McDonald's in Rheinbach

Unfortunately there was a chicken nugget in my veggie nuggets. I found it disgusting. Then I complained (I had to) and the friendly gentleman didn't even give me a new free veggie nugget. Just wondering if it tasted better. I still have the taste of those poor shredded chicks on my tongue.

Yesterday on November 7th, 24 between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. I wanted to place my order via McDrive as usual. I asked several times because the lady at the counter didn't understand anything. Wanted a McSmart menu with the McRib on offer. But she kept repeating McSmartMenu McChicken Classic. After 4 times I said I would come through the window, which she then said no. I repeated my order there and she said: No, I would never have placed it like that. Even though my colleague was sitting next to me. She tried to tell me that I wasn't right using an unfriendly method of instruction (bumpy and unfriendly). I then told her to pay attention to her tone and to moderate it. At that moment another colleague came and also tried to tell me that I don't have to order anything here and that I can fuck off. I was so shocked by this behavior that I told him that I would never order ram here. Unfortunately, this has become prevalent in many McDondals. Furthermore, it is impossible to let such untrained and rude staff loose on customers. Since I have been self-employed for almost 30 years, I would have gone bankrupt long ago if I dealt with customers this way. It's absurd when, as a customer, I now have to say the fries should be fresh when ordering. Which would otherwise get cold and limp. Quality control is unfortunately also out of place here. It should be noted that when I order a cold drink without ice, unfortunately it often happens that the filling quantity does not correspond to the legal requirements. Please fill this out if asked. Some employees even expressed reluctance. If I get a drink like that again, I will simply be charged with fraud.

Very unfriendly staff at the counter often wrong cheaper burgers are packed in for larger orders like what was ordered. Very sad to see something like that about the customer!!!!! So always check whether everything is correct

Eating went like this. Service ok, but then I wanted to get into my car in the parking lot but a driver from McDonalds had parked the van so close to mine that I couldn't get in easily.

Coach drivers beware! There is NOTHING for us to eat in this place! You can even forget a cup of coffee. It's better to go to a place where you will be well looked after

We wanted to have a coffee this morning...We stood in front of the counter for some time...someone called from behind for a moment...it took some time until a young woman calmly put away the drink bottles...she said then they had ordered ...We no...then you order at the terminal...but we didn't want that...then you have to wait. We left.....Where will the staff be trained?.....Or will everything just stop? If you are no longer allowed to order at the counter, you should tell people that... but politely!

Just like a McDonald's is. You can go there sometimes, but I wouldn't go there every day.

Actually quite good, but the shop is often dirty and the service is sometimes unfriendly. But what bothers me the most is that when I order take-away, the sauces are so often missing!!!!!!!!! That simply can't be the case.

Dieses MacDonnalds Lokal ist unter aller Kritik. Man sollte dieses Lokal meiden. Kaltes Essen wird weggeworfen und nur unter Drohungen ersetzt. Es wird einem empfohlen das Restaurant wohlgemerkt ohne Essensersatz zu verlassen. Es gab auch keinen finanziellen Ersatz. Erst als mit der Polizei gedroht wurde, kam die Chefin wütend und absolut unfreundlich mit einem heißen Burger. Wer also Appetit auf kaltes Essen hat und sich gerne unterirdisch behandeln lassen möchte kann gerne hingehen.

As the only order in the queue, waiting 10 minutes for 20 nuggets while 5 employees just stand around and talk about "Annika's" parents doesn't even deserve one star... You used to be better. Update September 30, 2024: Worst McD in the area. Absolutely EVERY order is either incomplete or incorrect. Even the simplest wishes (without a cucumber) are ignored. Absolutely NOT recommended.

I was impressed by the friendly service; the service here was courteous and quick. Despite the number order, you are NOT A NUMBER here. Recommended for a quick snack or small meal in a pleasant environment!

It's hard to understand why people no longer accept orders in person! It is incomprehensible why you can only go to the terminal for two cheeseburgers and why cash payments are not accepted here! So you have to go back to the employee to pay. Nothing is gained here other than time and wasted paper. The nice thing about this McDonald’s is that it’s right across from Burger King and they’ve now gained a new customer!

The entrance is signposted incorrectly, since when do you drive on the left? Exit the same way. No passage. Sign is in the middle... Service at the table was friendly. But then sugar was missing, as is usually the case, and when I wanted to get some there was no waitress in sight. The lady who prepared the food just looked stupid instead of asking how she could help. Very unfortunate.

The burgers here are carelessly thrown together, the friendliness at McDrive is great and unfortunately nothing really tastes fresh here. The fries are lukewarm to cold and taste accordingly. The burgers are more like a puzzle because you can fill everything neatly yourself. I would rather go to McDonald’s in the next town.

However, 2 days later I still have problems with my digestive tract. My stomach, which is used to fast food, doesn't really get upset that quickly, but this branch did the trick. Thanks!

You can argue about the food, but we're lucky with our McDonald's. The staff is very quick so there are actually no waiting times and the food never seems overdone or warmed up. Update: Unfortunately, I have to say that the service has left a lot to be desired lately. There hasn't been an order that was complete recently. Since we never eat in a restaurant, it's only when we get home that we realize that, for example, the seasoning for the shaken fries wasn't included, so we paid a euro more for the same fries. Or the portion of fries is missing entirely.

Attention, it is often claimed that you have already received your change. Apparently this is only done for smaller amounts, but after one shift something should come together quite nicely. This is the third time this has happened to me. What also often happens is that you don't get enough money back. Then there is always around 10 to 50 cents missing. Please be careful!

The branch manager (short man with a bald head) is really great. Instead of not refilling even half-full McFlurry, he has now gotten a scale to "prove" to customers that there is actually still far too much in the cup. ... Otherwise the prices will constantly rise so that McDonalds can finally earn billions more, which is no longer justified by inflation / its own cost increases.

Nice restaurant and the food came very quickly. However, I ordered my TS with extra cheese and therefore paid more, but I didn't get any extra cheese. The person who brought the food to our table was very unmotivated.

You shouldn't earn a single star or a single cent. Never in my life have I experienced such a juice shop with such incompetent staff! You never really get what you order! For God's sake, never go there!

On my way through Rheinbach on my motorbike, I stopped here to grab a quick bite to eat. I noticed how nice and clean this McDonalds branch is. When I asked an employee who had worked there for 30 years about his good work and wanted to give him a tip, he refused. You will hardly find such a man of integrity among today's employees.

The food is okay, even if the burgers sometimes seem carelessly thrown together. The service is somehow okay and the friendliness depends on the time of day. But the shop is often very dirty, but maybe that's just part of it.

When you always get your food warm you can usually complain less. Sometimes the workers are over-scheduled and don't get everything done like a spoon for the coffee, but McDonald's employees generally don't manage to do that in many cases.

Eating as you know it, fast food. So far OK. The cleanliness was not okay. Almost every table and chair was smeared and full of crumbs and grease. While waiting for food, I noticed an employee accidentally pouring a finished nugget out of a package and wrapping it back up with her fingers. I also think that long hair should be tied up in the food sector. All in all it was pretty unsavory. We won't be visiting like this again.

So far we haven't had any problems with our orders, everything went pretty smoothly. Employees always friendly. :-)

Unfortunately it has diminished significantly. Language difficulties with the employees when ordering, you wait a long time before you can even order and the garbage from previous guests piles up. The staff conversation is also a bit disturbing. "Wallah, dude I swear..." I think I'll avoid this "Mäckes" in the future.

It cannot be the case that you order ingredients that are already on a burger (and pay for them!) and then these ingredients are not on the burger at all. And not for the first time!

Completely incompetent employee. After I placed my order in the Mc Drive, I was then asked at the counter to place the order again in the drive because they said I hadn't placed it. Of course, all of this in a fantastic tone. Apparently I spoke to the Piep Matz on the menu board?! Luckily there's Burger King right across the street and they were happy about my order.

The store is clean, the drive-thru is served quickly, the food has always been hot but there is also a lot of flow, which is why the food is always fresher than in less busy stores. There are enough parking spaces, toilets are clean

Ordered food through Lieferando and were completely dissatisfied with the delivery. We ordered 2 menus. Instead of Coke, Diet Coke was delivered, the fries were cold and according to the order there were certain glasses that were not delivered either. There wasn't even a replacement. Won't be eating there anymore.

I've never seen such a dirty MCDONALD'S! A look at the floor and the tables was enough for me. Things don't look any better behind the counter. The branch management should be ashamed. Urgent need for action!!

Order at the car counter. Waiting time 27 minutes before I could place the order even though there were only 2 cars in front of me. I waited 12 minutes at the ordering counter and when asked how long it would take until I could order, all I said was "Just wait". Food was ok. Waiting time wasn't ok. Employee was not ok.

We ordered take away and the bag was on display for 5 minutes because we were waiting for the fries. Normally not dramatic for citizens, but the employee apparently put an old and a fresh chip in the bag. Difference obvious. Burgers also looked like they were thrown away. It ended up in the trash and pizza was eaten. Last time in Rheinbach. It would be good to have an option to rate orders in the app, as service and quality vary greatly.

Food cold, staff unable to speak German. There was also loud, disturbing Turkish music in the evenings. Table service was used, but you were still called even though there were hardly any customers there. Never again.

Royal BBQ, Royal Smoky, Crispy Chicken, Fries. There was only a minimal trace of sauce on the three burgers. The burgers were dry, barely edible. We had experienced this differently in other branches (by far), plus cold fries. Never here again.

Eating something quick with my son today. We ate on site. I really like the atmosphere here. The American leather couch is already chic. The coffee is hot as always and the burgers were nice and hot too. This has been happening more often lately; in the past, the burgers often arrived cold. I was there for the second time this week. Otherwise I rarely go to Rheinbach. We ordered with table service. I noticed that the employee wasn't any friendlier the second time. A little disgruntled and without words, she slapped the food on the table and I had the impression that service wasn't her thing at all. Generation 'Z'.

Ordered 2 cappuccinos that weren't good. Milk had expired. I've had diarrhea for 3 days. My colleague is in the hospital because of it

Nice big McDonalds. Even though it was very full, the food was delivered to the table very quickly. The burger was good and warm and the fries were great. The staff is friendly and the branch is clean.

Oh well. Ordered online so it's ready quickly. Drove there, then you had to wait, nothing was ready. But warm and delicious. This is much easier with the competitor next door. Enter the number and you're done. It's quite complex with mcd i. V. to bk.

The food in the restaurant is really good, however I couldn't help but notice the annoyed and unfriendly attitude of some of the staff. Using the app for table service resulted in inappropriate comments from staff. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and takes measures to improve the quality of service.

Burgers are typical of McDonald's, fries were okay too, but unfortunately this time I had a bit of stress and couldn't check the order for completeness in the branch as usual. Which is definitely appropriate there, and Zack is missing 20 nuggets, the three sauces were at least packed. I've forwarded this to customer service and am curious to see if they get a response.

Sehr schöne Toiletten die auch sauber sind. Tische sind meistens auch sauber. Wenn man sich ein McFlurry holt, dann ist auch genügend von der Schokosauce drinnen aber es könnte besser verteilt sein. Wartezeit ist auch okay aber manchmal auch etwas länger. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Ich finde es richtig cool, dass es auch einen Außenbereich gibt!

Dieser McDonald's war sauber und der war echt schick also schön gemacht, die Toiletten waren sauber kann man so sagen war in Ordnung, das Essen hat etwas lange gedauert, es war ein Big Tasty Maxi Menü und die Pommes die waren einwandfrei die waren sogar heiß ein Softdrink wie immer leider gibt es keine Strohhalme mehr für Softdrinks nur noch für Milchshakes weil ich ein bisschen schade finde aber jetzt kommt das Beste wie schafft ihr das dass die Pommes so heiß sind also frisch aus der Friteuse aber die Big Tasty noch gerade in der Mitte der Frikadelle noch etwas Wärme hat also handwarm war der nur, also geht es nicht irgendwie das mal bei einem mcdonald'sbesuch alles stimmt was eigentlich nur Standard sein sollte irgendwas ist immer also bitte Verbesserung dieser Becher ist beautiful weil er eine wertvolle Ressource ist damit habt ihr endgültig den Vogel abgeschossen ihr seid doch mit einer der größten müllproduzenten auf der ganzen Welt also

Zwei Sterne gibt es dafür,dass das Essen recht schnell am Tisch war und die Nuggets wirklich heiß serviert wurden. Das war es aber auch schon an Positivem. Die Tische waren durchweg schmutzig und klebrig, auf dem Boden lag überall Papier verstreut, ( was man allerdings auch als Gast selbst aufheben kann,wenn etwas runter fällt ) , auf der Toilette war keine Seife . Die Krönung war die ständig laut schreiende Bedienung, die genervt die Nummern verkündete. Zum Essen.... Ja, die Cola war total wässrig, die Gitterkartoffeln matschig und kaum gewürzt und auf dem MC Chicken waren sparsam ein paar Schnipsel Salat verteilt, die teilweise schon braun waren. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Rheinbach werden wir dann auf jeden Fall doch lieber die Straßenseite wechseln und das bessere Fastfood-Restaurant wählen.

Kenne diesen Mac. Seit der ersten Stunde. Schön zu sehen, wie kontinuierlich sich der laden mit der Zeit entwickelt und sich wieder und wieder neu erfindet.

Obwohl wir in Euskirchen auch einen normal großen McDonald's haben, fahre ich gelegentlich extra nach Rheinbach, um dieses Restaurant zu nutzen. Das liegt einfach daran, dass das Ambiente gemütlich ist und die Mitarbeiter locker aber trotzdem noch professionell und sehr freundlich sind. Ich habe dort noch nie erlebt, dass genervtes oder unfreundliches Personal dort war. Die Einfahrt ist mit Linksverkehr, was am Anfang verwirrend war, aber aufgrund des Grundstücks Sinn macht. Speisen und Getränke sind top. Bisher immer frisch und SCHÖN ORDENTLICH ZUSAMMENGELEGT. Ansonsten von der Sauberkeit an den Sitzplätzen auch ganz gut. Klar - wenn viel los ist, können nicht immer alle Tische frei von Krümeln sein. Aber das ist völlig in Ordnung. Sonst ist es nämlich sauber und gepflegt. Ich werde hier weiterhin gerne hingehen. Weiter so! 👍🏼

Ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes, sauberes, ordentliches und großes McDonalds... in Rheinbach Mit entspanntem Ambiente, DekoPflanzen und tollen Sitzmöglichkeiten. So etwas habe ich bisher noch nie gesehen und erlebt. Wirklich toll!
