It took over 20 minutes for a small order because the staff who were supposed to be working at the checkout were just hanging out with friends and didn't take care of the orders. In addition, orders from friends with them are given priority and delivered first.

Since the competition from McDonald's in Lauterbach is no longer there, Burger King obviously thinks that you can do whatever you want. The waiting times are sometimes very long. New products are sometimes not introduced at all. The fries were a disaster on my last visit and the ice cream machine was also broken. Recently I had to wait about 20 minutes in the drive-thru (as the only customer) to be served, even though there was nothing going on in the branch itself. Apparently the staff just didn't feel like serving me.

Such a great team! My daughter has a gluten intolerance, when we asked if we could use our own bun, a burger was prepared for us with the gluten-free bun. The little one is overjoyed! She can finally eat burgers again. Child happy...parents happy...what more could you want!

We ordered there and they forgot the sauces for the nuggets and fries. Instead of curly fries, we got normal cold fries.

We ordered. The delivery time was 1 hour and 30 minutes. For a fast food restaurant that is 8 minutes away by car, that is very bad. However, all the sauces and sour cream dips were missing, even the ones we ordered specially, the food was cold and the fries weren't cooked through and the curly fries were simply replaced by fries.

You have to wait a long time. And mayo or sauces are unfortunately missing.

I was just at Burger King with Vbmg. My fries weren't wrapped, my chilli cheese fries were barely filled and there was just a small dollop of cheese sauce. At vbmg, a whole burger was packed incorrectly into the bag instead of a Whopper, a Big King was put in. You have to check the order completely on the spot otherwise something goes wrong very often. It's not the first time something like this has happened

I've always been a fan of BK. Since there are no more MC's nearby, I eat here even more. It always tastes very good and the employees are always very, very nice. It's just that sometimes the deliveries are so bad.

The staff isn't the friendliest - but I'm not sure if they were really Burgerking staff behind the counter, because some are wearing Burgerking clothes, some are just street clothes. They also have a lot of fun working together. They like to fax and laugh, which on the other hand is nice. Even if a few things were forgotten, replacements were delivered quickly - even twice - but we rejected them straight away. I can handle the fact that the staff address each other as “digger” etc. - we are in a fast food restaurant where you tend to find young people and it is not always 100% clean and the burgers simply look 2x smaller than in the pictures... that is okay. Don't have any expectations - I expect higher standards in good restaurants - not in a fast food restaurant.

I am of the opinion that you can politely ask the customer if you don't understand something. After all, it's not my fault if the staff's German language skills aren't sufficient. I was served so unfriendly several times that it was now my last visit there. Sometimes you don't even know when to speak, the staff behind the counter can no longer be recognized, some of them look as if they had fallen out of bed at home in their pajamas. No uniform clothing, on the contrary, shirts open up to the belly button so that you can see all of your delicious breasts. It was absolutely terrible, but it used to be better.

Lousy food preparation. Pretty much EVERY 2nd vegan burger patty is burnt and/or totally dried out! Instead of preparing them fresh, the patties sit in a heated dish for ages and dry out there. Also applies to the vegan nuggets. Nobody seems to care. Unfortunately, this also happens in other branches, so changing doesn't really help. However, I will buy somewhere else for now. The first burger at Burger King that I liked. But the service mixed up the burgers and the side dishes. The staff talked about it but didn't approach customers to correct the mistakes. They only responded to complaints. This is not customer service!!!

Out of 4 order terminals, only one was in operation! Entering the order wasn't exactly easy, very confusing. The service wasn't exactly talkative. Toilet service was supposedly done but there was a very unpleasant smell in the washing area. We have now been waiting for food for almost 2 hours even though the waiting time was stated to be 35 minutes. After calling the BK, the guy was super rude and said it would take at least another hour and they wouldn't let us cancel it (we have small children and 1 school child, there's still an hour of waiting - a catastrophe) It's just cheeky.

Order cheeseburger menu... fries were great. I wasn't that enthusiastic about the citizen rolls, they tasted like they had been stored incorrectly and like rolls that were 4-5 days old, so 3 points off, they just didn't taste fresh

Unfreundliches überfordert wirkendes Personal, Essen lauwarm, unschön zusammen geklatscht ... brauchen wir dort nicht wieder : ( Leider haben wir etwas im Restaurant liegen gelassen. Haben einen Tag später dort angerufen. Der Mitarbeiter meldete sich mit " JA " .. hatte es auch nicht nötig auf Nachfrage zu erklären wen man denn am anderen Ende der Leitung dran hat . Ebenso wenig bemühte man sich nachzuschauen , ob unser verlorener Gegenstand noch da ist ... definitiv nicht wieder !

Also an diese Bestellmonitore werde ich mich nicht gewöhnen. Denen ist es völlig egal, ob die gleiche Bestellung im Menü günstiger wäre. Gab es früher nicht. Da wurde man darauf hingewiesen. Es gibt aber sicherlich Auswertungen im Hintergrund, was man dadurch heute mehr eingenommen hat, weil die Leute nicht aufpassen.

Wir sind alles nur Menschen und Fehler passieren beim lieferdienst das ist auch kein Problem ich habe angerufen und habe ohne Probleme eine neue Bestellung bekommen vielen dank! Auf meinem burger stand sogar noch mal sorry drauf mega nett. Ich bin rundum zufrieden sie machen das Essen so wie man es haben möchte. Es gibt immer freundliches Personen. Der innen und außen Raum sowie die Toilette sind sehr sauber! Vielen Dank an das lauterbacher Team!!!

Bester Burgerking Laden der Welt

Haben hier in Lauterbach gegessen, soweit so gut, was uns nicht gefallen hat, haben die keine Lüftung in diesem Restaurant? Im Sitzbereich riecht es sehr stark nach Grillfleisch und außerdem ist es im Restaurant sehr kalt. Gefühlt war es unangenehm zu sitzen, wollen die Betreiber wohl , das man schnell wieder geht? Also meine Vorschläge: eine ordentliche Lüftung einbauen, oder wenn vorhanden, einfach mal einschalten!!! Und bitte eine Heizung einbauen, hier ist es echt zu kalt im Restaurant! Aber das große Problem ist die Lüftung, es ist auch verraucht im Sitzbereich, also gesundheitsfördernd ist das auf gar keinen Fall!!! Was ich mich auch frage, hat man normalerweise nicht einheitliche Bekleidung zu erwarten? Hier hat gefühlt jeder unterschiedliche Privatkleidung an. Vielleicht sogar ein Fall für das Gesundheitsamt?

Das Ambiente (vor allem Toiletten) war schon sauberer als in manch anderem B.K. - das ist gut. Das Essen unstvhalt deutscher Standard. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Das schlechteste Burger King Deutschland. Personal unterbesetzt und überfordert. Zudem kein Hallo oder Tschüss. Bei meiner Großbestellung haben Burger gefehlt. Einfach nur grausam. Burger King belehren sie ihre Mitarbeiter.

Wir hatte einen Gutschein erhalten, der uns veranlasste den Tag im Schnellrestaurant ausklingen zu lassen. Die Bedienung war schnell, die Atmosphäre durchschnittlich. Als wir zum Auto zurückkehrten, hatten wir eine riesige Macke in der Tür. Sofort fragten wir drinnen nach der Videoüberwachung, aber mehr als ein " Da kann man nichts machen" erfuhren wir an diesem Tag nicht!

Normalerweise macht es nicht so viel Sinn, eine Fast-Food Filiale zu bewerten. Aber hier habe ich wirklich frische und heiße Pommes bekommen. Außerdem ging es trotz Schlange wirklich schnell weil 2 Servicekräfte mit 4 Kassen bedienten. Ob einem Burger-King liegt ist natürlich Geschmacksache. Für den guten Service gebe ich ein sehr gut.
