Burger King in Rosenheim

Bei meinem Besuch war alles prima, alle Terminals haben funktioniert, App Coupon + PDF Coupon wurde akzeptiert, Bestellung dauerte nicht lange, Burger waren frisch, warm und saftig, keine extra Zutaten wurden Vergessen - bis auf die 3 bestellten Ketchup aber das war schnell und unkompliziert zu lösen. Besuch Donnerstag Mittags. Es ist fast Food und kein Sternerestaurant aber für was es ist, hat es das gegeben was ich erwartet habe. Klar auch hier wird es immer teurer, ohne Coupons mMn Preis zu hoch auch dass z.b..extra Zwiebeln ganze 50 Cent kosten find ich sehr viel, das ist bei Macci mit 20 Cent billiger, aber Pluspunkt für die Free Refill Getränkestation, habe Cherry Coke Zero mit Eis 3x0,4 genossen, das allein hätte bei McDonald's knapp 8 Euro extra gekostet. Wie gesagt kein Sternerestaurant aber für ein Fast Food Lokal fand ich es sehr gut. Ich muss dazu sagen dass man finde ich gerade bei Burger King."das richtige" Bestellen muss, das ganzen Hähnchen Sortiment durch die Bank finde ich unterirdisch, ein Cheeseburger braucht Extra Zwiebeln sonst ist er zu trocken. Auf einen Whopper mache ich mir immer ein bisschen extra Ketchup dazu drauf und wenn ich Lust habe Jalapenos, die bringen ein bissi Kick mit für frische und etwas (sehr wenig) Schärfe. Ein Big King bekommt von mir extra Soße dazu bestellt. Ja das sind so meine Einsteiger-Tipps im großen und ganzen. Hoffe es hilft wem 😀. Achtung Parkdauer Videoüberwacht, anscheinend aber von 90 Minuten auf 120 Minuten verlängert worden. Was mir noch negativ aufgefallen ist, es gab nun ein Ketchup, das BurgerKing gebrandet war, gibt es etwa kein Heinz Ketchup mehr? Nährwerte gecheckt, das neue Ketchup hat nochmal deutlich mehr Zucker als das Heinz ohnehin schon hat, satte 31g auf 100g 👎. Konnte dazu im Internet aber keine Meldung finden.

Ein typischer Burger King: sauber, freundlicher Service und leckeres Essen. Ein schneller Imbiss auf dem Rückweg von Österreich nach München, mitten im Autobahnstau.

Super freundliches Personal, Kundenorientiert und hilfsbereit, sauberes Restaurant, genug Parkplätze, das erste Burger King Restaurant mit 5 Sterne von mir , leckere Speisen, angenehme Atmosphäre, gerne wieder , Empfehlenswert

Mal eben mit 3 kleinen Kids hin. Die großen Pommes sind ein Witz (winzige Tüte) , die Burger trocken und ohne Sauce und die Wraps ein zusammengefalteter eckiger nach Mehl schmeckender Klops. Dagegen ist Mc.Donalds ein 3 Sterne Restaurant. Nie wieder Burger King!!!!

Die große Pommes war eine Überraschung. Sehr erstaunlich wie klein eine große Portion sein kann und wie unglaublich niedlich eine kleine Portion sein kann. Abgesehen davon kann ich aber den Plant based Chili mit Röstzwiebeln empfehlen, das schmeckt beim Mitbewerber irgendwie künstlich. Ein Minus empfinde ich bei den Getränken, welche zwar zum selbstzapfen sind, aber sehr sehr wässerig schmecken. Meine Freundin berichtete von einer Toilette mit sehr unangenehmen Geruch, das sollte verbessert werden. Der Service geht in Ordnung, es kommt aber darauf an, wer an der Kasse steht, könnte sonst etwas länger als gewohnt dauern.

Ungenießbar der Cheeseburger und der Wopper mit billigem alten Eissalat GRAUSAM und komischer Plastik Soße

Passt alles nur die Musik ist immer grauenhaft…wenn die schon so laut ist dann doch bitte etwas Abwechslung und nicht nur die deutschen schnulzlieder👍🏼

Haben heute Nachmittag zwei Long Chicken und zwei mal große Pommes, ob es wirklich die großen waren sei dahin gestellt, sage und schreibe 23 Euro bezahlt. Wir wollten den Kassenbon dazu um zu schauen was den die einzelnen Artikel kosten. Wir können heute keine Bons ausdrucken, ist heute defekt. Es geht heute nichts. Auf Nachfrage der Preise erhielten wir zwar eine kurze knappe Antwort, wurde uns dann aber noch dazu gesagt, dass wir hier nicht bei McDonalds sind . Sehr freundliches Personal

Das Personal war sehr nett, hat gegrüßt und auch verabschiedet und wirkte sehr höflich. Das Essen war wie bei eigentlich jedem Burger King. Nichts wirklich gutes, aber auch nich so schlecht. Also alles in allem ein völlig normaler guter Burger King

Für den kleinen Hunger gestern kurz nach halb 5 zu McDrive. Super, nur ein Auto vor uns. Bestellung konnten wir auch gleich aufgeben. Aber dann... Fast 10 min hat es gedauert, bis der Vordermann seine zweite Tüte bekommen hat. Und wir haben dann auch ca 10 min gewartet - auf einen Hamburger und einen Cheeseburger. (Nebenbei erwähnt sei, daß nur ein paar Autos auf dem Parkplatz standen.) Jetzt könnte man denken, super, frischgemachte, heiße Burger. Falsch gedacht! Beide lauwarm und der Käse vom Cheeseburger außenrum kalt. Geht gar nicht; weder die Wartezeit noch die Qualität der Burger!! Das war das erste und letzte Mal, daß ich da was gegessen habe! Ich kann nur von einem Besuch dort abraten.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Trotz der offiziell angegebenen Öffnungszeiten war das Geschäft nicht geöffnet. Personal war zwar vor Ort, jedoch wurde uns nicht geöffnet. So etwas sollte bei klar kommunizierten Öffnungszeiten nicht passieren.

Im Drive wartete ich ca 25 Minuten. (23 Uhr Abends). Ich sah aber der Hälfte meiner Bestellung beim kalt werden durchs Fenster zu.

Nicht nur dass sie eh schon mit der Qualität zu kämpfen haben die sie im Service und ihren Produkten bieten, und möglicherweise schlecht von leben, haben sie noch eine perfide nachtwächter Organisation die die parkenden Autos dort zur Kasse bittet. Möglicherweise ein Partizipation Geschäft damit man sich die Kasse Aufbesserung. Ihr hättet dort nicht bauen müssen. Ohne euch war es besser. Welches Restaurant vergrault noch auf diese Weise seine Kunden.

Wenn die Dinosaurier noch leben würden dann würden sie immernoch warten. Die brauchen ohne Witz über 30min für die Bestellung. Stehen nur da wie letzten Urang Utas. Dann ist das Essen kalt und schmeckt nach Pappe. Kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Da ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben. Großer Parkplatz, Zugang mit Rollstuhl möglich. Innen sauber. Zubereitung dauert zu lange, zweimal Sachen vergessen. EDIT: Es ändert sich einfach nichts. Ich stehe schon über 5min in der Drive Spur und warte. Es ist allerdings nichts los. Nächstes Mal doch wieder Mc Donalds, da läuft das einfach besser.

Preise zu hoch. Ich bleibe erst mal daheim zum Burger essen

Es wird regelmäßig etwas vergessen. Heute Pommes im Wer von fast 4 Euro. Verstehe ich nicht?! Es dauert ja eh gute 15 Minuten wenn man vor Ort bestellt. Am Drive kann es sogar länger dauern. +Update+Januar 2026 hat sich tatsächlich verbessert.

Typischer Burger King, nichts Besonderes

Bin heute komplett über den Tisch gezogen worden! Hab knapp 34 Euro bezahlt, und daheim dann festgestellt dass zwei Burger fehlen und die Socken von Spongebob! Hatte also einen Burger zwei Getränke und zwei Pommes für 34 Euro. Ich wohne 10 Kilometer weg, war schlicht weg zu faul nochmal hin zu fahren. Mich sieht dieser Schuppen nicht mehr.

Pure Abzocke, aufgrund von 90 Minuten Parken ab 20:14 Uhr!!! Ich war essen, nach dem ich vom Shoppen kam. Fürs Essen habe ich fast 20 Minuten gebraucht, weil die Frau am Schalter kaum Deutsch sprach und dann war es schon ca. 20:40 Uhr als ich mit dem Essen anfing... Leider habe ich kein Kassenbon mitgenommen, weil dort hätte man die Zeit erst nach 20:14 Uhr gesehen plus die Einberechnung, dass man als Kunde erst zum Essen kommt... Die Logik dahinter als Kunde nur 90 Minuten zum Essen zu kriegen ist für mich nicht schlüssig, vor allem nach 20 Uhr??? Man kann doch den Kennzeichen der Kunden aufnehmen und sobald sie ihr Essen haben, zählt die Zeit... Ich werde nie wieder in diesem Burger einen Fuß tun, bis diese Abzocker verschwinden... 40 € für 16 Minuten zu lange parken plus noch Gebühr?? Sowas verlangen nicht mal andere Fastfoodketten.

The only Burger King for miles around. It's conveniently located, but right next to a garage, so the entrance and parking spaces are often full. The food is good, and there's a refill station. Unfortunately, it sometimes takes longer than expected because there are often more customers than anticipated. The restaurant also has a drive-thru.

It's fast food, after all. Ordering inside is faster than at the drive-thru... The staff are a bit slower than in other fast food restaurants. Plenty of parking available.

One person is working in customer service/sales, naturally focusing primarily on the drive-thru. This results in unusually long waiting times. Several employees are out cleaning with rags and brooms.

Fast food? Not a chance. Burger King is now selling King Wings and Chili Cheese Nuggets as if they were coated in gold. Same product as always—but suddenly with prices that make you seriously reconsider your life choices. You don't get better quality. No bigger portions. No real upgrade. Just a price that makes fast food sound like a collector's item. This isn't about "getting full" anymore. This is an attempt to squeeze profit out of deep-fried food until the last customer wakes up. And that's exactly where we are now. When you pay more for ten small snacks than for a hot lunch at a restaurant, it's no longer a pleasure. This is a silent slap in the face to everyone who still hopes that fast food will remain fair.

Never again! It's an absolute outrage to invite guests and then hire a parking attendant who later charges more than the entire meal is worth. Anyone who goes there and stays there is a fool. How are you supposed to know you can't park in a restaurant's parking lot but can eat in Burger King? What's the point of it being a restaurant? It should be a gas station. Never again. The place should be grateful it's getting customers and not trying to drive them away. It's not going anywhere; it doesn't have any customers anyway.

They always seem overwhelmed there, so a longer wait is unfortunately necessary. The food is typical Burger King fare, very much to my liking.

As I pulled into the drive-thru, there was a strong smell of old grease. The cashier couldn't speak a word of German and apparently no English. After receiving my food, I took two bites of my chicken crisp burger. It tasted quite musty. I then smelled the fries, which smelled truly rancid. I threw everything away. The most pathetic dining experience ever. I had diarrhea and vomited all night. Never again.

The staff are nice, the food is good. But unfortunately, I won't be going there anymore because of the parking control situation. You're sitting there with a friend, eating your meal, maybe tea or dessert, and an hour and 45 minutes later, you drive home and get a €40 parking ticket in the mail. It's not okay if, as a customer, you only have a short time to eat. Especially since it's not so busy that you're taking up other people's parking spaces. Burger King, you absolutely need to sort this out, otherwise you'll lose customers... you automatically lost me with that letter, along with many others.

A joke for the price and then the food is cold, the fries are probably already 1 hour old and the coke is only water. 1 star is still too much, never again.

I rarely leave a review, but this Burger King is definitely worth avoiding. The plant-based chili burger for €7.39 is an absolute disgrace! Also, the wait time is long, the place isn't tidy, and the tables are dirty... What a shame.

It couldn't get any worse, the first burger was ice cold! And the second one had strange ingredients.

Just don't go there by car as they will fine you for consuming fast food. I can't believe what is happening in this country. You want to eat some fast but not in a rush and after some weeks you gat a fine for using the parking. That's really bad. Won't go there ever again and I will tell all my friends to visit McDonalds as they don't charge you for using the parking when eating their food. Be careful and avoid eating at Burger King. Use the drive inn. Hope that they don't charge you for using the alley of the drive inn.

If you're nice, most of the employees are very friendly, and it shows, too, with the occasional 7 or 8 nugget in a box of 6. I really enjoy going there, and the food is almost always exactly what I expect. Great stuff.

Something like this is supposed to be a pom-pom box from Burger King with three half-sized pieces of meat. They unfortunately don't have a phone number. I called them because they're 20 minutes away from me. And the burger comes with two pieces of doner meat, so I paid a bit more than 18 euros.

So hello the drive in is absolute junk, takes ages and is very unfriendly

I had to back out of the drive-thru because of a "system error." After ordering on the screen, it took 25 minutes because I was there for the shift change and suddenly no one was preparing the food. There were only two of us in the entire restaurant, but I think the shift chat took priority. 5 stars for the corpulent lady who rubbed her belly under her T-shirt just before she packed my food. That was great! You rarely see that in a restaurant these days! 😄

Addendum To top it all off, a horrible burger AND the wrong one at that!! Instead of Supreme, I can't stand chili cheese and spicy food at all! Especially since everything is full of scum, thanks to the first-class preparation!! It's really annoying when no one understands you at the drive-thru or inside the counter. We reversed out of the drive-thru to order inside. But since there's no information anywhere, not even on the vending machine, about what's in the long chicken, for example, or what kind of sauce it is, the whole thing gets really annoying. I then had to Google what it's made of. The lady leaned with both arms on the cash register and just kept asking "what?"... Unfortunately, very annoying 😕 And considering there was nothing going on, I waited a really long time, and then they just slammed the tablet down on the counter, said the number in an annoyed tone, and that was it. I've been waiting for 15 minutes, and there's someone ahead of me... I'd love to cancel right away and leave... ... So, the burgers were squashed together accordingly. And the size of the King Fries is ridiculous! 2 burgers, one King Fries and a Coke, almost €18... I actually really like Burger King because of the plant-based options, but not like this... Great 👌🏼

Until recently, I was a regular at BK Rosenheim. The store is quite conveniently located for me, and I don't think the stuff there is all that bad. What always really annoyed me was the constant, irritatingly loud beeping and honking (at least during my visits). It comes from the kitchen and can last quite a while. I barely had a minute of peace and quiet before it started again. So, it was sometimes difficult for me to switch off and relax while eating. But you can escape it by sitting outside in the right weather. On my last visit there, I had some time to kill and overlooked the fact that I'd already been there for more than two hours. Promptly, two weeks later, I received a €35 fine for exceeding the parking time. I think that's basically fine, and the appropriate signage is clearly posted in the parking lot. When I contacted the responsible company with proof of payment (!!!), my request for a more accommodating arrangement was rejected. It should also be noted that the neighboring car dealership always has vehicles without license plates parked in the customer parking spaces. And they do so for several days! So, as a paying customer at Burger King, I have to pay €35 after more than two hours, while a neighboring company uses the customer parking spaces as storage space for its vehicles! They probably won't pay a €35 daily fee per vehicle... So, dear Burger King Rosenheim, I really feel like I've been ripped off, really badly! I'd rather take a longer trip now; you'll never see me there again.☹️

The food has always been good since opening. However, my extra order was "forgotten" once, and I paid more than I received. The wait times are inhumane, even if you're the only person inside or in the drive-thru... terrible. Sometimes you're first in line for 20 minutes. Addendum: Cheese was forgotten on the burger several times, even though the extra cheese was added. The wait times are still inhumane. I stood for a burger - nothing was happening - and it took over 25 minutes.

It looks pretty fancy, but doesn't taste particularly good. Long wait times, and the sauces were almost as warm as the fries. :(

Familiar to me, but poor service. The staff is not very good at handling things. They didn't give us everything we ordered right away, only after I reacted. I don't mind, but they should be more focused.

I ordered three milkshakes here today, and it took forever, even though the lady at the counter was busy. The highlight, however, was that the advertised milkshake was just milk slop with syrup on the bottom. Next time, I'll just drink regular milk from the discount store.

I was there with my grandchild. After dinner, she was still drawing on the screen in the children's corner, and I met up with old friends and chatted a bit, and now I have to pay a €35 parking ticket! I parked in the first parking space directly to the left of the entrance. Am I checking for a parking time limit?? In a commercial area?? I'm beyond speechless!! What a rip-off! 😞 And the service in the restaurant wasn't particularly good, because some of the employees are overwhelmed by the German language.

In my opinion, the quality of service has plummeted completely since the introduction of terminals. I enjoy interacting with people. 🤷 The coffee was the worst of the three today.

Congratulations to the Burger King team in Rosenheim – you really managed to deliver a truly unique taste experience. My shake actually tasted like mold – probably a secret, new recipe experiment? 😅 That makes it clear to me: No one will see me here again. And I can't recommend the place to anyone, unless you're into questionable taste experiments.

Be careful: The owners don't want you to linger here too long. They're busy handing out parking tickets in what appears to be a free parking lot.

I like their stuff more than McDonald's. But €15 for a burger, a small drink, and some cheese balls is insane. For that money, I can even get all-you-can-drink at the Asian Buffet!

Service is sloppy Food is bad I do not recommend!!

We were here recently, and unfortunately, the visit was rather disappointing. Even though it was hardly busy, we still had to wait a long time for our food. The staff spoke poor German, which unfortunately led to misunderstandings; they were also extremely slow and unorganized. The tables were clean, but the wall directly next to our seat was dirty and unhygienic – this significantly spoiled the overall impression. The food itself was also disappointing: The burgers were undercooked and only lukewarm, and the fries were soft and soggy. I don't think the prices are justified for the quality of the food. Overall, the visit was disappointing; I will avoid this branch.

I just received a letter stating that I parked too long in the Burger King parking lot and will therefore have to pay a €35 fine. That's one way to scare away customers.

I think it's great, the food is good, the service can take a bit of a while but they are all the nicer and they take care of the dog, no problem, you even get water for the dog without asking and you can also refill the drinks at no extra cost

I went to Burger King today to get a "quick" lunch, but I was wrong. Even though the Mc Drive-in was only used by me and one other car, it took ages. The woman in front of me even had to get out to explain to the guy at the counter that she had an appointment and had to leave. She had been waiting at the Mc Drive-in for over 10 minutes. When I got home I noticed that they hadn't given me the chicken burger Mc Plank I ordered, but one with regular meat (even though I had specifically asked twice). On top of that the fries were way too salty. This has nothing to do with a good fast food restaurant, more with "do they understand fun"!

The biggest rubbish they eat is the only people who work and the best thing is if the food is missing they take it and put it on top and give it to people to eat Just don't go there, it's better to go to Lidel and definitely have better food there

If you could give zero stars I would do it. The only competent person is today's shift leader (at least she gave us the money back), everyone else laughs at complaints (ingredients that were paid for forgotten, wrong sauces/burgers, etc.) disaster every time.

We ordered the plant-based long chicken in the menu and got that too, the salad was crispy and we waited at most 10 minutes for the order. The staff was friendly and the tables and floor were cleaned. So I can recommend it. :)

The service could be better, something is often forgotten like sauces or the wrong burger, but drinks with refills are handed out without any problems. Otherwise, fries are good, sometimes rather weak and unsalted, sometimes appropriate.

Got the wrong burger and had chicken instead of plant-based salad. Unfortunately I only noticed it at home. And driving another 20 kilometers to complain was just too stupid for me. So if you want to go there, you should always check your order very carefully.

I visited the restaurant in Rosenheim today and ordered food for over €20. The burger was cold and the patty was very dry (taken off once). I returned it with the instructions cold and tasted dry, after 1 minute I got the same bitten burger back heated up, it was completely mushy and inedible. In addition, the fries and barbecue fries weren't crispy and were a bit old. The drink Pepsi was completely non-carbonated, like still sweet water, disgusting. As a restaurateur for 37 years, I am incredibly upset and disappointed with the service. Burger King certainly won't be going anywhere anytime soon. Management should be reconsidered.

Update: after a new visit in January 2025, I had nothing left to complain about. Everything was clean, food was good and on time. Only the drive-in needs improvement, as payment could only be made in cash and there are always longer waiting times there. Bad...completely overwhelmed staff who look like they can't count to three. Very dirty (tables, floor) even though there wasn't much going on. No soap in the soap dispenser... I don't want to know what the conditions are like in the kitchen...

If you want to see the decline of a branch... Come closer, come back You have to see that. Completely incompetent and unmotivated staff. Of course, if the skiers are hungry on Sunday evening it takes longer, but today it was really absurd. 40 minutes for a menu of 2 burgers and fries with no extras. It looks like a pigsty, the staff puts together orders, sometimes three of the same ones in parallel. They take each other's burgers off the tablets or out of the bags. It takes forever, so no order is correct. And the little Asian woman at the front acts like a block attendant and stares at customers and colleagues. To make others ashamed. It is no longer surprising that our order was neither correct nor warm at the end.

Absolute impudence! 3 burgers, 1 fries and all sauces were missing. Been there 3 times now and was ripped off for around €10 each time. I would rather you spit on it but everything is there

I went to Burger King with friends as normal. My friends sat down and I went to the order machine. Shortly after I ordered, a man at the counter asked me whether my friends would order nothing. They just used the app. The tone in which this employee spoke to me was very disrespectful, especially since I had no idea what my friends did and I just find this way of dealing with customers unacceptable. I probably won't come back again. Because you will be treated much better at any other place.
