I was at the drive-thru today, March 21, 2025, at 8:15 PM, and ordered churros. I've never seen such nice employees (the younger, red-haired Heer and the older Heer). There simply needs to be more people like that, and they deserve praise for waking up every day in a good mood.

Pretty good Burger King. However, when driving in, it sometimes feels like it takes eons to get your food, even if there isn't too much going on. However, this depends on the day. Otherwise pretty neat.

I am now rating solely based on the milkshake. For some time now there has only been a pure milkshake. Strawberry was ordered and there was nothing of strawberry in it. Since this happened 4 or 5 times, you can keep the scrap.

Just junk. After you leave 70 euros for a meal, half of the order is dropped. If you make a complaint you will be exposed and humiliated if it is true. It's better to eat at home and save money.

The food is like any other Burger King, you either like it or you don't. But the service is terrible, I've often had to wait 30 minutes or longer, the same applies to the drive-in.

I had to wait around 35 minutes for my order (1 burger + 1 fries). What's more, it tasted terrible.

The store looks like shit, 40 minutes wait for the lukewarm order. It's time for Uncle Günther to come by again!

Classic Burger King, so far unspectacular. The food is ok and is Burger King average. Thanks to the ordering terminals, ordering is really timely and pleasant. Ordering via app would be the well-known icing on the cake.

Everything was great, one of the employees was even nice enough to give me a reusable cup after I forgot to order it when I ordered. Of course I brought it back and didn't ask for a deposit back, but I thought that was extremely accommodating!

Had a larger order. Unfortunately, the employee at the drive-in forgot to pack a long chicken, even though the waiting time was unusually long. Too bad!

After refurbishment and introducing new touchscreen terminals simply ordering your food has become much worse. Some mysterious fees are added at the end (which the manager paid back in cash from her own pocket after asking what it's for), displaying products which are not available (it only tells you after you have made all selections and it should be added to the basket) and orders randomly being cancelled by the screen system. Last time we were there we gave up after three attempts to order and went somewhere else. Shame, used to be a nice place to end the day out.

Half of the order is missing again, I don't know whether the staff had a few brain cells too few or whether it was more of a craving attack.

Good...for quick food that makes you hungry again after 2 hours, okay🫢...I only gave service 3 stars because the new numbering method makes it a little inconvenient. You look for a seat and then have to get up again for your number. Similar to the Verbandsgemeinde😅...but ok so far. Nice employees, quick process. However, I think the quality of the burgers has changed. Less sauce and lean toppings compared to before... I don't know whether that was just the case here or whether that's how it's generally done now

Ordered reusable cups for the second time and initially received disposable ones. After being informed, they exchanged the disposable cups and disposed of them without asking, instead of simply paying out the deposit when the cups were already wasted anyway. When we returned it we asked about missing lids, which were not given to us. Reluctantly then paid out €2 per cup and asked me if I needed a receipt. ??? Um yeah. Employees' communication skills are also rather low. One burger was missing cheese, which was then put on without comment. And nothing was warm or tasty...

Unfortunately an unfriendly staff. We actually wanted to order at the machine, but we always got an error message. When we explained to the employee what we wanted, we were told in a very unfriendly manner that we needed a code or a menu. There was no motivation to explain it to us. Not again.

Really incredibly slow and has nothing to do with fast food. Last time we had to wait a good half hour for 3 simple things. This should urgently be optimized! Nice atmosphere, small but nice and the service was friendly, enough space to sit. At the entrance you could order, you could type what you wanted to eat and you would pay and you would get a number. You had to wait a little until the food was ready but fast, everything is clean and the toilet is also available. Parking spaces are available, we'll go there again. Comparatively a very good Burgerking store. The employees have always been nice and I never had to wait too long for my food. Toilets are kept clean and the dining area also makes a clean impression. I always like to come when I get hungry on the way through.

Hello, food was okay, unfortunately I had to wait 20-25 minutes for my food, which was to take away and was given out on a tray to eat on site...

After I had to discuss a menu with the employee, we got two burgers where the salad tasted very rancid and my wife had to throw up an hour or two later. I don't see the point of eating there anymore. (Although I always enjoy eating at Burger King, it is by far the worst place).

The same price as the other fast food giants - just too expensive. For similar money you can have a good meal in a classic restaurant. It often seems like the food there depends on the weather, as one day you'll get quick and careful service and checkout, but another day everything is super sluggish and slow. The food then tastes accordingly. But that's probably normal for fast food. In the end, you still get a lot of choice here and you'll also feel full.

Burger cold, fries too salty. The staff is friendly, but the branch looks like a youth club. Employees sit outside with customers (young people) and smoke and vice versa, customers also visit the kitchen. Everyone knows everyone and everyone moves there very freely. Completely incompetent staff in the drive on June 30th at 9:30 p.m. At first we were refused to choose the burger as plant based even though this can be entered in the checkout (I work at Burger King myself). 2020 Staff currently overwhelmed or incompetent. Corona requirements are very opaque and misleading. Update 2024: Sure, who wants to work in Germany when citizens' benefits are higher than wages, but if you're going to work, you should be able to speak German. What I experienced was already a scandal. Unspooled mechanisms and when asked, understood absolutely nothing. Instead of asking about the size of the drinks, the large drinks were automatically delivered. Last visit, definitely!!!

Good day, I went to dinner today. The conditions for a total of 3 ladies were very stressed and unfriendly. The mayonnaise and extras on the burger were forgotten. When I asked, I got the answer that it would be like that now! The fries were cold, the burgers had no melted cheese and were noisy even though freshly made. The floor was very dirty and the dust flakes on the windows and benches were clearly visible. When you sit in the row in front of the pick-up terminal, you constantly have people at your table waiting for your food. It would be helpful to revise the new concept here. 2 fewer rows and set up a range of values. (draw McDonalds) In the future I'd rather spend 10 euros more and go to decent burger joints.

This is now the 5th FIFTH time that I have my burgers, which I always order with extra sauce because I don't like such dry things and STILL always have fart-dry burgers... every time it's 50 cents PER burger that I pay more and still I have overpriced dry cardboard in my mouth! Worst service I've ever experienced for such outrageous prices! There you are in the drive-in, no lighting on the menu board, the monitor where the order is taken is on standby and only a noise can be heard. You drive up to the counter, explain the situation and no order (2 double cheeseburgers) can be taken like that. Apparently the IT has not yet arrived in 2024. On the contrary, after the time you have already waited, you have to accept a waiting time and having to queue again. Absolutely underground and absolutely not recommended. But unfortunately there is no alternative after 10 p.m. for a quick trip.

The order was a crispy chicken with a small Coke and a cheeseburger with a small Sprite. When we asked about the menu we said no twice. There were 2 cheeseburgers, 1 large Sprite, fries, mayonnaise, a small cola and a super spicy crisby chicken. When we pointed out that we hadn't ordered it, there was no response. The slowness of the staff was admirable. Absolutely chilled. At lunchtime, waiting over 20 minutes for your order is definitely too long. Then I don't have to go to a supposed fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, Burger King doesn't seem to be working in some branches, as I've discovered lately, and I'll unfortunately be switching more to the competition.

I have often eaten at BK and have always received my food in the same geological era. During this visit, it took 41 minutes from paying at the terminal to receiving the order. That would be acceptable for an à la carte restaurant, but it is out of the question for fast food. Yes, it was full, early Sunday evening, drive-thru with a line. So what? An almost narcotic sight. Drive-thru apparently has priority. So if you want to eat before the end of the Anthropocene, you should park your car in the driveway of the drive-in with the “drive-in closed” sign in the rear window. (BK standard), but instead of a cozy dinner I hungrily watched the slow decline of various dynasties. The word fast means fast...the Burger Kind employees can't do that...food was therefore cold. Seems to be normal at BK because it's the same elsewhere... McDonald's will definitely be happy!

What's going on here? First the negative things: Floor is dirty. Overpriced milkshakes. Ordered chicken nuggets and got vegan nuggets. Employees don't listen properly. Burger bun is YELLOW on the inside. There are no drink lids for cola, but there are for chocolate milkshakes. Receipts too long. Lamps are too deep and I hit my head twice. Now the positive: Beautiful new renovation. New cool ordering machine pads something. P.S. Some bald guy just invited a strange kid to dinner.

Eating is something different. The cheeseburgers were overloaded with mustard, the nuggets with chili were very bland in terms of dough. The tray shelves were overflowing. There probably won't be a next time.

Fast Food ist anders. Essen und Ambiente ist Bürger King. 20 Minuten warten bis man bezahlen darf, dann noch mal 10 min aufs Essen. Es war Sonntags 18:00.
