We were received very politely and I can only say keep it up the young man was just great

I went to this Burger King for the first time yesterday, and it was really good. (The burgers aren't that tasty here.) The staff were so cool and friendly. You rarely see that these days. The place itself was very clean, and the tables were wiped down immediately after each customer before the next customer could sit down. The food came out super quickly and was freshly prepared and piping hot. The staff were really courteous and in a really good mood ☺️ This will be my new Burger King from now on. I haven't seen a fast food restaurant this clean and the staff this friendly in a long time :-) Keep it up!! Best, Jasmina Schmidt

Everything was great. We can't say anything about the atmosphere yet; we used the drive-thru.

The employees are nice and friendly, but unfortunately, things are often forgotten during the drive-thru. If you only notice it when you get home, it's annoying because the food is missing and the money is gone too.

One day, the Long Chicken and Extra Long Chili Cheese burgers were topped with arugula without asking. A friendly chat with the staff, I was given a menu for the mistake, and this time I ordered and paid for 2 Extra Long burgers without jalapenos, and I ordered and paid for extra sauce – but we got them without extra sauce, but with pickles?!?! They should prepare the burgers as ordered, which is just annoying and questionable, unfortunately. PS: Photos of everything are available, so complaints aren't addressed either!!

Long wait times, even though it was barely busy. The chicken nugget burger tasted like it had been reheated. Instead of the six chili cheese nuggets I paid for, I only got five. The iced tea tasted like Coke, Fanta, and iced tea mixed together. Absolutely not recommended 👎🏼

Even one star is too much. Aside from the fact that you can't really call it fast food, since you often end up waiting in the drive-thru for 20-30 minutes, something is always missing. It's no fun rummaging through the entire bag every time you park in the parking lot. The toys from the menus have also been missing twice. I could write so much more, but from now on, I'll be going to Burger King in Wilhelmshaven or directly to McDonald's...

Saturday, June 12, 2025, 12 p.m. The fries were old and soggy. The kitchen staff weren't wearing aprons and had headphones in their ears, and they also put everything in the fryer without tongs and placed it on the burgers without tongs. The shift manager, despite having a long beard, didn't have a beard net or anything else when he was in the kitchen. I waited over 15 minutes for my order, and then everything was stuffed into a bag. The restroom and lobby were dirty. I'd rather go to Wilhelmshaven. You have to wait a bit there, but it's more hygienic.

We were there at 8:19 p.m. There were only two people working hard and one person milling around giving instructions. We took our food with us and waited 30 minutes for it. Not acceptable for a fast food restaurant. Then we got home and half the burger was missing (see picture). I realize that the burger might not be as perfect as in the picture. But if the onion rings are missing from the burger, I don't think that's a good thing and it could perhaps be seen as cheating. After all, you rely on getting what you ordered. On top of that, our child's squeezable fruit snack and apple juice were missing. To spend €40 on that... far too much for that service.

I tried the place again after months, and what can I say? The first time, the burger and sauces were missing. This time I checked everything, and the order was complete. But then I unpacked the burger, and what can I say... just a bun and nuggets on top. What happened again???!! You'd gladly pay €5 for that burger... I can't say enough about it.

Good morning. Yesterday at 11:40 PM I bought something to go at the drive-up counter!! Paid €19.89 for the worst thing I've ever eaten at Burger King!

Even though it was dead quiet, I waited 10 minutes for four small, fried cucumbers... 4 euros. The iced coffee was so-so... I don't know if I'll go there again. It's a real shame.

There was very little going on, so I was a bit disappointed that the tables weren't cleaned and the team preferred to chat rather than take the time to acknowledge us as customers. They were polite though.

Went there again today for dinner after about 2 years (even though it was in the neighborhood). Very nice service, including bringing the menu to the table. The food was tasty and hot. Unfortunately, I know much worse from the past... I hope the upward trend continues...

I ordered a menu in the drive, for €9.99 I gave my colleague €20 and he gave me €5 back, which isn't enough! I pointed this out to him and he couldn't remember it. After going back and forth, he then more or less voluntarily gave me the rest of the amount. But it's not the first time something like this has happened, it's definitely the last time at the branch

I had to wait over half an hour for my food and the staff was very unfriendly. Only drinking is good except for the ice cubes that come out very quickly. Edit: €2.69 for a chicken nugget burger??? Wow

I would argue that this is the worst Burger King in the area. There are not only workers here who are far from fluent in the German language, but also those who simply exude incompetence. And while we're talking about the lack of competence, management should also think about whether they are the right people for the job. The opening hours are incorrect, the food is served heartlessly, the wrong food is handed out and the coupons never work. Everything should be questioned here...

Well, what can I say.....annoyed but they quickly handed me my order to take away. Milkshake, nuggets, fries and the Sanji Burger puls T-shirt. So far so good and quite okay so far. I was looking forward to my meal at home and unpacked the attractive bag that had been handed to me. To find out that instead of two of the sauces I wanted, I got completely different ones. Well, no need for drama, they taste pretty good too. Unfortunately, the fatal thing was that they had packed me the Ruffy Burger..... so I got beef instead of chicken....well great.....thank you very much too.....I could have tolerated it if a lot would have been going on and I'm a fan of beef, but there was nobody in front of me and nobody yet. I don't have to promise anything else, right?

The burger and fries were OK. But it took a long time until I had the food.

The tables and toilets are very dirty. Then you don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like. Not again

The food is ok decent the prices are good the only problem is the lack of staff and the fact that it opens very late

I witnessed several times that the cooks while prepping food did not wear any gloves nor hair nets to prevent food poisoning or foreign objects from dropping into one’s ordered meal. This in itself is not worth the risk of getting food poisoning or salmonella poisoning. Things and processes need to change so that the customer can order and leave happy enabling them to enjoy their paid meal from this particular fast food chain. Now they are wearing gloves but they are using the same gloves to serve your food and take your money, yuck 🤮. If you touch money which touches many hands don’t touch food immediately after instead change your gloves.

Schnell und sauber, immer wieder gerne. King Beef Doppel Hamburger waren sehr trocken. Sosse war kaum vorhanden.

Food is always delicious, tables are never clean, tablet returns are always full.

You never know when it will be open. Often only the drive in is open. Currently only open from 2 p.m. Every now and then just close it completely.

It was actually a shop that I really enjoyed going to. Everything was always freshly prepared for me and I rarely had to wait a long time... for some time now, but is the shop hardly open? Nowhere is it stated and every time you find yourself in front of a locked door. Closed at lunchtime, sometimes at 6 or 8 p.m. on weekends. You should reconsider the opening times...

Not overcrowded, staff tried hard to be friendly (good bosses). Food fine as usual, it is what it is.

The employees really do a good job, but because I've noticed something for a while now, I'm now taking the trouble to address it. Why is the iceberg lettuce on your burgers always half rotten? It just tastes awful to have half brown lettuce on your burgers.

Drive in... no total price was stated when ordering. Only at the window. Then €10 short of change was given. Luckily we figured it out right away. Not even an apology. The cashier just said he had entered it incorrectly into the cash register so the cash register said it incorrectly. You should be able to do some mental arithmetic when you work at the cash register. Burgers were warm but too expensive. The buns extremely dry.

Bad opening times to eat on site! The opening hours are until 00:00, but the door has been closed several times at 8:45 p.m. Only the drive was still open.

They advertise free fries when you rate them and then you stand there for 20 minutes and no fries come. Very bad service. We've now left without fries

I used to be a regular drive-thru customer, but no longer. Today it happened for the fourth time in a row (!) that something was missing from the order, sometimes it was the mayo, sometimes it was a burger, today it was fries. In addition, there are always long waiting times at peak times, longer than in comparable restaurants. From now on I'd rather go to the competition.

My child celebrates it...we like to go there every now and then...we should adjust the opening times and stick to them...but otherwise the store is fine

Not so soon again. Closing in on a Saturday evening at 6 p.m., okay, be treated to it. But just before the end of the day, a really shitty way of working. - Burgers no longer looked like burgers when unpacked, cheese stuck everywhere, just no cheese on the burger, - Fries completely unsalted - Ordering took forever, I wanted to file a missing person report for my partner - A whole bag is missing (nuggets with various sauces). The money for this was collected, but unfortunately it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that 1/3 of the order was completely missing. Then I'd better go to McDonald's soon, even if I look at the other reviews here.

I only wanted to have 4 burgers and it felt like I waited forever, it looks like only 1 person was working and the rest were just standing there, so the name fast food restaurant didn't happen. Furthermore, the burger was made without gloves.

45 minutes wait for the food in the DriveThru. Unbelievable. And then also rude employees.

Come back every now and then to take something with you. But actually every time it takes half an eternity for the queue at Dive-In to work its way to the front. It happens regularly that some people break out of the queue and drive away. When you finally get to it and order, everything happens very slowly. The few staff sometimes seem clumsy, listless and unmotivated. Often you have to wait for something after the actual order. It is also important that you MUST check your order at the end, as there is ALWAYS an “error”! Of course, it remains unclear at this point whether this is calculated accordingly or whether it is an actual oversight... But the bottom line is that it's a normal fast food branch like any other! Therefore not particularly recommended.

Unfortunately that was nothing. Only one of the two terminals was working, the drink dispensers were completely out of order and the staff seemed quite bored, as if they were unwelcome here. Because of the defective terminals when we picked up the food, we asked for "light" or "zero" products, but according to the lady, they simply weren't available. The napkin dispensers were also empty, even though only one guest came for every three employees before we arrived. The highlight was the Whopper without cheese even though it was ordered with cheese. In principle it wasn't a bad thing, but it was a shame that I had to show the receipt twice and the (apparent) boss from the back of the kitchen called out that it was definitely without cheese. After checking the receipt, I got the right burger. So unfortunately a mix of nothing but defects and a feeling of not being wanted - so overall not a great visit. 08/25 Midday

Even if you sometimes have to wait longer due to a lack of staff or the shop closes earlier, which of course is inevitable if someone is sick and therefore lacks energy, I fully understand what is otherwise a great shame that the self-service drinks vending machines unfortunately no longer work. Otherwise I am completely satisfied especially with the new employees

I wanted to grab 3 quick cheeseburgers there yesterday while I was charging my car. When I wanted to order, I was told it would take 30 minutes!!!!!! At first I thought it was just a little joke, then I went to the store with the "M" and it took 35 seconds. Weird fast food restaurant???

I have never experienced such a bad Burger King. I waited over 40 minutes for my 4 menus and the service staff didn't even apologize. Just bad and miserable. If you just want a quick burger you shouldn't go here

I rarely eat at BK, especially in Schortens. Why? Very easy: - You can't use the terminal to order everything that is supposedly available in the store. -The employees hardly know what they offer (a few days ago I asked for a promotional product that was no longer available. I asked if they had something else with bacon and cheese. The macaroni burger was suggested to me in the drive. I then went in and Tada, there was a normal burger with bacon and cheese inside. I pointed this out to the employee, she just said "You wanted the promotional product" to which I explained to her again that I was asking for something similar - For me, macaroni isn't bacon, but okay). - Orders, even for a burger, sometimes take a really long time, even if there are few customers in the store. -The employees openly gossip about customers at the checkout (Oh, you can tell that there was citizen's money, customer xy has been here for 3 days in a row - be happy, these customers are securing your job!) -Food tasted VERY rancid lately and I didn't really feel well afterwards. In the future I would probably prefer to drive 6 km further and go to the good old MC again.

We ordered 3x children's menu and 1x for adults. Takes forever, wrong combination, tried it again after 2 years. Was a mistake. The citizens were assembled without gloves and then their hands were put in their pockets. That says it all. The store isn't worth it. Staff is also overwhelmed with three guests

It took the completely disinterested employees 5 attempts to get 2 burgers, which still didn't correspond to the quality we're used to from BK. And we had to wait 15 minutes for the first attempt, even though the dreary shop was empty. Then we had to ask every time whether the burgers were ready, but we weren't told. Please drive around as far as possible.

There was a bit of a smell in the store. Many ice cream flavors (fusion) are sold out. Overall, I found the entire ordering process rather chaotic and unsatisfactory. I'd rather go back to McDonald's
