I have never received such rude service as I did in this store. None of the employees have even a hint of manners. Especially the little older woman at the checkout is an imposition!

To Thomas Friedrich: Burger King does not sell vegan burgers. The normal burgers consist of coarsely strained minced meat. Everyone should actually know. So the rating should not be taken seriously.

Saturday morning, 9:00 a.m. Breakfast time. Breakfast? "We don't have it, sorry" is the answer to the question of what this means. Disbelief spreads. The question about chamomile tea is answered with “No, we don’t have it, just peppermint.” Take a deep breath, then ok, let's try that. Coffee, coffee with it please. Yes, there is too. Great. We thought. Arrived at the table, empty tray with two paper cups and a sip from each: Lord, let it just be a bad dream. So inedible, both of them. Conclusion: sitting in the Burger King, I found the nearest Mäces, got up and got out immediately. 3 KM further: a wonderful, delicious breakfast that could save the weekend. Please - who won't offer breakfast in 2024 and instead gives out purely negative recommendations: this Burger King branch.

The friendliness, correctness of the order and the quality of the preparation really deteriorated after the staff gradually changed. I can't recommend it more.

There is a need for action here, the franchise management! Doesn't work at all... Receiving an order and typing it into the tablet is not difficult. Apparently so for this Burger King and/or employees today (on August 20th, 24 around 7:45 p.m.). The burgers came without the extras ordered, had been in the warming area for a long time, one burger was completely missing and the biggest joke of all... a chili cheese burger came without sauce, without jalapenos, but with cheese... so only cheese + meat. I can't even say whether the extras were paid for, I never saw a receipt, nor did I see the extras that were ordered. And then I ask myself: seriously now?? I have worked at Schloss Burger/Burger King & McDonalds myself, but nothing like this has ever happened to me. Neither as a worker nor as a customer. My managers would have thrown me out straight back then.

The mayonaise is saltier than the fries. The vegan burgers taste like chemicals. The Birgerbullets now consist only of cartilage and chopped bones. I wish all guests a good appetite.

The very last Burger King store I ever saw. This store needs to be inspected. Every time you have stomach problems afterwards. In America this store would have been sued for millions. Just disgusting. And the “skilled workers” who work there can shoe your shoes when you walk. They don't seem to care about the customers. One star is definitely too many!!!!! That was the worst BK I've ever eaten. The burgers were carelessly slapped together and cold, the fries were soggy and cold. The service was unfriendly and absolutely overwhelmed, even though there was little going on. The ambience and the toilets were unreasonably dirty. The toilets resembled the highway parking lot closets that were never cleaned. Really a disgrace for BK

No more stomach problems at Burger King Hennef every time. When I look at the store I'm not surprised it's dirty right up to the ceiling. Hygiene is not taken seriously here. Consider reporting this to the health department.

Very tasty food and always fresh

I ordered due to my COVID illness. A fan bundle with curlie fries (I got half curly fries and half fries?) The mayo was missing and the food was cold. Live a maximum of 4/5 minutes away by car. How is something like that possible? Nothing will ever be picked up there again and I won't recommend it to anyone else.

Me and my best friend were guests there. We always liked going to Burger King, ordering a Whopper menu and eating it. I thought the burger buns were so weird. Oh well .... This store has been a disaster for years. You really have to be lucky to get a freshly prepared burger. The burgers will probably be on display for many hours and will be reheated. The bread is so dry that it is already hard. Even the meat on one of the burgers was completely dried out. It gave the impression that the meat had already been reheated several times. I threw 2 burgers straight into the trash. With the Long Chicken, the salad also looked like it would make you sick. A single health hazard!!! 🤢

Been paying attention to this for several years: so far two orders were correct - all others (not "felt", counted!) were incorrect or incomplete. The crew shuffles around behind the counter lamely and with an anti-attitude, and for years they have constantly checked that my wife has canceled tomatoes and still hits them. Nevertheless, today even “without tomatoes” was ticked. When the inevitable complaint (tomato allergy) is received, the reaction is with indifference, sometimes even with contradiction and incomprehension. Today (June 17th, 6:40 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.) we were first told that a new burger would “take longer,” then the same burger came back to the table with the tomatoes removed. In style without apology. I ordered a Whopper Junior + cheese. The employee behind the cash register hesitates for a moment, sighs - but then continues. At the table I realized why: he ordered a Whopper Teriyaki. But he obviously didn't care. The shop is always overheated in the summer and the air conditioning, which is certainly there, hasn't even been on in the last ten years. The toilets are usually extremely dirty. The waiting times are usually extremely long. There were two occasions about six months ago when we left after waiting about a quarter of an hour (even though the store was empty). In the second incident of this kind, when we came in we could just see a waitress running from the counter area into the kitchen, repeatedly making eye contact with us through the burger hatch, and still leaving us standing there for 10 minutes. In front of an empty counter. Here we went again. We assume that this is an unfortunate mix of disinterest and poor training. The whole thing is reminiscent of a kind of go-slow or an experiment in how badly you can treat customers until they no longer enter the store. Since it always seems to be the same team, as the owner I would replace this crew as quickly as possible, which is bad for business.

Courteous and friendly staff both at the counter and at the drive-thru. The process is usually quick, only when eating is it worth reaching into the paper bag handed out to make sure everything is included and the burgers are still hot and fresh. It also happened that a burger or fries were missing. Every now and then you will find a burger that is already hard and no longer so hot, which you should immediately complain about at the counter before you leave. It's always difficult later when you're already back on the motorway. But this also happens at other drive-ins, not just at Burger King. Unfortunately, there is almost never a Hot Blondie, but going to Hürth specifically for that would definitely go beyond the scope. The interior is standard, in no way comparable to a real American diner, which is kind of a shame :-) but maybe we'll get closer to this style at some point.

Friendly staff and quick service on a quiet Friday lunchtime. Quality of the food is perfectly fine. Double Chili Cheese freshly prepared and tasty. 1 star deduction for the cleanliness of the quiet place. A cleaning plan for this was not visible. There's a lot of catching up to do, but otherwise you're happy and the perfect place to look after your car. Workshop maintenance.

Unfortunately, Teken Kraft had no eye for customers. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes before the employee even took a look at me. Locally, Stark was dirty due to the previous peak period. The tablet carts were all full and the tables in the restaurant were not cleared. Food was freshly prepared and unfortunately only came out of the kitchen lukewarm.

The four of us just had dinner at Burger King at around 11 p.m. There were 2 orders in total because we ordered separately: 1. we waited 15 minutes for our order (we had a burger and 2x fries) 2. Fries were over salted The only good thing was that the employees always tried hard, even if we had to wait a long time. In the end, we drove home with a stomach ache and an empty stomach. So moral from the evening: Next time we'll go to McDonald's again

Waiting time at the drive in is outrageous. You can easily expect 10 minutes per car in front of you.

Today the staff on site was friendly but very uncoordinated. Instead of processing existing orders, new ones were constantly being added. So we waited 30 minutes for two menus from the time we ordered, and the burgers were only lukewarm. So we should have decided on the kebab after all, it would have been quicker. The expectations of a “fast food restaurant” were not met here.

Sehr schmutzig, Tische wurden nicht gereinigt. Die Sitzbänke dreckig. Das Personal war freundlich aber Überfordert. Alles im allem, keine Empfehlung da ich nicht weiß wie es in der Küche aussieht ( auch so Dreckig ?)

Birger war okay, Eismaschine war defekt, eine Glasscheibe der Tür das Bad war ziemlich schmutzig.

Burger sind durchschnittlich gut 👍🏻 Aber der Service ist mit Abstand der schlechteste den ich in bei einer Fast Food Kette gesehen habe. Wenn man Fragen bezüglich eines Menüs hat wird man von den Mitarbeitern unglaublich respektlos behandelt. Ich dachte eigentlich der Kunde ist König! So komme ich definitiv nie wieder hierhin zum Essen! Schade eigentlich weil ihr euch in den letzten Jahren bei der Frische und Qualität eurer Produkte nach oben hin verbessert habt. Da gehe ich lieber bei einem guten Asiaten in Hennef Essen. Da wird man wenigsten mit Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit empfangen. Viel Luft nach oben und ein Anreiz zur Verbesserung. Der Big King XXL war super. Lecker saftig und heiß. Dagegen der Cheeseburger, einfach Katastrophe. Kalt, geschmacklos und, verdammt für 2 Euro. Für den Lappen? Der Service lässt vieles offen. Ein Lächeln bewirkt manchmal Wunder. Ich arbeite ebenfalls den ganzen Tag mit vielen Menschen. Dennoch vergesse ich nicht, dass der Kunde König ist.

Wir waren nach langer Zeit wieder mal dort. Haben lange warten müssen (zu wenig Personal). Essen und Ambiente waren OK

Leider furchtbar. Das Personal an der Theke ist meistens super schlecht gelaunt, was aber teilweise auch daran liegen kann, dass nur eine Person dort arbeitet. Reklamationen ( habe einem Fleischburger statt Veggieburger bekommen) werden ohne ein Wort entgegenkommen. Ich war froh, dass mir der Ersatzburger nicht an den Kopf geworfen wurde :). Nee, das macht keinen Spaß. Das Essen ist okay aber wirklich lieblos zusammen geklatscht. Ich glaube das kann man besser machen.

Burger King der älterer Generation aber das macht die Filiale aus! Gerade zu Stoßzeiten sehr langsam weil er regelrecht überrannt wird von Schülern. Personal ist freundlich. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Schöner "Old School Laden" ohne Automatenbestellungszwang". Ich mag es an der Theke zu bestellen anstatt an einem Automaten am Bildschirm rumzufummeln. So Kunden wie ich bestellen dann auch mal einfach nur einen Whopper und gut. Der war dann auch gut, alles andere stimmte auch. Also klare 5* PS: Den Drive In haben wir nicht ausprobiert, aber vorhanden ist er!

Ist keine hypermoderne Niederlassung. Man spricht noch mit dem Face-To-Face-Account-Manager hinterm Tresen, statt sich am Automaten abzumühen. Für uns war alles bestens!

Nettes Personal, geht auch auf Sonderwünsche ein. Der Wopper war super frisch und heiß, die Fritten ebenfalls sehr heiß und gut gewürzt. 👍
