The shop, TipTop you can't say anything about it, but this delivery service is the worst I've ever seen, I wait 60 minutes for my food (normal waiting time is 50-60 minutes), the food doesn't come, I wait another 60 minutes, it doesn't come again, then I call and I'm told 20-30 minutes, just cheeky, for 40€ I wait 150 minutes, that food **ALWAYS** arrives cold, you don't have to put up with something like that.

I was here on a Sunday evening and was served more politely than in any other branch before. The food came quickly and was up to the chain's usual standards. Unfortunately, there is still a slight deduction because the fries were barely lukewarm when they landed on my tray.

Yes, you can go there and celebrate for birthdays, but not every year (as long as the children are still small) There is new seating inside, but when the place is full, you don't know where to sit, except in summer... I wanted to go back in the evening and was there 20 minutes before closing time and the store was already closed. Bad and selfish, I will never go here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The three of us were at the Burger King in Diepholz today and we ordered 2 menus (Big King XXL menu, Whopper/Big King menu), both with chili cheese fries and two nugget burgers. We complained about the Whopper and Big King because the lettuce was already old and mushy, as well as black and brown, it was very unappetizing, and they weren't even warm. Then the Whopper came again, the same problem again, salad ripped off, some eaten, unfortunately unappetizing, then waited for the Big King, which didn't come, which we had to get ourselves and the same problem. We were told that the lady in the kitchen had been told not to use this salad like that, which didn't seem to go over well. Why? Because there are no German-speaking staff. It would be advantageous to hire German-speaking staff to avoid something like this. Today we were so disappointed that the burgers remained on the trays and went into the overfilled tray carts. At least the fries were enjoyable. There was once a gentleman in the waitress who was solidly built, but he was a nice waitress, there should be more of that. I'm attaching pictures of the salad so you can see it's not made up. It was around 1:45 p.m. when we ordered. What was also noticeable was that customers in front of us were waiting for a while and then burgers were missing from their order. We also had to bring two burgers to the table because everything else was ready and these burgers weren't. The staff doesn't seem to get along well with each other either, it's sad actually.

I witnessed several times that the cooks while prepping food did not wear any gloves nor hair nets to prevent food poisoning or foreign objects from dropping into one’s ordered meal. This in itself is not worth the risk of getting food poisoning or salmonella poisoning. Things and processes need to change so that the customer can order and leave happy enabling them to enjoy their paid meal from this particular fast food chain. Now they are wearing gloves but they are using the same gloves to serve your food and take your money, yuck 🤮. If you touch money which touches many hands don’t touch food immediately after instead change your gloves.

Don't come here for lunch! Waiting times for non-standard ones are forever. Too few staff who are not allowed to deviate from the Whopper line. Otherwise good restaurant. Has recently been renovated.

To the lady at the toilet "Learn MANNERS"

Unfortunately, we had a less good experience here. Ordered at the terminal with table service, after our food had been at the counter for about 5 minutes, our number was called by the restaurant. Stressed, an employee shouted “no staff” at us. The food wasn't hot anymore. If we hadn't already paid we would have left.

Burger was cold from the King of the Month menu of Long Chicken as well as the accompanying fries were a disgrace to all humanity and simply disgusting soggy and seasoned and cold, best served directly with dog food, you do exactly the same thing 💋

Bad service, everyone is standing around, it takes forever for the food to come. Not recommended.

Didn't deserve a star, 2 hours late, everything was cold and the order was also wrong. Hopefully McDonald's will open again!

Service total unfreundlich, einige Sachen wurden nicht geliefert oder falsch geliefert. Burger waren kalt und sehr Alt. Beim Anruf um nach zu fragen wie das mit den nicht gelieferten Sachen aussieht wurden wir sehr unfreundlich behandelt, der Typ am Telefon legte einfach auf ohne wirkliche Hilfe zu leisten oder korporativ gegenüber uns als Kunden zu sein.

Central branch with a small kitchen. Therefore, unfortunately only the standard products and menus. But it's really quick and there are lots of seats. I find the service from basic to very friendly :)
