McDonald's in Schifferstadt

I was the first customer here, but most of the tables and the floor were still covered in crumbs. Everything was cleaned very superficially. My order took a whopping 10 minutes... Neither the shift manager nor the employee in a street-clothes hoodie were in a hurry and were just casually watching their colleague in the kitchen... Then there was no more service employee to be seen... The colleague in the kitchen continued preparing everything. When the shift manager came back to the front, the hoodie-clad colleague followed obediently behind him, both hands buried deep in her sweater. The shift manager seemed to like it quite a bit, though...

Well, we don't need to talk about the food. It's up to standard and as usual. It's a shame that the staff often mixes up orders, forgets things, and it feels like it takes quite a while to get your food, even though it's apparently less busy. Still, the staff are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Questions are answered promptly and thoroughly, and you feel well served when everything you ordered arrives.

Completely overwhelmed staff! Ordered 5 times in 2 weeks in the drive, 4 times the order was incomplete. There is a rude response to the notice.

Worst McDonald's ever. The food is basically cold. No matter whether inside or on MC Drive. I always let it go back. Then you get something new. But there's something wrong when the food is always cold. Fries are taken out of the fryer too early. Pale label and full of fat. The burgers are probably thrown into the box instead of properly topped. The topping belongs between the two halves of the bun instead of being mixed up loosely in the box, so you have to put the burger together yourself first. You will be disappointed every time. You now pay a lot of money for a meal and then you are served something like this. Cold and thrown down like you were feeding pigs.

From the really hard-working, friendly staff who give everything to the ambience and the tasty food, I can highly recommend McDonald's in Schifferstadt. However, at peak times you have to expect a waiting time of up to approx. 20 minutes. You also have to park on the street sometimes. But a little running hasn't hurt anyone yet 😉

I was at the drive-in today at around 8:30 p.m. The employee at the counter – probably even the team leader – was anything but customer friendly. He spoke so quickly and slurred that it was difficult to understand him. No wonder our order was wrong: instead of Cola we had iced tea. As if that wasn't enough, when I asked, they didn't even give me change of 10 cents - apparently that's optional now? Overall a very disappointing visit. I expect a completely different level of professionalism and communication from a team leader.

We were there with two kids on Sunday lunchtime - and it was extremely friendly, service-oriented and delicious. Here in the village everything still seems to be in order. In any case, we were greeted personally and treated very warmly. I also had the impression that the employees were happy about our visit, so our kids were illuminated and given advice on Minecraft figures. I feel very comfortable here.

This is the first McDonalds review but I would like to explain why I will no longer visit this store. I actually used to come here for the good nuggets and the fries (crispy and well salted). Unfortunately, on almost every drive in the order, the dips are mixed up or even completely forgotten. That's very annoying. Well, even that could be forgiven. Unfortunately the fries were (and this is the case every other time) limp… You have to be lucky to catch a good employee who doesn't take the fries out too early and salt them properly. For me, McDonalds is history... it's always a disappointment and I regret every purchase because it's not like it used to be. The burgers have never been good in the last 3-4 years... and nothing seems to be changing.

Food was freshly prepared every time we visited and tasted good too. Only the MC Chicken could have more mayonnaise on it, as they are a bit economical. Otherwise great.

This is the messiest McDonald's I know. Had problems with the terminal and the app on site. The order was then taken at the checkout and I asked if it would still work with the coupons. Answer..Of course no problem. What can I say, of course neither the bill was correct (coupons were not taken into account) and several items were missing from the bag. In the store one person didn't know what the other was doing. The cashier took the money and went straight to the kitchen and prepared the burgers (without gloves and without washing). At home I noticed the missing things and called them. I should come by and pick these up. I gave it up! There is exactly 1 assistant who has the shop under control, if he is not there, pure chaos.

That day the food was really bad, carelessly mixed burgers, cold fries, staff preferred to talk to each other rather than serve the guests.

Unfortunately, we had a less good experience here. Ordered at the terminal with table service, after our food had been at the counter for about 5 minutes, our number was called by the restaurant. Stressed, an employee shouted “no staff” at us. The food wasn't hot anymore. If we hadn't already paid we would have left.

Don't understand the bad reviews at all. This McDonalds is never overrun, you can sit there comfortably and eat in peace. The food is warm, fresh, and the service staff is very, very friendly. Cleanliness 1A, tables neither glued nor rubbish on the floor, toilets also clean.

Unfortunately, over the last six months, everything that was going really well before has deteriorated. We waited 30 minutes for our food, then it was cold and not tasty. The staff is hopelessly overwhelmed and, in my opinion, there is a lack of structure. The staff is extremely slow and even though it was really busy, the employees chat among themselves. All the burgers are ready in the kitchen and the fries are overflowing at the station but you don't get any food. We weren't the only guests who waited so long for the food. At some point the door was closed and the terminals were turned off because no more orders could be accepted. Cars were queued up at the drive in. The restaurant itself was not clean and some of the rubbish was piled up on the tables. I'm thinking about informing the health department because there was a lot of food lying around on the floor in the kitchen. It's a real shame, we used to love going here, but will now avoid this MCDONALD'S.

On Sunday evenings you easily wait 15 minutes for food. The cleanliness of the toilets can be improved a lot. Toys are available, but no longer available. Child disappointed.

The hygiene, at least in the men's toilet, needs to be improved. The faucet has been shaking and dirty for at least weeks. The mirror also hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The door handles smeared. That's kind of disgusting. I hope things look better in the kitchen...

People often forget to bring along food that they had of course already paid for. Of course that's stupid, it needs to be improved!

We actually like coming there. The food tastes how it should taste. The staff is mostly friendly. But what really bothers me is that you always, really always have to check the order. Every second visit something is missing. Normally, after receiving it, I go to the site and check everything. Apparently everything was there today. When we got home, we discovered that there were no toys in either Happy Meal. I've really had enough now. Where is the problem reading the order from the screen, packing it up and checking it off? Too bad.

We arrived on a calm hour. Staff was eating burgers behind the counter. I've never eaten worse fries, they were not baked well. Also the mc flurry was a bit weird. I thought every mc donalds had the same quality, but this one obviously didn't. I would avoid this restaurant if possible and choose another one.

Eating is tasty, but there is cartilage in the nugget. Sprite Chase too many ice cubes to make it look like there is more liquid in there. just one napkin for 2 people with 2 menus (mcrib). but flowers are beautiful (made of plastic).

Birthday party at McDonald's is highly recommended On May 5th, 2024, after a visit to the Heidelberg Zoo, we ended the birthday in Schifferstadt. It was a perfect match. We were greeted very friendly and taken to a beautifully set table. Dear Aine asked the boys one by one what they would like to eat and what “special requests” they had. Until the Happy Meals were served, the boys in the slide tower kept going. Afterwards, Aine played a bit with the kids and then the birthday cake was served. A hygienic disaster. The benches/chairs and tables were totally dirty and sticky. And when I wipe, I run a cloth over all the tables and distribute the dirt evenly everywhere.

Unfortunately, more and more has been dismantled in the last few weeks. Either something is missing or the burgers are not properly topped and it would be better if people would concentrate when packing the bags to take away.

Went there for the first and last time today! Fries were forgotten and the Mc Wrap Chicken Caesar had no meat. Never again!

Shortly before the end of the day we were very kindly provided with food by the warm service staff with the very beautiful blonde hair and the fantastic eyelashes :) But we ate at home ;)

McDonalds in Schifferstadt is the best in the area. The food is fresh and hot, the service is super nice and friendly. No comparison to Ludwigshafen or Mannheim.

Pure chaos. The employees seem overwhelmed and unfriendly. After about 40 minutes of waiting, we finally received part of the order. The remaining order was no longer processed and deleted. When asked, only annoyed answers. The shift manager had no overview. catastrophe

The visit wasn't very pleasant... The cola was only half full and the burger was missing. We ordered with table service, but instead of bringing the food to our table, they called us to pick it up. You don't have to come here too often...

Now it seems to be working. Today there was an older gentleman with an accent at the MC Drive counter. Very nice and hard-working, very quick and checked the bags before he gave them to us. He even marked the drinks. The food was still hot when we got home and the curly fries were very crispy. You'll be happy to come back!

Ordered goods are often missing, especially at the drive-in counter. So before you continue your journey, always check whether you have actually received everything that was ordered. But the staff is always very nice and the food tastes like any other McDonald's in Germany

Be careful with every Drive Inn order. If you order several products, the staff will automatically be overwhelmed and something will always be forgotten.

We celebrated our children's birthday here in mid-December. When I booked in advance on the phone, I received very friendly and committed advice and everything was noted. When we arrived we were totally surprised. Not only was a large table decorated really well in the desired design (it was specially ordered), but a games corner was also set up. We were warmly welcomed, the kids were allowed to take a tour of the entire area wearing cool “hygiene hats” and the birthday child was even allowed to prepare a burger (THE highlight par excellence). After the meal there was a super delicious chocolate lentil cake (which was pre-ordered) and at the end each child was allowed to prepare their own ice cream. All the employees were super friendly and the man who looked after us during the party was incredibly committed, super motivated and great with the kids. The birthday girl V. and her guests were all completely thrilled. Thank you very much!
