Even one star is too much! You can see how the quality is steadily declining. I've had several deliveries. Either a drink is missing, a different one is simply delivered without asking, then a single cheeseburger is delivered instead of a double cheeseburger, or the vegetarian option is simply delivered even though I didn't order it, OR I wait over two hours for the delivery (with the total delivery time displayed as 30 minutes), with the result that the delivery is simply canceled. If you then call to inquire, you are greeted with an unfriendly tone.

You can do it once, it's enough for your lunch break.

Where children are supposed to be able to play and slide carefree, this is more than a shocking experience for the little ones. Simply disgusting 🤢

Order confirmed, then canceled after 2 hours. And that happened with 3 of my last 7 orders. The man on the phone sounded like he was right, and why am I even calling and asking?!

The burgers were absolutely disgusting, way too much mayo and ketchup. The children's menu didn't include the figures at first and then they brought them for girls and not for boys. A really negative example of previous orders. It was actually the last time I ordered from BK Lauterbach. I'm sure if this continues the shop will close soon.

Well, I like coming here often. Quick, friendly staff, clean restrooms, hot food, cold drinks, everything's great.

Delicious burgers, but they were a bit underpriced when I ordered them and they were rushed. Nevertheless, the staff did a surprisingly good job without losing their friendliness. I'd happily go back again.

We placed a large order at the drive-up counter in Lauterbach. We got the junior meal immediately. The rest took a while. Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered that the two large portions of fries were missing, even though we specifically asked if everything was included. It was busy, but if you ask, you should be able to assume that your order is complete.

Clean, tidy, and despite the lunch rush, the food is prepared relatively quickly without long waits. The staff are extremely friendly, especially towards the younger guests :)

Actually, it doesn't deserve a star at all! We ordered a triple cheeseburger, five King Wings, and two King Fusions. The King Fusions were ready on the tray after just a few minutes. We seriously had to wait another half hour for the King Wings and the burger, even though there was only one car at the drive-thru and two other customers besides us. The staff seemed distracted and ignorant. One employee at the front of the cash register stood there in his personal clothes and wearing headphones and didn't do anything the whole time! When we asked why it was taking so long, even though the King Fusions were already ready, we were ignored. When our food was finally ready, we were shocked again: the burger was cold and the wings were only lukewarm... Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've gotten cold food and had to wait forever! If they hadn't closed McDonald's two years ago, nobody would probably be eating here anymore. Next time, I'd rather drive 15 km further to Alsfeld! Never again!

Incredibly slow service!! Besides me and my partner, there were only two other customers inside, and a car was parked outside at the drive-thru. We ordered two King Fusions, a triple cheeseburger that ended up being cold, and six King Wings. We waited in line for half an hour, only to get cold food, and the King Fusions had already been sitting on the tray for quite some time. Next time, I'd rather drive 15 km further to Alsfeld!

At the time of our visit, it wasn't busy, so we got our food quickly and it was relatively quiet. The cleanliness is a positive aspect.

We ordered two hours ago. The app said it should arrive in 30 minutes. We called an hour later. The food wasn't prepared yet and was still on the order form. But it should be started and delivered now. They told us to just "wait." Two hours later - still nothing. It's now 9 p.m. Will the food even arrive today? It's questionable. Will the food be halfway warm? Questionable. When can I go to bed? Questionable. If we'd known, we would have ordered somewhere else. But we wanted to hurry, since our daughter had also fallen asleep, and we still wanted to have a nice evening. Thanks for the messed-up evening and the wait for the food.

What a shame! Unfortunately, I can't recommend it anymore... Some of the staff should definitely be trained on personal hygiene. Clean, complete uniforms instead of dirty shirts and holey sweatpants would be sensible and appropriate. Fingernails/hands dirty, hair greasy... The surrounding area, especially the tables, is dirty, with leftover food from previous employees... Often, many things are simply no longer available!? We customers trust you and pay a high price.

Regarding the hygienic conditions, it is not a question of if, but when they will be thrown out of the Burger King franchise

Top experience! I was completely satisfied with my visit! The staff was friendly, quick, and attentive. My burger was freshly prepared. A particularly positive aspect: The branch was clean and tidy, even during peak hours. If you want Burger King without long wait times, this is the place for you. I'll definitely be back!

Unfriendly, no sauces, order refused – Burger King Lauterbach absolutely disappointing I wanted to order something from the Lauterbach location using the Burger King app and have it delivered to Schwalmtal. The trouble started as soon as I ordered: Among other things, I selected the 20 plant-based nuggets (with 3 free dips) and 9 nuggets (with 2 free dips). But you couldn't choose free dips in the app! Only paid sauces for €0.80 were offered. For 5 dips that are actually free, that would be an extra €4 - a clear rip-off! So I wanted to call the store to clarify this straight away and also to say that I had accidentally ordered regular nuggets instead of plant-based. I called a whopping 11 times - no one answered! On the 12th attempt, someone finally lost weight - and that was the next disaster: An extremely unfriendly and disrespectful employee. I was completely calm and just wanted to explain to him what was going on, and in the middle of the conversation I was interrupted and rudely brushed off. I was told that there was no delivery to Schwalmtal, even though I was able to order to the address as normal using the app. Instead of finding a solution, I was simply told the order would be canceled - and then hung up on! I wanted to pay cash upon delivery, so nothing was charged - but the whole deal was a complete disappointment. No sauce selection in the app, technically poorly implemented, no customer service and zero respect on the phone. Burger King Lauterbach – this is not how you treat customers. Absolute disaster.

Over 2 hours waited for food. Food was cold and half was missing. The delivery person didn't have any change and wanted the rest as a tip. When we called again, the employee was unfriendly and didn't want to give us any information. That doesn't work at all

Unfortunately you can't give minus stars. The service ignores you for 10 to 15 minutes, despite speaking to you. Afterwards you get a cheeky grin when you speak to the person. In addition, the food was just lukewarm.

This shop is unbelievable. We stood at the ordering counter for over 10 minutes and no one served us. Then my friend went in and ordered because the queue at Mc Drive was no longer moving forward. That took another 25 minutes. They didn't understand in the store that it was a fast restaurant...

So the store may be clean and tidy, but in Lauterbach we won't be picking up anything anymore - every time something is missing, whether it's an order or something to take away. It's a shame that you can't trust the store and have to check everything!!!

Dear Burger King team, I've always been a fan of your burgers, but my last visit really disappointed me. I ordered a classic hamburger and found that the patty turned out incredibly thin and small. It used to feel like you were eating a real burger - now it's more like a bun with a hint of meat. For €1.99 I would have expected a little more, because it really isn't worth buying anymore. Is there a specific reason for this? Will that be changed again?

Burgers are fresh and delicious. I was passing through and in the drive twice and each time something was missing from the bag. Once I noticed it too late. The second time I checked it straight away and complained. This should normally work better. 👍

Clumsy staff, some without work clothes or gloves when preparing the food. Both the shop and the toilets are dirty. The ice cream machine has been out of service for months and something is forgotten at pretty much every drive-thru order, even though you often wait forever for the order. One of the worst Burger King branches I've ever been to.

Very good service! 2 of our burgers were left in the drive in window and we drove off. We then had it delivered home and even got extra fries. They were very nice on the phone and the driver who brought it ❤️ they were there within 15 minutes.

Icy cold (ventilation was probably broken), there are no supplies there. Too bad, poorly organized branch. There isn't even a milkshake there...

Cold burger. Grease smear on the walls, there is rubbish on the floor in the guest area, dropped sauce packets, the tables are obviously not even wiped down. There really wasn't much going on, you can't talk about overwhelmed staff here, but no one there had an eye on hygiene. There are chips and other leftover food all over the floor in the kitchen, but instead of clearing them away, the staff simply kick them aside as they walk past. Absolutely disappointing.

During my last visits I noticed that the quality of the food has improved significantly. The staff also seems to be trying harder recently. Only the cleanliness leaves something to be desired.

This store should be closed. I've really never experienced anything like that. I ordered there via Lieferando, after a short time it said that the order was almost with me. After over an hour there was still nothing. Then it suddenly said it had been delivered, which wasn't the case. Without further ado, we decided to get food somewhere else. Then suddenly after more than 3 hours they were at the door and of course they sent them away again. Let them shove your food somewhere else. This is really an absolute disgrace. If you don't feel like working, you should stay at home, really. And above all, this juice shop should think about hiring more German staff. Not that I have anything against foreigners, but hardly anyone there speaks German and is completely overwhelmed. I'll never eat there again. Should really leave the store. That would really help humanity. I wouldn't even give it one star if it were possible.

Hello, I was at the BurgerKing in Lauterbach a long time ago. I swore to myself that I would never get anything there again. Made another attempt today, food was inedible! "Restaurant" was totally dirty behind the counter. I definitely won't eat at this BurgerKing again. Chilli Cheese Nuggets were cold and totally soggy.

A big compliment to the young woman who was on duty today, December 30th, 2024, around 2:30 p.m./3:00 p.m. I was in a hurry, impatient children in the car who were already full and wanted to go to the swimming pool. But I wanted to quickly grab two hamburgers on the way because I didn't take a lunch break. I was hungry, stressed and pressed for time. The Dive In sluggishly, finally on the phone, I should wait, endless minutes.. annoyed children. Hungry!! It takes a moment says a female voice. More minutes! A mistake to have stopped here. Unable to turn, another car behind me. Finally I can order. I'm driving forward. The girl checks me out and apologizes, saying she's alone. Well, it shouldn't be my problem, because I'm short of time and it becomes mine, I have to wait. And then I inevitably watch the employee through the window. At the front, keep an eye on restaurant cash register operations, orders at the cash register, drive-in and kitchen receipts. She really gives her all and remains extremely friendly, but I can see how stressful the situation is for her, she takes several breaths and goes through the whole thing with great concentration. Respect for this young person. Not many people can do that; some would have either lost their nerve, lost track of things or lost their friendliness. (Especially with our stressed customers) I became aware of that and it really impressed me. Now I'm sitting relaxed in the wave and wish every company has such trained and considerate employees. Shortly after the store opens in the morning, the tables are still dirty from the day before - not just one, but all of them, all the leftover food is smeared on the tables and the staff doesn't seem to care.

Drive in waited a good half hour for the food. The service, a young girl, was totally unfriendly and arrogant. When I told the waitress a man that half an hour would be bad, he said sorry, actually I'm not there. What can you say about that 🤷🏼‍♀️

Inexperienced staff, none of them in work clothes, one person in the kitchen had a jacket on and was even stacking orders. And then it turned out to be a courier. Preparing orders takes a long time without gloves.

Hi. I've never seen such a dirty shop of yours. We were shocked. It didn't look like in Germany where controls and evidence have to be provided. (HACCP etc.) The staff worked in private clothing, some of them in winter jackets. Heating failed?

It was our first time in this BK. It had to be something quick for dinner. We waited almost 30 minutes for the food (on site) the "leader" or whatever he was, showered the girl at the neighboring table with the KidsBox toys - probably to impress the child's mother. Or watched an accident video with other guests - take care of the food, nope! When the food was "ready" it was cold, 30 mins for cold food. There were still 2 parts missing. - When I wanted to get these, I was simply given onions instead of nuggets - so I exchanged them again. Fruit tigers sold out in the KidsBox - ok. There is no replacement - only after I said it belonged in the kids box did I get Tetrapak. Work clothes were completely missing. Every guest who was there would have fit behind the counter.

Stood in the drive in for 45 minutes with 3 children in the car and couldn't move forward or backwards. Completely overwhelmed with the work and still nothing happened when I asked. People were served in the restaurant but not in the drive. Never charge juice again.

Missing food and no children's toys on the king Jr. menu, no replacement offered, just disbelieving looks, unclean tables. The service should perhaps go back to elementary school in places based on their choice of words. In my opinion, using words like "shut up" and "Digger do whatever you want" in the kitchen in the presence of children so that you can hear them throughout the restaurant is simply not appropriate.

Since there is no longer a McDonald's in Lauterbach, Burger King doesn't seem to have to make any more effort. Waiting time for 2 burgers, onion rings and fries almost 10 minutes. The onion rings were soggy as if they had been lying there for an hour. There were no more chili cheese nuggets available (and that was Friday evening). You won't get the new tortilla burgers in the program at all. That was the last time I got anything there for the time being. Next time I'll get a kebab if I'm in a hurry.

When we got our order, we got chocolate ice cream instead of peanut ice cream. Wir haben 1,5 Stunden vergebens auf unsere liefer Bestellung gewartet. Als ich dort anrief wurde mir von einem sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter mitgeteilt dass die Bestellung noch ca. Eine halbe Stunde dauert. Als ich bestätigte dass wir dennoch die Besttellung haben wollen, es aber eine Beschwerde gibt, wurde unsere Bestellung storniert. Daraufhin habe ich wieder dort angerufen und mich beim selben Mitarbeiter beschwert über die Situation. Er meinte nur wieder sehr unfreundlich dass der Fahrer plötzlich Krank wurde und nachhause gefahren ist. Und dann hat er einfach aufgelegt. Wir haben für 90 Euro bestellt und wurde äußerst schlecht behandelt. Dort werden wir nicht mehr Bestllen.

You enter the store and you can already see that the staff is awkward. They weren't wearing work clothes. One might think that these people who serve me are not trained staff. The following situation: I ordered two cheeseburgers and a small fries. At that moment the only problem was entering this into the cash register. Attempts to point out errors in the order were in vain. The waiting time for my order took unusually long, too long. The line behind me grew steadily longer and my displeasure and that of the other guests increased by the minute. Even with a delivery with the delivery destination “as quickly as possible”, the total delivery time took 2 hours. The order wasn't large, it was just 2 menus. I am of the opinion that if nothing changes in the staff and the way of organization, this restaurant will not last much longer.

Coupons couldn't be scanned at the terminal, so I wanted to order at the checkout. I was initially made to wait for 10 minutes even though there was enough staff there. Then I am asked in an unfriendly manner whether I had already ordered. And then I get told that the coupons are not available. Well, then I left again, never again

When ordering, please plan that you will have to make a phone call afterwards. Less than 1.5 hours waiting time is exceptionally good. It's happened several times, I prefer to do Birger myself at that time.

Extremely bad dirty citizen king. I was traveling on my motorbike and wanted to quickly eat something and go to the toilet. Toilet was extremely dirty, glasses were smeared, toilet paper was lying around everywhere, I went straight back out. At the checkout, no one was wearing normal Bürgerking clothing, everyone was wearing private clothes, everyone looked cooler than the other, like a cheap kebab shop. Ordering was quick and that was ok. I wanted to eat inside but had to search for a long time until I found a clean place, everything was smeared and had leftover food. I don't know if BK is selling its branches now, but it wasn't a BK as we know it.
