Unfortunately I have to say that I was absolutely not satisfied, I complained about a medium fries because there were far too few, then the cashier said "I didn't make them but it's a normal size". I've been here several times before, and that was just a small portion, I know. That's probably it for me for the next few months.

It's been a long time since I ate something at Bürgerking for the first time and I swore I'd never do it again. Today I said to myself because I was hungry to eat at Bürgerking, I would rather not have broken my vow, it still tastes disgusting, a shame about the 11 euros

Only drive through the drive switch there. Never seen the inside but the staff at the counter or “second window” are always friendly and you get your food quickly! Shake machine hasn't broken once in the last two years. Card payment, payback is possible. You don't have to rate the quality of the burgers, you either like it or you don't 🥸

The taste is outstanding again! We visit the King every morning with our little one! What was heartbreaking, however, was that our Klener didn't get a crown after an endlessly long car ride! Child-friendliness is ignored here! Juice shop! Klene still hasn't recovered from that...now even his school grades are suffering. But as I & my girls like to say: fall down, get up, straighten your crown, move on. None of that helps! But it probably won't be the Burgerking crown...😞😠😞😞Poor Klene

Bright, clean and the staff is friendly. Whopper menu, fries and chicken nuggets were hot. Unfortunately the Whopper is only warm. My companion had the Whopper menu as a plan. She was happy with everything. Visited on a Monday at 12.15pm

My burger was oversalted and too dry, so the person who prepared it was probably in love or crazy. The staff was very friendly

Ordered a coupon of 2 crispy chicken for the price of one and got 1 nugget burger and it was hard to believe the other was actually a crispy chicken, I also ordered 1 teriaki burger that wasn't there at all and 9 chili cheese nuggets which luckily were in there, sad that one With such a small order you can't trust the skills of these people. Plus there was hardly anything going on.. just cheeky!!

Open until 1:00 a.m. was there at 12:27 a.m. Doors closed, could not be entered. For the competition with the big M, just come in at 12:30 a.m., very friendly there. Not here anymore.

Cozy Burger King, very tasty food, the restaurant is in good, clean condition, there are toilets and at some tables you can charge your devices such as your cell phone. You can order at the electronic terminals, among other places. Drive-in is available. As well as an outdoor area with play facilities for children.

Danger! Meat in Plant Based Packaging!!! I ordered 2 plant based cheeseburgers and noticed that they were meat (you can now see it on the flower patty, among other things). Staff are sometimes overwhelmed with orders. Questions orders multiple times. The food is fresh and still warm. The store has been newly renovated. Therefore it is often overcrowded and the lighting is more reminiscent of a hospital as the place is so bright.

The plant based Whopper was undercooked and tasted terrible. Service was slow and there was no atmosphere.

Just a typical Burger King. Restaurant clean and tidy, food and drinks freshly prepared and tasty, service mostly friendly.

The food and ambience are typical Burger King. Whether drive-thru or directly in the restaurant, service is quick and smooth. Nowadays I'd rather go to Burger King than MC D......! In the end it's all a matter of taste.

Extremely long waiting times... and a normal burger wrapped in plant-based paper. Unfortunately, this is also stupid, as Burgerking issues these products with a different breading... More burgers for me, but unfortunately also 2 fewer customers.

The new whore's daughter with her blue hair was very unfriendly and made me wait 15 minutes until I could order.

Just terrible. I'm definitely not going there anymore. Incompetent staff, entered everything incorrectly, if I hadn't been careful we would have had something completely different to eat. A mess there, people call to pick up the order without a number. Many people don't even notice it, then they look for the customers who ordered it. Modernization is long overdue!

Now they have installed the stupid machines at Burger King. For a whopper junior it will take you at least 6 minutes to finish the ordering process. No, that's not for me.

Employees are really unfriendly. Food is forgotten, then the ladies at the checkout make funny faces. If you ask them about it, I can't recommend it. I think they're overwhelmed.

The food was great, everything was hot, the fries were great, but I think they are the best fries at McDonald's and at Burger King the thin ones but they have to be hot otherwise they don't taste as good as everything else, I still remember going to the toilet and it was clean just like the women (friend), I've never seen a cleaning lady in the toilets before and that's how it always looks

We very very very very very rarely go to Burger King. Maximum once a year Burger King and Co don't really belong to nutritional diversity. We still belong to the old school leg bones... everything fresh on the table. Was okay. Until next year!!

Kann man hingehen für den schnellen Hunger. Preise steigen derzeit Dez. 23 rasant an sodass man für einen einfachen Cheeseburger mittlerweile schon 2.49 € zahlen muss. Auf dem Gelände liegt viel Müll herum.

Ich war sehr zeitig vor Ort 12:05Uhr daher war noch nicht viel Betrieb. Ich hatte einen King des Monats. Der freundliche Mitarbeiter fragte alles ab: mit Majo/Ketchup mit Eiswürfel oder ohne, etc. echt TOP! Es war sehr ruhig im Restaurant was ich sehr genossen habe. Coupon wurde benutzt. Die Toiletten sind auch ok. Empfehlung. Komme gerne wieder.

Leider keine Bestellautomaten und der private Besuch der Mitarbeiterin stört ein wenig an der Kasse. Essen Standard.

Das Personal ist super nett und die Burger waren ganz gut 👍

Chaos hinterm Tresen, deshalb standen durchgehend 5-10 Personen davor und warteten auf ihr Essen. Die Servietten Boxen waren leer, trotzdem bekam erstmal niemand eine Serviette auf's Tablet, jeder musste nachfragen. Hinter unserem Platz war eine riesen Pfütze, hat keinen interessiert.

Service ist sehr bemüht und war freundlich. Der Trainee hatte ein kleines Problem mit der Bestellung aber die Kollegen konnten freundlich helfend unterstützen. Und Gott sei Dank keine Bestellterminals.

Beste Burger in der Stadt! Mir persönlich schmecken sie besser als die von der Konkurrenz gegenüber. Die Preise sind.. naja.. Aber mit den Coupons aus der App kann man immerhin einiges sparen. Es lohnt sich, dort kurz vorher mal rein zu schauen 😉

Möbel abgerockt und dreckig. Burger schmecken immer mehr nach Pappe. Es wird Uch immer weniger Soße drauf geben. Aber die Preise werden immer höher. Hier wird man immer mehr abgezockt. Traurig.

Waren kurz zum Snack dort. Leider hat es ewig gedauert. Es war nix los. Naja geschmeckt hat es dennoch und Personal war freundlich.

Burger King ist mittlerweile wirklich besser als McDonalds. Von den Pommes bis zu den Burgern schmeckt alles besser.

Was soll man schon von einem Restaurant der großen Ketten sagen: Es gehört ja zum Konzept, dass es in allen Restaurants der Ketten gleich schmeckt. Ich esse zwar gerne auch in Restaurants gehobener Küche, gebe aber zu, dass es manchmal auch mal die gute alte Curry Wurst oder eben ein Hamburger (Whopper) sein muss. Und von den großen Burgerbratern ist Burger King mein Favorit....

Pommes besser als bei MC Donalds gegenüber. Von den Burgern könnten die Brötchen besser Getoastet sein.
