My cup was really dirty, I complained but nothing happened, so I had to throw my drink away

I ordered there. It was good so far.

Food was ok. Unfriendly staff. You won't be allowed to use the toilet if you need to urgently need it. Since you supposedly didn't have a key. My mom has a severely disabled ID and after a short discussion the key was suddenly handed to her. This store is simply unbelievable.

Had a vanilla milkshake. They were removed from Portugal McDonalds over 20 years ago. Was just how i remembered it.

I ordered normal chicken nuggets. The menu costs €10 anyway. Then I get my order and see that I got “McPlant” nuggets. There was NOTHING from Mc Plant in my order. Very annoying because the vegan meat doesn't taste good. To be precise, very disgusting. I was just passing through but I won't buy anything there anymore.

No toilet. That something like that is allowed! Shame.

We had 4 different burgers and all of them were practically unseasoned, the meat was super dry regardless of whether it was chicken or beef and all 4 burgers were only lukewarm

Terrible experience with iced latte - smelled super bad and tasted as it was the water washed out of the mashine. The vanila milkshake was so sweet that it was sickening, overall there were a lot items not possible to order or shortage, could not drink anything, just wasted our money.

Fresh flowers and candles on the tables. Almost surreal in a McDonald’s. But it definitely creates a nice atmosphere.

Food and service is top, unfortunately the ambience is not there.

I rarely review fast food restaurants, but this McDonald's is of a special class! The food was great, the service was great in the morning and the ambience was top notch!!!

Because of all the flirting between the two service staff, my apple bag was probably put next to the bag instead of in the bag?! The main thing is to throw it around twice senselessly!

Employees sometimes don't understand German and unfortunately there is no toilet in the restaurant (except for the staff). Food is like any other McD. Quality has deteriorated somewhat everywhere

Yesterday we had lunch there, 🍟 they forgot to pack the menu. What's awesome, you have to go to the toilet and should you go to the train station toilet? And pay extra money again? I don't think that's ok

The person at the checkout asks if I would like 2 sauces with my 9 nuggets. Which should go without saying. Only 8 nuggets arrived at the table. It's not that bad, it can happen, it was corrected without any problems, what the heck. When I went out, I was asked directly at the door whether I had any euros. (From some app kiddy) Heinritzi no longer has this “restaurant” under control.

Something is almost always forgotten and I'm really angry

On a Sunday evening (11:00 p.m.) we wanted to treat ourselves to a decent burger after our visit to the cinema. The McDonalds located here closes its doors at 1:00 a.m. It is understandable that those who work there would like to go to their sweet home at this time of day. However, it does not give them the right to throw out a customer 2 said hours before closing time and in a very rude and disrespectful tone. When I asked the lady that they were still open for another two hours, she looked at me annoyed and just said, “I still have to go to Mobb”. We left the fast food chain with great disappointment. The corner shop cannot be recommended. Unfriendly staff who don't speak German, dirty tables and no way to get rid of the meals eaten there! Impudence!!!

I had an incredibly bad experience with the store employees about 3 weeks ago. After I wanted to return a burger that I hadn't ordered, two employees insisted that I had ordered it that way and that they wouldn't replace the burger for me. Of course I was upset about this cheek and left the burger on the counter. I then asked the shift manager to clarify this, whereupon I was cheekily asked if I wouldn't look at the bill for such an expensive burger. After a long discussion, she asked her colleague to just make me the Big Tasty without bacon. The employee resisted her and said she wouldn't do that for me because I "threw the burger at her." I thought I was in the wrong movie. Of course, an uninvolved employee noticed the situation and then brought me the burger, which of course I had lost my appetite for. I'm starting to wonder whether the company is still looking at who they're bringing to work in Germany.

Was mir stört es gibt keine Toilette bei MC Donald Bahnhof Rosenheim . Man muss direkt im Bahnhofsgebäude und dort 1 Euro zahlen. Find ich nicht gut 👎

Über 5 Minuten auf nen Cappuccino (=1x Becher hinstellen + 1 Knöpfchen drücken) zu warten und dabei zuzusehen, wie die MA wartend rumstehen. Und dann doch ohne Kaffee zum Zug laufen … grrr … Bezahlt ist er freilich „Dank“ Terminal längst gewesen … echt mieses System!

Obwohl jetzt wenig los ist und keine züge fahren ist dieser MC Donalds in Bahnhof sehr langsam. Ich war dort um mir Mittagessen zu holen, war gar nicht viel (ein burger Menü) und musste fast 20min warten. Es waren 8 gäste im Laden mit mir

Tee in Porzellantasse und Holzlöffel, tasse war nicht sauber, es war schwierig einen nicht vermüllten oder dreckigen Sitzplatz zu finden…

Schlimmster McDonalds der Gegend, Personal ist unfreundlich, versteht kaum deutsch oder englisch, Pommes waren alt, Chicken waren alt und lauwarm, den BigMac haben sie nie gebracht. Was wir nicht beweisen konnten, weil an den Bestell-Displays kein Ausdruck kommt. Beim rausgehen gehst Du dann durch die Rauchschwaden des zielichtigen Publikums vor der Tür....Nie wieder!

Der Mitarbeiter der am Montag halb neun Schicht hat mit der hinteren hairline (halbglatze) macht beste mcflurry‘s, macht extra viel oreo und schoko soße drauf

Ein Wasser kostet 3.44€!! Service war in Ordnung aber das geht gar nicht.

Trotz eines apokalyptischen Ansturms nach dem Herbstfest, bekamen wir sehr schnell die gewünschten Produkte. Der Cheeseburger war geschmacklich ausgezeichnet.

Haben im McCaffe zwei große Tassen getrunken. Spitze der Kaffee. Die Dame war total nett und zuvorkommend.

Direkt im Bahnhofsgebäude, sehr gut um sich die Zeit zwischen den Zügen zu vertreiben oder sich noch etwas zu essen zu holen. Die WC Anlagen sind jedoch am anderen Ende vom Bahnhof und noch dazu im UG, dafür kann man die Gebühr als Gutschein einsetzen. Mittag, vor allem an Schultagen, kann es hier schon etwas mehr voll werden.

Toilet nur für Invalide. Andere Leute wollen nicht auf Klo oder was??

Warum gibt es nirgends mehr Strohhalme?

Die Bestellung selten vollständig, aber essen bis jetzt immer heiß.

Schöner kleiner McDonalds im Bahnhof. Man kann innen und auch außen essen, McCafé ist dabei, Personal ist sehr freundlich und es macht allgemein einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Leider keine Toilette, nur die Bahnhofstoilette und die kostet.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal.essen wie immer.

Schade. Obwohl der Laden nur zu einem Drittel gefüllt war, und das Personal zu 4 Leuten (ohne Küche) rödelte, habe ich noch NIE so lange auf mein Essen gewartet. Weit über 15 Minuten. Schade.auch die Bürger und. Wraps wäre nicht wie sonst professionell geschichtet, sonder so, das alles beim in die Hand nehmen rausgefallen ist. Schade.

Zum Teil ist das Essen kalt, oder es lag schon länger rum. Zb Pommes alt mit neuen gemischt, bei Nuggets das selbe. Außer der laden ist rammel voll, dann hat man immer was frisches, da mehr verkauft wird. Keine Toilette vorhanden, außer die vom Bahnhof, ist aber ein Stück weg. Zum anderen sehr viel Jugendliche die gerne mal rum pöpeln und Stress suchen.

Sehr nette und höfliche Mitarbeiter, sehr sauber, und das Essen ist sehr lecker

Ich habe die falsche Bestellung bekommen, ohne meine Extrawünsche. Man merkt, dass die Mitarbeiter gestresst sind und die Plätze sind oft voller Krümel. Das Essen schmeckt mir sehr gut.
