Nothing to do with fast food, it takes forever

Very friendly and accommodating staff, food surprisingly good and generally a pretty nice and bright shop

The service could be better, something is often forgotten like sauces or the wrong burger, but drinks with refills are handed out without any problems. Otherwise, fries are good, sometimes rather weak and unsalted, sometimes appropriate.

Got the wrong burger and had chicken instead of plant-based salad. Unfortunately I only noticed it at home. And driving another 20 kilometers to complain was just too stupid for me. So if you want to go there, you should always check your order very carefully.

Acceptable emptiness, food not bad either

I visited the restaurant in Rosenheim today and ordered food for over €20. The burger was cold and the patty was very dry (taken off once). I returned it with the instructions cold and tasted dry, after 1 minute I got the same bitten burger back heated up, it was completely mushy and inedible. In addition, the fries and barbecue fries weren't crispy and were a bit old. The drink Pepsi was completely non-carbonated, like still sweet water, disgusting. As a restaurateur for 37 years, I am incredibly upset and disappointed with the service. Burger King certainly won't be going anywhere anytime soon. Management should be reconsidered.

Fast food doesn't always come quickly 😢

Update: after a new visit in January 2025, I had nothing left to complain about. Everything was clean, food was good and on time. Only the drive-in needs improvement, as payment could only be made in cash and there are always longer waiting times there. Bad...completely overwhelmed staff who look like they can't count to three. Very dirty (tables, floor) even though there wasn't much going on. No soap in the soap dispenser... I don't want to know what the conditions are like in the kitchen...

Food is the same as always at Burger King - the service could be friendlier.

Absolute impudence! 3 burgers, 1 fries and all sauces were missing. Been there 3 times now and was ripped off for around €10 each time. I would rather you spit on it but everything is there

If you want to see the decline of a branch... Come closer, come back You have to see that. Completely incompetent and unmotivated staff. Of course, if the skiers are hungry on Sunday evening it takes longer, but today it was really absurd. 40 minutes for a menu of 2 burgers and fries with no extras. It looks like a pigsty, the staff puts together orders, sometimes three of the same ones in parallel. They take each other's burgers off the tablets or out of the bags. It takes forever, so no order is correct. And the little Asian woman at the front acts like a block attendant and stares at customers and colleagues. To make others ashamed. It is no longer surprising that our order was neither correct nor warm at the end.

I went to Burger King with friends as normal. My friends sat down and I went to the order machine. Shortly after I ordered, a man at the counter asked me whether my friends would order nothing. They just used the app. The tone in which this employee spoke to me was very disrespectful, especially since I had no idea what my friends did and I just find this way of dealing with customers unacceptable. I probably won't come back again. Because you will be treated much better at any other place.

Everything is very bad. Disgusting never again. Everything dry king rib no sauce inside. Nobody would miss the whole store being dirty if it closed.

Something is regularly forgotten. Today fries worth almost 4 euros. I don't understand?! It takes a good 15 minutes anyway if you order on site. On the drive it can even take longer.

I ordered a salad without tomatoes and extra cucumbers.... I got a salad with tomatoes, then I pointed out because after all I pay extra for cucumbers.... It wouldn't have been a problem, but something that bothers me can happen and The bad review is justified, I was yelled at by an employee and said I should have ordered it that way (it was on the bill without tomatoes and cucumber). It was then “fixed” but was wrong again. I only got arugula thrown on it and again no cucumbers, then I asked about it again and they said it was his, but it was still charged and there wasn't even an apology for the employee's stupid whining.

Order monitors that display the number are broken, so you have to wait at the counter. More monitors broken. Generally dirty Used trays will not be cleared away Tables not wiped - even if half a table is dirty with Fanta... If you get a decent branch management, it will never happen to Burger King in Rosenheim!

Over 20 tables and none were cleaned... Hygienic looks different. The food was delicious except for the sweet and sour sauce that was forgotten... maybe the health department should take a look at it or a manager from the chain.

Food is usual at BurgerKing and always really warm/hot. Unfortunately, the whole place, including the sanitary facilities, is pretty dirty. The tables are stained and sticky and the toilets have no paper, no soap and smell very unpleasant. Really a shame, but not recommended...

Man O Meter! Never again! I had two burgers forgotten that were not refunded despite the receipt! That was 18€. There was also a large urine-like puddle on the floor which spread an acrid scent throughout the house. There was also leftover food lying around everywhere that the employees weren't interested in. At least some of the employees were nice 😕

Unfortunately our experience with BK in Rosenheim wasn't great. Waiting almost 20 minutes for food is a disgrace for a fast food restaurant. The food was good, although the burgers could have been a little hotter. Otherwise, it's a clean store with good parking. One more thing should be mentioned, the toilets were clean and tidy.

BK is tasting better than MCD now and the KingB is still the King.

Haven't been there for years and then for the first time a few weeks ago. It took ages for the food to be ready. Then it was almost cold. 🥶 I'm not going there anymore. In terms of price it's a disappointment anyway.

The guest room is really dirty, even the tables can't be wiped down even though there's nothing going on. Deserved 0 stars, queued in the drive-in for over 20 minutes... and then 1 burger and chicken nuggets were missing. When we asked why it was taking so long, we were told the chef simply left... but according to the other reviews, it wasn't just today. We will never go here again and this Burger King is absolutely not recommended.

Order is once again incomplete. Missing items were supplied later, but we had to go there again and the food was of course cold. No compensation whatsoever, not even an apology from the employee.

It was my first time here and I definitely won't come back again. The burgers were cold, the fries were cold and already hard, the cola was barely carbonated and the ice cube machine was broken. The young man behind the counter tried hard, but he shouldn't have given out such inedible fries. By the way, my order number was B811 on September 12th, 2024

Food was ok as always. Now and then there's something really special about it. If the bread doesn't necessarily have the same consistency as a sauce, it's actually fine. Drive in is under the sun. Packing in a fast food restaurant for over 15 minutes because you're in the drive-thru and have to wait until the fries are ready is just not possible. I was once again taught why it is better to go or drive to the competition

The staff here is extremely understaffed. Hats off to those who always work here because they are always the same. The management should get behind it themselves and manage it at peak times with so few staff. It's a shame to take advantage of the employees like that.

Communication with the staff was virtually impossible, neither in German nor in English. In the drive-in you wait 20 minutes for 6 chilli cheese nuggets (while inside there is no activity and 6 employees are on site).

We drove here for dinner at 12:30 and were pleasantly surprised. Ordering was uncomplicated and easy; we didn't have to wait long. The burgers were freshly made and the fries were well salted (young Indian chef with glasses). A lady (shoulder length curly hair) wiped down the tables and the atmosphere seemed very well maintained. We'd love to come back!

Unfortunately, another negative review is not possible, so modify the old one: unfortunately catastrophic after moving to the Stahlgruber roundabout! Basically as described in the other reviews, cleanliness is a problem, I can't say anything negative about the friendliness of the people, but overall they seem rather lethargic/defensive. Quality of the food: bad: I got cold burgers several times, fries were cold (and regardless of that, weak), drinks were not carbonated enough... no reactions to this?!! If you're still on site here at the reviews, apparently Burgerkind or the local frenchise owner is not interested in criticism or even an improvement. Maybe because there is no alternative from your own company up to the irschenberg?

The servent was really rude, the table was dirty, they served food withouth gloves and by that I mean he was cleaning something before he served us. I don't recommend this place!!

Modern BK. As with every Burger King, it takes longer (inside approx. 10-20 minutes drive thru 5 minutes per vehicle) and you have to check the order immediately. Unfortunately the Asian lady was a bit unfriendly and couldn't give me 2 Whoppers for the price of one even though BK advertises them everywhere...

Absolute catastrophe, the terminals don't work, they keep breaking down shortly before payment and the staff takes forever to prepare the food and depending on the time, the food gets worse and worse, usually the later it gets. A fast food joint, even with flair

Thought you could take a quick trip to the drive-in here. However, it took 20 minutes and that's too long for a drive-thru. Unfortunately, I was late for my follow-up appointment.

Waited almost half an hour for food and if you said something the employees would talk to you stupidly and laugh at you.

Well, I'm at a loss for words. A newbie is standing at the checkout and needed help. The lady (short, probably a shift manager or manager and perhaps of Asian descent) yelled at him next to us. That's not right. This lady has to wake up.

Whatever else you hear about it, I think that's not the case with this Burger King. The food comes relatively quickly as long as there are no disruptions in the kitchen etc. Clean and really recommended. I had already seen completely different Burger King. I like eating there.

I can't give any stars here because the STUFF was inedible. Meat dry, onion rings like hair ties, bacon not crispy and too salty. It was an imposition, the staff were overslept and extremely slow. 30min for 3 items. If you want to mess up your stomach then you have to take a look here.

Drive in very quickly, 10 euros for 6 pieces of nuggets and a Wopper Junior with jalapenos is really a lot of money. Nuggets weren't really crispy and had a different breading.

At 5:30 p.m. there were three (!) cars in front of us. After twenty (!) minutes we were at the ordering counter, where an employee told us: "Unfortunately, we're so busy today, I can't take your order" (!). When I asked how I could leave the queue (there were still two cars in front of me), I was told that unfortunately I had to wait until the two cars in front of us had left. Unspeakable. But as you can read in other reviews: staff unfriendly, slow and listless. Catastrophe. Service looks (VERY) different. What did we do then? Three minutes drive to the competition with the big "M". Ordered online on the way (!), waited at the intercom counter for a minute (there were also three cars in front of us). Order number given. Because we had already paid online, the order was picked up at the next counter. Complete. Total time: 3 minutes. This is how fast food works.

The food at this Burger King branch has always been very good: warm and fresh. Every time my order was correct, nothing was mixed up or forgotten, apart from one small incident when a sauce was missing, which was however acceptable. The speed of the staff is sometimes not the fastest, but they are always friendly and courteous. All in all, I can't complain about anything at all. A reliable option for a quick snack.

About my experience. I've been to this Burger King several times now. Unfortunately, things are getting worse and worse. I was there on a Friday around 9:00 p.m. There was nothing going on in the drive in. An estimated 15 people in-house. The waiting time is then 20 minutes to get your food. While waiting, you unfortunately notice that the dining area is extremely unkempt. The floor of the children's area is extremely sticky, there are fries on the floor and the food return station was full. In addition, not all tables were tidy and there were still tablets lying around. I think it's a shame because the location would be great, but the performance just doesn't speak for it at the moment.

Yesterday I ordered 5 chili cheeseburgers and then I got such a headache and stomach ache and threw up everything. This restaurant should definitely be checked for cleanliness and expired food, the typical things at Burger King that they have always been known for. Was there last time!

The last chance BK got from me. This branch in Rosenheim, industrial area is an absolute disaster. Dirty, disorganized and the shift manager is incredibly rude, really mean. I left without food, but with tears in my eyes. They can't get it there, there were 2 other guests there in the evening. So it can't be due to stress. Seems word has gotten around. Me too: never again!

I like to drive the 25 minutes to this Burger King more often because I just love Burger King 😂 the burgers are always freshly prepared and delicious. The fries are perfect every time! 🫶🏼

I am a paying customer and get a fine because I parked to long at you restaurant. While I am spending money at your restaurant. REALLY UPSET WITH BURGERKING!!! Then in adition they bill you more on your card than what was shown on the slip. I consider this theft.

We are often here at Burger King and have to say that everything has always been great. The food as well as the service. Many of the reviews here probably come from nearby competitors :)

Never again, definitely not so quickly. We actually wanted to order at the counter, but the two female employees just had enough time to "talk to each other" so we didn't want to disturb them at all. The food had almost no taste and the cola was more water than cola. (Please see the bill for the dishes). The fries were warm, but that was about it. So and now the reason for my bad opinion of the Burger King in Rosenheim: Two weeks ago we were at the Burger King on Wasserburger Landstrasse in Munich, and exactly the opposite. The food was good and very warm. We had to wait a bit for our food but that was due to the rush of customers. The employee was very friendly without being intrusive. The tray towers were emptied and cleaned very promptly, as were the tables. The branch on Wasserburger Landstrasse is definitely worth recommending. And now about us: We are neither from Munich nor from Rosenheim, but we come from the Bavarian Oberland, in case there are people who think we judge based on location.

Typically BurgerKing burgers are unbeatable for fast food, fries are better than the competition, as are chicken nuggets, otherwise nothing majorly unusual 👍🏻
