Burger King Hennef in Hennef (Sieg)

I just got two things and had to pay €1 more, even though there weren't any restrictions. When I asked why, the answer I got was: "The price will be increased in two weeks." He couldn't tell me why I have to pay more now. I find that a disgrace.

It always tends to be between 2-4 stars (it also depends a lot on how many students are there). When it comes to food, you should always get chili cheese fries; you never get too little, sometimes a bit more. If you want to gamble a bit, you can buy an ice cream and either get half the portion or 20% more. With burgers, you either get a warm, uncompressed burger, or the cheese and/or other toppings are missing. This probably has a lot to do with the service, so there's not much to say about that. The atmosphere is best either in the middle at the high tables or outside when no one else is there. The service simply lacks the motivation to give you better portions. I would probably be demotivated myself with the number of loud students.

We stopped for a birthday party to eat. A girl's hair from the kitchen was found in Hamburg.

Waited over 15 minutes for the order to be taken, even with two customers present. Terminals would have been a much better alternative here. Card payments were temporarily unavailable. There was no tray cart outside, and only one overflowing inside. Even though I actually like BK more than McDonald's, I'll never go back here.

I actually didn't want to go there anymore, but I was hungry after the concert and, as usual, I was disappointed. I actually just wanted something like a cheeseburger. But here, it starts with Whoppers, and you can't eat them without the whole thing falling apart. The buns were like cardboard. My wife had cheese nuggets. They didn't taste like anything either. So, no more for us.

Horrible, messy, dirty and such bad service!

Drive-thru, totally rude lady, doesn't let you finish your sentence. We ordered churros with chocolate sauce. The entire sauce was in the bag and outside the package, but not on the churros. It's just annoying to have something new every time.

Worst service ever. The Asian woman with the headset is harassing customers and complaining at the counter. The employee behind the counter speaks little German and is slandering me with her supervisor in front of me because I took the receipt out of the payment machine. It's dirty inside, too. The playground is closed because it's broken. It's in terrible condition. Long wait times. A drive-thru customer drove on because the woman with the headset speaks little German and couldn't understand the customer.

Absolutely the worst store. Unfriendly and slow staff. Never again.

Disgusting. Unfriendly staff. The grease on the fries looked very dark. We ate the burger anyway, but that evening we had a stomachache and my husband felt nauseous. Never again!!!

Food was good, service was very annoyed and unmotivated, ambience as you would expect from BK.

And what can I say... I ordered and paid for a Double Whopper Cheese Bacon... €11.39... When I unwrapped it at home, there was no cheese or bacon on it... So I was ripped off... Note... when ordering from this store, open everything and check. You'll find either incompetence or deliberate rip-offs there.

This place is unbelievable. The staff can't understand you, probably because of the language... It's dirty, everything takes a very, very long time. It feels like a social experiment. You should check it out, but be aware of what you're getting into.

The delivery from your restaurant is taking too long. I ordered takeout and have been waiting for 2.5 hours. And this isn't the first time.

Delivery service is terrible, totally disorganized. Orders have taken over an hour three times already! I live 400 meters away. If I weren't sick, I'd walk over. And the food is cold every time. That's it for me with Burger King and delivery. Never again!!!

We also stopped there on the way home because a few years ago, they actually had good stuff across the street from MCD. Well, now it tasted awful. The Big King and the rest, absolutely ridiculous for €50.00, as I said, didn't taste good. Seats were torn, etc. Not again!!!

Positive: The drive-thru order was quick. No long wait. The food was hot. Contrary: The hot spot is slow.

Sub par. Serving a normal double burger as Big King, the staff were pleasant enough but seemingly not really interested in answering questions like "do you sell orange juice" toilets were absolutely abysmal. Even the dryer has given up here. Knocking it down and starting again is probably the best option 😄

For me, the sauce for the churros and the mayo were forgotten, the service staff took turns and they wanted to charge me again. The second service person didn't speak any German. This is stupid. How do you use the cash register? Unfortunately I drove without checking the bag! Really bad!

The assistant said my card payment hadn't gone though. So, I tried again. It appeared to go through on the second attempt. As I waited, my bank app showed that I had paid twice. I showed them this. I was asked to wait, so, I had my meal and went back. They couldn't give me a refund. So, I cost over €20 for a meal that, frankly, I didn't enjoy. They didn't even have the decency to come over to tell me. I had to ask as I was leaving. I'll avoid Burger King in future

Unfortunately neither fickles nor tortillas nor churros. The burger was cold. The onion rings pale and mushy. The fries were crispy and delicious. Fresh salad. Ray of hope: the friendly lady at the checkout.

Terrible service, unfortunately I can't say anything else. We were standing at the checkout, she was talking about something excited, what was probably missing, even though we were standing right next to her, she cursed and ignored us and did something else. Then she came to the checkout and took our order, but being friendly is something else. There was nothing going on, tables weren't clean.

I was there at 9:45 p.m. I ordered 4 menus with vouchers, everything went well except they don't have any more REDBULL and no tortillas either.

Already ordered many times. Unfortunately, delivery times used to be much better. You often have to plan a waiting time of 60-120 minutes. The wait is unbearable for children. It has also often arrived cold. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend it. Better to eat locally.

I was there with my sister recently and we couldn't even find the parking space at first because you have to drive around so strangely hahahah. When we were there, the food was actually quite okay. Unlike what I've heard. The staff was also very nice and the order was quick. (And not 40 minutes like many claimed hahah). We got hot brownies with ice cream, which is one of the best things there.

The food is okay, but sometimes you get strange combinations, which is due to the fact that most of the staff are untrained (don't know their own menu) and barely speak German. Unfortunately, the employees don't say anything when they don't understand something, so you either find incomplete menus or different combinations than the one you ordered in your to-go bag. I have absolutely no problem repeating something or switching to English, Spanish, or French. If necessary, I can explain things with gestures. We can all learn from each other with a little patience. But you have to know. The place itself seems tidy and clean. The friendliness and training of the staff needs work. No smiles, no "hello"s and "goodbyes." I have no idea what the typical clientele is like, but I always try to maintain a friendly atmosphere.

Simply a lucky lottery whether you get something fresh or something inedibly old... Exactly the same in the Augustiner. Top then again 🤮 Back when they were new here, everything was great. I would never want to eat this new tortilla thing. Due to my own many negative experiences over the years at Burger King hennef and Augustin.

The employees work slowly and the oil needs to be changed, the fries were not fried properly and the oil seeped into them. Please pay attention to two things: the service and the quality of your products.

The staff doesn't speak German and unfortunately they don't know the prices. Food took forever and was very bad.

Unfortunately, there are employees at the drive who barely understand you... this resulted in an error in the order (too much on the bill) and when you clarified it, they still didn't understand it... I have no problem with foreign employees working there. On the contrary, it would be urgently necessary for them to be able to understand and articulate themselves at least when ordering.

I went to Burger King today and am absolutely disappointed. No “hello”, no “goodbye”, no “please” or “thank you” just zero friendliness. The staff seems bored and annoyed, as if every customer was a burden. Such behavior is not acceptable! If I'm going to spend money, I expect at least a modicum of politeness. I'd rather go somewhere else where you're still valued as a customer.

I'm just here for the first time. 6 p.m. Almost nothing going on. A single person serves at the counter. Unbelievable waiting times anyway. It's just a Burger King restaurant

There used to be WiFi, but in order to further reduce customer satisfaction it was dismantled; telephone and internet reception are poor throughout the building. Unfortunately, there have been ants walking across the floor in the back area for some time now. If you have the choice to eat here or go hungry... Go on a diet 🙂

Burger menu cold. Service staff does not know their own products. No order machines. Pretty cold in the building. Toilet paper everywhere in the toilet. Napkins only on request. Simply shabby, never again.

Never seen such a dirty Burger King. Staff 4 people present, customers none. My partner said that the men's toilet was very dirty, nothing happened, the shop was freezing as if they were saving on the heating, tables were dirty, there was sticky stuff everywhere, the entrance door was filthy, tray trolleys were overcrowded, staff were annoyed, fries were cold. I've been craving burgers for a long time. So spontaneously. I went through the drive through and thought to myself. Wait. Boy boy, did the place rock. Unkempt pale, weeds. The person speaking at the other end of the order completely danced away and carelessly covered any information with scotch tape. The staff through the window also seemed rather unmotivated and too casual. The order is thrown at you like a dog's bone and passed through the window without comment. When we got home (less than a five minute drive) the burgers were ice cold for almost €14. Both burgers ended up in the trash after two bites. Guys, something urgently needs to be done, it doesn't work that way.

Really okay to good But: my visit (4 people) divided the 20 nuggets and there were 2 fewer. It's a shame, I hope this doesn't happen more often. Got my three??? Burgers were then made available and a sausage sandwich was spread for me.

It can't be that hard to get a good burger.

So I was there today and wanted to order a One Piece menu and I was told that they don't have any T-shirts there anymore so far, the menu costs 18 € and I wanted it anyway then they tried to persuade me not to buy because it was too expensive and when I said "It doesn't matter, I'll take it anyway" I was suddenly told that this wasn't possible because the t-shirt was not in stock and without a t-shirt I couldn't get the citizen I have no idea why I can't buy what I want with my money and from now on I'm going to McDonalds because the service there is at least ok, so if I decide to go there, remember my words. You can't get the things on offer there, even if you do It doesn't matter whether something is missing or not

Burger King is right on the main street.

I feel like I'm in a warehouse for dog supplies. Service sometimes says hello and repeats the order because there is no display. All in all there are baddies except for the drive in employee. Ah and while I was laughing at this review I realized how long I had to wait. And they don't have any fanta or sprite

A window there has been broken and poorly repaired for several weeks. It is very uncomfortably cold and drafty in the branch. Card payment was once again not possible. Long queue and the staff really unfriendly. The tables are dirty. No joy to eat there.

Unfortunately, this restaurant is always freezing cold. Heating is probably turned off permanently. You can feel sorry for the employees! Unfortunately, the food on site is not that pleasant!!

2 menu items that I wanted were sold out. The colas were warm and completely non-carbonated. Very disappointing.

Very tasty, but way too expensive

You won't see me in this branch anymore. We were there first thing in the morning because of the One Piece campaign. We asked if they had it there because there was no advertising. The guy at the counter didn't even know what One Piece was, another said that this promotion wasn't even current. It's just a shame that this branch was on the promotion list. Completely unfriendly shop. We then went straight to Sankt Augustin, where they had the menus and shirts.

Like delicious jakapeño cheese fries for years!

There wasn't much going on that day, there was no one in front of me and I had to wait 10 minutes. Ordering was very friendly and it took a while until the things were ready. It was fine, it's a BK like everywhere else, just a little slow that day. Next time the service staff will definitely be quicker. The ambience was not nice because of a broken window and the room was really cold. But the window will certainly be repaired next time. We'll come back and then there will be an update or not. It worked out as expected and that's why the visit as a whole suited me.

I really wanted a burger this evening and decided to head to the drive-thru at Burger King. I ordered a Double Whopper and a Big King XXL. The Double Whopper was okay, but the Big King XXL was just disgusting. The sauce was sour and bad (overturned) so I couldn't eat it. I hadn't been to Burger King for a long time because I had been unlucky so many times and was once again confirmed to avoid Citizen King. I can't recommend this Burger King either. Cheers.

If you combine a partially defective display board with an employee who speaks poor German, you have to expect that the customer will ask a few times. However, the employee's annoyed manner is completely unjustified when you order ketchup and water for the menu, after he had simply added mayo and cola without asking. Cola automatically with the children's menu... 🙄

I have never received such rude service as I did in this store. None of the employees have even a hint of manners. Especially the little older woman at the checkout is an imposition!

To Thomas Friedrich: Burger King does not sell vegan burgers. The normal burgers consist of coarsely strained minced meat. Everyone should actually know. So the rating should not be taken seriously.

Saturday morning, 9:00 a.m. Breakfast time. Breakfast? "We don't have it, sorry" is the answer to the question of what this means. Disbelief spreads. The question about chamomile tea is answered with “No, we don’t have it, just peppermint.” Take a deep breath, then ok, let's try that. Coffee, coffee with it please. Yes, there is too. Great. We thought. Arrived at the table, empty tray with two paper cups and a sip from each: Lord, let it just be a bad dream. So inedible, both of them. Conclusion: sitting in the Burger King, I found the nearest Mäces, got up and got out immediately. 3 KM further: a wonderful, delicious breakfast that could save the weekend. Please - who won't offer breakfast in 2024 and instead gives out purely negative recommendations: this Burger King branch.

A good Burger King for a fast food restaurant. The food was good and you got it very quickly.

There is a need for action here, the franchise management! Doesn't work at all... Receiving an order and typing it into the tablet is not difficult. Apparently so for this Burger King and/or employees today (on August 20th, 24 around 7:45 p.m.). The burgers came without the extras ordered, had been in the warming area for a long time, one burger was completely missing and the biggest joke of all... a chili cheese burger came without sauce, without jalapenos, but with cheese... so only cheese + meat. I can't even say whether the extras were paid for, I never saw a receipt, nor did I see the extras that were ordered. And then I ask myself: seriously now?? I have worked at Schloss Burger/Burger King & McDonalds myself, but nothing like this has ever happened to me. Neither as a worker nor as a customer. My managers would have thrown me out straight back then.

The mayonaise is saltier than the fries. The vegan burgers taste like chemicals. The Birgerbullets now consist only of cartilage and chopped bones. I wish all guests a good appetite.

The very last Burger King store I ever saw. This store needs to be inspected. Every time you have stomach problems afterwards. In America this store would have been sued for millions. Service not particularly friendly, waiting times very long and food sometimes cold

That was the worst BK I've ever eaten. The burgers were carelessly slapped together and cold, the fries were soggy and cold. The service was unfriendly and absolutely overwhelmed, even though there was little going on. The ambience and the toilets were unreasonably dirty. The toilets resembled the highway parking lot closets that were never cleaned. Really a disgrace for BK

No more stomach problems at Burger King Hennef every time. When I look at the store I'm not surprised it's dirty right up to the ceiling. Hygiene is not taken seriously here. Consider reporting this to the health department.

As always the King service crew was friendly.
