Niemand geht ans Telefon, die Lieferung dauerte über 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten, und wenn man Englisch spricht, wird einfach aufgelegt… Bei meiner letzten Bestellung habe ich 2 Stunden gewartet, nachdem in der App stand, dass sie zugestellt wurde… und trotzdem meldet sich niemand. Ich musste selbst hingehen und das Problem lösen, da ich ja bezahlt hatte.

Wir haben hier auf der Durchreise Pause gemacht und leider einen sehr schlechten Eindruck bekommen. Die Filiale wirkt, als wäre sie seit 20–30 Jahren nicht modernisiert worden. Besonders fragwürdig: Gras auf dem Tablett? Das spricht nicht gerade für Sauberkeit. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten überfordert und wenig kundenorientiert. Die Filialleitung saß währenddessen gemütlich mit Freunden am Tisch und hielt einen Plausch. Außerdem wirkte der Umgang der Leiterin mit den Mitarbeitern auf uns sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Insgesamt wirkt der Laden ungepflegt, schlecht organisiert und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. So eine Filiale sollte dringend überprüft und geschlossen werden.

Ich war noch nie in einem so schlechten BurgerKing. Die nur zwei Angestellten waren komplett überfordert und kamen mit den Bestellungen kaum nach. Darunter litt dann auch der Zustand der Sauberkeit. Die Tische im Lokal klebten, die Tabletts wurden notdürftig gewischt und der Kassentresen war unordentlich (es lagen alte Kassenbons herum, und der ein oder andere Fleck von Getränken war sichtbar). Die Toilette war eine eklige Katastrophe. Zusätzlich waren keine richtigen Buns für einen LongChicken vorhanden, es war Montag Nachmittag. Alles in allem eine Enttäuschung beim nächsten Mal werde ich über die Straße gehen und bei der Konkurrenz mit dem Clown essen.

Leider war der Besuch in diesem Burgerking wirklich schlecht. Nach 20min Warten in der schlange haben wir bestellt. Ca 20min nach dem Bestellen wurde uns gesagt, dass die brötchen für unseren burger leer sind. Kein Problem, wir haben anderes Brot genommen. Danach haben wir allerdings NOCHMALS 20minuten quf den Burger gewartet. Insgesamt durften wir also über eine Stunde auf 4 Burger warten, die wir so nicht einmal bestellt haben. Das Lokal war nun wirklich nicht voll und zudem auch super schmutzig!! Wir waren wirklich sehr enttäuscht!

Ich wollte letzte Woche gegen 14 Uhr den neuen Whopper Garlic jr. bei euch probieren. Im Laden war ich komplett alleine, nur zwei weibliche Angestellte waren mit vor Ort. Als ich reinkam, hieß es direkt: „Einen Moment bitte.“ Also wartete ich.... In der Zwischenzeit bekam ich mit, dass noch ein weiterer Kunde im Drive Inn gewartet hat. Danach wurden die beiden Damen plötzlich hektisch und schrien sich gegenseitig in ihrer Muttersprache an (Südländisch). Dabei fielen sogar Behälter und Grillzangen herunter. Das Ganze war extrem unangenehm mit anzusehen. Nach über 15 Minuten stehen vor der Kasse, in denen ich komplett ignoriert und immer noch nicht bedient wurde, weil man lieber hysterisch diskutierte, hat es mir gereicht. Ich bin zur Konkurrenz mit dem M gegenüber gegangen. Da habe ich mein essen innerhalb von 3 Minuten nach Bestellung bekommen! Das war definitiv mein letzter Besuch bei Burger King in Rheinbach. Schult euer Personal besser!

Wir sind leider sehr enttäuscht von unserer Bestellung bei Burger King. Angegeben war eine Lieferzeit von 25–40 Minuten, tatsächlich haben wir jedoch fast anderthalb Stunden gewartet. Bestellt haben wir um 11:12 Uhr, und selbst um 12:40 Uhr war das Essen noch nicht da. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass der Status seit über 30 Minuten auf „fast da“ steht, obwohl der Weg nur etwa 10 Minuten dauert – mit dem Auto sogar weniger. Verlässliche Informationen zum aktuellen Stand der Lieferung gab es nicht. So ein Service ist wirklich nicht in Ordnung, vor allem wenn die angegebene Lieferzeit deutlich unterschritten wird. Wir hätten uns hier mehr Transparenz und eine realistische Zeitangabe gewünscht.

Also ,es gab leider keinen " Bildschirm" zum bestellen. Man musste das Essen direkt vorne bestellen. Was traurig war: Personal war früh da( 4 Damen und ein Herr). Trotzdem Stress wo gerade mal drei Kunden eine Bestellung Aufgaben. THEMA HYGIENE 🤢kennen die wohl nicht. Mahlzeiten würde mit bloßen Händen ohne Handschuhe zubereitet und lange Haare von einer Dame...nicht unterm Haarnetz oder Kappe versteckt. Gesundheitsamt sollte da wirklich mal ohne Ankündigung reingekommen und kontrollieren.

Ich war heute mal wieder nach einem halben Jahr da. Da fand ich es so dreckig und versifft, dass ich der Zentrale geschrieben habe. Ich benutze immer "Drive in". Die Sprachbox war notdürftig geklebt. Wie damals, daher war eine ordentliche Konversation mit Rückfragen nicht möglich. Ich sollte aber zum Fenster vorfahren. Dort war es auch nicht viel einfacher. Die Dame sprach gut deutsch, hatte aber einen Akzent, deswegen war es für mich etwas schwierig war das Richtige zu bestellen. Aber es war trotzdem was anderes. Aber das Essen war lecker. Das Fenster an dem man sein Essen entgegen nimmt ist total kaputt. Oben war schon damals das Fenster gesplittert. Hier wurde mit sehr viel Dichtmasse versucht es wohl winddicht zu machen. Was unter dem Fenster runter gelaufen ist möchte ich gar nicht wissen. Ich muss da nicht einkaufen und kann auch gegenüber zu MC Donalds.

Wir waren jetzt oft bei Burger King Rheinbach. Es lief nie glatt, aber heute war es die Krönung. Bestellt haben wir 2 Pakete Baby Burger einzeln und ein King’s Steakhouse Double als Menü. Bei dem Foto sieht man wie „liebevoll“ alles zubereitet ist, zudem wurden Pommes Frittes geliefert - die sonst obligatorische Frage nach den Gitterkartoffeln wurde erst gar nicht gestellt. Anders als sonst wurde auch ein kleinerer Getränkebehälter übergeben. Der Mitarbeiter war unfreundlich,lustlos. Die Burger waren wie immer kalt , aber das kenne ich in dieser Filiale auch nicht anders. Die üblichen Namensschilder werden in dieser Filiale auch nicht getragen - ein Schelm, der böses dabei denkt. Und natürlich wollte der Mitarbeiter mir seinen Namen auch nicht nennen. BITTE SCHULT EURE LEUTE. Und wenn es keine besseren gibt macht die Filiale halt dicht.

Unfortunately, it's a bit dated, digital - no. Everything's analogue, just like before. Food is the same as always, okay. What absolutely doesn't work: when the outside temperature is 10°C, an air conditioner running that blows in cold air, forcing you to sit inside with a thick jacket on and catch a cold from the draft. When I complained, the explanation was that you couldn't control the air conditioning from there. Bad.

A very dirty shop. The floor is sticky almost everywhere. Some of the tables are also sticky. Even the best burger can't taste good in such a disgusting and greasy shop. The burger was rather mediocre in terms of taste, but the filthy atmosphere unfortunately had a strong impact on the experience.

Probably a snapshot, but that's how the moment was. Parked in front of BK Rheinbach when at the same time the BK delivery van (a Mini Cooper without the BK lettering) pulled up and parked directly in the only disabled parking space. The BK employee got out with a cigarette in his mouth, which he then flicked onto the parking space - looked really cool, didn't he? Then we went in, ordered takeaway, and of course half the order was wrong. Unfortunately I noticed it too late - my own fault. The entire restaurant was very unkempt. Leftover food on the tables and floor. The place was almost empty at the time. The branch manager made a very unkempt impression, just like the long-haired man at the deep fryer - a kingdom for a hairnet. I used to really enjoy going to BK Rheinbach and eating there too - after yesterday's experience, I unfortunately have to say that I prefer going over to Mäkkes - the standards are STILL good there. What a shame.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Burger King. The tables and floor were very dirty, which didn't leave a pleasant feeling while eating. The food was also rather disappointing. The self-service vending machine only served still water instead of Fuze tea – very annoying. Unfortunately, these days, you often get the feeling that you have to get lucky to find a clean Burger King branch. I won't be eating here again anytime soon!

We were about to leave, but we checked the website for closing time, and it said 2:00 a.m.! We arrived at 12:30 a.m., and the man, who spoke poor German, tried to tell us the restaurant was closed, but he still wanted to make the food. He could have told us in a normal tone that we should leave, but it said so on the website. Then he gave us the wrong order, which was ice cold, and then, disrespectfully, closed the glass window while we were talking. Not recommended!

We just ate there and were surprised by how filthy the toilets can be. I had to use a toilet brush to clean up the mess left by the previous occupants. The floor and walls haven't seen a rag in a while. The food tastes like a normal breakfast sandwich, fries are crispy and warm. But the atmosphere isn't worth more than one star.

There's always been something questionable about this place... The staff is very poorly trained and downright incompetent. Today I've decided not to go to this branch in Rheinbach anymore. Today, if you wanted to pay by card, you were asked to go behind the counter into the kitchen. There, you could then pay for your order at the card reader in the drive-thru window from inside. I don't want to call myself dirty, but I was wearing construction worker clothes, and in a kitchen, too? Finally, after repeated inquiries from the kitchen staff, the order was also incorrect. Enjoy your meal. As I said, that was the last time!

And the staff walking around as if their heads were missing is the crowning glory (pun)! Absolutely not recommended, slow staff and really little activity. The ladies' room was dirtier than any train station toilet! Really bad. Both bowls and glasses were full of the traces of their predecessors. The door handles were greasy and dirty. The floor was sticky. You couldn't wash your hands properly because the water ran out as soon as you let go of the button. The soap dispenser was empty. You don't even want to think about the fact that the employees find such unhygienic conditions for their use of the toilet and then continue to prepare food for the guests... The drinks all tasted watery because there was hardly any syrup added. The Cola was light brown, the Fanta was pale yellow. The food was OK. At least the boss is understanding and promised improvement.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my chilli cheese nuggets. They were hard, the cheese was not as creamy and liquid as usual, but rather chewy. They also tasted like they had been ready for two hours and had just been left there. Unfortunately, of the 20 nuggets I ordered, I had to throw away 9 because they were simply inedible. Very disappointing for a product that I usually like to order. The quality should urgently be improved here!

Review for Burger King I recently visited this Burger King and my impression is mixed. The food was good as expected - the burger was fresh and tasty, and the fries were crispy too. So there is absolutely nothing wrong with the taste. Unfortunately the service was a bit slow. It wasn't extremely crowded, but I still had to wait much longer than I'm used to. This could certainly be organized better. Another thing I noticed: it was surprisingly cold inside. It almost felt like the air conditioning was on full blast, even though it wasn't particularly warm outside. Unfortunately, that made the stay in the restaurant less pleasant. Overall: Good food, but the comfort and speed could be improved. I hope that next time things will be a little more fluid – and it will be a little more comfortable inside. Rating: 3 out of 5 stars

I ordered there from liefererando, it was really a complete disgrace!!! I ordered a roasti for a cool €10. You could throw the burger straight into the bin because it tasted sour, was cold and therefore inedible. Of course, the potato patty was completely soggy. I will never order there again and will try to ask for the money back because it is a complete disgrace.

Very friendly staff who were happy to serve us and help us choose our food. The gentleman was very competent and thought outside the box. If every employee at Burgerking was like that, there would be no more MCDONALD'S. We are totally positively surprised and would love to come back.

I ordered a Whopper menu to take away today. Burger was almost cold and with cheese. There is usually no cheese with the Wopper. Unfortunately I noticed it too late. Now I've upset my stomach. Thank you. I definitely won't come by again. To avoid any misunderstandings, I didn't eat anything else. Except the menu.

Waited in line at the drive-thru for 20 minutes. When it was my turn I was told the drive-in was now closed. It was Friday, 7:00 p.m. I should drive away and stand in line inside. But there you were already crowded in front of the door. I drove away. To McDonald's. Never again B.C.
