Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my chilli cheese nuggets. They were hard, the cheese was not as creamy and liquid as usual, but rather chewy. They also tasted like they had been ready for two hours and had just been left there. Unfortunately, of the 20 nuggets I ordered, I had to throw away 9 because they were simply inedible. Very disappointing for a product that I usually like to order. The quality should urgently be improved here!

The “food” arrived, that’s the only positive thing. It was cold, delivery took 1 1/2 hours late in the evening. All in all, an insane audacity

The food was freshly prepared, but it was very cold in the restaurant, especially in winter.

Actually, I don't write bad reviews. But today I got a cold cheeseburger. The air conditioning was set very high and it felt colder than outside. Not good in winter.

Review for Burger King I recently visited this Burger King and my impression is mixed. The food was good as expected - the burger was fresh and tasty, and the fries were crispy too. So there is absolutely nothing wrong with the taste. Unfortunately the service was a bit slow. It wasn't extremely crowded, but I still had to wait much longer than I'm used to. This could certainly be organized better. Another thing I noticed: it was surprisingly cold inside. It almost felt like the air conditioning was on full blast, even though it wasn't particularly warm outside. Unfortunately, that made the stay in the restaurant less pleasant. Overall: Good food, but the comfort and speed could be improved. I hope that next time things will be a little more fluid – and it will be a little more comfortable inside. Rating: 3 out of 5 stars

Waiting 10 minutes for an ice cold burger... No thanks

I ordered there from liefererando, it was really a complete disgrace!!! I ordered a roasti for a cool €10. You could throw the burger straight into the bin because it tasted sour, was cold and therefore inedible. Of course, the potato patty was completely soggy. I will never order there again and will try to ask for the money back because it is a complete disgrace.

Food was ready quickly and service was very nice.

Very friendly staff who were happy to serve us and help us choose our food. The gentleman was very competent and thought outside the box. If every employee at Burgerking was like that, there would be no more MCDONALD'S. We are totally positively surprised and would love to come back.

I ordered a Whopper menu to take away today. Burger was almost cold and with cheese. There is usually no cheese with the Wopper. Unfortunately I noticed it too late. Now I've upset my stomach. Thank you. I definitely won't come by again. To avoid any misunderstandings, I didn't eat anything else. Except the menu.

Freshly prepared, friendly staff and short waiting times. But be careful, only cash payment possible. Update, card payments are now working again.

Waited in line at the drive-thru for 20 minutes. When it was my turn I was told the drive-in was now closed. It was Friday, 7:00 p.m. I should drive away and stand in line inside. But there you were already crowded in front of the door. I drove away. To McDonald's. Never again B.C.

Delicious, I especially liked the cheeseburger. In my opinion, better than the competition.

We left again because the employees served the burgers without gloves and took the cash at the cash register a minute before.

Hello everyone, The food was okay, it just took a long time to arrive, which wasn't particularly surprising given that there were only two people working there. Unfortunately, the shop is very old. The men's faucet was loose, it wasn't exactly clean and there wasn't any soap. Something urgently needs to be renovated.

Everything was great and very fast

The service tried hard, but the current menus didn't convince me because the taste of the meat was masked by the sauce on top, and anyone can make fries. And finally, the price for such a menu is not justified, you can eat something real and healthy. And the alleged cola from these machines is made from a “concentrate” for this aforementioned drink. I'm not yet suffering from a "loss of taste" like many other visitors. Everyone has to know for themselves what they are spending their money on, healthy food looks different. H.White

Burger King always gets a little unclean. I could be wrong, but...

Sorry, but this Burger King doesn't work at all! The cashier barely speaks German, the tables and floor are completely dirty. Screens that normally show the menus are down or display an error message, they didn't even have the rolls for a Whopper, so the rolls were taken from the Extra Long Chilli Cheese and there were no more sauces for the churos. Let it be and do it...

Actually, you don't expect anything different when you go to the BK...it was just like that. Fries weren't tasty, they were probably older... Toilets okay, soap and paper replenished, could have been cleaner. It was a bit difficult to place the order, the woman sometimes found it difficult to understand us, even though we were standing in front of her and didn't speak any dialect.

Dirty shop! You wait at the counter for more than 10 minutes and no one is there. Ridiculous! Never again

After I pulled into the drive-in, it only took a moment. The question arose as to whether the order was larger. Well, four coupons, so I said yes. The voice then said there was a lot to do, I had to wait - Long silence - A look inside showed me there were hardly any tables occupied. So I sat back (there was nothing going on there either ) and parked at the entrance. After 20 minutes I got my food and went home. The result was two missing burgers and a missing portion of curly fries and trouble.. Driving 6 km for 5 euros, wasting half an hour of time doesn't count either.. One less customer in the future..

A bit old, but ok for in between.

The intercom is constantly broken. In addition, the employees' accents are unclear, which means that (when you drive through the drive) you absolutely cannot understand the person you are speaking to. I've never had an order issued correctly before and given the MA's mood, I'm now completely tired of ordering there. From now on I'll go to the yellow fast food joint opposite ;)

Zero service, hardly any communication options with the seller… the result is an incorrect order..

Update May 30, 2024: I now live in Meckenheim, so I ordered it home. I've read a lot of negative experiences, but I should and wanted to give it a chance today, on the holiday: Order 2 x Whopper, 1 x Whopper Junior (I would never order fries and all the rest because they arrive cold and disgusting from ALL suppliers anyway) What can I say: WOW!! After less than 40 minutes the food arrived WARM (!). Salad and all that stuff is super crunchy. The delivery driver was super nice. Food as I know it locally: DELICIOUS. Okay, it may well be that I caught a great time slot in that everything was produced and delivered superbly, but for today's delivery and eating experience I can only give 5 * (for a delivery from Rheinbach to Meckenheim!) GREAT! (back then, 3 years ago, on site:) Unfortunately the tables were a bit dirty. You could wipe the tables here more often! Food OK

The taste was great, but what really surprised us was the service and the friendliness of the staff. My girlfriend and I are thrilled and would like to come back. Many thanks again to the team in Rheinbach!

Waited 2 hours for food, order came at 11:25 p.m

Totally dissatisfied, I ordered 5 things, 2 arrived then I called that they had forgotten something, then it was brought to me and the delivery person was aggressive towards me, disrespectful, never again will orders be made there

The restaurant was clean and the service friendly.

Staff nice and friendly. Tables were stuck, the toilet faucet was so loose that you hardly dared to press it. No paper to dry hands and the electric dryer was broken

Everything was OK and top on site. Just don't have it delivered, it takes a long time and something is always missing.

Were there on transit. Outside minus 8 degrees. In the store itself a maximum of 10 degrees. You couldn't eat that quickly without the burgers getting cold. The poor employee couldn't explain it either.

Ordered food, waited for 2 hours, they arrived with completely the wrong things, waited for another hour and half of it was missing. Juice shop!

Bin am Mittwoch dagewesen habe mir das Small Menü geholt und war zufrieden besser wie bei McDonald's nur Das Personal Ich hatte Zeit gott sei dank.

Das Personal ist nett, aber Chaotisch. 20 Minuten von Bestellung bis das Essen kam. Gefühlte 15 Grad im Lokal. Eiskalt! Genau wie die Pommes. Die Burger waren OK. Die Patty's erinnern aber eher an Carpaccio von der Dicke her. Aber man wird ja heutzutage in jeder "fast" Food (von beinahe Essen) Kette besch...en. Nicht besonders sauber der Laden. Aufs Klo hab ich mich nicht getraut. Wie's da aussieht muss wer anders erfahren...

…ein typisches Fast Food Restaurant. Pluspunkt: Refill der Softdrinks und: sehr humorvoller, freundlicher Service, der auch in stressigen Zeiten den Überblick behält.

Saubere Filiale mit freundlichem Personal

Eine der schlechtesten Filialen, in denen ich bisher war… Habe zum Vor-Ort-Verzehr bestellt, der Mitarbeiter hat mir meine Bestellung dann jedoch in einer Tüte in die Hand gedrückt. Getränke muss man sich selber zapfen, der Boden vor der Zapfanlage klebt. Das Ambiente ist überhaupt nicht einladend, die Filiale ist schmuddelig und die Lampen über den Tischen beschädigt. Ich habe mein geschmacklich durchschnittliches Essen dann wohl oder übel draußen aus der Tüte essen müssen, mit Blick auf den ziemlich verwahrlosten Außenbereich.

Das Essen war das absolute Gegenteil von lecker. Meine Pommes waren komplett durchweicht und meine chili cheese Nuggets wurden ein zweites Mal frittiert. Und zum Ambiente kann ich nur sagen das es nicht wirklich Modern und schön gestaltet ist !!! Die Sitzflächen könnten auch mal gereinigt werden .

Meine Bürger die ich bekommen habe, waren teilweise kalt. Ich würde mir wünschen das sich das ändert. Aber sonst war alles gut.

Irgendwie war ich mit meinem Doppelwopper nicht zufrieden Siehe Bilder und die Fritten müssen neu sein, anderer Geschmack und ob ich mehr Pommes hatte als mein Gegenüber weil großes Menü, wage ich zu bezweifeln Getränke zieht man sich selber

Burger frisch und lecker. Das Personal war bisher immer freundlich. Nur die Bestellannahme könnte etwas zügiger sein, aber ist an sich vollkommen ok.

Das Hühnchen in einem Burger war noch roh und kalt. Nach dem Hinweis an der Kasse wurde gesagt, dass das ok wäre. Auf den ausdrücklichen Wunsch einen neuen zu bekommen wurde gefragt wer den bezahlen solle. Nach längerer Diskussion wurde nach hinten gerufen: "Mach neuen, 20 Minuten, richtig schwarz wollen die" Zusätzlich ist der Laden nach ca. 20 Jahren in keinem guten Zustand mehr.

Wirkt immer was schmuddelig. Drinnen wie draußen.

Es war drinnen stickig heiß, obwohl es draußen angenehm war. Das Essen war allerdings gut. Nur mussten wir dann, um es genießen zu können, draußen essen und dort waren die Tische sehr schmutzig. Zum Service kann man eigentlich nicht viel sagen, da der Kunde an den Tresen zur Bestellung geht. Das Personal war aber freundlich.

Essen wird jeweils "frisch" zubereitet. Man muß also kurz warten. Burger war perfekt, Pommes waren überhaupt nicht durch. Ambiente eher mittel. Lieber gegenüber zur Konkurrenz.

Geschäft war leer . Personal hatte nichts zu tun trotzdem waren die Tische schmutzig.

Ja was ist denn mit euch los in Rheinbach?? Ich habe mir einen Plant Based Chicken Burger bestellt und meine Frau ihr Wunschmenue. Das Menue Frau war alles noch heiss/warm. Mein Burger war der Fleischersatz nicht kalt, nein er war eiskalt und hing auch so im Burger rum. Ich bin nach ca 3 Minuten!!! wieder rein und habe ihn reklamiert. Da wurde ich doch wahrlich der LÜGE bezichtigt!!! Ich wäre schon 10-15 Minuten weg gewesen und wolle BK nur abzocken!!! Was eine Frechheit. Ich habe sogar die Zahlungsbestätigung der Kreditkarte vorgezeigt und mir wurde trotzdem Lüge unterstellt. Schlussendlich wurde mir der Burger weggenommen und in die Tonne gepfeffert, mir der Betrag ausgezahlt. Es wäre kein Ersatz bzw ein frischer Burger machbar. So nicht liebe Leute. Es war definitiv das letzte mal das ich bei euch essen war.

Essen vor zwei Stunden bestellt, Lieferzeit war mit einer Stunde angegeben, nach mehreren erfolglosen Versuchen, die Filiale telefonisch zu erreichen, hatte ich dann endlich mal jemanden dran, der mir sagte, der Fahrer sei unterwegs und es täte ihm sehr leid, aber es gäbe nur einen Fahrer und ein Auto, und es wäre viel los... Ehrlich gesagt, das ist nicht mein Problem, dann darf man keine Lieferservice anbieten, wenn man nicht in der Lage ist, dem Angebot dann auch nachzukommen. Update: Nach zweieinhalb Stunden ist das Essen endlich da, natürlich kalt...

Sehr sauberes fast Food Restaurant nette Bedienungen Toilette sehr sauber inklusive Desinfektion riesiger Parkplätze mehrere Behinderungs Parkplätze Drive In mit direkter Bedienung Portionen so wie angegeben und sosse reichlich saftige Burger 🍔 Getränke kann man kostenlos neu auf füllen beim Essen im Restaurant der Abfüllung Automaten ist sehr sauber angehneme Musik 🎶 und man bekommt das Essen an den Platz serviert wenn die Zubereitung etwas dauert ca.5 Minuten...ein gutes Restaurant Was ich mir wünschen würde ein paar nette Pflanzen im ausenbereich um das ganze etwas auf zu hübschen

Am Wochenende ist das personal überlastet(eine person an der Kasse und eine Person in der küche) , sollte man eventuell aufstocken, müsste 45min anstehen für 2 menüs

Waren bei Burger King und hatten aus der App 2 Menues gewählt. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett. Alles ging schnell. Tische könnten öfter abgewischt werden, dafür war die Toilette sehr sauber. Essen war lecker und heiß.

Wie alle läden auch Personal allerdings sehr gut muss ich sagen

Das Essen ist wie gewohnt bei Burger King aber der Laden ist gruselig. Das Notausgangsschild flackert wild, die Lampenschirme sind schief und eine Lampe tut es nicht... Stranger Things lässt grüßen

Die Wegführung zum Drive In ist schlecht ersichtlich. Die Wartezeiten, 1. bis zu Abgabe der Bestellung, 2. Bis zum Erhalt der Bestellung sind alle sehr/stark zeitverzögert, die Abläufe bei der Zusammenstellung der Bestellung schienen mir schlecht koordiniert. Das Essen (Big King XXL, Pommes Frites) waren nur noch mäßig warm. Von mir nur 2 Sterne oder ein klare Note 4.
