Restaurant Mykonos in Heiligenhafen

I have always loved this restaurant. But what happened? We had ordered a table for 5 people, we got one for 4 and a table for 2 with a walk-through. Ergo, a well-groomed conversation only involved talking loudly. Unfortunately there was no liver on the seasonal winter menu, which I personally find a shame (always very tasty) Unfortunately the prices don't match the food. I ordered 3 minced steaks with Metaxa sauce, I got 2. The food was only lukewarm, my small beer turned out to be a large beer. The taste was good. The missing minced steak was offered to me 15 minutes later when my cutlery had already been cleared away. Sorry, no one will see me there any time soon

Very good service, very good food. There were three of us and it went really quickly until we had our food. The food was delicious and the portions were very good.

Chic little restaurant with short waiting times, it was well attended (1-2 tables were still free) after 1 minute we had the card in our hands, after 5 minutes the salad plate was on the table and after 15 minutes the food was there 👍🏻 what There's nothing to complain about. Turkey with Metaxer sauce was super tasty, but the spagetti bolonaise didn't really convince us (it's a matter of taste) otherwise any time again👍🏻

We ate at the Mykonos restaurant for the first time today. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. The young woman in service was incredibly nice and we really enjoyed the food (souvlaki). We were recommended to make a reservation in advance. We will be happy to come back.

We were in Mykonos for lunch today and ordered gyros with tzatziki and gyros gratinated with metaxa sauce. The gyro with tzatziki was pleasantly browned, as you would expect. In our opinion, the gratinated gyros had never been put on the gyros grill. The meat was completely pale and, above all, it contained a lot of cartilage and a lot of fat. The sauce was a watery affair and barely seasoned. The price was too high at 18.50 euros. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the restaurant.

The food was really tasty and the hospitality was also very good. My partner, who only had a starter and a side salad, was very satisfied. For my main course I had a grill plate Naxos. This great Greek restaurant is just a stone's throw away from our holiday apartment. The staff were very friendly, even though we "only" ordered something to take away. The portions were very generous and the gyros and tzatziki were very tasty. Can really recommend. We'll definitely be back!

I was on vacation with my mom in Heiligenhafen and spontaneously wanted to eat Greek. The shop was busy but we still managed to get a seat and we recommended making a reservation. The food was very, very tasty, the lovely wine is highly recommended as well as the Olympic platter for 2 people, the service was super friendly and we got an ouzu before and after the meal. There was nothing to complain about. Flawless :)

Were here on a short vacation and had dinner there. Are completely satisfied. Great food, quick service, cozy. Prices good. Since the shop is very small, it is advisable to reserve in advance. Friendly service, delicious food and a beautiful view of the inland lake. The gyros could have been fried a little crispier for my taste, but otherwise very tasty. Attention if you have sensitive stomachs...the tzatziki has a lot of garlic in it 😄

We came here on the evening of our arrival day and ordered gyros. This was so good that we came back to eat again four days later, this time in the garden. What you can say is that the food tastes really good, it is inexpensive and the staff is also available to help you if you have intolerances (celiac disease). The nice gentleman even asked me several times whether I could tolerate all the spices! Even our son felt very comfortable and chose something from the children's menu and he liked it!

Hingehen, wenn man sich richtig ärgern will : Das grenzt an Touristen-Abzocke ! Leber durchgebraten und verbrannt. Metaxa-Sauce OHNE Metaxa zubereitet, Pommes ohne Salz - Der Chef brachte einen der Teller selbst und stellte ihn lieblos wie im Schnellimbiss im Vorbeigehen auf den Tisch - schlechte Präsentation. 40 Minuten gewartet, Laden vollbesetzt. Reklamation der Leber - Preis storniert. Sauce ohne Metaxa: "Jeder macht Metaxa-Sauce anders" TROTZ Storno ca. 93 € für 3 Gerichte plus Getränke. Wir haben uns sehr geärgert, der Abend war gelaufen. Bei allem Verständnis für alles Mögliche und ursprünglich beste Urlaubslaune unsererseits: DAS GEHT GAR NICHT bzw WIR gehen da nie mehr hin. Die Gästeanzahl samstagabends erklärt sich wohl mit mangelnden Alternativen dort. Aber womit erklären sich bitte die vielen guten Bewertungen hier ???

The restaurant is lovingly furnished and appears very well maintained. You can also sit outside and enjoy food with a view of the inland lake or promenade. However, I (only) ordered takeaway. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Even though I was there at "prime dinner time", I only had to wait 25 minutes for my order. The portion was well laid out, everything was very hot and obviously freshly prepared. Salad and tzatziki were served in a separate container so that everything was at the right temperature. I liked it very much! Price wise, it's okay! €17.90 for a meal with lots of meat, rice and salad, which is currently the rate right on the promenade in high season. Oh, there was also an ouzo “on the house” :)

Eat ! Side salad was a disaster. 0 taste. Luckily the main course was much better. Not outstanding, but still tasty. Service was great for us. Fast and friendly. Unfortunately the ambience isn't that great. For a vacation spot like this, everything is very outdated and run down. A bit of paint, new plaster and some cleaning on the outside would do wonders here.

Unfortunately, we had some raw gyros meat on both plates, everything else was ok. Our table neighbors had cold baked potatoes and diagonally across from us a couple had raw gyros, which we noticed. It's a shame for such a place. We mentioned it to the landlord but it wasn't taken into account in the bill. Update 7/2024: Price list on the restaurant notice board, see photos.

We had dinner in Mykonos yesterday. The service was friendly, the food was half good. But my husband got the wrong drink, instead of the Spezi he ordered he got a Sprite. When it came to eating, my husband didn't get exactly what he ordered, but it was quickly remedied by the service staff. The rice was mushy and tasted like canned tomatoes in water. What was really tasty was the zatziki and the meat was okay. We complained about the rice and the service didn't charge for the extra portion of zaztiki.

Vi landade här första kvällen efter en liten rundtur i området. Vi ville gärna sitta ute men såg ingen uteservering så vi gick runt och tittade och där var en stor och jättemysig servering. Personalen kunde knappt engelska så vi fick peka men det funkade bra. Vi beställde en grilltallrik för två och en souvlaki. Souvlakin var god och det var rikligt med mat. Grilltallriken innehöll två biffar, två kotletter och två grillspett. Allt var gott men saknade sälta men det kan man lösa själv såklart. Grillspetten var nog bäst med en utmärkt grillsmak. Tzatzikin var underbart god och krämig. Jag kan varmt rekomendera Mykonos, både för maten och utsikten över sjön.

Pre-ordering worked, the food was plentiful. There was salad with every menu, unfortunately not fresh, only from the wholesaler, a shame 😔 Cleanliness is still room for improvement, the seagulls were fed on the in-house roof during the meal

We have been here for vacation at this time of year in June for several years! Mykonos Restaurant is always a nice experience for my wife and me. It's just that we suddenly had no chance of getting the table despite having a reservation, so we didn't start well! Since we have a large dog with us and the table fit perfectly! We are very disappointed and are thinking about going to Mykonos again!

We've been there several times and we've always enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the last visit was very sobering. The food was sufficient but everything lacked taste. The service wasn't what you were used to either. Very unfortunate. We had imagined it differently for our 10th wedding anniversary.

We (my husband, baby and I) went there for dinner this week. We ordered two starters, gyros gratin and suflaki gratin. We enjoyed all of the dishes very well and can recommend them to others. In addition, the staff is very friendly. We will definitely come here again on our vacations.

We have eaten there several times and picked up several times. The dishes (grilled plates / bifteki) were always very tasty, well seasoned, but not too much. I was even offered the ouzo when I picked it up. As an extra treat, we received a small bottle of wine on the house at the end of the holiday so that we could toast the holiday again at home. We ate here in the evening. The ambience at the lake is great. The staff was friendly, but not overly accommodating. The food and the ouzo were good and filling, although the gyros were a little hard.

I'm a little surprised at the other reviews. The gyros gratinated were good but the grill plate for €21 was unfortunately not at all. The lamb chop was very fatty and grilled to death, the gyros were dry and the fries were soggy. We picked up the food so can't say much about the service. But the first impression was good. The restaurant looks a bit run down from the outside and is cozy inside.

Ein tolles Restaurant, Gyros lecker, die gegrillte Rinderleber ein Traum. Ich habe nie eine bessere auf dem Teller serviert bekommen. Auch die Bedienung (es war die Wirtin) absolut nett, ich kann das Restaurant absolut empfehlen Servicepersonal ist auch sehr nett und freundlich.

We were very satisfied with both the friendliness and the food. There was plenty of food and what is particularly worth mentioning is that children are very welcome there!! The little ones even got an extra salad for themselves, something we've never experienced before. Super lovely people :) . If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back. Rather simple from the outside and expectations were correspondingly low. We were tired and just wanted to eat a little something. The service welcomed us warmly despite the restaurant being full. The service, no matter who was there, was very courteous and adjustments to the food were not an issue despite the many guests! The food itself surprised us positively! Very juicy, but not dripping in fat gyros. The turkey steak with vegetables was very well seasoned and the vegetables made from mushrooms and peppers were al dente but cooked through. Only the salad beforehand was boring, but that doesn't detract from the whole thing

Very nice service. Very tasty food. We were there on a Friday and because we really liked it we went again the following Sunday. Everything tasted very good and the food was hot at the table. Great value for money and there was the obligatory ouzo before and after the meal. We know many restaurants that could take a leaf out of this!

Unfortunately, a few pieces of meat from the grill plate were too dry, but generally varied and tasty.

We ordered gyros and turkey steak and it was super tasty, rich and highly recommended with a great homemade tzatziki. Super nice staff We'd love to come back.

Als wir uns entschieden haben, das wir beim Griechen zu essen, wurden wir am Eingang nett begrüßt und uns wurde ein Tisch zugeteilt. Getränke wurden fix serviert und unsere Essensbestellung auf Anfrage entgegen genommen. Wir hatten die Kreta Grillplatte + Reis, Pommes und reichlich Zaziki, für 3 Personen ( 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder) die vollkommen gereicht hat. Das Restaurant war gut besucht und die Stimmung schien gut zu sein. Das Ambiente hat uns gut gefallen, ein wenig wie Griechenland Urlaub. Werden nächstes Jahr wieder dort essen kommen.

Pflichtbesuch in Heiligenhafen, ich empfehle als Vorspeise den Octopus mit Balsamico und das Gyros in Metaxa-Soße. Im Sommer ist die Terrasse ein TraumBis heute Abend :)
