I think McDonald's gets too much hate. They're open until 3:00 AM, you have to appreciate that.

Terrible service! The wait times are far too long! Payment options have changed and something is always missing! Not satisfied.

I've been there a few times now and have nothing to complain about. Except that my order was messed up twice. That's not so nice. But I haven't had that problem lately.

Good evening...today at 10:30 p.m., after a long day at work, we wanted to eat some McDonald's... I told my wife, "Okay."... and when I picked it up, I ordered a nice café crema from McCafe...unfortunately, we didn't get any café crema, just brown water. After about 10 minutes, when our food was ready, we got nothing. On top of that, our food was cold, and the fries were freezing cold...they forgot to bring napkins. Here's the café crema, please.

Today, I have to share a truly appreciative comment for the "Mäcces" in Schifferstadt: After some loooong workdays, I occasionally treat myself to something there, always using the drive-thru, and usually ordering via the app (which is very convenient). The team at the counter is always very friendly and customer-oriented, and this doesn't change even shortly before or long after midnight. You're doing a great job; everyone in the food industry should really take your friendliness as an example. Every customer request is always taken care of, and the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. Thank you to the entire team, and keep up the good work!

In my experience, fast-food restaurants always have a catch somewhere. However, in all the time I've been coming here (more than 5 years), I've never had a bad experience here. Whether inside or at the MC Drive-Thru, the people here are always cool and friendly. The quality of the food is consistently good (at least that's been the case with my orders). The parking is good, as is the drive-thru route. I'm happy to recommend the MC location 👍 Update 2025: No change to the above.

You usually wait around 10 or 15 minutes to pay at the checkout. You just want to pay and sit down, but instead you stand at the checkout for 10 minutes watching people walk past you, and sometimes they just stand there without coming. And when you ask if you can pay, you're rudely turned away.

Got old apple turnovers. Absolutely disgusting. I've never had such rancid apple turnovers at a McDonald's.

I can't recommend this McDonald's. We had to go to the checkout several times because food was missing. I had stomach problems that night, and my husband did the same the next day. That was the first and last time we went there.

We ate there, and the burgers and fries were ice cold. We had to wait quite a long time. The staff was very irritable and rude.

Something's always missing from the pickup! Ordered a box of 20 chicken nuggets today, and there were 18 in it. Last time, I ordered 3 fries, but only two were packed! I could go on, but it would be endless. It all adds up in the long run. Next time, I'll count the nuggets before I leave. Cheeky!

(No) star!!! The worst McDonald's Drive-In in Germany!!!!! As always, something was missing when I drive through here... Unfortunately, this time, for the first time in a long time, I relied on the employee's word. When I asked if everything was packed and if I needed to check, he replied, "Of course, everything's there." Then, at home, I was surprised again... Something's missing... I'm really disappointed! When I called them, I was taken for a fool. I ended the call. That was the last time I went to this McDonald's. Here's a tip for everyone: Either go to the counter, check your order when you leave the McDonald's Drive-In, or never drive through this McDonald's Drive-In!!!!

After a phone call, we were promised 20 chicken nuggets as compensation, which we received on our next visit. But the sauces were missing again, and one meal didn't include the apple spritzer. Today we placed a larger order, and again there were problems: This time the entire box of 20 nuggets was missing. Recently, when we went into the restaurant shortly before midnight, an employee immediately rudely asked us why we had even come in. Apparently, we were only allowed to order via the drive-thru, even though the door was open. When we pointed out that parts of our order were missing, the response was rude and disrespectful. That's not how you treat customers. Unfortunately, many other reviews reflect similar experiences. They mention unfriendly staff, cold or dried-out food, dirty tables, and a generally unfriendly atmosphere. So this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident, but rather a persistent problem at this location. We're tired of having to check everything every time, only to be disappointed. If nothing fundamentally changes here, we will avoid McDonald's Schifferstadt in the future.

The team at McDonald's Schifferstadt is super friendly and works quickly – even during peak hours. The restaurant is clean, and orders are usually made correctly and freshly. I was the first customer here, but most of the tables and the floor were still covered in crumbs. Everything was cleaned very superficially. My order took a whopping 10 minutes... Neither the shift manager nor the employee in a street-clothes hoodie were in a hurry and were just casually watching their colleague in the kitchen... Then there was no more service employee to be seen... The colleague in the kitchen continued preparing everything. When the shift manager came back to the front, the hoodie-clad colleague followed obediently behind him, both hands buried deep in her sweater. The shift manager seemed to like it quite a bit, though...

Well, we don't need to talk about the food. It's up to standard and as usual. It's a shame that the staff often mixes up orders, forgets things, and it feels like it takes quite a while to get your food, even though it's apparently less busy. Still, the staff are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Questions are answered promptly and thoroughly, and you feel well served when everything you ordered arrives.

Worst McDonald's ever. The food is basically cold. No matter whether inside or on MC Drive. I always let it go back. Then you get something new. But there's something wrong when the food is always cold. Fries are taken out of the fryer too early. Pale label and full of fat. The burgers are probably thrown into the box instead of properly topped. The topping belongs between the two halves of the bun instead of being mixed up loosely in the box, so you have to put the burger together yourself first. You will be disappointed every time. You now pay a lot of money for a meal and then you are served something like this. Cold and thrown down like you were feeding pigs.

From the really hard-working, friendly staff who give everything to the ambience and the tasty food, I can highly recommend McDonald's in Schifferstadt. However, at peak times you have to expect a waiting time of up to approx. 20 minutes. You also have to park on the street sometimes. But a little running hasn't hurt anyone yet 😉

I was at the drive-in today at around 8:30 p.m. The employee at the counter – probably even the team leader – was anything but customer friendly. He spoke so quickly and slurred that it was difficult to understand him. No wonder our order was wrong: instead of Cola we had iced tea. As if that wasn't enough, when I asked, they didn't even give me change of 10 cents - apparently that's optional now? Overall a very disappointing visit. I expect a completely different level of professionalism and communication from a team leader.

We were there with two kids on Sunday lunchtime - and it was extremely friendly, service-oriented and delicious. Here in the village everything still seems to be in order. In any case, we were greeted personally and treated very warmly. I also had the impression that the employees were happy about our visit, so our kids were illuminated and given advice on Minecraft figures. I feel very comfortable here.

This is the first McDonalds review but I would like to explain why I will no longer visit this store. I actually used to come here for the good nuggets and the fries (crispy and well salted). Unfortunately, on almost every drive in the order, the dips are mixed up or even completely forgotten. That's very annoying. Well, even that could be forgiven. Unfortunately the fries were (and this is the case every other time) limp… You have to be lucky to catch a good employee who doesn't take the fries out too early and salt them properly. For me, McDonalds is history... it's always a disappointment and I regret every purchase because it's not like it used to be. The burgers have never been good in the last 3-4 years... and nothing seems to be changing.

This is the messiest McDonald's I know. Had problems with the terminal and the app on site. The order was then taken at the checkout and I asked if it would still work with the coupons. Answer..Of course no problem. What can I say, of course neither the bill was correct (coupons were not taken into account) and several items were missing from the bag. In the store one person didn't know what the other was doing. The cashier took the money and went straight to the kitchen and prepared the burgers (without gloves and without washing). At home I noticed the missing things and called them. I should come by and pick these up. I gave it up! There is exactly 1 assistant who has the shop under control, if he is not there, pure chaos.

Don't understand the bad reviews at all. This McDonalds is never overrun, you can sit there comfortably and eat in peace. The food is warm, fresh, and the service staff is very, very friendly. Cleanliness 1A, tables neither glued nor rubbish on the floor, toilets also clean.

Unfortunately, over the last six months, everything that was going really well before has deteriorated. We waited 30 minutes for our food, then it was cold and not tasty. The staff is hopelessly overwhelmed and, in my opinion, there is a lack of structure. The staff is extremely slow and even though it was really busy, the employees chat among themselves. All the burgers are ready in the kitchen and the fries are overflowing at the station but you don't get any food. We weren't the only guests who waited so long for the food. At some point the door was closed and the terminals were turned off because no more orders could be accepted. Cars were queued up at the drive in. The restaurant itself was not clean and some of the rubbish was piled up on the tables. I'm thinking about informing the health department because there was a lot of food lying around on the floor in the kitchen. It's a real shame, we used to love going here, but will now avoid this MCDONALD'S.

On Sunday evenings you easily wait 15 minutes for food. The cleanliness of the toilets can be improved a lot. Toys are available, but no longer available. Child disappointed.

The hygiene, at least in the men's toilet, needs to be improved. The faucet has been shaking and dirty for at least weeks. The mirror also hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The door handles smeared. That's kind of disgusting. I hope things look better in the kitchen...

People often forget to bring along food that they had of course already paid for. Of course that's stupid, it needs to be improved!

When we got home, we discovered that there were no toys in either Happy Meal. I've really had enough now. Where is the problem reading the order from the screen, packing it up and checking it off?
