12 noon, 6 employees in the store. There were already 4 customers eating. So no orders in progress. The burger was lukewarm, no table service despite my request, and my colleague's second order was ready after I'd finished three burgers and fries. So he watched me eat first, then I watched him. Very unfortunate.

I was there this evening, and the nice/pretty shift manager is always very positive and friendly to guests and her employees. MC is incredibly lucky to have such a staff member 😊 I come to you more often because of her 🫣

Since this review wasn't uploaded 10 months ago, here's an update today! I had a hair in my fries, my burger was black, the large fries were only half full, and the Fanta was like water. You politely ask for fresh, hot fries and get cold, soggy ones instead! It's a real disgrace how reviews are blocked. I'd rather not give it a star right now! We've actually been here several times and enjoyed it until the beginning of the year. Everything was always fresh and hot and, above all, right!! The staff were friendly. For months, the food has been either cold, soggy, sticky, or just wrong! That's why we ask for fresh food every time we visit, which we pay for. But the order is rarely packed properly! Parts of the order are constantly missing, or you get a completely different one. You still pay the full price! At the drive-thru, everything is only temporary. Everything's fast, fast, but sometimes you end up waiting in the parking lot for 15-20 minutes for your food. No sign of FAST FOOD! Of course, they don't measure time anymore. So it's no wonder that so many things are wrong! If you check your food at the counter so you can just get what you paid for, you get strange looks or are told snippily that everything is correct. Well, I took the food home today and trusted it!! The truth is: so many things were wrong again! Paid for nothing again!! A lot of things really need to change there! When you eat in a restaurant, strangely enough, everything works! The food is hot and everything is OK! Probably because the complaint would come immediately!

I really liked everything! The food was prepared quickly, the hall was very clean, there were inflatable balls for children and a projector for games. Everything is great, I recommend it! I would like to separately mention the girl who monitors the cleanliness of the hall. She was nice and friendly, she was constantly cleaning something.

This is what Germans leave around McDonald's. On the roads. Germans have always been filthy, but why don't they leave this trash outside their own houses, apartments, or apartment buildings?

I finish work late and sometimes arrive only 10 minutes before the store closes, but everyone is always friendly and courteous, never a single rude comment or anything like that. Thank you very much for that.

Exceptional effort – a big thank you to the store manager On Sunday, we ended up at McDonald's quite by chance, wanting a quick cappuccino on the go. What happened next was anything but ordinary and left a lasting impression on us. Outside, my wife spotted a bird that had apparently flown into a pane of glass. It was still alive – and upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a kestrel. The store manager immediately came over, bringing a towel and gloves to gently help the animal. While we carefully picked up the injured falcon from the ground, he called the fire department and police to organize competent assistance. He worked tirelessly to find the right place to help – eventually, he received the number of an animal rescue center specializing in birds of prey. But that wasn't enough: At one point, he even brought a spray bottle of water so we could give the weakened bird some fluids. For safe transport, he constructed a makeshift transport box out of a cardboard box with air holes and a small birdbath. Shortly afterward, he informed us that a lady from the animal rescue service in Krefeld was already on her way. What the film has achieved here goes far beyond what one could expect. With great compassion, dedication, and energy, he helped give an injured animal a real chance of survival. We are deeply impressed and would like to express our sincere thanks. Such behavior is anything but commonplace these days – and deserves the highest recognition!

I spent 45 minutes at the drive-through here. This has nothing to do with fast food.

One of the worst management I ever seen here in this McDonald. Order in dining food, waiting about 20 minutes and didn’t get the food. When I went to the desk I saw my food they have prepared but didn’t bring to the table. They handed over food and it was completely cold. When I asked them that food cold is, manager told to wait another 20 minutes to wait to get hot food! Very disappointed, never again.

Today I waited 35 minutes at McDonald's Drive-Thru for three cheeseburgers and two fries. And the fries weren't even cooked through.

We had to wait about 20 minutes for three drinks and a takeaway burger, even though it was barely busy. The staff seemed unprofessional and uncoordinated. Everything seemed very chaotic. The Samurai Burger was dry and the patty was tough. The cherry blossom drinks were quite tasty. The woman at the counter apologized for making us wait so long, but I won't be getting anything from this McDonald's again.

On June 21st, at around 2:15 p.m., I was eating at McDonald's in Kamp-Lintfort. As I sat down at my table, I noticed that a small fire suddenly broke out in an area of ​​the kitchen. I'm not sure what function this area served, but the French fry station was right next to it. I could see with my own eyes how an employee extinguished the fire with a small fire extinguisher. The smoke or extinguishing agent from the extinguisher was clearly visible spreading into the area of ​​the French fry station. About 1-2 minutes later, another employee retrieved French fries from that exact area—that is, from the container affected by the smoke or extinguishing agent—and brought them to me as part of my order. I also observed that other customers continued to receive fries from the same container. If McDonald's wanted to investigate the situation, they would likely be able to do so by reviewing the surveillance cameras in the kitchen. I'm attaching a photo of my seat (with a direct view of the affected kitchen corner) and my order from that day. The small fire broke out in the black kitchen inside, and the yellow kitchen next door is where the French fries are stored. I saw this very clearly and therefore wanted to share it with everyone. I want the staff to take care of the food and the health of the guests.

We've been to this McDonald's several times, but today was really something special. After a night out on the town, we decided to treat ourselves to a midnight snack. To be honest, we didn't have great expectations. But Mr. Yilmaz surprised us, and the other guests, with exceptionally friendly and attentive service. He informed us that the fries were being freshly prepared and invited us to take a seat. Shortly afterwards, he personally brought them to our table. We sincerely hope that Mr. Yilmaz, and especially his supervisor, read this message and recognize what a highly motivated and dedicated employee they have in him.

I was in the drive in with my daughter. The fries were wobbly and almost without salt. The nuggets were wobbly. Not a single one was crispy and/or hot. The dishes are becoming more and more, like at Mc Donalds in Duisburg.

Yesterday I was able to take home the best order I've had in ages. The burgers were more than warm (even at home as if they had just been grilled), the fries were fresh and still crispy, the drink with enough ice (that's how I always have the most carbonation). It was quick and everything was right, including the sauces! Anytime again, keep it up 👏🏼

Ordered everything at the Drive Inn, before I left the facility, I parked and noticed the extra cheeseburger was missing. I went back and then got him. First it takes forever until I can redeem several coupons from the app at the ordering terminal (probably a general problem rather than the restaurant's), then I wait more than 20 minutes for the take-away order (while at least 2 others... ordered their food after me, got their food beforehand) and to make matters worse, half of it was missing (the Happy Meal with the toy and a chicken burger!), which only became noticeable when I got home because I quickly got home due to the long ordering and waiting time wanted. Then something is usually missing. If you eat there, it's quicker. Unfortunately, the fries are often not full and cold. There is usually hardly any sauce on the MC Grip. That's why we now avoid MC Donalds in Kamp-Lintfort, which is a shame.
