McDonald's in Rheinbach

Hab nur den Parkplatz über Maps gefunden, er war da und gut erreichbar. Hab hier nicht gegessen also kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Werde es aber bestimmt mal machen, die Konkurenz mit der Krone um die Ecke hat es nämlich komplett verpatzt

Ansich war das Essen und der Service okay, aber 20 min auf 6 Nuggets zu warten trotz mehrfachen nachfragen und nicht vollem Laden ist schon echt nicht so schön.

Essen und Service super schnelle fertig

Die schlimmste Filiale die ich je gesehen habe. Die Mitarbeiter sind Inkompetent und respektlos. Abgesehen davon stimmt die Qualität hier überhaupt nicht. Die Pommes sind so gut wie immer kalt. Allgemein ist das Essen hier nicht frisch. Ich frag mich was der Chef eigentlich macht bei so vielen negativen Bewertungen. Scheint keinen hier zu interessieren dass sich mal was ändert. Ich denke man muss sich bei der Hauptzentrale beschweren

Ich bin absolut enttäuscht von diesem Besuch. Sauberkeit und Kundenservice werden hier scheinbar komplett kleingeschrieben. ​Sauberkeit & Service: Nahezu alle Tische waren dreckig. Als ich höflich darum gebeten habe, einen Tisch sauber zu machen, wurde mir nur extrem unfreundlich und widerwillig kurz über die Fläche gewischt. Ein Willkommensgefühl sieht anders aus. ​Essen & Preise: McDonald's ist generell sehr teuer geworden, aber wenn man dann auch noch eiskalte Pommes serviert bekommt, stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hinten und vorne nicht mehr. ​Toiletten: Das absolute Highlight im negativen Sinne. Man kann wirklich nur hoffen, dass man während des Aufenthalts nicht auf die Toilette muss. Der Zustand dort war noch um einiges schlimmer als bei den ohnehin schon dreckigen Tischen. ​Fazit: Für die aktuellen Preise erwartet man zumindest ein Mindestmaß an Hygiene und freundlichem Service. Beides hat hier komplett gefehlt.

Toller Mecces. Leider fehlt der Grimace Pappaufsteller weil er von Jugendlichen geklaut wurde. Auf den toiletten passieren unsittliche Dinge. Dennoch ist das Essen für ein Mecces i.O. Die Eismaschiene funktioniert in diesem Laden verlässlich.

Also ich bin jemand der eig nie Bewertungen schreibt. Aber Wie kann man bitte eine Bestellung nicht richtig hinkriegen. Ist es so schwer das einzupacken was man bestellt und wofür man bezahlt? Das kommt so oft vor Diesmal wurden wieder 1 Burger vergessen und anstatt die Wings Box nur Nuggets. Der Herr kontrolliert sogar extra die Tüten vor den Augen ob ja alles drin ist und sagt ja. Darauf verlässt man sich. Schön das nicht mal die Kontrolle ehrlich ist. Am Ende für Sachen bezahlt die nicht mal in der Tüte gelandet sind.

Die Pommes waren nicht ganz durch und so voll fett gesogen das man meinen könnte, die lagen vorher schon 8 stunden im kalten öl der Fritteuse. Der Burger war absolut abartig und die Wraps waren einfach nur zusammen geknüllt. Die hälfte vom Wrap konnte also direkt abgerissen und weggeworfen werden. Die andere Hälfte war getränkt in Sauce und fast ungenießbar. Absolut ekelhaft für sowas auch noch Geld zu nehmen. Das aktuelle Team sollte mit kompetenten Mitarbeitern ausgetauscht werden damit der Ruf des Ladens nicht noch mehr schaden nimmt als bisher sowieso schon. Am liebsten würde ich mein Geld zurückverlangen bei so einer minderwertigen "Leistung"

Waren eben am mcdrive. Mitarbeiter super unfreundlich, pampige Antwort auf Frage vom Kunden sowas geht garnicht. Crispy chicken bacon ohne bacon, bei den Menüs keine sauce dabei gelegt z. B. Ketchup essen fast kalt. Diese Filiale hat sehr nachgelassen.Der Mitarbeiter sollte ganz dringend geschult werden wie man mit Kunden umgeht, vor allen Dingen respektvoll!!!!!?

Habe aus Prämien einen Kaffee bestellt . Maschine war kaputt . Bedienung war sehr pampig.

Ich habe ein pflanzliches Gericht bestellt, aber Fleisch bekommen.

Ich kann nicht viel zum Innenraum sagen weil wir nur durch den Drive fahren. Aber da sitzt meistens eine wirklich sehr freundliche Dame die auch meine blödesten Fragen super nett beantwortet. Kenne ich so von keiner anderen Filiale 😀 Außerdem ist das Essen schnell da und heiß

Man darf nicht mal Bier in der Bude trinken würde vorschlagen dass ihr dann einfach Bier in euer Sortiment nehmt Bitburger wäre super

Hallo. Es ist eigentlich nicht meine Art, mich auf diesem Wege zu beschweren. Leider habe ich im McDrive bestellt und konnte daher das Elend, welches sich Burger nennt, nicht reklamieren. Die Pommes waren weich und kalt. Das kennt man leider nur zu gut. Es ist allerdings immer davon abhängig, welches Team gerade vor Ort ist. Zurück zum Burger: Geschrumpft und teurer geworden, könnte man erwarten, dass wenigstens die Qualität stimmt. Leider musste ich mich fast übergeben. Der Salat war braun, welk und glasig. Damit es nicht auffällt, wurde schön Majo drübergekippt. Selbst nachdem der Salat weggenommen wurde, blieb ein fader und gammeliger Geschmack zurück. Ich weiß ja, dass ich in einem Fast-Food-Restaurant war. Dachte aber, es geht auch da vielleicht ein wenig frischer. Anscheinend hatte ich immer, zumindest bis heute, Glück gehabt.

Der einzige McDonalds zu dem ich gehe, weil ich mich hier nicht ekle. Man kennt McDonalds und sein Essen ja, ist keine Feinkost, aber hier kann man wenigstens Sitzen, es geht immer schnell, die Eismaschine funktioniert immer und das Personal ist freundlich. ;)

Ich und meine Kinder haben wir immer Spaß und leckere Essen, aber ich hoffe dass die Spiele werden repariert und funktioniert, weil seit langer Zeit die nicht funktioniert.

Lecker, schön, ja was soll man mehr sagen

Leider fehlte ein Happy Meal ! Die Überraschungen waren auch nicht dabei! Die Burger waren wie Pappe! Aber die Krönung waren die Toiletten ohne Handtücher und ziemlich verschmutzt!

It's McDonald's, after all. Always delicious :) It wasn't particularly crowded, the order arrived quickly and complete, the fries were surprisingly hot (sounds strange, but I almost always order takeout or use the drive-thru, and then they're only lukewarm by the time I eat them^^). The restrooms were clean and well-maintained. What more could you want from McDonald's?! I'll definitely be back.

Very disappointed. The order from the drive-thru was incomplete; a drink and a Big Mac were missing, the fries and McChicken were cold and not crispy, and the Big Mac had clearly been waiting for a customer for a long time. What a waste of money.

Tried and tested fast food - okay once in a while.

Nice branch, but when I received my (admittedly cold) fries, they looked like an employee had ejaculated into my food while listening to Lana Rhodes. In the restroom, there was a lunatic who proudly presented me with his liquid feces. Nice branch, but unfortunately not recommended.

Unfriendly Not accommodating No German-speaking staff

Food was good, typical McDonald's. Service was fast, no wait at the drive-thru. Everything was fine.

It is strongly recommended that customers check their order on-site when using the drive-thru at this station, regardless of the length of the queue behind their vehicle. Apparently, it is rarely, if ever, possible to complete an order at this station. Two out of three deliveries were incomplete.

The McDonald's in Rheinbach is one of the best branches of the chain in Germany.

Ordered takeaway from the restaurant. The staff didn't speak to anyone. The food was simply placed in front of us and they were gone again. We had to guess who owned what. No "Bon appétit," no one called our number, not a word at all. We felt very unwelcome, even though it was hardly busy.

Absolutely awful. The burger was old (so old it was rock hard), the toilets were smeared with feces. The disinfectant dispenser was empty, the tables were dirty, and the staff were completely unmotivated. Luckily, it's not near me, so I won't be going back.

The apple turnover was delicious. But otherwise... The employee at the drive-thru didn't listen properly and didn't understand me, so I just stuck with the apple turnover. When I paid, he closed the window without even offering me my change. He went straight out of his booth. Okay, it was only 1 cent, but unacceptable! At the second window, I wanted to mention it (since I couldn't at the first one), and the young woman asked me if I could explain it in English. Seriously?

I received the wrong item in about 50% of my orders. You always have to double-check to make sure you're getting the right thing.

We ate here on November 1st, 2026 at 8:26 PM. The food was delivered to our table, and 1. Unfortunately, they forgot ketchup and mayonnaise for the fries. When I pointed this out at the register, I was immediately told that wasn't true, that I was lying, and that it would cost €1. I was told to show them the order. As I was getting upset, another employee came along to our table, friendly, with the mayonnaise and ketchup. 2. The McChicken was unfortunately very dry and had no spiciness whatsoever. This isn't a location-specific issue, but it's still a real shame. 3. The fries and burger were, at best, lukewarm. Hmmm...

Everything was fine with the service and the speed. Unfortunately, the hand dryers in both restrooms haven't been working for months. When I asked the customer service about it, they explained that they were aware of this, but the owner was apparently too stingy to get them repaired. What a shame...

I especially like it for the apple pie. This time I went, I noticed that both the bathrooms and the tables were dirty, and some of the chairs were old. It's crowded, but I think they could improve their facilities and cleanliness.

Unfortunately, a complete disappointment! I wanted to buy one of the special Burgers, but WITHOUT SESAME. It was absolutely NOT POSSIBLE to use a regular bun [like with a hamburger].

I ordered a vegetarian burger and specifically chose a meatless burger. I also specifically requested no onions or tomatoes. Even so, the burger was full of onions and tomatoes! And as if that wasn't enough—the top bun was completely missing! I couldn't eat the burger like that—it went straight into the trash. 5 euros just wasted! And unfortunately, this isn't the first time something like this has happened. Very disappointing.

How can you forget the sauces with nuggets, everyone knows that nuggets come with sauces, once again there are no sauces, worst McDonalds where there is

I asked the employee why it came in a box, and he simply said arrogantly, "I don't know, I didn't make it." Then we got a Sunday with 1% chocolate sauce, and instead of apologizing, he got pissed off and threw it away without saying anything and gave us a new one. I'm never coming back here 🤙🏾💪🏽🙃🙂

The employees are all in a bad mood. They make fun of the customers, and unfortunately, the food was cold when it arrived at the table.

As is often the case, it was difficult to find a clean table. At three tables, spilled drinks spilled across the floor. Orders placed at the table were repeatedly not delivered. Today, the waitress behind the counter was even very unfriendly and rude. I hope that headquarters will address this issue at the MC Rheinbach very soon.

The new Mc Samurai is very reminiscent of Royal Cheese but with a different BBQ sauce, but the single price of €6.39 is unfortunately too much!! €4.99 would be the maximum.

The burgers on offer are standard fare. The ambiance can be described as understated and not modern. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up when ordering, and I was served the wrong burger.

Once again, things were forgotten, which is very annoying when you unpack them at home. This has happened several times before.

The toilets are simply disgusting. I've never seen such a disgusting toilet, and I'm from Duisburg! The tables are dirty, the service board is greasy. I feel disgusting after the visit.

I have never experienced such confusion with my order at a McDonald's before...half of the employees don't understand a word of German or English!

Hey everyone, we just ate at the McDonald's in Rheinbach. After being greeted with poor service and our food being delivered much too late, we encountered one of the many rats outside. It came up to our table and took fries from the floor. We felt very uncomfortable and threatened. The employee then said it wasn't his problem and that we should stop filming to avoid further damaging the restaurant's reputation. Otherwise, we were threatened with a ban.

Unfortunately the ice cream wasn't as full as it should have been.

Little patience and lack of customer service experience. People like that should be at home sleeping. I'm talking about the self-checkout. Right at this time and on this day.

Today it has been wonderful! Thank you!

The food was okay. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated. Ordering via terminal and app also needs improvement. Points aren't tracked, and vouchers aren't received.

I was there today and asked an employee something and 2 employees spoke to me very, very badly

I ordered a Big Mac and a Chicken Big Mac. The cook filled the first crust with everything it should be and, as you can see in the pictures, simply slammed the middle layer and top half of the bun on top. I complained to the manager and was given new burgers without any problems, but they weren't layered properly either, but they were better than the first ones. My last three McDonald's visits: In Düren, there were burgers on the counter even before I ordered, which definitely had been sitting for too long in terms of taste. The two apple turnovers had an expiration date and time on them, and they had already expired several hours ago. In Euskirchen, one burger was missing. And now this in the Rheinbach branch. Three McDonald's visits, three times it went badly. McDonald's is really not recommended all around, no matter which branch, I'd say. Prices are now at a level where you can eat better elsewhere.

A relatively nice and clean McDonald's near the highway with a working shake machine. The food was fresh and hot. Definitely a drawback is that they no longer offer straws with their drinks (except for shakes) – even upon request. Not ideal for people with sensitive teeth.

We ordered from the vending machine on-site. Unfortunately, it was a disaster. One drink was completely wrong – luckily, we noticed before we left. Later, we noticed that all the sauces were missing, which unfortunately we couldn't change. Also annoying: when children are given the option to choose their toy when ordering, only to be repeatedly told something else is included without comment.

I was there for breakfast and everything was great! The food was fresh and hot, the staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent.

I've often found the staff unfriendly. It's also often dirty. I complained about a Coke that was warm and still carbonated. The clerk told me there's nothing I can do. If the carbonation is gone, then that's the way it is. Unbelievable. Never again!

Unfortunately, service is deteriorating more and more. Picked-up orders have to be carefully inspected. Recently, an entire burger was missing, or the wrong burger was packed. Often, the food is packed haphazardly into the bags, causing the burgers to fall apart and become dirty. Whether the fries taste good is a gamble; the last order was almost raw, overly salted, and practically inedible.

We were just served on May 18th at 8 p.m. by a really unfriendly man at the McDrive. We were insulted in Arabic because the app code didn't work straight away, and he kept putting words in your mouth so you didn't even have a chance to say what you wanted. We couldn't change the fries he had ordered to curly fries because he had already typed it in. The people in front of us were also shouted at. Everyone else was friendly, but letting someone like that approach customers is the last straw.

Entering the order took a long time since only 4 "self service" kiosks and people taking time to figure it out. Self service kiosk is just a bad idea! Table service was selected and food came fast! But.... I suspect the reason it came fast was due to old food. Fries were half cold, most not cooked enough, and all were not crisp at all. Normally Mc Donald's have a good reputation for their fries but these were just way below that standard. The big Mac was also not fresh, rather dry and half cold. The Mc rib same except the Mc rib meat was okay, but buns dry and old! And last ordered a large diet Coke.... Served with no ice and was like warm and pretty flat or no bubble's. All in all compared to other Mc Donalds restaurants this place disappointed. Will avoid in the future.

Unfortunately I got the worst cappucino with oat milk that I've ever had at a McDonalds. They probably didn't feel like using the good portafilter machine from the Mc Cafe.

Total fraud. According to the employee at the MC drive, "The boss did it, and we always do it that way."

Entrance, parking lot and entrance via drive exit disaster and also dangerous!! This detracts from the ambience. Otherwise large interior, nice children's area, seat covers are very slippery. Staff nice, food warm and ready quickly... Euskirchen can take a leaf out of it!!

DIRTY and RUDE. It was so dirty in there that we ordered take out. Then we wanted a straw with the cola. Apparently because of environmental protection. Straws are only available with milkshakes. So I should buy a milkshake to get a straw? Sure, it helps environmental protection. Are you crazy? Is it deducted from your wages or why are you so stingy with it? I would even be happy with a paper straw, I didn't even want plastic. Other McDonald's can do it too. I definitely won't be drinking in my new car from that semi-tight sippy cup that's become available instead of straws. NEVER AGAIN. I'll try the Burger King opposite in the future.

Just picked up a McFlurry and took it home and discovered that the cup wasn't even half full. 3 euros for that is really a disgrace!

Poor service adds things even though I didn't want them and have to pay double

Very unfriendly, I waited 40 minutes for my order, after 20 minutes I left, supposedly the order hadn't arrived at all even though I paid, they said "yes, I don't know" I just paid twice and then waited another 25 minutes for the new order 😅 just please don't come here, it's best to have the Burger King right next to it

This is the ugliest MC Donald ever! There is always something missing here, something doesn't work, then coupons are taken, then not. Always transfers and does not return an erroneously entered price. I definitely do not recommend it.

Mc's, I have nothing to complain about.

I rarely write such negative reviews, but I have never experienced such a dirty McDonald's. Not only was the floor sticky, the tables were also really disgusting. We first cleaned our table ourselves with wet wipes so that the tray didn't stick. The toilets definitely hadn't been cleaned in a while and in the "play area" there was food all over the floor and in every corner. So this McDonald's is not recommended.

Ordered at the drive in, it took a while, which wasn't a problem at all. The salesman at the drive in was very polite and nice, and everything was complete :) (1 year ago) Update: Unfortunately I have to change my rating somewhat negatively. We were there recently and there was nothing wrong with the order and even the boss/shift manager seemed nice and greeted us. Unfortunately, I noticed that since you can look into the kitchen, no gloves were worn when preparing the burgers. I honestly lost my appetite because it's just very unhygienic! Please definitely remember this!!

Further NO vegan burgers. Unfortunately, the (untrained) staff says something different every time. Awkward. Plant Base doesn't mean vegan if it has cheese and mayo on it...

I got one burger too few and didn't get any sauce

Service here is very nice and friendly. You know the food, you know the ambience too.

I was there for dinner. Something was missing from my order - the employee was so unfriendly, I've never experienced that before. The burgers are carelessly thrown together. My questions were simply dismissed with “I don’t know, I don’t care, I’m not interested.” Even a complaint to the McDonald headquarters had no result as there was no response from the franchisee in Rheinbach.

We simply forgot two things and were more busy talking and whistling than working.
