I witnessed several times that the cooks while prepping food did not wear any gloves nor hair nets to prevent food poisoning or foreign objects from dropping into one’s ordered meal. This in itself is not worth the risk of getting food poisoning or salmonella poisoning. Things and processes need to change so that the customer can order and leave happy enabling them to enjoy their paid meal from this particular fast food chain. Now they are wearing gloves but they are using the same gloves to serve your food and take your money, yuck 🤮. If you touch money which touches many hands don’t touch food immediately after instead change your gloves.

Schnell und sauber, immer wieder gerne. King Beef Doppel Hamburger waren sehr trocken. Sosse war kaum vorhanden.

You never know when it will be open. Often only the drive in is open. Currently only open from 2 p.m. Every now and then just close it completely.

It was actually a shop that I really enjoyed going to. Everything was always freshly prepared for me and I rarely had to wait a long time... for some time now, but is the shop hardly open? Nowhere is it stated and every time you find yourself in front of a locked door. Closed at lunchtime, sometimes at 6 or 8 p.m. on weekends. You should reconsider the opening times...

Not overcrowded, staff tried hard to be friendly (good bosses). Food fine as usual, it is what it is.

The employees really do a good job, but because I've noticed something for a while now, I'm now taking the trouble to address it. Why is the iceberg lettuce on your burgers always half rotten? It just tastes awful to have half brown lettuce on your burgers.

Drive in... no total price was stated when ordering. Only at the window. Then €10 short of change was given. Luckily we figured it out right away. Not even an apology. The cashier just said he had entered it incorrectly into the cash register so the cash register said it incorrectly. You should be able to do some mental arithmetic when you work at the cash register. Burgers were warm but too expensive. The buns extremely dry.

Bad opening times to eat on site! The opening hours are until 00:00, but the door has been closed several times at 8:45 p.m. Only the drive was still open.

They advertise free fries when you rate them and then you stand there for 20 minutes and no fries come. Very bad service. We've now left without fries

I used to be a regular drive-thru customer, but no longer. Today it happened for the fourth time in a row (!) that something was missing from the order, sometimes it was the mayo, sometimes it was a burger, today it was fries. In addition, there are always long waiting times at peak times, longer than in comparable restaurants. From now on I'd rather go to the competition.

My child celebrates it...we like to go there every now and then...we should adjust the opening times and stick to them...but otherwise the store is fine

Not so soon again. Closing in on a Saturday evening at 6 p.m., okay, be treated to it. But just before the end of the day, a really shitty way of working. - Burgers no longer looked like burgers when unpacked, cheese stuck everywhere, just no cheese on the burger, - Fries completely unsalted - Ordering took forever, I wanted to file a missing person report for my partner - A whole bag is missing (nuggets with various sauces). The money for this was collected, but unfortunately it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that 1/3 of the order was completely missing. Then I'd better go to McDonald's soon, even if I look at the other reviews here.

I only wanted to have 4 burgers and it felt like I waited forever, it looks like only 1 person was working and the rest were just standing there, so the name fast food restaurant didn't happen. Furthermore, the burger was made without gloves.

45 minutes wait for the food in the DriveThru. Unbelievable. And then also rude employees.

Come back every now and then to take something with you. But actually every time it takes half an eternity for the queue at Dive-In to work its way to the front. It happens regularly that some people break out of the queue and drive away. When you finally get to it and order, everything happens very slowly. The few staff sometimes seem clumsy, listless and unmotivated. Often you have to wait for something after the actual order. It is also important that you MUST check your order at the end, as there is ALWAYS an “error”! Of course, it remains unclear at this point whether this is calculated accordingly or whether it is an actual oversight... But the bottom line is that it's a normal fast food branch like any other! Therefore not particularly recommended.

Unfortunately that was nothing. Only one of the two terminals was working, the drink dispensers were completely out of order and the staff seemed quite bored, as if they were unwelcome here. Because of the defective terminals when we picked up the food, we asked for "light" or "zero" products, but according to the lady, they simply weren't available. The napkin dispensers were also empty, even though only one guest came for every three employees before we arrived. The highlight was the Whopper without cheese even though it was ordered with cheese. In principle it wasn't a bad thing, but it was a shame that I had to show the receipt twice and the (apparent) boss from the back of the kitchen called out that it was definitely without cheese. After checking the receipt, I got the right burger. So unfortunately a mix of nothing but defects and a feeling of not being wanted - so overall not a great visit. 08/25 Midday

Even if you sometimes have to wait longer due to a lack of staff or the shop closes earlier, which of course is inevitable if someone is sick and therefore lacks energy, I fully understand what is otherwise a great shame that the self-service drinks vending machines unfortunately no longer work. Otherwise I am completely satisfied especially with the new employees

I wanted to grab 3 quick cheeseburgers there yesterday while I was charging my car. When I wanted to order, I was told it would take 30 minutes!!!!!! At first I thought it was just a little joke, then I went to the store with the "M" and it took 35 seconds. Weird fast food restaurant???

I have never experienced such a bad Burger King. I waited over 40 minutes for my 4 menus and the service staff didn't even apologize. Just bad and miserable. If you just want a quick burger you shouldn't go here

I rarely eat at BK, especially in Schortens. Why? Very easy: - You can't use the terminal to order everything that is supposedly available in the store. -The employees hardly know what they offer (a few days ago I asked for a promotional product that was no longer available. I asked if they had something else with bacon and cheese. The macaroni burger was suggested to me in the drive. I then went in and Tada, there was a normal burger with bacon and cheese inside. I pointed this out to the employee, she just said "You wanted the promotional product" to which I explained to her again that I was asking for something similar - For me, macaroni isn't bacon, but okay). - Orders, even for a burger, sometimes take a really long time, even if there are few customers in the store. -The employees openly gossip about customers at the checkout (Oh, you can tell that there was citizen's money, customer xy has been here for 3 days in a row - be happy, these customers are securing your job!) -Food tasted VERY rancid lately and I didn't really feel well afterwards. In the future I would probably prefer to drive 6 km further and go to the good old MC again.

We ordered 3x children's menu and 1x for adults. Takes forever, wrong combination, tried it again after 2 years. Was a mistake. The citizens were assembled without gloves and then their hands were put in their pockets. That says it all. The store isn't worth it. Staff is also overwhelmed with three guests

Once again something was missing!🙄

It took the completely disinterested employees 5 attempts to get 2 burgers, which still didn't correspond to the quality we're used to from BK. And we had to wait 15 minutes for the first attempt, even though the dreary shop was empty. Then we had to ask every time whether the burgers were ready, but we weren't told. Please drive around as far as possible.

There was a bit of a smell in the store. Many ice cream flavors (fusion) are sold out. Overall, I found the entire ordering process rather chaotic and unsatisfactory. I'd rather go back to McDonald's

Menu was prepared quickly and tables were clean

Ordered there on Thursday evening. We ordered the drinks with ice cubes, which were lukewarm and non-carbonated. When employees asked about it, they got 2 ice cubes in the drink, but still no carbonation. Burgers were OK. The restaurant was very clean and the chilli cheeseburger nuggets were delicious as always. Nevertheless, next time we'll go back to McDonald's, because the drinks are at least carbonated.

The food has always been hot and tasted great, no long waiting times. I love the plant based citizens and the wings are awesome

Every order has to be checked in the store. Saturday night. I'm the only guest and I still get the wrong things packed. Not the first time. Really sucks.

Best citizen King in the world King smart on the 1st place

After my previous impression was quite bad, it has completely changed in the last few weeks. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food arrives exactly as ordered and the quality is now good too. Waiting times have become significantly shorter. All in all, it seems as if the various criticisms expressed have been taken to heart and all points have been improved. Now my favorite local system restaurant.

The Whopper menu wasn't good; The burgers were folded too loosely and fell apart. The fries were lukewarm and soggy.

After Citizen King was closed for what felt like forever, it's really nice that it's open again. Staff is nice and polite and the food is good.

Relatively good for a Burger King and usually only the drive-thru is used.

Haven't had any problems here so far. Everything perfect.

Baba Shop is always very tasty but sometimes they close at 8 p.m. or definitely earlier than 10 p.m

A Buger King, but apparently not quite as clean. We were there spontaneously in the evening and there was nothing going on. Why don't the employees clean up when they have nothing to do? The tray carts were so full that I provocatively put mine on the floor.

One of the worst branches ever, which is not due to the staff. Far too few employees, so you sometimes have to wait 30 minutes for your food. From time to time the shop door is closed and only operated via the drive-in. Some products are not available for days (probably because the relevant equipment is defective). In my opinion, all deficiencies can be traced back to management cutting corners. Most of all about the staff. The staff are always friendly and the food meets expectations.

Mittlerweile nicht mehr so schön. Oft werden Plant Based Burger vertauscht oder vergessen (Drive-In Erfahrung). Uns gefallen die vielfältigen, veganen Alternativen, aber wenn die halbe Bestellung fehlt machts auch keinen Spaß mehr

Wieder kein Eis-produkte, das ist der letzten Mal das ich hier hin gehe.. Die sind einfach zu faul die Eis-maschine sauber zu machen.. Die Käse schmelzt nicht mehr, liegt kalt auf den Big King und wenn ich hier die Rezensionen Lese was hygiëne angeht dan lass ich es lieber, dan besser 1 Auffahrt weiter zum McDonald's.

Halt Fastfood ohne Herz. Speißen könnten wärmer sein, halt schon fast eine Grundeinstellung alles nur lauwarm raus zugeben. Über den Drive bestellt, hier war der Service und die Kommunikation sehr gut. Habe das Gefühl das die Burger immer kleiner werden.

Burger mit Bacon bestellt, Bacon labberig und nicht knusprig,auch der Burgerpattie war gerade mal durchgegart.War bei beiden Essen leider so.

Von den für weniger Wartezeit umworbenen Bestellterminals war 1 von 2 defekt, Wartezeit betrug somit 10 Minuten bis ich überhaupt bestellen konnte und es war nur ein Kunde vor mir. Die hinter mir mussten somit noch länger warten. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt, dass keine Bestellung am Schalter möglich ist. Lösungsvorschlag der Verkäuferin, man könne sonst zum Drive In fahren. Naja, wenigstens geschmeckt hat es wie immer...

Lange Wartezeiten am Drive In, Burger meistens bestenfalls lauwarm, Rückgabewagen im Restaurant oft überfüllt - das habe ich anderswo deutlich besser gesehen. @Burgerking: Bitte jetzt keine platte "Copy&Paste"-Antwort, wie sie unter vielen anderen Rezensionen zu finden ist. Könnt ihr euch sparen. Nachtrag: Man soll ja durchaus mal eine zweite Chance geben, also waren wir vor ein paar Tagen noch mal dort. Hätten wir mal lieber nicht machen sollen ... Unfreundliches Personal, kann nicht grüßen. Zwei Kassen waren geöffnet, aber als wir bestellen wollten, wurden wir etwas harsch darüber informiert, dass Bestellungen nur noch an den SB-Terminals möglich sind. Das stand nirgendwo, woher also hätte man das wissen sollen? Das Essen war katastrophal. Meine Whopper wurden garantiert nicht "flame grilled", die Patties waren einfach nur irgendwie gegart, eklig grau und geschmacklos. Die Buns waren nicht angetoastet, mit den mir aus anderen Burger King Restaurants bekannten Whoppern hatten diese Dinger nichts zu tun. Leute, spart Euch die Zeit und Geld, esst lieber wo anders!

wer am späten Nachmittag ins Restaurant möchte wird enttäuscht, die Eingangstür wird gegen 17/18 Uhr verschlossen keiner kommt mehr rein. also bleibt nur noch das bestellen an Fenster übrig (ohne Auto) schlecht. eine Frechheit sowas die Öffnungszeiten mit 00.00 Uhr angepriesen da sollte auch erwähnt werden nur in Drive In !!!!!

Essen war frisch zubereitet und damit heiß. So, wie man sich das wünscht.

Essen war ok halt BK aber das personal sehr unfreundlich werde gefragt ob ich was Bestellen möchte und als ich meine Bestellung aufgeben habe wird mir gesagt sie darf keine Bestellung aufnehmen

Ne-au dat totul la grămadă și fără pic de atenție. Cel mai urat locul in cafea am fost pana acum.

Bestellung am Terminal hat super geklappt. Das Essen wurde sehr zügig zubereitet . Burger und Pommes waren heiß. Pommes nicht versalzen . Die extra Wünsche wurden alle berücksichtig . Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich .

Mag sein, dass wir einen schlechten Tag erwischt haben, aber die Eis- und Milchshakemaschine war defekt, sodass es kein Eis/Milchshake gab. Es gab keine Cola Zero, die Selbstzapfanlagen waren defekt und der gesamte Spielebereich abgesperrt. Zudem hat das Personal trotz absoluter Leere am Nachmittag im Schneckentempo "gearbeitet" und war nicht freundlich. Insgesamt war es sehr enttäuschend.

Leider lange Wartezeit. Service kann Bestellungen nicht manuell aufnehmen, sondern nur an den 2! Terminals. Lange Wartezeiten sind vorprogrammiert.

Motiviertes Personal sieht anders aus ... Die Dame bei der wir unsere Bestellung abholen konnte bekam nicht mal die Tageszeit über die Lippen 🙄

Essen wie in jedem anderen BK auch. Die Tische könnten öfter abgewischt werden, Sonst ist die Sauberkeit aber okay. Könnte daran liegen, dass relativ häufig die Tür für Kunden geschlossen bleibt und nur der Drive-In besetzt ist...

Die Brötchen sind sehr trocken und trotz frischer Zubereitung war der Burger nur lau warm 😒🤮

Kein Service, nur Automaten, blutiges Pflaster im Waschbecken, dreckige Tische, lauwarmer Burger.

Wenn man Fast Food mag wird man bei Burger King gut versorgt. An den Terminals beim Eingang kann man sich seine Speisen und Getränke aussuchen, und direkt bezahlen. Ob zum mitnehmen, oder zum Verzehr im Restaurant kann man aussuchen. Die Wartezeit ist kurz, und das Essen wird frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wer nicht an den Terminals bestellen möchte, kann die Bestellung auch am Tresen aufgeben. Das Restaurant ist ohne Stufen zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind direkt am Burger King vorhanden. Die Lage des Restaurants ist sehr verkehrsgünstig. Eine Tankstelle, und weitere Firmen befinden sich in der Nähe.

Seitdem der Laden geöffnet hat, werden systematisch Sachen in der Bestellung vergessen. Bitte immer direkt kontrollieren. Positiv zumindest, bei Beanstandung wird das Fehlende direkt erstattet.

Heute mal lauwarme Burger und weiche Pommes. Zu wenig Personal schätze ich, da 1 Angestellter für Theke und Autoschalter zu wenig. Die 2 Terminals sind zu wenig und viel zu langsam.

Meist überzeugt das Essen, zwischendurch mal Pech gehabt das Essen nur noch lauwarm war - aber wenn dann wirklich eine Ausnahme.

Beim letzten Besuch war alles ok.
