Most of the staff were friendly, but the tables were unfortunately dirty, even though there weren't many customers. You have to be careful not to get your sleeves dirty at the table. We only stopped in for a quick coffee and cake until our next appointment. Otherwise, there's parking right outside. Honestly, I'm not a Mac fan. The food is expensive, and I'm hungry again after two hours. For that money, I'd rather go out for a decent meal where I'm full after two hours, but that's a matter of taste. It's okay for fast food 🤷🏻‍♀️

Delicious breakfast, and for 5.50€ you can't even get a large coffee anywhere else

I'M MORE THAN DISAPPOINTED!!! After a lovely evening at the Rosenheim Autumn Festival, you want to treat yourself to some vegan nuggets at the drive-thru, and instead you're served not just chicken nuggets, but a mix of Chicken McNuggets and garlic pepper nuggets. I have no idea what kind of minimum-wage slave was at work there, but it's completely unacceptable. The establishment was also unreachable by phone immediately afterward. Customer service seems to be a low priority here!? I expected better from you, as I normally hold vegan ham nuggets dear to my heart. Pure disappointment, dear Mr. McDonald's!

I ordered two identical meals from MCS today. I live ten minutes away from there and it took over an hour for the food to arrive. When I bit into the burger I noticed that the meat was tough. It wasn't cooked through as it should have been. It was still raw. Of course I didn't get a new burger, even though I asked for it. The staff show zero interest in their work when serving personally, or rather they have a really do-nothing attitude. No hello, nothing at all, it's downright cheeky. I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone! I've never seen such unfriendly staff. If you don't want to or can't work there, you should definitely find somewhere else. You should really give it 0 out of 5 stars!

It's not very busy, so service is quick. Outside area is relatively close to the main road.

We had the worst experience ever. There is no place to park the car, and when we arrive someone put the car so close, that i couldnt enter the car. The male worker it was rude, such as the people on the kids Area. Rude and not frendly. The wc doesnt had soup to wash the Hands.

A staff disaster. Fries are thrown into the happy meal, and people get worked up about it over small change. And they put a small dollop of sauce on the ice cream. I then asked if I could have some more, and all I got was a groan, snatched the ice cream from my hand, poured sauce on it, and slapped the ice cream on the table in my face.

This McDonald's stands out with its friendly and attentive staff. I ordered a decaffeinated cappuccino. It was served to me at my table by an open and welcoming employee. She kept the seating area clean and tidy and gave me a warm farewell. This was despite the fact that I had only had a cup of coffee this time.

The toilets were completely filthy, and there was no paper. And that was in the disabled restroom.

The staff at the drive-thru counter are really awful sometimes. Work ethic and motivation are zero, they're unfriendly, and if you get the wrong order, you get yelled at if you say something. But that's nothing new; it's been going on for a while...

Just ordered at the drive-thru, a 1MC meal of 9 nuggets, 4 double cheeseburgers, 1 strawberry shortcake, and 1 chocolate muffin. Is the store overwhelmed with an order like that, or why weren't they able to pack the paid-for potato chips into the bag? One classic and two side dishes are too much for the employees? When asked when handing out the bags if everything was really in there, the lady at the window (today, July 31, 2025, at 8:30 PM) replied with "Yes." Just because your mystery shopper has already been here this month, maybe you should still continue to do your work properly. You're cheating your customers out of their money.

Unfortunately, I had to realize again and again that parts of the order, such as extra patties and side dishes, were missing.

My colleague and I ordered food, a coke, and an iced latte. 15 minutes later, the food arrived, along with coffee and coke. The waitress was nasty and served us badly. I had my iced latte in a cardboard cup without a straw. I went to the cashier. I asked if we didn't have a glass of beer. Without saying a word, she took the cup and poured it into a glass cup. I also said, "Can you give me another straw?" She took a straw. She gave me the straw disrespectfully.

Do anything but order from there! Delivery time takes two hours plus. Terrible employees who barely speak German. It's impossible to make phone calls because the "lazy..." people simply don't answer. No eating or wasting money!

The woman who works at McDonald's on Klepperstrasse is really rude. She was very friendly at first, but then she started treating me badly. She answered me rudely several times. I don't understand why she behaves like that. Sometimes there's no one there, and I wait forever while you watch them chatting with each other. They're laughing. What bothers me is that they just get away with anything. They're paid, and they behave like this because they don't have to fear any consequences anyway.

A great place for a quick snack! The staff here is always friendly and works quickly—the line is barely noticeable, even during busy times. We ordered a Happy Meal and received the toy we already had. The staff swapped it for the requested toy without any problems—the child loved it. The food is typical McDonald's—hot, fresh, and with that familiar taste. The parking lot is small, but you can usually find a free spot. Highly recommended!

Dirty branch, food lukewarm even though it was ready after five minutes (think about it!!!), stomach pain included. The restaurant is more of a youth club full of strange people. From the roof you can clearly see how deals are being done in front of the branch.

Waited 2 hours for the food, half cold! When I tried to ask on the phone why it took so long, I was pushed away in the middle of the conversation, then when I called the second time there was no apology and the branch manager was just stupidly insulted. It was a complete disaster

This is about the delivery service. Unfortunately, the waiting times are extremely long - we're currently waiting for two hours and are now at one hour and 50 minutes. Finally, the wrong thing was in there. But when I went there they apologized and compensated me. So if you're hungry and don't want to wait two hours, I strongly advise against ordering

Far too few parking spaces, but there is a parking space reserved specifically for McDelivery. Nevertheless, there is no McDelivery vehicle on it; instead, several McDelivery vehicles are blocking the already scarce customer parking spaces.

So you can only say “ugh” to the toilets here... If you go there before eating... you don't need to eat anything else... if you go there after eating... you can leave your dad's food there again out of sheer disgust and gag reflex!!! That's where you get all kinds of diseases

How narrow can you build parking spaces and a drive-in?

The McRib is now a disgrace...meat ok, but 2 slices of pickles and three stiff onions with far too much sauce...so in short: half for twice the price...I'm disappointed 😞

Went here again after a long time with a good feeling and ordered finger food for a total of €12.98. After I gave the cashier €23, I only got €0.02 back, the employee claimed several times that I had given her €13, but I 100% gave her €23. After realizing that the conversation wasn't going to result in my €10, I gave up. A basic mathematics course or a better short-term memory would probably have been an advantage to give more stars.

I had coffee with my girlfriend twice and we both had upset stomachs, they had terrible coffee, there was a problem with the milk or the machine.

Early in the morning, while the guests are in the restaurant, an employee washes the tiled floor, on which as soon as there is so much water, the tile literally turns into ice, so I fell and almost tore my hip, when one of the employees came and asked if everything was okay, nothing, not because I was fell, but there were people there of an older age, what if they fell, they were badly broken...so it's terrible, never study there again..

We waited half an hour for “food”. And then the stuff was pretty cold. For my stepson, the pickup number wasn't displayed, his "food" was on the counter for 10 minutes... Good, the shop hadn't been open long, the staff was still inexperienced. I think that's a good thing for them. I'll stop by there again in a few months. Upon entering the door, the lady at the counter announced that the washroom was not working. It was five o'clock in the afternoon. Many of us were shocked and asked why? He said there will be a shift handover and it must be handed over to him clearly. I tried to ask for an acceptable explanation, but he got angry and told me that the floor was wet. Good, I said I'll check it, of course everything was dry, I compared what I saw, then he said let's go inside. But by that time, we had asked to go to the restaurant next door. He showed outrageous behavior when I saw that I had also taken a photo of the sign that he displayed. I have visited MOL WELLS like this several times. I will probably skip their other services as well. with Silver membership.

I come from Berlin and compared to the ones here from Rosenheim and most of them from Berlin, I say this is the best McDonald's burgers are well topped and don't fall apart, chicken nuggets are very tasty and crispy and not as sticky and tasteless as in Berlin

The McDonald app and the service afterwards in the restaurant are underground. Despite proof that the whole thing was paid for via PayPal, we had to pay again. Nice and tasty we ordered cheeseburgers and chicken burgers + happy meal not even 8 minutes later everything was warm and complete, even one more chicken nugget I want to say that an honorable man/woman/attack helicopter was at work, thank you! It was comfortable and there was always good WiFi with more or less friends. It was very busy that evening, which I don't mind because I think there were a lot of people, a lot of fresh food. Unfortunately it wasn't like that!!! We had three double menus and 20 nuggets and only the nuggets were fresh, the fries were cold and dry, double big mac, double royal cheese and double chili cheeseburger were very dry (bun and patty) Strange with so many people in front of me!!! Bottomless service! The three of us were in McDonald's and ordered at the same time, but I was not only checked in after my friends, but also after the five other guests. Even though I was the first in line, I was simply passed over without a word. The lady at the checkout just said, “yes, the branch management is coming soon to collect the money”. After the branch management finally deigned to pay my bill too. I didn't get a hello or an apology because seven customers were now being served before me. I have been working in the catering industry myself for over ten years and if I had only acted like that once, I would have gotten rid of my job on the same day! I don't know where these gentlemen did their training, but certainly not in the catering industry! I am also aware that we are not in a star restaurant, but for this money I expect a warm meal and not to be passed over by several customers, as well as respectful behavior from the staff. (This may be my feeling, but if I can't greet a guest, say goodbye, or even say a word while giving them their order, then I don't think I have any business in the job other than not dealing with customers .) You don't have to wonder why the store has changed its opening hours. I wouldn't come back with that service either.

Very tasty burger and warm fries! 😋 Unfortunately, a McDonald's delivery service car was parked in two parking spaces, so you couldn't park in one parking space at all, since there are few parking spaces anyway, this is not customer-friendly! We then spoke to an employee in the restaurant who said that she would pass it on immediately and repark the car! After half an hour it still hadn't been moved! The employees were all friendly. The prices are typical for McDonalds. You can sit both inside and outside. Here I recommend the roof terrace. Even if it does make it a bit louder (the building is right on a busy intersection), it's best there. The McDonalds seemed clean and tidy. There was no trash lying around and the tables were clean too. All in all, a clear recommendation from me.

My son went to McDonald's twice in one year and vomited both times. If we make our own burgers, this never happens.
