Good food as always at Burger King.

Comparatively a very good Burgerking store. The employees have always been nice and I never had to wait too long for my food. Toilets are kept clean and the dining area also makes a clean impression. I always like to come when I get hungry on the way through.

Hello, food was okay, unfortunately I had to wait 20-25 minutes for my food, which was to take away and was given out on a tray to eat on site...

After I had to discuss a menu with the employee, we got two burgers where the salad tasted very rancid and my wife had to throw up an hour or two later. I don't see the point of eating there anymore. (Although I always enjoy eating at Burger King, it is by far the worst place).

The same price as the other fast food giants - just too expensive. For similar money you can have a good meal in a classic restaurant. It often seems like the food there depends on the weather, as one day you'll get quick and careful service and checkout, but another day everything is super sluggish and slow. The food then tastes accordingly. But that's probably normal for fast food. In the end, you still get a lot of choice here and you'll also feel full.

Well, you can't say the service is unfriendly, but it's more like it's not in a good mood. It takes quite a long time from ordering to receiving it, unfortunately I have to say it like it is, but waiting 15 minutes for your food is not possible for such an extremely well-known fast food chain. Burger cold, fries too salty. The staff is friendly, but the branch looks like a youth club. Employees sit outside with customers (young people) and smoke and vice versa, customers also visit the kitchen. Everyone knows everyone and everyone moves there very freely. Unfortunately, I've seen this several times now... it's a shame... Burger King can do better.

Employees are shouting, on their cell phones and giving out incomplete orders. The kitchen is untidy and there are packaging everywhere on the wet floor.

Staff unprofessional shouts at each other and doesn't do their job. After waiting 30 minutes, the food was cold and half of it was missing. In addition, the part of the kitchen that you can see is super dirty, the entire floor is wet.

Completely incompetent staff in the drive on June 30th at 9:30 p.m. At first we were refused to choose the burger as plant based even though this can be entered in the checkout (I work at Burger King myself). Then something was missing and in the subsequent confrontation the red-haired male employee was cheeky :)

2020 Staff currently overwhelmed or incompetent. Corona requirements are very opaque and misleading. Update 2024: Sure, who wants to work in Germany when citizens' benefits are higher than wages, but if you're going to work, you should be able to speak German. What I experienced was already a scandal. Unspooled mechanisms and when asked, understood absolutely nothing. Instead of asking about the size of the drinks, the large drinks were automatically delivered. Last visit, definitely!!!

Good day, I went to dinner today. The conditions for a total of 3 ladies were very stressed and unfriendly. The mayonnaise and extras on the burger were forgotten. When I asked, I got the answer that it would be like that now! The fries were cold, the burgers had no melted cheese and were noisy even though freshly made. The floor was very dirty and the dust flakes on the windows and benches were clearly visible. When you sit in the row in front of the pick-up terminal, you constantly have people at your table waiting for your food. It would be helpful to revise the new concept here. 2 fewer rows and set up a range of values. (draw McDonalds) In the future I'd rather spend 10 euros more and go to decent burger joints.

It is unfortunate that an employee like Tom manages to provide such an incompetent performance while still being unable to deal with customers appropriately. Not only did Tom demonstrate a complete failure in taking my order, but he also revealed a shocking inability to maintain basic courtesy and professionalism. His rudeness and disrespect for customers is unacceptable for a position that requires regular customer contact. Furthermore, not only was Tom unable to take my order correctly, but he also displayed a disturbing tendency towards aggressive behavior and threats when I attempted to clearly communicate my order. It is obvious that he is not only incapable of criticism, but also incapable of fulfilling even the most basic demands of his job. It is unfortunate that a company like Burger King employs people like Tom who clearly do not have the skills or attitude to deal appropriately with customers. You always want to advertise your app and then when you order through it or give you the code, you forget a burger yourself, how can that be??

When we visited, sauces and ketchup were initially missing, but they were brought to us immediately when we asked. The restaurant was extremely clean, which you can't always say about other fast food restaurants

This is now the 5th FIFTH time that I have my burgers, which I always order with extra sauce because I don't like such dry things and STILL always have fart-dry burgers... every time it's 50 cents PER burger that I pay more and still I have overpriced dry cardboard in my mouth! It's not acceptable for you to do what you want and treat your customers like they're the last fart just because you're the only source of food that's still available in the area after a movie show or something similar... a disgrace!

Have been there several times now. Every time it's a failure. The last time we were there was on Tuesday at 10 p.m. We ordered two small menus. First we had to wait 10 minutes until the car was served by us. Then it took another 20 minutes until we had our food, which was only lukewarm. And that even though nothing was going on. Cleanliness zero stars....... unfortunately the staff discussed their internal problems loudly with the customers...... the men's toilet was terrible, sorry, the counter wasn't appetizing. All the tables outside were full of trays, so overall very dirty and not comfortable. I would like to give 0 stars.... Worst service I've ever experienced for such outrageous prices! There you are in the drive-in, no lighting on the menu board, the monitor where the order is taken is on standby and only a noise can be heard. You drive up to the counter, explain the situation and no order (2 double cheeseburgers) can be taken like that. Apparently the IT has not yet arrived in 2024. On the contrary, after the time you have already waited, you have to accept a waiting time and having to queue again. Absolutely underground and absolutely not recommended. But unfortunately there is no alternative after 10 p.m. for a quick trip.

We placed our order at 4:46pm and received it at 5:10pm. They take a long time to do everything and it's annoying!

The order was a crispy chicken with a small Coke and a cheeseburger with a small Sprite. When we asked about the menu we said no twice. There were 2 cheeseburgers, 1 large Sprite, fries, mayonnaise, a small cola and a super spicy crisby chicken. When we pointed out that we hadn't ordered it, there was no response. The slowness of the staff was admirable. Absolutely chilled. At lunchtime, waiting over 20 minutes for your order is definitely too long. Then I don't have to go to a supposed fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, Burger King doesn't seem to be working in some branches, as I've discovered lately, and I'll unfortunately be switching more to the competition.

With many guests, hardly any staff. Lots of staff when there are few guests. But it doesn't make any difference because it takes the same amount of time.

I have often eaten at BK and have always received my food in the same geological era. During this visit, it took 41 minutes from paying at the terminal to receiving the order. That would be acceptable for an à la carte restaurant, but it is out of the question for fast food. Yes, it was full, early Sunday evening, drive-thru with a line. So what? We're not talking about freshly cooked and served, but about system catering. This system has failed. The team moved at a glacial speed that made plate tectonics appear dynamic. An almost narcotic sight. Drive-thru apparently has priority. So if you want to eat before the end of the Anthropocene, you should park your car in the driveway of the drive-in with the “drive-in closed” sign in the rear window. I've experienced building savings goals that were met faster than this "fast" food order. When I finally got my food, it was OK. (BK standard), but instead of a cozy dinner I hungrily watched the slow decline of various dynasties. Maybe there was still grain to be grown, cultivated, harvested and baked for the burger buns, but enough time was taken. It's unbelievable that even effort wasn't detectable...

Eating depends on the day. Employees feel like they have at most a secondary school diploma, but are at least fluent in German, which is not something you get in every BK :)

The word fast means fast...the Burger Kind employees can't do that...food was therefore cold. Seems to be normal at BK because it's the same elsewhere... McDonald's will definitely be happy!

Went there today with a friend, citizens bought it for us and we were asked if we wanted cheese on it, only no one said that the cheese costs extra, 8 slices of shabble cheese cost me €5 more. Absolutely filthy scam

What's going on here? First the negative things: Floor is dirty. Overpriced milkshakes. Ordered chicken nuggets and got vegan nuggets. Employees don't listen properly. Burger bun is YELLOW on the inside. There are no drink lids for cola, but there are for chocolate milkshakes. Receipts too long. Lamps are too deep and I hit my head twice. Now the positive: Beautiful new renovation. New cool ordering machine pads something. P.S. Some bald guy just invited a strange kid to dinner.

Eating is something different. The cheeseburgers were overloaded with mustard, the nuggets with chili were very bland in terms of dough. The tray shelves were overflowing. There probably won't be a next time.

Even though BK's reputation isn't the best due to the scandals, after a long time I ordered two burgers at the drive in. They were really fresh and tasty.

Fast Food ist anders. Essen und Ambiente ist Bürger King. 20 Minuten warten bis man bezahlen darf, dann noch mal 10 min aufs Essen. Es war Sonntags 18:00.

Nuggets ungenießbar! Schmeckten nach den vegetarischen Nuggets werden bestimmt in dem selben Öl frittiert! Und alles andere war auch nicht lecker.

Das Personal ist super unverschämt! Am Drive stand eben ein junger Mann mit blonden Haaren, der absolut keine Lust auf Kundschaft hatte, dann wurde man doof angefahren und durch diesen Punkt sind wir sofort gefahren! Das essen ist auch nicht das wahre, immer das falsche und nicht einmal warm… Wir waren zum letzten Mal dort!

12/10.Nur frisches Essen und immer ein Hammer Service. Zudem stimmt da die Hygiene, nicht so wie manch andere hier dummerweise schreiben. Die Wartezeiten sind verhältnismäßig vollkommen okay. Keiner kann alles auf einmal und wenn viel los ist, sind dort trotzdem alle stets bemüht und freundlich. Zudem sind generell dir Bedienungen sehr freundlich! Besonders der eine Manager mit H am Anfamg im Nachnamen! Der Beste Burger King in der Region!

Eine Möglichkeit seine Bestellung vorab per Smartphone oder Vorort an einem Terminal oder dergleichen zu tätigen fehlt in dieser Filiale noch.

Das Essen war bisher immer gut. Die jungen Mitarbeiter wirken etwas albern und sind mehr aufs Schwatzen konzentriert, als die Tische etc zu säubern oder die Tablettwagen zu leeren.

Nichts zu tun, 3 man an der Kasse. 3 Tische belegt- aber 4 Tische versaut. Das geht gar nicht. Hauptsache Schwätzchen halten mit dem Kollegen und die Kasse warmhalten.

Das Essen war sehr gut, der Service war unterirdisch. Die männliche Truppe der Abendschicht war albern , überdreht und nicht grad sehr freundlich. Anscheinend fand man sich sehr cool, wir fanden es jedoch unangemessen. Desweiteren mussten wir unnötig lange auf unser Essen warten. Ja es war viel im Drive in los, aber wäre man bei der Arbeit und dem Vorbeireten des Essens ( bzw es geht um das Personal von vorne) geblieben wäre anstatt sich gegenseitig blöde coole Sprüche zuzuwerfen wäre hier einiges viel zügiger und optimaler gelaufen. Sorry, geht nicht!

Sehr großer Fan von der neuen Nugget Rezeptur, auch wenn mir nun die Nostalgie fehlt. Sehr Sauber und Lustig drinne, jedoch auch schnell eng während einer guten Nugget-Hour :) Service wie immer schnell, nett und hilfsbereit!

Es war nicht viel los, trotz Mittagszeit. Die Burger wurden relativ lieblos zubereitet, ein dicker Salatstrunk befand sich auf einem Burger. Das Personal war sehr mit sich beschäftigt & flirten mit den jungen Mädels. Die Tische wurden grob abgeräumt, aber nicht abgewischt. Die Pommes auf dem Boden wurden vom Personal bemerkt, blieben aber an Ort & Stelle

Der Käse Speck Burger war ganz gut, nur der Speck war kalt. Ambiente ist Geschmackssache, ich war zum ersten Mal bei Burger King.

Stehts freundlich. Wenn man mal Bock auf fastfood hat ist es absolut oke. Natürlich kann man das nicht mit einem 40€ Gericht vergleichen aber der Vergleich macht auch keinen Sinn. Preise sind stark teuer geworden aber am Ende jammern wir eh auf hohem Niveau.

Bisher war immer alles korrekt, ging meistens Recht schnell, Mitarbeiter Recht freundlich.

Der Kassierer, der unsere Bestellung aufnahm, war unfreundlich und hatte keine Geduld.

Der Salat ist echt immer wabbelig, bekommt das mal bitte in den Griff, Salat ist günstig und frischer Salat dementsprechend nicht teuer

Sitzplätze und Tische öfters mal klebrig, Burger fällt auseinander , Bedienung sehr langsam. Viel Müll auf dem Boden und Essen vom vorherigen Kunden liegt manchmal noch auf dem tisch. Ich muss diese Bewertung leider schreiben da an meine Jacke milkshake gekommen ist.

Qualität und Angebot wie überall. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Restaurant. Nichts außergewöhnliches. Gut gelegen im Industriegebiet.

Hi, der Burger King kann eigentlich nur überleben, da die Kinobesucher nach dem Film keine andere schnelle Essensmöglichkeit haben... Oft zu langsam, der Innenraum ist halt BK aber diese sollten bei allen Restaurants mal ihr Konzept überdenken... die Qualität des Essens ist jedoch ok.

Das Personal ist teilweise ein bisschen unsicher, aber sonst alles Super!!! Das Lokal ist sauber! Die Toiletten Ok.

Über die Art der Speisen zu schreiben, ist bei Burger King sicher unnötig. Punktabzug gibt es von uns für die extrem salzigen Pommes und die etwas unaufmerksame Bedienung (statt des gewünschten small Menüs bekamen wir Standard-Größe). Aufgrund des nicht allzu hohen Preisunterschieds leider beim Bezahlen nicht bemerkt.

Immer mal wider gerne ein Besuch beim Burgerking. Übliches Angebot und sauberer Laden. Die Bedienung War sehr freundlich und nur kurze Wartezeit. Draußen befindet sich eine Kinderrutsche die aber witterungsbedingt geschlossen war.

Bedienungen sind fix, Ambiente sehr sauber, habe bisher immer einen Platz bekommen. Leider nur wenig Außensitzplätze. Parkplätze immer ausreichend vorhanden. WC`s sauber.
