11 a.m. noon. Waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru. Then get lukewarm burgers. While half the staff stands outside and smokes. Never again.

If there was so little ice cream in Mcflury, MC Sunday would even be more for half.

I binged on food like I used to when I was high on cannabis

The staff is very friendly and loves children, but here and there they forget to pack toys or pack food. It is also understandable that the staff is under time pressure, but it is better to take a second look.

Such an unfriendly shop makes you go to the drive-in several times to pick up two orders just because you couldn't say anything at the drive-in counter, very rude and unfriendly!

I had to deduct the stars again after I repeatedly had too little in the bag. Do the employees then eat the things or what?? Unbelievable. Edit. 2024 new attempt. Chicken nuggets were missing again. Age..... The employees are nice but things are missing from the bag four times over a period of months...

Highly recommended for a quick snack in between! The service staff is very friendly to our children and in a good mood. Unfortunately, some guests really behave like pigs, so the staff has a hard time. The employee in the drive is also very friendly!

I've been here many times over the years and in my opinion this McDonald's is an absolute no go. Even with the smallest order (2 burgers and 2 ice cream), things are forgotten, gifts for the child are not included in the Happy Meal or a Mc Flurry which now costs €3.75 contains just a tablespoon more ice cream than a Mc Sundae for now already €1.99. A quick snack on the way home is always tempting, but my personal goal is to no longer be a customer here. As a customer, check your orders and take a close look at what you get for your money!!! Today September 28th, 2024 McSunday approx. 1/3 cup for €1.99!!!

Employees can have soles on their shoes while they run! 20 minutes for 2 mc menus and 1 happy meal! Nothing has changed! Cleanliness also leaves something to be desired! Hairnets are not even worn! Long hair fits nicely into the burger!

Unfortunately, once again 2 burgers were not packed enough. These have of course been calculated. So that's why the tip is to open your bags and your eyes. Unfortunately not the first time this happened.

Best woman at reception ever. A warm welcome to McDonald's, your order pleaseeee... you can't beat it in terms of friendliness. That's how service works, everyone else can learn a lesson from that!!

Well, Ronald, maybe today was the wrong day... Answered various questions at the quiz terminal at 10:18 and placed the order, then waited with number 118 so that I could pay in cash. In between, the plump black-haired woman calls out to the next guests: "You have to hurry up with your order, we're changing the menu right away!!!". At some point I was standing around alone and an employee asked me: "Do you still have to pay?" I said no, put the order slip on the counter and left the field. There is another Mac a few kilometers further. Sequel follows......

The food is delicious and the treatment is nice

If I could I would rate it zero stars. ALWAYS, really ALWAYS something is missing. After the first two times we learned and mercilessly unpacked the bag on the counter to look and I have NEVER experienced everything being in there. Today it was full, my husband was tired from work, waited 30 minutes for the food, the lady said "is everything in it" - the end of the song - 1 citizen was missing, one was packed incorrectly. I've never seen a McDonald's as bad as this one in my life. I really don't know what kind of incompetent loading this is. I don't experience anything like this anywhere else. It's just annoying 😑

Always eat vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. This is very tasty 😋 The service was very friendly. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the ambience; more attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the seating. A cloth with a little water works wonders. And not like with us, where the mayonnaise is still on the seats and you get your clothes dirty.

Our favorite of all McDonald's branches. Nice staff, the food is warm when it is brought and there are no mistakes when ordering. The selection of food is probably like any other McDonald's.

We were guests here on Thursday and what can I say? Rarely, honestly never, have I experienced such unfriendly, incompetent and child-hostile service. I'm really at a loss for words. In the almost 15 minutes that we waited for our order, we were able to observe how a woman who wanted to have a glass warmed up for her baby was completely let down. After all, there is no microwave at McDonalds. Okay...but there's probably no electricity or hot water, so the woman could have found other help. No, they didn't feel able to help her in any way. Very sad and pathetic! When I asked if our children (2 and 4 years old) could please get a straw with our drink, we were also punished with the words: "We no longer have straws, only for milkshakes!" Ahhh ok, logically, of course you can't misuse it and make an exception. This was possible in pretty much every other McDonald's we have visited with children in recent years, except in Hennef, where it is not possible. It's a shame that a fast food restaurant that is designed for families can be so hostile to children. Unfortunately, as you can see from the other reviews, there is zero value placed on the quality of the staff. That was our last visit here. But for the future you should definitely consider training the staff here in dealing with children and families and customer contact in general! If I could, I would give it minus stars!

Depending on the shift, everything is fine, or everything just goes wrong. There's usually something missing, which isn't actually a problem, but with the Mcdrive it is because it's usually only noticeable at home. Or you get the McFlurry in half liquid without chocolate sauce and you're made to queue up and give it out like that. That would be new to me ;-) Keep your fingers crossed that you get the right shift, otherwise check and count backwards from 10, don't get upset...

Basically something is missing. Since we always get food for several people, the bags are always full to the brim. You can't manage to clear out and check everything in the parking lot. At home it's always annoying! Last time, two sauces were missing again and the two “large” fries were a real disgrace. Only half full! Was at Mc Drive, poor understanding as it turned out later... I had to wait almost 15 minutes for 2 burger menus. Food was lukewarm and sauces were completely forgotten. Well, that's a shame.

My impression: When I arrived there were so many employees standing around just chatting with each other. Nothing against a good atmosphere at work, maybe I just came at an inopportune time. I ordered take out, when my order was ready an employee pushed two bags into my hand. The bags were squashed (balled) at the top and it didn't look appetizing. But I thought well, it has to taste good and the packaging is secondary. When I got home I opened the bags straight away and the fries that were for me were cold and soggy and unfortunately inedible. They've definitely been lying around in the store for a while. I can't say anything about the taste of the citizens, I brought them with me, but then there was still one citizen too few in the bag! That's not possible, I hope the branch takes this to heart and trains its employees. Examples of topics: Employee deployment planning, lying time, possibly food preparation time, closing/folding a paper bag, counting to 10 or changing the process, checking first and then packing up. My conclusion: I definitely won't come back a second time. I wish the branch a speedy recovery in the future.

Usual McDonald's, unfortunately not perfectly clean either. Fries and napkins on the floor, two tables a bit sticky. It wasn't full inside on Friday at 3:30 p.m., only 25% of all tables were occupied. But very friendly staff.

I got a half-eaten burger here, or rather the meatball was half-eaten. Of course I complained about it. The management just said, annoyed that no one had bitten into it, and had my burger remade. No apology or anything like that. The shape was definitely that of a bite and even if it wasn't, then you don't use it anymore, right? I was at the drive at night after work, very nice and friendly employee, the food was fresh and hot, it's my favorite McDonald's when McDonald goes there. Many of the employees are very friendly and my food was always delicious, fresh and hot. The friendliness comes from the boss himself, he is always super nice and friendly and that rubs off on the employees. The shift manager on the night shift was also super friendly. His name is Norms and he had everything under control and it was really well attended and everything went smoothly. I was able to observe it closely. Thank you and keep it up, I'll always come back

Ordered via app at the restaurant in Hennef as it was very full: Ordered the menu twice with Big Tasty Bacon and a set of 6 Chicken MC Nuggets, a large Coke and fries via the app. Burger with 2 additional patties, extra bacon and more sauce. Everything was written on the receipt. But... Standard burger, without the extras, half cold... No correction received, complaint rejected. I would be accused of fraud. But MC Donalds paid for it in full! Been there last time! I strongly recommend not to go there! Apparently there is systematic cheating going on here. There were similar incidents with other customers in the store. An employee expelled the customers who complained from the house and threatened police violence if necessary...

Typical McDonald's. However, I forgot a Big Mac, which is pretty annoying. It probably happens often to these MCs. Trust is good, control is better is the motto here. Otherwise, if you like McDonald's food, enjoy your meal.

If you ordered a burger ONLY with a patty and nothing else, you could see the ketchup being scraped down. It doesn't work at all. When ordering a cheeseburger with just a patty, ketchup and cheese, the ketchup was missing. When ordering a menu the fries were missing and all the fries were cold. Of course, if you place a larger order in the drive-thru at home, I don't check everything carefully and you only notice it when you get home.

Was there on Saturday with my child. Face painting was offered for children. Completely free. Great!!! At the end there was a balloon that we could let fly with a piece of paper we painted ourselves. My child was very excited and just talked about it for the rest of the day. I took the trouble to read the rest of the reviews. I find it sad what is written here. I'm really sorry. I like to watch people when I see them leave their table, for example, simply sad despite the plentiful empty trays available. Things fall off the table and nothing is picked up. My child proudly puts away his own tablet and also picks up things that fall down. Then you see an older couple at the checkout who simply don't know their way around and the ordering process is explained very well. I also think it's great where you can save money. And behind them there are people complaining and urging people to go faster. ? HELLO, is it still working? I'm there often, even if it's just to relax and have a coffee. But what I see and experience is sad and not from the employee side. Yes, of course something goes wrong. But they are just people not machines. Even a machine doesn't work 100%!!! Does everything always go smoothly in your company? I do not think so! Do you have to write something like inept and incompetent? We enjoy coming here and feel very comfortable. McDonald's Hennef Hossenberg is always worth a visit. The food is always hot and the waitresses are usually friendly. The staff could be trained a little more and the speed of processing customers should be the same everywhere.

Zum wiederholten Male kaltes E ssen. Pommes sind fast immer kalt, wenn eine Cola Zero und zwei normale bestellt werden und niemand weiß welche die Zero ist, dann wurden die MC -nuggets nach gebracht und die Sauce vergessen, bis die nach gebracht wurden waren die Nuggets kalt. Also je nach Arbeits Schicht ist dieser MC -Donald nicht zu empfehlen!

Normalerweise sehr ordentlich, heute war viel los und daher Tische teilweise nicht abgeräumt und eine Abräumstation voll.

Normales Mc Donalds Essen mit wirklich gutem und schnellem Service. Sehr freundliche Mitabeiter! Schönes Ambiente, wenn auch die Sitzgelegenheiten etwas angenehmer und besser gepolstert sein könnten. Ist mit Sicherheit die Strategie, dass man nicht zu gemütliche Möbel nimmt, damit die Leute aufessen und wieder abhauen😉

Immer wieder gut, wird nur leider langsam zu teuer

Heute war es hier unter aller Sau . Sehr schmutzig . Wir wollten eigentlich vor Ort sitzen und essen . Haben uns dann wegen den dreckigem Umfeld entschieden im Auto zu essen . Die Toiletten auch verdreckt . Laut Plan angeblich 3 min vorher alles in Ordnung . Naja noch ein Macces den wir nicht mehr betreten werden 🤢

Sind ab und zu da. Bisher nettes Personal. Kommen gerne her zum McCafe. Update: In letzter Zeit das McDonald's wo beim Eis gegeizt wird: nur zur Hälfte ist der Becher voll. Käsekuchen ebenfalls gefühlt halbiert. Das ist bei anderen Filialen nicht der Fall. Daher Sternabzug.

Sehr dreckig der Laden. Erst auf Aufforderung wurden die versiften Tische gereinigt.

Auf jeden Fall mal eine bessere Filiale, die ich schon oft besucht habe und zb glücklich über krosse und nicht labrige Pommes bin. Den Big Tasty kann ich dort empfehlen, Personal ebenfalls sehr nett.

Drive-In ist IMMER superschnell und immer das was man bestellt. Und: Die Dame am Schalter ist wirklich supernett. Es hört sich vielleicht blöd an, aber da kriegt man automatisch bessere Laune. Danke dafür. Ansonsten alles wie erwartet.

Mein Grund für den Besuch war die Werbung über einen neuen Big-Mac. Den ersten Big-Mac habe ich vor fast 50 Jahren in Augsburg gegessen. Der neue Big-Mac ist zumindest nicht schlechter also der von vor fast 50 Jahren.

Also fast ist das hier ja nicht…
