Ich schwöre man muss JEDE Bestellung kontrollieren. Nicht eine Bestellung war mal richtig. Einfach nur ätzend. Jedes Mal fehlen mindestens 2 Sachen. Hohl

Man möchte extra was mehr Eis haben und holt ein Mc Flurry anstatt ein Mc sunday und dann tun die so wenig rein wie beim mc sunday ich bitte euch wenn die Verpackung schon so groß ist , dann macht auch mehr rein bitte .

Stand mai 26 Angeblich wurde meine Bestellung auf Abholung gebucht und dann hat sie wer mitgenommen. Ich habe versucht, das Problem zu erklären,an hat mich abgewimmelt und gesagt man kann nichts machen...

Auf dem Rückweg, ein paar Sachen für mich und die Familie zuhause geholt und mal wieder wurde was vergessen! Nur diesmal war ich komplett alleine habe dann von zuhause aus angerufen weil es mir echt reichte und dann hatte ich Herr Denglisch (hoffe richtig geschrieben dran) unglaublich nett!!! Sehr zuvorkommend, entschuldigte sich und sorgte für eine perfekte Entschädigung, Hut ab solche Leute sollten extra Gehalt bekommen und gefördert werden, vielen Dank!

Bei der Bestellung wurden erstmal komplett die Getränke vergessen. Beim Royal TS lag das Patty zur Hälfte auf der einen Seite außerhalb des Bun und der Käse auf der anderen Seite. Beim Big Mac wurde der komplette Belag auf das untere Drittel geschmissen und oben zwischen den Scheiben war nix, gar nix. Beim Happy Meal wurde (wie bei allen Mc‘s) das falsche Spielzeug dazu gelegt. Warum kann man eines auswählen, wenn ihr eh irgendeins nehmt? Auch dort fehlte das Getränk und das Eis. Lediglich der freundliche Mitarbeiter der alles binnen kürzester Zeit gebracht hat, macht hier den Unterschied zur schlechtesten Bewertung.

Die ältere Dame (ich glaube rote Haare) die immer am Drive in arbeitet ist wirklich so nett. Ich hoffe jedes Mal dass sie dort ist weil ihre gute Laune sofort auf mich übertragen wird. Bitte behandelt sie gut :)

Sehr Nettes Personal da essen auch gut

Der Mitarbeiter mit der kräftigen Rotzbremse ist deutlich zu freundlich und kompetent für den Laden (Stand April 2026). Das MC Café ist wahrscheinlich das beste im Rhein-Sieg-Kreis. Sumasumarum immer einen Besuch wert!

Über die Jahre war ich immer mal wieder hier und in meinen Augen ist dieser McDonald's ein absolutes no go. Selbst bei der kleinsten Bestellung (2 Burger und 2 Eis) werden Sachen vergessen, Geschenke für Das Kind nicht mit ins Happy Meal gepackt oder ein Mc Flurry welches für mittlerweile 3,75€ gerade mal einen Esslöffel mehr Eis enthält als ein Mc Sundae für jetzt schon 1,99€. Der schnelle Snack auf dem Weg nach Hause ist ja immer wieder verlockend aber mein Persönliches Ziel ist es hier kein Kunde mehr zu sein. Kontrolliert als Kunde eure Bestellungen und schaut genau hin was ihr hier für euer Geld bekommt!!! Heute 28.09.2024 McSunday ca. 1/3 Becher für 1,99€!!!

Alles super, nur es wird regelmäßig dinge bei der Bestellung vergessen. 1 mal waren es 20er Nuggets und der chicken chicken Stack... dann waren es 20er Nuggets und 3 mal das shaker gewürz was gefehlt hat was auch immer erst zuhause aufgefallen ist. Beim bestellen über lieferando beim Bic mac Menü der bic mac gefehlt! Beim happy meal sind die mitarbeiter aber freundlich und tauschen es auf Wunsch um. Essen wird auch frisch zubereitet und laden im großen und ganzen sauber.

Zu faul, um Tischservice zu machen, Getränke verschüttet/nicht voll gemacht. Peinlich

Leider keine Laptop Steckdosen an den Tischen ......

Hatten dort zwei Cheeseburger bestellt. Abarbeitungsliste ist durchgerattert, als unsere Nummer kam ging ich zum Abholen. Nach zwei Schritten verschwand unser Auftrag vom Display und ich wurde angepampt, er würde doch aufrufen. Ich kuschte und wir warteten. Bis die Leute nach uns ihr Zeug bekamen. Und die danach. Und die danach. Dann platzte uns ein bisschen der Kragen und wir fragten etwas lauter nach, was denn jetzt mit dem Aufruf sei. Erste Antwort: Er arbeite, wir sollen nicht so schreien! Zweite Behauptung: Er hätte es doch dahin gestellt. Wir hätten es schon genommen. Die Dame (scheinbar hatte sie als einzige den Überblick) danaben meinte dann, das System spinne wieder und gab uns die Bestellung. Mein McD in Altenkirchen ist das was ganz anderes! Und beim nächsten Mal fahre ich definitiv zur Siegburger Raste! Mein Wunsch an den Betreiber: Bitte EDV in Ordnung halten oder abschalten!

Der Filet-o-Fish war schief zusammenpappt, der Geschmack prima

Wieder so ein Fertiggericht, nichts Besonderes, aber auch nichts Ausgefallenes, einfach nur McDonald's.

Eigentlich wollte ich eine gute Bewertung schreiben, weil der Mitarbeiter, der mir das Essen brachte wirklich sehr freundlich war. Aber es ist mir unbegreiflich, wie man einen BigMac so falsch machen kann. Haben die Leute einfach keinen Bock? Echt schade. Man erwartet ja bei McDreck ohnehin nicht viel, aber ne Scheibe Käse sollte man schon auf ein Brötchen legen können.

Leider war bei der Bestellung viel Falsch. Das Eis haben wir noch reklamiert. Aber in der Cola war Kirschsirup am Boden, obwohl nicht bestellt und statt Sour Cream hatten wir Majo dabei. Diesen McDonald's werden wir definitiv nicht nochmal ansteuern.

20 Minuten warten für zwei Ice Shake Choc

Essen gewohnte Qualität aber Sanitäranlagen dreckig (Handtuchpapier auf Waschbecken und Boden verstreut, 1 Pissoir verstopft), Steckdosen am Platz schlecht mit Tape abgeklebt (offenbar schon länger). Geschirrrückgabe überfüllt. Keine Aushängeschild für die Marke McD. Edit: Toiletten sauber, Steckdosen "ordentlich" entfernt, Geschirrrückgabe geleert. Alles gut also.

Leider immer wieder enttäuschend. Bei McDonald’s Hennef wird man fast jedes Mal nach der Bestellung auf den Parkplatz geschickt, um dort zu warten – selbst bei wenig Betrieb. Das ist extrem unpraktisch und fühlt sich eher nach schlechter Organisation als nach Service an. Dazu kommt, dass meine Bestellung diesmal auch noch falsch war: Der Iced Coffee Shake Choc wurde nicht richtig zubereitet und entsprach überhaupt nicht dem, was man erwartet. Insgesamt sehr frustrierend. So kenne ich McDonald’s eigentlich nicht und hoffe wirklich, dass sich hier etwas verbessert.

Wir haben kurz vor Ladenschluss im Mc Drive heute bestellt und wir sind richtig entsetzt. Die Bulette beim Cheeseburger ist sehr trocken und wie auf dem Foto zu sehen ist der Käse nicht mal geschmolzen. Ich hatte noch nie einen Chicken Burger, der so matschig war. Im EIStee ist kein Eis. Die Pommes viel zu salzig und pappig. Dabei hatten wir uns eigentlich erhofft, dass gerade kurz vor Ladenschluss für uns die Sachen frisch gemacht werden. Aber scheinbar wird dann halt alles, was den Tag übrig geblieben ist, in diesem McDonald’s noch an Kunden verhökert. Wenn ihr die Möglichkeit habt, geht lieber zu dem McDonald’s in Ittenbach - die Inder da wissen wenigstens, wie man richtig gute McDonald’s Burger macht.

Die Servicequalität von McDonald's ist hier in der Gegend unterschiedlich. Ich hatte vor ein paar Jahren mal eine etwas negative Erfahrung, aber das war ein Einzelfall und heute ganz sicher nicht. Danke, dass ihr weiterhin so gute Arbeit leistet.

Essen heiss und lecker. der tättowierte ist sehr freundlich

Da hatte ich doch echt Hunger auf McDonald's.... Als ich die Preise gesehen habe ist mir der Appetit wieder vergangen und habe für 16,90€ ein leckeres Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat vom Restaurant in der Nähe gegessen

Auf lieferando bestellt 2.stunden Gedauert bis es da ist und dann natürlich kalt.

Heute Nacht um 3.22 Uhr, 38 Minuten vor Geschäftsende, wollte ich mir nach langer Zeit noch einmal etwas von McDonald's gönnen. Der Mitarbeiter an der Bestellannahme war hörbar genervt, mich überhaupt noch bedienen zu müssen. Ich wollte Produkte von zwei verschiedenen Coupons bestellen und noch während ich ihm den Code des ersten Coupons nannte, unterbrach er mich schon und forderte mich auf, schneller zu bestellen. Ich habe die Bestellung dann abgebrochen und bin ohne Essen wieder gefahren um dem unfreundlichen, gestressten Mitarbeiter nicht noch weiter zu belasten. Hier sieht mich so schnell niemand mehr.

Essen immer nur lauwarm!! Bedienung okay.

Das Essen ist immer sehr kalt und wenn Mal warm, dann nur lauwarm. Daher geschmacklich pfui! Es wird nur gespart!! Das Personal ist super freundlich! Kann bestimmt nix dafür.

Die äußerst freundliche Dame am Drive Schalter ist das Highlight dieses McDonald’s und ein Aushängeschild für das gesamte Unternehmen! Ich finde sie sollte zur besten McDonald’s Mitarbeiterin Deutschlands gekührt werden. Wir fahren extra zu diesem McDonald’s obwohl andere näher wären, weil diese Persönlichkeit uns immer wieder den Tag versüßt.

Gegen Mitternacht gestern dort gewesen. Top. Alle freundlich. Essen top Qualität.

Wir waren heute mit unserer Tochter hier. Sehr dreckig, Tische Sitzbänke und Boden stark verschmutzt. Auf die bitte es zu reinigen, wurde nur kurz mit nem Lappen über den Tisch gegangen. Keine Servietten auf dem Tablett. Pommes kalt und ohne Salz. Nur einen Kinderstuhl, welcher durch die festen Hocker an kaum einen Tisch passt. Keine Luftballons für die Kids.

Liebe diese eine Dame vom Schalter, sie ist immer sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Das Essen schmeckt auch ganz in Ordnung.

Could you maybe remove this McDonald's from Lieferando or something similar? It always says they deliver, but it's a complete gamble. Sometimes they deliver, sometimes they don't, and it's annoying because you always end up having to tell someone who's really looking forward to their food that they're not delivering again. It should be all or nothing, but this is awful!

Consistently good McDonald's. The food has always been good and hot, and not just thrown together so you have to assemble everything yourself. I've never actually heard the staff speak to me, but that's not a complaint. Inside, it's usually very clean and nicely decorated, and there's plenty of seating outside as well. From personal experience: Chicken nuggets are always worth it; they're always warm, or sometimes even piping hot, AND I've even had the pleasure of getting a double chicken nugget.

Great McDonald's with friendly staff! The food was excellent, and the restrooms were very clean. Parking is available. The interior could be a bit nicer, for example, with more larger fish and proper seating.

I picked up food for our little family there after a long, stressful day at work. I drove home with it (6 minutes). When I got home, I was disappointed to discover that the Big Tasty Bacon was missing from my meal and my shaker fries were very cold. So, for dinner, I only had cold fries and a Vio (still water). Very annoyed, but despite this misery, I called the branch and explained the problem. The employee made me feel very sorry for the mishap and that he could understand how frustrating it was. He immediately offered me a credit. Absolutely solution-oriented and very friendly. The food was standard, as you would expect from McDonald's.

Simply disgusting. The fries and nuggets were soaked with grease and not crispy (but they were fresh from the fryer, so they probably didn't keep to the time because they were too busy). The burgers were carelessly slapped together and had barely any sauce.

I come to this McDonald's regularly when I'm in the area. Standard McDonald's, you get what you expect. However, the service was a negative. I ordered the "Spicy Dip Set" along with a 20-piece McNugget because it was advertised in the app. Ordering and paying was no problem, but unfortunately, the dip set was no longer available. Too bad, I only ordered (and paid for) the nuggets because of this dip set. The friendly employee who was serving at the table asked me to go to the counter to choose three different sauces. I had an experience there like never before. I told the lady at the counter that I had ordered the "dip set" and was immediately told that it was already sold out. I couldn't finish my sentence and was immediately yelled at. I then went back to my seat without any sauces. The friendly employee from the beginning then brought me a selection of sauces. Not what I was hoping for, but at least someone here understood what "service" meant. It's unclear to me what I did wrong; as far as I can see, I fulfilled my part of the purchase agreement. @McDonalds_Germany, what's the situation on your side? Contract fulfilled? Is dealing with paying customers who aren't given what they're supposed to pay for part of your employee training? I hope not. Otherwise, please change this quickly.

Takeaway burgers were unfortunately cold and simply carelessly assembled

The food is expensive, but OK for a quick bite. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Orders are taken quickly. The food is brought to the table. The team seems a bit overwhelmed. The tables are covered in grease and leftover food from previous customers. During my visit, no one even gave them a quick wipe with glass cleaner. Disgusting. The decor has become very run down. Several benches have split, foam is oozing out. The stools are greasy and have the feel of a train station restaurant. Trash from takeout bags is scattered around the McDonald's. It used to be picked up. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

The food—cheeseburgers, hamburgers, fish burgers, and fries—was served cold. Coffee grounds settled at the bottom of the latte macchiato glass, apparently due to a defective filter. In the men's restroom, one urinal was broken, and the flush in another urinal was out of order. Overall, not recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'd like to particularly praise one employee at the McDonald's Drive-In: She's incredibly friendly every time, always has a smile on her face, and immediately puts you in a good mood. It's precisely because of her positive and customer-focused attitude that I've only been going to this McDonald's since then. Many people could learn a thing or two from her friendliness. This employee is a true ambassador for the company—in my opinion, she definitely deserves a raise!

First, the positives: Some of the employees have been there for a long time, they really put in a lot of effort, and they're always friendly. The food is almost always perfectly fine, and the wait isn't too long. Now for the negatives: The branch has seen much better days and looks very run-down and unkempt in many areas. Furthermore, many places (including the tables) are often dirty, which is very unappealing. Furthermore, the restrooms are often without soap, which is unacceptable! Overall, this is a branch that definitely needs to be renovated and, above all, better maintained.

For the fourth time in a row, the apple turnover was missing from the McDonald's drive-thru today. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home and unpacked it. I'm starting to think it was a mistake. It was always included on the bill and paid for, and today it wasn't there again. I've had enough. A credit note would be appropriate here. So, forget about the drive-thru in Hennef.

Bro, I just ordered a Happy Metal and some employee told me I pulled out a meter of receipt from the ordering machine. What terrible and unfriendly service. Don't eat here unless you want to pay for disrespect.

Top MC, friendly staff, food was quickly prepared, there was enough ketchup on my burger, which I don't know from other MCs, especially the fries were hot 😉

Unable to correctly implement a somewhat larger order.

The service was very friendly and the order was brought to my table very quickly. All in all a very good service, can only be recommended.

Everything was on video. I waited an hour for my order. My order arrived, the burger lid was opened, and mold appeared on the burger bun. Not a single apology was offered. I was even spoken to rudely.

A full score goes to the very nice and friendly lady who served us a few weeks ago. She had a really friendly and sweet voice, and she was also really nice and friendly when paying. We've never had such a nice woman serve us at the drive-thru in a McDonald's restaurant. Many people could learn a thing or two from her. That's customer-friendly behavior. This lady is the best. If you're reading this, please always stay like this.

Ordered there twice. Received perfumed burgers twice. Inedible.

We probably picked a bad time (Friday evening), but we had to wait forever and unfortunately complain that four burgers were missing and two orders had been mixed up. Service was always attentive and friendly. I won't be coming back again simply because of the long wait times and the complaints.

I always looked forward to the fries when we were there. For me, they were the best. This time they were soggy and undercooked. And for that, 30 euros for two meals. The rest was good.

I was there for breakfast this morning, and I saw people in the kitchen handling the bacon without gloves, placing it on the bread, and then wiping their hands on their pants. Don't you have to wear gloves when preparing food anymore?

Cashier still didn't place an order after being informed. A 30-minute wait for 20 nuggets on the way home at night—what more could you ask for?

Every table was littered with trash, and no one seemed to have the energy to even begin cleaning. There wasn't a single clean seat, and considering the price/performance ratio, you could just as easily go to a restaurant and have a nice meal.

Not really, because the location is decidedly unromantic, but there are other locations available for that. Still, some of the burgers taste pretty good—except for the fries!

Every time we order online it gets worse. Apart from the fact that something is always missing and we have to call so that our food can be re-ordered, today was the icing on the cake. We ordered from Lieferando and after 1.5 hours we called McDonald's because the status had been changed to delivered but our order hadn't arrived. The employee then explained to us that the order had been received and that he didn't know why we hadn't received it. When our order finally arrived another half hour later, the delivery person explained that it was from Lieferando because it hadn't been transmitted. My partner then checked the order straight away and of course something was missing again and the food was cold and the fries soggy. Now after almost three hours I feel like I've been ripped off by the contradictory statements and my wrap is still missing. That was absolutely the last time we order from there. In future we will go to McDonald's in St. Augustin because we get our order complete and in good quality.

Everything is simply abysmally bad, fries half-raw, service poor, something's always missing. We now always drive from Hennef to St. Augustin. At least they know their job.

Unfortunately, everything is lukewarm to cold, and it's getting worse and worse there, but the price is getting higher and higher. Does Trumbibaby have a thing going for it? I've never experienced a McDonald's as dirty as this one. At 1 a.m. on a Friday night, full trays were stacked on tables, stools, and the carts were overflowing. The staff was completely overwhelmed with the number of customers. Sorry, but you'll never see me again.

Very bad restaurant! Where dealers are up to no good, you'll find skid marks in the Big Mac. Disgusting!!! Homeless people slept in the urinal, so I couldn't do my business. They did their business in the sink. The very thick "mayonnaise" clogged the hand dryer. A horribly smelly diarrhea trail from the last Mac Rib runs the entire length of the chute. The cleaning service only works part-time and is apparently underpaid. The employees look like they're from Frankfurt Central Station, their hair is as greasy as their colleagues from the sewage treatment plant. The vermin (the employees) have settled especially in the "kitchen" and do a poor job (they should pay attention in school)!!! The place needs a complete renovation as soon as possible. Perhaps the image can be improved (or worsened) with the support of the Coda marketing agency. Never again!!!

I ordered a strawberry shake and received a vanilla one from a grumpy server in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I realized it too late. I won't be back.

Unbelievable! Waited in the drive for 40 minutes and the service, which is really regrettable, doesn't even manage to complete the menu after 30 minutes. Instead of gas there was water in the cup.

Went there again today. Things were going really well there. You can really feel sorry for me. What you have to hear from the so-called customers. Sad. Disrespect on the part of the customers above all... Anyone who isn't blind should see that there weren't enough staff to pay for this. That you tried to please everyone. I take my hat off to you. None of these smart guys would last two days at this job. Unfortunately, I also had to watch as a customer stole glasses from the counter, put them in his jacket and shouted at the employees where their glass was? Do you really need it that much? You sad fellows have some respect for these people who have a difficult job. I hope you meet yourself. My child was horrified by the behavior of these people and asked why are they so bad mom? Wau continue to model this kind of behavior to our children and then we won't have to be surprised about anything anymore. I'm still angry about this behavior. With that in mind, hang in there dear ones, you're doing a great job and doing your best.

Bad service again. We ordered beforehand and wanted to pick up our food. Since it was very busy we had to wait, which was OK. Unfortunately the glasses were missing. So I went back in. In retrospect, it was unfortunately only when we got home that we noticed that we had two wrong burgers and that all the fries were missing...unfortunately not the first time...

Very empty at breakfast time, but we still waited a few minutes for our order. The egg wraps were an absolute disappointment, half empty... The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean.

This McDonald's branch is recommended. The tables were cleaned regularly and also the floor. The employee responsible for the service was very friendly, courteous and quick. Booking via the app worked without any problems and the food arrived promptly. We were very surprised.

Burger ice cold. Waiting time was about 10 minutes even though there was nothing going on. Service unmotivated and incomprehensible.

Never had fries as bad as today. Completely limp, no color and not even a bit crispy. Indoors, children eat in the play area and no one says anything. It gets worse every time.
