McDonald's in Schifferstadt

Unfortunately, we had a less good experience here. Ordered at the terminal with table service, after our food had been at the counter for about 5 minutes, our number was called by the restaurant. Stressed, an employee shouted “no staff” at us. The food wasn't hot anymore. If we hadn't already paid we would have left.

Worst McDonalds. So far the food has only ever been cold or I haven't received what I ordered.

Well open until 3:00 a.m. At 1 all doors close. Only in the drive in...

It's always a surprise what you get from your order. Otherwise great.

Arrived home and something was missing again. That doesn't happen rarely there.

Don't understand the bad reviews at all. This McDonalds is never overrun, you can sit there comfortably and eat in peace. The food is warm, fresh, and the service staff is very, very friendly. Cleanliness 1A, tables neither glued nor rubbish on the floor, toilets also clean.

I went to the McDonald's drive-thru at 10:30 this evening and I have to say I was very disappointed. The employee was rude and seemed completely uninterested. The cola lid wasn't closed properly, so the drink spilled. Additionally, I was not given any napkins, which made the situation even more unpleasant. It seems like the employee doesn't want to do his job. If so, he may want to look for a new job where he feels more comfortable. The service was definitely not what you would expect from McDonald's.

Unfortunately, over the last six months, everything that was going really well before has deteriorated. We waited 30 minutes for our food, then it was cold and not tasty. The staff is hopelessly overwhelmed and, in my opinion, there is a lack of structure. The staff is extremely slow and even though it was really busy, the employees chat among themselves. All the burgers are ready in the kitchen and the fries are overflowing at the station but you don't get any food. We weren't the only guests who waited so long for the food. At some point the door was closed and the terminals were turned off because no more orders could be accepted. Cars were queued up at the drive in. The restaurant itself was not clean and some of the rubbish was piled up on the tables. I'm thinking about informing the health department because there was a lot of food lying around on the floor in the kitchen. It's a real shame, we used to love going here, but will now avoid this MCDONALD'S.

I wanted to order something around 12:30 a.m. and it's usually open until 3:00 a.m. But was sent away again because they don't do anything anymore... Best 0 stars

After several attempts, I unfortunately realized that not even everything was in the bag(s) as ordered. Sometimes something is missing or products are mixed up. The staff is friendly and always made improvements on site when I noticed it there.

Breakfast without a café because the café machine is broken. Toilet faucet broken. Children can no longer see the selection of characters from the happy meal instruction “Chef” No service at the table. Very unfriendly 08/23/2024 10:20-11:00 a.m

Had to wait an hour for 2 portions of fries

On Sunday evenings you easily wait 15 minutes for food. The cleanliness of the toilets can be improved a lot. Toys are available, but no longer available. Child disappointed.

The hygiene, at least in the men's toilet, needs to be improved. The faucet has been shaking and dirty for at least weeks. The mirror also hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The door handles smeared. That's kind of disgusting. I hope things look better in the kitchen...

People often forget to bring along food that they had of course already paid for. Of course that's stupid, it needs to be improved!

I waited an hour and a half This is awful

I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's! 2 burgers 15 minutes waiting time for a couple in front of me! The pure mess Sorry, but there's no other way to say it!

There was no clean place anywhere. Everything was dirty. Misery!

We actually like coming there. The food tastes how it should taste. The staff is mostly friendly. But what really bothers me is that you always, really always have to check the order. Every second visit something is missing. Normally, after receiving it, I go to the site and check everything. Apparently everything was there today. When we got home, we discovered that there were no toys in either Happy Meal. I've really had enough now. Where is the problem reading the order from the screen, packing it up and checking it off? Too bad.

We arrived on a calm hour. Staff was eating burgers behind the counter. I've never eaten worse fries, they were not baked well. Also the mc flurry was a bit weird. I thought every mc donalds had the same quality, but this one obviously didn't. I would avoid this restaurant if possible and choose another one.

A good McDonalds... there are very big differences and it is one of the good ones...

The food was great as usual! Unfortunately it was extremely dirty and chaotic. The trolleys for returning dishes were overflowing.

Takeaway food was again incomplete. This time a wrap was missing. Last time the nuggets. The store wasn't even full yet.

Disgustingly dirty. Never again. 11 a.m., hardly any guests, enough staff and all the garbage and dirt from the previous day is everywhere. All tables, chairs and floors are sticky and dirty. An impudence!!!

Eating is tasty, but there is cartilage in the nugget. Sprite Chase too many ice cubes to make it look like there is more liquid in there. just one napkin for 2 people with 2 menus (mcrib). but flowers are beautiful (made of plastic).

Birthday party at McDonald's is highly recommended On May 5th, 2024, after a visit to the Heidelberg Zoo, we ended the birthday in Schifferstadt. It was a perfect match. We were greeted very friendly and taken to a beautifully set table. Dear Aine asked the boys one by one what they would like to eat and what “special requests” they had. Until the Happy Meals were served, the boys in the slide tower kept going. Afterwards, Aine played a bit with the kids and then the birthday cake was served. A hygienic disaster. The benches/chairs and tables were totally dirty and sticky. And when I wipe, I run a cloth over all the tables and distribute the dirt evenly everywhere.

Unfortunately, more and more has been dismantled in the last few weeks. Either something is missing or the burgers are not properly topped and it would be better if people would concentrate when packing the bags to take away.

Shortly before the end of the day we were very kindly provided with food by the warm service staff with the very beautiful blonde hair and the fantastic eyelashes :) But we ate at home ;)

Went there for the first and last time today! Fries were forgotten and the Mc Wrap Chicken Caesar had no meat. Never again!

McDonalds in Schifferstadt is the best in the area. The food is fresh and hot, the service is super nice and friendly. No comparison to Ludwigshafen or Mannheim.

They had no idea, I waited 60 minutes and everything was cold

Pure chaos. The employees seem overwhelmed and unfriendly. After about 40 minutes of waiting, we finally received part of the order. The remaining order was no longer processed and deleted. When asked, only annoyed answers. The shift manager had no overview. catastrophe

The visit wasn't very pleasant... The cola was only half full and the burger was missing. We ordered with table service, but instead of bringing the food to our table, they called us to pick it up. You don't have to come here too often...

Now it seems to be working. Today there was an older gentleman with an accent at the MC Drive counter. Very nice and hard-working, very quick and checked the bags before he gave them to us. He even marked the drinks. The food was still hot when we got home and the curly fries were very crispy. You'll be happy to come back!

Mr. Stefano and his team were very, very friendly. They spent a lot of time with us and were very helpful when ordering. You can tell that the team is in a good mood and enjoys their work. Thank you very much 🩶

The shift manager, Mr. Stefano, had everything under control so well. Although it was very busy, everyone did their job well and the whole team was very helpful and nice! The team responded well to my wishes. Food was also very tasty and arrived quickly.

So I ordered 2 happy meals, the children wanted to have toys but the employee at the checkout told us it wasn't possible, let's just put a toy in but I really wanted to have what the children wanted. We discussed it with the disrespectful employee, blonde with short hair, then left She insulted me behind the counter, then I spoke to the foreman, but I still think she works wonders against foreigners

Ordered goods are often missing, especially at the drive-in counter. So before you continue your journey, always check whether you have actually received everything that was ordered. But the staff is always very nice and the food tastes like any other McDonald's in Germany

Cool atmosphere, nice service. Misunderstandings occur from time to time, but that's normal. The food tastes good and looks fresh.

Be careful with every Drive Inn order. If you order several products, the staff will automatically be overwhelmed and something will always be forgotten.

We celebrated our children's birthday here in mid-December. When I booked in advance on the phone, I received very friendly and committed advice and everything was noted. When we arrived we were totally surprised. Not only was a large table decorated really well in the desired design (it was specially ordered), but a games corner was also set up. We were warmly welcomed, the kids were allowed to take a tour of the entire area wearing cool “hygiene hats” and the birthday child was even allowed to prepare a burger (THE highlight par excellence). After the meal there was a super delicious chocolate lentil cake (which was pre-ordered) and at the end each child was allowed to prepare their own ice cream. All the employees were super friendly and the man who looked after us during the party was incredibly committed, super motivated and great with the kids. The birthday girl V. and her guests were all completely thrilled. Thank you very much!

Normaler Mcdonalds wie mans halt kennt.Nicht super gut aber auch nicht schlecht.Trotzdem alles sauber und essen schmeckt nicht trocken

Irgendwie bin ich wohl zu alt geworden oder man weiß heute wie gut Burger schmecken können 😉

Ab und zu fahre ich Abends mal vorbei und bestelle mir meinen Lieblingsburger und bin immer zufrieden.

It is a fast food restaurant and nothing more than that. You get your food fairly quickly although the order numbers on the screens get skipped to improve service times without the food actually being ready. A lot of the workers seem unmotivated and careless. All in all you get your food, it's alright and that's about it.

Für die Kinder 2 Happy Meal mit Eis und Pokemon Karten bestellt. Weder Eis noch Karten vorrätig. Beim MC Menü wurden zudem die Pommes vergessen. Der MC Plant hatte zwei winzige Gurkenscheiben drauf. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung in dieser Filiale. Würden nicht nochmal hinfahren.

Das Essen war sehr gut und die Frau an der Kasse war sehr angenehm freundlich

Unfreundliches Perwonal! Bei der Frage warum es so lange dauern würde wurde gesagt das die Bestellung untergegangen sei. Als wir das essen dann nach einer Stunde endlich bekommen haben war dies nicht mehr wirklich genießbar da es eiskalt war! Und das als Fastfood Restaurant?! Kann nicht sein!?!

Sehr sehr freundliches Personal, immer eine positive Erfahrung. Das Essen schmeckt durchschnittlich gut und das Ambiente gefällt mir. Die Tische sind manchmal etwas klebrig, aber sonst ist alles super.

Auf essen wartet man über 1 Stunde. Sehr unfreundliche Antwort wenn nach gefragt wird und essen nach 1 Stunde eiskalt und ekelhaft. Dreckige Restaurant wird nicht sauber gemacht. Personal kann man in der pfeife rauchen weil sehr unfreundlich. Labern das die Bestellung unter gegangen wäre obwohl die Bestellung hinter der Theke lag und wurde eiskalt.

Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Zweimal wurde ein Produkt „vergessen“! Hier sollte man bei takeaway immer kontrollieren, ob alles bestellte eingepackt wurde.

25 Minuten Wartezeit für 1 Burger, der komplett platt gedrückt und lauwarm war...schon besseres gesehen

Essen ist gut, wie in jedem McDonald's, aber Service ist hier besonders langsam und nicht all zu nett.

Tische könnten öfters gereinigt werden, jedoch mag ich das Ambiente dort
