McDonald's in Bad Homburg v.d.Höhe - Telefonnummer, Reservierungen, Bewertungen

The employees flirt with their buddies and prioritize their orders. I ordered a hamburger, waited forever and ended up with an ancient chesseburger. Now here's the thing: the burger was eaten!! €2 for an old cheeseburger eaten by animals and I waited forever. Unfortunately, I was already sitting on the train with my son when we saw this. He was looking forward to the burger... NEVER AGAIN!!!

The staff was very unfriendly and put other customers ahead of me when I wanted to order. Long waiting time for simple McNuggets with little customers. Choice of dishes and drinks is very limited. At least the place is clean. Will not come back due to the unfriendly staff.

If you feel like emptying the rest of the counter after closing time, you will be served very kindly here. And two donuts were even paid for with a face card. Recommendation goes out!

Yeah. After our Kharkov McDonald's, it's a little different for me. The taste is incomprehensible. I've fallen out of love with French fries, they're absolutely tasteless. Ketchup in a paper bag. Nonsense, it’s not at all clear how to use it for takeaway. There is really nowhere to sit, two tables outside for everyone. And when you ask for takeout, they don’t even pack ice cream for you (((they give you ice cream in a paper cup, while you drive home for an hour in the heat, that’s all, water in a paper cup, which is also already very soggy. I don’t understand at all there is a lot of addiction to paper cups here straws. Even in the hepimil there is a paper pipe. Nonsense! McDonald's is not it for me.

I would prefer not to give a star. This is by far the unfriendly McDonald's I have ever been to! A simple chicken burger takes them 20 minutes, even though they said you only need 3 minutes! And there were no customers! When it comes to iced coffee this time of year, they say they don't have any. Then why is it on the board? The treatment of customers is extremely disrespectful. I definitely cannot recommend this McDonald's. Better go somewhere else.

Never again !!! The staff is unfriendly and the food is a disaster! The cheeseburgers were old and hard and the nuggets dried out!!! Kept warm for hours!!! If the walk hadn't taken 10 minutes and it was raining, I would have gone back to confront the employees about the food! So everything ended up in the trash!

Terrible service, you are in a very bad mood because of the negative employees! The food tastes very dried and warmed up, disgusting, simply disgusting! The cola wasn't normal either and it tasted disgusting. The fries were okay but the rest is terrible. There weren't even really any tables where you could eat, there were only 2 and they were mostly occupied. We didn't even get 1 cloth to wipe it off, so unbelievable

No more McDonalds in Bad Homburg! Staff unmotivated, the lady disappears because her phone rings and doesn't finish the order then someone came from the kitchen. Meat was lukewarm and not fresh, fries also tasted like cardboard and there was no cola at all. Very very bad service! Also rude.

As already described in the other reviews, a very catastrophic warmed-up citizen for 2.29 individually, mind you, for a completely normal cheeseburger. Say, it's still possible for that price, I'll never get a luxury juice shop somewhere else

The shop was empty. We waited for some time. An employee finally came to the front and called out “Boss, Chef, Cashier” and meanwhile reached into the fries and one. A young girl then came to the front and took our order, while at the same time she started eating her private yogurt at the checkout and busying herself with her cell phone. I don't expect much, especially not when I go to a fast food chain, but I do expect that they pay attention to hygiene.

Unfortunately you can't give any negative points here. Disastrous store!!!! The food had been sitting there for a long time and the employee was totally listless and unfriendly. My two girls wanted a Playmobil polar bear, what did they get? An anteater. On the plus side, the service is very fast. Of the minuses: 1. burgers are always like crumpled toilet paper, that is, deformed; 2. Very small room for visitors, as well as only two tables for visitors to eat

This is truly the worst branch of McDonald's. Strange employees, the atmosphere is even scarier when you enter the store. There's just nothing like fresh ingredients. Really frightening 😔

Worst service I've ever experienced at McDonald's: It's impossible to treat you so badly as a customer. Firstly, they didn't want to scan the coupons (not even write the coupons, since under each QR code there is the code number that needs to be written in case the code is not read). Second, the lack of respect for the client in these observations. 3. I ordered a coke and they only served me soda. When I complain they treat me like an idiot, the manager comes and tells me that this is what a Coke tastes like (at 39 years old I know what a Coke is). tastes like and it doesn't taste like water with gas) After the employee compared the dirt they served me in a glass to a Coca-Cola from another customer, he realized that the machine was obviously not working and called for it first After 10 minutes my service they changed it for me because they recognized the error. For the first time these two disrespectful people serve me. Normally decent and professional people work there, but today I have two people who don't know how to serve the public. This happened on 02/23/2023 at 8:02 p.m. in case someone at McDonald's wanted to send their employees to a course on dealing with the public.

Opening times are a lie, I was there at 10:40 p.m. for chicken nuggets and the door was already locked

According to the internet it was supposed to be open on Friday evening. We were there and there was a notice on the door with the current opening times. These matched the time and day. As the saying goes... there was a light on, but no one was at home. There was nothing to be seen except for a jacket on the counter

Don't go here if you speak no german there rude to english speakers I went there with my macdonalds app he tried to scan the qr code and it dident pick And after the 2th time quit speaking german to me and snaped dude it's not working I walked out no food no service and pretty shaken I was not rude to him and just don't speak german i was just on vacation I would have been fine if he just told me it didn't work, i dident wanted to get snaped at It was not busy

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, allerdings ist nun das dritte mal hintereinander dass der Burger wohl lange dort warm gehalten würde. Beim ersten Mal hab ich es hingenommen, das zweite mal erhielt ich ein frischen Burger und heute war leider auch der ausgetauschte abgestanden. Cheeseburger die lange dort einfach nur warm gehalten werden sind einfach ungenießbar.

Besonders früh morgens ist es hier relativ ruhig, so dass man sein Frühstück in Ruhe verzehren und daneben die Zeitung lesen kann. Die Pommes sind hervorragend. Bei den Hamburgern wünsche ich mir, dass das Brötchen richtig knackig wäre, stattdessen ist es matchig. Das hält mich meistens vom verspeisen ab. Das Personal war bei mir immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Toiletten sind sehr sauber und angenehm zu betreten. Da ich eher die Ruhe suche, komme ich lieber morgens.

Wenig Auswahl (nur die Klassiker) und keine Sitzplätze

Ein sehr sehr kleiner McDonalds ohne viel Ambiente. Dort kann man sich nur essen holen aber nicht vor Ort verzehren. Vorm Gebäude sind zwei kleine Tische mit Bänken, nichts besonderes.

Für nen Snack gut aber wird leider immer teurer und essen wird immer weniger.

Also die Gläser sind super, die Chicken Nuggets sind einfach nicht gut. Ich bin der Meinung McD wird es in den nächsten Jahren immer schwerer haben.

Klassischer mcdonald's kann man nicht viel sagen außer das so gut wie immer die verdammte Eismaschiene nicht funktionieren tut.

Typischer McD. Das Essen scheint fettiger denn je. An dieser location gibt es keine Tabletts, daher wird alles "to go" überreicht. Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht. Gerade dort gibt es genug Alternativen.

Cheeseburger war nicht in Ordnung, da wahrscheinlich stundenlang warm gehalten. Sowas darf man Leuten für Geld nicht andrehen! Personal war freundlich, aber was hilft das, wenn das Produkt nicht stimmt.

Das Personal ist leider total überfordert, in fast jeder Bestellung fehlt etwas oder es ist etwas falsch, wenn man die Mitarbeiter darauf hinweist reagieren sie genervt und gereizt. Es ist der einzige McDonalds in Bad Homburg und die einzige Möglichkeit spät Abends am Bahnhof noch was zu essen zu bekommen, also werde ich weiter da hin gehen. Aber ich spreche hiermit eine Warnung aus: CHECKT EURE BESTELLUNG, OB ALLES DRIN IST, BEVOR IHR DEN LADEN VERLASST.

Als einziger McDonald's in Bad Homburg Konkurrenzlos, aber viel zu dünne Auswahl.

Ich habe den im Blättchen angebotenen Artikel nicht bekommen. Nach dem Anruf in der Zentrale wurde mir zugesichert das der Artikel nun doch noch geliefert wurde. Als ich mir mein seid mehreren Tagen erhofften Artikel abholen wollte ist dieser wieder nicht gekommen.

Small but convenient McDonald's location inside the train station. Service is fast and food is served hot. Somehow some of the online coupons don't always seem to work at this location.

Absolut unfreundliche Bedienung. Als wir rein kamen, wurden wir gleich angeblafft, dass die Toilette draußen wäre... Da wäre ich fast wieder gegangen. Die Pommes waren ok, der Salat auf dem Burger welk und das Brötchen war pappig.

Essen schmeckt super aber das McDonalds ist sehr klein

Wenn man McDonald kennt, hat man ein Bild vor Augen, was man sucht. Bei diesem McDonald sieht man von außen gar nichts, außer einem winzigen Schild auf einem Pfeiler. War also schwer zu finden, ansonsten alles prima, gibt aber keine Sitzplätze

Sehr schöner Mini Mc.donalds, Schade das es keine Toiletten gibt. Deswegen 4 Sterne sonst alles bestens ;)

Ein MC Donald Imbiss. War etwas von der Größe enttäuscht. Das Personal hat aber super Arbeit geleistet.
