It's not really Greek food; it was just okay, as you can see from the menu – very limited, just standardized catering.

The food was prepared quickly and freshly. We'd be happy to come back.

We were very satisfied. Even though we didn't have a reservation, we still got a table, and thanks to the excellent service, we quickly ate our fill. The food was delicious. We'll definitely be back again. Thank you very much!

First of all: I've worked in the kitchen of fine dining for many years and, of course, have visited numerous Greek restaurants. This was by far the worst Greek restaurant I've eaten at in recent years. I visited here with my family last weekend. The garlic pepperoni appetizer was admittedly delicious (perhaps also due to the simplicity of the dish). The appetizer salad was coleslaw (obviously from a bucket). I ordered the gyro with beef liver. When I was served a flattened and overcooked liver the size and consistency of a shoe insole, I was quickly disappointed. But that way, tourists don't notice that you're only getting 50g of liver. My brother and mother had the gyro in Metaxa sauce. A Greek classic. However, when they expressed their displeasure and I tried a small piece, I was able to confirm that, as confirmed by other guests' reviews several years ago, this was a tomato sauce that had nothing in common with a Metaxa sauce. The tomato rice was extremely bland. The frozen fries of the lowest quality served with it were also great. But that didn't seem to bother most guests. The main thing was a lot. For the price, despite being a vacation spot, it was an absolute disgrace. Friendly and, above all, cautious criticism of the above-mentioned points to the young waiter was dismissed with "okay," which, after a brief discussion with the other bar staff member, was met with laughter. After paying, we were dismissed with a "so." The highlight of the evening was that both family members who had eaten the ((Metaxa sauce)) ended up throwing up on the way home after hastily pulling over. All in all, a successful evening. We'd gladly go again.

The best Greek restaurant in Holy Harbor. So nice, super delicious food. We were here with seven people, and everyone was very, very satisfied. I would give it 10 points if I could.

We reserved a table here for 7:00 PM on August 22, 2025, and wanted to enjoy a delicious Greek meal, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. Our order was taken after about 10 minutes, but we didn't receive any drinks or appetizers. After waiting for an hour (we still didn't have our drinks), we asked to cancel the order because we wanted to leave the restaurant. The staff didn't care. There was no apology, nor a request to sit down again and at least bring us our drinks. Stay well away from this place; they don't have to treat their guests properly.

There's a new outdoor seating area that adapts to the weather. Great food with a salad to start with and friendly service. I can't understand the criticisms about the staff. There's a real staff shortage in this industry, which wasn't noticeable here despite the full house. If you want something faster, you might want to stick with McDonald's. The small salad to start with is free, and guests who want a larger one can order one. We were very satisfied with a party of 8 people. Pollá efcharistó

We've enjoyed our stay here for years. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the covered terrace provides shelter from any weather. We come back regularly!

A lovely little Greek restaurant with authentic food. We started with wine, saganaki, and tzatziki, and for the main course, we had gyros and bifteki baked in Metaxa sauce. Everything was seafood-flavored and delicious. The food is definitely worth the price. One positive thing to note is that dogs are also welcome.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The food always tastes delicious, and the ambiance—whether inside or outside—is always wonderful. That's why we love coming back every time we're in Heiligenhafen! Keep up the good work!!!

Very unfriendly service. The food is edible, but there's a poorly prepared coleslaw to start with. The main course was mostly filled with fries, there was very little meat on it, and only a tiny bowl of tzatziki. We'll go to a competitor next time; the welcome is friendly, and the food is much, much better than here.

Very tasty food. We had grilled pepperoni, gyros, and lamb steak. It also came with delicious fries, tomato rice, and salad. Everything was very tasty and the portions were generous. Very friendly staff, and the terrace at the back was lovely. We'd be happy to come back.

Spontaneous, delicious, relaxed – we'd love to go again! The four of us went out spontaneously one evening and still got a table without a reservation – that was a great start! The service was friendly, attentive, and pleasantly relaxed. The food? Really good! Fresh, delicious, and plentiful – no one went home hungry. The atmosphere was relaxed, exactly what you want for a lovely evening by the sea. Heiligenhafen would be delighted to have a restaurant like this. We'll definitely be back!

Highly recommended, a classic Greek restaurant. Relatively attentive service, very good value for money. Good meat, I ate the best lamb chops there in a long time. Highly recommended... Addendum: July 22, 2025 at 6:45 PM !! !! We went to the Korfu restaurant today without a reservation. We asked for a table for two people. There were four tables available without reservation signs. A fifth table was just being cleared. It was a cold, wet, rainy day. We were asked to sit outside. Apathetic, almost unfriendly. As I said, it was cold. Even when we asked if we could sit inside, we were met with a casual, emotionless head shake... The restaurant there doesn't seem to need it. ...

I had squid rings with gyro, and my wife had the Arthos plate. We both enjoyed it immensely, and we also got a free ouzo. We'd be happy to go again.

Very tasty, highly recommended. We even ate there twice during our vacation. Rump steak, bifteki filled with feta cheese, grilled pepperoni,… everything was very, very good and all fairly priced.

We had well-deserved a break in Heiligenhafen. We found this restaurant just a few minutes from our vacation apartment. From the outside, you wouldn't realize how far back this (large and cozy) restaurant is, with its covered outdoor area. We were not only warmly welcomed, everyone was kind, attentive but not intrusive, and humorous. The service was simply fabulous. The food was deliciously heavenly. I had tzatziki to start, and for the main course, gyros and souvlaki. The latter was super tender and juicy. An absolutely wonderful evening and stay. We'll be going to Heiligenhafen for a day or two in the summer, and we've already decided where we'll eat. Thank you so much for the delicious food and the excellent service.

Loveless, inattentive, not beautiful. Extremely uncomfortable outside.

The food was good, but the portions were very small. The pepperoni appetizer, in particular, was too small. The service was okay but extremely inattentive. We weren't able to order a second round of drinks. We had to get salt and pepper ourselves from inside. We had to ask for the bill twice, and there was no ozono with the bill either. We sat outside, and there was a lack of decor and comfortable seating.

From the outside, it looks unassuming, but inside, there's a huge terrace. The service was very attentive. The food was delicious. Not to mention the ouzo. We

The plates are not as crowded as is usual for Greek places. Unfortunately there was no ouzo on the side.

It is a typical Greek restaurant, close to the center and old town, with classic, very good dishes. As well as friendly and pleasant service. Price/performance ratio is right.

We, two adults plus a toddler +4), ordered take-away food here for the first time, which was quick. Once gyros with rice and once gyros gratinated with fries. Rating: The portions are outrageously small and relatively expensive for Greek restaurant standards - we are still hungry(!) We are used to having a whole meal left over for the following day. The composition was also very careless: the few fries were not packaged separately, but slapped on top of the Metaxa sauce, so that it ended up being a sauce. The Metaxa sauce tasted more like tomato paste, the dollop of tzatziki was tasteless (hardly any garlic) and the salads were also very manageable. Conclusion: Maybe the food on site is tastier and is more in line with what you would expect from good Greek food in a restaurant, but it is absolutely not recommended for take-away. We'd rather go to the competition (Orfeo).

I really liked the food, it was served quite quickly and was absolutely delicious. Everything was freshly prepared. Since the portion (platter for 2 people) was too large, we asked the staff to pack the rest (almost half). Unfortunately, due to a single employee's lack of German language skills, this was thrown away. To be fair, it has to be said that our food was freshly prepared for us, so that we were able to take our portion with us. Thank you again for this nice gesture.

Greek food in a family atmosphere is wonderful in Corfu. The food and the portions are plentiful and the price is completely reasonable. The restaurant is a family business with Greek hospitality and leaves you feeling welcome again at any time. My tip; In addition to the typical Greek dishes, the pork fillet with wine sauce or mushroom sauce is also really tasty.

Everything was great, but unfortunately there were no garlic potatoes on the SPK. 🤔

Whenever my wife and I spend our vacation in Heiligenhafen, we like to stop off in Corfu. The ambience is very nice. The staff very attentive. But the best thing is the food, which is very tasty and appetizing,...and a free ouzo. We would like to come again! 😃

Food was OK but the meat was very fatty. Unfortunately, the atmosphere on the terrace was rather uncomfortable - despite a large birthday party of 20 people, no flowers, no seat cushions, no tablecloths... more like a snack bar. The service... nice and tried hard but unfortunately catastrophic.

I had a gyro gratinated with Metaxa sauce and was very satisfied. I would particularly like to highlight the rice. He was great.

Were there as holiday guests for a meal. We were warmly welcomed and given a great table. The starters of sheep's cheese and tzatziki were delicious. We can also recommend the main course. Parking is available in the city for a fee. Great covered terrace!

Never had such a bad Greek meal!!! We always went to Orfeo Greco (another restaurant) and were obviously spoiled. The food in Corfu tasted like it was old and then reheated in the microwave. The salad only consisted of coleslaw and the metaxasause tasted like pure ketchup. My bifteki had no filling and was just slapped onto lettuce leaves. The service was rude and abrupt. I would recommend that everyone in Heiligenhafen go to Orgeo Greco instead. There is homemade bread with a variety of salads and a beautiful, well-kept and planted terrace.

The Korfu Restaurant in Heiligenhafen on the Baltic Sea is a beautiful and cozy Greek restaurant that we visited on our summer vacation in 2021 to have dinner there. I really enjoyed my visit there, although it unfortunately ended badly. But one after anonther: From the outside and inside, Corfu looks like any other Greek restaurant. It is nicely and comfortably furnished and there are plenty of seats and tables. You can get typical dishes here such as gyros, a garlic plate, grilled pepperoni or grilled sheep's cheese. The food was delicious, crispy and well priced. You didn't have to pay more than anywhere else. Shortly after we sat down at a table, we were able to order drinks and receive the menu. We were told that we could stay for a maximum of 1.5 hours because the table had then been reserved again. That should be enough for us, we thought. After the drinks were brought quickly, we had to wait an hour and ten minutes for the food, which in my opinion is far too long, especially considering that the place wasn't overcrowded or anything like that. When our food was brought there was nothing wrong with it. The taste and the size of the portions are really great. After the long wait, we had to hurry up with food because, as I said, we only had 1.5 hours - which would normally have been enough. After dinner we like to have an ouzo as a nightcap at the Greek restaurant and my mother likes to order an espresso. We also told the waitress that when she came to clear away. However, it was then said that “our time” is now up and we have to clear the table for the next ones. I then explained that it wasn't our fault if we had to wait over an hour for our food and that a small espresso and ouzo should have been included - no, it wasn't. The bill was brought to us and we were then told to “clear the field”. We were no longer allowed to have espresso and ouzo. In my opinion that doesn't work at all. It's a real shame because Corfu is actually a great restaurant.

Meine Familie und ich haben heute da Essen bestellt. Also verschiedene Sachen Gyros überbacken, Gyros mit Leber .... Wir müssen sagen wir haben noch nie so schlecht gegessen. Das Essen bestand überwiegend aus Fett. Der Salat war auch ein Trauerspiel. Ganz zu schweigen von den Miniportionen. Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht.

We were there with 10 people. Unfortunately, the service was particularly professional. The service staff was slightly overwhelmed and communication was rather poor. Some of the food was already served cold. I would describe the quality as average. I've actually eaten better.

Delicious Giros, crispy and not greasy at all - wonderful. Nice portions and delicious grilled pepperoni. Good service. Right on a street next to the market, we were there for the second time and would happily recommend it - it's worth it.

It's a shame that there are only 5 stars to rate. Both the food, the service and the ambience deserve 10 stars. I really enjoy eating here.

The food lacks taste, only the fries and the minced steak with sheep's cheese were good. The service initially served us quickly, but after the plates were cleared we were ignored, even when the glasses were empty no one came by.

Wir waren das 2 mal hier für uns ist dieser grieche perfekt wünsche werden erfüllt Service schnell und gut wenn er nicht so weit von unserem Heimatort wäre würden wir öfters kommen nur zu empfehlen

Wollte eigentlich Nudeln, bin dann aber hier gelandet. War mit n paar Leuten da, haben auch sofort einen Tisch bekommen, war nichts los. Als Vorspeise hatte ich einen Schafskäse Teller. Halt Käse mit ner halben Tomate und nem Blatt Salat. Als Hauptgericht dann Filet Kreta, mit Fritten und Reis. Die Pommes waren super, das Fleisch nicht so. Und der Reis, wer isst bitte Pommes mit Reis?? Das Tzatziki war lahm, ich hatte nicht mal eine Knoblauch Fahne. Meine Bekannten waren leider auch nicht zufrieden
