Burger King in Rheinbach

Pathetic. Even though the opening hours are from 10:00 a.m., they still don't work at 11:00 a.m. even though the service is already present and arrogant. The worst Burger King in Europe.

Exceptional service staff (balbir singh) who helped our kids and was willing to help with orders as well as any thing that kids ask for. He is a real gentleman. Would visit this burger king branch again just to meet him.

No fries, staff speak bad German, only half a cat available, all in all an absolute juice charge

A sentence with X... We had to wait in line for a relatively long time only to be told in a mushy tone that no vegetarian dishes were currently being served. That could have been said a little nicer^^ (or maybe even posted a notice in advance). Unfortunately it was also icy cold in the entire area.

I have never experienced such poor quality and service. Very unclean. Definitely not recommended.

It couldn't be worse. Hygiene is not implemented here. The employees don't care about customers...the ordering machines don't work and the food is even worse than usual. It's better to drive one or two rest stops further. One star is still too many here.

Supposedly open but I looked here several times and again it's not open as the time says. In addition, the hygiene is beyond good and bad, even when it is closed you can see leftovers lying in the kitchen!!! It's a shame because I actually like eating at Burger King...

I didn't think the reviews were true. The lady at the checkout doesn't get a friendly word or hello from her lips. She otherwise seems very uninterested in the guests and her work. The onion rings on my burger were so old / had been fried several times and were therefore so hard that my teeth slipped on them the first time I tried them. Here, out of laziness or a total lack of interest in the customer, an old onion ring was simply thrown back into the deep fryer and placed on the burger. I won't come here again. You aren't even greeted and only one guest takes your order and then prepares it and serves it out before you take the next order. The ordering machines were all broken. The preparation time had nothing to do with a fast food restaurant.

If the premises are closed or there is a breakdown, information is also left on the navigation - real German quality.

Stands for locked doors were on site at 7:42 p.m. - although opening hours are until 8 p.m. Very annoying. They weren't the only ones standing in front of the closed door.

Worst Burger King we have ever eaten at. "The cold food is too hot and the hot food is too cold" - Rob Geus But really, a piece of cardboard from our paper container is even crispier than the fries they serve here and a shoe sole sandwich is juicier than the Whoppers from this branch. You also get hot sparkling water and the staff is grumpier than the worst mother-in-law on the planet. Enjoy your meal!

The service is totally subpar. The fries were at the bottom and they were completely sticky and sticky. The service was the worst, unfriendly, grumpy and didn't get an answer when asked. The worst BurgerKing I've ever visited. The staff is so unfriendly and uninterested, if the little one hadn't been hungry, I would have left. Does BK know how they are represented here to the outside world?? I don't think so, absolute disaster!

Truly the worst BK ever. 20 minutes of waiting for a few orders and then with a malicious grin the message in bad language: "Coupons don't do anything". It's a shame because I'm actually a BK fan and I pass this rest area very, very often. So I can save myself the stop in the future. Zero points, not even the one “forced star”.

The lady at the checkout gave us meat burgers instead of veggie burgers. And get Fanta instead of water. When we pointed out these errors, she yelled at us and refused any service. Today I picked up something to eat from you and was served by cashier M023. I have rarely experienced such kind and courteous service. Thank you. I'm glad that service employees like this aren't extinct yet! Big compliments to the girl! ❤️

Unfriendly staff, no coupons redeemable and only half the selection

Would rather give zero stars, the business closes at 8 p.m., but no longer accepts orders after 7:45 p.m. and tells customers who are still waiting to come in that they should tell the next people who come in that they can leave. It's ok from 8 p.m., but it's not possible before closing time.

We didn't come to eat - you can't redeem coupons here - okay. What's not okay, however: when I asked what was in the menu, it was posted twice. When we wanted to correct this, the lady urged us to pay now. We left the “restaurant” without food, from the original €8 (with coupon) €25 was simply not okay for us. Just brazen behavior

The staff was absolutely rude. The old one at the cash register pulls such a punch that you think she's about to jump over the counter. Paying by card is very difficult because you don't get the device and you have no idea what you're actually paying for. Vouchers were more than rudely rejected. The store is a state!!! I hope they don't spit on the burgers. Still in good health Lg

English speaker was waved away and not served because she didn't order in German.

We were there on 6/12/24 at 12:26 p.m. The cashier was beyond rude. The craftsman who repaired the beverage system and her colleague got a smile. You are treated like dirt there and talked to stupidly. You typed the amount into the card reader, didn't even turn it around so that I could see what amount I was paying, entering the pin wouldn't have worked either. So after holding my card to it, I pulled off the checkout slip that came out to check (I was very rudely asked to hold my card up to the machine) to see what was actually typed. At that moment the lady snapped at me and told me to leave the note alone. Since I didn't understand it directly (acoustically) she became even more aggressive. From that moment on, she literally threw our food onto the tablet in annoyance, as well as cutlery and mayo. Not even a "bon appetit or goodbye"...The lady didn't seem to enjoy dealing with people. Please throw people like her out. It is bad for business and absolutely wrong in this profession.

We just stopped and wanted to eat something. Staff were running around and when the people in front of us asked, they shouted something incomprehensible and when asked because none of us understood anything, the same rude “gibberish” came back. We don't wait the 10 minutes, very rude

Just been there, the cashier was really rude and it was the worst fast food burger I've ever eaten. It wasn't my first Whopper and it was really, really bad. Apart from the fact that there was nothing to drink except Cola Sprite and Fanta. I know it's a Burger King, but not being able to order water from the menu is an absolute disgrace.

The service was catastrophic, the cashier was incredibly rude and unfriendly and just insulted everyone. She also didn't even want to give me my change back after asking several times. Never again !!!!!!!!!

9:00 p.m. and the store is closed. Really cool for the trucker friends. Then invite her to whistle

I have no idea what Burger King is, it couldn't be worse...not recommended, poorly made potatoes, and I don't want to continue talking because with a line of people of more than 20 people they closed us in the face...I will never return, this place is not worth paying the salary to those miserable employees....a bad image of the BURGER KING guarantee

Freitag kurz nach 18 Uhr und schon stockdunkel im Laden... Warum??? ...dann kam langsam die Erinnerung wieder... war da schon mal... unfreundlich... genervtes Personal und ein Straßenköter bekommt mehr Zuwendung wie hier die Bürger... zumachen wäre hier die beste Lösung...

Eigentlich essen wir recht gerne bei Burger King, da die Dinger relativ schmackhaft sind. Heute jedoch haben wir erlebt, dass es auch anders geht, derart miserable Burger (2x Kings Beef, jeweils 8,29€ nur für den Burger) hatten wir bei Burger King andernorts noch nie. Trocken wie altes Brot, keine Sauce und das, was ansonsten drauf war, hat mit dem ausgehängten Bild nicht die geringste Ähnlichkeit. Vielleicht sollte man die Abbildungen der offerierten Burger auch in die Küche hängen, damit das Personal weiss, was draufgehört. Das Werbeversprechen "für Burgourmets" ist ein Hohn. Ganz mies!!! Der Laden wirkt schmuddelig.

Als senior is er meestal geen keuze in het kiezen van een kleine lunch. Vele senioren kunnen een grote lunch/dinner niet op. Om samen een bord telkens te delen is vervelend. Weggooien is bij ons niet aan de orde en wij vinden het zonde. Dus als een kleine maaltijd wordt aangeboden, in dit geval een kidbox, vragen we er ook naar. Na minutenlang genegeerd te zijn en we eindelijk onze bestelling deden van 2x kidbox kregen we de botte, onvriendelijke antwoord: "Kidbox sind nur für Kinder." - Senioren rascime??? - De kleine gezette vrouw had geen zin dit aan ons te verkopen. Zou dit opgedragen zijn door de hamburger king manager van Peppenhovenhoven-West - Dld aan de A61? We hebben maar weer samen een baguette gedeeld en de vrouw kon weer gezellig met haar collega, die onze bestelling opnam, verder kletsen. Ach ja dat is veel leuker, dan klanten helpen en een tevreden gevoel geven.

Nach dem Essen eines bacon king wurde mir nach 3 Stunden übel und ich musste mich Übergeben.. dort sollte wohl mal besser auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden..

Das Essen war nicht gut, musste davon fast kotzen.

Kaum etwas von der Karte vorhanden. Sind unverrichteter Dinge wieder gegangen. So ein Zeitverschwendung.

Dieser Ort ist absolut unmöglich. Das Personal ist total genervt und unfreundlich. Dann will man ein Coupon einlösen über die App und vor dem einlösen extra gefragt, ob dies denn möglich sei. Sie hat dann aufgefordert auf Coupon einlösen zu drücken und sagt dann ne ist nicht möglich. Coupon ist nun weg und deren Aussage ist nur, dass es nicht deren Problem ist. Unmöglich

Beim Essen wissen wir ja was uns erwartet und mögen Burger King gelegentlich gerne. Ich mag die Plantbased Burger sehr und obwohl ich ihn bestellt habe, bekam ich erstmal einen Fleischburger in falscher Verpackung. Eine andere Position wurde erst gar nicht in der Bestellung aufgenommen. Alle Kunden die wir während unseres Besuches erlebt hatten, hatten unterschiedliche Beschwerden. Falsches Wechselgeld, Haar im Burger usw.

Food qualitiy is not Burger King standard. It had no taste, meet was cold and pommes had wierd taste. Since there are only 2 people workig it is no wonder that tables & chairs are dirty and oily. And for God's sake WHY don't menagers repair or replace POS? (we are told that they will not repair it althought they asked/reported for new POS and they were rejected) !! Who in their sane mind wants to handle dirty money instead of credit card payment today?? Place is discasting and I don't blame poor workers but menagers who obviously don't care or are waiing for the place to go down itself.

Service was not too polite, no meals of interest or ice cream or milkshakes, chips were overly salty and Sprite was without carbonation and old. Tablets and tables were at least clean.

Like any other burger king. Netter part of the fastfood chain, ideal for a quick bite.

Sehr schnelle Zubereitung, leider war der Burger kalt.

Niet heel proper, lange wachttijd, nuggets niet voldoende gebakken,....

Einheits Burger King, aber nette zuvorkommende schnelle Bedienung und ganz annehmbare Speisen und Getränke! 😁

Als wir dort ankamen war kein Personal zu sehen. Wir riefen in die Küche rein und niemand war da. Nach 10-15 weiteren Minuten blieb von den Mitarbeitern , jedoch keine Spur. Wir schauten verzweifelt nach Ihnen. Plötzlich sahen wir die Mitarbeiter, wie sie im Kabuff neben der Küche eine Zigarette rauchten. Ich vermute, dass die dort geblieben wären, wenn wir sie nicht gesehen hätten. Echt traurig, dass Leute sowas tun. Das Essen war zum Glück Lecker , aber es konnte, leider die Tat von den Mitarbeitern nicht wieder gut machen.

Für 2 Menüs musste ich über eine halbe Stunde anstehen da nur 2 Mitarbeiterinnen da waren. Die Dame an der Kasse verstand schlecht Deutsch, so dass jeder Kunde seine Bestellung mehrmals wiederholen musste. Die Nuggets haben leider ranzig geschmeckt und auch die Soßen schmeckten nicht mehr wie früher. Statt sich voll auf all die veganen Produkte zu konzentrieren sollte Burger King sein Augenmerk wieder darauf legen, wofür der Name steht!

Hammer hart, aussentemperatur war heute - 5 Grad und die Temperatur im Burger king lag bei max 10 Grad. Das empfand ich als absolute Zumutung. Zumal wir dort vor Ort gegessen haben. Vom Zustand der Toilette an diesem Rastplatz, wollen wir gar nicht erst reden. Sonst kommt mir das kalte Grausen. Das es sowas heute noch in good old germany gibt, ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit. Und dafür darf man dann auch grad mal nen euro löhnen. Also mich wird dieser laden nie mehr sehen. Jeder sollte sich genau überlegen ob er dort rast machen möchte.

Die Pommes waren "sehr gut " gesalzen. Die Majo ging ....

Für einen Burgerking sehr gute Qualität und außerordentlich freundliches Personal (Kassiererin MO23), gerne wieder.

Es war sehr gut nur das Ķüchen Personal war langsam und schlecht, aber das Kassenpersonal war gut und schnell

An einem Sonntag in der Feriensaison auf der Autobahn nur zwei Mitarbeiter. Einer an der Kasse, einer in der Küche. Überhaupt nicht ausreichend und unzulässig! Sehr lange Schlage und Geschirrwagen voll, sodass Tabletts auf den Tischen stehen gelassen werden, da Personal keine Zeit hat diese zu spülen oder weiteres aufzufüllen. Das arme Personal! MINDESTENS 3-4 Personen nötig in der Saison! Wenn man dies von Außen betrachtet, ist dies einfach nur traurig und unmenschlich. Und das Personal kann nicht bei aller Mühe bei dieser Kundschaft alles schaffen.

Es war einigermaßen sauber und das Essen war warm.
