Stop at McDonald's. I was there at lunchtime, the place was packed. No self-service kiosks. I had to wait a few minutes because there were three groups ahead of me. I paid almost €15 for a Twilight Snack and 9-piece nuggets. No meal deal or soft drink. I just wanted those two items. I guess it had been a while since my last McDonald's, because the price surprised me. The nuggets were ready quickly, the Twilight Snack arrived five minutes later. The server had trouble finding me, even though I'm two meters tall and stood up at the table and waved my number when I saw her coming. Instead, she spent a long time discussing with a neighboring table whether someone from the group had ordered the Twilight Snack. That's not exactly efficient or efficient. Otherwise, it was okay. The McDonald's is quite large and open at the back, where it connects to a motorway service station, with which you also share the restrooms. In the end, it was alright, but it didn't exactly blow me away.

McDonald's burgers are supposed to be all the same, but they do something a little different here, that makes them exceptional.

Worst McDonald's I know, you can order using the app, but the staff at the McDonald's say it's not possible to order using the app. I'm curious to see if the amount will still be charged.

No drive-thru and unfortunately not a large selection. Big Macs and Royal TS Hamburgers are on the menu. No Big Tasty Bacon or special offer burgers... Coupons can be redeemed, but only for the standard burgers.

The food was absolute garbage! It was so dry, it gave me a sore throat. Even water didn't help. The food was cold, too.

Rude staff and poor understanding of ordering, totally disorganized, dirty and filthy tables. Fries cold, soggy, and unseasoned. We don't even want to get started on the restrooms...

We received ice-cold fries. We asked for fresh ones. We were treated rudely by an older lady with glasses. We weren't given new fries and had to leave the store. Disrespectful...

A slimmed-down McDonald's, unfortunately not recommended due to its limited offerings. It's worth driving a little further.

Friendly staff, but small. The full menu isn't available. They don't use the Made For You principle, which means your burger can be a bit older. In our experience, the fries were especially old and no longer crispy. The burger patty contained some bits of burnt sear, indicating the grill wasn't cleaned properly. The staff paid sufficient attention to cleaning the lobby during quieter times. It is quite outdated, though.

The food was as you'd expect from McDonald's. Unfortunately, there were very few employees, so there were always lines at the two cash registers. Most of the tables were dirty. There was no self-service terminal, and the app couldn't be used.

The Mecces gas station is located off the motorway exit. It's neat and clean, with plenty of space inside and out.

Very, very unpleasant staff. Even after politely asking, I wasn't given a straw because "it doesn't belong with a small Coke." So what, a straw would still be handy in the car. Furthermore, the lady at the counter was unkempt, with dirty fingernails and nasty teeth. Thanks, but no thanks!

Very ugly Mc, not really clean either.

You couldn't pre-order online using the app. It had a slight gas station feel. Otherwise, everything was OK.

The employees don't know any hygiene regulations, they touch their faces in Switzerland, and they reach into the salad that goes on their burgers with their bare hands without gloves. Disgusting!!! The other one brings people's food to the table and drools while talking, so much so that her spit flies onto the fries. This is absolutely disgusting and should be reported to the health department, and no action should be taken.

You don't have high expectations. You go in, order, and leave. If it's busy, you might wait a bit (here, the store is empty). But here, nothing on offer, many products aren't even available, and then you have to wait forever for nuggets. So much so that other customers came and went. They didn't hold back on demotivating me or others. P.S. I recently left the store, in case management was interested in their business.

We had a good break there. The toilets were clean. It's a good place to rest on the way south.

A budget version of a McDonald's. There's no ordering machine, no dedicated restroom, and the menu is minimal. And what you got was completely oversalted. The only bright spots were the friendly lady taking your order and the nice outdoor seating.

Hello everyone. I come here several times and I can't understand why all the tables are closed and it's not even 6:00 p.m. The tables are always dirty, which is why there are so many ants on them. The employees just sit outside the entrance and smoke. I would like to take pictures to prove this, but I can't upload any photos.

McSchade – Coffee missing, tables straying, but heart in the right place! The tables are either dirty or cordoned off as if they had a VIP reservation. When asked, they say "staff shortage" – which seems a bit odd when employees regularly smoke outside or chill at the international colleague meeting. Perhaps the new "service concept" is: Those who sit outside are working internally. Particularly innovative: There hasn't been any coffee for over two weeks. It's probably on a world tour or is still being hand-picked. Perhaps it will arrive soon by carrier pigeon. Other branches, where there's a lot going on, manage to keep everything clean and inviting. Here, on the other hand, the atmosphere is more like that of a closed-down rest stop. But now the highlight: The people at the checkout are super nice! Especially a small, slightly plump blonde lady – always friendly, helpful, and with a smile that almost makes you forget that the table is wobbly and the coffee is missing. If there were stars just for her, I'd give her five! Conclusion: Great service at the checkout, but the rest... well, let's just say it has room for improvement. If coffee and clean tables come together here someday, maybe this will become my after-work spot after all.

Staff: friendly, atmosphere: okay. Food: meat completely dry, fries soft, everything lukewarm, as if it were pre-cooked and then waiting to be served. As far as I can remember, this could be the worst food I've ever had at McDonald's. The worst I've ever had at McDonald's.

Sorry, 1 star is too much.. these citizens were so bad that everything ended up in the trash.... there really is a world of difference... between Mc in Germany and Mc's in Switzerland... this is the last time I'll go to McDonald's in Germany... simply disgusting... they didn't even have proper onions... and the lettuce was spotty and you had to search for it... just like the onions.... no thanks.... when we were halfway through eating... the waitress emptied the trash behind us... which was very, very loud.... I then left the Mc... There were lots and lots of products missing and there were no ordering terminals either.... I felt completely overwhelmed.... The waitress was very nice.

I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the employees. Communication was extremely difficult, as they only partially understood my requests. Their German language skills were inadequate, leading to misunderstandings. This significantly complicated the entire process and caused frustration. I hope the company takes measures to improve the language skills of its employees.

Absolutely one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else—no smiles, no courtesy, just pure attitude. One of them looked so angry I genuinely felt like I was bothering them just by existing. The energy in this place is depressing. No one should be treated like an inconvenience just for ordering a burger. Avoid this location if you value basic human decency with your meal.

Smaller McDonalds. No order screens, so just old-fashioned at the counter. Friendly staff who interacted well with each other.

They don’t have a lot of food options like a regular one does, just happy meals and big mac’s or burgers that’s about it, cashier lady was sweet though, and they made sure everything was in the bag

I'm rarely a guest at MC D, but here we were served very friendly and all the hot dishes were actually fresh and very warm We've never had that before Great, keep it up, if it suits us, we'll be happy to come back on our way home from vacation

They didn't have apple turnovers, a McDonald's without apple turnovers. What's that supposed to mean? Then they didn't have these machines where you could order. I haven't seen that in a long time either. Therefore I can only give one star because I expect a minimum from McDonald's to get the usual three stars.

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's was not particularly pleasant. While I was waiting for my food, I was able to watch the staff eating themselves while preparing the food. This not only seemed unprofessional, but also raised questions about hygiene. Other than that, the food was as usual, but such experiences leave a negative impression. A little more care and professionalism would definitely be appropriate here! Otherwise very old-fashioned, wanted to order in advance via the app, but that's not possible. There are no “order terminals” inside either, so everything takes a long time.

Small, nice MC DONALDS branch directly connected to a gas station. The restaurant was clean, the staff was very friendly and the food was freshly prepared! Recommended! This is my personal opinion. Everyone should form their own opinion.

I wanted to get a portion of fries using a coupon from the McDonald's app. When I tried to show the order code for my app I got the simple answer "No". The next employee couldn't help either, even though I saw a customer with the app in the branch shortly before. When the third employee came, it was said “no” again. I would like to receive adequate answers to the customer and also information that the app cannot be used here. Especially if you sell promotions that require the McDonald's app. Was very disappointed with the visit. Not recommended.

A McDonald's with super friendly employees and bosses. Unfortunately the burgers are overpriced but you still buy them if you're in a hurry. The McDrive is quite narrow, be careful with big cars. The menu signs burn your eyes out late in the evening or at night because they are set way too bright.

Classic MCD in a gas station. Unfortunately, as is often the case, the food wasn't really warm. Service was attentive despite the language barrier. Unfortunately I couldn't use my Big tasty coupon because there wasn't one. Cleanliness was okay, but there is still room for improvement.

Many familiar dishes were not offered, almost everything works manually or on demand, so it is very loud and therefore not comfortable. But the quality of the food was good and met the standard.

The service in this branch is really great. My girlfriend and I went here for lunch. The checkout clerk was in such a good mood, which had an effect on us. There are enough seats inside to be able to eat the food on site. There is also an outdoor area.

Eating normally like Mc. However, the service at the checkout was very unfriendly, didn't want to take the order and asked if you could order online.

The only positive thing was the blonde woman in service (with the different colored T-shirt) who unfortunately didn't serve us. We had the man at the first checkout on the right (September 1st 1:30 p.m.) who was anything but nice. No complete sentences, annoyed that you're even there. I ordered Mc Sunday vanilla ice cream. Him: there isn't! Me: OK, what's up? Him: (totally annoyed) Chocolate, caramel… Me: then chocolate. (It was a Mc Sunday vanilla with chocolate sauce) Then I ordered Mc Shaker Fries. Him: what? I repeated, pointing up at the display, he without looking: what do you want? Me: Fries! Him: what fries? Me: Fries! Him: with a burger? Me: no. Him: what fries? Medium fries? Big fries? Me: Medium. We had it. Wow. Without a smile, without asking for ketchup or mayo. Without hello, please or thank you. Nothing except a totally annoyed look. Why does the man work in service? With people? They order food? I was glad I didn't have a child with me to whom I would have had to explain that that's not the way to treat customers.

McDonald's is in a rest stop. Unfortunately, there are no ordering terminals and comparatively little selection. The tables and benches were dirty. Unfortunately, I was brought normal chicken nuggets even though Mc Plant was ordered. There was no sour cream dip either. I'd rather drive a little further and get to the nearest McDonald's.

If I could give fewer stars, I would. Far too high prices and a terrible atmosphere. Right next to the gas station pumps.

Macces in a gas station, only gives the basics, forever waiting. Ultimately I waited forever and got nothing because what I wanted wasn't there.

In itself a normal McDonald's, of course the range is extremely small compared to other places, but that's because of the very small branch. It's a shame that the tables outside are not cleaned or cleared. Too often the carts aren't parked outside, so you have to sit at a table where previous visitors have left their trays. The tables outside are locked away too early (9 p.m.) even though the McDonald's is open until 11 p.m. When you ask the employees, you hear the reason: We are understaffed today and won't be able to finish work on time. I have to say a lot of praise to the small, young, very friendly, corpulent lady, you always meet her at the counter with a smile :), she is always extremely nice and in a good mood. Keep it up.

Absolute disaster, there's nothing more to say about it!

This network is getting worse and worse. In the cheeseburger one slice of cucumber, trace amounts of onion. The sandwich itself got smaller again. The place itself was very damaged. It is not possible to place an order from the application level.

Nostalgic, still without terminals and ordering via app is therefore not possible. Nevertheless, everything fits. It was quick and everything was clean.

Lazy staff who do not respond to customer requests. Overall, the restaurant is small and unfashionable compared to other McDonald's branches.
