gummi, Reis und Fleischspieß komisch gewürzt. 15 Minuten später kam dann auch die extra dazu bestellten Pommes. Alles in allem ein sehr negatives Erlebnis. Wir gehen nicht mehr hin.

I've been to Areti many times, unfortunately I have to say - many a recession has been glossed over - or even written by myself - the bread is pre-baked, just old, some dishes have gone down a lot and the prices were already high before Corona - now they are too high 👎 . Strangely enough, the restaurant is very empty and always closes at a very late hour - opening time of your choice 👎. PK BU

Nice service, inexpensive, good dishes, meat was very tender and well fried. However, the food is very salty. Very simple side salad made from lettuce and tomato quarters with cocktail sauce. Both of these bothered me and I deducted one star.
