Food was ok, atmosphere overall needs improvement

I think the store is ok, I go there 4-5 times a year but I'm always satisfied.

Rather small interior area but larger play areas for children. The food was so hot that the nuggets would literally burn your mouth, so they were freshly prepared. Staff was very quick and friendly.

It was scary when I siffed because the floor, the corners, everything was dirty, it was stuck to the floor and everything on the table was dirty

I just had a coffee here. The first impression here is that it is dark. The reception of my order was friendly and the coffee was delivered quickly. Instructions for the staff were called into the room from the background. The toilets were unclean. Maybe it's on the ground, I can't say? I won't be going back here any time soon. I can't comment on the food.

Not always fresh Today, July 29, 24, I got two Big Mac's with fries shortly after 11:00 a.m. Rotten meat, stale salad, warmed fries. The burgers were put together very carelessly. A dollop of sauce in the middle, the rest dry on all toppings. After a while I started having severe stomach pains. Black crumbs on the bun. That was really disgusting. I actually looked for animals, it was so disgusting. I will never enter this store again and can only advise everyone to use it with caution. The service at the counter was simply incredibly bad.

Another test restaurant. The price for the hot apple turnover is above the standard €1.99, at €2.26. The fries are fresh and hot. The same applies to the cheeseburgers. In summer the Cola is served with pieces of ice. A smart menu and a hot apple turnover were ordered. The staff is polite. The furnishings are simple. The disabled parking space is located near the entrance.

Long waiting time in the evening. (20 minutes). The order number is simply pushed away (determines statistics). Shake was forgotten topping. The food was no longer fresh. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Iced tea tasted like water. Then I would rather recommend BürgerKing.

The entrance to McDrive is a bit narrow, but otherwise everything is fine. Food is typical McDonald's and delicious if you like it. The employees are friendly and accommodating. 😊

Bad hiwr The last store, never again.... Employees 0 plan absolutely overwhelmed...... After 10 minutes they asked for my money back, employees absolutely disoriented....... Better to avoid..... Who will replace it for me Fuel, from Moers lunch break to Kamp lintfort... For free, no food..... But in a really bad mood.... Then it's better to complete the shop 🙄 For me it was an absolute catastrophe, I waited in McDrive for 20 minutes even though there was only one car in front of me, after checking a lot to see that a citizen was missing, then I drove off and checked again and there were also no fries, my God, what a juice shop the staff were overwhelmed and unfriendly...

Unfortunately my food was only lukewarm. I had cheeseburger with fries and ate it more or less cold. If I had stayed in the restaurant I would have complained about the food. I was also a bit irritated by the fact that several employees in sales and during preparation wore face masks, but they only dangled from their chins. I don't understand the purpose.

This is one of the best McDonald's I have ever visited. The food is fresh and very tasty. The employees do their best to ensure that the food is served quickly. Everyone is friendly and helpful to give the guest the best experience. You can taste that the food is prepared with love. I can fully recommend this restaurant. 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍

Chili cheese meat tasted strange. Totally soft and slippery. I hope I survive the evening. This is the last one

Staff seemed extremely overwhelmed. Big tasty bacon without bacon but almost like a salad bowl in which everything was simply thrown together in the burger box. No sauces that you paid extra for. Quality leaves a lot to be desired, it was probably my last order there, because you don't feel like running after everything forever and you don't see some things straight away, like the missing bacon

Worst drive from any McDonald's on earth

Macces like everywhere else. McDrive not so well placed.

Food was very old and chewy. Tasted like it had been there for hours and just warmed up. This mainly applies to chicken nuggets, but also to burgers. Fries were fresh. Only ate because I already paid for it. Not recommended. Would rather drive to another McDonald's.

My experience at McDonald's was average. The order was taken and served quickly, but the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The burgers didn't seem particularly fresh and the fries were unfortunately soggy and lukewarm. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also only mediocre. The tables weren't particularly clean and there was trash on the floor. It seemed like the staff didn't have enough time to thoroughly clean the area. The staff was polite but not particularly attentive. There was a lack of a certain level of friendliness and customer focus. Overall, my visit to McDonald's was disappointing. There is certainly room for improvement, particularly in terms of the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Typical fast food restaurant from the popular chain...The burgers were okay...unfortunately the fries weren't particularly hot and the cold drink didn't quite match the usual taste...

Absolute disgrace...no service, no one is friendly. Orders arrive incorrectly or not at all. No one in this store wants to do their job.

The store has gone absolutely bad. You either get wrong orders or not everything you ordered. Food is served cold or is partially reheated. Became an absolute disaster.

Update April 26, 2024. Food is only lukewarm and poorly prepared. Unfortunately there is often a long waiting time in the drive, which is due to the implementation and not the rush of customers. Then something is usually missing. If you eat there, it'll be quicker. Unfortunately the fries are often not full and cold. There is usually hardly any sauce on the MC Grip. That's why we now avoid MC Donalds in Kamp-Lintfort, which is a shame.

Unfortunately not a nice experience today. A number of items from the order did not arrive at the table and had to be fetched from the front. I ordered a royal ts yesterday and have had severe stomach pain for 2 days and spent the whole day on the toilet and threw up several times. I think I had a bad burger peti. I'll never eat there again!!!!

Very long waiting time, total confusion, the order was packed by three employees, and at home we see that 2 citizens are missing

First I had to wait 2-3 minutes at the order counter (drive-in), even though the place was empty and there were no cars in front of me (not even at the counter). Order placed, waited another 20 minutes in total. Got fries instead of curly fries. The fries were ice cold. Big Tasty Bacon Cold. The nuggets were cold, sticky and tasted like they were from the day before. Fish Mac was hot. But that was it. I often have problems like this, especially in Ka-Li. Actually, something called system catering should be able to coordinate processes. It should also be possible to give out food that is reasonably fresh and not something that makes you feel disgusted at the first bite. Unfortunately not uncommon in Ka-Li. What a pity.

2 cars in front of us' incredibly long wait. Lots of employees, very uncontrolled. 20 minutes in total. 3 cm napkins for this. That doesn't have to be the case

The last few times it's been an absolute failure. Wrong orders are typed in that supposedly can't be changed, the food is sticky (seems to have been there for a long time) and apart from the fact that our child had the wrong drink (we had ordered something else and it was Simply typed Caprisonne), the employee wasn't even able to put the desired toy in the box.... We don't know of any other McDonald's branches. In the future, we'll prefer to drive a little further to the next branch

Absolutely disproportionate waiting times. 2 cars in the Mc drive in front of me. Waited 15 minutes and another 7 minutes to get my food. I haven't been able to place an order twice due to network problems. Definitely not a suitable branch if you need to go quickly during your lunch break or something.

There is no milkshake - machine broken, waiting time over 20 minutes. Friendliness of the staff could be improved

As a standard, you tend to wait 15-20 minutes for your food. Fast food is being redefined here.

The meal takes a very long time. Almost 25 minutes from ordering to delivery. It's quicker in other McDonald's.

Die Wartezeiten beim Mac Drive sind wirklich unerträglich lang. Ich bin wirklich an ein geduldiger Mensch, doch 20 Minuten am Mac Drive zu stehen und auf seine Bestellung zu warten, ist wirklich unterirdisch! Leider ist sehr häufig das Essen gerade mal lauwarm. Ich bestelle grundsätzlich mit der App von McDonald's in der Hoffnung, dass alles tatsächlich kurzfristig zubereitet wird. Ich werde das Gefühl nicht los, dass bei meiner Onlinebestellung das Essen sofort zubereitet wird, so dass es natürlich nicht mehr heißen kann, wenn ich bei McDonald's angekommen bin.

Stehe seit 40 Minuten auf dem Parkplatz und warte auf mein Essen.

Ist umgebaut worden. In den ersten Wochen lief es nicht so gut wenn ich da war. Lange Schlangen an der Kasse und lange Wartezeiten bis das Essen kam. Jetzt läuft es aber prima. Das Ambiente ist modern aber der Lärmpegel ist auch gestiegen. Viel neues Personal, was nicht immer alles versteht.

Es werden sehr häufig Teile der Bestellung vergessen UPDATE hier könnte inzwischen ein Preis dafür gewonnen werden

Kontrollieren Sie unbedingt Ihre Bestellung, es wird sehr häufig falsch gepackt.

Lange Wartezeiten, kaltes Essen, bei MC Drive Bestellungen fehlte ab und zu etwas. Die gepackten Tüten sollte man auf jeden Fall kontrollieren. Es gibt definitiv bessere Filialen.

Heute seit langem mal wieder im Restaurant gegessen....positiv überrascht....besonders hervorzuheben ist die superfreundliche junge 🇧🇦 Mitarbeiterin die mich und meine Kinder heute bedient hat, hat schon allein 5 Sterne 🌟 verdient.

Das Personal ist super freundlich, das Essen ist wenn man vor Ort ist immer top.

Kaffee war gut und alles andere war auch OK.

Essen ist immer heiß und vor allem auch immer alles in der Tüte bei Abholung. Sonderwünsche werden immer korrekt ausgeführt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Hier kosten die Burger deutlich mehr als in anderen Fialen. Die Mitarbeiter reden nur drum rum wenn man sie darauf anspricht.

Haben über 35 Minuten auf 2 Cheeseburger, ne 20er Nuggets und ne Cola gewartet. Tische dreckig, Boden dreckig, Toiletten dreckig, Personal sprach sehr schlecht deutsch. Bestellung war natürlich auch falsch sowie unvollständig. Brauch ich nicht nochmal

Leider gehört das Kamp-Lintforter Haus nicht zu den besseren Filialen. Die Angestellten sind sehr oft frech (in ihrer Muttersprache).

MC Drive Leider nicht alles was bestellt würde auch wirklich bekommen aber trotzdem bezahlt. Das muss nicht sein. Pommes kalt und nicht wirklich lecker.

WC in einem schlechten Zustand, bitte sofort nachbessern. Ich werde das die Tage kontrollieren.

Chaos hinter der persönlichen Bestellannahme. Bestellungen dauerten einfach viel zu lang. 20min für Nuggets, Pommes und 2 Getränke? Einzig ein Mitarbeiter stach positiv heraus. Während wir auf unser Essen warteten hat er andere Kunde sehr gut beraten. Inclusive günstigere Preise durch nutzen der Gutscheinaktion. Ich erwähne es weil ich sowas engagiertes selten erlebt habe. Der Kunde hat sich auch erstaunt bedankt und der Mitarbeiter erklärte das er wohl bei seinem ehemaligen Job im Vertrieb gearbeitet hat. Netter Typ, weiter so. Er rettet so manchen Kollegen den Job

Sauberer McDonalds mit netten Service. Leider beim Frühstück keine richtigen vegetarischen Varianten. Den McMuffin Bacon & Egg kann man aber auch ohne Bacon bestellen. Schmeckt tatsächlich auch sehr gut.

Essen dauert immer sehr lange. Der Rest passt.
