Service ist unterirdisch. Klar kann man mal einen schlechten Tag haben, aber so unfassbar grantiges Personal erlebt man selten. Ey Leute, arbeitet dran!

Was ist mit McDonald's los. Das schlechteste Essen seit langem. Bei McDonald's geht leider nur noch Kaffee und Kuchen :-(

Alter ihr seit so welche falsche Menschen meine Freundin wollte ein hai haben aber die hat die 4 bekommen den happy Meal und dann bin ich hin gegangen und habe gesagt das ich die 8 bekommen will dann hat die alte gesagt ne keine 4 da und dann der Mann hat die die 8 bekommen was ist da für ein Laden Alter soll zu machen geht gar nicht

Gutes Angebot, aber manchmal extrem langsam

Absolut top! Hier schmeckt es wie es soll, alles frisch, heiß und lecker. Lange nicht mehr so gut gemMACt!

Ich verstehe die schlechte Bewertung nicht. Wo sonst sieht man ständig lebende Lilien in einem McDonald's? Es gibt Pappfiguren, Mitarbeiter und sogar einen Waiwai. Der Ausgang liegt direkt an den Gleisen. Ich komme oft hierher, weil es ein Bahnhof ist. Es ist immer sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist wie überall.

Das Personal ist sehr gut und freundlich bis auf die Fette die hat meinen Schokotrink halb ausgetrunken meine pommes fast komplett gegessen und mir kein Tischservice gegeben (alle anderen wirklich perfekt )

Ich finde es unangebracht und unprofessionell, wenn Mitarbeiter im Gästebereich lautstark private Gespräche führen – unabhängig von der Sprache. In einem Restaurant sollte gegenüber den Gästen ein respektvoller und professioneller Umgang gewahrt bleiben. Wie sieht die Geschäftsleitung dieses Verhalten?

Mittlerweile ist es einfach nur mehr Traurig! Man bestellt zum Mitnehmen und sobald zuhause sein Essen auspackt bemerkt man das jedesmal etwas fehlt. Das Personal scheint bei nem ansturm von 10-15 Personen Maßlos überfordert und bekommt dann nicht gebacken, auch das in eine Tüte einzupacken, was hinein gehört und wofür man bezahlt. Ist einfach Schade was daraus geworden ist

Rausschiss aufgrund von Hautfarbe!!!!!!!!! Ich wurde heute während dem verspeisen meines double cheese rassistisch beleidigt und rausgeschmissen! Geht garnicht! Nicht zu empfehlen. Essen ist eh absurd. Drecks Laden.

So crazy unfreundliches personal

Generell weisen sie aufgrund der vielen neuen Mitarbeiter einige Schwächen bei der Auftragsannahme auf.

Ich sehe sehr viele Kommentare über das schlechte Essen. Aber es war sehr schön sauber & schneller Service zumindest beim MCCafé. Im Bild ein whiteChoc Latte

Ich bin überrascht über die schlechten Bewertungen. Ich war schon zwei- oder dreimal dort und war jedes Mal zufrieden. Das Essen ist köstlich, die Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend, und es ist sauber. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Das ist einfach krass, sie haben den Strohhalm vergessen. Ich bin extra danach gegangen, dann habe ich Haare im Becher bemerkt, bin gegangen, um ihn umzutauschen, aber die Frau hat es nicht gesehen und gesagt, dass da nichts ist und ich gehen soll.

Wir haben dort den schlimmsten Burger unseres Lebens gegessen. Nie wieder werde ich Mc Donalds aufsuchen. Das ist echt eine absolute Frechheit. Da zahlt man 6,5 € für ein zusammengequetscht es, trockenes Brötchen mit null Sauce und schrecklich fadem und trockenem Fleisch, nein danke, nie wieder. Da hol ich mir lieber einen Döner, da hat man wenigstens was davon.

Nettes Personal Schönes Ambiente

Wir wurden rausgekickt weil die vermutet haben das wir geraucht haben, die haben nicht mal die Kameras angeguckt

War Nachts um 1 Uhr dort. Wollte danach die Toillette aufsuchen und wurde von einem Mitarbeiter des Bahnhofs daran gehindert, weil der den Bahnhof schließen möchte. Nach kurzer Diskussion "durfte" ich doch die Toillette aufsuchen, die 1 Euro extra kostet. Als ich wieder rauf kam, stand der mit 2 Polizisten da und hat mich derart dumm und frech angemacht, dass ich jetzt endlich gehen soll. Der Mäkki hat bis 2 Uhr geöffnet und die Toiletten für den sind nun mal im Bahnhof. Lasst Euch was einfallen! Danke für nichts! Und schon gar nicht für derart unfreundliche Mitarbeiter des Bahnhofs. Die Mitarbeiter vom McDonalds waren sehr nett und schnell! #DeutscheBahn

Ich war in diesem Mc Dondals und bereue jede einzelne Minute meines Lebens dort. Das Essen sah aus, als hätte es schon mehrere Abenteuer hinter sich, bevor es auf meinem Tablett gelandet ist. Die Pommes waren kalt, labbrig und hatten die Konsistenz von traurigen Pappstreifen. Der Burger? Zusammengequetscht wie ein Schulheft am Ende des Schuljahres und geschmacklich irgendwo zwischen „nichts“ und „war das überhaupt Essen?“. Der Laden selbst war so sauber wie ein Bahnhofsklo nach einem Festival. Überall Krümel, klebrige Tische und eine Atmosphäre, die einen sofort dazu bringt, seine Lebensentscheidungen zu hinterfragen. Das Personal wirkte, als wäre es innerlich schon längst im Feierabend – Freundlichkeit war hier offenbar ausverkauft. Preis-Leistung ist ein schlechter Witz: viel Geld für wenig Genuss und noch weniger Motivation, jemals zurückzukommen. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Absolute Enttäuschung. Nie. Wieder.

They send people out of the store even though they've ordered something and tell them to take it with them, without any reason.

We were kicked out without reason when we sat down, and the food was paid for but not given back.

Unfortunately, it was very dingy; the tables hadn't been wiped down and the floor was dirty. The staff wasn't very friendly either, and the matcha latte was so heavy on the sugar that it was practically undrinkable.

I was in the store yesterday, December 6th, 2025. I ordered food at 1:30 PM and still hadn't received it at 2:00 PM. I got up, handed the receipt to the front desk, and asked for my money back, but they didn't give it to me. Well, I guess you have to be from Rosenheim to get your food quickly. One thing's for sure: I'll never set foot in that store again. I'd rather get food from Yormas.

Worst McDonald's around. I ordered food and had to show the receipt. The Asian employee snatched it out of my hand and tore it up. When I asked what was going on and if I could have the receipt back, she just said, "No, no, not for you." That's unacceptable and outrageous; I'm never eating there again. Terrible service.

An Asian woman at the counter took our receipt and then crumpled it up. She refused to give it back when we asked. Generally speaking, I have to say that McDonald's is truly disgusting. The tables aren't wiped down and there's dirt everywhere on the floor. The prices have also become outrageous. Every few months they raise the prices by a few cents, and the poor quality remains unchanged. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Meat was missing from the Big Rösti (takeaway). I called them. They answered and immediately hung up. Change your staff! December 1, 2025, approx. 6:03 PM, Order number 212

I had a McRib... Disgusting. See photos. Practically inedible without a knife and fork. Completely soggy from the sauce, slippery and slimy. Unpalatable.

Anyone wanting to drink hot coffee should find another place.

I actually thought I was at a McDonald's in Bangladesh – dirty, unfriendly, unbelievable. "Food" like it came from a gumball machine. The highlight, however, was when a customer next to me had to watch in front of his eyes as the waiter dropped nuggets and fries on the floor – and calmly put them back on the tray... lol

Quite ok, but lots of strange characters

The food was okay. The staff were very unfriendly, and it was by far the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever experienced.

The best and most affordable espresso at Mc Café with a long-lasting effect. The regular wait staff, who I know, are also incredibly friendly. I often enjoy coming here several times a week.

Customer service was terrible, I was unfriendly and ignored

I think this is the dirtiest and filthiest McDonald's in Germany. Even in big cities, it's cleaner 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 Be sure to check the takeout burgers before ordering; the other day, they just poured the burger sauce all over them. I never throw away food, but there was no other option.

Today I ordered a Samurai Chicken Burger with a Coke, but I forgot my Coke, so I had to go back to the counter. When I came back, my burger was gone. I reported it to the manager, but she spoke to me very disrespectfully; I didn't notice any politeness in her. She said things like, "Should I call the police now?" "Should I report this person now?" "Just because of a burger." I'm a minor and still go to school, which is why I don't earn my own money, and I bought this burger with the last of my money. I didn't get my money back, nor did I get a new burger. The service is really bad, I have to say.

So, the food was okay, but the entertainment was much better. I was sitting there, and I saw someone get up and go get something from the counter because I thought she'd forgotten something. Then a woman just stood up and stole the Samurai chicken burger from the woman who had gotten up and ran out laughing. She could have stolen everything, but her fat ass wanted the shitty chicken burger. What can I say? Luckily, not mine ☺️

Really cool. Today I stole a random girl's chicken samurai burger while she was getting her Coke. The food was 10/10, I highly recommend it, even if you don't have any money on you.

Two out of four orders were delivered incorrectly, and my friend's fries were simply thrown away in front of her! Bottom line: no fries for her! The service was terrible, extremely rude! Another friend's fries were green! She narrowly escaped food poisoning.

Take a close look at your order when you pick it up. I'm always missing something, so I'd rather go somewhere else in the future.

No restrest room provided, even if you are a costumer. You still have be to pay an additional fee to use an exterior Rest room.

Speechless, simply speechless. Dirty doesn't even begin to describe it... I'm simply stunned. Garbage on ALL the tables. Tablet carts are overflowing, while the staff are casually smoking in front of the entrance. I don't even want to talk about the restrooms "in the station" that cost McDonald's customers €1 (there's no option in the restaurant). I really don't know what to say... Anyone coming to Rosenheim should avoid this place. Unfortunately, I have to give it one star, otherwise I wouldn't be able to post.

In 35 minutes, you can make 2 coffees, 2 cheeseburgers, and even a cappuccino. But it tastes bitter and you have to throw it away.

They dont let you use their toilet after consumation. Forcing handicapped to show cerificate otherwise the use is prohibited "by their management"

My wife and I got food poisoning 20 minutes after eating. You can't stand because of the pain and cramps in your stomach.

We just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat at McDonald's after a concert – unfortunately, it turned into an unpleasant experience. Our order number was obviously called out, but due to the high noise level in the venue, it was inaudible. The pickup screen, which is supposed to help in precisely such cases, was broken. In the meantime, someone else must have taken our food. Instead of a straightforward solution, we had to argue for ages until we finally got a replacement – and even then, we were simply given fries instead of the potato chips we ordered. The fact that they're cheaper doesn't make it any better, especially since they were completely unsalted. The employees seemed overwhelmed, the process was chaotic, and the customer service was simply disappointing.

⭐ 1 star I rarely write reviews, but today I was over the moon. At the checkout, I wasn't refunded 80 cents, even though I politely pointed it out. The cashier completely ignored me. Then I ordered a matcha latte. First of all, it was cold, even though it didn't say so on the receipt. Secondly, when I pointed out the error, I was told I'd made a mistake—until I clearly pointed to the receipt. Then they remade the drink. But that didn't save it: just milk poured over matcha powder, with no flavor, no love. Honestly? That was the worst thing I've ever drunk. 🤢 Once and never again.

The McFlurry was poorly prepared, already stirred and runny. The seller was rude!

Honestly, that was the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. The staff were very unfriendly and the food was very unpleasant and cold. I ordered something and was given something else. I then asked at the cash register but was immediately ignored.

It was definitely the worst Mcdonald’s experience in my life and i will never go back to eat in any of their restaurants!!! The coffee was real slop, meat in our burgers and wraps tasted like cart box and fries were gummy and unsalted. Not even my dog wanted to eat the leftovers.

No toilettes, even though they have one right next to the order queue with a sign to ask for the keys at the counter. They will attempt to send you to paid toilettes in the basement. Disgraceful & unfriendly service.

A modern and large McDonald's. It's located right next to platform 1 and also offers outdoor seating.

As a German customer without a migration background, I had no chance of getting anything. I was just asked to order somewhere else because the lady who ordered coffee didn't want to serve me. Typical everyday racism against Germans there. As a German, you shouldn't go there. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. ZERO STARS!!! Why the health department hasn't closed this place yet is questionable. Also, the burgers and fries are mostly cold.

What to say about this location? The fries were not tasty, the standard burger Big Mac was cold and looked and tasted like it was made a day ago. Definitely the worst was the spicy chicken-nugget box. Nearly un-eatable, smelled like old socks and nothing to bite in - will never go back to this place and maybe not even to another McDonalds anywhere else- not even if it is the only restaurant in a desert

There isn't even a way for customers to relieve themselves here. I made a conscious decision to eat here. Not having the opportunity to go to the toilet as a customer is a no-go for me.

We saw an employee pick up our order slip from the floor and place it on our fries, even though a customer had stepped on it beforehand. We left over half of the fries because it disgusted us.

To my shock, there was 5 milliliters too little liquid in my drink. And that in times of inflation! I spent my hard earned money on this drink. Unheard of. Are we here at Funny Frisch or what?

Wowwww… Very nice and clean. The food was OK too. The staff were also very friendly. Unfortunately one star 🌟 less because there were no toilets.

Update: Compared to my last visit, it's better now, but that's not 100% sure. There were several problems with my breakfast visit to McDonald's today: 1. Problems with the app. I had to change trains in Rosenheim and wanted to pick up breakfast in Mc and continue my journey. I ordered everything in advance and then wanted to pick it up. Technical error ¯⁠\⁠(⁠°⁠_⁠o⁠)⁠/⁠¯ Missed train 2. Then I finally ordered my breakfast. None of the displays work and show anything correct. You can't orient yourself. 3. The behavior of the staff is worse than in an old bad 1-star kebab shop. The employees don't speak German to each other, but something else. Only one sugar was added to the coffee I ordered, even though I ordered 5 brown and 5 white. I didn't get any cream either, even though I ordered it. When I approached the staff they were rude and ended up giving me what I ordered but still not a whole lot. 4. I don't know if it should be this way, but there was no bacon in my McMuffin Egg&Bacon ಠ⁠_⁠ಠ I felt uncomfortable and depressed because I had to explain and justify why I should receive my order in full. If anyone from McDonald's management is reading this, then this situation occurred on December 2, 2024 from 9:25 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Before: "Other employees need to be hired who are able to communicate normally and politely with people." Now things have gotten better.

The staff is unfocused when ordering, makes jokes and talks loudly. Of the 4 things, 3 were wrong. No toilet: there is a reference to the train station (which also costs money). For severely disabled people, a symbol was smeared on the door using a marker with the note: key on the counter.

What else can you say... The preparation takes a relatively long time (4 burgers take 15 minutes)... I just managed the train... The service was more reserved than friendly. There was probably too much going on here. Recommendation only if you are absolutely HUNGRY...

The worst McDonald in Bavaria. For the toilets, refer to the toilets in the train station. But these are blocked. McDonalds does not offer an alternative for customers, such as disabled toilets. But staff uses this. Sorry McDonald's counts as a restaurant, so it has to have its own toilet for all customers. The district office is informed. Hope the punishment follows. This store is a disaster.

Disaster. When we ordered to eat there, we were told it would take about 5 minutes. After 20 minutes I asked because there were a lot of people coming to pick me up after us and were able to take them away quickly (so always say you want to take the food with you - you can still eat there). I wanted to take the food with me as our train was coming soon. I waited again and was able to watch as the young woman behind the counter coughed into her hand and continued to pack the food (the simplest hygiene rules like coughing into the crook of her elbow are probably not known there). After more time had passed (almost 30 minutes had now passed), I wanted my money back, otherwise I would miss the train. They refused me that, packed up my things very quickly and slammed the door in my face in a rage. I would NEVER go there AGAIN! Save yourself that and go home hungry.

Order was not complete (takeaway menu. 2 large fries were missing, but mayonnaise was included). There was hardly anything going on in the branch. My mistake, I relied on everything being packed correctly...

Received chicken nuggets instead of McPlant nuggets several times. Complaints to the staff were always answered with “They are McPlant” (without looking closely) or “Then you also ordered chicken nuggets”. Complaints with order confirmations were also answered in this way. This may not be a problem for people who eat meat, but as a person who eats a vegetarian diet this is not a pleasant experience. All in all, mostly annoyed and unfriendly staff

As always, very tasty, cheap and atmospheric, the tables were clean, there are machines for ordering food, and the staff was tormented, there were no tubes either, and the order waited 20 minutes, although there were a lot of staff and not many people who Toilet was closed. I only recommend this McDonald's if you are not in a hurry to catch the train😁

Had a vanilla milkshake. They were removed from Portugal McDonalds over 20 years ago. Was just how i remembered it.

Food was ok. Unfriendly staff. You won't be allowed to use the toilet if you need to urgently need it. Since you supposedly didn't have a key. My mom has a severely disabled ID and after a short discussion the key was suddenly handed to her. This store is simply unbelievable.

I ordered normal chicken nuggets. The menu costs €10 anyway. Then I get my order and see that I got “McPlant” nuggets. There was NOTHING from Mc Plant in my order. Very annoying because the vegan meat doesn't taste good. To be precise, very disgusting. I was just passing through but I won't buy anything there anymore.

Terrible experience with iced latte - smelled super bad and tasted as it was the water washed out of the mashine. The vanila milkshake was so sweet that it was sickening, overall there were a lot items not possible to order or shortage, could not drink anything, just wasted our money.

Fresh flowers and candles on the tables. Almost surreal in a McDonald’s. But it definitely creates a nice atmosphere.
