Products were again missing from the order. There have always been products missing from recent orders. Complaints regarding this will not be responded to. Nobody on site speaks German well enough to understand such a complaint. Very disappointing, it used to be great and is currently just bad. Concerns Holzkirchen branch

Once again the visit to McDonalds in Kiefersfelden was a disappointment. The beef is missing from the burger (how can you forget that???) Instead of the net potatoes we ordered, there were French fries and the Sprite was probably out of syrup - there was only water with a very slight smell of Sprite

The food (06/16/2024 order 266) of our order was once again incomplete (about the 4th time out of around 20 orders). It is simply disappointing that there are so many errors in processing orders at this branch in particular. We won't be shopping there anymore because if you can't be sure that the order list will be processed correctly even on a day when there are only a maximum of 20 people there, it's definitely not a place where you should buy anything.

Employees at the checkout don't speak German. Food looked like it had been thrown into the packaging. There are no straws for drinking. The whole store is dirty and everything seems very unpleasant.

In the Garmisch branch everything works perfectly. I can only congratulate you on that. Although I come from the Reutte district, I prefer to go to Garmisch. Orders are always completed quickly and brought to the table. The staff is friendly and willing to help if there are problems with the ordering terminal. I like to come there again and again 👍👍 Great

We have ordered from Mama Pizza & Hot Wok almost every week for years, but our last order was a disaster!!! First of all, half of the order was delivered incorrectly, which didn't bother me that much (humanly anything can happen). But even what was supposedly delivered correctly didn't even bear any resemblance to the dishes we usually had. Apparently the chef has changed so the food looks completely different now. Apart from the appearance, it doesn't taste good at all anymore. For example, egg rice (you can't really go wrong) tastes absolutely nothing like cardboard. So we definitely won't be ordering anymore. The most blatant thing I found was the statement from the employee on the phone that "every chef cooks differently". Yes, I completely agree with that. But the current chef definitely can't cook. Maybe the old chef should be hired again.

Subject: Data breach by delivery staff Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to file a complaint regarding an incident involving a recent order placed with your delivery service. The delivery itself went smoothly – both the delivery time and the quality of the food were impeccable. However, what concerned me most was the behavior of the delivery staff following the delivery. Shortly after the delivery, I received a private message from an unknown mobile number. The sender was apparently the delivery driver, who contacted me via his private number and asked for my social media profiles. I find this behavior extremely inappropriate and intrusive. As a customer, I expect my personal data to be treated confidentially and used solely for delivery purposes. I am married with a child, and I feel my privacy has been violated by the driver's private contact. This use of my phone number constitutes a clear violation of data protection. I urge you to investigate this incident internally and ensure that your employees are appropriately trained in handling customer data. Under no circumstances should it be possible for customer data to be misused for private purposes. I look forward to receiving feedback on this incident and information about what measures your company is taking to prevent similar situations in the future.
