McDonald's in Vöhringen

Classic MCD in a gas station. Unfortunately, as is often the case, the food wasn't really warm. Service was attentive despite the language barrier. Unfortunately I couldn't use my Big tasty coupon because there wasn't one. Cleanliness was okay, but there is still room for improvement.

Many familiar dishes were not offered, almost everything works manually or on demand, so it is very loud and therefore not comfortable. But the quality of the food was good and met the standard.

A village of McDonald, that's all I'll say, it's purely subjective, so that no lawyers come is my personal subjective opinion

They refuse to accept an order if they have 20 minutes left to work!!!

Very rude employees, only understand half of what they are told. No good knowledge of German and then really full of herself, especially the little one with full make-up and long hair who doesn't know any German and behaves completely rudely. And every time something is missing from the order, it doesn't work at all. I'll never come here again.

Didn't order because coupons don't work (too lazy!) Employees don't speak German and don't answer questions. Throw out and replace every single one.

Everything prepared fresh and quickly. Very friendly staff

The service in this branch is really great. My girlfriend and I went here for lunch. The checkout clerk was in such a good mood, which had an effect on us. There are enough seats inside to be able to eat the food on site. There is also an outdoor area.

Very reduced selection of products, no McPlant, no Big Tasty Bacon and many other things are completely missing from the menu. Very rubbish inside and the staff weren't exactly friendly. Didn't eat anything here and definitely won't be coming back.

Juice shop! Cheffin is very rude when asked and coupons only partially work... scanned and suddenly full price. When asked, it quickly becomes apparent that German appears to be a foreign language

The staff does not understand the customer's order and provides him with a most frustrating menu that has nothing to do with the wishes expressed. In short: rubbish

No German, no coupon, no online Modest service

Eating normally like Mc. However, the service at the checkout was very unfriendly, didn't want to take the order and asked if you could order online.

The only positive thing was the blonde woman in service (with the different colored T-shirt) who unfortunately didn't serve us. We had the man at the first checkout on the right (September 1st 1:30 p.m.) who was anything but nice. No complete sentences, annoyed that you're even there. I ordered Mc Sunday vanilla ice cream. Him: there isn't! Me: OK, what's up? Him: (totally annoyed) Chocolate, caramel… Me: then chocolate. (It was a Mc Sunday vanilla with chocolate sauce) Then I ordered Mc Shaker Fries. Him: what? I repeated, pointing up at the display, he without looking: what do you want? Me: Fries! Him: what fries? Me: Fries! Him: with a burger? Me: no. Him: what fries? Medium fries? Big fries? Me: Medium. We had it. Wow. Without a smile, without asking for ketchup or mayo. Without hello, please or thank you. Nothing except a totally annoyed look. Why does the man work in service? With people? They order food? I was glad I didn't have a child with me to whom I would have had to explain that that's not the way to treat customers.

McDonald's is in a rest stop. Unfortunately, there are no ordering terminals and comparatively little selection. The tables and benches were dirty. Unfortunately, I was brought normal chicken nuggets even though Mc Plant was ordered. There was no sour cream dip either. I'd rather drive a little further and get to the nearest McDonald's.

If I could give fewer stars, I would. Far too high prices and a terrible atmosphere. Right next to the gas station pumps.

Food was as expected, everything else was okay

Macces in a gas station, only gives the basics, forever waiting. Ultimately I waited forever and got nothing because what I wanted wasn't there.

Friendly staff and service is fast

For a fast food restaurant, very long waiting times to place the order, poor cleanliness (floor/tables/seats dirty).

In itself a normal McDonald's, of course the range is extremely small compared to other places, but that's because of the very small branch. It's a shame that the tables outside are not cleaned or cleared. Too often the carts aren't parked outside, so you have to sit at a table where previous visitors have left their trays. The tables outside are locked away too early (9 p.m.) even though the McDonald's is open until 11 p.m. When you ask the employees, you hear the reason: We are understaffed today and won't be able to finish work on time. I have to say a lot of praise to the small, young, very friendly, corpulent lady, you always meet her at the counter with a smile :), she is always extremely nice and in a good mood. Keep it up.

Absolute disaster, there's nothing more to say about it!

This network is getting worse and worse. In the cheeseburger one slice of cucumber, trace amounts of onion. The sandwich itself got smaller again. The place itself was very damaged. It is not possible to place an order from the application level.

Nostalgic, still without terminals and ordering via app is therefore not possible. Nevertheless, everything fits. It was quick and everything was clean.

Lazy staff who do not respond to customer requests. Overall, the restaurant is small and unfashionable compared to other McDonald's branches.

Arrived quickly and easily on a Sunday afternoon during the summer holidays. Rarely have I eaten so quickly at McDonald's 👍🏻

I personally found the quality of the food to be much better than in most other branches! Toilets were also clean. The service is pretty chaotic.

Probably the only McDonalds in Europe that I know of that still does not have the option to order through a digital screen. Instead you have to go to the counter where the incredibly bored and annoyed staff can grumpily put your order in the system. Then, you can wait while the less than competent other staff members take their time - a lot of time - to finally put your order together. It may take half an hour, but I guess the positive point is the food was not bad. That would be my only positive point though.

Not to be outdone by incompetence!

The food was ok, the service could have been lower, the atmosphere so ordinary, it could have been better at McDonald's.

Short rest stop. Macces is Macces. The only funny thing was that there was a funny woman at one checkout and a less cheerful woman at the other 😆

Given the prices, you thought you would get kavia and moet.

You go there when there's an offer, otherwise the store is too expensive

I have never been to a mcdonalds restaurant that was so bad. Ordered burgers without onions and got with onions and wrong burger. They also forgot the toys for our happy meal and boxes were not there either. The employees seemed Stressed and none of them knew English, only German. After standing in line for 5 min. Did they seem mad at us that THEY hadn't delivered the toys for our happy meal. I don't think that the mcdonalds group can be satisfied with this restaurant, it is also not possible to order using the usual self-service screens. In short, drive on to the next mcdonalds on the road and avoid a bad experience.

One of the worse McDonald's I've been to. Small and the staff could also be a little friendlier. You also cannot place an order at a post, but only at the cash register.

I actually just went to the ceramics exhibition and that was my salvation.

Not very receptive... Employees looked bored and annoyed, the food was poor even by McDonald's standards and the price is just exorbitant. There were no sour cream sauces and no frozen yogurt at Mcsandea either. Definitely not highly recommended. Please continue to Illertissen to MCdonalds. There are worlds apart in every area between the two positions. (Next exit on the highway)

I wanted an MC rib but there isn't one here

Of the five glasses on offer, there was only one, half the assortment was missing, only one cash register was working and orders were collected right at the checkout, the cashier practically did not speak German and was rude to guests.

Very friendly branch, which is unfortunately not signposted on the motorway. So it's a little insider tip with not too many people. Good for a break.

Unfortunately, it's very behind and not all coupons and menus are offered. It's a shame - absolutely not a recommendation

Unfortunately, not everything is available, including the option to order from the machine, but the employees are on their toes and friendly even when stressed.

I have no idea how this McDonalds manages to keep its franchise license. It's the appendix of the gas station. The prices are sometimes almost unbelievable. 6 nuggets menu for just under 12 euros. The cappuccino was probably the only thing I ever consumed here. Please take one exit further to Illertissen.

Unfortunately there was no coffee. We took a Mc Flurry, unfortunately the topping was anything but fresh. Unfortunately, the toilets and changing area were not that clean. In general, the McDonalds made a dingy impression...

I'm coming from snowboarding and wanted to order a Big Tasty Bacon on the way home... well unfortunately it feels like there's only half of what McDonald's actually offers. But the double cheeseburger is still delicious

Even though we came with a group and 20 minutes before closing time, all the employees were super nice & accommodating! Really not a given service that we were served even shortly after 11 p.m.! :)

Eating wasn't that great, but you can eat it to survive. I gave atmosphere a 5 because I met the well-known superhero from the Justice League “Elastic Waistband”. He even pulled out his mayonnaise and gave a concert! But there is no McRib 🫤 Still 3 stars!

Impudence! It's best not to go in. Prices outrageous, no veggie burger :( no chili cheese nuggets. Absolute chaos and dirty restaurant!!!

The prices are an outrage compared to regular McDonald's prices. Only special promotions such as the Smart Menu are priced the same as other branches, the rest are significantly (!) T more expensive. A normal Mc menu costs over 11 euros!!!! I'd rather go to McDonalds in Illertissen or in Senden.

Online Bestellung nicht möglich, coupons würden zwar funktionieren aber man müsste für jeden coupon eine neue Bestellung aufgeben. Geringe Auswahl an Gerichte… habe nichts gekauft. Mitarbeiter waren zumindest nett :)

Hmm.... maybe this is new place but... No ordering screens, you have to order in old way. why there are only main menu from Mac? No idea.... Staff...well ... could speak better English but as for now you can order. If you wanna eat fast and you're not looking for all Mac's menu all is ok

MCDonalds halt, hat nur eine kleine Karte bzw. Auswahl, Ambiente ist wirklich nicht prall. Aber Bedienung freundlich, Essen ok - liegt aber vermutlich nicht am Standort

Super Team in schicht während unsere Besuch. Schnellstmöglich bedient mit freundlichen Lächeln. Großes Bestellung ohne Fehler und alles warm.

Sehr sauberer Essbereich, freundliche , emphatische Servicekräfte, rund um zufriedene Besucher.

Einer der wenigen Mc. wo man direkt noch bestellen kann und nicht über den blöden PC wo jeder mit seinen Fingern drauf drückt bestellen muss. Da hat man noch nicht umgestellt und das finde ich prima.

Gehe dort sehr gerne hin....ob alleine oder mit meinem Enkel. Das Personal ist so freundlich, kinderlieb und sehr hilfsbereit wenns mit der App net klappt. Hier sind 5 Sterne gerechtfertigt.

Klimaanlage, lurze Wartezeit, alles bestens

Sehr geringe Auswahl an Produkten. Wir waren mit fünf Personen dort. Mehr als die Hälfte unserer Wünsche war nicht verfügbar. Auf den alternativ bestellten Cheeseburgern fehlte dann der Käse. Die Erdbeer-Milchshakes waren deutlich zu gering befüllt. Die Damentoilette war abgeschlossen und wurde auch auf Nachfrage nicht geöffnet. Führungspersonal war unfreundlich. Bestellungen waren nur am Tresen möglich, nicht an digitalen Terminals.

Das Essen ist so wie man das halt kennt, Mac Donald essen halt. Das Ambiente ich nicht gerade das schönste da das ganze in Gebäude einer Tankstelle ist und nicht gerade sehr gemütlich ist

Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Deshalb ließ sich kein Essen über die Gutscheine bestellen. Personal leider auch nicht hilfreich gewesen. Sind 8km weiter zum nächsten McD gefahren.

Personal nicht sonderlich freundlich und man sollte schauen ob auch wirklich alles in der Tüte ist was man bezahlt hat. Mir persönlich fehlt der Drive In .

Sehr sehr wenig Auswahl zu anderen MC Donalds aber immer fast voll, Plätze vorhanden drinnen wie draußen.

Leider ein nur limitiertes Angebot.

Extrem begrenzte Auswahl an Burgern, BigMac sehr klein und als Menü für knapp 10€ eine Frechheit, Toiletten schlampig bis eklig, nie wieder.

McDonald's das Ost nur etwas wenn man nicht's anderes auf die schnelle zu Essen bekommt.
