⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'd like to particularly praise one employee at the McDonald's Drive-In: She's incredibly friendly every time, always has a smile on her face, and immediately puts you in a good mood. It's precisely because of her positive and customer-focused attitude that I've only been going to this McDonald's since then. Many people could learn a thing or two from her friendliness. This employee is a true ambassador for the company—in my opinion, she definitely deserves a raise!

First, the positives: Some of the employees have been there for a long time, they really put in a lot of effort, and they're always friendly. The food is almost always perfectly fine, and the wait isn't too long. Now for the negatives: The branch has seen much better days and looks very run-down and unkempt in many areas. Furthermore, many places (including the tables) are often dirty, which is very unappealing. Furthermore, the restrooms are often without soap, which is unacceptable! Overall, this is a branch that definitely needs to be renovated and, above all, better maintained.

For the fourth time in a row, the apple turnover was missing from the McDonald's drive-thru today. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home and unpacked it. I'm starting to think it was a mistake. It was always included on the bill and paid for, and today it wasn't there again. I've had enough. A credit note would be appropriate here. So, forget about the drive-thru in Hennef.

Bro, I just ordered a Happy Metal and some employee told me I pulled out a meter of receipt from the ordering machine. What terrible and unfriendly service. Don't eat here unless you want to pay for disrespect.

Top MC, friendly staff, food was quickly prepared, there was enough ketchup on my burger, which I don't know from other MCs, especially the fries were hot 😉

Ordered there twice. Received perfumed burgers twice. Inedible.

We probably picked a bad time (Friday evening), but we had to wait forever and unfortunately complain that four burgers were missing and two orders had been mixed up. Service was always attentive and friendly. I won't be coming back again simply because of the long wait times and the complaints.

I always looked forward to the fries when we were there. For me, they were the best. This time they were soggy and undercooked. And for that, 30 euros for two meals. The rest was good.

I was there for breakfast this morning, and I saw people in the kitchen handling the bacon without gloves, placing it on the bread, and then wiping their hands on their pants. Don't you have to wear gloves when preparing food anymore?

Cashier still didn't place an order after being informed. A 30-minute wait for 20 nuggets on the way home at night—what more could you ask for?

Every table was littered with trash, and no one seemed to have the energy to even begin cleaning. There wasn't a single clean seat, and considering the price/performance ratio, you could just as easily go to a restaurant and have a nice meal.

Everything is simply abysmally bad, fries half-raw, service poor, something's always missing. We now always drive from Hennef to St. Augustin. At least they know their job.

Every time we order online it gets worse. Apart from the fact that something is always missing and we have to call so that our food can be re-ordered, today was the icing on the cake. We ordered from Lieferando and after 1.5 hours we called McDonald's because the status had been changed to delivered but our order hadn't arrived. The employee then explained to us that the order had been received and that he didn't know why we hadn't received it. When our order finally arrived another half hour later, the delivery person explained that it was from Lieferando because it hadn't been transmitted. My partner then checked the order straight away and of course something was missing again and the food was cold and the fries soggy. Now after almost three hours I feel like I've been ripped off by the contradictory statements and my wrap is still missing. That was absolutely the last time we order from there. In future we will go to McDonald's in St. Augustin because we get our order complete and in good quality.

Unfortunately, everything is lukewarm to cold, and it's getting worse and worse there, but the price is getting higher and higher. Does Trumbibaby have a thing going for it? This was definitely the last time this year! I was in this branch again today, but definitely the last time. I've never experienced a McDonald's as dirty as this one. At 1 a.m. on a Friday night, full trays were stacked on tables, stools, and the carts were overflowing. The staff was completely overwhelmed with the number of customers. Sorry, but you'll never see me again.

Very bad restaurant! Where dealers are up to no good, you'll find skid marks in the Big Mac. Disgusting!!! Homeless people slept in the urinal, so I couldn't do my business. They did their business in the sink. The very thick "mayonnaise" clogged the hand dryer. A horribly smelly diarrhea trail from the last Mac Rib runs the entire length of the chute. The cleaning service only works part-time and is apparently underpaid. The employees look like they're from Frankfurt Central Station, their hair is as greasy as their colleagues from the sewage treatment plant. The vermin (the employees) have settled especially in the "kitchen" and do a poor job (they should pay attention in school)!!! The place needs a complete renovation as soon as possible. Perhaps the image can be improved (or worsened) with the support of the Coda marketing agency. Never again!!!

I ordered a strawberry shake and received a vanilla one from a grumpy server in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I realized it too late. I won't be back.

Unbelievable! Waited in the drive for 40 minutes and the service, which is really regrettable, doesn't even manage to complete the menu after 30 minutes. Instead of gas there was water in the cup.

Went there again today. Things were going really well there. You can really feel sorry for me. What you have to hear from the so-called customers. Sad. Disrespect on the part of the customers above all... Anyone who isn't blind should see that there weren't enough staff to pay for this. That you tried to please everyone. I take my hat off to you. Bad service again. We ordered beforehand and wanted to pick up our food. Since it was very busy we had to wait, which was OK. Unfortunately the glasses were missing. So I went back in. In retrospect, it was unfortunately only when we got home that we noticed that we had two wrong burgers and that all the fries were missing...unfortunately not the first time...

This McDonald's branch is recommended. The tables were cleaned regularly and also the floor. The employee responsible for the service was very friendly, courteous and quick. Booking via the app worked without any problems and the food arrived promptly. We were very surprised.

We come here often and are very satisfied

We have been here several times in the last few years, but this time it was not recommended. We waited a really long time for the food. Admittedly there was a lot going on too. Then the large portion of fries was only half full and my burger was so poorly topped that when I opened the package, the entire contents were already lying next to the burger bun.

Burger was cold and when I brought it back and said it was cold, the stroppy and annoyed question came. How is it cold? New burger came on a tablet with used paper and it was also the wrong burger. The cleaning of the tables, chairs and benches is not taken very seriously here.

Well, McDonald's is just McDonald's. What do you expect there?

The fries are always not cooked through and some are still cold. In 2 out of 3 dishes picked up, something was forgotten or mixed up.

Wir haben noch einmal probiert für die ganze Familie etwas online zu bestellen. Abholung vor Ort. Da beim letzten mal etwas fehlte, wollte ich vorsorglich an der Theke mal in die Tüten sehen. Es war viel los. Keiner hinter der Theke hat verstanden was ich wollte. Stattdessen böse Blicke weil ich störte. Und draußen war festzustellen, es fehlte wieder etwas. „Nur“ mein Salat. Willste Dich deshalb nochmal anstellen? Die asoziale Art, Essen zu verkaufen ….

Staff very unfriendly and very rude

So it can't be that the same McDonald's three times in a row when I order online and the order isn't ready three times when I'm there. I really ask myself why this service exists if it is not used properly in this McDonald's or cannot be used properly. So please, if you're reading this, do something because it can't be that you always come there and the food still isn't ready after half an hour

Absolutely disgusting store. I was ggn. 11:00 p.m. there. The entire staff went crazy and screamed wildly in the kitchen. From fecal language to joking insults to loud cries for help from the drive-in counter, it was all there. The store was dirty and the employees were visibly unkempt. I waited over 10 minutes for 2 burgers. I was neither greeted nor farewell. The burgers were dripping with sauce and difficult to eat because they fell apart. With prices that are almost at restaurant level, everything has to be right. Everyone knows that eating is dirt. Then at least the service and cleanliness should be good and the food should be almost as good. Nothing is wrong here.

Employees can have soles on their shoes while they run! 20 minutes for 2 mc menus and 1 happy meal! Nothing has changed! Cleanliness also leaves something to be desired! Hairnets are not even worn! Long hair fits nicely into the burger! I have to add something we tried again. Strangely enough, NOTHING has changed and something is ALWAYS missing from the order! On January 11th, 2025 I placed an order at Mc Donalds in Hennef using the app. This was confirmed at 7:37 p.m. and I was shown the pickup number. After waiting about 20 minutes in the restaurant, I asked an employee how long the order would take because I had been waiting for 20 minutes. -In these 20 minutes I was able to watch the drama in the output area. Some employees were running around haphazardly and it was absolute chaos. I saw a slightly larger bag on the edge in the serving area and a cup holder with three drinks and I thought to myself, this could be my order and it will be ready soon. - As already mentioned above, I spoke to an employee and asked: how long it would take. She just said my order is next. When I was told that my order number had been at the top of the display for 15 minutes, it was not received at all. Suddenly everything happened very quickly and one employee became very hectic. As already assumed, the bag that had been at the distribution stand for 15 minutes was packed and handed over to me with the three drinks. When asked whether the food was still warm, there was no response and the employee simply left and disappeared into the back area. Since we had an appointment and were already late, I gritted my teeth and left the restaurant. On the way we noticed that a Mc Chicken Classic and a Big Mac were missing and the remaining burgers and fries were cold. We used to go to Hennef regularly and happily because everything there was very satisfactory. But now there is no visit where something is missing or the products are cold. It's a shame that the quality and service are no longer as good as they were back then...

The burgers are very tasty and have enough sauce. However, the fries have never seen salt and are inedible, so you couldn't eat them.

There was nothing going on, I ordered a coffee and a Franzbrötchen and paid for it in advance. It took almost 20 minutes, even though there were at least three employees there, one was leisurely sorting pieces of cake, one was serving customers who came in after me, I was about to ask for my money back. Very annoying experience.

After receiving the order, I drove onto the highway in a hurry. First the fries, just lukewarm. Then the hamburgers, same result. Apple turnover was completely missing, ordered mayonaise once and received it 4 times. Staff HARDLY know the German language. Go back??? As already described, it was on the highway. What the fuck? You have to be a "friend" of McDonald's fast food. There is nothing to criticize about the quality and preparation. The form of the order on this control panel is good. So far eating and drinking is quite good and sometimes it doesn't taste like it does in other chain restaurants. Otherwise good.

The orders came out in no logical order. The service person was rude and snippy when asked for an extra bag.

11 a.m. noon. Waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru. Then get lukewarm burgers. While half the staff stands outside and smokes. Never again.

Such an unfriendly shop makes you go to the drive-in several times to pick up two orders just because you couldn't say anything at the drive-in counter, very rude and unfriendly!

The staff is very friendly and loves children, but here and there they forget to pack toys or pack food. It is also understandable that the staff is under time pressure, but it is better to take a second look.

I've been here many times over the years and in my opinion this McDonald's is an absolute no go. Even with the smallest order (2 burgers and 2 ice cream), things are forgotten, gifts for the child are not included in the Happy Meal or a Mc Flurry which now costs €3.75 contains just a tablespoon more ice cream than a Mc Sundae for now already €1.99. A quick snack on the way home is always tempting, but my personal goal is to no longer be a customer here. As a customer, check your orders and take a close look at what you get for your money!!! Today September 28th, 2024 McSunday approx. 1/3 cup for €1.99!!!
