It was my first time there. It was clean, quickly helpful, and the staff was bigger than at McDonald's, so there was no customer fraud.

First of all, it's very clean... Still, it's okay. The service was terrible; I don't think I've ever been served so rudely. The food was okay, just like Burger King.

A good Burger King with Drive In!!. The interior is clean and tidy. There is also comfortable seating.

The cheeseburger tastes very good. The Big King is more like a Big Little. But what's a shame is that there haven't been any figures for weeks, but the banner is still hanging!

Yes, apart from the staff. I paid and waited for my goods in the car when the girl came out and said I hadn't paid. I waited ages until it was sorted out. Never again in Lintfort.

Waiting 35 minutes for an ice cream and a milkshake, wow, you guys are awesome! Instead, one of their employees goes out and hands out receipts to friends so they can get free food and drinks! The last place I'll ever visit again! I'd rather go there next time.

A younger employee is currently (July 25, 2025, 6:05 PM) intentionally making a very loud, rattling noise as the service vehicles are leaving. I briefly shake my head and he responds with the following: "Do you have a problem? It's not my fault that the damn vehicle is stuck there." Besides, I could eat at home if it were too loud for me here. Absolutely damaging to business. I've never experienced anything like this with the competition.

It was already closed shortly after midnight... too bad. Thankfully, McDonald's sticks to the posted hours.

Complete incompetents. Miserably long wait times. While I could have already enjoyed my meal, I had to wait 12 minutes for my friend's food. That's unacceptable! I'm used to bad service at BK, but this tops everything.

It was my first time there, and the last time I'll be there will be the very last time. The food is microwaved, and by the time you put it in your mouth, it's already cold. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. The staff there are very rude, and every dish is missing something. The place is awful, what I experienced there.

The one in the picture should be my “mozzarella” on the burger. Meat hard and barely cooked through. Drinking it tastes like they mixed 50/50 with water. The fries tasted like a math book. I find it super rude. Ice cubes were also missing and providing straws was apparently too much to ask. This is my first time in this area and, as I said, I just find it totally outrageous that a shop like this is still allowed to be open

Unfortunately something went wrong with the order, the restaurant manager Mr. Ismaili immediately took care of it himself and everything was back in order and to our complete satisfaction. Burger King is just Burger King... but here in Kamp-Lintfort, in contrast to some other shops, it is always clean and quite tidy. However, after the renovation, the store looks a bit like a waiting hall, which is unfortunately why it is noisy.

Employees can't even place two orders for two cars... you have to remember a lot... From the counter to the car... the young lady couldn't even manage that... and then also say that she couldn't do anything about it... if you have to hold two things, that's true, it can happen... but if you've been waiting for a long time, that's not the case very positive for the company... well for me as a long-time customer the conclusion is, I won't be going there anymore... unfortunately I can't recommend it anymore...

Of all the places I've been, this one is nice and good, the people can speak English as well, and the hamburger was really tasty. Totally recommended 🙏 Go for it, dude, it tastes delicious and you won't get any surprises. Plus, even though you don't know what to expect, it's much better than other chains. ✌️

Just in the drive in for 40 euros 3 coupons. Tried to check upon receipt. All the sauces and etc. I simply forgot, some of the food was cold... And some of it was ice cold, the bk xxl for example... it was just a disgrace, understaffed and overwhelmed, I won't be going there anymore

Friendliness is an absolute foreign word, especially among older employees. This was the last visit here, definitely.

I hold this restaurant dear in my heart because that's where I got my first real lunch after moving to Germany, at the recommendation of my fiancé. Burger King in Germany feels so different from BK in France, in good and bad Good : - More chill, less crowded in general - The promotion meals. If you go to BK for a normal order, it feels like missing the German BK experience, the value is insane ! - Veggie nuggets. That blew my mind. Those in Ka-Li are amazing compared to the other BKs of Germany I tried ! Bad : - The choices are a lot lesser. They got all the classics but the menu never has the Wow! factor of novelty - Veggie promotions. This feels tiring to always take the same menu because they never really change the options when being vegetarian. Anyway, really nice staff, they even help you recount in case they may have missed something. We had a system bug once where our order got canceled partway, they pulled everything they could to give us the right order plus a compensation. Love this place and I will return. You should go there too !

It's not what it used to be anymore. Order via touchscreen. Almost zero service. The burgers are getting smaller and more expensive. No longer acceptable for me, price performance is now inadequate.

Modern Burger King with plenty of adjacent parking spaces. We were there at midnight and ordered and paid ourselves at the new counters. Food came quite quickly and the burger hadn't been there for long. The facility has been modernized and is clean. This is how I imagine a Burger King! The man of honor likes it.

Only drive through the drive switch there. Never seen the inside but the staff at the counter or “second window” are always friendly and you get your food quickly! Shake machine hasn't broken once in the last two years. Card payment, payback is possible. You don't have to rate the quality of the burgers, you either like it or you don't 🥸

The taste is outstanding again! We visit the King every morning with our little one! What was heartbreaking, however, was that our Klener didn't get a crown after an endlessly long car ride! Child-friendliness is ignored here! Juice shop! Klene still hasn't recovered from that...now even his school grades are suffering. But as I & my girls like to say: fall down, get up, straighten your crown, move on. None of that helps! But it probably won't be the Burgerking crown...😞😠😞😞Poor Klene

Bright, clean and the staff is friendly. Whopper menu, fries and chicken nuggets were hot. Unfortunately the Whopper is only warm. My companion had the Whopper menu as a plan. She was happy with everything. Visited on a Monday at 12.15pm

Ordered a coupon of 2 crispy chicken for the price of one and got 1 nugget burger and it was hard to believe the other was actually a crispy chicken, I also ordered 1 teriaki burger that wasn't there at all and 9 chili cheese nuggets which luckily were in there, sad that one With such a small order you can't trust the skills of these people. Plus there was hardly anything going on.. just cheeky!!

Cozy Burger King, very tasty food, the restaurant is in good, clean condition, there are toilets and at some tables you can charge your devices such as your cell phone. You can order at the electronic terminals, among other places. Drive-in is available. As well as an outdoor area with play facilities for children.

Danger! Meat in Plant Based Packaging!!! I ordered 2 plant based cheeseburgers and noticed that they were meat (you can now see it on the flower patty, among other things). The plant based Whopper was undercooked and tasted terrible. Service was slow and there was no atmosphere.

Staff are sometimes overwhelmed with orders. Questions orders multiple times. The food is fresh and still warm. The store has been newly renovated. Therefore it is often overcrowded and the lighting is more reminiscent of a hospital as the place is so bright.

Just terrible. I'm definitely not going there anymore. Incompetent staff, entered everything incorrectly, if I hadn't been careful we would have had something completely different to eat. Now they have installed the stupid machines at Burger King. For a whopper junior it will take you at least 6 minutes to finish the ordering process. No, that's not for me.

The food was great, everything was hot, the fries were great, but I think they are the best fries at McDonald's and at Burger King the thin ones but they have to be hot otherwise they don't taste as good as everything else, I still remember going to the toilet and it was clean just like the women (friend), I've never seen a cleaning lady in the toilets before and that's how it always looks

Kann man hingehen für den schnellen Hunger. Preise steigen derzeit Dez. 23 rasant an sodass man für einen einfachen Cheeseburger mittlerweile schon 2.49 € zahlen muss. Auf dem Gelände liegt viel Müll herum.

Ich war sehr zeitig vor Ort 12:05Uhr daher war noch nicht viel Betrieb. Ich hatte einen King des Monats. Der freundliche Mitarbeiter fragte alles ab: mit Majo/Ketchup mit Eiswürfel oder ohne, etc. echt TOP! Es war sehr ruhig im Restaurant was ich sehr genossen habe. Coupon wurde benutzt. Die Toiletten sind auch ok. Empfehlung. Komme gerne wieder.

Leider keine Bestellautomaten und der private Besuch der Mitarbeiterin stört ein wenig an der Kasse. Essen Standard.

Chaos hinterm Tresen, deshalb standen durchgehend 5-10 Personen davor und warteten auf ihr Essen. Die Servietten Boxen waren leer, trotzdem bekam erstmal niemand eine Serviette auf's Tablet, jeder musste nachfragen. Hinter unserem Platz war eine riesen Pfütze, hat keinen interessiert.

Service ist sehr bemüht und war freundlich. Der Trainee hatte ein kleines Problem mit der Bestellung aber die Kollegen konnten freundlich helfend unterstützen. Und Gott sei Dank keine Bestellterminals.
