Burger King in Rosenheim

Something is regularly forgotten. Today, fries worth almost €4. I don't understand it?! It already takes a good 15 minutes if you order in person. At the drive-thru, it can take even longer. +Update+ January 2026: Things have actually improved.

I got completely ripped off today! I paid almost 34 euros, and then when I got home I discovered that two burgers and SpongeBob's socks were missing! So I got one burger, two drinks, and two fries for 34 euros. I live 10 kilometers away and was simply too lazy to drive back. That dump won't see me again.

Pure rip-off, based on a 90-minute parking limit starting at 8:14 PM!!! I went to eat after shopping. It took me almost 20 minutes to get my food because the woman at the counter barely spoke German, and by the time I started eating, it was already around 8:40 PM... Unfortunately, I didn't get a receipt because the time would have only been shown after 8:14 PM, plus the time factored in for customers to actually get their food... The logic behind limiting customers to just 90 minutes to eat doesn't make any sense to me, especially after 8 PM??? They could just take down the customers' license plates, and the time would start counting as soon as they have their food... I will never set foot in that burger joint again until these rip-off artists disappear... €40 for parking 16 minutes over the limit, plus a parking fee?? Even other fast-food chains don't charge that much.

The only Burger King for miles around. It's conveniently located, but right next to a garage, so the entrance and parking spaces are often full. The food is good, and there's a refill station. Unfortunately, it sometimes takes longer than expected because there are often more customers than anticipated. The restaurant also has a drive-thru.

It's fast food, after all. Ordering inside is faster than at the drive-thru... The staff are a bit slower than in other fast food restaurants. Plenty of parking available.

One person is working in customer service/sales, naturally focusing primarily on the drive-thru. This results in unusually long waiting times. Several employees are out cleaning with rags and brooms.

Fast food? Not a chance. Burger King is now selling King Wings and Chili Cheese Nuggets as if they were coated in gold. Same product as always—but suddenly with prices that make you seriously reconsider your life choices. You don't get better quality. No bigger portions. No real upgrade. Just a price that makes fast food sound like a collector's item. This isn't about "getting full" anymore. This is an attempt to squeeze profit out of deep-fried food until the last customer wakes up. And that's exactly where we are now. When you pay more for ten small snacks than for a hot lunch at a restaurant, it's no longer a pleasure. This is a silent slap in the face to everyone who still hopes that fast food will remain fair.

Never again! It's an absolute outrage to invite guests and then hire a parking attendant who later charges more than the entire meal is worth. Anyone who goes there and stays there is a fool. How are you supposed to know you can't park in a restaurant's parking lot but can eat in Burger King? What's the point of it being a restaurant? It should be a gas station. Never again. The place should be grateful it's getting customers and not trying to drive them away. It's not going anywhere; it doesn't have any customers anyway.

They always seem overwhelmed there, so a longer wait is unfortunately necessary. The food is typical Burger King fare, very much to my liking.

As I pulled into the drive-thru, there was a strong smell of old grease. The cashier couldn't speak a word of German and apparently no English. After receiving my food, I took two bites of my chicken crisp burger. It tasted quite musty. I then smelled the fries, which smelled truly rancid. I threw everything away. The most pathetic dining experience ever. I had diarrhea and vomited all night. Never again.

Unfortunately, they're always completely overwhelmed here. Sometimes you wait 30 minutes at the drive-thru.

The staff are nice, the food is good. But unfortunately, I won't be going there anymore because of the parking control situation. You're sitting there with a friend, eating your meal, maybe tea or dessert, and an hour and 45 minutes later, you drive home and get a €40 parking ticket in the mail. It's not okay if, as a customer, you only have a short time to eat. Especially since it's not so busy that you're taking up other people's parking spaces. Burger King, you absolutely need to sort this out, otherwise you'll lose customers... you automatically lost me with that letter, along with many others.

A joke for the price and then the food is cold, the fries are probably already 1 hour old and the coke is only water. 1 star is still too much, never again.

I rarely leave a review, but this Burger King is definitely worth avoiding. The plant-based chili burger for €7.39 is an absolute disgrace! Also, the wait time is long, the place isn't tidy, and the tables are dirty... What a shame.

It couldn't get any worse, the first burger was ice cold! And the second one had strange ingredients.

Just don't go there by car as they will fine you for consuming fast food. I can't believe what is happening in this country. You want to eat some fast but not in a rush and after some weeks you gat a fine for using the parking. That's really bad. Won't go there ever again and I will tell all my friends to visit McDonalds as they don't charge you for using the parking when eating their food. Be careful and avoid eating at Burger King. Use the drive inn. Hope that they don't charge you for using the alley of the drive inn.

Something like this is supposed to be a pom-pom box from Burger King with three half-sized pieces of meat. They unfortunately don't have a phone number. I called them because they're 20 minutes away from me. And the burger comes with two pieces of doner meat, so I paid a bit more than 18 euros.

If you're nice, most of the employees are very friendly, and it shows, too, with the occasional 7 or 8 nugget in a box of 6. I really enjoy going there, and the food is almost always exactly what I expect. Great stuff.

So hello the drive in is absolute junk, takes ages and is very unfriendly

I had to back out of the drive-thru because of a "system error." After ordering on the screen, it took 25 minutes because I was there for the shift change and suddenly no one was preparing the food. There were only two of us in the entire restaurant, but I think the shift chat took priority. 5 stars for the corpulent lady who rubbed her belly under her T-shirt just before she packed my food. That was great! You rarely see that in a restaurant these days! 😄

Addendum To top it all off, a horrible burger AND the wrong one at that!! Instead of Supreme, I can't stand chili cheese and spicy food at all! Especially since everything is full of scum, thanks to the first-class preparation!! It's really annoying when no one understands you at the drive-thru or inside the counter. We reversed out of the drive-thru to order inside. But since there's no information anywhere, not even on the vending machine, about what's in the long chicken, for example, or what kind of sauce it is, the whole thing gets really annoying. I then had to Google what it's made of. The lady leaned with both arms on the cash register and just kept asking "what?"... Unfortunately, very annoying 😕 And considering there was nothing going on, I waited a really long time, and then they just slammed the tablet down on the counter, said the number in an annoyed tone, and that was it. I've been waiting for 15 minutes, and there's someone ahead of me... I'd love to cancel right away and leave... ... So, the burgers were squashed together accordingly. And the size of the King Fries is ridiculous! 2 burgers, one King Fries and a Coke, almost €18... I actually really like Burger King because of the plant-based options, but not like this... Great 👌🏼

Until recently, I was a regular at BK Rosenheim. The store is quite conveniently located for me, and I don't think the stuff there is all that bad. What always really annoyed me was the constant, irritatingly loud beeping and honking (at least during my visits). It comes from the kitchen and can last quite a while. I barely had a minute of peace and quiet before it started again. So, it was sometimes difficult for me to switch off and relax while eating. But you can escape it by sitting outside in the right weather. On my last visit there, I had some time to kill and overlooked the fact that I'd already been there for more than two hours. Promptly, two weeks later, I received a €35 fine for exceeding the parking time. I think that's basically fine, and the appropriate signage is clearly posted in the parking lot. When I contacted the responsible company with proof of payment (!!!), my request for a more accommodating arrangement was rejected. It should also be noted that the neighboring car dealership always has vehicles without license plates parked in the customer parking spaces. And they do so for several days! So, as a paying customer at Burger King, I have to pay €35 after more than two hours, while a neighboring company uses the customer parking spaces as storage space for its vehicles! They probably won't pay a €35 daily fee per vehicle... So, dear Burger King Rosenheim, I really feel like I've been ripped off, really badly! I'd rather take a longer trip now; you'll never see me there again.☹️

Food is always lukewarm and it takes forever at the drive-thru!

The food has always been good since opening. However, my extra order was "forgotten" once, and I paid more than I received. The wait times are inhumane, even if you're the only person inside or in the drive-thru... terrible. Sometimes you're first in line for 20 minutes. Addendum: Cheese was forgotten on the burger several times, even though the extra cheese was added. The wait times are still inhumane. I stood for a burger - nothing was happening - and it took over 25 minutes.

Polite staff, delicious, clean, pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it. P.S. If I'm passing by, I'll definitely stop by.

It looks pretty fancy, but doesn't taste particularly good. Long wait times, and the sauces were almost as warm as the fries. :(

Familiar to me, but poor service. The staff is not very good at handling things. They didn't give us everything we ordered right away, only after I reacted. I don't mind, but they should be more focused.

I ordered three milkshakes here today, and it took forever, even though the lady at the counter was busy. The highlight, however, was that the advertised milkshake was just milk slop with syrup on the bottom. Next time, I'll just drink regular milk from the discount store.

The burger had been sitting on the tray for at least 10 minutes before I even received it, so it was cold. Half of my order was also missing. Service was very unfriendly.

I was there with my grandchild. After dinner, she was still drawing on the screen in the children's corner, and I met up with old friends and chatted a bit, and now I have to pay a €35 parking ticket! I parked in the first parking space directly to the left of the entrance. Am I checking for a parking time limit?? In a commercial area?? I'm beyond speechless!! What a rip-off! 😞 And the service in the restaurant wasn't particularly good, because some of the employees are overwhelmed by the German language.

In my opinion, the quality of service has plummeted completely since the introduction of terminals. I enjoy interacting with people. 🤷 The coffee was the worst of the three today.

Congratulations to the Burger King team in Rosenheim – you really managed to deliver a truly unique taste experience. My shake actually tasted like mold – probably a secret, new recipe experiment? 😅 That makes it clear to me: No one will see me here again. And I can't recommend the place to anyone, unless you're into questionable taste experiments.

Be careful: The owners don't want you to linger here too long. They're busy handing out parking tickets in what appears to be a free parking lot.

I like their stuff more than McDonald's. But €15 for a burger, a small drink, and some cheese balls is insane. For that money, I can even get all-you-can-drink at the Asian Buffet!

We were here recently, and unfortunately, the visit was rather disappointing. Even though it was hardly busy, we still had to wait a long time for our food. The staff spoke poor German, which unfortunately led to misunderstandings; they were also extremely slow and unorganized. The tables were clean, but the wall directly next to our seat was dirty and unhygienic – this significantly spoiled the overall impression. The food itself was also disappointing: The burgers were undercooked and only lukewarm, and the fries were soft and soggy. I don't think the prices are justified for the quality of the food. Overall, the visit was disappointing; I will avoid this branch.

I just received a letter stating that I parked too long in the Burger King parking lot and will therefore have to pay a €35 fine. That's one way to scare away customers.

I think it's great, the food is good, the service can take a bit of a while but they are all the nicer and they take care of the dog, no problem, you even get water for the dog without asking and you can also refill the drinks at no extra cost

I went to Burger King today to get a "quick" lunch, but I was wrong. Even though the Mc Drive-in was only used by me and one other car, it took ages. The woman in front of me even had to get out to explain to the guy at the counter that she had an appointment and had to leave. She had been waiting at the Mc Drive-in for over 10 minutes. When I got home I noticed that they hadn't given me the chicken burger Mc Plank I ordered, but one with regular meat (even though I had specifically asked twice). On top of that the fries were way too salty. This has nothing to do with a good fast food restaurant, more with "do they understand fun"!

The biggest rubbish they eat is the only people who work and the best thing is if the food is missing they take it and put it on top and give it to people to eat Just don't go there, it's better to go to Lidel and definitely have better food there

If you could give zero stars I would do it. The only competent person is today's shift leader (at least she gave us the money back), everyone else laughs at complaints (ingredients that were paid for forgotten, wrong sauces/burgers, etc.) disaster every time.

Disappointed. I ordered the King Churros with pistachios, but unfortunately I couldn't eat them this time because they simply used chocolate sauce instead of the caramel sauce (like last time) and because of an intolerance, so I didn't have any of it

We ordered the plant-based long chicken in the menu and got that too, the salad was crispy and we waited at most 10 minutes for the order. The staff was friendly and the tables and floor were cleaned. So I can recommend it. :)

Got the wrong burger and had chicken instead of plant-based salad. Unfortunately I only noticed it at home. And driving another 20 kilometers to complain was just too stupid for me. So if you want to go there, you should always check your order very carefully.

The service could be better, something is often forgotten like sauces or the wrong burger, but drinks with refills are handed out without any problems. Otherwise, fries are good, sometimes rather weak and unsalted, sometimes appropriate.

I visited the restaurant in Rosenheim today and ordered food for over €20. The burger was cold and the patty was very dry (taken off once). I returned it with the instructions cold and tasted dry, after 1 minute I got the same bitten burger back heated up, it was completely mushy and inedible. In addition, the fries and barbecue fries weren't crispy and were a bit old. The drink Pepsi was completely non-carbonated, like still sweet water, disgusting. As a restaurateur for 37 years, I am incredibly upset and disappointed with the service. Burger King certainly won't be going anywhere anytime soon. Management should be reconsidered.

Update: after a new visit in January 2025, I had nothing left to complain about. Everything was clean, food was good and on time. Only the drive-in needs improvement, as payment could only be made in cash and there are always longer waiting times there. Bad...completely overwhelmed staff who look like they can't count to three. Very dirty (tables, floor) even though there wasn't much going on. No soap in the soap dispenser... I don't want to know what the conditions are like in the kitchen...

If you want to see the decline of a branch... Come closer, come back You have to see that. Completely incompetent and unmotivated staff. Of course, if the skiers are hungry on Sunday evening it takes longer, but today it was really absurd. 40 minutes for a menu of 2 burgers and fries with no extras. It looks like a pigsty, the staff puts together orders, sometimes three of the same ones in parallel. They take each other's burgers off the tablets or out of the bags. It takes forever, so no order is correct. And the little Asian woman at the front acts like a block attendant and stares at customers and colleagues. To make others ashamed. It is no longer surprising that our order was neither correct nor warm at the end.

I went to Burger King with friends as normal. My friends sat down and I went to the order machine. Shortly after I ordered, a man at the counter asked me whether my friends would order nothing. They just used the app. The tone in which this employee spoke to me was very disrespectful, especially since I had no idea what my friends did and I just find this way of dealing with customers unacceptable. I probably won't come back again. Because you will be treated much better at any other place.

Everything is very bad. Disgusting never again. Everything dry king rib no sauce inside. Nobody would miss the whole store being dirty if it closed.

I ordered a salad without tomatoes and extra cucumbers.... I got a salad with tomatoes, then I pointed out because after all I pay extra for cucumbers.... It wouldn't have been a problem, but something that bothers me can happen and The bad review is justified, I was yelled at by an employee and said I should have ordered it that way (it was on the bill without tomatoes and cucumber). It was then “fixed” but was wrong again. I only got arugula thrown on it and again no cucumbers, then I asked about it again and they said it was his, but it was still charged and there wasn't even an apology for the employee's stupid whining.

Order monitors that display the number are broken, so you have to wait at the counter. More monitors broken. Generally dirty Used trays will not be cleared away Tables not wiped - even if half a table is dirty with Fanta... If you get a decent branch management, it will never happen to Burger King in Rosenheim!

Over 20 tables and none were cleaned... Hygienic looks different. The food was delicious except for the sweet and sour sauce that was forgotten... maybe the health department should take a look at it or a manager from the chain.

This store needs to be closed immediately. It absolutely can't be too expensive for this average quality and hygiene. Service is average. Never again!!!!

It's a shame that you get ripped off so much at the parking lot. 35€ is a not inconsiderable surcharge, you won't see me again. By the way, you have to be careful if you want nuggets and burgers vegan, sometimes they contain meat.

Food is usual at BurgerKing and always really warm/hot. Unfortunately, the whole place, including the sanitary facilities, is pretty dirty. The tables are stained and sticky and the toilets have no paper, no soap and smell very unpleasant. Really a shame, but not recommended...

Drive in takes forever. Burger cold and inedible. Worst Burger King I've ever been to. At the end you will be tempted to get cheated on your change.

Unfortunately our experience with BK in Rosenheim wasn't great. Waiting almost 20 minutes for food is a disgrace for a fast food restaurant. The food was good, although the burgers could have been a little hotter. Otherwise, it's a clean store with good parking. One more thing should be mentioned, the toilets were clean and tidy.

Man O Meter! Never again! I had two burgers forgotten that were not refunded despite the receipt! That was 18€. There was also a large urine-like puddle on the floor which spread an acrid scent throughout the house. There was also leftover food lying around everywhere that the employees weren't interested in. At least some of the employees were nice 😕

BK is tasting better than MCD now and the KingB is still the King.

Haven't been there for years and then for the first time a few weeks ago. It took ages for the food to be ready. Then it was almost cold. 🥶 I'm not going there anymore. In terms of price it's a disappointment anyway.

Chaos in the driveway and in the parking lot, thanks to adjacent car traffic. Floor in toilet sticky and greasy. The rest was fine, despite the large order, the food came quickly.

The guest room is really dirty, even the tables can't be wiped down even though there's nothing going on. Food, well, lies more under the heat lamp to keep it somewhat lukewarm I advise everyone against grating potatoes After I tried it, I quickly realized that it wasn't good at all, so I had to go to the toilet and lo and behold, someone else probably didn't have it well either (see photo)

Extremely long waiting time. In terms of the entire service, there is no comparison to MCD. If someone in front of you has a mega order, you will have to wait a long time because there is no delivery service to the car. Competitors solve this better

Deserved 0 stars, queued in the drive-in for over 20 minutes... and then 1 burger and chicken nuggets were missing. When we asked why it was taking so long, we were told the chef simply left... but according to the other reviews, it wasn't just today. We will never go here again and this Burger King is absolutely not recommended.

Order is once again incomplete. Missing items were supplied later, but we had to go there again and the food was of course cold. No compensation whatsoever, not even an apology from the employee.
