Leider ein Happy Meal komplett in einer Größeren Bestellung zum mitnehmen vergessen. Trauriges Kind zu Hause jetzt... geht gar ned!

Wegen Mc Flurry hin gefahren... Eismaschine schon geputzt... Mussten uns das Geld für das am Terminal bereits bestellte und bezahlte Mc Flurry nach über 10 Minuten Wartezeit zurück geben lassen. Danke für gar nichts.

Ein McDonald's der schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber immer noch nettes Personal hat und für die Kinder den tollsten Geburtstag macht. Leider hat sich seit dem einiges sehr zum negativen entwickelt Zum wiederholten Mal kalt lätschige Pommes erhalten, meine chicken nuggets waren nicht viel besser innen pfurzt trocken und außen lätschige und nicht mal mehr lau warm. Die 🍔 waren nicht gestapelt sondern irgendwie drauf geworfen. Werden uns überlegen hier nochmal zu essen, da es ja jetzt zum 4. Oder 5.x so war. Haben die unsere 3 Menüs fast 44€bezahlt. Unmöglich sowas. Als ich was gesagt habe wurde ich nur mit großen Augen angeschaut, es kam aber keine Reaktion außer einem Schulterzucken.

Es ist ein McDonald's. Sie haben flüssigen Käse statt Käsescheiben verwendet. Getränke können nicht nachgefüllt werden.

Es wird ständig Essen beim Mc Drive vergessen. Heute fehlten Pommes, ein Getränk, Nuggets, Soßen und sogar ein Burger. Geht gar nicht !!!!

1 stein. Sorry aber so frech. Ambiente eigentlich ok, aber bisschen laut wegen Bahnhof und geregnet hat es auch noch. Achso ja und die haben halbe Bestellung vergessen.

Wir waren am 14.05. zum Essen da. Bestellt hatten wir online über die App und Tischservice. Als wir an kamen, wurde uns von einer äußerst unfreundlichen Dame gesagt, dass wir beim Dive bestellt hätten. Und dass wir nicht bezahlt hätten und nochmal zahlen müssten. Selbstverständlich hatten wir im Vorfeld bezahlt und konnten dies auch beweisen. Die Bestellung wurde dann nach ewiger Diskussion von einem Herrn gesucht und gefunden. Inzwischen kalt, versteht sich. Und unvollständig, so dass ich extra zwei Mal runter musste, um der Bestellung hinterher zu laufen. Wir gehen nicht oft hierher, aber was auffällig ist, dass das Personal oftmals unfreundlich ist, besonders die Eine etwas ältere Dame. Was die Sauberkeit betrifft, so lässt diese leider auch zu wünschen übrig. Und als Krönung unseres Besuchs bekamen wir ein paar Stunden später starke Bauchkrämpfe, Übelkeit und Verdauungsstörungen. Selbstverständlich möchte ich niemandem böse Absicht unterstellen, aber dieser Laden wird in Zukunft gemieden. Schade. Früher gab es nie etwas zu beanstanden im Gegensatz zu heute. Inzwischen leider katastrophal.

Unfassbar Schlecht!!! Tüte reisst direkt beim rausgeben ....."nein, nein, die tüte hällt" Hauptsache ich zahle alles ge 🤣😂

Ich war eigentlich immer ein treuer Kunde, aber dieser Besuch hat mir echt den Rest gegeben. Wenn man für knapp 47 € bestellt, erwartet man zumindest einen Funken Respekt und vernünftiges Essen. Die Kritikpunkte: Service unterirdisch: Am Schalter wurde ich absolut unfreundlich abgefertigt. Das Schlimmste: Meinem Vordermann wurde ein Eistee Lipton Cherry im Menü verkauft, bei mir hieß es plötzlich, das ginge nicht und ich müsse ihn einzeln (teurer) dazu bestellen. Absolute Willkür. Qualität unter dem Standard: Mein Wrap war fast komplett leer – für den Preis eine Frechheit. Zudem schmeckte das gesamte Essen einfach nur "lasch" es hat sonst nie so geschmeckt aber heute war es nicht gut. Es ist wirklich schade, dass man so als Stammgast behandelt wird. Das war heute ein richtiger Schlag ins Gesicht und ich werde mir in Zukunft zweimal überlegen, ob ich hier noch einmal Geld lasse.

Burger nur lauwarm, Fisch fast kalt, waren an dem Tag überfordert, es war aber nicht hektisch was los.

Aufpassen, wenn ihr länger als 1,5 Stunden mit dem Auto auf dem Parkplatz steht kostet es euch 40€. Nicht mal mehr beim Mci kann man in Ruhe sitzen. Schade

Ich komm am Sonntag um 5:40 Uhr vorbei. Das Personal sitzt drin und trinkt gemütlich einen Kaffee und alle Türen sind geschlossen. Eine Mitarbeiterin kommt zu ihrer (Früh-) Schicht und sagt „putzen bestimmt noch“ und sperrt auf. Sobald sie drin ist, sperrt sie wieder vor mir zu. Danach sagt sie etwas zu den anderen und das restliche Team sieht mich an und alle fangen an zu putzen und zu arbeiten. Wenn der Laden am Sonntag 24 Stunden geöffnet hat, dann sollte er auch offen sein. Es ist 5:54 Uhr und es ist trotzdem allen egal wenn jemand draußen wartet.

Heute um ungefeher 22 uhr schon menü beschtelung gemacht aber ohne burger bei burger menü eğne feld und zi kola auch fergesen dan meine man gesagt wo ist kola dan zi gegeben aber zuhause schon tüte auf gemacht eine burger feld

Dann ändert doch die Öffnungszeiten auf 01:30 Uhr, wenn ihr um 02:00 den laden zusperren wollt. Um 01:45 schon dumm angeschaut zu werden und unfreundlich weggeschickt zu werden geht halt nicht, wenn die Öffnungszeiten anders drin stehen. Hab extra den kleinen Umweg von der Autobahn zu euch genommen.

War jetzt dreimal da, hab nicht einmal die vegetarischen Produkte die ich bestellt habe, sondern Hähnchen und saß dann Zuhause mit verschwendetem Geld und ohne Essen

Ich wollte mir am 12.02.2026 um 20 vor 2 noch etwas zu Essen holen. Zwar sehr spät, aber dafür ist McDonalds doch da. Obwohl um 2 Uhr der Laden erst schließen sollte, wurde mir 20 Minuten vorher die Tür vor der Nase zugesperrt. Als ich der Mitarbeiterin erklärte, dass ich nur schnell etwas zum Mitnehmen bestellen wollte, schien ihr das egal zu sein. So eine Frechheit! Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich mir bei Mc Donalds was zu essen hole.

Ich hatte nach langer Zeit mal wieder etwas anderes als den wirklich guten Kaffee, nämlich einen schicken Wrap. An den Teil habe ich nur die Sauce geschmeckt, einzelne Aromen der Zutaten konnte ich nicht erkennen.

Ganz schwache Leistung am Mc Drive Zwei Hamburger vergessen, Sauce bei McNuggets vergessen, Salat ohne Besteck und Dressing, keine Servietten. Und das Beste: eingepackt wurde das Essen von einer Dame mit Rückenaufschrift "Crew Trainer" 🤣

Anscheinend haben die Mitarbeiter so viel Hunger, dass sie etwas von meinem Eis essen müssen. Ich wollte nur mein Eis essen, aber ich wurde enttäuscht und verraten. Ich will meine 2,50 € zurück haben.

Schlechtester Mci in der Umgebung. Das Vierte mal in Folge was vergessen. Hier kann man nur schlechte Laune bekommen. Man bezahlt viel zu viel weil man nie die vollständige Bestellung erhält. Alles was über 3 Sachen geht ist schon zuviel für die Angestellten. Ans Telefon geht auch niemand.

Sauber und es ging (trotz großer Bestellung) wahnsinnig schnell. Personal nett und Filiale sehr schön beleuchtet, es gibt sogar eine Dachterrasse.

Sehr viele Leute. Donat schmeckte alt. Rest ok. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Behindertengerecht etwas eingeschränkt.

Schöner McDonald's direkt an der Autobahnausfahrt am Irschenberg. Schönes Ambiente, toller Blick.

Wir haben online frühstück bestellt und waren an Drive um 10:20 die Dame wollte uns nicht bedienen bis 10:30 da dann der Frühstück vorbei ist. Wenn sie keine Lust zum arbeiten haben dann bleiben sie zuhause denn tag!

In den frühen morgen Stunden am Samstag (BTB Tag), war ich mit meinen Spezinesen in diesem Lokal. Ärgerlicher weise merkten wir auf der Rückfahrt dass unsere BTB nicht mit einem Burger, sondern nur mit Salatfetzen und bisschen Soße gefüllt war, fast als hätte den schon jemand vergenussferkelt. Mein aufgebrachter Mitfahrer hat die Welt nicht mehr verstanden und war rasend vor Wut und Hunger !!! Wir sind große BTB Enjoyer und durch diesen Vorfall musste der vorher genannte Kollege mit seinen mageren drei Big Röstys auskommen. Ich bitte dass ich sowas nie wieder erleben muss. 2/5 BTBs😡

Mehrfach hat am Drive In ein Burger gefehlt, Pommes nur teilweise gefüllt… Auf Nachfrage direkt am Schalter wurde mir unmissverständlich klar gemacht, dass alles eingepackt ist - war es aber nicht. Eine Mail bleibt unbeantwortet, telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar… Ich werde in der Klepperstrasse jetzt mal auf der anderen Straßenseite mein Geld ausgeben!

Zwei Sterne für normale McDonalds Qualität. Null Sterne weil es nicht einen vegetarischen Burger gibt. Ehrlich Leute. In 2025 nur Fleischburger finde ich nicht zeitgemäß.

Gerade am Mc Drive 1 Matcha 1 Latte Macchiato und 1 kleinen Cappucino bestellt. Matcha war mit Kaffe und Latte Macchiato nur aufgeschäumte Milch… wurde anscheinend verwechselt. Leider sehr ärgerlich wenn man nicht mehr zurückfahren kann und auf den Kosten sitzen bleibt.

Extrem enttäuschend! Ich war beim McDrive und habe drei Happy Meals, zwei Eis und zwei Cheeseburger bestellt – und natürlich alles bezahlt. Zuhause musste ich feststellen, dass die zwei Cheeseburger einfach fehlen! Ich habe sofort versucht, im Restaurant anzurufen, aber niemand geht ans Telefon. So ein Service ist absolut unprofessionell. Wenn man schon bezahlt, sollte man auch das bekommen, was man bestellt hat!

Hab gerade eine Bestellung zum mitnehmen bekommen, zu Hause ausgepackt, kein Spielzeug im Happy Meal, Kind traurig. Nicht mal Tücher in der ganzen Bestellung. Zum kotzen der Service.

Ich und meine freundin haben für 20euro bestellt des essen verspätet sich 45minuten und die mitarbeiterin beleidigt uns auf ihr sprache und sagt uns nichtmal entschuldigung des essen war sehr kalt cola war geschüttelt pommes sehr kalt Richtig schlimm wenn sie so eine mitqarbeiterin in ihren team haben

Katastrophaler Service! Sichtlich genervte, Augen rollende, in Zeitlupe sich bewegende Servicekräfte. Ich verstehe, dass Systemgastronomie kein leichter Job ist - vor allem nicht an Sonntagen. Aber was wir heute gesehen haben, ging auch für die toleranteren von uns zu weit. Bitte setzen Sie sonntags mehr Leute im Service ein. Oder andere. Essen passt Alles - geht schnell - Schachtelwirt halt. Passt. Aber die gute Dame die heute den Drive- In Schalter bedient hat. 26.09 um 20:00 Uhr könnt ihr komplett aussortieren. So eine Laune und Mundwerk - die Gute darf von mir aus Alles machen aber von Kundenkontakt würde ich dringend abraten. Wie man sich da anreden lassen muss ist eine abgrundtiefe Frechheit. Bin kommentarlos gefahren.

Ist halt viel zu teuer für das Essen

Meiste Personal freundlich aber Tische leider schmutzig obwohl nicht viele Kunden da waren. Muss man aufpassen das man die ärmel nicht am Tisch schmutzig macht. Sind auch nur rein kurz Kaffee und Kuchen bis zum nächsten Termin. Sonst Parkplatz vor der Türe. Wenn ehrlich kein Mac Fan. Essen teuer und nach 2 Stunden wieder Hunger. Für das Geld gehe ich lieber was gscheits essen wo ich dann auch satt bin nach 2 Std. aber das ist Geschmack sache. Für Fastfood is ok 🤷🏻‍♀️

After a lovely evening at the Rosenheim Autumn Festival, you want to treat yourself to some vegan nuggets at the drive-thru, and instead you're served not just chicken nuggets, but a mix of Chicken McNuggets and garlic pepper nuggets. I have no idea what kind of minimum-wage slave was at work there, but it's completely unacceptable. The establishment was also unreachable by phone immediately afterward. Customer service seems to be a low priority here!? I expected better from you, as I normally hold vegan ham nuggets dear to my heart. Pure disappointment, dear Mr. McDonald's!

Ich hab heute bei mcs 2 gleiche menüs bestellt, ich wohne 10min entfernt davon und es hat über eine stunde gedauert als das essen kam. Beim Reinbeisen vom Burger hab ich gemerkt dass, das fleisch fest war es wurde nicht durch gekocht wie es sich gehört es war noch roh ein neuen Burger hab ich natürlich nicht bekommen was ich aber verlangt habe . Die mitarbeiter zeigen null interesse an der arbeit beim servieren persönlich bzw haben eine sehr große kein bock einstellung, kein hallo kein gar nix, richtige frechheit ich empfehle das wirklich niemandem !!! so unfreundliches personal hab ich noch nie gesehn. wenn man schon nicht da arbeiten möchte oder kann dann sollte man sich dringend etwas anderes suchen. man müsste eigentlich 0/5 sterne geben !!!

The food is of the usual quality. The restaurant is very new, open, and brightly decorated. The staff, however, stands out in a very positive way. Extremely friendly and very customer-oriented. Thank you.

We had the worst experience ever. There is no place to park the car, and when we arrive someone put the car so close, that i couldnt enter the car. The male worker it was rude, such as the people on the kids Area. Rude and not frendly. The wc doesnt had soup to wash the Hands.

A staff disaster. Fries are thrown into the happy meal, and people get worked up about it over small change. And they put a small dollop of sauce on the ice cream. I then asked if I could have some more, and all I got was a groan, snatched the ice cream from my hand, poured sauce on it, and slapped the ice cream on the table in my face.

This McDonald's stands out with its friendly and attentive staff. I ordered a decaffeinated cappuccino. It was served to me at my table by an open and welcoming employee. She kept the seating area clean and tidy and gave me a warm farewell. This was despite the fact that I had only had a cup of coffee this time.

The toilets were completely filthy, and there was no paper. And that was in the disabled restroom.

The staff at the drive-thru counter are really awful sometimes. Work ethic and motivation are zero, they're unfriendly, and if you get the wrong order, you get yelled at if you say something. But that's nothing new; it's been going on for a while...

Just ordered at the drive-thru, a 1MC meal of 9 nuggets, 4 double cheeseburgers, 1 strawberry shortcake, and 1 chocolate muffin. Is the store overwhelmed with an order like that, or why weren't they able to pack the paid-for potato chips into the bag? One classic and two side dishes are too much for the employees? When asked when handing out the bags if everything was really in there, the lady at the window (today, July 31, 2025, at 8:30 PM) replied with "Yes." Just because your mystery shopper has already been here this month, maybe you should still continue to do your work properly. You're cheating your customers out of their money.

Unfortunately, I had to realize again and again that parts of the order, such as extra patties and side dishes, were missing.

My colleague and I ordered food, a coke, and an iced latte. 15 minutes later, the food arrived, along with coffee and coke. The waitress was nasty and served us badly. I had my iced latte in a cardboard cup without a straw. I went to the cashier. I asked if we didn't have a glass of beer. Without saying a word, she took the cup and poured it into a glass cup. I also said, "Can you give me another straw?" She took a straw. She gave me the straw disrespectfully.

A very nice McDonald's. It's nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly.

Do anything but order from there! Delivery time takes two hours plus. Terrible employees who barely speak German. It's impossible to make phone calls because the "lazy..." people simply don't answer. No eating or wasting money!

The woman who works at McDonald's on Klepperstrasse is really rude. She was very friendly at first, but then she started treating me badly. She answered me rudely several times. I don't understand why she behaves like that. Sometimes there's no one there, and I wait forever while you watch them chatting with each other. They're laughing. What bothers me is that they just get away with anything. They're paid, and they behave like this because they don't have to fear any consequences anyway.

A great place for a quick snack! The staff here is always friendly and works quickly—the line is barely noticeable, even during busy times. We ordered a Happy Meal and received the toy we already had. The staff swapped it for the requested toy without any problems—the child loved it. The food is typical McDonald's—hot, fresh, and with that familiar taste. The parking lot is small, but you can usually find a free spot. Highly recommended!

Dirty branch, food lukewarm even though it was ready after five minutes (think about it!!!), stomach pain included. The restaurant is more of a youth club full of strange people. From the roof you can clearly see how deals are being done in front of the branch.

This is about the delivery service. Unfortunately, the waiting times are extremely long - we're currently waiting for two hours and are now at one hour and 50 minutes. Finally, the wrong thing was in there. But when I went there they apologized and compensated me. So if you're hungry and don't want to wait two hours, I strongly advise against ordering

Waited 2 hours for the food, half cold! When I tried to ask on the phone why it took so long, I was pushed away in the middle of the conversation, then when I called the second time there was no apology and the branch manager was just stupidly insulted. It was a complete disaster

Far too few parking spaces, but there is a parking space reserved specifically for McDelivery. Nevertheless, there is no McDelivery vehicle on it; instead, several McDelivery vehicles are blocking the already scarce customer parking spaces.

So you can only say “ugh” to the toilets here... If you go there before eating... you don't need to eat anything else... if you go there after eating... you can leave your dad's food there again out of sheer disgust and gag reflex!!! That's where you get all kinds of diseases

Unfortunately, it often happens that when you get the food it is cold. Unfortunately it doesn't taste good anymore.

That's THE McDonald's for me, which I've been going to every now and then since I was a teenager - it's mostly consistently good (and has been for about 30 years) and that's saying something in this day and age.

How narrow can you build parking spaces and a drive-in?

I am a regular customer at McDonald's, but today, February 22, 2025, 9:50 p.m., I encountered a problem with the officer in charge of the restaurant, but her treatment is very, very, very, very bad, and she is supposed to be responsible for handling much better, but she threw the bill in my face, and it is said to have to do with customers, no matter how much the customer has to deal with him, because this represents the company, because this responsible employee represents the company represents. The McRib is now a disgrace...meat ok, but 2 slices of pickles and three stiff onions with far too much sauce...so in short: half for twice the price...I'm disappointed 😞

Unfortunately, it wasn't until I got home that I noticed that two large bacon pieces were missing from the drive-thru order. But I had paid for everything. 😞😞

Went here again after a long time with a good feeling and ordered finger food for a total of €12.98. After I gave the cashier €23, I only got €0.02 back, the employee claimed several times that I had given her €13, but I 100% gave her €23. After realizing that the conversation wasn't going to result in my €10, I gave up. A basic mathematics course or a better short-term memory would probably have been an advantage to give more stars.

I had coffee with my girlfriend twice and we both had upset stomachs, they had terrible coffee, there was a problem with the milk or the machine.

Early in the morning, while the guests are in the restaurant, an employee washes the tiled floor, on which as soon as there is so much water, the tile literally turns into ice, so I fell and almost tore my hip, when one of the employees came and asked if everything was okay, nothing, not because I was fell, but there were people there of an older age, what if they fell, they were badly broken...so it's terrible, never study there again..
